A federal judge in Washington, D.C. refused to unseal a search warrant for documents related to a search of Trump's Mar-A-Largo residence, but allowed portions of the documents to be unsealed. What does this mean for the ongoing investigation into the Trump administration's handling of the matter?

00:00:00.000 came as investigators are still grappling with the dozens of boxes and 11 sets of classified
00:00:04.340 documents seized from Mar-a-Lago. NBC News reporting this, quote, more than a week after
00:00:09.660 they searched former President Donald Trump's Florida residence, FBI agents are still sifting
00:00:13.480 through the seized documents, two law enforcement officials briefed on the matter, told NBC News.
00:00:18.680 The FBI's filter team, a group of agents independent of the overall investigation,
00:00:22.980 is tasked with separating out documents that are covered by attorney-client privilege
00:00:26.500 and material deemed not relevant to the probe. The officials also said that the filter team is
00:00:31.420 checking to see whether any of the documents or other materials that are not marked classified
00:00:35.960 include classified information. Okay, welcome. It's Thursday, 18, August year old or 2022. You're
00:00:44.080 in the war room. I want to start with, we've got Calamity Jane circled down in actual outside the
00:00:49.780 hearing if we can get her set up. Is she ready? Okay, we've got Calamity Jane. We're going to go
00:00:53.980 to Mike Davis in a second. Jane, give us an assessment of what's going on so far, ma'am.
00:01:00.360 Well, right now I am outside of the courtroom where we saw a lot of media presence and this is
00:01:09.320 where it happened today where the hearing went down for the probable cause affidavit and the search
00:01:17.160 warrant. What type of, what type of, were a lot of Trump supporters there? I saw a ton of people
00:01:24.460 or was it simply media? There were some supporters here. There was a lot of media presence and after
00:01:34.540 the hearing concluded, we heard from attorney Deanna Shulman who represented the media and the
00:01:41.180 public's right for knowledge and she explained what happened in the courtroom. In the courtroom,
00:01:46.520 phones were not allowed and so we had to hear after the fact. But what went down in there is Judge
00:01:52.540 Reinhardt ultimately decided that the search warrant would be unsealed but only portions of it would be
00:01:59.800 unsealed. Now the DOJ has a week to offer redactions and after that week they will confer and we will
00:02:08.940 have to just wait and see what we end up as far as the contents of that document. But there were
00:02:16.420 several documents released today. You can find that in Docket 57, which I picked up, cover sheets and
00:02:23.620 that type of documentation of that nature. And so we have little information but we can, you know,
00:02:31.500 hopefully look forward to some more. Okay, we've got Mike Davis going to give us analysis. Jane,
00:02:36.100 you're going to join us in Missouri this weekend for the weekend, the summit of all summits in
00:02:41.020 Missouri with Mike Lindell and the team. So thank you. I really want to thank the Real America's
00:02:44.800 Voice crew for staying out there. Thank you guys so much. By the way, you're going to be all night
00:02:50.760 long with John Solomon and of course Dr. Gina Loudon. She was down there today. You'll be able to get
00:02:55.880 breaking news of everything related to this, to the court case. Thank you, Jane Zirko. I want to go to
00:03:01.040 Mike Davis. So Mike, on the affidavit, you know, it was Tom Fitton's judicial watcher is fantastic in
00:03:06.440 the New York Times went in there. I want to start with Heilman's piece because it shows you, I think,
00:03:14.480 what a farce this is. They've got the 12 boxes. I mean, come on, dude, how long does it take to go
00:03:18.300 through 12 boxes? You see the stuff's classified or not classified and people, you have to remember,
00:03:23.020 the government classifies everything. Everything's overclassified. It's secret today is almost like
00:03:28.500 confidential was when I was in the Navy. Everything's overclassified. It's the way the
00:03:32.780 priest cast kind of keeps their, the ability that we can see the information and you can't remember
00:03:37.740 Peter Navarro and I used to sit there in the oval and other things, look at these briefings and turn
00:03:41.600 the guy and say, tell me again, why is this classified? And they would go nuts. Nothing triggers
00:03:46.420 the CIA more than just mocking their overclassification of documents. So Mike Davis put it in perspective
00:03:54.880 what it looked like the government's going to slow walk this entire process. What happened
00:03:58.720 today? Yeah. So this U S magistrate judge, Bruce Reinhart, he's clearly conflicted. He just recused
00:04:04.820 from president Trump's lawsuit against Hillary Clinton on June 22nd. He has this 2017 Facebook
00:04:12.100 post where he's attacking president Trump's character. He's clearly, he clearly should have
00:04:17.540 recused on this rate matter under the United States code and Canon two and Canon two way of the judicial
00:04:24.460 cannons. I don't know why he's still dealing with this case today. All he did was said that he was,
00:04:30.460 he said, I am not prepared to find that the affidavit should be fully sealed. Right. And he
00:04:35.600 said, he's going to go through quote, a careful process unquote with the government. The government's
00:04:40.860 going to propose redactions to this affidavit. And then he's going to decide in one week, why does it
00:04:46.660 take a week to do this? And the government is going to redact everything. They're going to redact
00:04:50.920 everything to the point that it's meaningless. And during this time, while they're redacting this
00:04:55.820 affidavit, they're going to continue to illegally leak grand jury material in violation of rule 60
00:05:01.500 of the federal rules of criminal procedure, like they did in this news week article a week ago, when
00:05:06.620 they illegally leaked out that the grand jury found that Trump violated some law. And they're going to
00:05:11.920 continue to drip, drip, drip, to try to re-control the narrative for the next week from this
00:05:17.420 affidavit. They should just get out this damn affidavit. What are the sources and methods?
00:05:22.200 They went in and done a fishing expedition and retrieved four years of records from President
00:05:28.120 Trump. All four years of his presidency, they retrieved from Mar-a-Lago, including going through
00:05:32.860 Melania's underwear drawer and breaking into President Trump's safe. What sources and methods
00:05:38.420 are they trying to protect? Their job is done according to this, according to what they were after.
00:05:44.400 What are they trying to protect? This is a cover-up. They're trying to cover up that this was an
00:05:49.420 unprecedented, unnecessary, and illegal home raid authorized by a biased judge.
00:05:57.100 Okay, a lot to unpack there. I want to go back. First off, the two things they want to protect is
00:06:04.520 the government, the FBI, they want to protect who the informant, it appears that it might have been or
00:06:10.120 looks like it could have been an informant. They want to protect the identity of that. They don't
00:06:14.460 want that to possibly get out. Also, what they want to protect is what they didn't tell the magistrate,
00:06:20.740 right? Particularly the conversations around the warrant from the grand jury, the cooperation with
00:06:29.320 the grand jury, President Trump meeting them there. President Trump, when they left, said, hey, if anything
00:06:34.260 else you need, contact me. The subsequent visit or the subsequent discussion about putting actually
00:06:39.480 a lock on the storage door, all of that. So is that your sense of what they're trying to do? I
00:06:46.360 don't understand why it takes a week to do this. There's a sense of urgency in the country to get
00:06:50.960 to the bottom of this. It stirs the afternoon. The government can work over the weekend. Why can't
00:06:55.820 we have this no later than, you know, opening bell on Monday morning, sir?
00:07:00.400 This could happen in four hours. This is ridiculous that this is taking one week.
00:07:05.800 You saw there was this Bill Arkin in Newsweek, who the Biden Justice Department has been using as
00:07:12.560 their go-to source in the mainstream liberal media to leak out their narrative. He just reported
00:07:18.540 yesterday that essentially the reason the Biden Justice Department was doing this home rate of
00:07:25.640 President Trump is because Trump declassified records from Russian collusion and other records
00:07:32.240 that are embarrassing or politically damaging to Biden, Obama, and Hillary. And that's essentially
00:07:37.900 why they're doing this raid. People should read that Newsweek piece because it's, you know, I don't
00:07:43.120 think, I think the Biden Justice Department thought they were doing damage control, but all it did was
00:07:46.680 cause more damage. And this is a political raid to go after their boss's political enemy,
00:07:53.080 President Trump. So Arkin, Newsweek's interesting because Arkin's the guy that had the, about Merrick
00:08:00.800 Garland not knowing anything about this, from two senior Justice Department officials who had direct
00:08:06.640 knowledge of the matter and were authorized to speak under conditions of anonymity to Arkin.
00:08:13.220 Newsweek's never gone back and said they got the story wrong, which is kind of this festering
00:08:16.960 sword that's out there in the story. The bombshell we had, we had, we had Boris on this morning.
00:08:22.820 I mean, Boris essentially confirmed this story that these were documents related to, particularly
00:08:29.960 the Crossfire Hurricane, which Crossfire Hurricane is obviously very controversial. And this may get to
00:08:37.960 some of the stuff that Durham never got to or never got public. So if you're saying that, that, that, that
00:08:43.580 puts a malevolent aspect on this, that were more, this puts a lie to, they were worried about classified
00:08:50.320 information. They were worried about national security. They were worried about nuclear codes.
00:08:55.220 Everything they put up to date has kind of faded away in that Washington Post should be ashamed of
00:08:59.900 themselves as in, in, in, in CBS news. Every time they get leaked something, it turned, you know,
00:09:06.200 we didn't take the passports. They did. This was about nuclear, the highest level urgency of nuclear
00:09:12.280 matters. It turns out that's nonsense. Now Newsweek has this, nobody's refuted it. And Boris kind of came out
00:09:20.320 that's really the, the raisin detra for this raid. Uh, what is that affidavit? If they don't lay that
00:09:27.860 out in the affidavit, do we have essentially criminal charges against whoever put this affidavit
00:09:34.700 together and who signed off on it? And I assume brother Davis, Merrick Garland came out there for
00:09:40.480 three and a half minutes of wetting himself. And now I know why, if he said he approved it,
00:09:44.820 that means to me, he approved the affidavit and what's in the affidavit, Mike Davis.
00:09:49.440 Yeah. So think about this. They said that these were highly classified materials that got blown
00:09:53.900 apart where we pointed out that the president can declassify anything he wants. And then they said,
00:09:58.900 Oh, he stole these presidential records that we had to get back. Well, there is a 2012 case from an
00:10:04.420 Obama appointed judge that John Solomon from just the news reported yesterday that held that the
00:10:10.260 president has the sole statutory authority to determine whether it's a presidential record
00:10:14.860 that goes to the archives and then gets sent back to the presidential library, or it's a personal
00:10:19.160 record that goes with Trump. So these North Korean love letters, uh, with Trump, uh, you know,
00:10:24.600 Trump says that their personal records, he gets to keep them. So the, the presidential records
00:10:29.520 argument is out the door. And remember the presidential records act doesn't even have a criminal
00:10:33.200 component. And so now they're saying that there were nuclear documents there. Okay. So if you look at
00:10:39.240 the inventory, the inventory sheet of what they retrieved, it shows top secret, it shows top
00:10:45.000 secret SCI, which are CIA documents. It shows top secret SAP, which are department of defense
00:10:50.680 documents. Where are the Q documents, right? If these are nuclear documents, those would be labeled
00:10:55.900 Q with the department of energy. Why weren't there any Q documents labeled on that inventory? Because
00:11:01.000 the nuclear documents are not there and they know this. This is another lie to try to make
00:11:06.440 this raid look a lot more justified than it was. And this is blowing up. This is unraveling
00:11:12.360 in the Biden justice department's face, attorney general Merrick Garland's face,
00:11:17.060 and that we just keep catching them and lie after lie after lie. We have to ask this question.
00:11:21.640 Why did Merrick Garland leak out? He thought he was doing damage control because he said he
00:11:25.600 deliberated for weeks on this. Okay. So if Trump had such sensitive records, including nuclear documents,
00:11:32.180 wouldn't you want to get in there right away? You wouldn't wait for weeks. You'd get in there
00:11:36.860 right away. So that's just complete nonsense. But it also shows that that gave Merrick Garland
00:11:41.360 those weeks that he deliberated the opportunity to judge shop and cherry pick this U.S. magistrate
00:11:46.860 judge, Bruce Reinhardt, to sign off on this fishing expedition, illegal home raid warrant of
00:11:53.400 President Trump. Unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful. This stinks all around from the Biden
00:11:59.200 Justice Department, and it's blowing up in their faces. I want to go back to the something you bring
00:12:05.780 up of John Solomon, and it's about this decision in the Clinton case about presidential records.
00:12:11.380 This, I think, was Judge Solomon. This was a real judge, right? And this was a real case and a real
00:12:16.160 ruling that's resonated down. This is not some magistrate deciding. Talk to us about that case for a
00:12:21.220 second, because that puts to a total eye everything they've been spinning in the media about
00:12:25.700 presidential records. Just take a second and walk through that case, the Clinton case.
00:12:29.200 Yeah, so John Solomon at Just the News did some great reporting on this yesterday. There was this
00:12:34.960 case in 2012 where Judicial Watch Tom Fenton was going after tapes that Bill Clinton had that
00:12:43.140 documented his presidency. He was working with a historian, and President Clinton left the White
00:12:49.180 House with these tapes and stuck them in literally his underwear drawer, his sock drawer. And Tom Fenton
00:12:54.920 tried to get these tapes. And this Judge Amy, Amy Berman Jackson, I think is her name. She's an Obama 0.74
00:13:02.760 appointee in 2012, wrote this very, very definitive, broad ruling that under the presidential records,
00:13:11.060 she shielded Clinton from having to turn over these tapes. And she ruled that these were not
00:13:15.960 presidential records or they may not be presidential records because President Clinton, as the president
00:13:22.920 of the United States, had the sole authority under the Presidential Records Act to determine whether they
00:13:29.020 were personal versus presidential records when he left. So again, let's step back and remember this. They
00:13:33.820 are either classified or unclassified records under the Espionage Act. That's separate from the
00:13:40.280 Presidential Records Act. The Espionage Act is very serious if you have classified records. President
00:13:45.180 Trump did not because he declassified them. So then they're trying to pivot to that these are
00:13:50.020 presidential records or government property. And this ruling from Judge Jackson held that it is the
00:13:56.160 president's sole discretion to determine whether it's personal property or government property under
00:14:01.040 the Presidential Records Act. So that's game over. And that's the point. Merrick Garland said he had weeks
00:14:07.420 to deliberate on this decision. Why didn't Merrick Garland seek an opinion from the Office of Legal
00:14:13.120 Counsel or OLC at the Justice Department to deal with these issues of this constitutional issue
00:14:19.600 on the classification or this issue on presidential records? And the answer is very obvious. He didn't,
00:14:26.620 he knew he would get the wrong answer from the Office of Legal Counsel. So he just didn't get,
00:14:30.640 he just didn't seek their opinion. He ordered this home raid to go retrieve politically embarrassing
00:14:35.240 documents. Mike Hanger for a second. Short commercial break. We have Seb Gorka. We have Lou Dobbs
00:14:41.940 and Mike Davis. All next in the world.
00:14:46.640 Cause we're taking down the CCP.
00:14:50.740 Spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till they're all gone.
00:14:55.520 We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:59.960 You know what's never good? When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely
00:15:06.100 misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation. Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen
00:15:12.300 has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.500 that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly
00:15:23.000 that I didn't at the time fully understand. End quote. You know who understands the real threat of
00:15:30.840 inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group. They're protecting their

00:16:29.180 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host,
00:16:36.460 Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:39.380 Okay, I have Mike Davis from Article 3. Mike, here's what I understand. You know, and the audience
00:16:44.460 obviously has a great affinity for you. You're always very judicious, a lot of gravitas.
00:16:48.520 You know, Merrick Garland came that close to having a lifetime appointment on the Supreme
00:16:55.100 Court of the United States. That close. He was supposed to be so highly respected. And I'd
00:17:00.260 say, I take pride in stepping into the Trump campaign in August of 2016 and having a tiny
00:17:07.280 role in making sure that didn't happen. But he's got a reputation. These guys around the
00:17:12.120 just for you get all these Harvard Law School guys, Yale Law School guys, you know, Stanford
00:17:15.680 Law, they're all, you know, Columbia. And these articles are out there about Trump can't get
00:17:21.540 lawyers and Trump's team's all discombobulated and they're all running around. This thing from
00:17:26.640 the Justice Department side, as an observer, is an embarrassing mess. Whether it's a different
00:17:33.580 story every day, it's a different leak that contradicts something else.
00:17:36.520 What compelled them, brother, to have to trip over themselves to get down to Mar-a-Lago as
00:17:45.500 soon as possible and just don't care about the law and just put their hands in these documents
00:17:49.980 and seize them, sir?
00:17:52.160 Well, I think we saw this in an Arkansas Newsweek piece yesterday that they know that the documents
00:17:58.120 that President Trump declassified when he was leaving the White House related to Russiagate
00:18:03.200 and other very politically damaging documents for Obama, Hillary, and Biden, it was worth
00:18:10.860 it to the Biden Justice Department to take the political blowback now to go to a fishing
00:18:16.420 expedition and go grab every document from Trump for four years in the White House. And
00:18:21.180 so they had them. And so Trump could not use them for 2022 and 2024. So they're willing to
00:18:27.800 take the heat because they know there aren't going to be any consequences for what they've done.
00:18:32.280 There never is. We saw that with the Durbin probe, that there's never a consequence when
00:18:36.660 the Democrats use the justice to politicize the Justice Department to go after the political
00:18:42.080 enemies.
00:18:43.860 In your professional opinion, given your thing, the affidavit, you're saying if they were
00:18:49.980 serious, it would take three, four, five hours. You could make that ruling and say by close
00:18:54.820 the business tomorrow, you could have the redact and then have the government argue with the
00:19:00.600 judge and the lawyers. You're saying it doesn't, a week is absurd. A week shows they're slow walking
00:19:04.560 it to basically keep the documents they've got.
00:19:07.640 It's a week is so they can try to regain control of the paper box. And it would take four hours at
00:19:14.720 best. You go through and you black out names and you black out. So you black out the sources,
00:19:20.260 the names, and you black out the methods. If there's anything that would reveal who those sources are,
00:19:24.640 then you would black those out. Other than that, what else is there, right? If there's a Secret
00:19:30.980 Service agent on Trump's detail, who's the source, black it out. Black out the fact that they were
00:19:35.640 the Secret Service. What else is there? Just release the affidavit. They're already, the Biden Justice
00:19:40.440 Department's already selectively leaking. They're cherry picking and selectively leaking from this
00:19:45.900 affidavit to make Trump look worse than he is. Release the affidavit. Why is this? And the judge has a
00:19:52.220 vested interest in keeping this secret as well, because he's the one who signed off on this
00:19:56.900 affidavit, this fishing expedition, asking for four years of presidential records, which is just
00:20:02.980 obscene that he did that. That's just illegal on its face. Any appellate court that had any sense
00:20:09.540 would say that that was an improper order of a search. So this judge has a vested interest,
00:20:17.100 as does the Biden Justice Department, to keep as much information from the public as possible.
00:20:22.220 Mike, how do people get to you and follow you on social media at Article 3, because there's
00:20:27.220 news breaking. You're putting stuff up all day. Yeah, article3project.org, article3project.org,
00:20:34.240 and at Article 3 and all the social sites, or excuse me, at Article 3 Project and all the social
00:20:39.940 sites, and my personal is MRDDMIS. Mike, thank you for taking time away to do this. Appreciate it.
00:20:47.700 Thank you.
00:20:48.700 Thank you. Okay, I want to play. We had a very, I thought a great interview. We put it up and it
00:20:54.820 went viral with Dr. Seb Gorka kind of making his first regular appearance. We're going to have
00:20:59.260 Seb on at least once a week from now to the future. And I believe that Mike Pence responded
00:21:05.540 to that interview yesterday in New Hampshire. Can we play the Mike Pence clip?
00:21:09.660 The Republican Party is the party of law and order. Our party stands with the men and women
00:21:16.600 who serve on the thin blue line at the federal and state and local level. And these attacks on
00:21:22.800 the FBI must stop. Calls to defund the FBI are just as wrong as calls to defund the police.
00:21:29.740 The truth of the matter is, we need to get to the bottom of what happened. We need to let
00:21:39.740 the facts play out. But more than anything else, the American people need to be reassured in
00:21:48.340 the integrity of our justice system and very appearance of a recurrence of politics playing
00:21:56.440 our role in decisions at the Justice Department demands transparency as never before. And I will
00:22:02.700 continue to call on the Attorney General and the Justice Department to make that information
00:22:08.920 available to the American people and do so now. Okay, joining us is Dr. Seb Gorka, who is my deputy
00:22:16.600 in the White House. And Dr. Gorka also has obviously his huge radio show on Salem Media, Salem Radio.
00:22:23.800 Dr. Gorka, you came in last week for your first appearance on a regular basis. And when DEF CON
00:22:30.060 won on this entire situation, particularly given your long history with the FBI, and someone who's
00:22:35.060 been a consultant, a counselor, a teacher at the FBI Academy and Quantico all over about radical
00:22:43.080 jihad, you were pretty blunt. Give us your assessment of Mike Pence's response to you, sir.
00:22:49.820 Yeah, until you said that, Steve, I didn't think about that aspect. I used the cut today on my show.
00:22:56.940 But if that's a response to our interview, I did get hot under the collar, because this is personal
00:23:02.860 for me. As you said, I've trained thousands of agents, IAs and SOS support staff. But what is it?
00:23:08.540 So we're not allowed to criticize the police in America. We back the blue unless they're corrupt.
00:23:14.220 And the FBI is corrupt. Mike did an amazing job telling everyone what is wrong and what stinks
00:23:22.820 with the search warrant. To have him say, oh, they're just following orders. Steve, you're a
00:23:28.640 historian. When did we hear that phrase, just following orders? We heard that phrase a lot at
00:23:34.480 something called the Nuremberg trials. In American law, it is illegal for an officer of the military
00:23:42.900 or for a law enforcement federal agent to obey an illegal law, an illegal order. It's just it is it is
00:23:51.380 part and parcel of your training. If you receive an illegal order, you are not to obey it. What if,
00:23:59.220 you know, attorney general had said to the FBI agents, hey, just go and assassinate President
00:24:04.240 Trump? Do they assassinate him? Of course they don't. This this is a political husk of a man.
00:24:11.020 He is a political zombie. Why he's in New Hampshire. Tucker's right. What do you think you're going to be
00:24:16.560 president like Liz Cheney as well, Mike? You you you treated me well in the White House. But but
00:24:22.380 after January 6, you are a political non entity. And not only that you are backing up
00:24:29.220 places like CNN, I played on my radio show today, Caitlin Collins saying, oh, oh, we can't release
00:24:35.900 the video from Mar-a-Lago of the search because the lives of those FBI agents may be put in danger.
00:24:42.800 They they have to stay anonymous. Steve, you've traveled the world. Where where where do police
00:24:48.720 officers stay anonymous? Where do they wear balaclavas on their faces? Where do they remove
00:24:54.560 their badges and put them in their pockets? You know where they do that in dictatorships,
00:24:59.280 in authoritarian regimes where you're not allowed to know who the police officer is who comes to your
00:25:04.760 house and raids it. So so now the FBI, we're going to issue balaclavas for FBI special agents next, Steve.
00:25:14.720 Seb, go to the heart. I want to go with Mike Davis. Just talk about this Newsweek story.
00:25:19.840 John Solomon broke this reporting also about what the purpose, because it's very bizarre.
00:25:26.860 Look, you've had the highest level security clearances and in every one of their stories
00:25:31.260 has fallen apart, whether it's nuclear, whether it's other aspects of it. And so you kind of sit
00:25:34.740 in there going, what was what is this whole thing about? Why would they risk, you know,
00:25:39.500 basically galvanizing the nation in back of Trump? And then they come up with it could be
00:25:44.000 Crossfire Hurricane. I just want you to put in perspective how radioactive even that name is
00:25:50.440 for Crossfire Hurricane. Yeah. So I actually still have my clearances. So one of the last things the
00:25:55.980 president did is he gave me a second presidential appointment. So I'm still a member of the National
00:26:00.640 Security Education Board till got still got my TSSCI. Let's be clear. What Mike said is absolutely right.
00:26:06.940 Number one, you can only the Presidential Records Act has no criminal annex. There's nothing there's
00:26:13.120 no criminal statute aspect of the Records Act. It's just an agreement that the after Nixon,
00:26:19.340 the records have to be put in an archive. As a result, you can't raid somebody's house based upon
00:26:25.360 the Presidential Records Act. You have to get a warrant. A warrant has to pertain to a crime that has
00:26:31.820 committed or a crime that is imminently about to be committed. So why does Merrick Garland sit on it
00:26:39.100 for three weeks? Is the crime imminent or not? And then secondly, Mike's point is very,
00:26:45.020 very specific, and it's absolutely on the money. The release of this warrants affidavit can be done
00:26:52.840 now. It could have been done the day, the day Judicial Watch takes up its case against that judge
00:27:00.140 and that court. Why? Because you go in, you've got the 16-page affidavit, and you say, okay,
00:27:05.740 what in here is set? They know what's in it. Sources and methods. If you've got a CI, if you've got a
00:27:11.120 confidential informant, you black out their name and you release it. The DOJ, shock horror, knows what's
00:27:17.440 in the affidavit. They know what needs to be redacted or not redacted. The reason they can't reveal it,
00:27:24.300 I'll just quote Kash Patel. Kash Patel, who I didn't know until he came on my show last week,
00:27:29.660 is President Trump's representative to the National Archives, a former DOJ counterterrorism
00:27:37.380 prosecutor, Devin Nunes' former chief investigator, and former deputy of national intelligence. He said,
00:27:45.080 he said it explicitly, these documents are connected to Operation Crossfire Hurricane and to
00:27:50.940 Russia collusion hoax. They need to bury them. They need to put them in the burn bag, Steve,
00:27:57.840 before we find out. Seb, I'm going to ask you to stay just for a few minutes on the other side.
00:28:03.720 I've got Seb Gorka and the great Lou Dobbs. Wow. That's a first. All in the war room. In a minute.

00:31:12.260 and we cannot let this demon hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:31:21.020 Okay, we have a war room for us. I got Seb Gorkin. We're about to bring in Lou Dobbs. This is the
00:31:24.740 biggest power segment we've ever had in the history of the show. Seb, in the movie Nixon, Oliver Stone,
00:31:30.580 it's kind of all over the map, but it's got some very powerful moments. They talk about when they're
00:31:34.620 over at the CIA. They say, oh, but I think it's Project Anaconda, and they say, oh, you can't
00:31:39.320 talk about that. It was the Bay of Pigs combined with trying to kill Castro. Crossfire Hurricane 0.58
00:31:44.120 elicits that same response in official Washington, D.C. Can you take a minute or two and just explain
00:31:49.680 to the audience why that's going to come to the forefront now in this investigation, sir?
00:31:56.080 But first, let me just remind you of an event that occurred in the Oval Office when the word
00:32:01.180 heavies was used, not about me and Lou, but do you remember when it was time for the president
00:32:05.900 to kill the JCPOA Iran deal, and he had all the swamp creatures in there? He had Tillerson,
00:32:11.960 H.R. McMaster, Mnuchin, and Reins, and they were arrayed in front of the Resolute desk, and he called
00:32:18.840 you and me, and he said, I need my heavies. Get in here, Stephen, Seb. You tell these guys why we have
00:32:25.160 to kill the Iran deal. Do you remember that? Oh, I do remember. Do I ever? The heavies. A pleasant 0.98
00:32:31.380 memory. You and me against the swamp. All right, so Operation Crossfire Hurricane is unprecedented
00:32:39.460 in American history. Never before, never before since the National Security Act of 1947 that created
00:32:46.080 the NSC and the CIA did we have the CIA, the FBI, and the NSA get involved in a tri-agency targeting of
00:32:55.920 a political campaign. Crossfire Hurricane is the targeting of General Mike Flynn, George Papadopoulos,
00:33:02.380 and Carter Page to use internal and external intelligence agencies to go against a presidential
00:33:09.420 campaign. The big question is, who instigated it? I think, having watched this for six years now,
00:33:16.080 Comey was obeying somebody's orders. Was it Brennan who voted for the Communist Party before he was
00:33:22.820 hired by the CIA, which is a little peculiar in and of itself? How do you admit to voting for the
00:33:28.640 Communist Party candidate for president on your polygraph interview for the CIA and get hired by
00:33:34.940 the CIA and eventually become its director? And not only that, let's make some news here on your show.
00:33:40.620 I was told by the former station chief, I'm not going to mention which city, somewhere in the Middle
00:33:46.360 East, former CIA station chief, that there was a four-man contractor team at the NSA that was
00:33:55.240 surveilling you and me when we were in the White House. Crossfire Hurricane isn't just about the
00:34:02.000 campaign. It's not just about what happened before the election. It's about what happened in the deep
00:34:07.460 state targeting you, me, President Trump, and the real MAGA people after 64 million Americans elected
00:34:15.000 him. Hold on. I also want to drop another. MI5 and MI6 are going to come up as part of Crossfire
00:34:20.640 Hurricane. When this all starts to come out, you're going to hear MI5, MI6, and maybe a couple of three.
00:34:26.000 Australian ambassador. Australia. Maybe even some of the Five Eyes program. Just throwing it out there
00:34:32.380 that you're going to see other intelligence services in connection with our intelligence
00:34:37.300 service. Is that correct, Seb Gorka? We know it. We've got Ambassador Downing on the record who tried
00:34:43.500 to set up George Papadopoulos for that honeypot with Azra Turk. Who is Azra Turk? There's no such thing 0.99
00:34:50.520 as an FBI investigator. You're either an IA, an SOS, or a special agent. Who is this FBI investigator
00:34:57.560 who's trying to honeypot George Papadopoulos in London? That's a bit strange. She works either for
00:35:03.220 the NSA or for the CIA. She's deep cover. Would it be nice to know why Ambassador Downing, who when he was
00:35:09.860 the foreign minister of Australia, gave millions of dollars to the Clinton Global Initiative. He's
00:35:16.580 involved in Crossfire Hurricane. The mind boggles, Steve. You pull one thread, one thread.
00:35:22.120 Hold it. And this was all supposed to be behind us. This was all supposed to be behind us. They
00:35:26.760 brought it up. They had to go down. Newsweek Magazine is reporting it, and this is not Breitbart or
00:35:32.380 Seb Gorka's show or Lou Dobbs or The War Room. Seb, we've got to bounce. How do people get to you,
00:35:37.680 particularly in social media, to keep up with you and your podcast?
00:35:41.360 Yeah, just look for Seb Gorka on all social media, on Truth Social, Twitter, Instagram,
00:35:46.200 S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, and the website is sebgorka.com. Three hours a day, Salem Media. Be there,
00:35:52.620 guys. War Room and America First.
00:35:55.760 Remember, Seb, since not some commentator, observer, he was actually in the fight,
00:36:00.220 really in the fight. Seb, thank you very much. Honored to have you on.
00:36:03.360 Thank you, Steve. God bless you and the Hobbits.
00:36:06.920 Thank you. So let's play. I want to play Lou Dobbs' cold open.
00:36:10.420 The Republican Party is the party of law and order.
00:36:12.500 Our party stands with the men and women who serve on the thin blue line at the federal
00:36:18.580 and state and local level. These attacks on the FBI must stop.
00:36:25.680 Calls to defund the FBI are just as wrong as calls to defund the police.
00:36:29.680 And the truth of the matter is, we need to get to the bottom of what happened.
00:36:38.960 We need to let the facts play out. But more than anything else,
00:36:43.700 the American people need to be reassured in the integrity of our justice system
00:36:50.560 and very appearance of a recurrence of politics playing our role in decisions of the Justice
00:36:58.080 Department demands transparency as never before. And I will continue to call on the Attorney General
00:37:05.120 and the Justice Department to make that information available to the American people and do so now.
00:37:12.360 Okay, the great Lou Dobbs from The Great American Show joins us. Lou, I always like to have you on here.
00:37:18.480 And we normally like to talk about a political economy, capital markets, the Fed.
00:37:24.440 But I've got to ask you, give us your assessment of Mike Pence and what he had to say yesterday, sir.
00:37:30.860 Tragically delusional, a man who is egoistic without understanding himself,
00:37:38.840 which is something of a contradiction and not even remotely amusing, ironically.
00:37:44.500 The man has no chance to be president. The man has no chance, in my estimation, to be even a contender.
00:37:52.400 And for him to be virtue signaling to the MAGA base, a base that he neither understands, is in touch with,
00:38:00.860 nor obviously respects, because that was a condescending and pompously highest statement.
00:38:08.480 Oh, we've got to respect the FBI. We've got to respect the Justice Department. We've got to take the tone down again.
00:38:14.080 All of this nonsense. Americans were born skeptical, ingenious, innovative, hardworking, plain spoken. 0.95
00:38:22.060 So I'm going to be plain spoken. This is the kind of nonsense that the left-wing media love.
00:38:28.660 A right-wing, ostensibly, person taking down their leaders, taking down their ideology, and their leading candidates.
00:38:38.480 Mike Pence doing all of that. He was the counterpoint, if you will, to Liz Cheney.
00:38:45.180 This is ignorance. The mainstream media has the John McCain chair reserved for everyone, like Pence, like Liz Cheney.
00:38:52.300 They get to fight over who gets to sit in it. Last weekend, it was Mike McCall saying,
00:38:57.620 we've got to respect the FBI and the Department of Justice, no matter how venal, how corrupt, or how toxic they are to this great republic.
00:39:06.960 Nonsense. The American people have got to speak up.
00:39:09.420 And leaders, so-called, like Pence and McCall, this is, Cheney, they're preposterous pretenders.
00:39:19.780 And it's time for real leaders to get behind, in my judgment, the only leader who counts in this moment in history,
00:39:26.940 and that's Donald J. Trump. He is the former president. I think he is also the future president.
00:39:32.700 And I know this, after six years of political persecution, not the Justice Department, not the CIA, not the FBI,
00:39:42.140 none of them fought him in some sort of collusion with a foreign enemy.
00:39:49.560 No, they were all guilty. Four leaders of the FBI, how many names were put their pens to paper fraudulently on FISA documents?
00:39:59.740 I mean, the list goes on. Adam Schiff, the one who wants to be Speaker of the House and was the chair of the House Intel Committee,
00:40:06.880 lying through his teeth and still doing so. Jamie Raskin, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden.
00:40:15.360 The list goes on. It's time for people to understand the Marxist dims are here to destroy the country. 0.86
00:40:21.420 Every leader who cares about this country, this republic, and values our Constitution and our values.
00:40:27.080 It is time for the Republicans and dependents of this country, all citizens, in my opinion, to say enough.
00:40:34.460 And it is time, without question, to shut down the National Security Division of the Department of Justice and the FBI.
00:40:42.520 They are a major problem. The Patriot Act has got to be, in my opinion, rescinded and replaced with something
00:40:50.220 that is both rational and comports to the Constitution.
00:40:54.400 The Patriot Act is the genesis of all that we are witnessing now, the political use of the surveillance state
00:41:01.060 for the purposes of the Marxist dims who now lead the Democrat Party.
00:41:06.480 Lou, on your show for years, you would hammer this like nobody else.
00:41:11.560 And I tell you, it wasn't Lou Dobbs or Steve Banner or anybody that was going to bring this up in this era
00:41:16.440 when he talked about Biden, the inflation, the illegitimate regime, the southern border, all these issues in the nation.
00:41:22.820 Newsweek's breaking that the reason for this, which is kind of a reason.
00:41:26.660 I apologize.
00:41:26.980 You have to have a reason.
00:41:29.800 It's Crossfire Hurricane.
00:41:31.560 Can you hear me, Lou?
00:41:32.400 Do you have him back?
00:41:33.460 Tell the audience, when you mention Crossfire Hurricane.
00:41:39.220 Okay, let's go to Boris where we get Lou in a reboot because I want Lou back up.
00:41:42.660 Boris, give us an update on this ridiculous ruling today.
00:41:46.260 Take a week.
00:41:47.620 Mike Davis was on here and said it would take three or four hours.
00:41:51.960 You could have this by close of business.
00:41:53.100 You could have it by lunch tomorrow, but if you gave him a thing, you could have it by close of business.
00:41:56.980 Why are they slow walking this, Boris Epstein?
00:42:00.400 Well, they're slow walking it because the judge attempted this complete, you know, split the baby approach,
00:42:08.560 which made no sense really whatsoever, but even the way he did it, he absolutely pushed back very hard on the DOJ.
00:42:16.060 The DOJ thought they were going to walk in there today and get a complete win,
00:42:19.960 but the judge said, no, it's staying sealed.
00:42:21.980 Well, and this Judge Reinhardt, who is not an impartial judge, who said really negative things about President Trump,
00:42:28.040 instead said, yeah, I'm inclined to unseal the affidavit.
00:42:32.700 Sure, you can tell me what kind of redactions you can make.
00:42:35.080 And he did give them a week to do so.
00:42:37.940 So as you're seeing this play out, including on social media, undoubtedly a win for those who are fighting for transparency, full stop.
00:42:47.800 President Trump has insisted and demanded for the full affidavit, unredacted, to be provided to the American people.
00:42:54.240 And now this fight, and what's interesting is you've got a judicial point with the New York Times and other mainstream media outlets.
00:43:03.300 So you've got universal across the political spectrum agreement that we've got to make this affidavit public and unredacted.
00:43:11.860 Okay, we have three buckets of, we have the affidavit, we have a search warrant, and you've got the videos.
00:43:18.680 Why didn't President Trump, why don't we just start flooding the zone with information?
00:43:22.900 Clearly, the DOJ, in this Newsweek story, and you confirmed it this morning, if this is about documents related to Russia hoax,
00:43:30.180 but most specifically to Project Crossfire Hurricane, this is going to send, because you're going to bring in these intelligence services,
00:43:38.700 you're going to bring in MI5, MI6.
00:43:42.440 These are two issues, and it's very important to delineate that.
00:43:46.000 What was declassified, the Crossfire Hurricane Inferno classified,
00:43:48.960 I have no information to believe that that information is what was at Mar-a-Lago.
00:43:54.100 It's two different things.
00:43:55.640 The Crossfire Hurricane Inferno, the Russia hoax, Inferno, President Trump declassified,
00:44:00.960 as was his duty as the American president, his right as the American president,
00:44:04.520 that information has been refused to be released by the National Archives,
00:44:08.440 and we've been fighting for that release and for the American people to see that information.
00:44:12.980 That is one side.
00:44:13.920 The other side is this un-American, unwarranted, unnecessary raid after full cooperation and compliance from President Trump.
00:44:21.180 So these are the two separate buckets.
00:44:23.940 Both of them, though, show the DOJ's and the Democrats' complete aversion to transparency,
00:44:30.340 while you've got Merrick Garland out there screaming and stuttering about how into transparency he is.
00:44:35.720 I tell you what, Boris, let's take a short commercial break.
00:44:39.620 We're going to reboot Lou Dobbs.
00:44:40.740 We've got Boris Epstein.
00:44:42.560 Laverne Spicer is actually from Florida 24.
00:44:45.360 He's going to join us first thing tomorrow morning on the 10 o'clock show.
00:44:47.860 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
00:44:49.440 We're going to turn back to Boris Epstein and Lou Dobbs in a moment.
00:44:52.760 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:44:57.220 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:44:59.540 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:45:02.040 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:45:03.940 Let's take down the CCP.
00:45:05.500 Okay, right back to us.
00:45:08.580 We're here in the war room.
00:45:10.180 We've got Lou Dobbs back up, but I want to go back to Boris.
00:45:14.140 Boris, here's what I'm going to get.
00:45:15.360 Why didn't the president just go into court and say,
00:45:18.000 hey, we want to release all these documents.
00:45:20.060 I've declassified them.
00:45:22.940 They're trying to slow walk this for political gain. 0.79
00:45:26.420 And now we can suppose, because every day they change their story about what this is about.
00:45:30.460 It's nuclear codes one day.
00:45:32.400 It's something else the next day.
00:45:33.960 It's they never took the passports.
00:45:35.640 They tell CBS News yet.
00:45:36.940 We found out they took the diplomatic passports.
00:45:39.420 Why doesn't the president go a little more on offense in the courts?
00:45:42.760 He's on offense on social media.
00:45:44.880 He's on offense in the media narrative.
00:45:47.000 But why are we not leaning forward into this a tad more in the court system, sir?
00:45:53.060 Well, Steve, President Trump and the American movement are winning this battle, undoubtedly,
00:45:58.240 as you said, in the media.
00:45:59.680 In terms of the court system, you've got an unprecedented event where you've got left-wing
00:46:04.740 mainstream media and right-wing or center-right entities such as Judicial Watch, which are
00:46:10.860 cooperating together to get to full transparency.
00:46:13.800 And President Trump has publicly supported them to the point, Steve, where Judicial Watch actually
00:46:18.260 supplemented their filing with two of President Trump's statements on Truth Social, the one
00:46:24.340 where he called for all documents to be released and for the affidavit to be released without
00:46:29.600 any weak actions.
00:46:30.520 So right now, the actions that are being taken in court in front of this magistrate judge are
00:46:37.860 exactly what is required.
00:46:39.800 Now, in terms of potential steps down the road, trust you me and make sure that the posse isn't
00:46:45.220 worried.
00:46:45.860 President Trump is going to be taking all appropriate actions to not just safeguard the
00:46:52.700 information and to protect the executive privilege and attorney-client privilege, but
00:46:57.520 also push back on this unwarranted, unnecessary, and un-American raid and break-in of his home
00:47:03.860 in a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment.
00:47:06.700 So all the steps are in the work.
00:47:09.860 There's no doubt about it.
00:47:11.600 But as of now, and as you see on every outlet, including mainstream media, the DOJ is in such
00:47:17.960 a terrible, you know, mainstream media, right-wing media, left-wing media, is such a terrible
00:47:23.480 PR position that it actually puts him in a horrible position in terms of the forward
00:47:28.960 movement of this process.
00:47:31.160 Keep in mind, folks, President Trump is neither a target nor a subject of this investigation,
00:47:35.940 right?
00:47:36.460 There's been—he isn't even really a part of it.
00:47:38.280 They raided his home after there was full cooperation on any and all requests from the
00:47:42.940 DOJ.
00:47:43.500 So it is incumbent, actually, upon the DOJ for them to explain—and that's what the
00:47:48.360 New York Times and the Judicial Watch and others are demanding—it's their job to explain
00:47:53.540 why they rolled into President Trump's—their job to explain why they violated the Fourth
00:47:59.520 Amendment, illegal search and seizure—their job to explain why they used these weak pretexts
00:48:05.360 of legislation that doesn't even apply to President Trump to do it.
00:48:08.580 And that is what the—that's what was called on them today, and now they have to fight
00:48:12.880 against the judge as well.
00:48:14.000 One thing real quick, just give me a minute because I've got to get to Lou.
00:48:17.380 The big headline today is that the pressure and the focus on this from the Warren Posse and
00:48:22.800 others, right, the Seb Gorkas, the Lou Dobbs, is in the war rooms, is he was actually—he
00:48:29.280 was actually pretty—he was actually pretty even-handed today or was not so pro-DOJ?
00:48:35.020 Absolutely.
00:48:37.200 I mean, this was a loss for the DOJ.
00:48:38.780 There's no two ways about it.
00:48:40.140 The DOJ thought that they were going to be allowed to keep everything sealed.
00:48:43.980 And Reinhardt, because of the war room posse, because there's used to pressure from great
00:48:48.440 America that Lou Dobbs, Seb Gorkas, and of course, because of President Trump's very
00:48:52.580 outspoken position—remember, President Trump said specifically the judge should recuse, but
00:48:57.860 now you've got a judge who's saying to the DOJ, you know what, I'm inclined to go against
00:49:00.780 you.
00:49:00.980 I'll hear you out in the redactions, but I'm inclined to rule against you in a very
00:49:04.780 important ruling because the affidavit, historically, is where the DOJ has put in either omissions
00:49:10.760 or commissions, right, on truth or withholding information, on FISA, with Carter Page, with
00:49:16.980 General Micah Flynn and others.
00:49:18.740 This was a win for the MAGA movement, the Warren Posse, under the leadership of President
00:49:22.680 Donald J. Trump.
00:49:23.480 Give us your coordinates, because people want to follow this 24-7.
00:49:28.420 No doubt.
00:49:28.880 We're hot, hot on the website, BorisCP.com, hot on getter at BorisCP, on Twitter at BorisCP,
00:49:34.840 hot on truthsocial at Boris, the hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
00:49:38.640 Stay strong.
00:49:39.460 God bless.
00:49:40.000 Another win for MAGA, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
00:49:43.380 I want to go—thanks, Boris.
00:49:44.420 I want to go back to Lou Dobbs.
00:49:45.820 Lou, put this in perspective of what happened today, particularly given this debacle, this embarrassing
00:49:50.180 debacle from the Department of Justice, sir.
00:49:55.100 An illegal search and seizure raid carried out by the FBI and the Department of Justice
00:50:01.920 without specific charges against their purported target.
00:50:08.100 The headline on that, by the way, just says who?
00:50:10.640 It says Mar-a-Lago.
00:50:12.620 It is—this is an outrage.
00:50:14.700 It is illegal.
00:50:15.920 It is an illegal search and seizure.
00:50:18.060 They have also, as usual, contradicted themselves on the reasons and the purpose of the raid
00:50:23.620 and the fact that it took nine and a half hours to do what the FBI and the DOJ can usually
00:50:29.360 screw up in about an hour and ten minutes.
00:50:31.820 This is ridiculous, what we're watching.
00:50:34.460 And everyone has the predicate wrong in the national corporate media, Steve.
00:50:38.300 What we are witnessing is the FBI and the DOJ performing exactly to pattern and to the absolutely corrupt
00:50:49.360 standards that we've witnessed for six years as they persecuted Donald Trump and conservatives
00:50:55.480 and the administration and members of it, including, of course, yourself.
00:50:59.760 This is preposterous, that Bruce Reinhardt, the magistrate here, would have any standard
00:51:10.320 other than for the FBI and the DOJ demonstrate that there was a reason for that search and seizure
00:51:16.900 and to do so by putting that warrant before the American people.
00:51:21.200 President Trump, today, as you know, called for it to be absolutely, not redacted, but absolutely
00:51:26.580 released to the American people.
00:51:28.120 This administration, the Marxist Dems who lead the Democrat Party, the deep state, the 0.68
00:51:34.160 FBI, the DOJ, they are all right now treating the American people as if they had no right
00:51:44.180 to know what is happening.
00:51:45.900 It is the inverse.
00:51:47.380 The public right to know is part of our Constitution.
00:51:51.220 It is implicit in the Constitution that we are required to give our consent.
00:51:58.120 At our own volition, not the demands of the government.
00:52:02.300 And this government has everything just upside down and we had better get it fixed now.
00:52:07.680 This has to be released to the American public because otherwise, all those people braying
00:52:13.360 about, you've got to respect the FBI and the DOJ, the CIA, which is utter nonsense.
00:52:19.280 But those people are the ones who should be saying, please release this so that they will
00:52:24.600 respect you, so they will know what your motives were and what you were seeking and whether
00:52:29.440 you're comported to the Fourth Amendment and the laws of search and seizure.
00:52:35.620 It's that straightforward.
00:52:36.800 This isn't about what Donald Trump has to prove.
00:52:39.000 It's about what the FBI and DOJ have to prove.
00:52:42.760 Lou, how do people get to The Great American Show?
