00:00:00.000 gods are watching we want to do things to attract their attention but it's twofold we don't want to
00:00:10.160 attract their attention if we're a dirt bag we want to attract and seek their judgment
00:00:16.640 but then we also want to be worthy of their approval and of them being proud of us
00:00:22.960 And that is an important obligation. You know, our gods aren't, you know, the creepy stalker, looking at the minutiae all the time thing that sometimes gets expressed in Christianity.
00:00:43.080 But when we invoke them and we invite them into our lives, we want to make them proud of us. And we want to do deeds and live in a way that they appreciate and, you know, recognize as good.
00:01:01.280 And I think that being aware that we are accountable to something greater than ourselves is a very important thing.
00:01:11.360 Um, you know, I thank you, Alan, for, for saying the things you said about my, my leadership in the AFA. And one of the things that there's not a day that goes by, but I don't think there's a six hour period that goes by.
00:01:30.700 If I'm awake, then I'm not very aware of my accountability to the gods and very much conscious of trying to be worthy of that and to make them proud.
