00:04:05.080 He looks like a nice, you know, he looks like some nebbish nerd, but he's actually a radical.

00:04:29.400 no way, and have a top-seeker clearance for 30 years and be extreme.

00:04:35.940 And to have that article, Steve, in the Enquirer, who is definitely no fan of mine, I can't

00:06:05.320 You know, first off, the contrast between myself and Josh Shapiro is it's diametric.

00:06:12.820 He'll make Governor Wolf, our current governor of Pennsylvania, look like amateur hour.

00:06:19.260 Number two is a is a disciplined message.

00:06:25.700 And then, you know, finally, our victory in a primary shocked everybody.

00:09:17.720 ballot a question about the right to life.
00:09:20.940 Specifically, the ballot issue says there is no right to an abortion in the Kansas Constitution,
00:09:26.640 and it corrects a bad decision of the Kansas Supreme Court from 2019.
00:09:31.400 And so you see yards all across Kansas saying vote yes, vote no.
00:09:36.020 This is a pitched battle in the right to life.
00:09:39.360 And, of course, if I'm attorney general, I will be working as quickly as possible to
00:09:42.640 restore all of our pro-life laws in Kansas.

00:11:05.680 You know, I think they're taking advantage of natural market forces, which, again, I mentioned yesterday.
00:11:10.400 We've had an 8% decline in the use of gasoline already year on year, 8% down.
00:11:16.400 That's indicative of a pretty horrendous recession we're into for that to happen.
00:11:21.400 That's driven down the price of gas by itself by about 22% in the last month or so, 20% thereabouts.
00:11:29.000 But that's a supply and demand issue.
00:11:32.000 Nothing to do with the fact of these periodic reductions of the Petroleum Reserve and exports of them.
00:11:38.820 What he's now talking about doing is beginning to use the Petroleum Reserve as a funnel to continue to ship it abroad, I believe.
00:11:48.020 And that is, okay, we're going to now go on a buying binge to refill it at $100 a barrel because that's going to be the clearing price to refill capacity that they're talking about, going to the oil majors to do that, without taking actions to unleash production in the Gulf, in the Permian Basin, in Alaska, without taking those actions, that's going to draw supply off the market into the Petroleum Reserve.
00:12:11.480 We're going to have to pay the $100 where President Trump filled the reserve at $30 a barrel.
00:12:17.320 Now we're going to be talking about $100 a barrel, dipping into U.S. taxpayers for about $30 billion to fund refilling it at this time so he can continue to use it as an exporting funnel.

00:12:31.340 The Strategic Petroleum Reserve has only been taken down twice before.
00:12:34.780 I think it was during the Gulf War in 92, and it was in Katrina when all the refineries in Louisiana got knocked out.
00:12:41.640 The Strategic Petroleum Reserve was never set up to do what he's trying to do, manipulate price.
00:12:47.040 I just want to make sure we're not unfairly going after him, sir.

00:12:51.320 But I think this process path turns it into a continuous funnel where the federal government now gets itself intervening into exportation control using the Petroleum Reserve as a funnel.
00:13:05.360 Dispatch it, fill it back up, send it back abroad, and begin to get more interventionistic into oil exportation under its direction.
