Bannon's War Room - Episode 2077： Trump Has The Tapes - Video Of Entire Raid Kept By President; The Nuclear Lie⧸A nothingburger; The Coming Eviction⧸Foreclosure Tsunami; Grassley Goes After FBI

00:00:00.000 If Donald Trump is innocent, and that's what we presume him to be in America, if he is

00:00:05.180 innocent, then very good.

00:00:09.520 We move forward.

00:00:10.800 And I think there'll be some pretty harsh recriminations in the Justice Department and

00:00:16.340 at the FBI for a raid on an ex-president's home.

00:00:18.920 If he's not innocent, if he's proven to be guilty, well, no man's above the law.

00:00:26.900 And so, you know, just call balls and strikes.

00:00:29.100 That's all we want of the Justice Department.

00:00:31.000 And right now, despite all the lies, and I've got to say, if you're out there and you believe 1.00

00:00:36.300 those lies, right, even after they've been disproven, you're stupid. 1.00

00:00:41.300 And you may want to call somebody, try to get in touch with a professional and see if you 1.00

00:00:47.840 can be deprogrammed from the cult that you're now in.

00:00:50.480 And I don't say that with any malice.

00:00:55.000 I just say, if you believe the lies that you've been told over the past week and a

00:01:01.220 half, lies that have quickly been disproven by Donald Trump's next lie, you see, because

00:01:07.740 lie number two undercuts lie number one.

00:01:10.580 Lie number three undercuts lie number two.

00:01:12.600 It just keeps going the way.

00:01:13.840 And I'm just saying, as a friend of yours, and I hope you consider yourself to be my friend,

00:01:19.620 that you need to be deprogrammed from that cult you're in, and you need to be able to start

00:01:27.440 looking at facts again, clearly.

00:01:30.140 And you should be like me, because it's very, I'll tell you what, I'm in a very peaceful

00:01:34.760 place here.

00:01:35.700 If the former president is innocent, good.

00:01:40.200 I hope he is.

00:01:41.300 I don't want to see a former president dragged off to jail.

00:01:46.280 If he's guilty, well, let the law do its job.

00:01:51.200 No man is above the law in America.

00:01:53.280 We believe that.

00:01:55.040 That is our stated belief.

00:01:59.060 And sometimes we come up short.

00:02:01.160 Let's hope.

00:02:01.740 In this case, we don't.

00:02:03.000 But I guess the main thing I'm telling you is look a little closer at the facts.

00:02:08.200 You know, this reality TV show hosts run in American politics, likely coming to an end.

00:02:17.600 Why don't you get ahead of it if you're a true conservative like me?

00:02:21.320 If you actually believe in small government, if you believe in balanced budgets, if you

00:02:26.240 believe in a strong NATO, if you believe that we push back against tyrants in Russia,

00:02:30.480 if you believe that capitalism is preferable to what they do in China, if you believe that 0.93

00:02:36.320 people like Margaret Thatcher actually turned Great Britain around and turned it into a stronger

00:02:40.700 country, that Ronald Reagan checked a lot of the most extreme elements of the 40-year

00:02:47.720 rise of the welfare state, if you believe that, then why don't you just come on in?

00:02:54.440 It's OK to be conservative again.

00:02:56.560 The water's warm.

00:02:57.800 You don't have to be in a cult.

00:02:59.700 You don't have to follow a fascist.

00:03:02.200 You can just believe in small government and a strong military and, yes, strong borders

00:03:08.100 without all the fascists yet.

00:03:10.820 You can do that.

00:03:12.000 Why don't you try it?

00:03:13.020 You might like it this week.

00:03:14.180 What does Mika do to this guy over the weekend? 1.00

00:03:19.900 Morning Joe is on the couch this morning.

00:03:23.740 It's Monday, 15 August, Year of Our Lord, 2022.

00:03:27.600 It is the one year.

00:03:28.920 Remember, a year ago, I think it was a year ago today, and we did a Sunday night special

00:03:33.840 when I thanked Real America's Voice when we did that on Extraction Under Fire.

00:03:38.300 Remember that?

00:03:39.220 It was the fall of Kabul.

00:03:40.360 That was one year ago for our – the folks have been with us for a while, or even from

00:03:46.380 a year ago.

00:03:47.280 Just remember, remember, one year ago we were doing the Kabul, so we're going to have – in

00:03:51.800 the second hour, we're going to compare and contrast that to the – to a major cartel

00:03:57.940 war in a truly failed state, which is Mexico.

00:04:02.020 A cartel war has broken out across the northern border, and we're going to have detailed footage

00:04:07.480 of that.

00:04:07.760 Also, we're going to have real discussions about the rise of MAGA, and particularly the

00:04:13.260 takedown of three dynasties.

00:04:15.700 The dynasty, the McCain apparatus in Arizona, which Kerry Lake and the team there with Blake

00:04:23.580 Masters across the board crushed the McCain faction, being outspent 10 to 1, crushed them,

00:04:30.460 what, two weeks ago?

00:04:31.420 We also – and today we're going to have – if not on the morning show, she's running 0.95

00:04:37.120 around the state right now in some places with not great cell phone coverage, but we're

00:04:42.540 going to have Harriet Hageman, who is about to take down the Cheney dynasty tomorrow in 1.00

00:04:48.420 Wyoming, and of course, Kelly Chewbacca.

00:04:51.440 We're tracking down Kelly right now to have her join us.

00:04:54.840 Kelly Chewbacca is about to take on and take down the Murkowski dynasty.

00:04:58.540 These are three old-school – you know, it's what Joe Scarborough was talking about.

00:05:03.160 You believe – that's the whole fantasy they sold you.

00:05:05.040 They sold you limited government, and all they did was increase budgets.

00:05:08.600 They sold you, oh, strong national offense, and all they did was the forever wars on your

00:05:13.260 tax dollars and with your children's blood.

00:05:15.100 Not their kids, right?

00:05:16.740 And not Joe Scarborough.

00:05:17.660 Joe Scarborough never was in the military.

00:05:19.420 But they want to have strong military, want to have it everywhere, and of course, we want

00:05:23.100 to have strong borders.

00:05:24.520 That's why for, you know, 30 years we've had nothing but a slow invasion of our country

00:05:29.480 now exacerbated by the Biden regime.

00:05:34.260 What Joe Scarborough laid out is what's called controlled opposition.

00:05:37.760 That is the theory of the controlled opposition to always kind of be – to win enough elections,

00:05:43.040 to be around, but to never make fundamental, necessary change.

00:05:46.900 And, of course, he says that if you believe – if you're a populist nationalist and you

00:05:50.860 believe in MAGA, you believe in America First, if you absolutely believe in President Trump

00:05:55.300 as the leader of this movement, you're not a citizen, a free-thinking citizen that can

00:05:59.520 look at facts yourself, can look at the economy, can look at the concentration of wealth, can

00:06:04.360 look at the concentration of power, look how they've turned the United States into a police

00:06:08.880 state using the FBI and all the FBI agents, the Wyndall weekend, right?

00:06:13.080 Go in and support the people that don't want the FBI to be the new Gestapo.

00:06:21.320 You know, over the weekend, these FBI agents are on there saying, well, you need the FBI

00:06:24.760 because if you didn't have the FBI, who would go after the Chinese spies?

00:06:29.160 Who would go after the Chinese infiltration? 0.99

00:06:30.760 Or who would stop child trafficking?

00:06:32.640 Are you kidding me?

00:06:33.900 That's the justification right now.

00:06:35.560 What your accomplishments, which have been zero in that regard, you roll up a couple of

00:06:41.640 professors on the China side, a couple of people in graduate school.

00:06:47.800 You haven't even touched the massive infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party into every aspect

00:06:53.180 of American society from Wall Street to the globalist corporations to the Uniparty, Washington,

00:06:58.420 D.C., into our security apparatus.

00:07:01.280 You haven't even touched that.

00:07:02.640 You won't even won't even come close to that.

00:07:05.000 And yet, Ray goes up there.

00:07:06.500 They're, you know, following, quite frankly, me after years and years and years of doing

00:07:11.940 this and President Trump saying, oh, yeah, they're next.

00:07:15.360 They're a major a competitive power.

00:07:18.000 No, they're an existential threat.

00:07:20.080 And your other your other aspect for the FBI being around, not being defunded and deconstructed

00:07:25.720 is that, oh, if you didn't have us, you know, you wouldn't be able to stop trial

00:07:29.620 trafficking.

00:07:30.140 Ask Liz, you're anybody involved.

00:07:32.560 Ask all the patriots out there right now.

00:07:34.420 They're involved in stopping trial child trafficking.

00:07:37.160 Does anybody ever mention?

00:07:39.220 Does anybody ever mention the FBI as being any real assistance whatsoever except for marginal

00:07:44.960 case?

00:07:45.320 Remember, here's what they do.

00:07:46.020 They do a marginal case right now.

00:07:47.180 They say, hey, we're really doing something.

00:07:49.780 No, they've turned into the American Gestapo.

00:07:51.800 They have to be defunded.

00:07:53.000 They say, oh, this is dangerous talk.

00:07:54.120 No, it's not.

00:07:54.580 It's just it's a political process.

00:07:56.020 These institutions aren't permanent.

00:07:59.560 The institutions should last as long as they are effective for the American people in the

00:08:05.920 end and in our nation.

00:08:08.240 Vox over the weekend had an interesting article to ensure Vox had an interesting article that

00:08:12.180 MAGA is a direct threat to the wait for it.

00:08:15.520 The American state.

00:08:17.300 They didn't say the country.

00:08:18.700 They didn't say America is a nation.

00:08:20.140 They say the American people, the American state.

00:08:22.360 And they are absolutely correct.

00:08:23.900 You said this quiet part out loud.

00:08:25.900 We are a threat to the American state. 0.54

00:08:29.420 Joe Scarborough, to get to limited government, your fantasy that you say, oh, yeah, I believe

00:08:34.240 in limited government.

00:08:35.040 Tell me how you're going to do that, brother.

00:08:37.040 Tell me how you said balanced budget.

00:08:38.480 That's all a fantasy.

00:08:40.280 It hasn't come.

00:08:41.040 We have a two trillion dollar deficit spending.

00:08:44.500 You were just cheering last week with with Mika.

00:08:48.060 Mika giving you the stink eye.

00:08:50.140 Right. 0.71

00:08:50.720 Mika giving you a stink eye.

00:08:51.960 You got that.

00:08:52.940 You got the pom poms out for the build back, better build.

00:08:56.020 That's what it was.

00:08:57.040 Another orgy of spending with with hiring eighty seven thousand mini Gestapo brown shirts 0.96

00:09:03.080 at the IRS, the FBI being the Gestapo and the IRS guys.

00:09:07.220 And by the way, they're the ones that had the ad up that said you have to be ready to

00:09:10.620 use lethal force.

00:09:11.520 So we got a lot to go through.

00:09:12.680 I also put that piece because of popular demand to interview for me back in 18 by New York

00:09:18.220 magazine, where I lay out the whole theory of the case.

00:09:20.500 Joe, you ought to read that.

00:09:21.840 And then you understand, you know, we're certainly not a cult, but I don't know what Mika does

00:09:27.960 to you over the weekend.

00:09:28.880 You come in on Monday and it's like you're laying on the couch in these weird confessions.

00:09:33.860 We don't want to hear it.

00:09:35.240 Right.

00:09:36.200 Do that on private time.

00:09:37.640 But on public airways, no offense.

00:09:39.520 It's kind of embarrassing.

00:09:41.100 It's not exactly.

00:09:42.220 How do I say this?

00:09:44.220 Manly.

00:09:45.200 Right.

00:09:45.540 It's kind of it's very sad.

00:09:47.500 Very sad.

00:09:48.520 Boris Epstein.

00:09:49.320 A lot going on in Mar-a-Lago.

00:09:50.600 I got and I say, I don't know what's going on here, but we have three in a row.

00:09:55.560 We're going to have we're going to try to get Hageman and Kelly up.

00:09:59.000 But we've got three in a row columnist from Newsweek magazine, Boris Epstein.

00:10:04.540 Mike Davis just started as a columnist.

00:10:06.320 Got Mike Davis's new piece up.

00:10:08.280 And of course, Steve Cortez put his piece up the other day.

00:10:10.640 So I welcome you guys aboard.

00:10:12.340 Now that you're working.

00:10:13.240 Now that you get full time.

00:10:14.080 Now that you get paying gigs.

00:10:15.480 Now that you have paying gigs with legacy media.

00:10:18.020 We want to welcome here.

00:10:19.200 What is going on now it down in in Mar-a-Lago with this with this ransacking in this raid

00:10:26.260 that the American people are have nothing but revulsion for, sir.

00:10:33.560 Steve, an honor to be with you.

00:10:35.740 Good morning to the war room posse.

00:10:37.900 What is going on is that the American people have completely rejected, as you said, Steve,

00:10:44.360 this raid, this break in, this, frankly, attack on the very basis of America, our constitution

00:10:51.920 that happened a week ago today now.

00:10:54.740 And the DOJ and the FBI and frankly, obviously, Biden and the feckless Democrats, the White

00:11:00.840 House, oh, we had nothing to do with this, have never had a worst week in the media. 0.98

00:11:04.880 And their pushback has been so pathetic. 0.98

00:11:07.140 Their pushback has been absolutely feckless, just like this administration. 0.99

00:11:10.580 Oh, well, you know, there may have been something with the word nuclear on it.

00:11:14.360 Wrong.

00:11:15.320 Well, somebody at some point looked at something on a videotape and that was concerning.

00:11:20.440 No one cares.

00:11:22.060 This has been such an embarrassment.

00:11:24.080 And Steve, as you often say, our adversaries are watching.

00:11:28.260 They're watching the way the 45th president of the United States and the leading political

00:11:33.560 figure in America, the political figure in America, who everyone is looking to for leadership,

00:11:38.260 Donald J. Trump, the way he's being treated.

00:11:40.520 This is a clear as day abuse of law enforcement, a weaponization of law enforcement, abuse of

00:11:48.100 power by Joe Biden, by Merrick Garland, by Christopher Wray, and everybody who had a hand in this terrible,

00:11:55.980 despicable act.

00:11:57.020 I will tell you, though, politically, if you look at the polling, you know, President Trump

00:12:01.600 has now gone even higher in political morning consult than he was a couple of weeks ago in

00:12:08.520 polling on the 2024 primary.

00:12:12.380 And in terms of approval, disapproval for this action overall, independents rejected wholeheartedly

00:12:18.360 and a strong sliver of Democrats rejected, which is very, very interesting, but makes perfect

00:12:23.360 sense, right?

00:12:23.880 Those ACLU Democrats, the blue dog Democrats, manufacturing Democrats, they have no time 1.00

00:12:29.240 for this.

00:12:29.960 They have no interest.

00:12:30.920 This is a situation where, and the specifics are important.

00:12:34.160 Let's not lose the fact that when they rolled in there, the DOJ and the FBI requested that

00:12:39.480 the cameras be turned off.

00:12:42.120 They demanded the cameras be turned off.

00:12:44.460 President Trump and his team refused in the correct way.

00:12:47.320 They also did not allow for the attorneys to observe.

00:12:51.620 They kicked them out into 100 degree heat.

00:12:54.140 So what is the DOJ?

00:12:56.000 What is the FBI?

00:12:57.760 What are they hiding?

00:12:59.100 Why request for the cameras to be open?

00:13:02.600 Why demand and then ensure that attorneys are not there to observe?

00:13:08.760 To me, this has been a completely corrupt, completely despicable action.

00:13:14.440 And what I'm thankful for is that the American people see it exactly for what it is.

00:13:21.180 Okay.

00:13:21.640 A couple of things.

00:13:22.260 Number one, you said the nuclear thing.

00:13:23.540 That was the Washington Post.

00:13:24.620 Merrick Garland made this whiny, you know, plea last week for three and a half minutes.

00:13:30.500 And I'm not talking to the media.

00:13:32.380 I'm not doing it.

00:13:33.320 Yeah.

00:13:33.440 Yeah.

00:13:34.000 Yeah.

00:13:34.260 We only speak, we only speak to our, we only speak through our filings.

00:13:40.840 President Trump said it was a hoax.

00:13:42.500 The Washington Post ran with it right away.

00:13:44.640 You're saying that nothing, you said there was no nuclear in your, in your opening salvo.

00:13:49.760 Is there nothing to your knowledge that was, is the Washington Post just being fed more

00:13:56.380 bad information and lies from the Justice Department?

00:14:00.020 Well, look at the story itself.

00:14:01.600 While they may have thought it was there, but they didn't find anything, but they thought

00:14:06.040 and they considered and they were concerned.

00:14:07.940 This is the, some of the weakest political attacks I've ever seen in my career, Stephen.

00:14:13.600 Okay.

00:14:13.800 I just want to make sure, but I just want to make sure we're, hang on, just to make sure

00:14:16.680 we're clear.

00:14:17.460 You're saying right now that the DOJ and the White House are even admitting they found

00:14:22.100 nothing about these nuclear, whatever the secret information was about nuclear.

00:14:26.260 Steve, if they found it, you think they would have, if they found it, they would have

00:14:29.440 already leaked it.

00:14:30.060 They wouldn't have leaked it.

00:14:30.600 They may have thought it was there.

00:14:31.780 They would have leaked that it was there, but it wasn't there.

00:14:33.940 And here's why, because President Trump followed every rule, law, and regulation, fully complied,

00:14:39.600 was fully cooperative with the DOJ at every structure.

00:14:42.360 This was unwarranted, unnecessary, un-American. 0.89

00:14:45.940 Boris, hang on for one second.

00:14:47.240 We'll take a short commercial break.

00:14:48.320 We'll be right back.

00:14:48.860 You know what's never good?

00:15:01.460 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights

00:15:08.300 of impending inflation.

00:15:09.400 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated

00:15:15.900 and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks

00:15:21.260 that affected our economy badly that I didn't, at the time, fully understand, end quote.

00:15:28.700 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?

00:17:20.860 Go check it out today.

00:17:21.760 Okay, Boris, I just want to make sure I can go back through this because there's all types

00:17:24.660 of people on Twitter, people on TV, and I will say this, you know, and I'm not making

00:17:33.740 a criticism.

00:17:34.280 I'm making an observation that sometimes people coming up for the president are not

00:17:38.940 maybe as clear and precise with the diamond-like precision we need because the facts are on

00:17:44.920 our side.

00:17:45.480 So I just want to go back to on the nuclear part.

00:17:49.240 On the nuclear part, this is a blockbuster because they clearly knew they had a...

00:17:53.900 Look, Garland was 40 minutes late.

00:17:57.940 Boris, you've been around in those rooms.

00:18:00.120 When you're a minute late, you understand it's sending a negative signal.

00:18:03.140 When you're 40 minutes late, and particularly for a three-and-a-half-minute read, they wouldn't

00:18:09.400 take questions.

00:18:10.120 That his voice broke about 10 times. 0.97

00:18:12.200 And then they went right off and leaked it to Josh Dossie and that set of clowns over at 0.94

00:18:17.480 the Washington Post about nuclear. 0.52

00:18:19.000 It had to be nuclear codes, nuclear secrets.

00:18:21.400 Are you saying now that to the best of your knowledge of what you're seeing that they've

00:18:26.000 even admitted that there's nothing really involved with the nuclear aspect of this, which

00:18:30.400 was...

00:18:30.520 Absolutely.

00:18:33.140 Well, Steve, let's put our communications hat on, executive officer of the president

00:18:39.520 hat on, executive branch hat on.

00:18:41.520 As you said, anybody is two, three, four minutes late, that's an embarrassment.

00:18:45.420 What was Mayor Garland doing for 40 minutes before he went out there and spouted this three-and-a-half

00:18:50.820 week sauce?

00:18:52.300 Right?

00:18:52.960 It's absolutely unclear.

00:18:54.400 What was he doing before he went out there and his voice broke and he embarrassed himself

00:18:58.400 in front of the American people and the world?

00:19:01.500 And then just a couple hours later, they leaked to the Washington Post.

00:19:04.600 And it's important to read the stories, right?

00:19:07.780 Not just the headlines.

00:19:08.740 Always signal, not noise for the audience.

00:19:10.760 And the stories didn't say anything.

00:19:13.000 They didn't say there were actual information pertaining to nuclear.

00:19:16.400 They didn't say they found a nuclear war at Mar-a-Lago.

00:19:20.380 They said they may have, at one point, looked for something.

00:19:22.880 And here's what I'm going to tell you now.

00:19:24.160 I'm going to tell this audience.

00:19:25.260 President Trump, at every point, followed every law, rule, and regulation.

00:19:31.560 These attacks are absolute nonsense.

00:19:34.240 And if they did...

00:19:35.800 Let's put it this way.

00:19:37.160 And here's how it's so clear that the nuclear story is a complete hoax.

00:19:40.820 If they did think there was something there to that effect, they've been in direct communication

00:19:44.880 with the president and his team for months and months and months, and everything they

00:19:48.720 asked, they got.

00:19:49.340 Why wouldn't they have asked for that months ago?

00:19:52.100 If this was so pressing, they went to this magistrate and got a warrant on a Friday, waited

00:19:57.740 until Monday to go in, and the warrant had two weeks to be used, by the way.

00:20:02.400 If this was so pressing, why did they wait until a hot day, hot Monday in August, to go

00:20:06.860 and look for the information?

00:20:08.940 Why didn't they even ask for it?

00:20:10.500 Because the bottom line is, all of this is a complete hoax.

00:20:16.280 But the line of attack that, oh, somehow there's something pertaining to our nuclear technology,

00:20:21.680 our nuclear industry, is a complete and total fabrication, Steve.

00:20:26.660 It's a complete and total fabrication.

00:20:28.820 And the DOJ, within hours, is proving Merrick Garland to be a liar when he said we're only

00:20:35.360 going to do our talking through the filings.

00:20:38.020 And we all know for a fact that they're leaking to all these reporters at the Washington Post,

00:20:44.080 the New York Times, so on and so forth.

00:20:45.660 They tried leaking throughout the weekend.

00:20:47.400 You know, we got calls every day.

00:20:48.520 Oh, well, now it's this story.

00:20:50.040 And now it's, you know, now we think there may have been a document signed.

00:20:54.300 And now, you know, somebody may have seen something on days of footage that may have been

00:21:00.980 concerning.

00:21:02.380 But again, here's the bottom line of the facts.

00:21:04.620 The DOJ, the FBI, Merrick Garland, the Biden White House have not brought any receipts.

00:21:12.500 They brought no receipts, Steve, no receipts to prove that this was a warranted action.

00:21:19.600 What we know is that everything they've claimed in their leaking has been false.

00:21:24.440 What we know is that they demanded that the Mar-a-Lago cameras be turned off, demanded they

00:21:30.540 be turned off.

00:21:31.200 As President Trump said in his statement, on true social.

00:21:34.220 But the president and his team very correctly refused that corrupt request.

00:21:39.740 And they kicked out the lawyers during this whole ordeal.

00:21:44.760 So when you put all those facts together, again, all signal, not noise for the war room

00:21:49.320 posse, for the war room audience.

00:21:51.060 What does this combine to?

00:21:52.840 And it combines to the fact that the DOJ and the FBI had no reason to roll in there.

00:21:58.900 That's why they went to a low-level magistrate and judge in Florida instead of the usual judge

00:22:03.740 they go to in the Washington, D.C. area.

00:22:06.380 They overwhelmed some liberal, you know, let's be honest, not exactly clean hands judge, got

00:22:12.740 this warrant.

00:22:14.140 We don't know, by the way, what the affidavit for the warrant says, but there's going to

00:22:19.460 be some hearings on that today.

00:22:21.200 The New York Times and the Judicial Watch are actually demanding it.

00:22:24.020 They were able to get it.

00:22:25.480 And they rolled in there a couple of days later, not showing much urgency for anything

00:22:30.300 but a political stunt.

00:22:33.800 So if they refused to cut off the cameras, you're telling the war room posse right now

00:22:40.800 that there is footage that exists of the ransacking, desecration, and raid on Mar-a-Lago.

00:22:48.080 Am I to take that as being a fact?

00:22:51.900 You are correct and take that as a fact, Steve, yes.

00:22:54.740 And I take it that footage is in possession of President Trump, the 45th President of

00:23:01.080 the United States?

00:23:03.460 Well, I'm not going to speak to who physically has the video and the tapes, but you'll be

00:23:08.460 correct in that, you know, that is security cameras that are operated by the location that

00:23:14.340 was raided.

00:23:15.020 So that is not, you know, that is not government footage.

00:23:17.880 That is private footage that's operated by the ownership of Mar-a-Lago.

00:23:22.520 Mar-a-Lago, of course, owned by President Trump and his organization.

00:23:26.900 Okay.

00:23:28.200 What do you anticipate is going to come from the-

00:23:30.420 And also very important on this, Steve, important for folks to continue following.

00:23:35.020 President Trump is putting out a lot of information on True Social.

00:23:38.000 So this, he actually alluded to the fact that there are cameras and they were demanded to

00:23:43.400 be turned off by the DOJ, I believe, 24 hours ago.

00:23:47.360 So I would very much, and I know all the reporters are reading it, everybody's watching it,

00:23:50.960 very important to read carefully what the president puts out there because it has robust

00:23:57.080 information.

00:23:58.960 What do you anticipate, Boris, since this is not your first rodeo, happens this afternoon

00:24:03.260 on the Tom Fittin and Judicial Watch and New York Times about getting, I guess, full

00:24:08.420 release of the search warrant or in the affidavit?

00:24:11.800 Of the affidavit, the application of the affidavit.

00:24:13.300 I think it's, if this were a regular case, it is not, would not be particularly likely

00:24:20.140 that this, the magistrate judge releases that information.

00:24:24.740 But he should have never approved the warrant in the first place.

00:24:28.820 And there's been obviously a lot of pressure all over the country, a lot of pressure all

00:24:32.100 of the world, you know, media on this judge.

00:24:34.840 So it's, I would, I would anticipate he turns the motions down, but I think this is a very

00:24:41.640 unusual situation.

00:24:42.520 And I think there's a lot of pressure on this judge.

00:24:44.480 He may want to say, well, you know, I had a reason and whatever.

00:24:47.360 And it shows the affidavit.

00:24:49.000 And remember, to the posse, the affidavits are where the DOJ and the FBI lied in the FISA

00:24:55.320 cases on Carter, on General Flynn, so on and so forth.

00:24:59.360 So it's very important that whatever comes out, you know, take it, don't take it on his

00:25:03.560 face.

00:25:04.180 Make sure you go to the facts.

00:25:06.820 We're all about the facts, signal, not noise, and not any suggestions, not innuendos that

00:25:14.080 may have been put on there.

00:25:15.160 Also, if it is made public, important to read whether the DOJ was honest with the judges,

00:25:21.820 said that there was full cooperation by the president and his team.

00:25:25.320 With the DOJ on this issue and every other issue, by the way.

00:25:30.060 Because if you're the judge who's looking at this warrant, Steve, and you're being told,

00:25:35.040 hey, there's been full cooperation.

00:25:36.700 Well, why do you need an unannounced rate?

00:25:38.940 No, no, no, no, no, we know, we know, they know they already had a subpoena before and

00:25:43.200 went there.

00:25:43.640 I, to me, if the affidavit doesn't have a detailed description of June 3rd and the president

00:25:50.800 and his team's cooperation and the putting of the, of the bolt on afterwards of the

00:25:55.260 lock and the president's closing words to them, if there's anything else, because that's

00:26:00.020 a typical Trump, you know, the way he, the way he comports himself.

00:26:03.980 If there's anything else you need, you come directly to me.

00:26:06.980 Anything else you need, call me.

00:26:08.840 Right?

00:26:09.520 I'm sure that's, I'm sure that's in the opening paragraph of the affidavit.

00:26:13.260 I'm absolutely certain that's going to be.

00:26:14.680 You remember that all the, all the spin and everything they did in Pfizer and all these

00:26:19.820 other things, it's not just the lies they tell, it's what they withhold, the information

00:26:23.720 they withhold.

00:26:24.640 So I think the affidavit is very important.

00:26:26.520 I think it's going to, it's going to show you there was absolutely no, this was all a

00:26:30.760 discussion between lawyers as it should have been over archived information.

00:26:36.100 Right?

00:26:36.420 And that stuff happens in DC all the time.

00:26:39.260 Also the question, nobody, the apparatus doesn't want to bring the overclassification

00:26:42.740 of stuff.

00:26:43.180 I mean, Navarro and I used to sit there all the time and laugh at these guys, laugh in

00:26:45.540 their face.

00:26:45.920 Why is this classified?

00:26:47.340 That's the way the administrative state, this, remember making everything classified is

00:26:52.340 the way they keep information to themselves and are able to weaponize it later.

00:26:56.980 So what about the 33 million pages that Barack Obama took away from the white house?

00:27:01.180 What about that?

00:27:02.200 Yeah.

00:27:02.780 Yeah.

00:27:02.940 What about everything that the Clintons took?

00:27:05.340 Where was the, where was the rate on that?

00:27:06.780 And again, and then let's go to the emails.

00:27:08.480 Yeah.

00:27:08.740 It was clear as day.

00:27:10.440 The law of unintended consequences here is this is what's going to take down the FBI

00:27:14.740 and DOJ, Merrick Garland and Chris Wray because of their turn, they're trying to turn the United

00:27:20.000 States of America into a police state.

00:27:21.640 Boris, what is your social media?

00:27:22.820 We're going to have you back on this afternoon.

00:27:23.900 This stuff's breaking every, uh, every 90 seconds.

00:27:27.100 You got to follow Boris.

00:27:27.880 Obviously you got to follow the president over a true social.

00:27:30.200 How do they follow you?

00:27:32.940 Steve, I want to say, I want to say one more thing.

00:27:34.940 And it's regarding this, regarding Merrick Garland. 0.90

00:27:37.900 He went out there and did this pathetic, terrible display for the green heavens. 0.86

00:27:40.580 I'm releasing information. 0.67

00:27:41.860 Notice he did not release the affidavit or the application for the affidavit.

00:27:45.840 He's, I'm releasing everything full transparency.

00:27:47.960 Well, not everything, not full transparency.

00:27:50.320 And that tells you what the DOJ and the FBI and the Biden white house are really concerned

00:27:54.320 with.

00:27:54.480 My socials are boriscp.com, hot on the website boriscp.com, hot on Twitter at boriscp, hot

00:28:01.380 on truthsocial at Boris, and the hottest on the gram, Boris on the scrubstein.

00:28:04.660 Stay strong, God bless, and I will see you this afternoon.

00:28:09.140 Newsweek's two newest columnists, Mike Davis and Steve Cortez, next in the War Room.

00:28:13.980 Americans are discovering that if we want to change this nation, we have to change the

00:28:28.540 way the marketplace works.

00:28:29.840 Look, woke corporations are seeking to divide us. 0.94

00:28:32.020 Big banks are freezing the accounts of people who disagree with their political views.

00:28:36.720 And our supply chain is dependent upon countries that actively work against our values, like

00:28:41.780 the Chinese Communist Party.

00:28:43.720 It's time for a change.

00:28:45.360 And that change starts with you and your wallet.

00:29:48.440 War Room Pandemic with Stephen K.

00:29:51.360 Bannon.

00:29:52.000 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:29:55.880 War Room Pandemic.

00:29:57.980 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:30:00.020 Bannon.

00:30:00.300 You know, I think we've got 85 days to the most important midterm election since 1862

00:30:08.180 in the early years of the Civil War.

00:30:11.360 And we've got signal all over.

00:30:14.300 Two of the biggest and most important stories in the world right now that we'll be covering

00:30:18.120 in a few minutes are there's a massive cartel war that is broken out down in Mexico where

00:30:23.140 the cartels have blown back on one of their senior leaders being jailed and they've gone

00:30:30.300 on a reign of terror.

00:30:32.020 We reported this last week with Oscar Blue Ramirez at the very beginning days of it.

00:30:36.320 He'll be back on Ben Burquam.

00:30:37.620 Also, as we've talked about now for over a year, you have to watch the Chinese economy

00:30:42.940 in regards to the inextricably linked nature of how they've run this apparatus.

00:30:48.200 And the problem we've got is that the Chinese economy is absolutely imploding today.

00:30:54.480 Horrible manufacturing numbers from the United States and horrible numbers, really horrible

00:30:59.720 numbers out of China.

00:31:00.700 And remember, the CCP lies about every number.

00:31:03.180 So we've got Steve Cortez.

00:31:04.520 I'm going to come on momentarily for that.

00:31:05.880 I've got Mike Davis with a major new piece in Newsweek.

00:31:08.760 He's going to join us in a second.

00:31:09.840 But we have we're going to be taking these great candidates by phone.

00:31:13.560 They're out today because they're around on the campaign trail.

00:31:16.980 Kelly Chewbacca up in Alaska.

00:31:19.400 Kelly, what everybody wants to know is where do we stand in putting?

00:31:24.240 Now, we took we got Carrie Lake knocked out the McCain dynasty. 1.00

00:31:29.420 Hageman is on the verge of knocking out the Cheney dynasty.

00:31:32.940 You are on the verge of knocking out the Murkowski dynasty.

00:31:35.620 These are three old bull families that have run the Republican Party for many, many decades. 0.95

00:31:42.500 Tell us how the campaign's going and where are you going today on the last day of campaigning?

00:31:47.960 Steve, it is so exciting to be with you.

00:31:50.180 And the feeling on the ground up here in Alaska is absolutely electric.

00:31:54.060 I'm hitting five to ten communities a week, and we are just blasting through the finish line up here on the race to the primary, which for us is more like a free poll because the first four people who get the most votes will go on.

00:32:08.980 And so I'm confident that Lisa Murkowski and I will be in the general election.

00:32:13.020 I think I'm going to be in five different communities between Friday and Tuesday before the election.

00:32:18.860 Today alone, I will be in Nikiski, Soldatna, Kenai, and Seward just in one day.

00:32:25.400 And then tomorrow in Anchorage before Tuesdays.

00:32:34.400 We might have lost Kelly.

00:32:35.960 Yeah, just disconnect.

00:32:36.920 She's in a very tough area, as is Hageman.

00:32:39.100 And both of these are in the Wild West, one in Wyoming, the other in Alaska.

00:32:42.600 As soon as we get Kelly back up, let's get her back up. 1.00

00:32:45.440 I want to go to Mike Davis.

00:32:46.900 Like I said, the two of the most important stories for citizens of this country are on the one-year anniversary of the fall of Kabul.

00:32:55.040 And for all of our audience who have been around for a while, I remember the Real America's Voice helped us with all those great specials.

00:33:00.040 We were doing Extraction Under Fire.

00:33:02.280 I think we did a Sunday night when we said, hey, Kabul's about to fall.

00:33:05.720 I think we were the first people to be on that story.

00:33:07.460 It fell, I think, one year ago today.

00:33:10.960 And so, by the way, when we have her, is she back up?

00:33:14.880 Okay, Kelly, do we have you?

00:33:17.060 Yeah, that's the nature of communications up here in Alaska.

00:33:20.720 Sorry about that.

00:33:22.200 That's okay.

00:33:22.960 That's okay.

00:33:23.500 We know you're scrambling around, and we appreciate this.

00:33:26.200 Here's the thing, people, and we're going to send everybody to your site because you still obviously have a general.

00:33:31.780 Just explain the rules.

00:33:32.900 People are very concerned that because Murkowski and the Democrats put this weird set of rules up there in Alaska, there's some way that could actually impact your victory.

00:33:43.140 Can you just walk us through what's the rules up there, and where do you stand in regards to these funky rules where you can vote for, like, nine different people in 15 different ratings?

00:33:53.560 Well, we know Project Veritas exposed undercover video last week where Murkowski got her hand caught in the cookie jar of deceiving and manipulating our election system so she'd have some kind of fighting chance of keeping her Senate seat. 0.99

00:34:08.820 If they hadn't done that, her career would be over tomorrow.

00:34:11.520 But she did, so she's got some sort of effort to try and hang on.

00:34:17.000 But the fact is, see, she's only going to be able to survive the primary.

00:34:20.760 What this does is it gets rid of party primaries, and Murkowski knew that she would never survive a party primary.

00:34:27.620 So this means four people will proceed from the primary to the general, and it could even be four people who call themselves Republicans.

00:34:35.320 But that means we have to duke it out in the general.

00:34:37.720 So she just gets to hang on to her Senate seat for three more months, and she's trying to preserve this, you know, 41-year Murkowski monarchy, and that's all they're trying to do, keep somebody with Murkowski in the Senate seat.

00:34:51.140 But the Alaskan knows that the Senate seat doesn't belong to a family heirloom.

00:34:55.600 It belongs to Alaskans, and we're tired of someone who keeps voting with Joe Biden, holding on to our Senate seat and harming us. 0.91

00:35:02.000 What happens in November is if you don't cross 50% on round one, then the fourth person drops off.

00:35:09.940 People who rank two, three, and four candidates under them, those votes go to the first, second, and third candidates.

00:35:16.980 The third candidate drops off.

00:35:19.080 People who rank two, three, and four under them go to the top two.

00:35:22.120 I know that this sounds confusing, but this is what it really means.

00:35:25.560 Lisa Murkowski's never gotten more than 50% of the vote in Alaska. 0.97

00:35:28.980 That means that most of Alaska's never liked Lisa Murkowski, and right now her approval rating is as low as Joe Biden in the city of Anchorage, which is about half the population of the state.

00:35:39.660 And so you've got to really work for that in a state where we voted for President Trump twice by double digits, and I don't think anybody's made more President Trump fans than Joe Biden.

00:35:48.640 So right now I think Lisa Murkowski is going to have a really hard time crawling her way to a victory with second, third, and fourth place votes from other candidates. 1.00

00:35:56.040 And we can see that on the ground here in Alaska.

00:35:59.300 Everybody's saying it's time for a change, even registered Democrats.

00:36:02.980 And in a state where we really value our Second Amendment, and she just voted for red flag laws and automatic criminal investigations, if you wrongly get flagged when you're trying to buy a gun, I think she's going to have a really hard time convincing people to vote for her.

00:36:15.820 Kelly, one more time, where are you going to be today, and how can people get to follow you on social media and your campaign website to keep up with all the breaking developments?

00:36:26.000 Today I'm going to be in Soldatna, waving flags or waving signs and saying hi to people.

00:36:32.960 I'll be up in Seward, saying hi to people at the Seward Salmon Derby if you're going to be out there.

00:36:38.420 I'll be up in Anchorage tomorrow at all different kinds of precincts and down at the campaign headquarters for the party.

00:36:46.180 You can follow us at kelly4ak.com, K-E-L-L-Y-F-O-R-A-K.com, and on social media, kelly4alaska on different sites, wherever your social media preference is.

00:36:58.260 Thanks, Steve.

00:36:58.980 Well, Kelly, the War Room actually loves you and they have your back, so you go back to work, and we'll make sure everybody piles in there today and maybe hits you with a donation.

00:37:08.440 That'd be great.

00:37:09.020 We need help with ads, and that's the way we're going to win this thing.

00:37:11.660 It's exciting.

00:37:12.480 Three more months, and Murkowski's out.

00:37:13.920 Kelly Chewbacca in Alaska, thank you very much.

00:37:18.680 The three big dynasties in Arizona.

00:37:19.440 Thanks, have a great day.

00:37:21.200 These western states in Arizona and Wyoming and Alaska are all about to fall.

00:37:25.400 The one in Arizona already crushed underneath the really Kerry Lake and Mark Fincham, Abe Hamaday, Blake Masters, and this kind of amazing come-from-nowhere victory last week with no money.

00:37:38.780 Guys, you know, Blake, I think, won by 13 points.

00:37:41.080 Kelly, I think, in a five or six points.

00:37:42.860 He's Fincham, a blowout wind.

00:37:44.980 Also, tomorrow, it looks like Cheney is going to get crushed and finished with under 30, potentially under 30 percent of the vote.

00:37:52.000 And, of course, this massive campaign up to get rid of the Murkowski dynasty.

00:37:56.660 Let me go back to Mike Davis.

00:37:58.880 Mike, thanks for hanging on.

00:37:59.880 When you heard, Boris, particularly these blockbusters about the nuclear, I mean, you saw, look, Davis is not a bomb thrower.

00:38:08.840 Mike Davis is steady Eddie.

00:38:10.100 But you heard the information about the nuclear being all a lie now in spin, and you heard about actually being footage when they tried to get him to shut down the cameras and they refused to do it.

00:38:21.820 Give us your current assessment of the DOJ versus the president in this Mar-a-Lago situation, sir.

00:38:28.400 The more we learn about the Biden Justice Department's raid on President Trump, this unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful raid, the more we are learning that it was a political charade to get Trump.

00:38:43.360 And we saw this. We saw when they got the initial blowback, there was a senior Justice Department official who leaked to Newsweek that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not approve this raid.

00:38:58.660 Well, then he had to admit that he did approve this raid.

00:39:01.620 And then they tried to make this raid look more necessary by saying that President Trump took the nuke codes or something like that.

00:39:09.560 Like he broke into the nuclear football, took the codes.

00:39:13.420 The Biden White House didn't realize the codes were missing for 18 months.

00:39:17.540 They didn't replace the codes from Trump to Biden.

00:39:19.700 And somehow Trump tricked Biden's secretary of defense to go along with verifying these codes like Trump was going to launch the nukes from Mar-a-Lago.

00:39:28.400 This is just complete nonsense.

00:39:31.800 Their story is falling apart.

00:39:34.900 And I published a piece in Newsweek this morning laying this out here.

00:39:39.040 And I'm calling for the House Republicans in January to impeach Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray.

00:39:46.920 They have violated their oaths by politicizing the Justice Department, by weaponizing the Justice Department.

00:39:54.420 They're willing to ignore, they're willing to give amnesty to President Biden supporters, but they will sick the FBI after every person who trespassed on January 6th.

00:40:06.840 Parents who are, who are, who are showing up to lawful public, public school board meetings in Loudoun County.

00:40:14.900 At the same time, they'll actually, they'll, they're going to go after Trump's senior advisors that were rightfully asserting executive privilege, something we've had constitutional executive privilege going back to George Washington.

00:40:28.040 They've gone after Trump's White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows.

00:40:31.840 They got gone after his senior advisor, you, Steve.

00:40:34.760 They've gone after Peter Navarro, his trade director.

00:40:37.940 They've even gone after his White House counsel.

00:40:40.120 They're going after Trump now.

00:40:41.420 So they went from his supporters on January 6th to his senior aides to now him.

00:40:46.180 And this is, you know, they, they tried to talk about this idea of democracy, like they're trying to save democracy.

00:40:52.360 They're trying to save democracy by trying to eliminate a presidential contender against their boss, President Trump. 0.88

00:40:59.040 This is unacceptable banana republic, third world crap that we're getting out of the Biden Justice Department and Attorney General Merrick Garland. 0.96

00:41:07.020 And there needs to be political consequences. 0.80

00:41:08.760 I want to make sure that we get the Mike's Newsweek column up everywhere, put it in all the different forums and chat rooms right now.

00:41:17.740 Mike, also your former boss, Chuck Grassley.

00:41:21.420 Chuck Grassley is starting to sound like Warburg.

00:41:24.420 I mean, talk to us about Grassley over the weekend.

00:41:26.400 He's saying, hey, when we take over in the Senate, we got to have immediate investigation.

00:41:31.520 I've never seen Grassley worked up as much on a topic as I've seen him worked up on this, sir.

00:41:36.720 Well, as President George W. Bush would say, don't mis-underestimate Chuck Grassley, my former boss of Iowa.

00:41:45.160 This guy has long had a problem with the FBI.

00:41:48.060 He's known that the FBI has been rotten to the core for decades, right, back to Ruby Ridge and other, you know, other scandals with the FBI.

00:41:56.460 And he's going to, when he takes over as the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, Chuck Grassley is the best oversight guy we've ever had in Congress.

00:42:06.800 He's the one who exposed the Russian collusion hoax and scandal.

00:42:11.560 He's going to get to the bottom of this.

00:42:12.900 There are going to be heads that roll after Chuck Grassley's died.

00:42:15.280 What would you recommend to happen right now?

00:42:19.820 We obviously have to take over for investigations, but what would you recommend?

00:42:23.160 President Trump, I don't think they've done enough of putting out how the nuclear thing's a hoax.

00:42:28.900 But what about the videotapes itself?

00:42:31.440 If you had President Trump's ear, what would you recommend on the videotapes?

00:42:34.780 He needs to get all this information out there because it's good for him.

00:42:37.560 He needs to be demanding that we have the Biden Justice Department, Attorney General Merrick Garland, selectively leaking grand jury material.

00:42:47.960 They're selectively leaking from this affidavit.

00:42:50.640 President Trump needs to demand that they release this affidavit because you're going to see from this affidavit, this is a phishing expedition, a political phishing expedition.

00:43:00.260 And it's just completely bogus that they had to do a home raid of a former president to get cooperation.

00:43:07.080 We've had disputes between former presidents and the bureaucrats at the National Archives for decades since the 70s when they came up with a presidential record.

00:43:18.780 This should have been resolved through negotiation and civil lawsuits and subpoenas.

00:43:23.400 That's going nuclear with a criminal home raid of a former president.

00:43:28.840 Mike, give us your social media and the website.

00:43:31.140 Sure, it's article3project.org and it's at article3project.getter and Twitter and Truth.

00:43:39.820 And then my personal is M-R-D-E-M-I-N. 0.94

00:43:43.280 Thank you, the piece is amazing.

00:43:45.200 Mike Davis.

00:43:45.660 Getter has arrived.

00:43:48.540 The new social media taking on big tech, protecting free speech, and canceling cancel culture.

00:43:56.840 Join the marketplace of ideas.

00:43:58.980 The platform for independent thought has arrived.

00:44:01.720 Superior technology.

00:44:03.040 No more selling your personal data.

00:44:05.300 No more censorship.

00:44:06.940 No more cancel culture.

00:44:08.840 Enough.

00:44:09.960 Getter has arrived.

00:44:11.760 It's time to say what you want, the way you want.

00:44:14.480 Download now.

00:44:17.620 Okay, welcome back.

00:44:18.880 We've got all signal.

00:44:20.360 I've got Cortez and I've got Navarro back to back.

00:44:24.320 Then we're going to go talk about the Mexican cartels, then about Afghanistan.

00:44:27.600 This show is absolutely jammed.

00:44:29.280 I'm not saying Mar-a-Lago is not signal.

00:44:32.540 It is.

00:44:33.340 But one of the things they try to distract us from is doing these political stunts, right?

00:44:39.480 That's what the FBI was, to take your eye off the ball of everything.

00:44:41.660 We refuse to play that game here.

00:44:44.480 Why still taking down the police state that is, and by the way, Grassley, the FBI, and their agents over the weekend whining was, man up.

00:44:53.280 Okay, man up.

00:44:54.260 You are now a Stasi-like, Estapo-like, politicized, weaponized enforcement agency. 0.76

00:45:00.880 You've done that, and you allowed that to happen when you were there.

00:45:04.980 So don't come whining to us now.

00:45:06.780 Okay?

00:45:07.240 You're going to be defunded and deconstructed.

00:45:10.600 I want to go to Steve Cortez.

00:45:12.060 Steve, you've done this amazing job, and I know you've been contacted by hedge fund guys I have, of getting down to the reality of the American economy among working people.

00:45:22.080 And right now I have up on my getter.

00:45:24.260 We tried to cut it so we could play it on Real America's voice or our streaming service.

00:45:27.940 It's impossible.

00:45:28.580 But there's an African-American guy that's, I think, walking around a gas station, and he gives the best three-minute assessment of the Biden economy from the perspective of the working poor.

00:45:39.640 And everybody should go to getter and just see that.

00:45:41.940 But while he's given an emotional, but tied to basically how their lived experience, Cortez has gone through and talked about repos.

00:45:51.200 I know now you're going to talk about, you know, foreclosures, behind on rents.

00:45:55.820 But then you tie it to this number that came out today with the collapse of manufacturing, the whole thing Peter Novartos.

00:46:01.380 That's how the economy's run.

00:46:02.720 You tie that to what happened to China this morning with the CCP.

00:46:05.940 The war room has been months, if not years, ahead of this.

00:46:09.680 And now it's coming to roost.

00:46:10.780 Don't listen to the pom-poms and the cheerleaders in the easy money crowd.

00:46:15.240 That is all the froth.

00:46:16.780 Get down to the basics.

00:46:17.900 Steve Cortez, walk us through your analysis, sir.

00:46:20.380 You bet.

00:46:20.820 Steve Bannon, you don't do propaganda, and neither do I.

00:46:23.200 Let's look at the actual economic reality on the ground, particularly as it pertains to working-class Americans, something that the corporate media either chooses to ignore or just doesn't understand at all because they prioritize narrative over actual facts.

00:46:37.240 You mentioned terrible economic news.

00:46:38.700 Of course, we got out of China overnight.

00:46:40.320 They missed on both the consumer side as well as the industrial side.

00:46:43.480 That weakness in China, at least in part, in large part, reflects, though, the weakness here in the United States.

00:46:49.300 So nobody should get high on their horse and say, look at how badly China is doing.

00:46:52.560 It's largely because of how badly the United States is doing, sadly.

00:46:56.440 Just this morning, we got out from the New York Federal Reserve Bank, the Empire Manufacturing Index.

00:47:00.680 It was outside of the spring of 2020 lockdown, Steve.

00:47:04.460 It was the largest drop ever for this index.

00:47:07.500 It was supposed to come in at plus five.

00:47:09.320 It came in at minus 31.

00:47:11.600 I posted a chart on my social media.

00:47:13.220 Folks can go and take a look at the actual descent there.

00:47:16.100 It is rapid and it is terrible.

00:47:18.140 That is the reality.

00:47:18.940 Hold, hold, hold.

00:47:19.760 But hang on.

00:47:20.360 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

00:47:21.140 Hang on.

00:47:21.780 I want to tell why the Empire, because you tell about these indices people haven't heard of, particularly the citizens out there, and that may be not in business, but they love them because now they feel like it's inside baseball.

00:47:32.840 Tell my important Empire Manufacturing was important.

00:47:34.800 But this is not a tiny miss.

00:47:36.880 When those guys are expecting a plus five and you have a minus 31, that's where guys start getting fired, correct?

00:47:42.840 Oh, correct.

00:47:43.220 So walk us through.

00:47:43.540 Why is it important?

00:47:45.200 Why is it important?

00:47:46.180 What does it show?

00:47:47.000 And how could you have this massive miss?

00:47:49.660 Well, listen, and by the way, these kinds of misses are becoming regular now.

00:47:53.640 It didn't used to happen on Wall Street because some of the smartest people, you know, literally in America are paid gobs of money, right, to figure out essentially where these numbers should come out,

00:48:02.680 where earnings on a company like Walmart that typically was very predictable in the past, no longer predictable now,

00:48:08.160 where the New York Manufacturing Index is going to come out, no longer predictable.

00:48:12.400 Even CEOs, even PhDs cannot figure out where they're, why?

00:48:17.300 Well, because we're in such a volatile and unprecedented new period in two ways.

00:48:21.120 Number one, we have runaway inflation right now, the kind of which we haven't had since the 1970s.

00:48:26.240 But, Steve, we're in a worse place than the 1970s, so we really can't even use that as an analog.

00:48:31.380 Why is it worse?

00:48:32.080 Well, because we are so tied and dependent upon China for sourcing our materials.

00:48:36.800 And right now, we have something we have not experienced yet in all of American history.

00:48:41.240 We have the United States and China, the number one and number two economies in the world, which unfortunately, again, are deeply intertwined.

00:48:47.880 We wish that they weren't, but that's the reality.

00:48:49.940 For the first time since China emerged as a major economic power in the world 20 years ago,

00:48:55.180 when the Clintons and the Bushes ushered them in, welcomed them into the WTO on terms that were incredibly generous to the CCP and were punishing to American workers.

00:49:04.840 Since that time, Steve, we have not seen the U.S. and China go into the economic ditch, go into a recession simultaneously.

00:49:12.640 It has never happened in concert before.

00:49:15.560 It is happening right now.

00:49:17.000 And so it's very difficult, even for the best and brightest minds in finance and economics right now, to predict these numbers.

00:49:23.580 And right now, as we see today, absolutely gargantuan miss on the New York Fed.

00:49:29.080 And what the Empire Survey is, it's a survey.

00:49:31.260 And the reason it's called Empire is it's primarily New York State.

00:49:33.820 It's the Empire State.

00:49:34.800 But it's a regional survey.

00:49:36.120 The regional Fed banks around the country do this.

00:49:38.200 But we know how crucial New York is, right?

00:49:40.320 It's perhaps first among equals when it comes to regional Feds.

00:49:44.920 And this miss is just it's monumental.

00:49:47.920 It's hard to exaggerate just how big it was.

00:49:49.960 And again, it comes on the heels of terrible economic news out of China.

00:49:53.080 Now, let's connect this to regular people.

00:49:55.160 What does this mean for their lives?

00:49:56.240 I just put up a new article on my substack on the mass evictions and foreclosures that are looming.

00:50:03.140 And, Steve, this is something that almost no one out there is talking about.

00:50:07.120 And if you like, we can get into some of the data on the charts after the break.

00:50:09.780 But this is an issue that people aren't paying attention to.

00:50:12.900 I brought up last week the cars and the repossessions, which is starting to accelerate.

00:50:17.300 What is going to follow the cars and the repos and the repo man getting incredibly busy, sadly, tragically, Steve.

00:50:23.080 Is evictions and foreclosures.

00:50:25.180 They are looming.
