Summary

In this episode of America First, host Nicholas J. Flint is joined by Betsy and Brittany to discuss the latest picket line action by college students in the Democratic National Convention. They also discuss the impact of the strike on the economy and whether or not Joe Biden should have been on the picket lines to protest the lack of money being paid to college students, and why he should be on the southern border working to close our southern border because it is unsafe, wide open, and insecure, leading to the deaths of 70,000 Americans in the last 12 months because of fentanyl. Finally, they discuss why a Green New Deal is a bad idea and why Joe Biden needs to be fired from the 2020 Democratic presidential race. America First is a production of Native Creative Podcasts. 00:00:51.000 The boomer generation and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.
00:01:30.000 He's not interested.
00:01:31.000 I'm sorry.
00:01:32.000 I'm sorry, Brittany and Betsy, but I just can't do it.
00:01:34.000 You're an e-girl.
00:01:35.000 You know the rule.
00:01:36.000 No e-girls.
00:01:38.000 Who's got the clip?
00:01:39.000 No e-girls.
00:01:40.000 Never!
00:01:41.000 Hashtag never e-girls.
00:01:43.000 Not even once.
00:01:45.000 Guy, I remember her.
00:01:46.000 What?
00:02:56.000 I've never heard of Bigfoot.
00:04:00.000 Hey, what's going on everybody?
00:04:02.000 You're watching America First.
00:04:04.000 My name is Nicholas J. Flint.
00:04:05.000 It's a great show tonight.
00:04:06.000 We're watching the second GOP presidential debate.
00:04:11.000 And it's already live now, so I'm gonna just kick it over here.
00:04:15.000 Yeah, this is gonna be great.
00:04:18.000 I'm really excited.
00:04:19.000 We're good to go.
00:04:39.000 I'll say this.
00:04:40.000 Joe Biden should not be on the picket line.
00:04:42.000 He should be on the southern border working to close our southern border because it is unsafe, wide open, and insecure, leading to the deaths of 70,000 Americans in the last 12 months because of fentanyl.
00:04:59.000 It is devastating.
00:05:00.000 Every county in America is now a border county because fentanyl has devastated Americans in every single state.
00:05:09.000 I will also say 6 million illegal crossings since Joe Biden has taken office.
00:05:16.000 And he eliminated Title 42.
00:05:18.000 The one thing he should do is finish the wall, reinstate Title 42, and get the job done.
00:05:28.000 I can promise you that we are going to have a lot of questions on the border and immigration, but in the meantime we do want to talk about the economy and especially about this strike for just a moment.
00:05:38.000 She looks like shit.
00:05:40.000 Mr. Ramaswamy, you've said you really empathize with the strikers.
00:05:44.000 Is that Megyn Kelly?
00:05:46.000 Senator Scott, do you agree with what he said?
00:05:48.000 No way.
00:05:48.000 No, that's not her.
00:05:49.000 I agree with some of what he said, for sure.
00:05:51.000 I like the spirit of it.
00:05:53.000 I'll say that I don't have a- What's- okay.
00:05:56.000 Come on, Rumble.
00:06:02.000 What's going on, Rumble?
00:06:07.000 Latency issues.
00:06:10.000 What's going on?
00:06:14.000 Ugh.
00:06:17.000 Bro.
00:06:24.000 What's the deal?
00:06:28.000 Oh my... Oh!
00:06:29.000 What?
00:06:52.000 Oh my...
00:07:04.000 Put people back to work by no longer paying them more money to stay at home.
00:07:08.000 Is it on YouTube as well?
00:07:11.000 Stabilize the US dollar itself and rescind a majority of those unconstitutional federal regulations that are hampering our economy.
00:07:21.000 That is how we unleash American exceptionalism.
00:07:24.000 And that's not a Democratic vision or a Republican vision.
00:07:27.000 That is an American vision that we embrace economic growth and capitalism is still the best system known to man to lift us up from poverty and we should not apologize for it.
00:07:39.000 That's what it means to be an American.
00:07:44.000 Is that Megyn Kelly, though?
00:07:45.000 I can't tell.
00:07:46.000 I don't think so.
00:07:47.000 Dana Perino, that's right.
00:07:48.000 Okay.
00:08:12.000 She looks like shit.
00:08:12.000 She's all about that.
00:08:14.000 He looks rough!
00:08:14.000 Wow!
00:08:14.000 They all look rough.
00:08:33.000 I mean, look, I'm from the second-leading manufacturing state in the country, per capita.
00:08:38.000 I was governor of the state of Indiana.
00:08:40.000 We brought 12,000 factories back to America during... He looks like shit.
00:08:45.000 Whoops.
00:08:46.000 ...our administration.
00:08:47.000 I know something about manufacturing.
00:08:49.000 He looks like a ghoul.
00:08:50.000 And I gotta tell you, while the union bosses are talking about class warfare and talking about disparity in wages, I have to tell you, I really believe what's driving that is Bidenomics has failed.
00:09:03.000 Wages are not keeping up with inflation.
00:09:05.000 Auto workers and all American workers are feeling it.
00:09:07.000 Families are struggling in this economy.
00:09:09.000 And Joe Biden's Green New Deal agenda is good for Beijing and bad for Detroit.
00:09:17.000 We ought to repeal the Green New Deal, get rid of the mandates and subsidies that are driving American gasoline, automotive manufacturing into the graveyard.
00:09:27.000 And beyond that also,
00:09:29.000 As President of the United States, I'll be standing with workers all across America, and I'll be standing for the right to work of every American, to join a union or not join a union, as they decide.
00:09:42.000 Senator Scott, you were mentioned.
00:09:43.000 Will you care to respond?
00:09:45.000 There's no doubt that Joe Biden needs to be fired.
00:09:48.000 That's why I'm running for president.
00:09:49.000 I look forward to being the next president of the United States.
00:09:52.000 I will also say I know America can do for anyone what she's done for me.
00:09:57.000 It's why we're focusing on restoring hope, creating opportunities, and protecting the America we all love.
00:10:05.000 Growing up in a single-parent household,
00:10:07.000 No.
00:10:07.000 My gosh!
00:10:30.000 I think we need to look at exactly what happened.
00:10:33.000 Biden showed up on that picket line.
00:10:35.000 But why are those workers actually there?
00:10:38.000 It's because of all the spending that he has pushed through in the economy that's raised the inflation.
00:10:43.000 So when you look at the fact that we are paying higher gas prices, higher grocery prices,
00:10:48.000 We're good to go.
00:11:08.000 That's crazy.
00:11:29.000 Why are you even here?
00:11:30.000 You're a 1%!
00:11:45.000 Interference with capital markets and with free markets.
00:11:48.000 The subsidies, we're subsidizing the automakers and we're subsidizing the cars, and a particular kind of car, not every car, but particularly we're subsidizing electric vehicles.
00:11:59.000 And when you decide that we're going to take all of your taxpayer monies, take a billion dollars, subsidize a certain type of vehicle, and the batteries come from China, China controls 85% of the rare earth minerals, they're called rare earth because they're measured in parts per million.
00:12:13.000 China is moving 100,000 pounds of earth in Indonesia, in Africa.
00:12:18.000 They're literally destroying the planet so that we can make a battery that's in a car subsidized here.
00:12:23.000 That's why they're striking, because they need two-thirds less workers to build an electric car.
00:12:27.000 Joe Biden, this strike is at Joe Biden's feet.
00:12:37.000 She doesn't even speak English.
00:12:38.000 Why do they have to have someone that doesn't speak English moderate?
00:12:41.000 The EOP?
00:13:02.000 Okay, man.
00:13:02.000 We're having a lot of trouble tonight, huh?
00:13:04.000 With this?
00:13:04.000 Oh my gosh.
00:13:25.000 The spot they're in now, because none of them are willing to tell the truth, none of them are willing to take on the difficult issues, they just want to keep kicking the can down the road.
00:13:34.000 And the inflation that Nikki spoke about is absolutely right, and it's caused by government spending.
00:13:39.000 And that's why people all across this country are suffering tonight.
00:13:43.000 And yet we don't get any answers because Joe Biden hides in his basement and won't answer as to why he's raising the debt the way he's done.
00:13:51.000 And Donald Trump, he hides behind the walls of his golf clubs and won't show up here to answer questions like all the rest of us are up here to answer.
00:13:59.000 He put $7 trillion on the debt.
00:14:01.000 He should be in this room to answer those questions for the people you talk about who are suffering.
00:14:08.000 And if the government closes, and if the government closes, it's to the blame of everyone in Washington, D.C.
00:14:16.000 who has failed to do their job and just plays to the grandstand.
00:14:19.000 Can we please respect the time?
00:14:31.000 The people in Washington are shutting down the American dream with their reckless behavior.
00:14:39.000 They borrowed, they printed, they spent, and now you're paying more for everything.
00:14:44.000 They are the reason for that.
00:14:47.000 They have shut down our national sovereignty by allowing our border to be wide open.
00:14:52.000 So please spare me the crocodile tears for these people.
00:14:55.000 They need to change what's going on.
00:14:57.000 And where's Joe Biden?
00:14:58.000 He's completely missing in action from leadership.
00:15:01.000 And you know who else is missing in action?
00:15:03.000 Donald Trump is missing in action.
00:15:05.000 He should be on this stage tonight.
00:15:07.000 He owes it to you to defend his record, where they added $7.8 trillion to the debt.
00:15:14.000 That set the stage for the inflation that we have now.
00:15:17.000 I can tell you this, as governor of Florida, we cut taxes, we ran surpluses, we've paid down over 25% of our state debt, and I vetoed wasteful spending when it came to my desk, and as your president,
00:15:28.000 When they send me a bloating spending bill that's going to cause your prices to go up, I'm going to take out this veto pen and I'm going to send it right back to them.
00:15:43.000 Moms and dads and Americans, and I know that you've been thinking about it because child care costs.
00:15:48.000 They are topping $10,000 per month.
00:15:51.000 Some families are spending up to half of their income on child care.
00:15:55.000 And they're having to decide, is it worth it for me to work, or does it not make sense for me financially?
00:16:01.000 In three days, the billions of dollars in pandemic-era funding is going to end, and 70,000 daycares could close.
00:16:09.000 So you had an effort to broaden eligibility for child care assistance.
00:16:12.000 That fell apart last year.
00:16:13.000 And for the moms and dads out there who are worried,
00:16:18.000 What can you tell them if you weren't able to get it through the Congress?
00:16:21.000 How could you do it as president?
00:16:48.000 Oh my god.
00:16:48.000 Stop!
00:16:48.000 Stop with that, please!
00:16:49.000 Booper!
00:16:49.000 Rupert!
00:16:50.000 Oh my gosh.
00:16:51.000 Booper, Rupert.
00:16:51.000 Shut up.
00:17:07.000 I need to jump in here.
00:17:08.000 What?
00:17:08.000 I need to jump because Ilia...
00:17:35.000 That's a mischaracterized part of my view.
00:17:37.000 I think this artificial division is unhelpful in our party.
00:17:40.000 The real divide is not between the Republicans on this stage, and in the Reagan library, I want to say these are good people on this stage.
00:17:47.000 Always the Reagan library.
00:17:47.000 The real divide is between the majority of us in this country who love the United States of America and share our founding ideals.
00:17:55.000 Free speech.
00:17:56.000 Meritocracy.
00:17:58.000 The idea that you get ahead in this country, not in the color of your skin, but in the content of your character.
00:18:02.000 And the fringe minority in the Democrat party that has a chokehold over that party.
00:18:08.000 That's the real divide.
00:18:09.000 So this populist versus classical debate is artificial.
00:18:12.000 We need to unite this party.
00:18:17.000 We are going to talk about immigration.
00:18:23.000 We have all these questions.
00:18:25.000 We're going to get to you.
00:18:25.000 We're going to come back to you.
00:18:26.000 There's a lot of time.
00:18:27.000 When you asked about child care, nobody answered the question.
00:18:29.000 In North Dakota, we knew that the cliff was coming.
00:18:33.000 We knew that there was going to be millions of people without it.
00:18:35.000 And so guess what?
00:18:36.000 We planned.
00:18:36.000 We passed legislation.
00:18:39.000 Oh my god.
00:18:40.000 Oh man.
00:18:40.000 Oh my god.
00:18:41.000 This debate.
00:19:05.000 It sucks, dude.
00:19:06.000 It sucks.
00:19:06.000 She doesn't speak English!
00:19:07.000 None of these people are gonna win.
00:19:09.000 She doesn't speak English.
00:19:10.000 Fuck Ronald Reagan.
00:19:23.000 But when you ran for president in 2016, you flipped, saying immigrants should be tracked like FedEx packages.
00:19:32.000 Where do you stand now on a path to citizenship for 11 million undocumented immigrants?
00:19:38.000 The problem is that since no one has done anything since we first had this discussion 13 years ago, we're not in a position to be able to do any of that anymore.
00:19:47.000 What we have to do now is first treat this like the law enforcement problem it is.
00:19:52.000 Our laws are being broken every day at the southern border.
00:19:55.000 Every day.
00:19:56.000 And Joe Biden and his crew is doing nothing about enforcing that law.
00:20:00.000 They are letting it go.
00:20:01.000 And by the way, they announced during the presidential race they were going to let it go.
00:20:06.000 And we need to have a president who acts like I did as governor enforce the law first and foremost.
00:20:14.000 And that means what I'll do on day one is sign an executive order to send the National Guard to partner with Customs and Border Patrol to make sure that we stop the flow of fentanyl over the border, but also to make sure that we send a much different message.
00:20:29.000 We want you here in this country to fill the 6 million vacant jobs we have, but only if you come here to follow the law, and only if you come here legally.
00:20:39.000 If you come here illegally, we will apprehend you, and we will send you back across the border from which you came.
00:20:46.000 And the fact is that until we set a law and order agenda in this country, not only now, but in the future, we won't be able to continue this.
00:20:53.000 And I'll tell you this,
00:20:55.000 Donald Trump failed on this as well.
00:20:58.000 He said he was going to build a wall across the whole border.
00:21:01.000 He built 52 miles of wall and said Mexico would pay for it.
00:21:04.000 Guess what?
00:21:04.000 I think if Mexico knew that he was only going to build 52 miles, they might have paid for the 52 miles.
00:21:12.000 Most illegal immigrants are coming from countries south of the border.
00:21:16.000 You've seen the Fox News drone.
00:21:17.000 It's captured the steady stream of people coming into the country on a daily basis.
00:21:22.000 In fact, I believe we have a live picture of it tonight.
00:21:25.000 That is happening right now, live.
00:21:27.000 In the last decade, the U.S.
00:21:29.000 has spent nearly $55 billion to address the root causes of migration.
00:21:33.000 But crime, poverty, and corruption, they persist, and the number of migrants
00:21:40.000 Is only growing.
00:21:41.000 Are we wasting our money?
00:21:44.000 Well, what happens is when Joe Biden waved the green flag, it told everybody to come.
00:21:49.000 And now we've seen six million people cross the border.
00:21:52.000 We've had more fentanyl than have killed Americans in the Iraq, Vietnam, or Afghanistan wars combined.
00:21:58.000 We need to make sure that we are a country of laws.
00:22:01.000 The second we stop being a country of laws, we give up everything this country was founded on.
00:22:05.000 So we have to secure the border.
00:22:07.000 The way we do that is, first of all, defund sanctuary cities.
00:22:10.000 You see what's happening in Philadelphia right now?
00:22:12.000 It's got to stop.
00:22:14.000 We need to make sure we put 25,000 more Border Patrol and ICE agents on the ground and let them do their job.
00:22:20.000 I spent 400 miles down that border, and I'm telling you, Border Patrol agents aren't allowed to do their job.
00:22:26.000 Let's go back to remain-in-Mexico policy.
00:22:29.000 Instead of catch-and-release, let's go to catch-and-deport.
00:22:34.000 What about the aid that federal taxpayers are paying to deal with the root causes?
00:22:37.000 It's not working?
00:22:38.000 The only aid that we should be spending right now is to secure the border, the southern border, the northern border, period.
00:22:45.000 We need to keep Americans safe, and right now Americans are not safe.
00:22:50.000 Only when we fix the immigration system, only when we get the border secure, should we ever look at putting any more money into this.
00:22:57.000 Our money should be about keeping Americans safe.
00:22:59.000 We're not doing that.
00:23:00.000 Joe Biden's not doing that.
00:23:02.000 And you mentioned Congress and shutting down government.
00:23:05.000 I'll make it clear.
00:23:06.000 We have to change the budget process in four years.
00:23:10.000 In 40 years.
00:23:12.000 Congress has only delivered a budget on time four times in 40 years.
00:23:17.000 If they don't keep the government open, they should not get paid.
00:23:20.000 No pay, no budget.
00:23:21.000 That's the way we should be.
00:23:22.000 Governor DeSantis, Governor DeSantis, we have a question for you.
00:23:26.000 Governor DeSantis, China invested $12 billion in Latin America just last year.
00:23:33.000 They signed strategic partnerships with seven countries, including Mexico.
00:23:37.000 And China's military ties to the region now include arms sales and training exercises.
00:23:43.000 Are you comfortable with China deepening ties with our southern neighbors?
00:23:48.000 Of course not.
00:23:49.000 And the reason why we're in this mess is because elites in DC for far too long have chosen surrender over strength when it comes to the CCP.
00:23:57.000 Some people in our country got rich.
00:23:59.000 Our industrial base got hollowed out, and they have been able to build the second most powerful military in the entire world.
00:24:06.000 We need a totally new approach to China.
00:24:08.000 We are going to have real hard power in the Indo-Pacific, like Reagan, to deter their ambitions.
00:24:14.000 We're going to have economic independence from China, where we're decoupling our economy.
00:24:19.000 And we are going to go after the cultural power they have in this country.
00:24:23.000 As governor of Florida,
00:24:24.000 I ban the CCP from buying land in our state.
00:24:27.000 We should do that all across these United States.
00:24:30.000 We shouldn't have them in our universities.
00:24:32.000 We shouldn't have Confucius Institutes.
00:24:35.000 So you see a country in decline, our power's in decline.
00:24:39.000 China's going to surpass us this decade, and if they do that, that's going to affect every single American household.
00:24:45.000 As your president, I am not going to let that happen.
00:24:48.000 I'm going to reverse this country's decline.
00:24:49.000 We are going to choose strength, not surrender, when it comes to the CCP.
00:24:54.000 America is not a country in decline.
00:24:57.000 Under Joe Biden, we are a country in retreat.
00:24:59.000 If you propose, quote, universal deportation for all undocumented immigrants and their children, even if the children are citizens of the United States, under what legal premise will you expel U.S.
00:25:12.000 citizens?
00:25:13.000 So the first thing I want to say is I agree with everything.
00:25:15.000 The Republicans on the stage are on the right side of this issue.
00:25:18.000 Militarize the southern border.
00:25:20.000 Stop funding sanctuary cities.
00:25:21.000 And end foreign aid to Mexico and Central America.
00:25:24.000 To end the incentives to come across.
00:25:27.000 But I do go a step further.
00:25:28.000 You're right about that, Ilya.
00:25:29.000 Let's go.
00:25:30.000 I favor ending birthright citizenship for the kids of illegal immigrants in this country.
00:25:36.000 Now the left will howl about the Constitution and the 14th Amendment.
00:25:40.000 The difference between me and them is I've actually read the 14th Amendment.
00:25:43.000 What it says is that all persons born or naturalized in the United States
00:25:49.000 Let's go.
00:26:04.000 Let's go.
00:26:04.000 That was sweet.
00:26:05.000 Senator Scott, do you oppose
00:26:33.000 Great policy, but he could have said that better.
00:26:37.000 Yeah, there's no doubt the fact that when you think of the Constitution and the 14th Amendment, it was certainly written as it relates to slavery, not as it relates to illegal immigration.
00:26:44.000 It's been applied to illegal immigration.
00:26:46.000 So the challenge that we face is in fact one that has to do with whether or not the people that come here are under the jurisdiction of our laws.
00:26:52.000 And frankly, if you come here illegally, you are not.
00:26:54.000 No, surviving a Supreme Court argument is something I can't tell you, but from a perspective of the Constitution, I think it's simple, that clearly it was designed for slavery and not for illegal immigration.
00:27:10.000 I'll go one step further, though.
00:27:12.000 When we have a conversation about the things that are happening on this stage, we think about the fact that Vivek just said we were all good people, and I appreciate that, because last debate, he said we were all bought and paid for.
00:27:22.000 And I thought about that for a little while.
00:27:25.000 I can't imagine how you could say that knowing that you were just in business with the Chinese Communist Party and the same people that funded Hunter Biden millions of dollars was a partner of yours as well.
00:27:39.000 This is nonsense.
00:27:39.000 It's not nonsense.
00:27:41.000 Wow.
00:27:42.000 He's weak, dude.
00:27:43.000 He can't.
00:28:04.000 We're good to go.
00:28:25.000 But you know what I did that was different than every other company?
00:28:28.000 We got the hell out of there.
00:28:29.000 And when I started my next company... Yeah, right before you ran for president.
00:28:33.000 ...strive, right when I don't, that's years ago... ...strive to compete against BlackRock.
00:28:38.000 Excuse me, to compete against BlackRock, I made a commitment that we would never do business in China.
00:28:44.000 And I will say something... You have more than time to explain yourself.
00:28:47.000 Well, I was interrupted by a lot of people here, and I want to be respectful, because I believe these are good people, but I do not believe in these... We're sitting here in the Reagan Library, in the honor of Ronald Reagan's library.
00:28:58.000 If I may, Tim, from one admirer of Ronald Reagan to another, from one admirer of Reagan to another, we cannot see... Let's have a policy debate.
00:29:07.000 Let us have a policy debate.
00:29:14.000 Wow.
00:29:14.000 This sucks.
00:29:36.000 As President, if the Supreme Court ends DACA, would you work with Congress to reach a permanent solution for DREAMers?
00:29:45.000 Well, first let me say I'm glad Vivek pulled out of his business deal in 2018 in China.
00:29:50.000 That must have been about the time you decided to start voting in presidential elections.
00:29:54.000 So, we're nice to have you participating in elections.
00:29:57.000 So, let me speak to this issue.
00:30:00.000 Number one, I negotiated the Remain in Mexico policy with the Mexican government.
00:30:07.000 We used economic power to bring the Mexican government to the table.
00:30:11.000 We built hundreds of miles of border wall.
00:30:14.000 And despite what's said here today, we reduced illegal immigration and asylum abuse by 90%.
00:30:19.000 And as President of the United States, I can do it again.
00:30:24.000 And the truth is, we need to fix a broken immigration system, and I'll do that as well.
00:30:29.000 But first and foremost, a nation without borders is not a nation.
00:30:33.000 And we have to secure the southern border of the United States of America.
00:30:37.000 I know how to do it, and we will do it again.
00:30:40.000 Let me say one other thing about China.
00:30:42.000 Shut up.
00:30:42.000 These guys suck so hard.
00:31:12.000 When I was a member of Congress in 2006, right after Hurricane Katrina, then you remember.
00:31:18.000 We stood our ground.
00:31:20.000 I led House Conservatives.
00:31:22.000 We cut $100 billion out of the federal budget.
00:31:26.000 It can be done, but as I said in the last debate, I'll say again, this is no time for on-the-job training.
00:31:32.000 None of that is good.
00:31:33.000 This debate sucks.
00:31:59.000 And the first reason it sucks is because none of these people are gonna win.
00:32:03.000 Like, none of them even have a chance, other than Ron DeSantis.
00:32:07.000 I guess.
00:32:10.000 What a joke.
00:32:12.000 And the moderators can't maintain control.
00:32:14.000 I mean, just from a logistical point of view, this debate's already a disaster and a complete farce.
00:32:21.000 Honestly, though, just like the last debate, it just goes to show that without Trump, this is what we have.
00:32:29.000 Trump came out in 2016 and flipped the script.
00:32:32.000 You know that.
00:32:34.000 You remember what people were saying in 2016?
00:32:36.000 The same stuff they're saying now.
00:32:37.000 In the same place!
00:32:38.000 The second, the second GOP presidential debate in 2015 was at the Reagan Library.
00:32:46.000 And it was the same, it was roughly the same crew with the same message, and that was low taxes, Reagan's awesome, rebuild the military, this kind of thing.
00:33:01.000 And it's been 8 years since then?
00:33:04.000 8 years since 2015?
00:33:07.000 Probably almost to the day, because I think that debate was in September 2015.
00:33:11.000 So it was literally 8 years ago.
00:33:14.000 And Trump came in and said, no, we're going to actually build a wall on the border and we're going to stop free trade and we're going to end all the wars.
00:33:21.000 And he won!
00:33:22.000 That was the message that got him the nomination.
00:33:25.000 It won him the general election.
00:33:27.000 That's the message that flipped Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin.
00:33:32.000 And eight years after that, it's right back to where we started.
00:33:37.000 It's right back to the same deal, which is everybody on the debate stage, all they can talk about is immigration.
00:33:44.000 Or, I'm sorry, not immigration.
00:33:46.000 Taxes.
00:33:48.000 And the only thing that they learned from Trump, if you'll notice, there was an article that was written about this a few years ago, I think it was from The Atlantic, and they said, well, the one thing that everyone took from Trump was anti-China.
00:34:02.000 There was a big article, I forget, I think it was during his first term.
00:34:07.000 They said basically, well Trump isn't wrong on everything, because after the Trump election, basically everyone in Washington D.C.
00:34:15.000 flipped and they all became China hawks.
00:34:18.000 And so really that's the only evidence that Trump ever existed.
00:34:23.000 That's the only artifact from the entire Trump era, from beginning until present,
00:34:29.000 At least from what you can see on the debate stage with all the other prominent National Republicans, is that they're anti-China.
00:34:36.000 Otherwise, it's all the same garbage.
00:34:40.000 And like, that was a perfect example.
00:34:42.000 Mike Pence got asked about the DREAMers.
00:34:44.000 He got asked about DACA, and he answered a different question.
00:34:49.000 Then they asked him again, well, what would you do with the Dreamers that are in legal limbo?
00:34:53.000 That they're technically undocumented status, they're illegal aliens.
00:34:57.000 At the same time, they're in this deferred action program, you know, so what are you going to do with these guys?
00:35:04.000 And Mike Pence makes a lame joke about how Congress sucks, you know, because big government sucks.
00:35:10.000 And then he pivots to attack DeSantis on the debt.
00:35:13.000 And says, well how are you going to cut the debt when you raise the spending of Florida?
00:35:17.000 And you want to know why he did that?
00:35:19.000 Because he is going to legalize the Dreamers.
00:35:23.000 Because he wants to legalize and give a pathway to citizenship to the DREAMers.
00:35:28.000 That's why.
00:35:29.000 If he didn't, he would use that opportunity to say very strongly, I'm going to deport the DREAMers, or I'm going to take away their DACA status.
00:35:38.000 Because that's all that's maintaining it.
00:35:40.000 There's no law in Congress that says they can be here.
00:35:42.000 It's an executive action.
00:35:45.000 So, you know, all these people that are watching and they're cheering for this, it's like all they are offering on the debate stage is so-called fiscal conservatism.
00:35:55.000 Capitalism rocks.
00:35:56.000 Cut the taxes.
00:35:57.000 Rebuild the military.
00:35:59.000 Rebuilding the military is bullshit.
00:36:01.000 We spend more on the military every year, and the military sucks.
00:36:04.000 The military sucks because there's no industrial ecosystem.
00:36:08.000 You need factories.
00:36:09.000 You need skilled labor.
00:36:11.000 You could spend $800 billion like we do now.
00:36:14.000 It doesn't fix the military.
00:36:15.000 Russia still outproduces us in ammunition tanks, all of the above.
00:36:20.000 So, in other words, these people have no solutions.
00:36:35.000 You said in the last debate that you would use U.S.
00:36:38.000 attorneys to prosecute crimes local prosecutors won't.
00:36:41.000 But they are stretched as well, and they could not handle all of the lawlessness, the shoplifting, all the carjackings, the armed robberies.
00:36:48.000 They're all surging.
00:36:50.000 Progressive prosecutors were elected by their constituents, and they can't be fired by a president.
00:36:55.000 So what would you do to end the revolving door of criminality?
00:37:00.000 Well, look, Dana, I'm the only one on this stage who's done it.
00:37:03.000 For seven years, I ran the fifth largest office in this country, at the U.S.
00:37:08.000 Attorney's Office in New Jersey, and we set records for the number of prosecutions that we brought that still have not been broken.
00:37:13.000 This guy is insufferable.
00:37:14.000 And the reason was that we went after the crime that was affecting people's lives.
00:37:17.000 I'm just so sick of seeing this guy's fat face.
00:37:19.000 I will appoint an Attorney General and instruct that Attorney General that you are to put all the resources that are necessary to bring our cities back under control.
00:37:27.000 The fact is, they will be stretched.
00:37:30.000 There's no doubt about that.
00:37:31.000 But that's what they take the job for, because they love the idea of enforcing the law.
00:37:36.000 We've got to bring law and order back to this country.
00:37:38.000 And not just in our cities.
00:37:40.000 But we need law and order back everywhere.
00:37:42.000 We need law and order back in our suburbs.
00:37:44.000 People are threatened there.
00:37:45.000 We need it in our rural areas.
00:37:46.000 People feel threatened there.
00:37:47.000 And we need it in Washington, D.C.
00:37:49.000 also.
00:37:50.000 And Donald Trump should be here to answer for that, but he's not.
00:37:52.000 And I want to look at that camera right now and tell you, Donald, I know you're watching.
00:37:56.000 You can't help yourself.
00:37:57.000 I know you're watching.
00:37:58.000 Okay?
00:37:59.000 And you're not here tonight, not because of polls, and not because of your indictments.
00:38:04.000 You're not here tonight because you're afraid of being on this stage and defending your record.
00:38:09.000 You're ducking these things.
00:38:11.000 And let me tell you what's going to happen.
00:38:13.000 You keep doing that, no one up here is going to call you Donald Trump anymore.
00:38:15.000 We're going to call you Donald Duck.
00:38:18.000 Donald Duck?
00:38:19.000 So we're back to Drumpf.
00:38:19.000 We're back to that.
00:38:20.000 Donald Trump?
00:38:20.000 More like Duck.
00:38:21.000 More like Drumpf.
00:38:36.000 Well, the crime in these cities is one of the strongest signs of the decaying of America.
00:38:40.000 We can't be successful as a country if people aren't even safe to live in places like Los Angeles and San Francisco.
00:38:47.000 Just being in Southern California over the last couple days, my wife and I have met...
00:38:51.000 No.
00:38:51.000 No.
00:38:51.000 No.
00:38:52.000 They're not.
00:38:52.000 They're not.
00:38:53.000 They're facilitating the migrants moving into the refugee centers.
00:39:12.000 I removed him from their post and the people of Florida are safer as a result of it.
00:39:16.000 As president, I will use the Justice Department to bring civil rights cases against all of those left-wing Soros-funded prosecutors.
00:39:25.000 We're not going to let them get away with it anymore.
00:39:27.000 We want to reverse this country's decline.
00:39:29.000 We need to choose law and order over rioting and disorder.
00:39:34.000 Oh dude, the smile every time!
00:39:35.000 What is this camera doing?
00:39:35.000 What is it doing?
00:39:36.000 Is this a drone?
00:39:37.000 That was funny.
00:39:56.000 Well, and I actually did it in South Carolina, too.
00:39:58.000 You know, what we knew in South Carolina was you take care of those who take care of you.
00:40:01.000 When I was governor, I did it.
00:40:02.000 We have to start taking care of law enforcement, but it's not just taking care of them with words.
00:40:06.000 It's making sure that you also follow through on what they do.
00:40:09.000 Right now, we have a lot of stolen guns on the street.
00:40:13.000 Well, these law enforcement officers, they arrest these people, and then they go and they're let out the very next day.
00:40:18.000 So law enforcement feels like no one has their back.
00:40:21.000 We have to start prosecuting according to the law.
00:40:24.000 We have to make sure we have the backs of law enforcement, and we have to make sure that we're a country of law and order.
00:40:29.000 But I want to go back to China because I don't think we spent enough time on that.
00:40:32.000 Right now, we have to look at what government's doing to hurt us against China too.
00:40:36.000 You have a company, U.S.
00:40:38.000 Antibiotics.
00:40:39.000 Thank you, Stuart.
00:40:40.000 We're going to stay on the topic of crime because
00:41:08.000 It affects all of us.
00:41:10.000 Governor Burgum, for the first time ever, a Univision poll found that mass shootings and gun safety are one of the most important issues for Latino voters.
00:41:21.000 Mental health concerns are not unique to the United States, but gun violence is.
00:41:28.000 What is your specific plan to curb gun violence?
00:41:33.000 Well, first we need to understand is I think that the liberal left seems to be just completely bent on prosecuting law-abiding citizens that are gun owners, because every solution they have to this is take away the Second Amendment rights of Americans, and somehow that's going to solve the problem.
00:41:49.000 But all these cities that we're talking about that you showed the videos of tonight, they have some of the strictest gun laws in the country.
00:41:55.000 So we know that that's not what's working, but what we have to do is get back to the core issues about
00:42:00.000 We're good to go.
00:42:18.000 The morale is down because we've been defunding the police, because they've been attacked in the press.
00:42:22.000 The police have become the bad guys when they're the one.
00:42:25.000 There's all these jobs available in America.
00:42:27.000 Why would you be a policeman if people don't even respect them?
00:42:29.000 Every time I see a policeman, the first thing I say is, thank you.
00:42:32.000 And so does everybody else in my family and most of the people in our state, because they know we have to respect the people that are out there defending us every single day.
00:42:39.000 Can I answer the question?
00:42:41.000 I'm not sure you can.
00:42:41.000 Dude!
00:42:42.000 She doesn't even speak English!
00:43:01.000 There's two sides to this, and we have to be very honest about it.
00:43:04.000 One is we do have to seal that southern border.
00:43:07.000 Building the wall is not enough.
00:43:09.000 They're building cartel-financed tunnels underneath that wall.
00:43:13.000 Semi-trucks can drive through them.
00:43:15.000 We have to use our own military to seal the Swiss cheese of a southern border.
00:43:19.000 But we also have to be honest.
00:43:20.000 There's a demand-side problem in this country, too.
00:43:23.000 A mental health epidemic.
00:43:25.000 I don't
00:43:40.000 We're good to go.
00:44:06.000 But if you're 16 years old or under, you should not be using an addictive social media product, period.
00:44:13.000 This is something that we can both agree on, and we can revive both the mental health of this country while stopping the fentanyl epidemic that will kill more people this year than who died on 9-11.
00:44:24.000 And I refuse to be a passive bystander sitting in the White House like the hollowed-out husk of a current president we have.
00:44:30.000 We will step up and address this problem to stand for Americans and our children.
00:44:37.000 I mean, that's a creative point, but it's like, talk about the border.
00:44:42.000 I'm going to use the US military to go after the Mexican drug cartels.
00:44:47.000 They are killing our people.
00:44:49.000 And the stories that I've seen in Florida, we had an infant, 18 months, parents rented an Airbnb.
00:44:55.000 And apparently the people that had rented it before were using drugs.
00:44:57.000 The infant was crawling.
00:44:59.000 The toddler was crawling on the carpet and ingested fentanyl residue.
00:45:04.000 And died.
00:45:05.000 Are we just going to sit here and let this happen, this carnage happen in our country?
00:45:10.000 I am not going to do that.
00:45:11.000 So I guarantee you on day one, this border is going to be a day one issue for me as president.
00:45:16.000 We're going to declare it a national emergency.
00:45:17.000 Yes, we'll build the wall.
00:45:18.000 We'll do Remain in Mexico.
00:45:20.000 But those Mexican drug cartels are going to be treated like the foreign terrorist organizations that they are.
00:45:24.000 All right, I'm going to go to Vice President Pence.
00:45:27.000 All right, Vice President Pence.
00:45:29.000 We're going to move on to a different issue.
00:45:30.000 Hold on, sorry.
00:45:30.000 Vice President Pence.
00:45:32.000 Just last month, Vice President Pence, you said if elected you would repeal all Obamacare mandates.
00:45:38.000 However, you also made that same promise in 2016.
00:45:42.000 And at that time, Trump-Pence had congressional majorities for at least the first two years.
00:45:48.000 And you did not deliver on that promise.
00:45:50.000 So Obamacare, right now, it is more popular than ever.
00:45:54.000 Why should Americans trust you, if you become president, to fix that?
00:45:57.000 Or is Obamacare here to stay?
00:46:01.000 Well, first let me speak to the mass shootings issue, and then I'll answer that question.
00:46:04.000 It's an important one, Dana.
00:46:07.000 Look, I'm someone that believes that justice delayed is justice denied.
00:46:12.000 Oh my gosh.
00:46:12.000 Did he cry?
00:46:12.000 Ha!
00:46:12.000 No applause!
00:46:42.000 Eat shit.
00:46:42.000 He really thought he was cooking right there.
00:46:44.000 He thought that everyone was gonna go.
00:46:46.000 He thought he did something.
00:46:47.000 Eat shit.
00:46:47.000 It doesn't even matter.
00:46:48.000 Most mass shooters kill themselves.
00:47:07.000 Wait, what did she say?
00:47:07.000 To live out your days behind bars.
00:47:10.000 You're gonna meet justice in this system.
00:47:12.000 But does that mean Obamacare is here to stay?
00:47:20.000 Well, thank you for reiterating the question, because I'd love to answer it.
00:47:23.000 Look, I think it's one of the choices here.
00:47:27.000 You know, my former running mate, Donald Trump, actually has a plan to start to consolidate more power in Washington, D.C., consolidate more power in the executive branch.
00:47:36.000 If I'm president of the United States,
00:47:39.000 It's my intention to make the federal government smaller by returning to the states those resources and programs that are rightfully theirs under the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.
00:47:50.000 That means all Obamacare funding, all housing funding, all HHS funding, all of it goes back to the states.
00:47:57.000 We'll shut down the Federal Department of Education.
00:48:00.000 We'll allow states to innovate.
00:48:02.000 We're going to revive federalism in America, and states are going to help bring America back.
00:48:08.000 These people have no ideas.
00:48:09.000 It's just Reagan and Trump.
00:48:12.000 You're going to repeal Obamacare?
00:48:13.000 I feel libertarian, Reagan shit.
00:48:14.000 It's just got to go.
00:48:16.000 It's got to go.
00:48:17.000 We need fascism.
00:48:27.000 That's worse than the national average.
00:48:29.000 Can Americans trust you on this?
00:48:31.000 Well, I think this is a symptom of our overall economic decline.
00:48:35.000 Everything has gotten more expensive.
00:48:37.000 You see insurance rates are going through the roof.
00:48:40.000 People that are going to get groceries.
00:48:42.000 I spoke with a woman in Iowa and she said, you know, for the first time in my life, I'm having to take things out of my grocery cart when I get to the checkout line because the total goes up so quickly.
00:48:53.000 It's true.
00:48:54.000 Whoa!
00:49:19.000 We have big pharma, big insurance, and big government and we need to tackle that and have more power for the people and the doctor-patient relationship.
00:49:28.000 Our state's a dynamic state.
00:49:30.000 We've got a lot of folks that come.
00:49:31.000 Of course, we've had a population boom.
00:49:33.000 We also don't have
00:49:42.000 I think?
00:50:11.000 It's not it.
00:50:12.000 It's not it.
00:50:12.000 We're an empire.
00:50:33.000 First of all, how can we be the best country in the world and have the most expensive healthcare in the world?
00:50:38.000 We have an issue.
00:50:39.000 My mom was in the hospital.
00:50:41.000 And when she was in the hospital, they tried to bring her a couple of Tylenol.
00:50:44.000 And she said, I don't need it.
00:50:45.000 And they said, honey, go ahead and take it because you're paying for it anyway.
00:50:48.000 Why is it that when we got the bill, the insurance company and the hospital negotiated the bill for her without her having anything to do with it?
00:50:55.000 When I am president, we will break all of it.
00:50:58.000 From the insurance company, to the hospitals, to the doctor's offices, to the PBMs, to the pharmaceutical companies.
00:51:04.000 We will make it all transparent.
00:51:06.000 Because when you do that, you will realize that's what the problem is.
00:51:09.000 Second thing is you've got to deal with tort law.
00:51:12.000 The lawyer—the doctors don't give you the 10 tests because they want to.
00:51:15.000 It's because of the 90 percent chance they'll get sued.
00:51:18.000 And then we need to bring competition back to healthcare, get rid of certificate-of-need systems, and make sure that they can compete.
00:51:25.000 We have to put the patient in the driver's seat.
00:51:27.000 They've been in the backseat for way too long.
00:51:30.000 And once we give the patient the ability to decide their healthcare, deciding which plan they want, that is when we will see magic happen.
00:51:37.000 But we're going to have to make every part of the industry
00:51:40.000 Open up and show us where their warts are because they all have them and we need to fix this on behalf of the American people.
00:51:56.000 It's because the federal government got involved the same way they did with EVs and they said, we're going to subsidize a particular kind of software back in 2008 under Obama.
00:52:06.000 And they said, hey, we're going to do this.
00:52:08.000 It's going to make everybody more productive.
00:52:09.000 All of you that are watching have been to a doctor's office when the doctor's got his back to you and their hands on a keyboard.
00:52:15.000 The only industry in the world that's ever absorbed $1 trillion of IT and became less productive, they saw less patients per day, is U.S.
00:52:22.000 healthcare, because they were subsidizing a certain kind of technology.
00:52:25.000 It wasn't about improving healthcare, it was about picking winners and losers.
00:52:29.000 Every time the federal government's involved, whether it's higher education, healthcare, or now the auto industry, things get more expensive and less competitive.
00:52:38.000 This is an area I actually agree.
00:52:40.000 I do think that you gotta introduce more competition and transparency.
00:52:47.000 Yeah, like I said, if you pay attention, you notice that they all have the same answers for everything and it's the same answers we've been hearing for 45 years.
00:53:01.000 No matter what the question is, the answer is always the same.
00:53:04.000 The answer is always deregulate, cut taxes,
00:53:08.000 Shrink the government.
00:53:09.000 Like, no matter what the question is.
00:53:12.000 Mike Pence has asked about the Dreamers and he pivots to, well, you know, I cut spending.
00:53:17.000 He's asked about Obamacare.
00:53:19.000 The 10th Amendment, you know, it's like they're pleading the 10th instead of pleading the 5th.
00:53:23.000 Oh, just send it back to the states.
00:53:26.000 Federalism, you know, no matter what.
00:53:28.000 Cut regulations, you know, lower prices.
00:53:31.000 And the point is, is there's other problems in the country other than economic problems.
00:53:39.000 And the thing is, the state is going to play a role.
00:53:41.000 The state is one of the biggest economic entities in the country.
00:53:46.000 It's the biggest employer.
00:53:47.000 It's the biggest spender.
00:53:49.000 It's going to be a part of it.
00:53:51.000 And so, you know, not every problem can be solved by cutting taxes.
00:53:56.000 Don't get me wrong, I think that we should cut taxes and I think that in most cases deregulation is a good thing.
00:54:02.000 At the same time, there are other problems, like trade.
00:54:06.000 How are you going to talk about the American economy today without talking about trade?
00:54:10.000 How can you talk about jobs and revenue and those sorts of things without talking about tariffs and trade?
00:54:17.000 You know, in other words, the economic problem in our country is not that there's too many regulations, although there are, or that there's too much taxation, although there is.
00:54:27.000 The problem is that no matter how you cut it, it's cheaper to put your business in China.
00:54:33.000 And even when they say that they're going to fight China, what's happening now is that China is just pushing its factories
00:54:40.000 We're good to go.
00:55:05.000 Because of the trade system, we don't build anything here, and now we don't make anything.
00:55:08.000 So our economy is this... it's a fake economy.
00:55:12.000 What powers the economy in America...
00:55:15.000 Is insurance, finance, it's the financialization of the economy.
00:55:19.000 So that's why it's 85% services, 15% anything that's actually productive.
00:55:25.000 And all of that has to do with trade, as opposed to taxes.
00:55:28.000 And so when you hear these people say these things, they're speaking on behalf of the major firms.
00:55:34.000 The major firms want to have it this way.
00:55:36.000 The major firms want to have all their business in Asia or in Mexico.
00:55:40.000 That's another one.
00:55:41.000 China's putting a lot of its factories in Mexico.
00:55:44.000 The major firms in America want to have all their industry in China or Mexico or India or Vietnam or Indonesia.
00:55:51.000 They also want to pay less taxes in America.
00:55:54.000 They also want to deal with less regulation in America.
00:55:59.000 Point is, either way, they're a mouthpiece for these major firms to make money.
00:56:03.000 The real, like, America First agenda would be to say,
00:56:07.000 We're gonna put high tariffs on Chinese products or other products so that we can build them here.
00:56:12.000 We want to have a skilled workforce in America.
00:56:14.000 Same thing with the military.
00:56:16.000 Whenever they say rebuild the military, they're always saying spend more money.
00:56:20.000 The problem now though is we just don't have the factories to build what we need to build.
00:56:25.000 Russia, if you look at this war in Ukraine,
00:56:28.000 Russia can build many multiples of what we can per year in terms of ammunition, tanks, whatever it is.
00:56:35.000 We need a lot of the materials from China and a lot of the parts from China to build our radar systems, our optics systems, our planes.
00:56:45.000 You got to bring that back here and the only way to do that is to build the skilled workforce and the only way to do that is to put tariffs up to make sure that we're not putting all the jobs overseas and all the factories and manufacturing overseas.
00:56:58.000 And, you know, that's going to require big government.
00:57:01.000 And you can fund the government that way.
00:57:03.000 Tariffs can fund the government.
00:57:04.000 And if you bring industry back that's productive, you know, again, then you can tax that, and that funds the government, and then that builds the military.
00:57:13.000 But none of these people want to talk about an agenda like that.
00:57:15.000 It's always this neoliberal financialization stuff where it's like, we just need the rich that put the jobs over there to just pay less taxes when they live here.
00:57:24.000 And that's not a solution.
00:57:26.000 Governor Haley, American students, they are in academic trouble.
00:57:30.000 They have lower scores in math and reading, there's chronic absenteeism, that's at record highs, and this has even been called education homicide.
00:57:40.000 You say school choice is the answer, but South Carolina, your home state, still has not enacted universal school choice, and even the current expansion won't be fully implemented until 2027.
00:57:51.000 Parents can't wait four years for a fix, so what would you do right now?
00:57:56.000 Well, and school choice isn't the only answer, but I'll tell you it's not out of a lack of trying that we didn't try and get school choice in South Carolina.
00:58:03.000 What I'll tell you, first of all, is we have to acknowledge the fact that 67% of our 8th graders are not proficient in reading or math.
00:58:10.000 Over 80% of our 8th graders aren't proficient in history or civics.
00:58:14.000 And recently they came out and said our 12 and 13 year olds are scoring at the lowest levels they've been scoring in reading and math in decades.
00:58:22.000 So the first thing we've got to do is we've got to make sure we catch our kids back up.
00:58:26.000 We have to make sure they can read.
00:58:28.000 A child that can't read by third grade is four times less likely to graduate high school.
00:58:32.000 We need to do reading remediation.
00:58:33.000 We need complete transparency in the classroom.
00:58:36.000 No parent should ever wonder what's being said or taught to their child in the classroom.
00:58:40.000 We need to make sure that we have school choice so that there's competition.
00:58:43.000 We need to move all the programs from the federal government down to the states and let states decide what education looks like in their states.
00:58:51.000 And we need to start building things in America again.
00:58:53.000 Let's put vocational classes back in our high schools, and let's get our kids building the things that we know that we can make.
00:58:59.000 When we start to focus on that and really bring in that parental involvement, that's when we'll start to see a difference.
00:59:05.000 But we've got to get parents back included.
00:59:08.000 We've got to quit spending time on this DEI and CRT and instead focus on financial literacy, on digital literacy, and on making sure that our kids know what they need to do to have the jobs of the next generation.
00:59:21.000 On the subject of education, a question for Governor Christie.
00:59:27.000 Students in your state are getting high marks on their report cards, but minorities are not doing well with math and reading.
00:59:35.000 Black and Hispanic students are averaging 29 points lower than white students in New Jersey.
00:59:41.000 Would you address minorities first?
00:59:44.000 We're good
01:00:00.000 We're good to go.
01:00:29.000 Thank you.
01:00:45.000 We're good to go.
01:01:06.000 Governor DeSantis, I have a question for you.
01:01:07.000 Florida's new black history curriculum says, quote, slaves develop skills which in some instances could be applied for their personal benefit.
01:01:18.000 You have said slaves develop skills in spite of slavery, not because of it.
01:01:24.000 But many are still hurt.
01:01:26.000 For Descendants of Slaves, this is personal.
01:01:29.000 What is your message to them?
01:01:44.000 Our country's education system is in decline because it's focused on indoctrination, denying parents' rights.
01:01:49.000 Florida represents the revival of American education.
01:01:53.000 We're ranked number one in the nation in education by U.S.
01:01:56.000 News & World Report.
01:01:57.000 My wife and I, we have a six-, five-, and three-year-old.
01:01:59.000 This is personal to us.
01:02:01.000 We didn't just talk about universal school choice, we enacted universal school choice.
01:02:05.000 We didn't just talk about Parents' Bill of Rights, we enacted the Parents' Bill of Rights.
01:02:09.000 We eliminated critical race theory, and we now have American civics and the Constitution in our schools in a really big way, just like President Reagan asked for in his farewell address back in 1989.
01:02:22.000 Florida is showing how it's done.
01:02:24.000 We're standing with parents, and our kids are benefiting.
01:02:27.000 There is not a redeeming quality.
01:02:40.000 Oh my gosh.
01:02:41.000 That is so funny.
01:02:42.000 That is hilarious.
01:02:43.000 Oh man.
01:02:44.000 Bro, they're black.
01:02:45.000 There's nothing redeeming about slavery.
01:03:07.000 Black families survived slavery.
01:03:09.000 We survived poll taxes and literacy tests.
01:03:13.000 We survived discrimination being woven into the laws of our country.
01:03:17.000 What was hard to survive was Johnson's Great Society where they decided
01:03:23.000 Oh really?
01:03:23.000 Is that why?
01:03:24.000 I don't think that's what's talking about.
01:03:25.000 Is that why?
01:03:47.000 Our nation continues to go in the right direction.
01:03:51.000 It's why I can say I have been discriminated against but America is not a racist country.
01:03:58.000 Never ever doubt who we are.
01:04:01.000 We are the greatest country on God's green earth and frankly the city on the hill needs a brand new leader and I'm asking for your vote.
01:04:10.000 Republicans love a black guy saying he loves America.
01:04:13.000 They just go crazy for that.
01:04:30.000 I have to be very clear about this.
01:04:32.000 Transgenderism, especially in kids, is a mental health disorder.
01:04:37.000 We have to acknowledge the truth of that for what it is.
01:04:40.000 I met two young women early in this campaign.
01:04:44.000 Parents have the right to know.
01:04:45.000 And you know what the hypocrisy of this is?
01:04:47.000 Even New Hampshire failed to actually get past a piece of legislation here.
01:04:51.000 The very people who say that this increases the risk of suicide
01:04:55.000 are also the ones saying that parents don't have the right to know about that increased risk of suicide.
01:05:01.000 And I'm sorry, it is not compassionate to affirm a kid's confusion.
01:05:05.000 That is not compassion, that is cruelty.
01:05:07.000 I met two young women, Chloe and Katie, early in this campaign, who are in their 20s, now regret getting double mastectomies and a hysterectomy.
01:05:15.000 One of them will never have children.
01:05:17.000 And the fact that we allowed that to happen in this country is barbaric.
01:05:22.000 So I will ban
01:05:23.000 Genital mutilation or chemical castration under the age of 18, and parents have absolutely the right... Would you try to pass a federal law that says parents should have that right?
01:05:32.000 This is just bullshit.
01:05:33.000 We're going to watch.
01:05:34.000 States absolutely have to follow that through.
01:05:35.000 We stand for parental rights, yes.
01:05:38.000 She's just like trying to derail him.
01:05:40.000 You do not have a law that says parents can't be notified.
01:05:42.000 But you want to be president.
01:05:44.000 Would you try to pass a federal law to say parents have that right?
01:05:48.000 I think
01:06:06.000 I've got more experience as a business leader than I think this whole group combined.
01:06:11.000 I know I've created more jobs than everybody else on stage.
01:06:13.000 Thousands of high-paying jobs that have real meaning.
01:06:16.000 So as a business leader, you come in and you treat the taxpayer like a customer.
01:06:19.000 So in North Dakota, instead of fighting with the teachers unions, we actually created a K-12 coordinating council.
01:06:24.000 Everybody gets in the room and the customer is the student.
01:06:26.000 But you do understand that this is an issue that many people in America really are concerned about, worried about, about parents and notification and schools.
01:06:35.000 Yes, and that's why we have 50 platforms of innovation.
01:06:38.000 That's why we have states.
01:06:39.000 There are certain things the federal government is supposed to do.
01:06:42.000 It's not the Department of Education.
01:06:43.000 That needs to be assembled.
01:06:44.000 We've got to move it back to states.
01:06:46.000 Do what we did in North Dakota.
01:06:47.000 Instead of like, oh, here's a choice school and here's an old school, the old way with a teacher's union and the kids are trapped.
01:06:52.000 We made every school in North Dakota an innovation school.
01:06:55.000 Every school got out from under the red tape.
01:06:57.000 And the things that help teach the values that we're trying to get, like 4-H, like FFA, like Boy Scouts.
01:07:02.000 They can get credit for all of that stuff in North Dakota.
01:07:05.000 And by the way, North Dakota is now at the top of the median SAT scores in the country, right now.
01:07:11.000 Vice President Pence, the Department of Homeland Security warns that violence against LGBTQ plus people is on the rise and intensifying.
01:07:20.000 According to a recent study, members of that community are nine times more likely to be victims of violent hate crimes.
01:07:27.000 As President, how would you protect this community from violent attacks and discrimination?
01:07:34.000 Well, as President of the United States, I'll stand up for the safety and the civil liberties of every American, from every background.
01:07:42.000 And I want the American people to know that.
01:07:45.000 But I want to answer the question as well, Dana, that you just asked Doug Burr.
01:07:49.000 Because by way of full disclosure, Chris, you mentioned the President's situation.
01:07:54.000 My wife isn't a member of the Teachers Union, but I've got to admit,
01:08:00.000 I've been sleeping with a teacher for 38 years.
01:08:04.000 Full disclosure, education is a state and local function.
01:08:09.000 The state of Indiana had one of the very first school choice programs in the country.
01:08:13.000 And when I was governor of the state of Indiana, we doubled it.
01:08:16.000 I don't
01:08:33.000 We're good to go.
01:08:56.000 With the ability to choose whether kids go to school, whether it's public, private, parochial or homeschool, you empower parents and our schools will straighten up and reflect our values and focus on the basics faster than you could possibly imagine.
01:09:13.000 I love how they let everyone interrupt the fact, but then when the fact jumps in, they go, no, no, no, we gotta move on.
01:09:16.000 Really?
01:09:17.000 Obviously rigged against them.
01:09:43.000 No, I think you look at how our societies develop.
01:09:46.000 They have huge amount of power over our society.
01:09:48.000 They've cracked down on free speech.
01:09:50.000 We're not saying you don't want them to do business, but you want it to be a free market.
01:09:54.000 And right now, they're monopolies.
01:09:55.000 But this issue of China, I think, is really going to be fundamental.
01:09:58.000 I don't
01:10:19.000 Huge ambitions, not only in the Asia-Pacific, but as you mentioned earlier, in our region.
01:10:24.000 But ultimately, we've got to beat them on the economy.
01:10:27.000 And so that's what we'll do as President of the United States.
01:10:30.000 Governor Christie, I wanted to follow up on this because 22% of American workers fear their jobs will be lost to a robot.
01:10:37.000 And you said in the past that the free market is the way to go.
01:10:43.000 Would you retrain workers who lose a job to artificial intelligence, and to do what?
01:10:49.000 Well, look, what I think artificial intelligence offers us is an extraordinary opportunity to expand well beyond the productivity that we have now and to have Americans be able to be involved in that revolution, Dana.
01:11:03.000 Each time, we have shown incredible innovation and progress in this country.
01:11:08.000 What we've done with it is to expand all kinds of new, even unthought of opportunities for folks.
01:11:13.000 Yes, we have to do retraining for folks who lose some of their jobs, and we should be doing that.
01:11:18.000 And we should have more training available both at the county college level and the local level for people to be able to access it.
01:11:24.000 So yes, I would be in favor of that.
01:11:26.000 But this is a much bigger issue than that.
01:11:28.000 We can't be afraid of innovation.
01:11:30.000 America has been the great innovator of this world.
01:11:33.000 Over the last 250 years, a technological innovator, a manufacturing innovator, and a freedom and governmental innovator.
01:11:41.000 And that's why America has to continue to stand strong in the world, pro-innovation, pro-progress.
01:11:47.000 And I will tell you this,
01:11:48.000 As President of the United States, what I will do is to make sure that every innovator in this country gets the government the hell off its back and out of its pocket so that it can innovate and bring great new inventions to our country that will make everybody's lives better.
01:12:05.000 Mr. Ramaswamy, TikTok is banned on government-issued devices because of its ties to the Chinese government.
01:12:15.000 Yet you joined TikTok after dinner with boxer and influencer Jake Paul.
01:12:22.000 Should the Commander-in-Chief be so easily persuaded by an influencer?
01:12:27.000 So the answer is I have a radical idea for the Republican Party.
01:12:30.000 We need to win elections.
01:12:32.000 And part of how we win elections is reaching the next generation of young Americans where they are.
01:12:38.000 So when I get into office, I've been very clear.
01:12:40.000 Kids under the age of 16 should not be using addictive social media.
01:12:46.000 We're only going to ever get to declaring independence from China, which I favor, if we actually win.
01:12:51.000 So while the Democrats are running rampant, reaching the next generation three to one, there's exactly one person in the Republican Party which talks a big game about reaching young people, and that's me.
01:13:01.000 And let me level with all of you.
01:13:03.000 I'm the new guy here, and so I know I have to earn your trust.
01:13:07.000 What do you see?
01:13:08.000 You see a young man who's in a bit of a hurry, maybe a little ambitious, bit of a know-it-all it seems at times.
01:13:14.000 I'm here to tell you no, I don't know it all.
01:13:16.000 I will listen.
01:13:17.000 I will have the best people, the best and brightest in this country, whatever age they are, advising me.
01:13:24.000 We will be probably many of the people on this stage included.
01:13:27.000 That's how I built my companies.
01:13:28.000 I want to be challenged.
01:13:30.000 I want people who disagree with me.
01:13:32.000 That's what makes America great because we're not a
01:13:34.000 This is infuriating because TikTok is one of the most dangerous social media apps that we could have and what you've got I honestly every time I hear you I feel a little bit dumber for what you say because I
01:14:01.000 He's such a bitch.
01:14:02.000 He just hates it.
01:14:03.000 Let me just say, Pearl, this is important.
01:14:17.000 This is very important for our party.
01:14:18.000 China knows exactly what they're doing.
01:14:20.000 And what we've seen is you've gone and you've helped China make medicines in China, not America.
01:14:25.000 You're now wanting kids to go and get on the social media that's dangerous for all of us.
01:14:30.000 You went and you were in business with the Chinese that gave Hunter Biden $5 million.
01:14:34.000 We can't trust you.
01:14:35.000 We can't trust you.
01:14:36.000 We can't have TikTok in our kids' lives.
01:14:39.000 We need to ban them.
01:14:39.000 Mr. Ramos-Schwarmer, you have 15 seconds.
01:14:44.000 Oh, shut up, Gabe.
01:14:45.000 Gabe!
01:14:45.000 Gabe!
01:14:45.000 Oh my gosh!
01:14:46.000 Reagan's 11th.
01:14:46.000 What a bitch, dude.
01:15:15.000 He got bitched out and then he goes, we need to stop being mean to each other.
01:15:19.000 You gotta hit her back, you pussy.
01:15:20.000 Terrible.
01:15:21.000 Terrible.
01:15:21.000 He has no killer instinct.
01:15:22.000 That's the problem.
01:15:23.000 He can't kill.
01:15:24.000 He's weak.
01:15:24.000 I like a lot of what he says, but he's weak.
01:15:25.000 You can't get called stupid by a woman and then say, well, let's stop with the personal insults.
01:15:29.000 Weak.
01:15:44.000 The price tag so far is 76 billion dollars.
01:15:48.000 But is it in our best interest to degrade Russia's military for less than 5% of what we pay annually on defense, especially when there are no U.S.
01:15:57.000 soldiers in the fight?
01:15:59.000 It's
01:16:18.000 Our own country is being invaded.
01:16:20.000 We don't even have control of our own territory.
01:16:23.000 We have got to defend the American people before we even worry about all these other things.
01:16:28.000 And I watch these guys in Washington, D.C., and they don't care about the American people.
01:16:34.000 They don't care about the fentanyl deaths.
01:16:36.000 They don't care about the communities being overrun because of this border.
01:16:40.000 They don't care about the Mexican drug cartels.
01:16:43.000 So as Commander-in-Chief, I will defend this country's sovereignty.
01:16:47.000 But it's not a territorial dispute.
01:16:51.000 It's never been a territorial dispute.
01:16:53.000 That's of course what it is.
01:16:54.000 Yeah, we're getting back.
01:16:54.000 We're not gonna get you back.
01:17:10.000 It's not actually not being paid by Ukraine, it's paid by the NATO, our NATO allies.
01:17:13.000 So I think it's a good topic.
01:17:15.000 I think it's a really good topic too, but I will say, let's debate the fact that our national vital interest is in degrading the Russian military.
01:17:26.000 By degrading the Russian military, we actually keep our homeland safer, we keep our troops at home, and we all understand Article 5 of NATO.
01:17:35.000 We have to level with the American people.
01:17:37.000 I thought you said something about waiting until your turn to talk, so, well, hello there.
01:17:40.000 So, at the end of the day, I'm going to finish my- He's getting bitched at by a woman and a black guy.
01:17:46.000 So, at the end of the day, when you think about the fact that if you were to keep American troops at home, the attack on NATO territory would bring us and our troops in.
01:17:57.000 By degrading the Russian military, we reduce, if not eliminate, an attack on NATO territory.
01:18:04.000 Finish that exchange.
01:18:05.000 We have to level with the American people on this issue.
01:18:26.000 You'll have your chance in just a moment.
01:18:28.000 The hurling personal insults isn't helping.
01:18:30.000 China is the real enemy, and we're driving Russia further into China's arms.
01:18:34.000 We need a reasonable peace plan to end this.
01:18:37.000 Especially, this is a country whose president, just last week, was hailing in a Nazi insult rant.
01:18:42.000 If you let Putin have Ukraine that's a green light to China, to take Taiwan, peace comes through strength.
01:18:50.000 We need a reasonable plan to peace.
01:18:57.000 I'm glad I'm fucking out right now.
01:18:59.000 It sucks.
01:19:01.000 And notice how they just let everybody pile on.
01:19:03.000 You know it's great when that happens.
01:19:06.000 But, you know, Vivek's weak.
01:19:07.000 He invited that because he was weak in the first debate.
01:19:18.000 The Chinese are paying for the Russian war in Ukraine.
01:19:21.000 The Iranians are supplying more sophisticated weapons.
01:19:24.000 And so are the North Koreans now as well, with the encouragement of the Chinese.
01:19:28.000 The naivety on this stage from some of these folks is extraordinary.
01:19:31.000 Look.
01:19:32.000 I understand people want to go and talk to Putin.
01:19:34.000 Guess what?
01:19:35.000 So did George W. Bush.
01:19:37.000 So did Barack Obama.
01:19:39.000 So did Donald Trump.
01:19:41.000 And so did Joe Biden when he said a small invasion wouldn't be so bad.
01:19:45.000 Every one of them has been wrong.
01:19:48.000 And the fact of the matter is, we need to say right now,
01:19:52.000 That the Chinese-Russian alliance is something we have to fight against, and we are not going to solve it by going over and cuddling up to Vladimir Putin.
01:20:02.000 Look, Donald Trump said Vladimir Putin was brilliant and a great leader.
01:20:08.000 He is.
01:20:08.000 This is the person who is murdering people in his own country, and now, not having enough blood, he's now going to Ukraine to murder innocent civilians and kidnap 20,000 children.
01:20:19.000 And let me tell you, if you think that's where it's going to stop,
01:20:22.000 If we give him any of Ukraine, next will be Poland.
01:20:26.000 This is a guy who said, wait one sec, this is a guy in 1991 who said that was the darkest moment in world history when the Soviet Union fell.
01:20:33.000 Listen everybody, he wants to put the old band back together and only America can stop it and when I'm president we will.
01:20:40.000 Governor Burgum, I want to get to Governor Burgum, he hasn't had a chance.
01:20:43.000 I have a question I think you're going to really like.
01:20:46.000 Or at least you have experience in it.
01:20:49.000 And we need to talk about America's farmers.
01:20:51.000 Because there is a foreign policy connection here.
01:20:53.000 The U.S.
01:20:53.000 and China are in this fierce economic competition.
01:20:56.000 It's hurting American businesses.
01:20:58.000 And there is blowback against American farmers because China then targets them in retaliation.
01:21:04.000 How would you as president protect American farmers and ranchers from that kind of retaliation from a foreign government like China?
01:21:11.000 Well, first of all, we've got the best farmers and ranchers in the world right here in America.
01:21:15.000 If they have a level playing field, they can outcompete anyone in the world.
01:21:17.000 But this is part of the larger issue that we're talking about here, which is we're in a Cold War with China.
01:21:22.000 The Biden administration won't admit that.
01:21:23.000 But we're also in a economic war through what we're doing with agriculture and energy.
01:21:28.000 And we're also in a war with them relative to cyber war.
01:21:30.000 We get attacked every day in North Dakota, every state, every school district, our tribes all being attacked every day by either China, Russia, Iran, North Korea.
01:21:39.000 six billion that's a lot that's a lot of dollars
01:22:03.000 Yeah, sounds legit.
01:22:20.000 China imports 10 million barrels of oil a day.
01:22:23.000 They're the largest import in the world, and we've had four cabinet members from the Biden administration there this summer, and none of them talked about U.S.
01:22:29.000 energy.
01:22:29.000 The first one to go to each of those countries was Kerry to talk about the folly of the climate policy, which is making the world less stable.
01:22:37.000 It's empowering dictators.
01:22:39.000 It's not about climate change that we need worried about.
01:22:41.000 It's about the Biden climate policies that are actually the existential threat to America's future.
01:22:49.000 Mexico's president called, who supports sending U.S.
01:22:53.000 military into the country, quote, scoundrels.
01:22:58.000 Mexico is the United States' most important trade partner and border security.
01:23:04.000 You say you will send special operations to attack the cartels in Mexico.
01:23:08.000 So, this means boots on the ground,
01:23:12.000 This means boot on the ground.
01:23:12.000 Educator.
01:23:13.000 Educator, Nikki.
01:23:14.000 Educate this anchor for you.
01:23:29.000 What we will do is we will make sure that we send in our special operations and we will take out the cartels, we'll take out their operations, we'll take out anything that's doing it, but we're gonna go after China.
01:23:39.000 Because China is the one sending the fentanyl in the first place.
01:23:43.000 And we will end all normal trade relations until China stops sending fentanyl.
01:23:47.000 And then we'll do the special operations and we'll get it from both sides.
01:23:50.000 We're good to go.
01:24:08.000 They didn't focus enough on the fact that all of our law enforcement drones in America are Chinese, and we've got all these little surveillance cells.
01:24:15.000 We need to start focusing on what keeps Americans safe.
01:24:18.000 That hasn't happened in a long time.
01:24:20.000 As your president, I will make sure every American is safe, and we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.
01:24:26.000 All right.
01:24:27.000 I want to get to Senator Scott.
01:24:32.000 You're all auditioning for the job as President of the United States.
01:24:35.000 You want to earn these votes.
01:24:36.000 But the world's problems land in the Oval Office.
01:24:39.000 During the presidential debates in the year 2000, neither Al Gore nor George W. Bush was asked about Al Qaeda.
01:24:47.000 Yet, just one year later, Al Qaeda's attack on September 11th claimed nearly 3,000 lives.
01:24:54.000 And the farther we get from September 11th, the closer we are to September 10th.
01:25:00.000 Senator Scott, you have no executive branch experience.
01:25:04.000 What has prepared you to protect the nation from a major man-made national security crisis?
01:25:10.000 One of the things I've had the good fortune of doing is serving on committees in the United States Senate like the Senate Armed Services Committee, I'm on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, also on the Finance Committee and the Banking Committee.
01:25:22.000 Talk about addressing the issue of fentanyl.
01:25:25.000 I've written the legislation, passed it through the Banking Committee and the Senate that would freeze the assets and sanction the accounts of the Mexican cartels.
01:25:34.000 There are weapons that we have within the arsenal that I was able to get past 23 to 0 in the
01:25:40.000 Polarizing Senate as it is.
01:25:42.000 I've also understood without question the fact that if you look at the details before 9-11, there was information and intelligence that was available that suggested an attack was coming.
01:25:55.000 Having the right intelligence partners with us is key to making sure that we prevent the next 9-11 from ever happening.
01:26:02.000 Having that experience for the last 10 years is really important in getting the job done.
01:26:08.000 30 seconds to you, Mr. Pence.
01:26:11.000 Well, I think you asked a question about executive experience, and I think it's vitally important.
01:26:16.000 And I stand before you today as a candidate for president because I think this country's in a lot of trouble.
01:26:21.000 And you hear the fire on the stage tonight, you hear the fire in all of our voices, and it's because Joe Biden is weak in this country, at home and abroad.
01:26:30.000 This is a time for those of us that have the experience
01:26:35.000 The
01:26:50.000 Because frankly, our party does face a time for choosing, as they said at the top of this debate, whether we're going to stand on the foundation of that conservative agenda that Ronald Reagan poured, or whether we're going to follow the siren song of populism on more to conservative principles.
01:27:06.000 I'm the most experienced, most qualified, and most consistent conservative in this field, and I'm ready to lead America at home and abroad on day one.
01:27:21.000 Unbelievable.
01:27:24.000 This debate is trash.
01:27:25.000 I'm just over it.
01:27:26.000 I mean, like, you're at a point where you're listening to Doug Burgum answer.
01:27:31.000 Like, he gets a whole answer.
01:27:34.000 Vivek gets interrupted by everybody, and it seems like every answer is 15 seconds.
01:27:39.000 Doug Burgum, who's at 1% or less, we're gonna listen to his position on, like, farmers or something?
01:27:46.000 Who cares?
01:27:48.000 I'm just over the whole thing.
01:27:51.000 So, I have to say though, I'm very disappointed in Vivek.
01:27:55.000 I'm disappointed, but not really surprised.
01:27:57.000 He says a lot of the right stuff, but really he suffers from two fatal problems.
01:28:02.000 And one, he doesn't know how to bring it in for a landing.
01:28:06.000 Okay, when it comes to these debates,
01:28:09.000 Simplicity.
01:28:10.000 Simplicity is your friend.
01:28:11.000 You don't need to get creative.
01:28:12.000 You don't need to come up with these convoluted answers.
01:28:15.000 You need a clever, good answer, and it needs to be solid, and simple, and to the point, and pithy, and he can't do that.
01:28:23.000 Like every, even when he gets an answer off, because you see he's obviously at a disadvantage, obviously.
01:28:29.000 And they all do this, by the way.
01:28:31.000 Throughout the years, if there's a candidate that isn't favored by the establishment, it's just open season on them in the debates.
01:28:38.000 It was like this with Trump.
01:28:39.000 It was like this with Ron Paul.
01:28:41.000 It's like this with Vivek.
01:28:42.000 It was like that with Andrew Yang.
01:28:45.000 So, you know, he doesn't even have a lot of opportunities for openers to get off a good answer.
01:28:51.000 But then, even when he does, he had this answer in this past segment where they asked him about
01:28:59.000 The border or something and he goes on this tangent about well The problem is that there's demand for fentanyl and there's demand for fentanyl because there's a mental health crisis And so we need to address it with mental health and it's like, you know, that's just wrong
01:29:15.000 That's just incorrect.
01:29:18.000 They're two separate issues.
01:29:19.000 The way that you secure the border is by securing the border.
01:29:23.000 That's it.
01:29:23.000 You need to build a wall.
01:29:25.000 And he says, well, they're digging tunnels underground.
01:29:29.000 We have technology.
01:29:30.000 Find the tunnels.
01:29:31.000 Shut them down.
01:29:33.000 You need surveillance.
01:29:34.000 You need a wall.
01:29:35.000 You need an architecture that repels people physically at the border.
01:29:40.000 And you need to combine that with a zero-tolerance policy that every illegal will be sent back.
01:29:46.000 We need to get on a program, get on a timeline.
01:29:49.000 We're over four to eight years.
01:29:51.000 We can get everybody out, and everybody that tries to enter will be deported immediately.
01:29:56.000 That's your two-step approach.
01:29:59.000 Talking about mental health does not fix the border.
01:30:01.000 It's like when you hear these Democrats say, well the problem with crime is that there are no educational opportunities.
01:30:08.000 It's like, that really doesn't have anything to do with it.
01:30:11.000 These root cause things, that's a generational problem.
01:30:16.000 Fixing crime is about arresting people.
01:30:18.000 Fixing crime is about everybody that commits a crime gets caught.
01:30:21.000 Similarly, the border is the same deal.
01:30:24.000 Everybody that comes over has to go back.
01:30:27.000 It's that simple.
01:30:28.000 And so that was a perfect opportunity to deliver a solid answer and say, yep, build the fucking wall.
01:30:34.000 Deport everybody and no birthright citizenship.
01:30:37.000 That's your grand slam.
01:30:39.000 Instead, he's going to come up with this convoluted thing about, uh, well there was, so I talked to these people and their kid overdosed on fentanyl and we need to ban social media and we need a faith-based approach to mental health.
01:30:50.000 It's like, what?
01:30:52.000 Talk about the border.
01:30:53.000 So that's problem number one.
01:30:55.000 Problem number two is that he's weak.
01:30:58.000 And the reason everybody's attacking him, it's one, because he's very popular.
01:31:02.000 You know, and you have to anticipate that.
01:31:03.000 He's surging in the polls.
01:31:05.000 He is a heterodox candidate because he's not, he doesn't want to destroy Russia and he's on TikTok and whatever.
01:31:13.000 You know, he's not an insane 80 year old neocon.
01:31:17.000 Slave to the Jews so they're all attacking him but you know he really invited this because in the first debate he let everybody interrupt him and now they all know that he's weak and so they do and he's like smiling he's being interrupted and he's smiling and he's making eye contact with them and he's like allowing them to interrupt you can't let people interrupt same thing with the border it's like if you let somebody interrupt they will interrupt and interrupt you got to talk over them not make eye contact not smile raise your you know you need
01:31:46.000 Strategies to disrupt that.
01:31:49.000 And he doesn't have that killer instinct.
01:31:51.000 That's why he'll never... He could never win this even if Trump wasn't there.
01:31:55.000 He has no killer instinct.
01:31:57.000 He got bitched out by a gay black guy and a woman.
01:32:00.000 Well look, I think that we do have to run through the courts and get through that administrative state to make sure we're using the natural resources here at home.
01:32:08.000 But here's the other thing that we can do that's easy.
01:32:11.000 And it addresses the national debt as well as brings down prices.
01:32:15.000 Put people back to work.
01:32:18.000 We are using taxpayer money to pay people more to stay at home than to go to work.
01:32:24.000 That is wrong.
01:32:25.000 That contributes to our supply chain crisis.
01:32:27.000 It contributes to inflation.
01:32:29.000 That's the easiest way to unlock this economy.
01:32:32.000 And here's the other thing.
01:32:33.000 We're good to go.
01:32:54.000 Reduce the federal employee headcount by 75%.
01:32:56.000 Rescind 50% of unconstitutional federal regulations that are shackling businesses, both large and small.
01:33:04.000 I've offered a very clear, practical plan to do it.
01:33:07.000 That's how we unleash the economy.
01:33:09.000 That's how we revive the integrity of a three-branch constitutional republic, rather than this technocracy and aristocracy in the administration of the state.
01:33:21.000 I think one of the signature accomplishments of our administration was in just a few short years.
01:33:26.000 We achieved energy independence.
01:33:29.000 We became a net exporter of energy for the first time in 75 years.
01:33:36.000 But on day one, Joe Biden declared a war on energy, which was no surprise, because when Joe Biden ran for president, he said he was going to end fossil fuels.
01:33:45.000 And they've been working overtime to do that ever since.
01:33:48.000 If I'm president of the United States, we're going to open up federal lands.
01:33:52.000 We're going to unleash American energy.
01:33:54.000 We're going to have an all-of-the-above energy strategy.
01:33:58.000 And I have a plan that actually would not only reclaim energy independence, but in 2006, America lost our position as the leading energy producer on Earth.
01:34:08.000 I believe in the next 10 years, with the right policies and experienced leadership in the White House, we can reclaim our role as the leading energy producer on Earth, and that'll grow the American economy for generations to come.
01:34:23.000 Um, Governor Haley, reaction to that please?
01:34:25.000 As the only person who's leading an energy state, could I answer the energy question?
01:34:28.000 No, uh, Governor Haley.
01:34:30.000 To you, the first thing I'll say is, what I saw at the United Nations is national sec- energy security is national security.
01:34:36.000 We need a president that understands we have to partner with our producers and make sure that they- we have their backs.
01:34:43.000 What you don't need is a president who is against energy independence.
01:34:46.000 Ron DeSantis is against fracking, he's against drilling, he's been against-
01:34:51.000 You did it.
01:34:51.000 He always talks about what happens on day one.
01:34:54.000 You better watch out, because what happens on day two is when you're in trouble.
01:34:57.000 Day two in Florida, you banned fracking, you banned offshore drilling, you did it on federal lands, and you took green subsidies that you didn't have to take.
01:35:06.000 Governor DeSantis, you were mentioned.
01:35:08.000 You have the right to respond.
01:35:09.000 30 seconds.
01:35:10.000 I just did a plan out in West Texas for American energy dominance.
01:35:15.000 We're going to choose Midland over Moscow, we're going to choose the Marcellus over the Molas, and we're going to choose Bakken over Beijing, and we are going to lower your gas prices.
01:35:24.000 We are going to get that job done because it's important for our national security, it's important for jobs, and that's one of the best ways to drive down inflation.
01:35:32.000 Governor DeSantis, Governor DeSantis, this question is for you.
01:35:41.000 You banned it before they voted.
01:35:42.000 No, it's not true.
01:35:43.000 You banned it before they voted and not only that, fracking wasn't, they didn't vote on fracking.
01:35:47.000 She's just totally wrong.
01:35:49.000 They voted it in, that's what we did.
01:35:51.000 I'm sure we do do it in Florida.
01:35:53.000 We don't have as much as maybe West Texas, but we do it.
01:35:56.000 But that was a constitutional amendment.
01:35:57.000 So that's just wrong, and let's just get real here.
01:35:59.000 My plan will get the job done.
01:36:01.000 We are going to be energy dominant, and that's what's going to happen.
01:36:07.000 We are moving on with this question for Governor DeSantis.
01:36:11.000 Governor, we cannot talk over each other.
01:36:15.000 We must respect each other's time.
01:36:17.000 My apologies for that.
01:36:19.000 I'm ready, Stuart.
01:36:19.000 Let's do it.
01:36:20.000 He owned her there.
01:36:22.000 I do kind of like DeSantis, like, nerd energy, where he's like, okay, that's just wrong.
01:36:28.000 Um, actually, you're wrong.
01:36:29.000 Like, he does have that nerd, like...
01:36:36.000 You know what, Nicky?
01:36:37.000 You're just wrong.
01:36:51.000 Wrong, Mickey!
01:36:52.000 Spurred.
01:36:52.000 He's spurred.
01:37:07.000 I end up getting through Yale and Harvard Law School and somehow came out more conservative than when I went in, and that is not easy to do.
01:37:14.000 Had a lot of opportunities to make money, but I wanted to serve, and I'll never forget coming back on the plane from Iraq, landing in Coronado, California, North Island, and feeling that breeze off the Pacific Ocean and say, you know what?
01:37:26.000 I am lucky to have been born an American and I think being able to serve and I'll be the first president elected since 1988 who's actually served overseas in a war.
01:37:35.000 I think that's going to help me as commander-in-chief to know how you see these issues and understand that there are real lives at stake for people that wear the uniform.
01:37:43.000 And we know that Governor Haley's husband is serving right now as well, and we thank him for that.
01:37:48.000 Senator Scott, the national debt is nearly double than your time in office.
01:37:51.000 Nikki Haley is the one they want, obviously.
01:37:52.000 The approval rate for Congress is at a mere 19%.
01:37:55.000 If this were a business, you'd probably all be fired in Washington, but you're here tonight looking for a promotion.
01:38:01.000 In 2013, Governor Haley fired you for the Senate.
01:38:05.000 I'd like you to tell her why you should be promoted to CEO of the nation instead of her.
01:38:11.000 Certainly, one of the things I'd say is if you look at our national debt of 33 trillion dollars, I would love to have an opportunity to have this country pass a balanced budget amendment.
01:38:23.000 That would constrain the spending in Washington in the same fashion that it does in every state in our nation, number one.
01:38:30.000 Number two, if you want to actually reduce our national debt, you have to grow our economy.
01:38:35.000 In order to grow our economy, you need to create about
01:38:38.000 It's
01:38:55.000 We're the richest country if you combine coal, gas, and oil.
01:38:59.000 Why not unleash all of our resources?
01:39:01.000 Number two, we've lost 100,000 factories.
01:39:05.000 100,000 factories in the last 25 years.
01:39:08.000 If we continued on my Made in America plan, we could bring jobs back to America in a similar fashion that we did when I wrote the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
01:39:17.000 We actually lowered the corporate tax from 35% to 21%.
01:39:22.000 Reshored or repatriated $1.7 trillion.
01:39:25.000 We brought the unemployment rates for African Americans, Hispanics, and Asians to the lowest level in the history of the country.
01:39:33.000 And a 70-year low for women.
01:39:35.000 Governor Haley, would you think, you think you would deserve the promotion over him?
01:39:38.000 Well, first of all, I think, look, I appreciate Tim.
01:39:40.000 We've known each other a long time.
01:39:42.000 But he's been there 12 years and he hasn't done any of that.
01:39:45.000 He hasn't, they've only given four budgets on time in 40 years.
01:39:50.000 He is part of that.
01:39:51.000 He increased the national debt.
01:39:52.000 He voted for the spending.
01:39:54.000 You voted for, you actually asked for a gas tax increase in South Carolina.
01:39:58.000 12 years, where have you been?
01:39:59.000 Where have you been, Tim?
01:40:03.000 I appreciate a lot of the things they're saying.
01:40:05.000 I'm the only one up here who's gotten in the big fights and has delivered big victories for the people of Florida.
01:40:22.000 And that's what it's all about.
01:40:23.000 You can always talk, but when it gets hot in there, when they're shooting arrows at you, are you going to stand up for parents' rights, keep the state free?
01:40:31.000 Are you going to be able to do all those things?
01:40:33.000 And in the state of Florida, because of our success, the Democratic Party lies in ruins.
01:40:38.000 We have won the big fights.
01:40:40.000 We have turned our state into a Republican state.
01:40:43.000 People respond to leadership.
01:40:45.000 I've done it while others have talked about it.
01:40:47.000 We need a zero-based budgeting.
01:40:56.000 That's the way businesses are actually run.
01:40:58.000 Start with zero as the baseline for the budget, and then see what's actually necessary.
01:41:04.000 There isn't a blue state or a red state in this union that doesn't.
01:41:08.000 The federal government doesn't do it.
01:41:09.000 But successful companies, including the ones that I've built as a CEO, will do it.
01:41:14.000 And I think we need a CEO in the White House to get that done.
01:41:17.000 Look at how she interrupts him!
01:41:19.000 This bitch!
01:41:39.000 Trying to stop transnational criminal organizations from inflicting the invasion and the mass casualties in our state.
01:41:46.000 And on the energy policy, we're already doing it.
01:41:48.000 It's not saying—nobody else has done the big fights.
01:41:50.000 North Dakota was leading the charge.
01:41:52.000 We won the battle to get the Biden administration, who was ignoring the law.
01:41:55.000 They were the first administration since Truman that wasn't holding the quarterly required lease sales.
01:42:01.000 And we won that in federal court.
01:42:02.000 Vote us.
01:42:03.000 We won that in federal court.
01:42:04.000 We're fighting the Biden administration on 20 fronts.
01:42:07.000 To say that nobody's fighting the big fights, just look at the record of what we're doing right now.
01:42:11.000 Energy, economy, national security have been talking about it since day one, and now finally good.
01:42:16.000 We're having the conversation about it, but we've got the answer in North Dakota.
01:42:19.000 Governor Burgum, let's talk big government.
01:42:21.000 This question's for you.
01:42:23.000 Big government keeps getting bigger.
01:42:25.000 One-fifth of all new jobs this year have been created by the government.
01:42:29.000 Governor Burgum, you say you want to shrink the size of government, but it has been a century since any president has done that.
01:42:37.000 Why would you be any different?
01:42:39.000 Well, because we've done it in North Dakota.
01:42:42.000 When I took office, we shrunk the state budget general fund by 27% in the first four months I was office, and all the trains stopped running on time.
01:42:50.000 Why?
01:42:51.000 Because you had a business leader that was actually there.
01:42:53.000 Inside of every government job,
01:42:55.000 There's 10 or 20 percent of mind-numbing, soul-sucking work that even the state and federal employees don't want to do, and you can engineer that work out of the job.
01:43:04.000 That would free up right there 20 percent of 2 million civilian employees.
01:43:07.000 And by the way, we've got 10 million jobs open.
01:43:09.000 They'd have plenty to do, and they could be generating taxes instead of being paid by taxes.
01:43:14.000 This is totally possible to do it if you have somebody that understands
01:43:18.000 Because having worked in technology for 30 years, everything we had to do was to be better, faster, and cheaper the next day.
01:43:23.000 That's what we can do in government.
01:43:25.000 That's what we're doing in North Dakota.
01:43:26.000 Alright.
01:43:27.000 Governor DeSantis.
01:43:30.000 I want to ask you about something that I think is on a lot of Republicans' minds.
01:43:34.000 This election could come down to less than 50,000 votes in three states.
01:43:39.000 Abortion was on the ballot in six states in 2022.
01:43:43.000 Republicans lost all of them.
01:43:45.000 Next year, abortion will likely be on the ballot in Arizona.
01:43:49.000 That is a must-win state.
01:43:51.000 Governor DeSantis, how are you going to win over independent, pro-choice voters in Arizona?
01:43:57.000 Same way we did in Florida.
01:43:58.000 We won the greatest Republican victory in a governor's race in the history of the state, over 1.5 million votes.
01:44:04.000 We were winning places like Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach, that nobody thought was possible because we were leading with purpose and conviction.
01:44:11.000 I reject this idea that pro-lifers are to blame for midterm defeats.
01:44:16.000 I think there's other reasons for that.
01:44:18.000 The former president, you know, he's missing in action tonight.
01:44:21.000 He's had a lot to say about that.
01:44:23.000 He should be here explaining his comments.
01:44:26.000 Oh my gosh!
01:44:26.000 Dude.
01:44:27.000 I can't.
01:44:47.000 We're better off when everybody counts.
01:44:48.000 I can't hear about Reagan.
01:44:49.000 I just can't.
01:44:50.000 And I think we should stand for what we believe in.
01:44:52.000 I think we should hold the Democrats accountable for their extremism, supporting abortion all the way up until the moment of birth.
01:45:00.000 That is infanticide, and that is wrong.
01:45:02.000 Let me ask Governor Christie.
01:45:05.000 Governor Christie, do you think- Every question.
01:45:08.000 Okay.
01:45:08.000 Governor Christie, do you think that Republicans can do that in Arizona if this referendum is on the ballot there?
01:45:14.000 Yeah, because I did it in New Jersey, Dana.
01:45:20.000 Well, because they don't have leaders in those states who are leading the fight the way it should be led.
01:45:30.000 This is where the fight is really tough for Republicans, and those are the states that we're going to have to try to win if we're going to win the White House back.
01:45:37.000 And what we did is 14 times, Dana, in eight years, I vetoed Planned Parenthood funding.
01:45:42.000 14 times.
01:45:44.000 No one else gets it that much.
01:45:45.000 The Democrats just kept sending it to me, and I kept saying no, because I believe in life.
01:45:49.000 But I also believe in states' rights.
01:45:51.000 And I think we fought hard against Roe vs. Wade for decades to say that states should make these decisions.
01:45:57.000 So we're going to have those fights in the states.
01:45:59.000 But what you need is a leader who can talk to people and make them understand that if you're pro-life, you have to be pro-life for the entire life, not just the nine months in the womb.
01:46:08.000 And we've talked a lot about fentanyl tonight, and we haven't spoken one moment about treatment.
01:46:13.000 But we need to make sure that for the drug-addicted 16-year-old on the floor of the county lockup, her life is precious, too.
01:46:19.000 And we need to be providing treatment to cure this as a disease that it is.
01:46:23.000 If you're pro-life, you've got to be pro-life for the entire life.
01:46:26.000 We start talking like that, they're going to do what I did in the blue state, which was get reelected with 61% of the vote and won 70% of independents and 51% of Latinos because I told them the truth from my heart.
01:46:39.000 Thank you.
01:46:40.000 Vice President Pence.
01:46:42.000 The latest Univision poll found that 73% of Latino voters think the Republican Party doesn't care about or is being hostile to them, the Hispanic community.
01:46:53.000 Only Governor DeSantis has translated his campaign into Spanish.
01:46:57.000 How will you reach out to Latino voters?
01:47:01.000 Well, I promise you that we're going to continue to build bridges to every community in this country.
01:47:06.000 And I'm incredibly proud of that tax cut and tax reform bill.
01:47:10.000 I worked on Capitol Hill to help get that bill passed into law, the largest tax cut in American history.
01:47:16.000 We saw literally the lowest unemployment ever recorded for Hispanic Americans.
01:47:22.000 The lowest unemployment ever recorded for African-Americans.
01:47:25.000 50-year low for women.
01:47:27.000 So I think the President of the United States needs to be a champion for the American dream for every American.
01:47:34.000 It begins with the unborn, and the aging, and the infirm.
01:47:37.000 And it begins with every ethnic group in this country.
01:47:40.000 And I promise you, if I'm President of the United States, I'll be a champion.
01:47:44.000 I'll be a champion for the American dream for Hispanic Americans and for every American.
01:47:51.000 Oh finally, finally some relief.
01:47:54.000 Alright, what's going on?
01:48:06.000 What the?
01:48:08.000 He said the Asian and the infirm.
01:48:10.000 A ten percent, ten cent gas tax increase in South Carolina.
01:48:14.000 Talk about someone who has never seen a federal dollar she doesn't like.
01:48:20.000 Ten cents on this gallon in South Carolina.
01:48:24.000 As the UN ambassador, you literally... Bring it, Ken.
01:48:31.000 What the freak?
01:48:33.000 Dude, where's my debate, bro?
01:48:34.000 $50,000 on curtains at a $15 million subsidized location.
01:48:42.000 Next.
01:48:42.000 You got bad information.
01:48:44.000 First of all, I fought the gas tax in South Carolina multiple times against the establishment.
01:48:49.000 Just go to YouTube.
01:48:50.000 Against the establishment.
01:48:51.000 And you want to know what that tense up was?
01:48:53.000 When they wouldn't pass the gas tax, the establishment and the companies wanted me to do it so much that I said the only way I will pass it is if you won't give us three.
01:49:01.000 All you have to do is go watch Nikki Haley on YouTube.
01:49:04.000 Yes.
01:49:04.000 If you will give me three times the deduction in income tax, then I will look at your gas tax, which is why it didn't happen.
01:49:11.000 Exactly, Ron.
01:49:13.000 Secondly, on the $50 million... Here is a nice part.
01:49:16.000 Secondly, on the curtains, do you... Yes.
01:49:18.000 Hallmark 10, because Obama bought those curtains.
01:49:20.000 Did you send them back?
01:49:21.000 It's in the press.
01:49:22.000 Did you send them back?
01:49:22.000 It's the State Department.
01:49:23.000 Did you send them back?
01:49:24.000 Did you send them back?
01:49:25.000 You're the one that works in Congress.
01:49:26.000 Oh, my gosh.
01:49:27.000 You get it.
01:49:27.000 You hung them on your curtains.
01:49:29.000 They were there before I even showed up at the residence.
01:49:31.000 I hate this.
01:49:32.000 I hate this show.
01:50:03.000 Oh my gosh.
01:50:04.000 They're the two worst Republicans in the country.
01:50:07.000 Tim Scott and Nikki Haley.
01:50:09.000 They're the two most insufferable, worst Republicans.
01:50:12.000 Tim Scott, because he's a gay, black neocon.
01:50:17.000 The only reason any Republican would consider Tim Scott, like I said earlier, is because they cream their jeans whenever they see a black guy say he loves America.
01:50:27.000 That's it.
01:50:28.000 That's it.
01:50:29.000 Nothing special there.
01:50:30.000 It's just whenever a black person says, Shit, I love America!
01:50:34.000 I think it's the greatest country on God's green earth.
01:50:37.000 You know, they lose it.
01:50:38.000 It makes them feel so good.
01:50:41.000 And Nikki Haley's just the hysterical female neocon.
01:50:45.000 Both of them.
01:50:46.000 I mean they're virtually the same.
01:50:48.000 Did you hear earlier Tim Scott said that degrading and diminishing Russia's military is our vital strategic interest?
01:50:55.000 He literally said we have to fight them there so we don't fight them here.
01:50:58.000 About Russia!
01:51:00.000 Like Russia is going to invade America.
01:51:02.000 He said we have to degrade them in Ukraine to protect the homeland.
01:51:08.000 Why is Russia about to invade America?
01:51:11.000 But that's the same nonsense, that's the same drivel that Nikki Haley says where she's flipping out about Vivek saying that he doesn't want to nuke Russia or something.
01:51:22.000 And now at the end they're going to debate about curtains and about fiscal responsibility.
01:51:27.000 Oh, you took Obama's curtains?
01:51:30.000 Seriously?
01:51:33.000 That's why you have to say thank God for Trump, because if it wasn't for Trump, this would be your field.
01:51:38.000 Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott.
01:51:40.000 These are the worst of the worst.
01:51:43.000 Mike Pence, I think, is by far the worst because he's human garbage because he betrayed the President, but... I mean, he's right up there with the others.
01:51:52.000 Honestly, what more is there to say?
01:51:53.000 I'm checked out.
01:51:55.000 I'm over it.
01:51:55.000 I'm done.
01:51:56.000 I hate everyone on the stage.
01:51:58.000 I hate every single one of them as a choice, you know.
01:52:01.000 Even the moderators.
01:52:02.000 Dana Perino is terrible.
01:52:04.000 The other one doesn't even speak English.
01:52:06.000 How are you gonna have a Republican debate and she doesn't even speak English?
01:52:11.000 And she's asking all the Latino questions.
01:52:13.000 She's asking about
01:52:16.000 The Latino vote, and why haven't you translated your campaign into Spanish?
01:52:21.000 Really?
01:52:23.000 Honestly, it just makes DeSantis look better.
01:52:25.000 I mean, when you look at the field, DeSantis is probably the strongest and maybe the most conservative out of the field there.
01:52:34.000 I mean, Vivek has probably the best policies, but DeSantis is way better at articulating them.
01:52:39.000 It makes him look good, because all the rest of them suck so much worse.
01:52:43.000 Not that I like DeSantis, but you put him next to Nikki Haley and Tim Scott, he actually looks like a genius Nazi or something.
01:52:51.000 He looks like a Nazi genius.
01:52:55.000 But I can't stand any of them.
01:52:58.000 I think the field is terrible.
01:53:00.000 And like I said earlier, it just goes to show, we're in a real pickle here because if Trump loses this election, not only is it over,
01:53:11.000 Just on account of.
01:53:12.000 But in 2028, this is the field and that's all.
01:53:18.000 Have you ever thought about that?
01:53:19.000 That if Trump loses, even if he wins, the field in 2028 is going to be these guys.
01:53:25.000 And imagine if this was your only choice.
01:53:27.000 Imagine if there was no Trump doing a rally simultaneously and you had to pick somebody from this crowd.
01:53:34.000 I couldn't pick one of them to save my life if I had to.
01:53:39.000 So, you know, this is why it has to happen with the voters.
01:53:43.000 The voters have to protest and not vote for Republicans because this is what happens when you do.
01:53:49.000 Every year, voters in South Carolina elect people like Nikki Haley and Tim Scott because the alternative would be far worse.
01:53:57.000 Well, what are you going to do?
01:53:58.000 Not vote?
01:53:59.000 Then the Democrats get the spot.
01:54:01.000 Good!
01:54:01.000 I prefer another Democrat as opposed to Tim Scott or Lindsey Graham or Nikki Haley.
01:54:07.000 I prefer another Democrat over Mike Pence or whoever else you know so it's just a disaster but that's the party.
01:54:20.000 Trump needs to appoint a successor.
01:54:22.000 Trump really needs some solid people and not just people that agree with him or go along with what he says but he needs like real fighters.
01:54:29.000 He needs to groom somebody like Matt Gaetz or somebody like that to really lead.
01:54:36.000 Because the problem isn't even that they're wrong, it's that they're weak.
01:54:40.000 I mean, everyone is wrong and they're weak.
01:54:44.000 And you see a case in point is like Marjorie Greene.
01:54:46.000 She may be right on some things, but she's an animal.
01:54:50.000 And by animal, I mean she looks like a gorilla.
01:54:54.000 The animal is gorilla.
01:54:56.000 Donald Trump wins the nomination.
01:54:59.000 None of you have indicated that you're dropping out.
01:55:02.000 So...
01:55:03.000 Which one of you, on stage tonight, should be voted off the island?
01:55:09.000 Please use your marker to write your choice on the notepad in front of you.
01:55:14.000 15 seconds, starting now.
01:55:16.000 Of the people on the stage, who should be... I'm absolutely serious.
01:55:19.000 With all due respect, I mean, we're here, like, you know, we're happy to debate, but I think that that's disrespectful to my fellow competitors.
01:55:26.000 Nobody wants to participate.
01:55:27.000 Let's do some questions.
01:55:28.000 Let's talk about the future of the country.
01:55:34.000 Let's go.
01:55:36.000 Let me ask you something.
01:55:37.000 Ben, if you won't answer that question, let me ask you this one.
01:55:40.000 What is your mathematical path, Governor DeSantis?
01:55:45.000 Oh, yeah.
01:55:45.000 Oh!
01:56:02.000 No!
01:56:03.000 Insane Insane
01:56:37.000 Governor Christie, I believe I did see you write something on the card.
01:56:44.000 No, but I'll certainly tell you.
01:56:47.000 Look, I think I've been the only one on this stage who's been clear about this.
01:56:51.000 I vote Donald Trump off the island right now.
01:56:53.000 And the reason I vote him off the island... Every person on this stage has shown the respect for Republican voters to come here, to express their views honestly, candidly, and directly, and to take your questions honestly.
01:57:09.000 I have respect for every man and woman on this stage because they've done it.
01:57:13.000 Vivek, put your hand down for a second.
01:57:17.000 I still got time, dude, so chill out.
01:57:21.000 Here, look.
01:57:22.000 This guy has not only divided our party, he's divided families all over this country.
01:57:29.000 He's divided friends all over this country.
01:57:31.000 I've spoken to people, and I know everyone else has, who have sat at Thanksgiving dinner or at a birthday party and can't have a conversation anymore if they disagree with Donald Trump.
01:57:42.000 Yes!
01:57:42.000 And that's awesome!
01:57:43.000 That's awesome!
01:57:45.000 I have a different view on this.
01:57:52.000 I think Trump was an excellent president, but the America first agenda does not belong to one man.
01:57:59.000 It does not belong to Donald Trump.
01:58:01.000 It doesn't belong to me.
01:58:03.000 It belongs to you.
01:58:04.000 The people of this country.
01:58:06.000 And the question is who's going to unite this country and take the America first agenda to the next level.
01:58:13.000 I will do that.
01:58:14.000 Mr. Ramachandran, your 15 seconds are up.
01:58:15.000 And that, that does it for that does it!
01:58:36.000 Is that it?
01:58:39.000 No closing statements?
01:58:42.000 Wow.
01:58:45.000 What a slo- Wow.
01:58:47.000 What a sloppy debate.
01:58:49.000 That was terrible.
01:58:53.000 That was terrible- That's it?
01:58:56.000 No closing statements?
01:58:58.000 How do you do a debate and not have closing statements?
01:59:01.000 What a joke.
01:59:03.000 From start to finish, that's one of the worst debates I've ever seen.
01:59:07.000 And not even just because the people suck and the moderators suck, but that whole thing was just a disaster from beginning until end.
01:59:13.000 Just how they conducted the debate.
01:59:15.000 How do you not have time for closing statements?
01:59:18.000 Don't you kind of need that?
01:59:21.000 Ridiculous.
01:59:23.000 No closing statements.
01:59:24.000 Constant interruptions.
01:59:27.000 We hear more from Doug Burgum than the frontrunners, than DeSantis and Vivek.
01:59:32.000 Out of this field, I should say, there's really one frontrunner.
01:59:37.000 So, that was terrible.
01:59:39.000 And you have, I mean, that statement by Ron DeSantis is so cute.
01:59:42.000 He says, you know, polls don't elect, voters elect.
01:59:46.000 Really?
01:59:46.000 Well, I think the voters are the ones that are being polled.
01:59:50.000 Isn't that who constitutes the poll?
01:59:53.000 So, if that's any indication of how people will vote, then you're not gonna win, but...
02:00:01.000 Terrible debate, as always.
02:00:03.000 This is the party without Trump, and it's a disaster.
02:00:05.000 You need Trump, you know?
02:00:08.000 Trump is obviously the nominee, and he's the only option.
02:00:11.000 That's it.
02:00:13.000 This just goes to show we've got one more chance.
02:00:16.000 It's really that simple.
02:00:18.000 We have one more chance to save the country, and that's Trump winning in 2024.
02:00:23.000 We'll find a way to reorganize, and we'll carry on.
02:00:27.000 It'll be rough if we don't have him for four years.
02:00:32.000 Because if this is who's running, no path forward.
02:00:36.000 So, alright, well that's the debate.
02:00:38.000 We'll take a look.
02:00:41.000 Really strongly about it.
02:00:42.000 I don't think we have time.
02:00:44.000 But, I don't know, I mean, I guess just to recap it.
02:00:47.000 Let's see, are they gonna do any commentary?
02:00:49.000 Oh, well, hey!
02:00:58.000 I should be on the front page.
02:01:02.000 I love it.
02:01:03.000 What's funny is that it's not really that scary when you tune in and watch it.
02:01:06.000 This is like... This is what you have.
02:01:10.000 Without Nick Fuentes and Trump, this is what you get.
02:01:12.000 They'll do that.
02:01:12.000 They'll make a plate.
02:01:15.000 And eat!
02:01:17.000 Beard, beard, flannel shirt, t-shirt, t-shirt.
02:01:21.000 Hicks picture of Alex Jones.
02:01:23.000 Alright, Mr. Jones can you...
02:01:26.000 I was going to say, I thought that I looked sinister on MadMaxWorld.tv, but every Friday, completely unfiltered.
02:01:33.000 And I really think all the points you made were dead on.
02:01:37.000 No, but I was actually taking a dump.
02:01:38.000 The point is, I took a five minute break and said, we don't care.
02:01:43.000 We have superdelegates that are in Trump.
02:01:45.000 That's why scientific establishment polls that are already... Alright, let's take a look at the superchats.
02:01:52.000 Let's see what they say.
02:01:55.000 Geralt sent $10.
02:01:55.000 Weh.
02:01:55.000 Okay, thanks.
02:02:00.000 Gersh sent $10.
02:02:02.000 Sending my superchat before stream starts so I don't catch the late stream superchat wrath of NJF.
02:02:08.000 Anyways here's money what a great stream.
02:02:10.000 So awesome.
02:02:11.000 Thank you.
02:02:13.000 Pretty underscore fly underscore white underscore guy sent $3.
02:02:16.000 244.
02:02:16.000 How's the Elon biography?
02:02:17.000 It's great.
02:02:22.000 Spence sent $3.
02:02:24.000 If they play Oliver Anthony again I'm gonna lose my fucking mind.
02:02:30.000 Quack sent $3.
02:02:31.000 Quack.
02:02:34.000 Richard Percival sent $3.
02:02:36.000 I think this debate is so boring because the stakes are so low.
02:02:40.000 None of these people will beat Trump, none of this matters.
02:02:44.000 Trollt sent $3.
02:02:46.000 Tim Scott sounds like Patrick Starr.
02:02:51.000 Regina Bolton sent $3.
02:02:52.000 All these literal hoos yelling over each other.
02:02:55.000 We.
02:02:56.000 Want.
02:02:57.000 Trump.
02:02:58.000 Absolutely.
02:02:59.000 Richard Percival sent $3.
02:03:01.000 What did Reagan even do to get this reverence from boomers?
02:03:04.000 Well, he was the last time that there was like a real conservative, a real Republican that dominated.
02:03:10.000 You know, he won a landslide in 1984 and 1980 and united the Republican Party and
02:03:18.000 Beat Carter and ended the stagflation of the 70s and won the Cold War.
02:03:23.000 You know, that's the narrative about Reagan, is it?
02:03:26.000 He ushered in 30 years of economic growth and wealth creation and he brought the Soviet Union to its knees by expanding the military.
02:03:36.000 That's why.
02:03:38.000 Spence sent $3.
02:03:40.000 Really great job, women moderators.
02:03:43.000 Cookies sent $10.
02:03:45.000 Couldn't watch this without you, Nick.
02:03:47.000 They couldn't get through a single sentence without some corny phrase.
02:03:50.000 Justice delayed is justice denied.
02:03:52.000 Kill yourself.
02:03:53.000 Justice delayed is justice denied.
02:03:56.000 We're gonna call him Donald Duck.
02:03:58.000 America isn't in decline.
02:04:00.000 America's in retreat.
02:04:01.000 You know, every time it's some cutesy, stupid fucking turn of phrase.
02:04:04.000 He shouldn't be at the picket line.
02:04:06.000 He should be at the end of the unemployment line.
02:04:10.000 Shut up.
02:04:12.000 Justin sent $3.
02:04:14.000 DeSantis said we have Confucius Institutes.
02:04:16.000 Nigga, we have Holocaust Museums.
02:04:19.000 Facts!
02:04:19.000 Yo!
02:04:20.000 Facts!
02:04:21.000 Holla!
02:04:23.000 Absolutely right.
02:04:24.000 Good point.
02:04:26.000 Boo sent $3.
02:04:28.000 Donald Duck and Nicky Mouse.
02:04:29.000 You're right, yeah.
02:04:31.000 Deez Nuts sent $3.
02:04:33.000 If they aren't speaking out about the immigration invasion, they are shills for the Jews.
02:04:37.000 What do you think, man?
02:04:38.000 It's a GOP debate.
02:04:41.000 Hey, thanks buddy.
02:04:49.000 Glad you liked it.
02:04:52.000 I liked when he got upset about slavery.
02:04:56.000 I liked when they asked the question about the Ron DeSantis curriculum that says that slaves benefited from slavery.
02:05:02.000 And he's like, just take the line out!
02:05:03.000 Just take that line out!
02:05:05.000 Slavery's not good!
02:05:06.000 Nice.
02:05:06.000 Viagra trailer.
02:05:09.000 Yeah, black fragility.
02:05:11.000 Is that true?
02:05:12.000 Let me see.
02:05:12.000 Did Trump say that?
02:05:14.000 Let me take a look.
02:05:14.000 I don't see it.
02:05:15.000 I see Humpty Dumpty.
02:05:38.000 Oh, we'll take a look at Twitter in a sec.
02:05:40.000 Seriously.
02:05:41.000 For real.
02:05:42.000 No more!
02:05:42.000 No more Reagan!
02:05:42.000 No more time for choosing!
02:05:51.000 We need a leader.
02:05:52.000 We need Trump to be the dictator.
02:05:54.000 Hail Trump, hail our people, hail victory.
02:05:56.000 This is what we need, okay?
02:05:58.000 We need Trump to go in there and solve everything and everyone should let him do his job.
02:06:04.000 Let him cook.
02:06:05.000 Give him absolute power.
02:06:07.000 Step two, let him cook.
02:06:10.000 That's the policy.
02:06:12.000 Yeah, I can't say I see the comparison.
02:06:29.000 Spence sent four dollars.
02:06:31.000 GOP elite will 100% flip support from DeSantis to Haley.
02:06:35.000 Everyone on the stage is afraid to attack her and she's a total psycho bitch.
02:06:39.000 Perfect neocon puppet.
02:06:40.000 She is.
02:06:40.000 She's absolutely a psycho bitch.
02:06:42.000 Yeah, nail on the head right there.
02:06:44.000 And yeah, the moderators are favoring her.
02:06:46.000 I think she got the majority of the time.
02:06:49.000 I wonder if anyone kept a real, like, live tracker.
02:06:54.000 Of that.
02:06:55.000 Well, we probably couldn't even, yeah, we can't get it anyway because Twitter is gay like that now.
02:06:59.000 Uh, let's see.
02:07:02.000 Does 538 do analysis still?
02:07:05.000 They got bought by CBS.
02:07:06.000 Now they, uh, now it's kind of useless.
02:07:12.000 Let's see.
02:07:17.000 I wonder who spoke the most, if they have that yet.
02:07:21.000 Get rid of that.
02:07:29.000 Do they have speaking times?
02:07:31.000 Somebody link it to me if it's somewhere.
02:07:33.000 I want to see who spoke the most.
02:07:35.000 Because I'm sure that she got the most time.
02:07:38.000 That seems like that's the case.
02:07:40.000 Which would signal that she's the pick.
02:07:43.000 Yeah, she does have that psycho look, which is kind of hot.
02:07:45.000 Okay, somebody linked it to me.
02:07:46.000 So, I'll pull it up here for you.
02:08:04.000 So Vivek had the most time.
02:08:06.000 DeSantis had the second most time.

02:08:54.000 Like, just similar.
02:08:56.000 He talks very different than how everybody else talks.
02:08:58.000 You can kind of hear it, that he's not an Anglo.

02:09:40.000 What is going on?
02:09:42.000 Crack me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's supposed to look like this.
02:09:45.000 I don't think.
02:09:47.000 I don't think it's supposed to look like that.
02:09:51.000 What's going on there, man?
02:09:52.000 They're just hanging out like that.
02:09:55.000 Fix your shirt, lady.

02:10:25.000 I thought they fixed that.
02:10:26.000 I thought that was a glitch.
02:10:27.000 It's always a glitch.
02:10:31.000 Wasn't there some beef over that recently?
02:10:33.000 They said...
02:10:33.000 Oh, it just takes a little while for it to populate.
02:10:36.000 And they fixed it, and then it's back to the same way as before.
02:10:40.000 Really?
02:10:41.000 What a joke.
02:10:41.000 I don't think so.
02:10:43.000 I think Stephen Miller's even more aggressive than him.
02:10:46.000 He's just too... He's just weak.
02:10:47.000 It's that simple.
02:10:48.000 I don't think he's like Stephen Miller.
02:11:02.000 He reminds me of... I don't know.
02:11:06.000 I feel like everybody was a fighter in 2016.
02:11:08.000 Everybody was fighting.
02:11:09.000 Carly Fiorina was tough.
02:11:12.000 Rubio and Cruz were tough.
02:11:14.000 You know, they would fight.
02:11:17.000 Kind of reminds me of Ted Cruz in some ways, because Ted Cruz had that same smiley...
02:11:22.000 Disposition.
02:11:23.000 Unable to defend himself.
02:11:24.000 Kind of like Jeb Bush, actually.
02:11:25.000 You want to know the truth?
02:11:26.000 He lets himself get piled on like Jeb Bush.
02:11:29.000 Even Jeb Bush was able to mount more successful counterattacks.
02:11:32.000 I know that sounds surprising, but if you go back and watch the debates, by South Carolina, Jeb Bush had figured out a way to mount an attack.
02:11:41.000 He couldn't respond.
02:11:42.000 He wasn't good.
02:11:44.000 And quick at counter-offensive but there were a couple moments when he was able to build up some energy on Trump and you know Trump defused it but Vivek just he can't attack, he can't defend, he's just weak.
02:11:58.000 Look at this by the way.
02:11:59.000 Is this Netanyahu?
02:12:02.000 You literally can't make this shit up.
02:12:03.000 Tune into Newsmax at any given time and they've got a guy who's got a picture with Netanyahu on his desk.
02:12:11.000 Nice.
02:12:12.000 Anyway.
02:12:14.000 Core underscore sent ten dollars.
02:12:16.000 I was waiting for the stone cold music to break out and for Trump to come out with a steel chair and smash all these shitty candidates.
02:12:22.000 Were you?
02:12:23.000 That would be awesome!
02:12:26.000 And then, what if it was like, uh oh, Trump enters with a steel chair and the theme music plays.
02:12:34.000 What are you a fucking retard?
02:12:36.000 You a retard?
02:12:38.000 I don't think he was afraid of being racist.

02:13:01.000 Sky Guy sent $100.
02:13:02.000 Great shows lately.
02:13:05.000 The Monday one was incredible.
02:13:07.000 Look forward to seeing you on the stage one day debating the Trannies and Zionists in the future Republican debates.
02:13:12.000 Hey, thanks a lot for the big super chat.
02:13:15.000 I appreciate it.
02:13:16.000 Yeah, me too.
02:13:16.000 Maybe one of these days I'll be, you know, I think I could get 1%.
02:13:20.000 I think if I ran in 15 years, I think I could get, or however, 10 years, I guess.
02:13:26.000 Damn, at this point.
02:13:28.000 If I ran in 10 years, I think I could get 1%.
02:13:30.000 I think I could get on the stage if they let me.
02:13:33.000 And wouldn't that be crazy?
02:13:34.000 Because that's all you need is like 40,000 donors, 1%.
02:13:38.000 I think I could get that.
02:13:40.000 And I think I'd be able to get on the stage.
02:13:41.000 Could you imagine in 10 years if I was on the stage?
02:13:45.000 And I was like... And I wouldn't be this show.
02:13:48.000 I'm very good at adjusting my message for a different audience.
02:13:51.000 That would be crazy.
02:13:53.000 We gotta work towards that.
02:13:55.000 That's gonna be the future, I think.
02:13:58.000 But anyway, thanks for the big super chat.
02:14:00.000 I appreciate it, buddy.
02:14:16.000 Yeah, good question.
02:14:18.000 Why aren't the Fox Business moderators Nick Fuentes and Vince James?
02:14:23.000 Huh?
02:14:24.000 Instead they got this broad and a Mexican invader.
02:14:28.000 What's going on?
02:14:30.000 I think you're on to... Damn, I think you're really on to something.
02:14:33.000 Whoa, fucking based?
02:14:35.000 He said that Nick Fuentes and Vince James?
02:14:37.000 You know who should moderate this debate?
02:14:39.000 David Duke.
02:14:40.000 David Duke.
02:14:43.000 David Duke and Don Black.
02:14:47.000 You know who should be debating?
02:14:48.000 Some real based white guys like Don Black and David Duke instead of this dumb bitch and this other, and this shill, and this cuck.
02:15:01.000 Fucking, whoa, fucking based?
02:15:03.000 This Super Chatter is based.
02:15:06.000 Yeah.

02:15:13.000 Fishoto sent $10.
02:15:14.000 Trump wore nothing.
02:15:16.000 The debate was so bad.
02:15:18.000 Well said.
02:15:18.000 Concise and very true.
02:15:20.000 Regina Bolton sent $3.
02:15:22.000 Funny response to my super chat the other day.
02:15:25.000 Haha and less.
02:15:26.000 Whoa!
02:15:27.000 She's down.
02:15:27.000 She's down with the lesbian harem.
02:15:30.000 Okay, you know, no, no, no.
02:15:33.000 Regina Bolton sent $3.
02:15:36.000 Might be if that was over the line.
02:15:37.000 I know this is a wholesome Christian family show zero.
02:15:39.000 Definitely over the line.
02:15:40.000 Too far.
02:15:41.000 Too far.
02:15:42.000 No lesbian, okay?
02:15:43.000 No lesbian harem.
02:15:45.000 No.
02:15:45.000 No.
02:15:46.000 Occasion to sin.
02:15:47.000 We can't do that.
02:15:49.000 Offensive to pious ears.
02:15:51.000 Unless... No, kidding.
02:15:53.000 Unless... No, but offensive to pious ears.
02:15:56.000 We can't be doing that.
02:15:58.000 Delaw sent $10.
02:15:59.000 America is getting straight up raped and they're over here still talking about low taxes and shit.
02:16:04.000 So tiresome.
02:16:07.000 Jared sent $3.
02:16:09.000 I'm gonna call him Donald Duck.
02:16:11.000 Hyuck hyuck hyuck.
02:16:13.000 Stupid fat disgusting fuck.
02:16:15.000 Also, I'm sorry, were you speaking Vivec?
02:16:18.000 Go sit down and continue to ask politely for your turn.
02:16:24.000 Irish Hog sent $5.
02:16:26.000 Why is Chris Christie is so hateable?
02:16:28.000 It's not just that he's fat and gross.
02:16:30.000 It's his tone.
02:16:31.000 It's something about his tone.
02:16:33.000 He's got this very like... Because he has this very negative energy.
02:16:40.000 That's what it is.
02:16:42.000 He's trying to come off as like tough or stern, but it's just coming across angry and anger doesn't play well.
02:16:48.000 That's what it is.
02:16:49.000 Anger never plays well in politics like that.
02:16:52.000 In television, in retail politics, that like anger, rage, this like...
02:16:59.000 It doesn't work.
02:17:00.000 He is what people say Trump is.
02:17:03.000 You know, when liberals criticize Trump and say that Trump is full of rage and negativity, that's not true.
02:17:10.000 What they're saying about him is true of Christie.
02:17:13.000 Because Trump is actually, surprisingly, he's a little bit light.
02:17:18.000 He's a little bit light, he's a little tongue-in-cheek, he's got a little
02:17:23.000 more affability if that's a word he's more affable christie's just brings this very uh negative like anger and that's i think that's the turnoff if he was more jolly if if he brightened it up and had a smile and raised the eyebrows once in a while
02:17:40.000 You know, if he cracked a real smile, not like a sardonic, like, yeah, we're gonna get Trump.
02:17:45.000 If he cracked a real smile, it would change it.
02:17:48.000 It would totally change it.
02:17:50.000 Mark my words.
02:17:51.000 Because even if you go and watch, like... Let me see if I could pull up... You know, because Christy... Oh, whoops.
02:18:00.000 Where did that come from?
02:18:05.000 If you pull up a speech at the convention in 2012, totally different energy.
02:18:09.000 Oh my god!
02:18:10.000 Dude!
02:18:10.000 Look at his kids!
02:18:11.000 Those his kids!
02:18:40.000 Oh my gosh, look at his kids!
02:18:45.000 No fucking way.
02:18:49.000 Come on, you just gotta leave the kids at home.
02:18:53.000 That's what they look like.
02:18:55.000 Is that his wife or is that another kid?
02:18:58.000 It's gotta be.
02:18:58.000 Damn.
02:18:59.000 Yeah.
02:18:59.000 Yeah, those are his kids.
02:19:00.000 Jeez, oh man.
02:19:23.000 Now with that job and the GI Bill, he put himself through Rutgers University at night to become the first in his family to earn a college degree.
02:19:39.000 And our first family picture, our first family picture was on his graduation day with my mom beaming next to him.
02:19:46.000 See, it's kind of, he's not as detestable in this speech because he doesn't have that, like, rage.
02:19:52.000 He doesn't have this, like, brooding, like, head craned forward.
02:19:59.000 You know, he doesn't, also, you know, he's not as old.
02:20:01.000 That helps, I think.
02:20:04.000 But you know, fat people, it's also hard for fat people, because fat people always look angry.
02:20:09.000 You know, because they're like, face fat sags over their eyes, so it makes them permanently look kind of mad.
02:20:16.000 You know what I mean?
02:20:17.000 Fat people always have like a dark look about them.
02:20:22.000 So, when you're that fat.
02:20:25.000 So I think that's his problem.
02:20:28.000 If I could just diagnose it.

02:21:10.000 I didn't do nothing.
02:21:14.000 Unironically true.
02:21:20.000 Unironically, when you compare Hillary to Kamala or Nikki Haley or any of them, she actually is likable.
02:21:31.000 I hate to say it.
02:21:33.000 There's something charming about Hillary because she just kills people and thinks it's funny.
02:21:38.000 I actually like that about her.
02:21:40.000 Because she's like a guy in that way.
02:21:42.000 She's actually like a man in that way.
02:21:44.000 Senator Tim Scott sent $5.

02:22:12.000 He said, oh, it'd be a shame if Iran got a bomb and blew up all your factories.
02:22:17.000 So, I mean, these people are just scum, man.
02:22:21.000 They really are.
