00:00:17.000Big, huge story, another landmark Supreme Court ruling, this time about federal government regulation.
00:00:27.000And the decision was about an Obama era rule.
00:00:33.000From the Environmental Protection Agency, which basically took an existing federal regulation and they took that to give them permission to do anything they wanted.
00:00:45.000This is now the basis for the Biden environment plan to take an old law that Obama used, that Trump changed, tore down the rule, and are now building it back up to basically mean whatever they want and give them unlimited authority to do any environmental regulations that they want.
00:01:04.000And this was the case before the Supreme Court.
00:01:07.000The rule was challenged by the state of West Virginia and joined up with a number of other states.
00:01:13.000And the Supreme Court decided today that any matter which is significant, anything that counts, anything that matters, cannot be left up to interpretation by the federal agencies.
00:01:28.000And so now, instead, lots of the activities of the federal bureaucracy, agencies, departments, regulatory apparatus, Will have to go through Congress to get their power rather than broadly interpreting laws and old statutes that are already on the books.
00:03:30.000They said, Top white nationalist says Jews stood in the way of Roe v. Wade being overturned, or something like that, which is just a factual statement, by the way.

00:26:12.000Talking about my comments that I made about Roe versus Wade last week, specifically because I said that Jews were standing in the way of Roe versus Wade being overturned, and that if Jews are pro choice and if they're pro gay marriage and pornography and all these things, they probably shouldn't be writing our laws because America's a Christian nation.
00:27:52.000I don't know if I'm pronouncing that right, but he writes in the headline Top white nationalist, Jews stood in the way of ending Roe vs. Wade.

00:29:29.000You know, a lot of people don't really acknowledge the Groyper and the fact that Cozy is bigger than the Daily Caller, Cozy is bigger than the Washington Examiner.
00:30:36.000It says Nick Fuentes, who founded the America First Political Action Committee and the Groyper Army, made the comments on his website's live stream on Friday, which, by the way, Both of those things are wrong.
00:31:22.000It says, in the aftermath of the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade, Nick Fuentes, a white nationalist leader and influential figure among the.
00:31:49.000Told his followers that Jews stood in the way of Catholic Supreme Court justices who were put on the court to overturn the 1973 decision that guaranteed the right to an abortion in the United States.
00:32:18.000America First Political Action Committee and the Groyper Army, again, that's wrong, made the comments on his website's live stream.
00:32:25.000According to Right Wing Watch, he added, We need a government of Christians, and Jewish people can be here, but they can't make our laws.
00:32:33.000If Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a Jewish woman, didn't die last year so that Amy Coney Barrett, a Catholic, could be appointed to the bench, we would still have Roe versus Wade.
00:32:43.000Now, you tell me that this is a Judeo Christian country.
00:32:46.000You tell me it doesn't matter that we have a lot of Jewish people in government.
00:32:51.000Extremism trackers like the ADL and SPLC have long classified Fuentes as a hate group leader who advocates anti Semitism and Holocaust denial, in addition to racist and nativist ideologies.
00:33:03.000His YouTube channel was previously banned for hate speech.
00:33:07.000Yet several Republican officials, blah, Fuentes' anti Semitic comments mirror similar expressions from traditional Catholic groups who generally believe that all Jews are enemies of Christianity.
00:33:20.000Most interpretations of Jewish law permit abortion access in some form.
00:34:11.000And here's, I know I talked about this on, I think, Tuesday or Monday, but a lot of people might take issue with this remark because of how it sounds.
00:34:23.000And I know how it sounds to say Jews stood in the way of Roe versus Wade being overturned, but that is literally what happened.
00:34:35.000So, I mean, you can like it, you cannot like it, but it's what it is.
00:34:41.000And I really, really, really want Christians to understand that because if you're passionate about the pro life issue, and if you're passionate about other social issues, this really, really matters.
00:34:56.000Roe versus Wade, along with a lot of other Supreme Court decisions about sex, have fundamentally changed the fabric of our society.
00:35:05.000It's not just Roe versus Wade, it's a lot of them.
00:35:09.000Supreme Court decisions over the past 50 years that overturned laws that outlawed fornication, that outlawed sodomy, that outlawed contraceptives, that outlawed gay marriage, that outlawed lots of things.
00:35:26.000Do you know how many laws there were on the books in the states for most of America's history that prohibited these kinds of unnatural or immoral sexual behaviors?
00:35:39.000Or those behaviors related to reproduction, that's most of our country's history.
00:35:44.000In most states, out of it so very recently.
00:35:49.000In the 1970s, a Supreme Court decision was made.
00:35:54.000I think it is Bowers versus Hardwick or something like that.
00:35:58.000I don't know if I have the name right.
00:36:01.000But there was a Supreme Court decision that upheld a Georgia law banning sodomy for homosexuals.
00:36:08.000And do you know what the majority opinion said?
00:36:10.000Or a concurring opinion with the majority opinion?
00:36:14.000It said that prohibitions against sodomy are ancient.
00:36:33.000That was the concurring opinion that upheld a Georgia law banning homosexual sodomy after two gay guys were arrested for having oral sex with each other.
00:36:52.000And you're a Gen Xer or a baby boomer older.
00:36:57.000And similar decisions were made about laws banning fornication or adultery or the use of contraceptives or even sodomy concerning heterosexual couples, meaning oral or anal sex with heterosexual couples.
00:37:16.000These were laws that were on the books that, although not frequently enforced, reflected the morals of the society such that they were enshrined in the law.
00:37:26.000And the point of all of this is to say our society has changed in fundamental ways that we all recognize are harmful.
00:38:18.000But the point is to say that obviously our society has become more permissive and more tolerant to the point that all these behaviors, which 50 years ago, all of them, were universally regarded as wrong and bad and in many states outlawed.
00:38:35.000Now all of these behaviors are now legal, which was the result of a concerted legal political activist effort.
00:38:44.000And they're not just legal, they're also considered either people have a neutral stance towards them or they're tolerant or they're considered a positive good.
00:38:54.000And now we hear these kinds of words like sex positivity and abortion is used.
00:39:00.000It used to be the case that Even pro choice liberals would say, well, we don't like abortion, but we think people should have the right to decide.
00:39:35.000Children and the youngest generation, Generation Z, Generation Y, Generation Alpha, growing up in a society, single parent households, divorce, being raised in a culture saturated with pornography, saturated with sex, free love has become the norm, and the consequences have been disastrous.
00:39:58.000Hookup culture, abortions, people having less sex, actually, fewer children, no marriage, no love, no real human connections.
00:40:09.000Anxiety, depression, you name it, suicides, drug abuse.
00:40:15.000So, and I know I'm making a lot of generalizations here, but there's a lot of ground to cover.
00:40:22.000The society has changed in fundamental ways regarding our attitudes about the most fundamental things, which are gender, sex, marriage, family, procreation.
00:40:33.000These are the most fundamental things.
00:40:35.000And they've changed very rapidly at the legal level and at the level of society in terms of attitudes and culture.
00:40:44.000And we're now dealing with the consequences of it, trying to put up a fight to reverse some of this, a counter revolution.
00:40:51.000And we have to identify how we got here.
00:41:01.000And we can't ignore the fact that a coup has taken place within the elite of our country.
00:41:08.000And the people that have taken up all of these various civil rights causes for women or homosexuals or these other groups.
00:41:18.000It's consistently been people that are radical liberals, and a disproportionate amount of them are Jewish.
00:41:27.000This really matters when the Supreme Court, up until recently, had three Jewish justices, which formed the bulwark that was preventing decisions like Roe v. Wade and its overturning from happening.
00:41:46.000That Jews don't consider abortion to always be wrong?
00:41:50.000That Jews don't consider a lot of these things to always be wrong, that's changing the fundamental character of our Christian nation and of our Christian civilization.
00:42:00.000How would we feel if we had four Muslims on the bench, which were forcing everybody to eat halal products and ban pork and force us to face Mecca and pray every day?
00:42:13.000This isn't a Muslim country, obviously, and conservatives understand that.
00:42:18.000If there were Muslim radical youth, Going with the ACLU and going with activist political organizations and getting laws overturned and changing the Constitution and changing the laws in a way that's compatible with Islamic civilization, we wouldn't be having any of that as conservatives.
00:42:36.000We would rightly say, hey, with all due respect, you can live here and you can do your thing, but this is a Christian country, not a Muslim country.
00:42:46.000But conservatives have this weird, weird confusion and ignorance when it comes to the Jewish religion.
00:42:57.000We don't have a lot in common with Jews as Christians.
00:43:01.000This isn't anti Semitic to say this is factual.
00:43:04.000A lot of people think that Jews, religious Jews, believe in the Torah, the five books of Moses.
00:43:13.000They do, but primarily modern religious Jews read the Talmud, which is a far more complex and a longer legal code, which actually contradicts.
00:44:27.000We've got Jews living in America, we've got Muslims living in America.
00:44:31.000They're free to practice their faith under the First Amendment, but this is a Christian country, founded by Christians, and the Constitution and everything that we have in terms of the structure of the country, how it was set up, was informed by Christian, Western, European civilization, not Jewish, Middle Eastern, rabbinical civilization.
00:44:57.000It's different, and that's okay, but that's what our country is.
00:45:03.000And so I said that on Friday, and the point I'm trying to make is well, what I'm saying is this is a very important point.
00:45:11.000And what I'm saying tonight is it's very interesting that in the Jerusalem Post, this is a Jewish paper, they talk about what I say, and they talk about what people call me, but they don't contradict what I say.
00:45:24.000They call me a white nationalist, they call me a Holocaust denier, they call me an anti Semite, they say I'm a hate group leader, they say all these things, and they quote my show, but they don't disagree with it.
00:46:34.000So there's a sort of mirror, there's this sort of mirror reflection.
00:46:39.000Here I am, a Catholic, saying that it's a Christian view that we protect life.
00:46:47.000And Jews disagree, and that's okay, but Jews shouldn't be writing the laws for us Christians in a Christian country.
00:46:56.000They're fine, they can practice their religion, that's great, although they really should convert and become Christian.
00:47:02.000It's not really that great because they're going to hell if they don't repent and turn to the real God.
00:47:08.000Nevertheless, they have the right to be wrong, they have the right to be Jewish.
00:47:12.000And that's fine insofar as we have a legal code and a First Amendment.
00:47:18.000But obviously, that becomes a problem when people like Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Breyer and Kagan go on the court and try to prevent Roe v. Wade from being overturned.
00:47:31.000So they can't obviously govern Christians with their moral views.
00:47:36.000Now, I say that that's a mirror of what this Jewish rabbi is saying.
00:47:41.000But yet, I'm being called out by the Jerusalem Post, not disagreeing with me, but saying, oh, he's a hater, he's an anti Semite, and so on.
00:47:50.000And so, I guess you could say, in some sense, if we could distill something from this, the point is they don't disagree with what I'm saying.
00:48:00.000They actually understand it perfectly.
00:48:02.000And they'll even say the reciprocal thing about me.
00:48:06.000They say, well, your belief in life is a Christian view, but you shouldn't govern us.
00:49:46.000So people like me can't say things like this, even though they're not wrong, even though I'm not incorrect, and even though that's not a bad thing to say, they're repeating back the inverse of what I'm saying.
00:49:56.000They're not disagreeing with what I'm saying.
00:49:58.000It's wrong for me to say that because if I said it loudly enough, and if enough Christians agreed with me, we would have it our way.
00:50:07.000And then they could not have it their way.
00:50:10.000Christians, and specifically Catholics, could overturn Roe v. Wade and protect life, a Christian value.
00:50:18.000And Jews could not keep Roe v. Wade and protect this right to abortion, which is a Jewish value.
00:50:53.000I don't hate somebody because they disagree with me.
00:50:58.000But I have a moral worldview, a universal moral worldview, and I'm using politics, I'm fighting in the realm of politics.
00:51:07.000To make that moral worldview reign in this country and in the world, they are doing the same thing.
00:51:15.000And that's the perspective that Christians need.
00:51:17.000That's the perspective that all Christians need to have is that we're all on the same team and they're not on our team.
00:51:26.000Now, some of them are pro life, and to the extent that they're pro life, they can support causes like this, but it's a Christian country.
00:51:34.000And that means that Christianity must have primacy and the laws must reflect Christianity.
00:51:39.000So you could be whatever religion you want and you can agree with it all you want or disagree with it all you want, but you have to accept that this is a Christian country.
00:51:47.000And Christians got to recognize that because if they don't, they consider people that are not really on their team on their team.
00:51:56.000And that's a problem because then they're voting for people and electing people and supporting people that they think are on their team but aren't really.
00:52:05.000You know, like Daily Wire is a good example of this.
00:52:08.000Millions of conservative Christians watch the Daily Wire, which is run by Ben Shapiro, a Jewish Zionist.
00:52:15.000And they think Ben Shapiro is on their team, but he's not.
00:53:26.000And he's not Team America, he's Team Israel.
00:53:30.000And so every penny, every dollar that goes to Shapiro, every listen, every view, to the extent that we're supporting him in politics, we're supporting somebody else's team and their morality reigning over our country and our people.

00:54:33.000I'm highlighting differences analytically and descriptively so that we can assess the political dynamic.
00:54:41.000You know, anytime a person talks straightforwardly about these very real fault lines in our politics about race, religion, or whatever else, automatically you're billed a hater, whatever.
00:54:55.000It's not loaded up with negativity, it's not loaded up with prejudice.
00:54:59.000We're talking about belief systems, we're talking about ideas.
00:55:03.000We're talking about what we're trying to accomplish for our society.
00:55:07.000We're never going to save society if we're being ruled by judges that don't think that abortion is wrong.
00:55:15.000We're never going to have a Christian society that is pleasing to God and consistent with God's moral and natural laws if we have people that don't believe in our God and don't believe in our moral laws and don't believe in our natural laws interpreting our Constitution.

00:56:00.000Legalizing pornography, look at the damage that that's caused.
00:56:04.000Would a Catholic court, if you had a court of nine traditional Catholics, do you think for one second that they would legalize pornography?
00:56:51.000So, the question is, are we serious about forming a complete society that is directing people from their baptism until their funeral to heaven and to eternal life with God?
00:57:49.000Unlike other sects of Christianity, Catholicism says that we.
00:57:56.000Our salvation is, we're all in it together, okay?
00:58:02.000We believe that we've got to go out there and convert people and we've got to spread the gospel.
00:58:07.000And in a sense, our salvation is bound up in the salvation of others.
00:58:10.000We'll be judged individually, but, you know, based on what we did with the body of the church.
00:58:17.000So, this idea that we're able to just sort of say, well, if the whole society is going to be taken over by the devil and go to hell, well, I guess that's just what we have to do.
00:58:30.000You're just not serious about your moral foundation.
00:58:35.000And so Christians have got to think long and hard about that.
00:59:24.000To the faithful, there's no controversy at all.
00:59:28.000And what does it tell you that you see blasphemy against God every day on TV, but if I say things like I'm saying right now about.
00:59:35.000The Jewish religion or about Israel, that I'm going to be crucified in the media.
00:59:41.000It's a fundamental conflict of visions.
00:59:43.000It's a fundamental conflict of values and philosophy.
00:59:48.000And this is why we've been losing for so long because we don't even see it that way.
00:59:52.000We think that the people, in some sense, that we're in conflict with individualists, liberals, people of other religions, Marxists, communism we often see them as on our team.
01:01:34.000How could you be loving if you refuse to talk about the thing that will save people's souls because you're afraid of whatever, being called a racist?
01:02:13.000Because of this liberal, individualistic, egalitarian consensus which was formed in the 17th, 16th century at the beginning of the modern age.
