00:00:01.000 Okay, welcome back. You're in the war room. It is, we're live. It is Saturday, the 20th
00:00:06.120 of August, year of our Lord, 2022, with what, 80 days to go. We're here in Springsfield,
00:00:10.280 Missouri, to make sure what happened in 2020 never happens again. So for two days, we're
00:00:15.240 at the Moment of Truth Summit. We're going to go to the main stage right now, Mike Lindell
00:00:19.920 and the President's lawyer, Jenna Ellis.
00:00:25.540 Okay, how do you explain this? How do you explain that? There were so many anomalies,
00:00:29.100 weren't there? So many deviations from a normal election that it was, like, shocking. It was
00:00:33.400 like, which one do I start with? You said it good earlier. You go, this wasn't just like one little
00:00:37.760 case. It was like hundreds within, you know, every state, right?
00:00:41.600 Right, and so what was happening in the immediate aftermath was that we were getting so many reports
00:00:46.920 and so many affidavits. And by the way, what the media won't tell you as well is that when I was
00:00:51.680 subpoenaed by the January 6th Committee, part of that was also a subpoena for documents. So with
00:00:56.240 consent, of course, of President Trump, I gave them over 9,000 pages of documents that I had
00:01:03.120 that included affidavits and statements from poll workers, poll watchers, election officials,
00:01:08.580 who were all reporting all of these anomalies. Do you hear that? How many outlets reported that?
00:01:14.540 Zero.
00:01:16.120 But what are they reporting? You know, the headline in Yahoo this morning is that I'm tweeting,
00:01:20.760 you know, against Rachel Maddow or something because that's all that they have. They don't
00:01:25.540 want to cover this.
00:01:26.720 Yeah, they don't want to cover it. That's what we're up against. That's the biggest thing. If
00:01:29.940 you're watching from home, this weekend will not fail as long as everybody shares this out and we
00:01:36.880 get tens of millions of people to watch this summit. And that's fact. We had 4 million people
00:01:42.820 watch the Cyber Symposium. I'd like to get 20 million people to watch this and spread it across the
00:01:48.520 world what's coming. That's what we have to have. And one of the things you just heard, like the
00:01:54.600 January 6th, that big charade there. A year ago, the FBI ruled on June 26th, they said nothing, there is
00:02:01.300 no collusion between Donald Trump and his supporters. Should have been it. Case closed or whatever they
00:02:06.340 had going on. FBI was probably doing it to cover their own tracks, but that's what they said. So this
00:02:11.740 big charade, I'm surprised, you know, that you dumped 9,000 documents on them. 9,000. Okay. They
00:02:19.880 won't let me come there. I've asked them, please bring me there. Even though I wasn't there on the
00:02:23.340 January 6th, I want to come there. You know why? They don't want to hear these things. So when you
00:02:27.960 drop the 9,000 documents, they probably didn't expect it. They just suppressed it. Yeah. And then I
00:02:33.200 never heard from them again. Yeah. Right. Because they don't want to cover this. Did they invite you there?
00:02:37.120 No. They didn't invite me for the public hearings, you know, of course, but I did get a subpoena
00:02:41.220 in terms of testifying. But they don't, of course, want to hear the truth. They don't want to hear
00:02:45.760 the truth. And they, can you tell us a little bit now this before, before I let you go, everybody
00:02:51.340 just now, and the subpoena for Georgia, is that the Rasenberger letter? I mean, the Rasenberger
00:02:58.440 recording, the best recording in history? You know, it covers, I think, you know, anything that they are
00:03:03.600 wanting to look at in Fulton County. So they're trying, in Fulton County, instead of going after
00:03:08.740 all the evidence and everything that they have to look into, they're having this to go back and go
00:03:14.360 after lawyers and people that were involved. Well, and this isn't just in Fulton County. This is
00:03:19.480 against, there are so many Democrat-led organizations like the 65 Project, for example, that have publicly
00:03:27.500 said that their intention in trying to disbar me and 110 other Trump lawyers is to specifically
00:03:34.500 destroy our credibility and take away our livelihoods. And that is, so I'm dealing with
00:03:40.320 bar complaints. I was subpoenaed by the January 6th committee. I've been sued in different states
00:03:45.260 along with the president. I also now have this subpoena out of Georgia. And they are purposefully
00:03:51.220 trying so hard to attack every single person, especially lawyers, who represented President
00:03:58.220 Trump. Why? So that lawyers will be intimidated and never represent another Republican on election
00:04:05.560 claims. And that's what you're seeing going on when President Trump, you know, and then the media
00:04:09.920 outlets like to say, oh, he can't find any lawyers to represent. Well, a lot of lawyers are looking at
00:04:14.200 this and going, I don't know if I want to put my bar license on. My challenge to them is, do you care
00:04:17.920 about your country? I wouldn't do anything differently, even if they prevail, which I hope
00:04:23.820 they don't and pray for me. But even if I would never stand down from representing a client who
00:04:32.380 maybe is a political opponent of the Democrats, whose last name is Trump, I don't care. I am proud
00:04:39.020 to be a lawyer. And that is how our system has to work in the adversarial process. Otherwise, we never
00:04:45.520 get to the truth. Right. Well, thank you, Jenna. And I'll tell you what, let's give her the biggest
00:04:50.400 hand. She has courage and we need to pray for all the lawyers in our country to stand up and have
00:04:56.560 courage like Jenna going forward. God bless you. Thank you so much. Thank you. And please, one last
00:05:03.520 thing for all of this. Please, please donate to LindellDefenseFund.org because that has been a huge help
00:05:12.520 for a lot of us and for Mike, who is who is willing to put himself in his credibility.
00:05:20.040 OK, welcome back. You're on main stage is Jenna Ellis with Mike Lindell as we in the moment of
00:05:26.480 truth conference summit. We're here in Springfield, Missouri. We've got a special guest. It's not too
00:05:31.660 far. We got the hot. We got we got the. Are you the more handsome of the two twins? I would say so.
00:05:36.900 OK, I don't want to say Joe's the intellectual. We're going to have Joe on about his book tomorrow.
00:05:40.400 Tell us about why is Gateway Pundit here? Why is this important? Why is this not a waste of time?
00:05:46.220 We're taking our eye off the ball and not focused on 8 November, sir. You know, Steve,
00:05:51.000 it's been a couple of years now we've been doing this and I think I have more resolve today than I
00:05:57.120 ever have. I sit here and I listen to the media still say and insist in their articles all over the
00:06:04.520 place that, you know, the big lie. This was a big lie. There was no fraud. And we have identified
00:06:10.680 over the past two years so many instances of absolute fraud and irregular activity, corrupt
00:06:19.220 activity, illegal activity. And we continue down that road because I understand. And this is why so
00:06:28.100 many people love you, Steve. And that is that this if we if we don't resolve this issue, we have
00:06:33.540 nothing left. There's nothing else to fight. They don't have any respect for us. You have these
00:06:38.280 controlled opposition Republicans who just go along. They understand they stole it. Got to remember,
00:06:43.600 they know in their heart of hearts they stole it. They also understand that unless you stand up to it,
00:06:48.040 nothing else matters. You can talk tax policy. This is why they're allowing an invasion on the
00:06:54.240 southern border. This is why they're kowtowing to the CCP. This is why they passed this new this
00:06:59.960 build back better bill just right in our face at the last moment. They have no respect for the
00:07:05.460 Republicans. The reason is they know the Republicans will sit there and roll over and they talk about
00:07:09.580 elections being in the future. The future is now. We're in the moment. And this is why it's so
00:07:14.580 important. Here's what's going to happen today. You're having a summary of how we got here. And then
00:07:19.620 you go to state by state. And then tomorrow we're going to the trial of the machines. But most important,
00:07:23.340 the call to action. This is about November 8th and not allowing it to happen again.
00:07:27.520 Absolutely. And you know, Steve, it's a big tell from the Democrats. We're in a recession. We have
00:07:33.300 an 8.6% inflation. And Nancy Pelosi and Democrats vote 100% on a $700 billion spending bill that gives
00:07:42.120 jobs to China. It gives jobs to Canada. That moves us to a green economy that puts us out of work.
00:07:49.580 They only do that because they're not worried. It's a big tell to me that the fix is in still.
00:07:58.040 For November 8th. They're so cocky right now and arrogant. They think they can pass things.
00:08:02.160 They shove it in your face. Just like Nancy Pelosi going to, and I was just talking to our friends on the
00:08:07.000 sideline here. Nancy Pelosi going to Asia with her son in tow, Paul Pelosi Jr. We reported this on the
00:08:13.060 Gateway Pundit. We have photos of her traveling from country to country. Paul Pelosi Jr. This is the
00:08:18.840 guy who's the lobbyist. This is the guy who's been written about for very shady deals he's had,
00:08:24.140 just like Hunter Biden. And they don't care. He's traveling right with her. This is after she...
00:08:31.340 You think they plan a speech deal for November 8th?
00:08:34.060 I think... I don't think they're worried. That's the tell, right? And their actions show that.
00:08:40.140 Now, but for every person out there... We have to do much more.
00:08:42.620 For people out there, you can't give up. This is the fight.
00:08:45.040 Right. And I'm not saying people give up. I'm not saying people get discouraged. I'm saying people
00:08:48.940 need to be... Sign up for the poll workers. We need GOP observers inside the room. That shouldn't be a
00:08:55.920 controversial thing. We need MAGA and deplorables inside the room. They shouldn't be getting locked
00:09:00.100 out. That never should have happened. Why wasn't the police called? Why wasn't it shut down? It
00:09:04.160 happened in state after state. That's one thing. We have to understand where these ballots go once
00:09:08.360 they're returned to the post office. Where the hell are all these going? Are these the ballots that are
00:09:12.240 turning up in the ballot drop boxes? We don't know this. But why isn't...
00:09:17.700 2,000 mils. 4,000 mils.
00:09:18.460 Right. And another thing, Steve, I was just going to mention, it was a year ago today,
00:09:23.120 the past couple of days, where the people were falling off the planes in Kabul. Right? One
00:09:29.300 year ago, we have a disastrous president. Republicans should be winning, as you have
00:09:34.760 said, 100 seats. And we should be having no problem in the Senate. These people need to
00:09:40.060 start fighting, though, and quit listening to some of these rhinos. That's why today we're going to
00:09:45.300 Florida and New York of these candidates. Every candidate we're going to, every one of these
00:09:48.600 fighters are all part of the 3 November movement. We got to get to the bottom of how they
00:09:52.820 stole it. Look, Biden's illegitimate. On your watch, you're going to just sit there and have
00:09:56.420 an illegitimate president and have the Republicans roll over and say, it's fine. We know the people
00:10:01.640 on our side, the largest turnout in the history of Wyoming as a state in a Republican primary
00:10:06.400 was on Tuesday to specifically keep people came out to blow out the Cheneys and say, we're
00:10:11.980 tired of this. We're tired of the way things are. We want fighters. That's right. Steve,
00:10:16.480 I brought you a present. I wanted to show this. I would only, when people do this, I want to
00:10:20.640 let Jim Hoff do this because of my long history with Jim Hoff.
00:10:22.940 Just once, and probably only once. Right? So I did a talk in Michigan recently, and after
00:10:28.660 I did the talk, this friend of mine who was there came up and said, hey, you know Steve
00:10:33.900 Bannon. Can you give Steve Bannon this hat? And he made a hat that's a war room hat.
00:10:39.760 Wow. War room posse. Look at that. Look at that. And so I promised him I'd bring it to
00:10:45.260 him. His name is Rick Sweat from Michigan. Rick Sweat. And here he is. Hey, Rick.
00:10:50.380 Sorry about that, Rick. Hey, Rick. Here he is. And he made that for Steve Bannon.
00:10:54.960 Oh my God. Rick, thank you. Is that awesome?
00:10:56.900 Thank you so much. I appreciate that. We're going to do a reach out. Look at that. War room
00:11:00.840 posse. Very cool. Maybe we'll have some merch before too long, right? I love that. Three horsemen
00:11:05.760 right there. Three horsemen of the apocalypse on the War room posse. It's Rick. What's
00:11:09.860 his name? Rick? Rick Sweat. Rick Sweat up in Michigan. Love the folks up in Michigan.
00:11:14.300 War room posse. Traverse City. I want to say I love Traverse City. Michael Moore's hometown,
00:11:18.720 right? Right around there. Hoff. You guys, you were Andrew Breitbart's, really his partner
00:11:25.080 in crime when you guys started. He would be so proud of what the Gateway Fund has become
00:11:29.460 today. You guys are the number one site for getting the truth out there. It's just absolutely
00:11:33.520 incredible. Really appreciate it. No, it's amazing report.
00:11:35.760 Thank you for your support. You got the CCP. You've got everything. We're going to have
00:11:39.200 Joe on tomorrow. Joe's the smarter of the brothers. Jim's the handsomer of the twins.
00:11:44.260 Joe's on. Got a new book out tomorrow, and we're going to talk about that tomorrow morning
00:11:47.220 on the show. You'll be excited to talk to you. Thanks, Dave. Thanks, brother. Good to see
00:11:49.820 you always. Let's go back to the main stage here. It's Kurt Olson, one of the top lawyers.
00:11:54.600 Let's go to the main stage. But at the time, he only agreed to consider it. The other AGs
00:12:01.820 wouldn't even listen. They didn't want to touch him. You know, similar to what you
00:12:05.220 saw earlier where AG Barr had directed the U.S. Attorney of Pennsylvania to not pursue
00:12:11.640 election fraud. Nobody wanted to touch us. This was a politically, for any AG, and in
00:12:19.120 particular, AG Paxton, politically very dangerous. So he wanted to make sure that everything fit
00:12:27.140 his standards. So we were working with his office and making sure that the complaint
00:12:32.980 put all the allegations, both the constitutional violations, as well as, you know, there was
00:12:38.080 significant evidence of, at a minimum, illegal ballots, and if not outright fraud. But the
00:12:44.480 main claim of the case was based on the constitutional violations. That all these changes under the
00:12:54.040 guys of COVID that, you know, the flooding of millions of mail-in ballots and doing away
00:12:59.880 with signature verification, drop boxes, and so forth, all of which had one effect. It makes
00:13:06.100 it easier to cheat. Not one of the changes that these secretaries of state and the state courts
00:13:13.680 and the governors implemented made the election more secure. It did just the opposite. And so we filed
00:13:23.180 that complaint. Hey, Kurt, we have the complaint here. I want to ask you something you said about
00:13:27.520 Attorney General Paxton. Can you, just right there, when you talk about all these things these other
00:13:36.020 states did that were illegal because the legislatures make the law, right? Correct. Okay. In Texas,
00:13:42.400 everybody, 12, Ken fought that law. Ken Paxton fought those laws before the election. I'm not those
00:13:49.940 laws. He fought changes to the state of Texas. And he went, was it 12 cases? He won all 12 so that Texas
00:13:57.580 wasn't taken but the machines. And this is fact. Texas was 500,000 votes that Donald Trump won by, but in
00:14:06.020 reality, he won by 1.5 million. They would have took Texas if Ken Paxton did not win those. They ran out of
00:14:13.000 names to pull. We're going to talk about that tomorrow. But Texas was the second most attacked
00:14:18.960 state with numbers-wise, second only to California for the number of votes stolen. So just for Ken Paxton
00:14:26.180 there, he did other things. So he actually then believed in the complaint you wrote. Is that
00:14:32.860 correct? He did. I mean, there were significant... And here, I'll put it up here. This is the actual
00:14:37.960 complaint, huh? So this is the introduction. Okay. Do you want me to go to the complaint?
00:14:43.160 Well, no, let's... No, that's Mastriano's letter. We'll get to that. Okay. Okay. All right. Here we go.
00:14:49.080 And so this is the complaint that was the introduction, which was actually filed with the Supreme Court.
00:14:53.680 It's actually a much more detailed complaint. Too long to read here. But there's one sentence that
00:14:58.920 to me was one of the most powerful statements. And that's the first sentence, where it says,
00:15:05.740 our country stands at an important crossroads. Either the Constitution matters and must be followed,
00:15:12.520 even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment
00:15:19.120 on display at the National Archives. We asked the court to choose the former.
00:15:27.200 And that really, that set the entire basis of the complaint.
00:15:32.360 And if you recall, right after we filed, all of a sudden, all these other states got courage.
00:15:39.920 Maybe the ones that we had talked to that didn't want to have anything to do with this.
00:15:44.000 But because Ken Paxton had the courage to step forward and file this complaint,
00:15:51.520 18 other states joined in that action. They either outright tried to join it, six did,
00:15:58.420 or they filed what are called amicus curiae briefs in support of it.
00:16:03.020 We had over 100 Republican House members file supporting briefs. I mean, it was electric.
00:16:09.140 I can remember that, you know, I'd been up for 48 hours before we filed without sleep,
00:16:15.120 going through changes and edits and everything else. And we were all exhausted. But it was this
00:16:21.060 electric moment when this flood of other states came in to support it. I think it was like,
00:16:27.100 you know, for us, it was like time stood still. Like, you know, it was just, it was incredible.
00:16:32.320 Now, were you under a time constraint there? Would it have to be done by a certain day?
00:16:36.400 So we needed to get it in before December 14th, when the sort of when the electors would be
00:16:41.760 certified. And so everything was under a crush. The court ordered a response by the defendant states,
00:16:48.820 which they did. And then we again, work around the clock to respond. And as you know, the court
00:16:54.940 declined without any analysis, saying that Texas did not have standing in a seven to two decision.
00:17:02.120 So two justices, Justice Alito and Thomas, wanted to hear this case. The other seven declined to hear
00:17:11.540 it without any kind of analysis, other than to say that Texas did not have standing.
00:17:16.580 And that was common with so many other lawsuits, right, Kurt, with the all the other lawsuits,
00:17:21.680 people that word standing, can you explain? They just say you don't have standing. So they throw it.
00:17:26.900 They don't look at it, right? It's a way to kind of kick the can.
00:17:29.440 It's a way to get rid of a case. You say that you don't have injury in accordance with the law,
00:17:36.680 that you cannot show injury. And that's a requirement that the Supreme Court...
00:17:41.400 So they were trying to say that Texas didn't have injury for what was done in Pennsylvania and so on.
00:17:46.600 Correct. Even though clearly, when you look at what's happening now, in terms of the effect of
00:17:52.480 an election that, and I will say it, I believe it was stolen. It was rigged. And so that affects
00:17:59.500 every state. So if states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and Georgia and Michigan, you know,
00:18:08.700 cheat with the laws, unconstitutionally change election laws, and as a consequence,
00:18:13.980 there are elections that put forward, in this case, a president or a congressman or a senator
00:18:23.260 who did not rightfully win that election. The election was not conducted in accordance with
00:18:28.500 the law. That affects all states. It affects all of us. And it can be... When you talk about standing,
00:18:36.120 I'm going to say something there when you just said it affects things. One of the things I want to
00:18:42.780 tell you that's coming up tomorrow, too, I want to do a little commercials for tomorrow.
00:18:47.100 There was an election in Georgia just this last May. It was a primary with three Democrats,
00:18:52.680 and it's one of my favorite stories to tell. And I think Garland may be talking about it a little
00:18:57.220 later. But this Democrat, this nice lady and her husband woke up with zero votes in her own
00:19:02.440 precinct. That's pretty obvious, huh? There's something wrong. You know, Brad says,
00:19:06.920 we maybe should have gave her two votes so she wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Her and her
00:19:10.880 husband. Nobody else likes you, ma'am. But they looked inside the machines, and they did it in
00:19:18.720 two days, and they found 3,700 and some votes, which catapulted her from third to first. That got
00:19:25.520 corrected almost immediately. But I want to talk about the standing because I think we're in a
00:19:34.060 different time now. And this is what we need to pray for, too. When we leave this summit after two
00:19:40.080 days, one of the things you look back on, another miracle, right, that back then, that these were
00:19:46.320 judges, too. And they pushed it out for standing. It wasn't the right timing, everybody. If they would
00:19:53.480 have overturned stuff then and whatever and done things then, we wouldn't be at the place. The big
00:20:00.000 thing is, if you have voting machines in your country, you lose your country forever. So it ever
00:20:05.080 would have been done back there. There's no secure machines, period. No blockchain, no nothing. It's
00:20:10.940 over. You lose your country. The machines have to go. And I pray for judges. One of the things I
00:20:19.060 believe, Kurt, that the judges are going to bring this country back, and we're going to talk about that
00:20:23.700 more tomorrow night at the Call to Action. We need to pray for their courage. Like I said earlier,
00:20:28.100 they have friends, family. They have grandchildren, neighbors. You know, all of you out there watching
00:20:34.620 need to watch and encourage them to be judges and accept to look at cases rather than push them to
00:20:41.160 standing. Yeah, I mean, there's a couple other points to bring out because the story doesn't end
00:20:46.140 when the Supreme Court declined to hear that case. Shortly after that, I met the president, President
00:20:52.200 Trump. And we had an idea, we being the attorneys, that if the United States would be a plaintiff,
00:21:00.720 then there would be no issue as to standing. Right. There is Supreme Court case law that the
00:21:05.260 United States, it's called parents per tri. The United States is the parent of all citizens. And
00:21:11.400 it's unquestionable that they would have standing to bring this suit. So we didn't quit. We didn't give
00:21:16.980 up. You know, I'm, I'm a, I had the honor of serving as a, as a Navy SEAL earlier and we don't quit.
00:21:28.380 And in one of the, I believe that the reason why we're here together is divine dominance.
00:21:36.920 And so many examples. Okay. Uh, we're at the summit. We're at the moment of truth summit.
00:21:43.500 I was so mesmerized by my photo. No, we're the moment of truth summit in Springfield, Missouri.
00:21:48.800 I'm here with calamity Jane Zirkle. She's the war rooms, uh, indefatical correspondents all over
00:21:54.080 the country. Uh, Jane, first off, tell us about, uh, being outside the courtroom the other day
00:21:58.880 with president Trump and, and, and also the rallies. You're the first one. I think you had over 2
00:22:02.940 million, uh, downloads on your videos about the Trump spontaneous Trump rallies on that bridge.
00:22:09.120 Tell us what it was like down in Palm beach this week after the, uh, after the jackbooted raid by
00:22:14.160 the new American Gestapo, the FBI. Well, following the raid on Mar-a-Lago, it was, uh, quite an amazing
00:22:21.780 scene. The energy down in Palm beach was absolutely explosive. We saw a multitude of support for
00:22:29.300 president Trump outside of Mar-a-Lago for days and days after the raid, despite the heat and the
00:22:35.980 Florida weather, president Trump supporters stayed there and they stayed out to show him how much
00:22:41.240 they love him and support him. And outside of the courthouse, um, this past Thursday, again,
00:22:47.740 we saw more support for president Trump. And has this really galvanized people? You think it's,
00:22:52.400 it's actually brought back the spirit of MAGA even more than it was. I'm telling you, Steve,
00:22:56.900 the, what the FBI and the DOJ did on August 8th, 2022 is fueling the victory that we are going to
00:23:05.760 see on November 8th. Wow. That's incredible. Talk to us about, we're here at the moment of truth
00:23:10.580 summer, go back to the main stage in a second. You've gone to turning point USA for us. You went
00:23:14.620 to CPAC. We have, you try to focus on young people in this rising tide of this new generation of MAGA.
00:23:20.240 Do they care about, uh, November 3rd? Do they care about getting to the bottom of the election
00:23:25.560 in 2020? Or do the young people think, Hey, this is all kind of a waste of time. We've got to focus
00:23:29.740 on other issues. Absolutely. They understand that free and fair elections are essential to the United
00:23:35.240 States of America. They understand that without election integrity, we lose our freedoms. We lose
00:23:40.680 our rights. You know, I was 18 years old when I cast my first vote ever for Donald J. Trump. And I
00:23:45.720 simultaneously was working with Rudy Giuliani. And, you know, while I had the amazing opportunity
00:23:50.720 to cast a vote and let my voice be heard, I saw a multitude of evidence that indicated that my vote
00:23:56.460 may have not, you know, counted the way I intended for it to. And that's what young people across this
00:24:01.800 country are seeing. So when you're at turning point, you're at CPAC, you're at these conferences,
00:24:05.580 young people are as engaged in this voter integrity issue to make sure that we just can't get rolled over,
00:24:10.720 that we're going to fight back and not let these elections be stolen. Definitely. You know,
00:24:14.360 they are hitting the ground running. They are getting involved with local campaigns and grassroots
00:24:18.680 activism. They're knocking the doors. They are making the phone calls. They are mobilizing
00:24:23.160 against the Democrat Party because election integrity shouldn't be a Republican or Democrat
00:24:28.680 issue. It is an American issue. Every person in this country is impacted by whether or not the
00:24:35.700 election is secure, by whether or not their vote counts. Because if we lose free and fair elections in
00:24:41.020 this country, we lose the United States of America, the greatest country in the world, and we'll turn
00:24:46.380 into communist China. And the young people in this country do not want to allow that to happen.
00:24:51.820 Okay. Once again, like at CPAC, like at Turning Point, Jane's going to be out here all weekend
00:24:55.240 taking interviews. We're going to be playing some of those interviews. She'll be back on here tomorrow
00:24:58.580 with us. She's, by the way, that outfit worked at CPAC, I guess, at the great state of Missouri here.
00:25:03.900 The folks in Missouri are going to get it too. Jane, Calamity Jane will be out throughout the audience
00:25:08.940 for the next two days, getting interviews. We put them up on both War Room Getter and also
00:25:13.200 Hear America Voice. Jane, thank you for coming out here and doing all this hard work. And thank you
00:25:17.260 for sitting out in the sun. The day on the bridge was a long day. People don't realize Jane was there
00:25:22.440 from early morning with the rally, and it kept building. So we said, hey, let's keep it for the
00:25:26.400 evening show. So, Jane, thank you so much for doing it. Let's go back to the main stage. Kurt Olson,
00:25:31.540 one of President Trump's lawyers and Mike Lindell's lawyers, up on the main stage right at the
00:25:35.340 Summit of Moment of Truth in Springfield, Missouri. Looking into this, investigating the president and
00:25:41.020 all these circumstances, an email was produced in which Acting A.G. Rosen called the idea insane.
00:25:51.020 Wow. And so, are you hearing this, everybody? And the reason why I was perplexed by that
00:25:58.780 is because, as I said earlier, four Supreme Court justices had said in the Republican Party
00:26:06.340 versus Book Bar that changing state election law by, in that case, a court, a non-legislative actor,
00:26:14.960 would likely succeed in the claim on violating the Constitution. This is not anything but insane,
00:26:21.220 but it illustrates that there was this complete blackout on doing anything about election law.
00:26:29.360 As an attorney, did that surprise you? Was it frustrating?
00:26:33.400 It was incredibly frustrating because it's, no matter what side you're on, free and fair and
00:26:39.480 lawful elections are at the heart of our republic. We cannot exist without people trusting the
00:26:48.100 government. We're trusting the elections. Right. That's right. And you bring up, as long as we're
00:26:54.320 just a quick, I'm going to keep putting in little commercials to get rid of the machines.
00:26:58.860 These numbers in Pennsylvania, when you get numbers of more votes than voters, it's just like that nice
00:27:06.800 lady, that Democrat from Georgia that just got zero votes. That can't happen with people. It's
00:27:12.540 machines. Does everybody get that? It's computers. Let's see what you hear. You know, let's give
00:27:19.480 Pennsylvania more votes than voters. That's it. That's just nonsense. This guy calls, let's pursue
00:27:25.440 it. Pursue this case insane. Not pursuing it is insane. You know, that's just not, it's not even
00:27:32.920 common sense. Well, even look at Pennsylvania, because the wonderful thing is people never gave up.
00:27:38.100 And so when we looked at Pennsylvania's full voter export in February of 2021, after all the counties
00:27:44.720 had reported, remember the excuse before was that, well, not all counties had reported. Well,
00:27:49.520 as of February, they had. There are still more than 120,000 more votes than recorded voters in
00:27:59.060 Pennsylvania. The election should never have been certified. Yeah. So why did...
00:28:05.300 But here's the wonderful thing. The court is going, the Supreme Court in June announced
00:28:11.860 they're going to hear a case called Moore v. Harper. So this October, they're going to hear
00:28:17.800 it. This is at the U.S. Supreme Court. Correct. Everybody, you need to hear this. This is so
00:28:23.620 important because you all know the thing, because you're going to hear about when I was only approaching
00:28:28.300 all the attorney generals last year to bring stuff back to the Supreme Court. You're going to hear
00:28:33.280 some of that tomorrow at the trial of the machine. But you need to hear right now that was what's
00:28:39.300 already there at the Supreme Court. Did it kind of come in under the radar? It kind of has, although
00:28:44.980 it's garnered a lot of concern by the establishment and leftists. And the issue there, again, is exactly
00:28:52.160 what we pled in our case. It's called the independent state legislator doctrine, but basically under our
00:28:59.100 constitution, only state legislators make election law. In this case, a court overruled the state
00:29:06.440 legislators defining of congressional boundaries, the redistricting. And so this issue, we've come
00:29:14.580 180 degrees over the past two years. And not just with that case. I don't know if you heard,
00:29:20.560 there was the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled four to three in July on this issue of unmanned
00:29:27.840 drop boxes, which are clearly prohibited by Wisconsin law. Yet the Wisconsin Election Commission
00:29:35.520 said, free for all, all with, by the way, with tens of millions of dollars from Zuckerberg. I think you
00:29:43.800 call it, you know, Zuckerberg. So this was all part of the way to violate election law and to make it
00:29:52.660 easier to cheat. But what was critical in that Wisconsin Supreme Court decision is three of those
00:29:59.560 justices, three of the four that ultimately ruled saying unmanned drop boxes violating the law.
00:30:06.080 What Kurt's saying right there is this independent state legislature's Supreme Court is that North Carolina
00:30:12.640 it's going to be next session is hugely, hugely important. This is where state legislatures will have
00:30:17.900 the final say so, as the Constitution says, for everything dealing with elections, independent state
00:30:23.640 legislatures, write that down.
00:30:27.360 Kurt's going to have, I just want you to, with, when Kurt leaves here, I'm going to tell you, he has worked
00:30:33.100 every single day since I met him, 18 to 20 hours a day for this country, non-stop. And he's spearheading
00:30:42.240 all the stuff, kind of an overseer of all the preliminary injunctions and all the stuff going on in this
00:30:47.960 country to get rid of the voting machines forever. Thank you, Kurt. Thank you.
00:30:53.120 And now everybody, what you all heard, we all seen this down in Georgia, that back in the day, this was
00:31:12.820 another thing we all got that slipped through the news. Okay, it slipped through the news. And this was
00:31:18.680 Javon Pulitzer. Welcome, Javon. Thank you, Kurt. And they, and they, and with the, I guess you can, they
00:31:25.740 will show you, this was the, whoops, let's see here. Go back here. I guess we have, do we have the video
00:31:33.920 to play it? You want to play it? I heard they didn't have the video. Oh, they don't have the video. Okay, this is
00:31:37.700 you. Why don't you tell us what you had to do at the, we've all seen this. You had to, what, hack into a machine?
00:31:44.420 You did it in real time. Tell us where you were, what happened, and how the media suppressed it.
00:31:49.620 So we've just been in Georgia. We were testifying in front of the Georgia Senate about election
00:31:53.840 integrity, that there are issues with these machines. Remember about the machines. It's kind
00:31:59.240 of like your gun at home. That's the hardware. You're the software. So if you play by software,
00:32:03.580 you can do bad things with a gun, right? Same thing with these machines. And so in testifying that
00:32:08.820 these machines weren't reading the votes properly and had issues with it, we're doing this hearing
00:32:14.900 all day long set up by Republicans. It split Republicans, Democrats. As we get a couple of
00:32:20.980 hours into the testimony showing them everything that was done, we had a team on the ground that
00:32:25.580 had already been going around Georgia checking out all of the polling locations. And in the polling
00:32:31.100 locations, there was Wi-Fi open. You could see it. Remember, if there's one door open,
00:32:36.440 you can get in. And in these polling stations were TV devices, and they were communicating
00:32:41.800 directly back to China. We could prove it, and we're showing it. So as we're discussing there...
00:32:46.660 Wait, so where? China?
00:32:47.900 China. Imagine that, right? Anyway, as we're there testifying, and my time had already gone,
00:32:54.500 my team calls me on the ground. Various people are checking this and says, hey, look, we're right
00:32:58.580 outside the courthouse. And check your screen. And on our screen, we are looking at what is
00:33:05.320 ostensibly the poll pad. Who's heard of the poll pad? Let me give its real name. It's called an
00:33:10.300 iPad. Don't you know that an iPad is a computer? Well, what we could do is one door open,
00:33:16.860 left open. Any hacker is going to walk in that door. It doesn't matter if you have a secure
00:33:20.660 building, 10 stories tall, thousands of rooms. If you leave one door open, you can get into
00:33:25.840 everything. And so what we were looking at is the poll pad. The poll pad checks in every voter...
00:33:30.260 At this hearing, that's what you were doing.
00:33:31.700 Absolutely. At this hearing, checks in. Every person, every voter knows if they voted. They
00:33:36.860 haven't voted. It's how they reconcile. Here's what you need to know about these poll pads.
00:33:41.380 6,996 of them deployed in Georgia. What they don't tell you is they're a meshed computing network.
00:33:51.080 Means if you get into one, you can get into all 6,996 of them. So now you have a supercomputer.
00:33:58.800 It's why a little bitty drone, you put them together, you can pick up a semi and fly it down
00:34:03.500 the highway. It's because it's power computing en masse by a bunch of little. So all of a sudden,
00:34:08.680 we're sitting there. We're looking at everything that you should not be looking at. So it's not a
00:34:13.400 black hack hack. It's a white hack hack. Now, even as bad as this is, while we are there testifying,
00:34:21.660 in the Fulton County Courthouse, which stores the ballots, you saw pictures of pallets of pallets of
00:34:29.060 extra ballots they should not have. In the break room were employees hiding in the break room,
00:34:38.340 running in this senatorial runoff, running ballots into the machines in a break room. But they tell you
00:34:45.540 this is the securest election ever. That should be your hint. Why did they come out before it was
00:34:50.420 all over and tell us it was secure? Because they needed to psychologically mind mess with our mind.
00:34:56.260 I'm telling you, these machines must go. It's software that does it. And if you can see anything
00:35:01.540 in the machines in any way, you can get into the system. You get into the system, you can change
00:35:06.980 anything you want in an election. Now, did you hack in right there on the stage?
00:35:11.420 Right there. What we were doing is we're sitting there in the courthouse, and then we've got teams
00:35:16.960 all around. The teams buzz me and say, hey, look, basically, we're in, and we're looking at
00:35:22.160 everything. So they notified me. The important part was here was it's not necessarily doing it,
00:35:27.320 them leaving the door open. It was that we got it on the congressional record.
00:35:31.740 Now, Georgia retaliated. Twelve hours later, I was on Rattasburg's side as a treasure hunter and
00:35:39.720 whatever, right? Sorry, I'm bad with your names. Did they attack you? What? They attacked you?
00:35:43.780 They attack and call all kinds of names. But at the second time, all of the Republicans on that
00:35:48.760 committee that brought it in to expose this were doing their job. One week later, every one of
00:35:53.520 those Republicans were removed from the election integrity committee. Did you guys hear this?
00:35:58.040 They were removed. These were legislatures. Absolutely. You know, this is early on. You all seen when
00:36:03.700 he was up there at this hearing. It slipped through the media. It might have been, who knows,
00:36:08.980 the media. We've probably seen it when the media was actually attacking you. That's when we get our
00:36:13.200 news. Absolutely. It came out mere hours later. They had to do a full front of assault to discredit
00:36:18.960 us, to discredit me, because they realized people were paying attention. And for the first time in
00:36:23.800 history, during the session talking about election integrity, you're seeing real things happen wrong
00:36:28.860 and being told about it. And that's what the system can't afford for you to know. Well, we're going to
00:36:32.760 have you on a little bit longer in this story. Jovan's going to come up here and tell you
00:36:36.680 about the Arizona audit, the famous Arizona audit, and why, how come Fox News went on TV
00:36:44.940 and said that Biden got more votes, even 12 more votes or whatever it was. He's going to
00:36:49.500 tell you why a little later in the story. Thanks, Jovan. We'll see you in a little bit.
00:36:52.380 The, um, okay. All right. Now I'm going to tell, uh, I'm going to tell, uh, my story here and get
00:37:04.320 you all up to, um, so now I'm going to tell you we've all, you know, I was given a platform by God,
00:37:12.140 uh, an extract, the American dream on steroids. Okay. And, and I, and I, but the platform I have
00:37:20.260 is all your voices. Okay. We're at the moment of truth summit here in Springfield, Missouri. We're
00:37:26.940 at the convention center. So here's, what's going to happen is that over the next two days, Mike
00:37:31.380 Lindell is, uh, now bringing up some of the top experts, lawyers, technologists to talk about how
00:37:37.740 we got here from the evening of three November, uh, all the way to now. I also hope that they
00:37:43.300 start talking about Mark Elias and what, uh, you know, the transition integrity project, Mark Elias,
00:37:49.020 these guys had game this on the mail-in ballots, uh, from the beginning. My theory of the case is
00:37:54.900 that's still the primary way we got here. One of the interesting things about the machines,
00:37:58.860 I'm not a machine guy, but they're here today over the weekend. Big part of this is machines. I
00:38:02.760 forever. It'll be, we got to take them machines out. We have to go to a France like system,
00:38:08.000 game day voting, all paper ballots, all counted by people in the community, double checked and put
00:38:13.360 up by eight or nine, 10 o'clock at night. If France can do it, the United States can do it.
00:38:17.160 We've got to go to that system. But what's interesting when they're talking about the
00:38:20.800 machines, you hear the drumbeat that this is somehow tied to the CCP. This is somehow tied to
00:38:25.920 the CCP. This also gets back to, uh, the true, the vote folks that had this presentation
00:38:31.360 and what was called the pit a couple of weeks ago in Arizona. Once again, a lot of fingers
00:38:35.980 are pointing to the Chinese communist party of having infiltrated many of the NGOs and left-wing
00:38:40.920 groups in this country, and also has a, uh, a deep embedded, uh, plant about what they're doing
00:38:46.620 with our elections. That's all going to develop. It's one of the big parts of this conference.
00:38:51.220 What's going to happen just to walk you through a logistically is that Mike Lindell is going to
00:38:55.540 continue to summarize for probably the next 30, 40 minutes. And then we're going to go into a
00:38:59.780 presentation state by state in alphabetical order. You actually get to find out how,
00:39:05.280 what the voter fraud is, what people have found out. And you're going to be shocked.
00:39:08.800 There's states like Montana. There are states like Utah. There are states like Alabama.
00:39:15.000 These are MAGA states where we win by big majorities. Guess what? There's still huge problems
00:39:20.380 in these states. So you're going to have state representatives. This is kind of the
00:39:23.340 creme de la creme, the tip of the spear, the people that are working this every day. And you see,
00:39:28.540 it's a very, uh, diffused. It's not really a Mike Lindell run operation. This is state by state
00:39:34.240 as it should be. Patriots are getting to the bottom, whether it's the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
00:39:39.140 Georgia, Arizona, these, these controversial Michigan, Wisconsin, the ones that, you know,
00:39:43.840 by rote memory, but no, there's many, many more than that, that you're going to hear from Minnesota,
00:39:48.840 New Mexico, New Hampshire. And you can see how we can start to roll up absolutely massive landslide
00:39:55.200 victories in the electoral college. So, uh, it's very important. We're going to go state by state,
00:39:59.260 the big movie, uh, tonight selection code. And then tomorrow there's going to be a religious
00:40:03.780 part in the morning. We're going to be live here, uh, with also interviews from all over the country
00:40:08.560 and also talking about the great awakening. We'll be live on real America's voice. A special war room
00:40:13.860 will be 10 AM to 12 noon Eastern daylight time tomorrow. Also Jane Zirkel. We're going to be doing
00:40:19.720 interviews throughout the day. We're going to be coming back here, maybe breaking into the, uh,
00:40:23.760 to the real American voice programming to give you updates tomorrow afternoon for six hours is
00:40:29.400 going to be the trial of the machines. People should understand we've invited the PR firms.
00:40:33.500 We invite the surrogates. We invite the lawyers. We invited dominion and their representatives to come
00:40:38.200 on war room on Monday and Tuesday, not in a confrontational, but to kind of respond to the
00:40:42.900 trial of the machines is going to happen tomorrow. You have to watch this. Mike Lindell is not just
00:40:47.000 going to have lawyers. He's really going to have technology experts to go through everything.
00:40:50.900 So that's tomorrow. And then tomorrow night from seven to nine, uh, I think central time,
00:40:55.780 we're going to have the, uh, the call to action. This is exactly what needs to happen with every
00:41:00.460 patriot out there about your involvement, about your, uh, your commitment for November eight.
00:41:05.560 This is all about the midterm. So people sitting there going, Oh, these guys are taking our
00:41:08.920 off the ball. They're talking about the past. We need to talk about the future. The future is now
00:41:13.320 we won in 2020. We did not close it. Just like in emergence and acquisitions,
00:41:17.640 you can win the deal, but you need to close the deal. We won the deal in 2020. We didn't close
00:41:23.240 the deal. We're never allowing that to happen again. We are closers. Remember ABC always be
00:41:28.860 closing. Okay. That's an overall schedule. Let's go back to the main stage. Mike Lindell walks us
00:41:34.000 through how we got here at the summit, a moment of truth in Springfield, Missouri.
00:41:38.680 Black and white TVs and the TV, we would turn them off as kids and would go down to this little
00:41:44.940 tiny dot and we'd sit and we'd turn it back on right before the dot went out. Okay. Well,
00:41:51.720 that's the day the dot almost went out on the United States. And like Ronald Reagan said,
00:41:57.320 if the lights go out here, if you go out everywhere, we're like a beacon on a hill, I think he said.
00:42:03.840 And that was the day we had to get by that day, everybody. But everybody out there had fear.
00:42:12.320 Nobody talked then. The people that weren't canceled, nobody talked. Heck, I'd call up my
00:42:16.960 friends. They wouldn't even answer the phone. You know, I'm going, what? Did I lose all my friends?
00:42:21.220 I thought Suckabuck had suppressed me on Facebook. I put up a picture and nobody liked it.
00:42:26.000 It's because they were afraid. They were in fear to be associated with Mike Lindell.
00:42:29.680 And then what happened then, by a little miracle, well, a big miracle, actually. On January 9th,
00:42:40.560 I was given a call by actually Brandon House and there was a gal on the phone named Mary Fanning.
00:42:47.620 And she had put this up on her site. She's a journalist, American Report. And you see these
00:42:54.140 here. There's about two or three more pages. And they explained everything. It was machines.
00:43:00.700 It was machines. I'm going, there's the answer. Of course it was, right?
00:43:04.840 So these are just two pages of the report. And I grabbed it. I tried to get it out, of course,
00:43:11.260 and tell everyone about it. And I couldn't get it out. No one's answered my call. I go,
00:43:17.180 I got to get it to the president. I got to get it to the president. So I go to, I get it. I finally,
00:43:24.140 after getting suppressed there, it's too, I'm going to shorten this up. It's too long to tell you.
00:43:28.560 It was a miracle. I got a meeting with him for five minutes on January 15th. I get in there and
00:43:36.100 the story, I get shooed around and shooed around. And I bring in there, I show him the evidence. I said,
00:43:40.420 by the way, it was just me and him. And there was a couple other people in there, in the, in the
00:43:46.360 office. And I said, you're only going to get five minutes. I said, Mr. President, I said, this is
00:43:52.380 evidence. This was with machines. It was with machines. And I said, by the way, I said, there's
00:43:57.900 an envelope. It was a sealed envelope. I said, lawyers gave me this envelope and said, if I could get this
00:44:02.580 meeting, they wanted me to give you this. That was sealed. Talked for a little bit. And
00:44:08.940 Robert O'Brien was sitting there and he's a, I forget what he is, but he's sitting there and he
00:44:16.660 listened to this and we actually got, I got into it with him somewhat and said, no, this is a, this
00:44:21.720 is national security. This is it. And I believe he is the head of the national security, whatever it
00:44:27.860 was. Anyway, the president said, after he looked at this and, and he gave it to Robert O'Brien and he
00:44:35.360 said, could you bring him upstairs to the lawyers and take a look at this and bring him back down and
00:44:39.860 see what we have here. So I go upstairs to the lawyers and it's a, and they open up that other
00:44:45.760 envelope and they, they, all of a sudden they give me everything back in my hand and they bring me
00:44:51.080 back downstairs to the West Wing and they, and the lady comes down, she says, we're not going to be
00:44:55.540 able to meet you today. You're going to, it's going to be two hours at minimum. And I said, I am not
00:45:00.620 leaving until that guy. And then our president tells me to leave. And, and they went back up the
00:45:07.820 stairs, went back up the stairs to the lawyers. And, and, um, and now at that point, because she
00:45:14.080 had said to her, I'm not leaving, I'm standing down there. I'm saying goodbye to a couple of secret
00:45:18.840 service guys and, you know, talking to them. It was January 15th. Well, I'll tell you the odds of
00:45:25.340 this next thing happening, which to me is a little miracle you can't believe. I, I asked the
00:45:31.860 gal to use my phone outside the West Wing. You can't do that, right? I'm getting my phone back.
00:45:37.160 She looks around, Mike is, you know, go ahead. So I go out there to call my son and my, my CO, COO of
00:45:45.540 my pillow. And I go out there to call him. And remember, I have the papers in my hands on it. To this
00:45:51.060 day, I've never read them. Okay. Well, y'all remember this famous picture. Okay. That picture
00:45:58.660 was taken from a quarter mile away by the Washington Post, some guy at the Washington Post.
00:46:04.500 And I stood out and I stood there and I watched, I'm on the phone with my son and I look up and
00:46:10.280 there, here's a people coming over the hill, like Buffalo running. All the media is running over the
00:46:16.600 hill. It looked like just a herd. There was, you know, 50 of them tripping with their cameras,
00:46:22.240 you know, and they go right up to the White House. They go, stop right in front of the White House.
00:46:27.580 They can't go any further. And I'm standing there and there's the Marine that's standing there.
00:46:31.340 And I'm on the phone. I go, I got to go. This is kind of weird. So I hang up with my son and I said,
00:46:36.800 and I turned to the media and I said, would y'all like me to answer questions? Yes, they're all going
00:46:41.920 crazy. I said, you know what? I changed my mind. I said, you all find something real nice to write
00:46:46.120 about me. I went back in the White House. Okay. I get back in the White House and I didn't know
00:46:51.540 that picture was taken. At that moment in time, they came and got me, brought me upstairs and
00:46:55.740 met with me for a little bit and said, yeah, we'll get back to you on that. And I went back
00:47:00.320 downstairs. I said, I'm not leaving. I got, they said, no, you have to leave. Now those papers,
00:47:05.040 you know, gone, but they, you know, like I say, I've never read those papers. By the way,
00:47:08.720 those are the papers that said, what on there? If you, if you mean, martial law. That was the
00:47:13.700 opened up from them lawyers. Right. And then it also said, if you see in there, Kurt Olson,
00:47:18.060 that's all, that's all Kurt. Can you imagine Kurt sitting in his house going, his friends
00:47:22.680 are going, what do you got? The, my pillows guy's got martial law papers at the White House
00:47:26.180 and your name's on them. You know? So I, then they, uh, and Kurt's going, he's telling his
00:47:31.860 wife, I don't know. I don't even know the guy. He's got a good pillow. Right. And, um, so
00:47:38.520 as I'm heading across the road, I left there and I was felt all defeated. And I called up
00:47:46.300 my good friend, Ben Carson. And I said, Ben, I said, I didn't get done what needed to be
00:47:51.740 done. I said, they, they shooed me out of there. And I said, um, um, and he said more words
00:47:58.820 to me at that moment in time. He said, well, Mike, maybe, maybe these dates don't mean nothing
00:48:04.180 to God here. November 3rd, December 14th, January 6th, January 20th. He says, this is
00:48:10.000 all going to be on God's plan, whatever that plan is. He gave me a piece, right? He gave
00:48:15.680 me a piece at that moment. And, and I got off the phone with him and there was 12 of us.
00:48:22.100 We went over into, I think it was Virginia to eat and, and, uh, there was, we were sitting
00:48:26.220 at the table. My daughter, at that moment in time, she sent me that picture. It was all
00:48:31.760 over the world news. Number one in the world. Um, dad, get out of there. What are you doing?
00:48:36.960 And I'm looked down and go, remember, this is nine days after January 6th and you're running
00:48:42.480 around the White House with martial law papers, right? It's not a good thing. But I looked
00:48:49.000 at Kendra, I looked at Kendra and I showed her and it wasn't one of those, I've had stuff
00:48:54.500 happen to me all my life. I've had guns to my head, sores to my throat, if you read my
00:48:58.600 book. But this one was different. It was like where I didn't, my blood didn't go cold
00:49:03.680 out of fear. It was almost like, wow. We both looked at, we said, this was meant to be because
00:49:08.800 there's something coming good out of this. And it was so significant that they, we both,
00:49:15.160 I, the media started calling me. The first one that called was, um, um, I called, it was
00:49:20.300 Jim Acosta. They're all calling. Every bad media outlet's got my phone. Every journalist
00:49:23.920 in the country's got my direct phone. I don't use a publicist. They call me, they haven't called
00:49:29.020 the last three weeks, by the way, all you bad media watching. You know, why aren't you talking
00:49:33.320 now, journalists? Jim Acosta. So here, the first one, I called one of the papers in D.C., I think
00:49:39.000 it was the Washington Examiner or one of them, that's a semi in the middle or whatever. And I
00:49:44.780 called them up and told them the real story that I was bringing evidence there. And those papers
00:49:49.860 weren't mine, the martial arts. I started just telling them, do you hear about China? Did you
00:49:53.120 hear about attack? Did you hear about these machines? And I started that narrative telling
00:49:57.560 them the truth. Well, Jim Acosta's beeping in. I get back, I go, Jim, I'm on the phone
00:50:01.860 with the real reporter. You're going to, you want to hold? He goes, yeah, I'll hold. He held
00:50:05.420 for 26 minutes. Okay. Now from that day, from that day forward, my days consisted every single
00:50:14.820 day from the morning I woke up to the morning, night I went to bed of attacks by the media
00:50:20.480 from around the world. My companies were attacked. And as you all know, this started happening.
00:50:26.580 All these businesses started dropping my pillow. My vendors were attacked. I was attacked everywhere.
00:50:33.060 A second grade teacher in school, you know, everywhere. It didn't matter who they were attacked
00:50:38.240 by what? And every time they attacked me that the media, the left, the media attacked and
00:50:43.240 they called me up and they go, you know, Mike, you lost, uh, you lost Kohl's today. They
00:50:47.800 canceled you or bed, bathroom, beyond. I'm going, did you hear about China? Did you hear
00:50:51.560 about Dominion? Did you hear about these companies? Did you hear about our country? You
00:50:56.880 know, I don't care about this. I want to, that got to the point where I was whole, I spaced
00:51:01.240 them out each day so I could stay in the news. You know, it didn't matter. My company didn't
00:51:06.520 matter because if I, if we lose our country, my company's gone anyway. And I, you know,
00:51:11.280 and that's it. And, and I, and I dove into that and my, and by the grace of God, my employees
00:51:18.260 just said, you know, instead of saying, what are you doing? We had been through attacks
00:51:21.360 before, but nothing on this level, nothing like this in history. I did, you know, that
00:51:26.740 we're attacked. Now they, um, that stores dropped. This is the, this is the news that
00:51:33.540 came out then as they're dropping. Stores dropped my pillow after he pushes the, like, like the
00:51:37.960 stores are okay to do this, right? I didn't care. Then the media, they would call me for
00:51:42.800 that, right? And now I'm going to show you, then we get to the Twitter when they banned
00:51:47.600 the Twitter of my pillow. Now let me tell you about that, you guys. I ran out, the news
00:51:52.740 quit attacking me or did, or they laid low for like two days. And I go, how could I get
00:51:56.980 back in the news? I need to get back in the news. I got to get this to the world. So I
00:52:02.020 laid in bed and I had already lost my personal Twitter and I go, it was 1230 at night. They
00:52:07.300 hadn't called me for a couple of days. And, uh, I said, and I started using my, my pillow
00:52:12.140 Twitter, just antagonizing Jack Dorsey, Jack Dorsey, at Jack. Here's what at Jack did when
00:52:17.880 he took down my Twitter. They had wrote a nice article about my recovery network. That
00:52:21.880 was the last thing ever posted on Twitter. So, and Jack wouldn't take it down and I needed
00:52:26.540 to get some sleep. It's like 1215 at night. And at 1230, I kept antagonizing the
00:52:31.440 bots and trolls that go, take him down, Jack. He can't be using my pillow. He's been banned.
00:52:36.360 Well, finally, I said, add Jack. We look, we know you were in on this and we look forward
00:52:41.560 to the day you're behind bars. And, and boy, old Jack took it down, right? So that morning
00:52:48.640 it's the number one news story in the world. Okay. Mike Lindell's my pillow. First time
00:52:53.840 it happened to a company, my pillow. So my pillow loses their Twitter. Now we'll go
00:53:00.820 through, um, permanently suspended from Twitter. Now I'm going to show you what
00:53:06.320 happened. And I want to tell you right now, here's what happened during that time,
00:53:11.020 which I didn't understand. All these box stores are canceling me and everyone's
00:53:15.880 talking about cancel culture. But the media out there over here, the good media would
00:53:23.180 not have me on to say why I was canceled. They want me to get on there and talk about
00:53:28.820 cancel culture. Oh, it's bad to cancel culture. Don't you care about our country
00:53:32.960 that we got to get rid of the machines and that these things happen? And this is
00:53:36.680 why they wouldn't let me say why I was got canceled in the first place. So this
00:53:41.740 happens. You might all remember this one. Okay. Let's play this tape.
00:53:46.060 Can you guys play? So what happened? What, what happened with your Twitter account and the
00:53:55.480 company page? Well, first mine was taken down because we have all the election fraud with these
00:54:02.020 Dominion machines. We have a hundred percent proof. And then I, when they took it down, uh,
00:54:07.120 Mike, Mike, I, and then I put it back up. My personal, I put it, it was Mike. Thank you very
00:54:13.400 much. Mike, Mike, I, you're talking about machines, uh, that, that we at Newsmax have not been able to
00:54:20.040 verify any of, uh, those kinds of allegations. We just want to let people know that there's nothing
00:54:26.420 substantive that we've seen. And let me read you something there. While there were some clear
00:54:31.420 evidence of some cases of vote fraud. Okay. Uh, you hear a big round of applause there. Mike
00:54:40.340 Lindell is telling his story about how he was shut down by social media. We're here. Real
00:54:44.440 America's voice. You're in the war room. We're wrapping up our coverage of the first day. This
00:54:48.960 is the tee off of how we actually got here. I want to put on screen. We've been able to get from,
00:54:53.700 uh, from the Lindell team and the sponsors, actually the, uh, order of battle of what's going to happen
00:54:58.620 the rest of the day. You can see your state up there. I strongly recommend that everybody watch
00:55:03.300 all of them. You're going to be absolutely shocked by what's going on state by state,
00:55:06.960 but the thing that's going to give you the most, uh, the, the thing that's going to give you the
00:55:11.020 most, uh, uh, uh, enthusiasm is what is the quality of the teams, the quality of teams in a state by
00:55:16.400 state basis. This is the summit. We're going to go through the rest of the day today. Real
00:55:20.780 America's voice to be cutting in and out of, uh, of their coverage. We'll be up on getter
00:55:25.020 live. Jane Zirk will be out doing interviews. It's kind of the who's who of the election integrity
00:55:30.340 movement here in Springfield, Missouri at the Springfield convention center for the moment of
00:55:35.040 truth summit. When we're going to put up on our getter account, uh, that, which is going to be
00:55:39.960 the order of battle. It's the order of battle is going to be how we're going to go through the entire
00:55:43.780 all 50 States. They're obviously going to spend more time on some of the most controversial
00:55:47.960 battleground States, but every state is going to be there. And you're going to be absolutely
00:55:51.480 shocked about what you see tomorrow morning. We're going to be live back here for a special
00:55:56.200 Sunday morning war room from 10 to noon. I think we've only done this a couple of times in the
00:56:01.040 impeachment. We did it once with, uh, with Bobby Kennedy jr. And the team, when they had that rally
00:56:05.660 at the, uh, at the, uh, at the national mall and the Lincoln Memorial, we're going to be live here
00:56:10.860 tomorrow from 10 a.m. to noon, Eastern daylight time. We're going to have a combination of interviews.
00:56:16.220 We're also going to go to the main stage tomorrow morning for the spiritual services. We're going to
00:56:20.700 talk about the great away, great awakening. We're going to leave the coverage here and turn it back
00:56:25.180 over to real America's voice. They're going to be coming back in and out. Getter's got it live.
00:56:28.920 You can watch this. And what you see right now is Mike Lindell is given his story about how we got
00:56:33.440 here. We're going to cut in probably the next 30 minutes to the state by state basis. I want to
00:56:38.260 thank everybody. And also all the candidates in New York and Florida. Remember two massive primaries
00:56:44.180 on, uh, on Tuesday, particularly for the MAGA movement, the MAGA candidates are insurgent.
00:56:48.980 These candidates have almost no money, but you see both in, uh, in Florida and in New York,
00:56:53.980 there's a surging right now. We can have another clean sweep like we had in Arizona the other day.
00:56:58.620 So I really want to thank, I want to thank real America's voice, Harry, our producer,
00:57:02.080 all the team that put on such a great show at CPAC. They're here helping us. This is the moment of
00:57:07.460 truth summit. It's live at Springfield, Missouri. This is Mike Lindell. It's kind of the follow on to
00:57:12.880 the cyber symposium yesterday. We're going to take a short commercial break. We return with Lance
00:57:17.960 Wall. Now we're going to be up on getter. We'll be back here on real America's voice
00:57:21.720 for a special edition of war room, war room, Sunday morning, tomorrow morning, 10 AM to 12 noon.
00:57:27.760 We'll see you back here tomorrow.
00:57:31.520 The games you want to bring it on and now we'll fight to the end. Just watch and see. It's all
00:57:39.200 started. Everything's begun. And you are over. Cause we're taking down the CCP.
00:57:49.140 Spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till they're all gone.
00:57:53.440 We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
