00:00:00.000 The virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed
00:00:04.540 around the world. So you don't want to frighten the American public. France and South Korea have
00:00:09.020 also got evacuation plans. But you need to prepare for and assume. Wrongly warning Americans to
00:00:15.100 avoid all non-essential travel to China. That this is going to be a real serious problem. France,
00:00:20.280 Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on. Health officials are
00:00:25.080 investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the U.S. Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
00:00:31.760 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide. Japan, where a bus driver contracted
00:00:37.700 the virus. Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
00:00:44.400 We have to prepare for the worst always because if you don't and the worst happens.
00:00:49.420 War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:57.220 Okay, MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM. Make sure you're going there, supporting the War Room,
00:01:03.780 supporting this fight, keeping the lights on, keeping the cameras on, keeping the reporting going.
00:01:08.880 Just got an update, by the way, from the courtroom itself. A little bit of update on what's happening
00:01:14.980 inside the trial where Steve Bannon is facing a jury and facing the regime, facing off directly.
00:01:22.200 So earlier in the program, we talked about how Viva Fry was here and he was questioning this concept
00:01:27.700 of executive privilege and the fact that the judge had already ruled that executive privilege would
00:01:33.420 not be brought up in court and that potentially that Steve may have wanted to preserve that for
00:01:39.320 appeal. But then the prosecution came in, the DOJ lawyers were saying, look, we are going to be
00:01:45.600 talking to this witness who is the chief counsel of the January 6th committee itself. So she works,
00:01:52.980 she's the head of the January 6th committee, the head lawyer, the chief counsel. And in the course of
00:01:58.580 her testimony, we've just now seen, she stated, Bannon was exerting privilege related to the request
00:02:04.940 for information in the subpoena. She then claimed this was not a valid rationale for refusing to
00:02:11.040 comply. And then in the October 8th letter, Benny Thompson, he's the head of the Jan 6th committee,
00:02:15.920 told Bannon the committee rejected the basis for his refusal to comply. That's from John Hoggy over at
00:02:22.260 the Epoch Times, who's covering this in real time. So the door is now open for the discussion of
00:02:28.260 executive privilege because a witness has now stated this, right, during direct questioning. And now,
00:02:34.340 now the defense attorneys can bring it up on cross-examination. That's the latest from the
00:02:39.720 courtroom. Now I want to give you the latest from the caravan because we are going down to Oscar,
00:02:45.320 Real America's Voice. We've got you down there. And these scenes that I was just looking at during
00:02:50.900 the break there, please describe this for the folks back home because it looks like you're standing in
00:02:56.940 front of a caravan. I see military, I see fatigues, I see soldiers. Describe it for the people that are
00:03:03.800 just listening. What are you seeing and what's going on down there in Tapachula?
00:03:08.300 Good morning, Jack from Tapachula, Chapas. We are outside of the installations of regulation for documents
00:03:13.280 where more than 3,000 migrants have been waiting for weeks to get the multiple migration form by the
00:03:19.580 Institute of National Immigration for them to get the permit to walk freely. I want to give you a area on aerial so you
00:03:26.780 can see how it looks from upstairs. It's a sea of people. It completes you. Thousands.
00:03:33.240 Yes. And this is thousands of people. You have the National Guard right here. You have children.
00:03:38.080 But all these kids, all these people, they want to ask for the multiple migration form to go to the 0.99
00:03:43.400 United States of America. This is what open borders will do, Jack. And this is what ultimately the open
00:03:49.460 border agenda by the Biden administration has provoked. Not only it's causing problems in Central America,
00:03:55.980 but also it's causing problems in the countries of Mexico and ultimately into the United States, sir.
00:04:02.660 And for people who aren't watching, that aren't seeing this footage in real time, you're actually
00:04:07.720 standing there. It's in real time. There's people pressed up against the fences. Some people look
00:04:12.120 like they're climbing the fences. You've got a few soldiers from the National Guard there, but
00:04:16.020 thousands and thousands of migrants in this caravan. You're down the southern border of Mexico,
00:04:21.560 Tapachula with Guatemala. And let me know, what is the heat like down there, by the way? Because
00:04:27.960 obviously, a situation with that many thousands of people, temperature-wise, that's how temperatures
00:04:32.900 get hot. That's how tempers get hot. But is there a potential for violence or danger where you're at?
00:04:39.380 Well, the last time that we broadcast the 15,000 caravan, there was a lot of humidity that was
00:04:45.040 thunderstorm. And a lot of the people were walking like that. And you caused a lot of dehydration. This is
00:04:50.560 what the Biden administration has caused. Put people at risk. Not only that, if this escalates,
00:04:56.300 Jack, and if the authorities from Mexico does not come outside and do not give a solution or some
00:05:03.300 kind of source of, you know, that they're going to give them the documentation or some kind of answer,
00:05:09.380 this is going to get aggressive and it is going to escalate. There's a lot of tension today as more
00:05:14.480 migrants are arriving. And the number that the intelligence agency from Mexico has set to the 0.95
00:05:19.420 authorities of migrants arriving per day in a stop border that connects to Guatemala, it is between
00:05:25.160 1,000 to 1,300 per day. So you can imagine by this month of waiting of three months, the quantity
00:05:32.160 must be exacerbated up to the 10,000 and up. 10,000 or more migrants, the new caravan coming down.
00:05:41.220 And we're seeing, and I'm just looking at this video, that it doesn't appear that Mexico has put
00:05:45.600 any serious force up. There's a fence, there's a few soldiers, but I can see people climbing over
00:05:52.060 the fence right behind you, right? And so if that crowd begins to start to get unruly, if they start
00:05:57.180 to get answers they don't like, if they become having food issues, what's going on? What's going
00:06:02.220 on right behind you? They're pushing right now. This is a confrontation. They're pushing, they're
00:06:06.100 coming over the fence. This is the confrontation that was about to happen. As you see right here
00:06:11.460 behind me, the migrants are desperate and they already pushed the barricade. They're pushed, they're
00:06:16.400 through, they're through the barricades right now. This is real time. They're, they're, they've just
00:06:20.460 broken through the barricades. As migrants are getting tired, they're holding riot shields.
00:06:26.060 The National Guard is trying to push. The National Guard is trying to confront the migrants, but 1.00
00:06:31.380 they're not confronting, they're not stopping them. They're letting them pass. As the migrants are 1.00
00:06:35.780 carrying chairs also, as they're going to wait. And also you have children, you have families that
00:06:41.000 they just broke the barricades. There's only two to three officers. This is ridiculous by the Mexican 1.00
00:06:45.840 authorities, but they're not stopping them. As more migrants are pushing, they just closed the 1.00
00:06:50.560 barricade and it is going to cost that more people are going to push more right now.
00:06:56.060 As more than 3000 people that just broke this barricade for the installations of regulation
00:07:01.300 that they are all the way to the back. You're running all the way to the front. This is just
00:07:06.120 a small amount of around 400 to 500 migrants that are going to go all the way to the front
00:07:11.820 to demand the paperwork of the multiple migration form. Jack, we're seeing this. This is live
00:07:16.500 video, Real America's Voice news, bringing you live coverage on how the migrant situation
00:07:21.100 in the South border that is headed to the United States of America, Jack.
00:07:25.380 We're literally seeing people break across. This is the southern border of Mexico. And
00:07:30.340 I commend you for your work, Oscar, for being there, for reporting this. This is historic
00:07:34.620 reporting. This may be a historic moment on War Room where we've actually seen migrants
00:07:38.880 breaking across. I was just describing, it didn't look like it was a very, very strong security
00:07:43.100 setup that they had there. And true to form, they burst right across and those three officers
00:07:47.900 were not able to do anything. This is why we send people everywhere. This is why Real
00:07:53.260 America's Voice, and God bless them for going there. And God bless you for being willing,
00:07:58.440 putting yourself potentially in harm's way in these hardship positions to document what's
00:08:02.920 going on, the results of these policies, migrants who are stuck out, the heat, the humidity.
00:08:08.440 Tell me what's going on. I see some smoke behind you. I'm trying to describe this for folks
00:08:11.960 who are just listening. I see some smoke behind you. You've got to watch this video. That's
00:08:15.440 one of the most seminal videos I've ever seen on War Room and certainly watching live TV.
00:08:21.140 Well, they're burning a little bit right here. They're trying to catch the attention,
00:08:25.580 Jack. They're burning something. They're burning some grass right here on the left side.
00:08:29.480 But they're about to start pushing over here in the front gate, where is the actual installations
00:08:34.860 of the Institute of National Immigration? That is their number one purpose. They have been waiting
00:08:38.840 here for more than three weeks. And this is what open border policies will do. This is what,
00:08:44.360 you know, ridiculously the hypocrisy of these two leaders of these two countries as Biden
00:08:48.380 and President of Mexico talking about inhuman treatment by the opposition. And look what they're
00:08:53.740 doing. And look what Mexico is doing over here. They cannot even control a flow. They cannot even
00:08:58.580 close, you know, the border. And to say, you know what, this is the process that we're going to use.
00:09:04.200 And this is just, it's a disaster. And it's always been like this, Jack. It's always been
00:09:09.820 when they, when the quantities get exacerbated, there's always a confrontation. This is the main
00:09:15.460 office. This is for the War Room right here behind me. That is the installations of regulation for
00:09:22.560 documents for the Institute of National Immigration. Yesterday, there were an officer for the Institute
00:09:30.220 to National Immigration came out and said, it is, the system has collapsed. We don't have more
00:09:35.800 multiple migration forms. By that, it had exacerbated the quantities. And to now, you have more than
00:09:42.500 3,000 close to, and I, and by the experience, I can say that it's close to 5,000 that they are
00:09:48.100 waiting right here. Plus the ones that they are scattered all over the city. I will dare to say
00:09:52.520 that there is between 10 to 12,000 migrants that they are scattered over here in the south border of
00:09:57.120 Tapachula. And this is going to escalate. The tension is going to escalate, Jack. It's not going to,
00:10:01.580 it's not going to slow down. If the Mexican authorities do not do nothing, and if fighting
00:10:06.460 continues with this open border policies and these ideologies that to let people just rush into this
00:10:12.980 kind of situations, it is going to continue. As you see, the, the, the, the emotions is getting
00:10:18.720 heated by any moment now. No, we can see that Oscar. We're going to stick with you. I want to bring
00:10:24.380 Steve Cortez in here because he's, he's been sitting back. Steve, were you able to see that? Were you
00:10:30.560 able to watch that, um, live as you were watching there? Tell me what, what, what's your reaction to
00:10:34.840 seeing that live? No, my reaction is this is a tragedy what's going on and that this is a created
00:10:40.180 crisis. This is because of miserable policy failures by Biden, by Mayorkas. I believe this
00:10:46.320 is the first reason and most important reason that they both need to be impeached by a Republican
00:10:50.700 Congress. Let me also point out that our poorest border policies in the United States that Biden
00:10:54.800 has inflicted upon this country, they're not just bad for America. And that's of course my first
00:10:59.080 and foremost concern, but they're also bad for Mexico. It is totally destabilizing Mexico, 0.89
00:11:04.020 as we just saw in that very troubling footage and who benefits. It's not the migrants themselves 1.00
00:11:09.740 because those very people, as they work their way North Jack, you know, that they are going to be
00:11:13.680 subject to the demands and abuses of the Mexican cartels. So there's nothing merciful about open
00:11:19.360 borders. The only beneficiaries really are those cartels. And what Biden has created is not just
00:11:24.920 instability for the United States, not just a lack of street safety, not just a diminution of
00:11:31.140 prosperity here in the United States, but he has also created one of the biggest wealth transfers in
00:11:36.080 history to the Mexican cartels who are growing ever richer and ever more powerful because they
00:11:42.660 are not looking at these people as human beings. They're not looking at women and children
00:11:50.360 and men. They're looking at commodities. They view them as a product. 0.95
00:11:55.900 That's exactly right. And by the way, speaking of commodities, to tie this into the economy,
00:11:59.880 right now we have an inflation explosion in this country. 40 year highs, 9.1% CPI consumer price
00:12:06.940 index growth, which I think vastly understates actual inflation. If we look at the three basic items of
00:12:12.560 gasoline, groceries and utilities, those three items put together, Jack, are rising at 37% right now in the
00:12:18.820 United States. So to tie this back into border policy, what's happening here domestically with
00:12:22.600 the economy, Jack, there's never a good time for a porous border. But this is the worst time
00:12:27.260 imaginable. Why? Because number one, real wages for American citizens are crashing. And in a time of
00:12:34.100 crashing, real wages and real wages are all that matter, meaning you might be getting a pay increase,
00:12:39.240 but it's not nearly enough to keep up with the absolute soaring of prices for everything you need in
00:12:44.860 your life. When real wages are crashing, the worst possible idea is to allow and in fact invite
00:12:51.120 millions of new workers to come into the United States to unjustly and unlawfully compete against 0.50
00:12:57.680 American citizens in the job market. Many of those American citizens, by the way, who happen to be
00:13:02.460 black and brown people who do working class tasks in this country and are the most vulnerable to this
00:13:08.880 tsunami of human trespassers that Joe Biden is inviting in. And then the second reason, of course,
00:13:14.300 is these people are going to need housing and resources once they end up in the United States,
00:13:19.460 again, because they've been incentivized to come here, which will, again, further tax and further
00:13:24.420 exacerbate the already existing inflation explosion in this country. So the economics are important
00:13:30.860 here. Of course, the issues of sovereignty and security are critically important. This is a massive
00:13:35.360 failure, in my view, the biggest failures. There's a lot of failures of the Biden regime, but this to me
00:13:40.400 is the single biggest failure, the complete surrender of sovereignty and the total empowerment
00:13:46.220 and aggrandizement of the Mexican cartels, who are some of the worst organizations on planet Earth.
00:13:52.400 We're coming up on a hard break here, Steve. We're going to let's hold you over. And then,
00:13:58.060 Denver, if we can stick with Oscar, I want to make sure that we have him up. Let him know if anything,
00:14:04.460 if he sees something like that that's going on again, we want to cut back him directly in real
00:14:08.820 time, because that's where it's all going on. He's on the scene. We're seeing this. I want to
00:14:13.780 get back to Steve, though, after the break, explain more about not just how this wave of immigration,
00:14:20.880 right, wave of, excuse me, illegal immigration, illegal aliens that are spilling across the southern 0.89
00:14:25.480 border of Mexico, now coming into the United States, how that's exacerbating the situation,
00:14:29.940 what it means for you, for your money. We're going to come back with Steve Cortez after the break.
00:14:33.920 You know what's never good? When your nation's supposed authority
00:15:03.780 on economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation.
00:15:10.380 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated
00:15:15.920 and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that
00:15:21.440 affected our economy badly that I didn't at the time fully understand, end quote. You know who
00:15:29.280 understands the real threat of inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold

00:16:24.820 War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:28.480 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:16:32.280 War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:36.740 MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM. Support us, support the work of the War Room. Keep the lights
00:16:45.820 on. When you see that reporting that's going on down there by Oscar Ramirez, capturing that
00:16:52.260 disturbing footage live, understand you're not going to get coverage like that outside of Real
00:16:57.920 America's Voice, outside of the War Room. That's why you go support our sponsors, support this work,
00:17:03.540 right? That's the type of stuff that you aren't going to find anywhere else.
00:17:08.800 And so, Producer Cameron, I want you to stick with Oscar Ramirez. Make sure that we keep the
00:17:13.700 link up with him. If that starts to get hot again, I want to bring him back in. But before we do
00:17:18.700 anything there, let's go back to Steve Cortez because he was starting to link all of this
00:17:23.420 to inflation and the economic pressures that we're seeing going into the midterm election. Steve.
00:17:28.180 And Jack, inflation, all the polling shows us. Inflation is far and away the number one issue
00:17:34.000 on voters' minds. I can tell you anecdotally, I've been campaigning all over this country for
00:17:38.200 America First 2022 candidates. And it is absolutely the first thing every single voter, everyone to a
00:17:43.660 person brings up to me is inflation. The fact that they can't afford the things they need in their
00:17:48.160 lives. Forget about the luxuries. Just today, we got some really damning new data. It seems like
00:17:52.660 almost every day we have terrible new dismal data about the Biden economy. Today, we got housing
00:17:58.600 sales, new home sales down 5.4%. Mortgage demand at a 22-year low, the lowest it has been in the 2000s
00:18:07.660 mortgage demand. But here's the thing, Jack. Normally, when demand goes down, when transactions
00:18:12.520 go down, the price for something goes down. That's how supply and demand are supposed to work. If the
00:18:17.160 public suddenly decides they don't like apples, normally the price for apples drops. What we're seeing
00:18:21.880 right now is we're seeing a major drop-off in demand for housing. And yet, housing prices also
00:18:28.180 reported today hit another all-time high. And you might think, well, how is that possible? Because
00:18:32.480 we are in stagflation, something we have not seen since the 1970s, where growth massively decelerates.
00:18:39.040 We are headed into a recession, if not already deeply in a recession. But at the same time, normally
00:18:44.000 in a recession, prices come down. No, prices are staying stubbornly high. And I really want to caution
00:18:49.860 the audience because corporate media right now is doing what it always does. It's lying
00:18:53.280 and obfuscating. It's sort of accepting the party line from the White House that inflation
00:18:57.740 has peaked. As a matter of fact, if you Google that phrase or search that phrase, inflation
00:19:01.500 has peaked, you will find millions and millions of entries because inflation is down slightly
00:19:06.060 right now from where it was in June, if you look, for instance, at energy prices. However,
00:19:11.460 do not accept blindly the notion that inflation has peaked. And let's put that in context.
00:19:16.560 Crude oil, for example, hit $122 a barrel in June. Now, is that a lasting high? None of
00:19:21.780 us have a crystal ball. We don't know for sure. But realize that right now as we speak,
00:19:26.120 we're almost at $104 a barrel. And to put that in context, we began this year at $70 a barrel.
00:19:32.820 So going from $122 to $104 is certainly a welcome break in crude oil. But it hardly means that we're
00:19:39.940 anywhere near where we began this year at $70. And we're not even close. We're not even in the
00:19:44.740 ballpark of where crude oil was when Donald Trump was in office in the low 40s. Literally on election
00:19:51.160 day of 2020, November 3rd of 2020, crude oil was $41 a barrel. So even though we've gotten a bit
00:19:57.420 of a break off of the highs, it's really inconsequential in context of where crude oil
00:20:01.960 was previously. And secondly, Jack, no one should assume, and I wrote a new article about this on my
00:20:06.300 sub stack, nobody should assume that those highs we put in just a few weeks ago are going to remain
00:20:11.160 permanent highs. This idea that inflation has peaked and we're supposed to accept this as gospel
00:20:16.000 truth. To me, as a market analyst, as somebody who watches all of these signals very closely,
00:20:21.840 that is just nonsense. And I happen to believe, look, I could be wrong, but I happen to believe
00:20:26.160 that very soon, and I mean within days and weeks, we're going to re-approach those $122
00:20:30.580 highs on crude oil and gasoline on a national average back above $5. You know, Biden wants to
00:20:36.400 take credit for gas on a national average who came from $5 in recent weeks to $4.50. Okay, again,
00:20:42.240 a welcome respite, a small break for consumers, but nothing compared to, again, going back to when
00:20:47.980 he took office, gasoline on a national average was $2.11. So even at $4.50, it is still more than
00:20:54.880 doubled. And in my view, I believe we're going to be going well back above $5 on a national average
00:20:59.640 very soon anyway. So the inflation scenario, the inflation explosion remains incredibly intense,
00:21:06.240 incredibly painful. And to tie this back into border policy, there's never a good time for an
00:21:10.960 open border, for a porous border, but this is the worst time imaginable because of the economic
00:21:15.500 strain that Americans are already suffering and because of real wages that are crashing in this
00:21:20.840 country. This is the worst possible moment for Joe Biden to invite a human tsunami of trespassers to
00:21:27.580 break and enter into our country. Amen on to that, Steve. So tell me, where can people go? Where can
00:21:34.280 they follow you? Where can they find the substack? Where can they get to your chalk talks for where
00:21:38.340 are you breaking this down 24-7? You bet. Please find me primarily on Getter. I'm very simple there
00:21:43.320 at Steve. You can also still find me on Getter for now. I'm at Cortez Steve, Cortez with an S.
00:21:49.380 Thank you so much, Steve. Appreciate it. I wanted to go down now and producer Cameron, let me know,
00:21:53.680 let me know if anything's kicking off with Oscar down there. So stay with him. But we're going to
00:21:58.680 keep driving through as we go. And then we'll cross over the break as it is because there were a few
00:22:04.080 stories that crossed our desk here in the war room this week where I've been guest hosting in for
00:22:08.400 Steve while he's facing off against the regime, decamping after this, headed straight down to
00:22:12.560 Tampa. And guess what? We're going to be doing war room from there as well. But the two stories,
00:22:16.020 number one, the fact that Dr. Birx essentially was setting up the shadow government,
00:22:20.700 lying to the United States, lying to the American people about the efficacy of the vaccine,
00:22:25.200 the fact that it didn't stop transmission. She knew that in the data, lied, said it was her hope.
00:22:29.880 Then she turned around and lied to President Trump. At the same time, we're calling for
00:22:33.760 investigations and potentially prosecutions of that. But there was another story that I saw
00:22:38.780 talking about an umbrella study that was done, University College of London, saying that they were
00:22:45.040 not able to establish a link between SSRIs or excuse me, establish a link between serotonin
00:22:51.020 and depression. This, of course, is the underlying science behind SSRIs. And I thought of who better
00:22:56.920 to bring on than Dr. Malone to discuss this paper with us. Dr. Malone, good morning and thank you for
00:23:02.300 joining us. Thanks a lot, Jack. Thanks for the opportunity. And this is important to the audience.
00:23:07.980 And it really is, you're exactly right, another extension of this same storyline that we've all
00:23:14.560 become sensitized to, which is the role of big pharma, the role of a corrupt and compromised FDA,
00:23:22.780 and the overtreatment and abuse of drugs throughout our entire population. We've had decades now of our
00:23:32.300 children and our peers and our young people being subjected to over-pharmaceutical management of
00:23:39.020 depression. And the data have been out there. This is merely just a capstone. This is an umbrella
00:23:45.420 analysis on top of many other analyses that have been done, including meta-analyses that have shown
00:23:52.320 that this link, this logic, that depression represents a pharmaceutical imbalance, that we've
00:23:59.500 all been told. All of us trained in medicine over the last two decades have been told that this is
00:24:04.980 the case. And yet it's another falsehood. And once again, you have to ask yourself, who benefits from
00:24:11.500 this falsehood? The answer is the folks that sell us the drugs to treat the problem that doesn't exist.
00:24:20.520 And so when you're looking at this, specifically what they targeted was, and this is something they
00:24:24.900 mentioned in the article, right? 95% of the respondents stated that they believed that there
00:24:30.960 was a link between serotonin and depression. I think it's something that it's mentioned in
00:24:35.360 every, you know, Zoloft, Prozac, every single one of these antidepressant ads that we see across the
00:24:41.300 United States, which we don't see in other countries, by the way, they all mention this. It's become
00:24:45.900 something of a common phrase. And yet we're seeing now in the data, and this is the University
00:24:51.300 College of London, stating this, that there is no discernible link. That's the underlying science
00:24:58.200 behind which all of our population has been over medicated. Plus, we're also dealing with
00:25:03.420 the side effects of the SSRIs.
00:25:08.440 SSRIs have a black box warning from the FDA, despite what Business Insider role
00:25:15.680 said in joint counter, Major Taylor Greene and Tucker Carlson. There is a clear, explicit link
00:25:27.360 between violent behavior and SSRI intake. This has been established by the FDA. This is not a trivial
00:25:37.200 question. You can't clearly, explicitly tie it statistically. These SSRI abuses and overuse,
00:25:45.680 with the mass shootings, but about 25% of the mass shootings are clearly associated with SSRI intake.
00:25:56.180 And despite what these other, basically, pharmaceutical industry, Huckster publications put out,
00:26:05.180 the FDA itself has done a major study that has demonstrated linkage between these, this category of drugs,
00:26:11.960 drugs, and some others, and violent behavior that seems to have linkage between many of these violent
00:26:21.300 outbursts. So I think that what we've got is a situation where physicians and other medical care
00:26:28.820 providers have been indoctrinated over decades about this linkage. It has been fundamental in the training.
00:26:35.960 It's in the textbooks. This paper clearly documents that. And unfortunately, like many things in
00:26:42.800 medicine, this was wrong. And this is part of the reason why I traditionally used to collect old medical
00:26:49.700 texts is because there's so many things that we've got wrong in the past. And I think we have to be a
00:26:55.020 little humble in recognizing that even though we want to project that medicine is a fully fact-based
00:27:04.200 discipline, it's a rigorous science. The truth is that it isn't. It is subject to a variety of
00:27:13.740 different types of biases. And that includes the ones that are coming from the influence of the
00:27:19.220 pharmaceutical industry. And here we see yet another case, just like we've seen with the COVID
00:27:24.520 vaccines. Dr. Mullen, we're coming up against a break, but I want to ask, is it possible to hold
00:27:30.240 you over? Because I find this fascinating. I find this topic fascinating. I think this is something that
00:27:35.000 across the country, we've all held to just be one of those sort of inalienable truths that suddenly
00:27:41.800 we're now told apparently has been false from the start or widely overstated, something where millions of
00:27:48.760 people, and in many cases, children are affected. Are you able to stay with us?
00:27:54.400 Yes, sir.
00:27:56.100 All right. Hold you over over the break. SSRI is the no link to depression and serotonin.
00:28:01.880 Incredible.
00:28:18.760 Hey, did you hear where this Arizona real estate agent found the home she lived in, 0.99
00:28:28.540 listed for sale? Hey, the problem was she wasn't selling her home. She was the victim of home title
00:28:34.940 fraud, a devastating crime happening all over the country. According to the expert at home title
00:28:40.700 lock, the crime is incredibly profitable and hard to detect. An identity thief simply fakes a title
00:28:46.800 transfer for your home and refiles it as the new owner. Then he takes out loans on your home or
00:28:52.820 sells it. Typically, identity theft services don't cover you and neither does homeowners insurance,
00:28:59.020 but home title lock does. Home title lock puts a barrier around your home's title. The instant they
00:29:04.980 detect anyone tampering with your home's title, they help shut it down and help get your home back in
00:29:09.940 your name. Here's what you should do. Go to home title lock dot com and read the testimonials from
00:29:16.800 FBI agents and government officials. Then register your address to see if you're already a victim
00:29:21.680 and don't even know it. And when you protect your home, tell them Steve Bannon sent you to get your
00:29:27.120 free 30 days of protection. Home title lock dot com home title lock dot com 30 days free protection.
00:29:35.600 If you do it today in Joe Biden's America, criminals are exalted and the police are condemned.

00:30:51.580 Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N. War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon. The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this
00:31:02.100 demon hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. Okay, Jack Posobiec, host of the
00:31:13.560 Human Events Daily Podcast. Also, the senior editor of humanevents.com will be down at Tampa, Florida,
00:31:19.360 be decamping immediately after this. We're going to be heading down to Tampa, Florida for the
00:31:24.880 Turning Point event there. DeSantis, Trump, if you are not there, you're going to have to listen in on
00:31:29.860 the War Room because we'll be there live from Tampa. But also got a few, a little bit of breaking news
00:31:35.180 directly from the courthouse. Stephen K. Bannon, where he's facing off against the regime. The cross
00:31:40.780 examination of the January 6th chief counsel has just begun. So Bannon's attorneys immediately answer
00:31:47.280 her. Do you believe that Steve Bannon played any direct role in the events of 1-6? As she talked
00:31:55.420 about again and again, this domestic terrorist attack, she calls it. And she admits and does
00:32:00.960 confirm that this case does not involve any claim that Bannon took parts in events of January 6th. In
00:32:08.760 fact, he wasn't there. He was sitting here, right? So we're getting the back and forth now. The cross
00:32:13.080 examination has begun. But I want to go back to Dr. Malone. I'm fascinated by this discussion that
00:32:19.900 we're having. No link between serotonin and depression. A possible link, a possible side
00:32:26.740 effect in certain individuals of these SSRIs, these serotonin inhibitors that were given in order in
00:32:34.820 preventing or excuse me, in creating essentially or exacerbating, inciting violence, potentially violent
00:32:41.480 tendencies. And this understanding that perhaps we need to relook at some of the things, these medical
00:32:47.920 notions that we've all been taught. And to your point, Dr. Malone, you say that you look at old
00:32:52.580 medical books and you realize that we've gotten stuff wrong in the past and potentially we could be
00:32:57.020 getting things wrong now. That's such a powerful line. So please let us know what do you think it is?
00:33:02.980 What are we getting wrong about depression? How should we be looking at this? What are some of
00:33:07.880 the other ways that we could potentially use to combat this? Which obviously depression is an issue
00:33:13.920 in our society, sure. But do we have to go directly to pharmaceutical cocktails to cure it?
00:33:20.960 Precisely. And thanks for that lead in. Depression is a very complex disease. Now, I'm not a mental
00:33:27.020 health professional. I'm a virologist and infectious disease specialist. But I've been trained all this
00:33:32.560 because we have a tendency in medicine for a bit of groupthink problem. It's been with us for
00:33:39.220 centuries. And we all know that that's the case. In the case of depression, it is multifactorial.
00:33:46.980 And one of the problems, of course, is our social isolation, fragmentation of community and other
00:33:51.400 things, our separation from each other, which has been exacerbated by technology. But there's some good
00:33:57.320 news, everybody, okay? There is, even though the data on the influence of serotonin and depression
00:34:05.660 is basically junk. That's what this umbrella analysis shows. The data on the linkage between
00:34:13.760 sunlight, vitamin D, and depression is strong. There are multiple papers out. It is very clear.
00:34:22.400 Increasing your vitamin D levels, what a shock. Just the same as how you can prevent your own COVID to
00:34:29.640 a large extent by making sure you have adequate vitamin D, getting your vitamin D levels up really
00:34:36.440 helps with depression. And it's not good enough to sit behind glass. My friends, you have to get out.
00:34:43.120 You have to have direct sunlight. The more, the better. Sunscreens are actually not your friend in terms of
00:34:50.100 vitamin D. And I just want to leave everybody with the understanding that we have options. And what a
00:34:57.520 surprise. They're options which the pharmaceutical industry has done their best to suppress any
00:35:02.880 awareness of. They trashed the likes of Dr. Mercola. And in fact, he's on this one too.
00:35:12.860 Well, and speaking of the industry, so I want to play a clip now from MSNBC because we've got a new
00:35:18.240 vaccine on the market. We want to turn to the latest on the coronavirus pandemic. Some new
00:35:23.980 headlines on this topic you may have seen. We just saw that the CDC advisors voted to endorse
00:35:29.160 Novavax COVID-19 vaccine. That happened in just the last hour or so. The vote comes on the heels of
00:35:35.640 the FDA's authorization of the vaccine that we saw last week.
00:35:39.400 All right. So, and you told me during the break that you really wanted to respond to this clip.
00:35:45.420 So, we've played it here. What's your response, Dr. Malone?
00:35:48.320 So, what you cut out was the following where MSNBC brought on their, quote, medical expert who has
00:35:53.880 no real training in vaccinology or vaccines or infectious disease, in which he says that the
00:35:59.980 Novavax product doesn't include spike protein. It includes matrix. Okay. This is either myths or
00:36:06.940 disinformation. The war room audience understands the difference between those two having to do with
00:36:12.320 political intent. Novavax absolutely includes purified full-length spike protein with the same
00:36:21.120 two amino acid point mutations that are in the genetic vaccines. This is a spike-based vaccine.
00:36:28.200 MSNBC is wrong. Why are they saying that? Because they are trying to promote uptake of this product
00:36:35.340 for those that are vaccine hesitant because they're wary about spike. But the Novavax product is spike.
00:36:44.080 It's a purified protein made in caterpillar cells. Caterpillar cells do not add sugars the same way that
00:36:52.100 your cells do. So, this is likely to be important as we go forward. This is a product which does have
00:36:59.120 risks of myocarditis and pericarditis. The FDA admits they are not completely characterized.
00:37:06.800 The authorization is predicated explicitly on the logic that there is not enough of the existing
00:37:14.240 vaccines available. And so, even though Novavax did a much, much better job in their testing prior to
00:37:22.660 emergency authorization. By the way, this is not licensure. Another thing that the media keeps
00:37:28.660 getting wrong. This is EUA for Novavax, only for the two-dose regimen. What is still an experimental
00:37:36.540 product, it is spike-based. It uses what's called an adjuvant, something that makes the vaccine more
00:37:44.820 reactive in your body that's extracted from a tree from South Africa, a little bush called a saponin.
00:37:53.640 And this is the matrix M. This is what MSNBC got confused about. Matrix M is the adjuvant, not the antigen.
00:38:01.640 So, I know the Novavax team extremely well. I know the technology extremely well. I'm glad to see it finally
00:38:08.620 available to people. I've advocated that that be the case for over a year now, as opposed to the
00:38:16.740 genetic vaccines. For some people, it's something to consider if you're in a box and your job or
00:38:24.640 whatever or your government is forcing you to take the product. I still don't advise this. It is still
00:38:32.600 spike-based. It still has myocarditis and pericarditis as an adverse event. But if you're in a bad spot and
00:38:41.440 you feel like you've got to do this or lose your job, this is a viable option if you do not want to
00:38:47.040 take a genetic vaccine. Over. All right. Good news for everybody on that front. Dr. Mullen, where can
00:38:54.520 people go to follow you, to follow your fight, continue on Getter, on Substack, etc.? Where can they go?
00:39:02.600 Getter is our preferred outlet. I post there, you know, very frequently. So does Jill. That's our
00:39:09.860 main thread. That's at rwmalonemd. The Substack is our more deep analysis positions. And that's
00:39:17.500 rwmalonemd.substack.com. And of course, we also post on Truth Social and Gab, never on Twitter. I don't
00:39:25.980 need primates, non-human primates throwing feces in my life. I had enough of that when I was younger. 0.77
00:39:32.600 Very well. Thank you very much, Dr. Mullen, and God bless. And I know, you know, so for myself,
00:39:38.860 myself, the family, my children, you know, we've made that decision that we just got back from
00:39:45.920 Europe and we weren't even asked anybody. Not a single person asked us for a vaccine pass,
00:39:50.540 a green pass. Have you had this? Do you have a certificate? Nothing whatsoever. And we haven't
00:39:54.580 done it. We've made that decision. We have natural immunity and we're going to stick with the natural
00:39:58.100 immunity. But, but producer Cameron, do we have, we have, I want to bring in now, change topics a
00:40:04.540 little bit, switch gears here. We've got both Julie Kelly and Cynthia Hughes, who have just been really
00:40:11.500 breaking down so many of these stories. What's going on with the, the Jan Sixers, the J Sixers
00:40:18.820 people. And I was just in the very room, right? Not on the prosecution side, but with the committee
00:40:23.820 side, with the head counsel of January 6th. And she's facing off with Steve Bannon's lawyers as we
00:40:31.100 speak right now. And you should hear some of the words, Julie, that she's talking about saying this
00:40:35.100 was a, a pre-planned domestic terrorist attack that caused multiple deaths. And she's saying this
00:40:41.200 over and over in front of the jury in that room. Right. Well, this is what DOJ has been doing from
00:40:49.020 the very beginning, which is lying about the events of January 6th. They now, what Christopher
00:40:54.980 Ray did in March of 2021 was designate January 6th as an act of domestic terror. And what we saw last
00:41:03.380 week, and I wrote about it at American Greatness, Jack, is that DOJ now for the first time is officially
00:41:09.940 asking for terrorist enhancements to sentencing for the first man who was convicted at trial
00:41:17.040 for, guess what, Jack, obstruction of an official proceeding. This is a felony, post-Enron felony,
00:41:24.320 has nothing to do with political protests, has nothing to do with an insurrection. It was to stop
00:41:30.080 witness and evidence tampering. This DOJ has weaponized it, bastardized it. More than 240 people
00:41:37.760 face this obstruction charge. But now, officially, prosecutors are calling this an act of domestic
00:41:43.360 terrorism. This is how unhinged and, quite frankly, unaccountable Joe Biden's Justice Department is.
00:41:53.040 Well, and we're seeing this. And by the way, I mentioned this before, but they had the staff
00:41:56.720 of the committee was definitely giving me the stink eye, the old stink eye, as we were walking out of
00:42:00.700 court together there. And so they say, yeah, I would imagine that you're probably someone who's on
00:42:06.100 their radar as well. And Cynthia Hughes is probably someone who's on their radar, because you have
00:42:10.220 been, Cynthia, something of a thorn in the side of these people as well. Tell us, what are you
00:42:14.440 currently working on? There's multiple things we're working on. You know, just trying to raise as much
00:42:19.940 funds and donations as we can to continue to get new lawyers involved. Just as you heard Julie
00:42:26.480 mentioned, the sentencing of Guy Refitt is coming up very soon. And, you know, he's going to need to
00:42:34.660 file an appeal afterwards. And through, you know, the generosity of donors in this country, we were
00:42:39.740 able to secure a very good lawyer for him to, you know, do it, do an appeal if needed.
00:42:47.400 And so when you're looking at this situation, and let me go back to Julie and ask this again,
00:42:52.580 what does it mean that we have a situation, and I'm sitting there in the room, and it makes you
00:42:58.400 almost want to, you know, pop up out of your seat and ask, do you actually all believe this? Do you
00:43:03.360 actually all believe that this was something that was on par with Pearl Harbor, 9-11, or some of these
00:43:09.820 horrific events that we've been through? And it's not to say, right, you know, I played that game of
00:43:13.720 caveat, caveat, caveat, I don't support it, I don't endorse it, I don't think it was good. That's not
00:43:17.560 what I'm saying. Do you actually all believe that this is on par with one of America's greatest tragedies?
00:43:23.400 They really do, and even more troubling, Jack, is so does this D.C. jury pool. You have defense
00:43:28.440 attorneys in at least three cases who have conducted surveys of the potential jurors in
00:43:34.440 Washington, D.C., and their view of January 6th as an insurrection, as a terror attack, that the
00:43:41.660 people involved, even if they committed no violent crimes, are traitors to this country. I mean, these
00:43:47.420 are really alarming findings, but yet every single judge in the D.C. district court, Republican
00:43:52.980 appointed, Democrat appointed, has denied, unanimously denied change of venue motions. None
00:43:59.080 of these trials, including Steve Bannon's, should be taking place in Washington, D.C. The judges
00:44:04.280 hold DOJ to no accountability. You have juries, jurors from a city that voted almost 94% for Joe
00:44:12.560 Biden. You saw during the jury selection process how difficult it is to find anyone who's not
00:44:19.340 only politically involved but tied to the government somehow. This is a poison jury pool.
00:44:25.380 We're coming up on a break. Hold that thought. We'll hold you over. We'll go to the break
00:44:30.420 and then we'll come right back. Don't leave. Don't change that bat dial because we're coming
00:44:34.780 back. Julie Kelly, I want to talk about this. The poisoned D.C. jury pool. We'll be back in
00:44:39.120 just one minute here in the world.
00:44:40.520 Because we're taking down the CCP. Spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till

00:44:59.100 on our communication, an energy grid, worldwide conflict, natural disasters, and the never-ending

00:46:45.620 Okay, so over the break, we're coming in. We just left off with Julie Kelly. We also heard that,
00:46:53.580 I'm hearing that Oscar Ramirez down there, and we have Cynthia Hughes as well. Oscar Ramirez,
00:46:58.520 he's, and producer Cameron, he's currently in a bit of a situation. Is that right?
00:47:03.720 Yeah, connection. Everybody's running around him. Yeah, the connection. Yeah, he's getting running,
00:47:07.560 they're running around, they're mobbing him down there. All right, we're going to see if we can get
00:47:10.820 him back up. But let's, let's finish off with, with Julie Kelly and Cynthia here to understand,
00:47:16.160 just walk us through. And I, I sat through some of it, right, for Steve Bannon. I've seen some of
00:47:21.460 this jury selection process, what's going on. And I'm telling you that you, you have people in there
00:47:27.060 that were, and by the way, I was at the Capitol on January 6th, right? I was there walking down the
00:47:31.820 street on Constitution Avenue with, I've told the story a million times, walking down the street when
00:47:37.020 the first flashbangs went off. I saw this. I saw what was happening with my own eyes. It was terrible.
00:47:41.900 It was bad. It wasn't good, right? It wasn't something I'd, you know, I'd want to do again.
00:47:45.640 But, you know, to rise it to the level of, of a, of a terror attack, a domestic terror attack,
00:47:50.920 it's just, no, it's just not, it's categorically not the same thing.
00:47:55.900 No, it's not at all. And I mean, Cynthia knows this very well, because her loved one,
00:48:00.760 Tim Hale, who has been in the DC Gulag since last February, was convicted by this very
00:48:06.080 tainted, biased, overly biased jury pool, where the judge gave no, set no guardrails, really.
00:48:14.980 And so this is only going to get worse, because as we were just saying, Jack, we have this January
00:48:19.260 6th committee. They're holding another primetime hearing tomorrow night. The only city in the
00:48:24.780 country that cares about this is Washington, DC. So they're further tainting, poisoning an already
00:48:31.200 highly biased jury pool. And yet these judges are keeping these defendants trapped in this,
00:48:38.480 I call it circle of hell, judicial legal system in Washington, DC. And you could already see the
00:48:45.540 impact on high profile cases like the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. The judge had to move the Proud Boys
00:48:50.660 trial to the end of December. Some of these men now will be in jail for almost two years before
00:48:55.920 they can even defend themselves at trial. I also expect that Judge Maida in the Oath Keepers trial
00:49:01.400 will be forced to delay that first trial as well, even though he said over the summer,
00:49:07.140 I don't care if Congress reads its report from the steps of this courthouse, I'm not moving the trial.
00:49:12.300 Well, guess what? That's not what defense attorneys are arguing. And even Maida, an Obama appointee,
00:49:17.320 has to see how dangerous and intrusive these primetime January 6th committee hearings are to
00:49:26.280 the rights of these defendants. I think that's right. And I think Republicans,
00:49:31.020 when they return to power, which it seems they will, given everything that's going on,
00:49:35.680 and if people put their shoulders to the wheel, because this is signal, not noise right here,
00:49:39.720 Republicans cannot get a fair trial in DC. Conservatives, anyone associated with Donald Trump,
00:49:44.560 cannot get a fair trial. Republicans need to do something to fix that. It can be done legislatively
00:49:50.120 because this is federal. It can be done legislatively. It has to be done. Julie,
00:49:54.520 Cynthia, where can people follow you? Where can people keep up with all the work that you're doing?
00:50:00.300 So I will say first, they should defund and eliminate the DC US Attorney's Office first.
00:50:07.000 That would be a big step for the GOP. We saw how they now are letting the Colbert crew off the hook.
00:50:12.700 That's just one example. So I can be found at Julie underscore Kelly to at Twitter, Julie underscore
00:50:18.000 Kelly at Getter and Truth Social. And all my work is at amgreatness.com.
00:50:23.840 Thank you, Julie. And Cynthia?
00:50:25.740 So you can find me at Patriot Freedom Project on Twitter, Getter, Truth Social, Telegram. You can
00:50:32.540 email us info at patriotfreedomproject.com. You can go to our website, patriotfreedomproject.com,
00:50:38.020 to see all the ways you can help. We're getting ready to come up on back to school season,
00:50:42.780 the holiday season. These wives, these children, they need a ton of help. We need to raise more 0.80
00:50:47.340 money. We need to get more lawyers involved. We need to keep this journey going, this process going
00:50:52.760 to help these people. And I just want to tell you something really quick, Jack. You had that previous
00:50:57.060 guest on, the doctor talking about depression and sunlight. So I want you to think about,
00:51:03.480 I want the people listening to think about the men and women that are in the D.C. jail now. My
00:51:09.340 nephew's been there going on 19 months. I could tell you maybe five times he's been outside to see
00:51:15.660 the sun. None of these people go outside for outdoor rec. They don't get sun. And I could tell
00:51:21.260 you a lot of them are going to have health issues for inadequate nutrition, not going outside, not
00:51:26.860 getting proper nutrition, no vitamins. The list is long and we need support. We just need to keep
00:51:32.520 talking about this. Thank God for Julie Kelly. Thank God for Steve Bannon. Thank God for Darren
00:51:37.320 Beattie. Because without them, without you, Jack, my nephew told me today, your book comes in very
00:51:43.060 handy in the jail. You know, we need more awareness and we're just not getting enough of it.
00:51:49.300 Well, God bless to everyone out there. And for anyone who's listening, just remember,
00:51:53.920 there's something that we believe in in this country, and that's that everyone deserves a fair
00:51:58.300 trial. Whether your name is Steve Bannon, whether you're someone who is at Gen 6,
00:52:02.820 everyone deserves that fairness. And I think that's what this is all about. And I want to know,
00:52:08.060 so do we have Oscar? Do we have Oscar down there? Is he still up? Is he getting mobbed? I think that
00:52:12.640 was the last thing we heard. No, we haven't had one.
00:52:15.600 Yeah, we don't? No.
00:52:16.600 Okay, so we lost him. So I want it. But let's keep in touch. Let's get some footage up from Oscar. I
00:52:21.080 want to clip that from later. Hopefully we can get that to Navarro because that was seeing those
00:52:24.700 migrants storm across the southern border live here on the war room. That's why you watch this. 1.00
00:52:30.800 But then other things get stormed across. And every once in a while, you might be guest hosting on the
00:52:36.160 war room. And then your brother storms into the studio. And apparently that's what just happened
00:52:42.560 because what you said, you texted me that you were stopping by. I didn't know what you meant
00:52:46.260 stopping by. And now you're just suddenly here. Yeah, that's right. I am here, sir.
00:52:50.420 So you're just here. So Kevin crashes the war. So I'm flying to Tampa after this. How are you?
00:52:56.400 How are you getting to Tampa? How are you getting to Tampa?
00:52:58.720 I never said I was going to Tampa. I'm going up and down the coast.
00:53:01.640 You're up and down the coast. You're working?
00:53:02.820 Yeah, I got some work to do.
00:53:03.520 Oh, you got some work. All right. Well, let's get you on your toes then because we're closing out here.
00:53:06.820 Steve said he wants us to go medieval. You ready to go medieval?
00:53:09.620 Yeah.
00:53:10.020 Let's go medieval.
00:53:10.640 One of the ways I go medieval is what I was saying in the rosary.
00:53:13.820 Okay, well, let's start off with this.

00:53:19.900 Padre noser qui es in Celes sanctificator nomen tuum advenia regnum tuum viva valenta suessi
00:53:26.640 sicut in cielo et in terra parum nostrum quotidianum da nobis fodee et dimiteen nobis debita nostra
00:53:34.320 sicut et nos dimitimus debitoribus nostris et ne nos inducas in tentacionem
00:53:40.560 se libra nos amado. Amen.
00:53:43.080 Amen.
00:53:44.020 In nomine Padres et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.
00:53:48.020 Go medieval, baby. Go medieval.
