Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida) says the FBI raid on President Trump's Mar-A-Lago estate was justified, while Rep. Adam Schiff (D-New York) says it was illegal and should have been handled differently.
00:01:19.320And if they keep up this damaging of the credibility of the FBI, two things are going to happen.
00:01:24.260More violence and eventually Americans or at least half of Americans are going to lose faith in the FBI and the Department of Justice.
00:01:30.300And these are entities that are made up of very patriotic people who risk their lives every day for the rule of law and to keep you and me safe.
00:03:00.220Number one, this magistrate judge down in Palm Beach, Bruce Reinhardt, had a—he was conflicted under the United States Code in canons 2 and 2A of the judicial canons because he had a bias against President Trump.
00:03:15.380In 2017, this magistrate judge attacked President Trump personally.
00:03:22.540It created a clear, at least, appearance of bias, if not an actual bias, that district court judges in the Southern District of Florida, for some reason, picked this clown as a magistrate judge in 2018.
00:03:35.060And just six weeks ago, magistrate judge Bruce Reinhardt recused from President Trump's lawsuit against Hillary Clinton.
00:03:43.960So if he had a conflict six weeks ago, what the hell changed in the last six weeks to sign off on this Merrick Garland unprecedented illegal raid of a former president in his offices?
00:03:55.680So there is an obvious constitutional problem where there was a biased judge signing off on this unprecedented home raid.
00:04:07.220The second legal problem is this, is that President Trump was the president of the United States.
00:04:12.780He was the commander-in-chief, and the Supreme Court has made very clear, including back in 1987 in a case called Department of the Navy v. Eagan,
00:04:23.600that the president has inherent power as the president, as the commander-in-chief, to classify and declassify anything he wants in any manner he wants, regardless of any statute or regulation.
00:04:36.400So it could never be an espionage act violation for President Trump to declassify any record he wants, and he can do it in any way he wants.
00:04:49.200By sending these records out of the White House to Mar-a-Lago, they are declassified as a matter of law, and it is just legally nonsense that they pursued this home subpoena against President Trump.
00:05:59.780Merrick Garland, who has done everything he can over the last 19 months to get Trump, including prosecuting every goofball and grandma who trespassed on January 6th, including eviscerating 200 years, 250 years of constitutional executive privilege for President Trump's White House chief of staff, his senior advisor, you, Steve, his trade director, Peter Navarro, even his White House counsel.
00:06:23.460This attorney general is hell-bent on getting President Trump.
00:06:27.700We saw that again with this home raid, this illegal home raid.
00:06:40.300Boris, it seems to me that they're always challenging, whether it's his executive privilege and the separation of powers or is this about the Espionage Act?
00:06:48.280But they are so upset that Donald Trump was ever the President of the United States and the Commander-in-Chief.
00:06:54.020And you see this through Milley, you know, every one of them, that they don't think he actually has the power of the Commander-in-Chief.
00:08:23.660It's a big day because we have now proven beyond any reasonable doubt, okay,
00:08:27.120that this was a complete un-American, unwarranted, and despicable action.
00:08:34.280This raid, this break-in on President Trump and his family's private home was a despicable, unnecessary action because President Trump and his team have cooperated and complied with all the appropriate agencies time and time and time and time again.
00:08:50.080President Trump literally told one of the prosecutors in charge, hey, to paraphrase, if you need anything else, let us know.
00:10:13.980Why are they taking information pertaining to the President of France?
00:10:17.080None of this, none of this makes any sense except to point to a clear and disgusting undertaking by illegitimate Joe Biden, who is an illegitimate president.
00:10:30.280President Trump won the 2020 election.
00:10:32.700I will say it again and again and again.
00:10:35.100Illegitimate Joe Biden, his illegitimate administration, power-hungry DOJ and FBI, they did this raid.
00:10:42.420They undertook this breaking because they thought they could get away with it.
00:11:01.420He is going to crush the general and walk into the Oval Office no later than Jan 20, 2025.
00:11:07.180When the team first came down in June, I think June 3rd, after the subpoena of the grand jury, President Trump not only had his team meet him, they worked with him, they went through everything, made notes, talked, took some stuff with him.
00:11:24.180And President Trump went down at the end to see him off and made sure everything went fine.
00:11:28.980And his final words were, if there's anything else you need, if there's anything else you need, contact me.
00:11:37.040This whole raid, and that's what it was, this jackbooted, Gestapo-like raid by the FBI at the authorization of the little worm, Merrick Garland, with the breaking voice and wetting himself, was all about ransacking and desecrating Mar-a-Lago.
00:11:55.360They knew what this meant to the nation, they knew what it meant to the American people, they knew what it meant to MAGA.
00:12:34.880You're absolutely, and the fact that you're not coming forward, and particularly people on the raid and didn't quit and didn't turn into thing, you're culpable.
00:12:43.220Also, Merrick Garland, you ordered it.
00:12:45.440You had your department lie to Newsweek, a liberal magazine.
00:29:57.620You should understand that Dr. Peter Navarro, although a Ph.D. from the Economics Department
00:30:03.840of Harvard University, is really a frustrated lawyer, Mike Davis.
00:30:08.660So, Peter, no, don't even make me, that's a topic for a whole special.
00:30:13.340Just, Peter, you've gone through the warrant.
00:30:15.320You've gone through the search warrant as your attention to detail.
00:30:18.540Give me your thoughts and analysis, sir.
00:30:21.840Steve, I think I've figured out exactly what the agenda here is.
00:30:24.880I don't know if anybody else has said it, but I'm going to put this on the screen here.
00:30:29.700Give me a full screen if you can, Denver.
00:30:32.420The warrant references 18 U.S. Code 2071 related to the concealment or removal or mutilation of documents.
00:30:40.980And anybody who, in this statute, willfully conceals, removes, or destroys documents will be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.
00:30:57.060And the interesting thing about this is that the word willfully, according to the latest Department of Justice finding, which is contrary to everything the Supreme Court has ever opined on, is that it doesn't have to be anything other than, you did it.
00:31:39.500Does that supersede the Constitution of the United States about who's eligible to actually run and hold the office of the president, sir?
00:31:47.220So the Constitution of the United States spells out exactly how we elect our president and what his qualifications are.
00:31:54.460And these Trump deranged Democrats and rhinos think that they're going to use some ticky tacky Presidential Records Act violation to disqualify President Trump as a candidate.
00:32:06.860These same lunatics who are screaming about democracy think that they're going to take President Trump off the table for 2024 by pointing to this stupid unconstitutional statute.
00:32:18.700No, but this also shows you how they work together because, Peter, they knew about that the other night.
00:34:55.360But, you know, we're opening up our entire software suite for them to come after, get in, see what they can find, see what exploitations they can give us, show us for us to make it more secure.
00:35:07.220And, you know, these were the original privacy freaks, the DEFCON team.
00:38:32.340And deep down, I think most republicans know it.
00:38:35.820Lynn and I are so proud of Liz for standing up for the truth, doing what's right, honoring her oath to the Constitution, when so many in our party are too scared to do so.
00:38:51.100There is nothing more important she will ever do.
00:38:52.820By the way, I'm very proud that you made that spot because if there's any question about her being kicked into the dustbin of history with the rest of your family's legacy, that spot.
00:39:36.300Move to the death face of Dick Cheney, who, if you look at that, he has a Q factor of minus three.
00:39:42.760And then it was supposed to go and say, this is very serious, Steve, to the mothers and fathers of Wyoming who had to deal with death because of this man.
00:39:57.600Please remember what's at stake here on Tuesday.
00:40:02.040And the wages of Dick Cheney's sin are going to be paid next week because this man is scum.
00:40:10.460The Christian church in Iraq was vibrant and robust.
00:40:14.240It was a million people dead in the wars of Dick Cheney.
00:40:50.260She's going to get beaten by 30-plus points on Tuesday.
00:40:53.520Peter Navarro, your assessment of the entire Cheney and the apparatus that just went down to basically, which is the Cheney mindset, to basically ransack and desecrate Mar-a-Lago.
00:41:39.400And the prize is getting back the governorships, particularly Carrie Lake in Arizona, Doug Mastrano in Pennsylvania, Tudor Dixon in Michigan, and Secretaries of State, Mark Fincham, Christina Carr.
00:41:53.100That's the running the table for me, Steve.
00:41:56.920And the fact that the FBI and the Justice Department have now revealed themselves yet again as partisan is the best reason for people to get out and go to the polls or join the precinct strategy and everything in between.
00:42:28.220I've got to tell a story before you go.
00:42:29.540Peter Navarro would sit there in these meetings.
00:42:30.960He'd look at these guys, these briefers, and said, tell me again why this is classified.
00:42:35.680They're literally heads would blow up because that's their power to classify stuff and keep the information.
00:42:40.300And Peter would go, and quickly here, I'd be sitting in the sit room, and I'd say, dudes, that was in my 2006 coming China Wars book on China.
00:43:39.360With the recent rulings from the Supreme Court, it's worth mentioning that these wins didn't happen on their own.
00:43:46.320It took the support of companies like Patriot Mobile, who have passionately fought on behalf of the unborn in your constitutional rights.
00:43:53.940Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative mobile phone provider.
00:43:59.280They have been on the front lines fighting for your values.
00:44:01.800This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every other provider out there.
00:44:06.860Inflation has made it really hard on many Americans.
00:44:09.480Thankfully, Patriot Mobile has plans for almost any budget, and they offer the same nationwide coverage as all the major carriers.
00:44:16.820So you get the same great service, plus the knowledge that your money is going to a company fighting for the sanctity of life, religious freedom, and your Second Amendment.
00:47:08.000It's very clear from this 1987 Supreme Court case, Department of Navy versus Egan, that these statutes, that these regulations, the Espionage Act, any other statute or regulation that deals with classified materials does not apply to the president of the United States.
00:47:27.000It applies to everyone else except for the president of the United States because the president of the United States is the commander in chief and he has the inherent authority regardless of the statute.
00:47:36.800We saw this in 2012 when President Barack Obama leaned over with a hot mic with the Russian president, our enemy, and said that Obama would have more flexibility to deal with him after the 2020 presidential election.
00:47:51.740That is highly classified, the most classified information you can give to an enemy, and no one called for President Obama's prosecution under the Espionage Act because they can't.
00:48:03.060He's the president of the United States.
00:48:04.800So even though it's classified, he has the ability to declassify it, right?
00:48:08.920And as a matter of law, President Trump, no president, can be charged with.
00:48:18.080They're bad guys, but they're not dumb lawyers, and they got a ton of them over there.
00:48:23.400How did the – if what you're saying is fact and law, what did Ray – what did – what did – was it Murano, the number two at DOJ, that evil one, and Merrick Garland think – I'm sure Ron Klain, the chief of staff, asked a couple of questions, and the magistrate.
00:48:42.140How – it's so blatantly obvious the way you lay it out.
00:48:45.820Why did they not know that, or they thought they could just power through this?
00:48:49.480I think that they – I guarantee you that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not go to the Office of Legal Counsel, OLC, the executive branch's general counsel, and get an opinion on this.
00:49:03.480Because the Office of Legal Counsel would have opined exactly what I just said, that the president has inherent constitutional authority to declassify anything for any reason, any time, no matter what the statutes and the regulations say.
00:49:16.900So he didn't go get this opinion before he went to his handpicked Trump-deranged judge, magistrate judge, Bruce Reiner, down in Palm Beach, to get this unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful warrant.
00:49:29.980And the question that needs to be asked is, why didn't Attorney General Merrick Garland go to OLC?
00:49:36.080Why didn't he get an opinion on this before he did something of this magnitude, this unprecedented home rate of a former president over a document dispute?
00:49:46.200Because at the end of the day, these are not classified records.
00:49:48.860At the end of the day, this is a document dispute over the Presidential Records Act between the office of the former president, with his staff, with his secure facilities, and then the bureaucrats of the National Archives.
00:50:02.880The Biden Justice Department Attorney General Merrick Garland are trying to cook this up, this non-crime, into a crime so they can go after Trump and try to take him out.
00:50:11.660Well, if you were, you know, advising the senior Republicans right now, what would you have them demand that they see as far as background, paperwork, OLC opinions, people to come forward to testify, which should happen immediately?
00:50:29.780The problem is we have to wait until January until the Republicans take over the House and likely the Senate, and then we need to set up a select committee on this, like they've done with the January 6th Commission.
00:50:38.640And then we don't have to worry about executive privilege and 250 years of norms in this country because we have this select commission, like the January 6th, that have set all these precedents.
00:51:18.580This is part of a dangerous pattern over the last 18 months where they have disregarded the law, disregarded all norms to go after Trump,
00:51:29.660whether it's President Trump himself, as we're seeing now, whether it's his senior advisors, where they've eviscerated 250 years of constitutional executive privilege,
00:51:39.120to go after the White House Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, to go after you as a senior advisor to President Trump,
00:51:45.100to go after Peter Navarro as the trade director to President Trump, to go after Pat Cipollone as the counsel to President Trump.
00:51:51.680They've actually, and then they've used, they've politicized the Justice Department to weaponize it, to go after every Trump supporter.
00:51:59.420They're trying to, they tried to lump together everyone on January 6th, between the one, lumping together every grandma and goofball who were there versus people who were trespassing versus people who were violent.
