00:04:43.120 Biden White House. The reality on the ground right now, if we look at consumer confidence, if we look at

00:04:48.480 the trend in repossessions of cars, and now if we look at this looming crisis of evictions and

00:04:53.280 foreclosures, the situation on the ground is dire and it is absolutely worsening as Americans cannot

00:05:00.640 cope with this crisis of inflation that has been created by Joe Biden. Now, why can't they pay the

00:05:06.320 bills? Why are they this behind and why are they this pessimistic? Let's look at a few charts. The first

00:05:09.860 one, chart number one here, is real incomes. Real incomes, that's year-over-year growth in real

00:05:15.460 incomes. Real incomes, Steve, have been descending, as you can see for the folks who are watching on

00:05:20.120 that chart, below zero for 16 months in a row. This most recent jobs report, which corporate media

00:05:27.880 wanted to completely cheerlead and fanboy because it was a decent headline number, guess what? Great

00:05:34.180 that it's a decent headline number, but when you look at the actual earnings, minus 3%, meaning you're

00:05:39.760 working every single day and you are getting 3% poorer every single day. That is the reality.

00:05:45.420 Americans, even if their paycheck is increasing, it's not increasing nearly enough to keep pace

00:05:50.080 with the vaulting, soaring Biden inflation. So real incomes have been descending for 16 months,

00:06:03.140 chart number two. This is also crucial. Why can't people afford particularly their mortgages? These are

00:06:07.460 mortgage rates. This is a 30-year fixed mortgage rate, and I compare the Trump era to the Biden era.

00:06:13.960 The Trump era, for those who are watching, is in yellow and the Biden era in blue on the right. We

00:06:17.860 can see that under Trump, stable, descending mortgage rates for basically the entirety of his

00:06:23.620 four years in office. Even in periods like 2019, when we had a surging economy and incomes growing

00:06:30.020 leaps and bounds in real terms, you still had stable and descending mortgage rates. The exact opposite

00:06:36.720 under Joe Biden, mortgage rates exploding while real wages crash. That is the reality faced right

00:06:43.180 now by homeowners who simply can't afford. And again, 40% of those who are behind, 5.4 million

00:06:48.960 people say they are going to be kicked out of their homes, either evicted from their rental or

00:06:54.700 foreclosed upon if they are owners in the next two months. Now, let's go to chart number three.

00:06:59.740 Here's the double whammy. Not only are mortgage rates rising, Steve, but at the same time,

00:07:04.160 I mean, this is not how economics should work in a perfect world. We're far from perfect

00:07:07.740 now. At the same time that mortgage rates are spiking, we have seen home values, the

00:07:12.420 underlying value spike. That has created an affordability crisis. So this is from the National

00:07:17.820 Association of Realtors. And Steve, that is a group that wants people buying homes, okay?

00:07:21.800 So they don't like to present this kind of data. As a matter of fact, they do their best

00:07:25.240 to massage the data the other way, okay? But even they can't, you know, they can't put lipstick

00:07:30.080 on this pig. So this is the Housing Affordability Index of the NAR, the National Association of

00:07:35.780 Realtors. It just hit, you can see the clear descending trend right there from the upper

00:07:41.500 left to the lower right. And the unfortunate reality, Steve, is it just hit the lowest level

00:07:46.340 of affordability since the 1980s, since we had sky high interest rates back in the 1980s.

00:07:52.260 So this is the reality. This is the confluence of factors right now. All of it verified, by the way,

00:07:57.420 unfortunately, by the New York Fed Manufacturing Survey out today, that shows that the American

00:08:02.360 economy is not just in a bad place, Steve, it is in a worsening place, meaning the deceleration

00:08:08.040 is intensifying. That is the reality out there right now. Now, I don't promote all of this or put

00:08:14.600 this in front of the audience just to depress them. I mean, they do need to be prepared for what is very

00:08:18.900 likely ahead for them. But I want to also activate and motivate people. I want people to be mobilized and

00:08:24.080 encouraged that it can be fixed. Now, listen, I'll be the first to say, Steve, the hour is late.

00:31:34.680 are the ones that we are going to govern the peace of the Mexican citizens. Then it escalated to the

00:31:40.100 border city of Ciudad Juarez that connects to El Paso, Texas. That was a Black Thursday where tragedies

00:31:45.680 happen. Eleven lives, eleven innocent lives, Mr. Bannon, were taken away. These brutal criminals

00:31:52.760 shoot at people randomly outside of the streets and also they burn multiple cars. But on Friday,

00:31:58.440 around five o'clock in the evening in Tijuana, they started burning more automobiles over here

00:32:04.060 as sending a message directly to the government. Until now, the statistics, Mr. Bannon, more than 30

00:32:09.340 vehicles have been burned in Tijuana and also in the municipal cities around Tijuana. There is

00:32:14.400 Ensenada, Mexicali. More than 350 military men arrived on Saturday to support the government of

00:32:21.260 Mexico. But the most sad thing about this, Mr. Bannon, is that around eight or nine o'clock in

00:32:26.500 the evening on that particular Friday, public transportation was suspended, businesses were

00:32:31.540 closed, and a curfew was put by the citizens to stay home because they were afraid of retaliation

00:32:37.640 of the cartel by taking over into the Mexican citizens. One thing that is breaking news and

00:32:43.360 nobody else has it. Right now, the government of Mexico has taken over nine arrests. Out of the nine

00:32:49.100 arrests, four of them have been transferred to the city of Mexico to be judged on the first time in

00:32:55.260 history, Mr. Bannon, for the first time that they're going to be charged on the grounds of terrorism.

00:33:01.580 For the first time in history, Mexico is going to be putting grounds of terrorism on four criminals,

00:33:07.820 on four individuals that have been taking away the peace from the Mexican citizens. This is a complete

00:33:13.000 attack on the Mexican citizens. It's a complete attack of our peace, of our freedom. And it is the

00:33:19.180 most aggravated thing is that it's next door to the United States of America, sir.

00:33:23.140 Okay, just for our audience, CGNG is a cartel that's known for hyperviolence, correct? And there

00:33:32.580 was this confusion last week about was the senior guy arrested and AMLO came out the week before he

00:33:38.620 said they have human rights too. Walk us through the difference of what's happening at the presidential

00:33:43.620 level with the cartels and what's happening at the regional level with the cartels, because it seems

00:33:49.160 to be two different ways they're fighting. It seems to me that almost the regional people

00:33:52.840 are, you know, officials are taking this to the cartels more than the national officials. What

00:33:59.480 is your perspective on that? And who actually rounded up these four and actually going to bring them,

00:34:05.400 bring them up on charges of terrorism? Yes, sir. This started when the, in a particular place in

00:34:12.600 Michoacana and Guerrero, the CGNG started attacking the peace of the citizens and the CGNG retaliated against

00:34:20.240 the national guard and they ran them out of the towns. Then the next day, the, the president

00:34:24.800 AMLO said, uh, they also have humanitarian rights. Also these leaders of cartels. So we need to talk to

00:34:30.080 them. We need to negotiate with them. After that, the CGNG was on a rampage. Uh, you know, practically

00:34:35.440 the president authorized them to do whatever the hell they want. So, uh, the government had to do

00:34:40.480 something. They arrested four leaders of this, you know, particular, a violent criminal, uh, you know,

00:34:45.760 organization. And after that, the retaliation of the CGNG, multiple cargoes have been detained that

00:34:52.080 were directed to this particular cartel, sir. There were, uh, multiple tons of, uh, you know, of

00:34:57.440 fentanyl that they were detained on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, also in Yucatán, also in Tapachula,

00:35:02.720 Chiapas, also in the coast, uh, going a little bit more up north into Matamoros. They have been

00:35:08.720 multiple tons of fentanyl being detained, multiple tons of cocaine being detained.

00:35:12.720 And this is a message from them to the government to say, you released our leaders, you release the

00:35:18.160 people that they have been detained, or we will retaliate against the population. And also you

00:35:22.720 release the cargo that it has been detained. And ultimately that's has, that has been the reason

00:35:27.680 that it has happened. And in terms to the four people that they have been detained, the government

00:35:32.080 of Baja California started the investigations on Saturday night. And after they started the

00:35:36.480 investigations, nine people have been arrested. Those nine people are being investigated and

00:35:41.360 also ultimately being detained. Out of the nine people, four of them have been immediately transferred

00:35:46.560 to the city of Mexico under the grounds of terrorism. This is the first time in history

00:35:50.800 that Mexico has taken the decision and the government of Mexico has taken the decision

00:35:54.800 to punish people under terrorism. And there's no other reason why, Mr. Bannon. The reason is because

00:36:00.240 if Mexico doesn't punish this as terrorism, the United States will do something about it,

00:36:05.360 or international organizations will do something about it. And that is the only reason why

00:36:09.440 the president of Mexico is doing that.

00:36:12.240 I want to make sure everybody in the audience understand something that happened on Thursday

00:36:15.760 and Friday was not like in Kabul 12,000 miles away. When you heard Juarez, that's a suburb of El

00:36:22.320 Paso. It's a, it's a, it's right there, right? If you hear Tijuana, that's San Diego.

00:36:27.280 This is essentially happening in San Diego, California, and El Paso, Texas. There's just a,

00:36:32.080 there's just that, that, that, that border crossing right there. This is happening in

00:36:35.840 San Diego, California, and El Paso, Texas, not in the Donbass, not in, not in Afghanistan,

00:36:42.800 not 12,000 miles away or 8,000 miles away. This is essentially in suburbs, in suburbs of major

00:36:51.600 American cities like El Paso, Texas, in San Diego, California. Hang on for one second, Oscar. I'm

00:38:52.980 cartel, the Sinaloa cartel, from these high points onto American soil. These are the cartel members

00:38:58.660 armed, heavily armed, well-funded, well-fortified, bringing drugs and people onto American soil. We

00:39:11.520 back. We believe that those drugs were taken from the other cartel that they had just taken over.
