00:00:00.000 All sounds melodramatic until you have the head of the FBI saying we're facing unprecedented threats
00:00:05.600 and people that I know, people that I've known my entire life are texting me and talking about
00:00:12.600 replacing the U.S. government, talking about civil war. And you go, what's wrong with you?
00:00:19.880 And they say the IRS agents are coming with AR-15s and they're coming to our doors and
00:00:25.100 they're going to kill us or they're saying the FBI is coming to raid our house and take our guns away
00:00:31.520 from us. These are the lies that have been spread not by this is what's so disturbing, not by back
00:00:37.240 benchers. These lies have been spread by Chuck Grassley, by Kevin McCarthy, by top news hosts at
00:00:48.080 Fox News. This is not Infowars. This is mainstream pro Trump rhetoric. And they are deliberately
00:00:58.840 trying to get Americans to a position of of of of where they'll do harm to IRS agents.
00:01:06.560 Can you imagine? Can you imagine? I just want to say I just I don't. Do I have the quote here?
00:01:12.500 I think I saved the quote in my iPad. Can you imagine? Chuck Grassley talking about the IRS
00:01:21.060 having a strike force quote that goes in with AR-15s already loaded, ready to shoot some small
00:01:28.760 business people. A top Fox News host saying that the IRS is coming to, quote, hunt down and kill
00:01:36.920 middle class taxpayers. I want to get to the affidavit. I want to get to the affidavit that
00:01:50.840 we are talking about people who are deliberately trying to gen up a civil war and their followers
00:01:58.160 are actually going along with it. And I know this because they're my family members and they're
00:02:05.580 lifelong Republicans and they're people who used to be Reagan conservatives talking about civil war
00:02:13.320 and a guy that you and I both have known for a long time. I'm not saying his name, telling me very,
00:02:19.300 very smugly a couple of days ago, well, you know, the U.S. government's not sacrosanct. The U.S.
00:02:24.620 government can be replaced. It's incredible that we've gotten to this point. One of our two major
00:02:31.020 parties is now an angry populist anti-government party. Its members are aroused by the idea that
00:02:40.300 the government is the enemy. They talk about FBI officers who serve in the line of fire as government
00:02:46.160 gangsters. The Gestapo. The corrupt cops. These are the people who for generations, since I can
00:02:54.100 remember the FBI, were defended primarily by Republicans. It was liberals who criticized the
00:02:59.560 FBI. Now we have a party that that wants to take apart this administrative apparatus of our of our
00:03:06.060 country. And it is scary because this this group, this this populist movement that's taken over the
00:03:12.460 Republican Party seems to believe in physical intimidation. If we frighten you, we'll back you
00:03:17.920 up. They've learned that through through their actions over over the last few years. The only hope
00:03:24.380 you and I have talked about this so often on the show lies with sensible Republicans, people like the
00:03:31.340 ones that we've seen in the January six hearings, the Republicans who stood up, the former Attorney
00:03:36.980 General Bill Barr, former White House counsel, Pat Cipollone, hold a list of other people who at
00:03:43.200 considerable personal risk, stood up and said what Trump is doing was not right. I couldn't I couldn't
00:03:49.540 abide it. I won't abide it. The Republican state election officials around the country, the people in
00:03:55.140 Georgia who were who were running this investigation, who said we won't do it, who stood up to the
00:04:01.460 intimidators. If those people begin to buckle, then we're really in trouble. And that's that's our I think, Joe,
00:04:07.700 our last best. Well, so you raise I mean, there's a bunch of different explanations, but you raise one
00:04:12.280 possibility that this may be more about the president's former president's personality than
00:04:16.960 anything else. It could be. And he was certainly known as somebody who liked to show things off.
00:04:21.460 He liked to show off the accoutrements of being president. Tchotchkes, you would call them.
00:04:25.100 When he was when he was a businessman, he had tchotchkes in the in some corner of his office.
00:04:30.340 Shaquille O'Neill's giant shoe. He would show off a lot to visitors and it was always the same tour.
00:04:35.400 He liked showing off these Kim Jong-un letters when he was president. People would come to the Oval Office,
00:04:40.480 reporters, you know, visiting dignitaries, you name it. And he would wave them around. And we know that
00:04:47.140 at least some of those were among the items that were at Mar-a-Lago. So that's one possibility.
00:04:52.560 We know that he was telling advisers when he was resisting giving these things back, you know,
00:04:57.200 they're mine. It's mine and so forth. So that's always one possibility. The other is that he,
00:05:02.160 you know, sees and one other is that he sees some advantage and whether that is something that makes
00:05:07.220 him seem aggrandized or bigger, or whether it's that he could see it as leverage of some kind.
00:05:13.300 You know, you have to consider that possibility. There's a lot we still don't know. But Trump
00:05:18.880 throughout his presidency acted as if there was no difference between himself and the government
00:05:23.000 and his company. It was all one big brand. OK, so let's talk about what happened in court today
00:05:27.620 with this affidavit. So publicly, as you all know, President Trump and his team on social media
00:05:34.360 have demanded that the affidavit be made publicly. And then something strange happened in court,
00:05:39.080 George. The lawyers for President Trump didn't say anything about wanting it to be made public.
00:05:46.200 The cat had her tongue. Not strange at all. Why? Why is that not on?
00:05:50.720 They're being three-faced about it. Not two-faced, but three-faced about it.
00:05:53.920 What is that? There are three faces here going on. One is they'd love to see the document. Trump would
00:05:59.460 love to see the document. His lawyers would love to see the document because they want to know who's
00:06:04.560 ratting on him. Secondly, they don't want you to see the document or you or you or me to see the
00:06:10.680 document because we'll point out what the evidence is, that this is just a mountain of evidence against
00:06:16.640 them. And thirdly, they want to create an issue for the base and the people they're bilking of money
00:06:21.600 by raising, by using, gazing on these fundraising emails. They want to say, see, they're hiding
00:06:26.160 something. So that's, those are the three things that are going on at once. And that explains why
00:06:32.280 you had the lawyer in the back of the room saying nothing and, and, and why they keep saying,
00:06:38.940 oh, we need to see this. We need to see this.
00:06:40.580 Okay. Uh, it is a Friday, 19 August, the year of our Lord, 2022. We know that sometimes, well,
00:06:49.020 I don't think it gets on your nerves as much as it used to. The reason we do the highlight reel of the,
00:06:53.460 uh, of MSNBC and of course CNN is we know that you don't watch it for good reasons. So our team
00:06:59.120 does, and we try to slow it down, but that's, this is 24 hours a day of what they're bombarding
00:07:04.180 right now, civil war, but David Ignatius gets to it. It's not the American government. We're there to
00:07:08.960 deconstruct and take apart the administrative state tonight at six o'clock for one hour. I think we have
00:07:14.960 Dr. Peter McCullough. We have Dr. Robert Malone. We have Naomi Wolf. We had Ed Dowd. We have Dr.
00:07:21.420 Harvey Risch from Yale. Uh, we're going to go through the deconstruction of the CDC. The CDC
00:07:26.400 just put out a, uh, a, uh, memo the other day, a report saying that they had done such a horrific
00:07:31.320 job. It was supposed to be such a slam report yet. They still called for more money, more resources,
00:07:35.860 more centralized control. That is a big part of the, uh, biomedical, uh, administrative state. And it is
00:07:43.420 now in complete siege by guess what? The, uh, the MAGA hobbits. And, uh, and they know that that's
00:07:51.200 why morning Joe, remember morning Joe is the consensus opinion. It's the common wisdom of the
00:07:56.560 establishment. That's why they're in such. That's why they, that's why they're pearl clutching 24 70.
00:08:01.820 They brought in David Ignatius, the reporter and, um, and columnist for the Washington post today
00:08:05.980 to talk about that. Uh, we got a lot to get to, uh, about this civil war. They threw out the name
00:08:11.240 Chuck Grassley. I said, no, this is not even, this is not even, you know, info wars is not warm. It's
00:08:16.220 not the crazy crazies. This is actually established from people like Chuck Grassley. They did say that
00:08:21.120 their final line of defense is sensible Republicans, sensible Republicans is controlled opposition.
00:08:29.180 They're the ones like Joe Scarborough. Oh, we want tax cuts. We want limited government. They want
00:08:33.180 all these bromides, these kinds of airy fairy fantasies that are not going to happen. You're not
00:08:38.700 going to happen when you have $2 trillion every year of discretionary spending. You can't pay for
00:08:43.140 there's no more tax cuts. The government's now a Leviathan. It's not the, it's not the government
00:08:48.540 that we're going after. It is the administrative state, the American estate that is what this
00:08:55.060 Leviathan has been built up over many, many decades. It's anti-democratic, uh, impervious to elections.
00:09:01.520 That is the permanent, permanent bureaucracy that controls your life in every aspects of it. It has
00:09:07.360 turned the historic and renowned and revered FBI into a Gestapo like jackbooted police force. And yes,
00:09:14.900 we're defunding the law and order party is going to defund, uh, and deconstruct and dissolve the
00:09:21.640 federal Bureau of investigation. That's going to happen. Rasmussen poll out yesterday, 53% and we
00:09:25.780 ain't even got started yet folks. So understand that they're in the, what you're hearing is a cry for
00:09:32.540 help by the mainstream media left. I want to bring in Mike Davis. Now, first off, Mike, I want to
00:09:37.440 bring, I want to ask you about your former boss, Chuck Grassley, and correct me if I'm wrong. Chuck
00:09:42.880 Grassley heads, what I've always loved, he heads the Judiciary Committee. He's not a lawyer. He's kind of
00:09:48.540 done this with this Iowa, uh, heart of the country, uh, farmer mentality, kind of the, the, the, the, the heart.
00:09:56.640 It's the reason we start the, the presidential process in Iowa, right? The folks out there have
00:10:01.300 just amazing common sense and great values. Uh, tell us about Grassley and now they're charging
00:10:06.660 Chuck Grassley is the most radical of all they're going, they're targeting Grassley like nobody's
00:10:11.520 business. Uh, Mike Davis. So Chuck Grassley is my former boss. He's the top Republican on the Senate
00:10:17.260 judiciary. He was the chairman when Republicans were in control. He'll be the chairman again of
00:10:21.920 Republican state control in January. Like you said, he's a former, he's been in the Senate for,
00:10:28.380 uh, a long time since 1980, uh, 40 years. Uh, but he's never, he's never let DC get to him. He goes
00:10:36.300 home to Iowa almost every weekend. He visits all 99 counties of Iowa every year. And I'm from Iowa.
00:10:43.560 My family's back in Iowa. Iowans love Chuck Grassley because he's, he has Iowa common sense,
00:10:48.900 right? And, um, he, he's been a critic of the FBI for decades, going back to the raid at Ruby Ridge.
00:10:57.920 Uh, he's long called for, um, major reform, structural reforms at the FBI. And this nonsense,
00:11:05.240 the, this nonsense that the left is doing, that they know that they screwed up badly. They know
00:11:11.240 that they've weaponized and politicized our FBI and intelligence community, the deep state,
00:11:17.880 which is a subset of the administrative state. They know they've done this. And so they're on
00:11:22.800 defense and what they're doing right now on defense is they're, they're making it sound like
00:11:27.200 Republicans, Trump supporters are going after the rank and file FBI agents. And that's just not the
00:11:33.120 case. We are going after their structure. We are going after the political leadership. We're going
00:11:38.000 after attorney general, Eric Garland, deputy attorney general, uh, Lisa Monaco, uh, FBI director,
00:11:45.520 Chris Ray, assistant attorney general for the criminal division, Ken Polite, assistant attorney
00:11:50.520 general for the national security division, Matt Olson, um, and the U S attorneys, the politically
00:11:56.820 appointed U S attorneys in these key offices like DC. These are the political officials who have
00:12:03.180 weaponized and politicized our FBI. And that is just wrong. We cannot have a, we cannot have a
00:12:10.200 weaponized, politicized FBI. That's not sustainable as a country. It's going to rip our country apart.
00:12:15.820 And so they're, that that's, that's the political dispute. This is not against law enforcement. This
00:12:21.620 is not against the rank and file. That's just pure nonsense. When you talk about the rank and file,
00:12:27.580 Jim Jordan's talking about 14, um, whistleblowers that come forward. Isn't it for the rank and file
00:12:33.060 though, to start to come forward, uh, and let, and let people know they're getting illegal orders and
00:12:38.360 they won't follow these orders. Isn't it, isn't it imperative, uh, that the rank and file have to
00:12:43.260 start coming forward? Like, look, you've got 14 whistleblowers right now. We need more people in
00:12:48.120 the DOJ and particularly more, uh, special agents and field agents for the FBI to start coming forward
00:12:53.940 and talk about the polarization and do it through proper channels, do it to Grassley, do it to Jim
00:12:57.740 Jordan. Yeah. I mean, so Chuck Grassley has long been a champion for the whistleblowers. He's long
00:13:04.600 been a champion for the inspector general around the government. He's the one who blew open the
00:13:09.500 Russian collusion, uh, hoax from, uh, from the Clinton, uh, Clinton, uh, Obama Biden regime.
00:13:16.600 So you should contact his office. The, uh, the Lisa Raga, uh, is, is the, uh, is the, uh, chief counsel
00:13:25.140 for oversight and investigations in Grassley's office. FBI agents who want to blow the whistle
00:13:30.000 on the weaponization and politicization of the FBI should contact Chuck Grassley's office.
00:13:36.400 And they, they always protect, uh, competences that they'll never reveal your name. And they've
00:13:43.380 done this for decades. So people should absolutely call Chuck Grassley's office within the FBI or the
00:13:48.060 broader intel community. If you're, if you're seeing misconduct by anyone, uh, particularly
00:13:54.660 you're seeing the, the weaponization of the deep state. Mike, hang on for one second. I want to,
00:14:01.260 we're going to take a short commercial break. I want to bring you back and talk about George
00:14:04.120 Conway's, uh, comments about what's going on in the courts, uh, down in Florida around Mar-a-Lago.
00:14:09.680 But look, some of this is actually noise. That's why Mike and I are all over it. And we've got other
00:14:15.560 team, you know, with Boris and the team, the signal is the Southern border. We're going to have
00:14:20.120 Todd Benzman on with the July numbers are out. Guess what? Another record. That's the signal
00:14:26.000 they're trying to, they're trying to do a misdirection play here. We're going to get to all
00:14:29.120 of it in the war room, take a short commercial break. Mike Davis from article three, Todd Benzman
00:14:33.180 from the center on immigration studies. Also the Los Angeles times reporting what the war room has
00:14:38.780 been all over for a couple of weeks. There's a cartel war on the Northern border of Mexico.
00:14:43.660 all next in the war room. You know, it's never good when your nation's supposed authority on
00:15:04.080 economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation. Now, treasury
00:15:11.080 secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large
00:15:16.420 shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that
00:15:21.500 affected our economy badly that I didn't at the time fully understand. End quote. You know
00:15:29.140 who understands the real threat of inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch

00:16:23.580 Tone, we have to deal with the rhetoric. And, you know, I agree with you, but it's not really
00:16:29.900 rhetoric we can deal with. I mean, you have millions of people tuning into a propaganda
00:16:33.440 network every night. And then, as if that were not bad enough, that's an extremist network itself,
00:16:38.800 you have these fringe pop-up outlets, you know, from OWN to Newsmax. Then you have the social media
00:16:47.200 component. That train has left the station. There is no let's deal with the rhetoric. At this point,
00:16:52.160 I do think we have to have serious conversations around preparing for actual violence. People keep
00:16:57.920 saying a civil war is coming. I would say a civil war is here. And I don't mean to be hyperbolic. We
00:17:02.640 can look at what has happened just in the past week alone, since all this has happened. We've had
00:17:06.220 two people try to declare war with FBI field offices. I don't think, at this point, we're going
00:17:11.220 to all pack up our bags and go home and sing kumbaya. Okay, welcome back. What you have to
00:17:18.760 understand is this is 24-7. This is what's being a civil war is here. I know you folks don't watch it
00:17:25.640 because you have a life to live, or you're tuning into other alternative media like ourselves, or maybe
00:17:30.540 you're watching Tucker Carlson, or maybe other aspects of Fox, of which they're saying, hey, an extremist
00:17:35.920 network. But 24-7 on MSNBC particularly. A lot on CNN, but that's getting cleaned up somewhat. And you can
00:17:44.880 tell the anchors that are under real pressure to try to not be as over the top as MSNBC is off the
00:17:49.640 chain. And it's 24-7 telling their people, you white Christian nationalists, you reactionary
00:17:57.920 Hispanics, you, you know, they call every African-American, of course, President Trump and
00:18:03.940 Uncle Tom, that you are all part of a cult. You're too dumb. I mean, the way they talk to over half of
00:18:10.180 the American people is pretty shocking. You're so stupid. You're cult members. You're in a trance,
00:18:15.380 and you're just, it's our, and the civil war is here. You got morning, Joe, in the morning, hey,
00:18:19.680 we're preparing for civil war, all this hot rhetoric, and others, the civil war is here.
00:18:23.800 We are taking apart the administrative state. We're, you know, we understand you don't like that. That's
00:18:29.640 where your powers come from, the Federal Reserve to basically print money to fund you guys, which
00:18:33.840 are stopping that. And that you have this administrative state that's in every aspect of our lives,
00:18:38.260 big tech, big media, big pharma, and other aspects of the corporatists that essentially
00:18:44.960 are in business, every one of them in business with the Chinese Communist Party, with the CCP.
00:18:48.940 We're taking that apart. Yep. We're taking it apart. And you see it every day. They know they're
00:18:53.100 losing. That's where they're getting more frantic and more hysterical. Do you think on this show,
00:18:57.960 if we were talking as hyperbolic as they are every day, that would be all media matters and media
00:19:03.120 would put up? Bannon's lost his mind. Listen to the hysteria from Morning Joe, their first show in
00:19:09.000 the morning, all the way into late at night, MSNBC. And of course, you get it in the Washington Post
00:19:13.620 and the New York Times. What used to be reporting is now continually all this, that there's a civil
00:19:18.860 war that's here. There's a civil war that's here. The reason they're saying that is that they can't
00:19:23.740 beat us at the polls. We're winning everywhere. This is an ascendant populist movement. And they know
00:19:29.380 that. That's what they're saying. Oh, it's so anti-democratic. And yet every time you look
00:19:32.420 around, it's another blowout. And what is David Ignatius, who's kind of the font of the conventional
00:19:38.200 wisdom, right? When you want to see conventional wisdom, go read David Ignatius. What does he say?
00:19:43.120 We need these sensible Republicans. What he means there's controlled opposition. We need sensible
00:19:47.620 Republicans. They're our last lines of defense. Hey, bro, your sensible Republican last line of
00:19:53.380 defense just got crushed in Wyoming in the biggest turnout in 132 years of the state being
00:19:59.300 around or 112 years of the state being around. It's not going to happen. MAGA's ascendant. This
00:20:05.460 inclusive nationalism and participatory populism is the wave of the future. And because we're focused
00:20:09.960 on the important things, you know, Mike Davis is here to help us deal with this nonsense in this
00:20:15.520 misdirection play in Mar-a-Lago to try to take out President Trump politically. But we're going to get
00:20:19.860 to that. We've got Todd Benzman coming on to talk about the cartel wars and the invasion in the
00:20:25.580 southern border. We have Ben Harnwell coming on talking about, guess what? The Ukrainian people
00:20:30.140 are turning against Zelensky because of his lies and misrepresentations. Then we got Joe Allen. Joe
00:20:35.940 Allen ain't doing transhumanism today. He's going to do the predicate to transhumanism. What's your
00:20:40.180 Ivy League schools? MIT, Yale, Harvard are doing on gender ideology. You will be absolutely shocked
00:20:48.140 and stunned. That's all signal. That's where they want to take this country. And we're not
00:20:52.700 allowing it to happen. And they're saying it's a civil war. No, actually it's called democracy
00:20:57.780 and you're losing, right? And you can clutch your pearls all you want. You understand you're going
00:21:02.740 to strike out. This thing's going to be, you're going to strike out at people. We got that.
00:21:06.520 We understand that. That's where we're prepared and we're working hard every day, but you're getting
00:21:10.840 blown out at the polls. You're going to get a democracy suppository on 8th November, the year of
00:21:17.000 2022. Mike Davis, you just heard more of the hyperbole and hysteria coming out against people
00:21:23.140 like your former boss, Chuck Grassley, and the folks you work with. But I want to go to George
00:21:27.380 Conway's, you know, this whole thing about why does it take, why does it take, why did it take
00:21:33.760 Merrick Garland three weeks and so urgent the nation's security was in the balance, was in the
00:21:41.040 balance that you had to do a home raid? Why did he, why did he go Hamlet on us and had to take three
00:21:45.940 weeks as he tells the Washington Post, leaks to the Washington Post, took three weeks of
00:21:50.300 really soul searching, you know, to the depths of himself as a judge to come to the decision
00:21:54.980 here. And now they need a week to redact a 17 page document that, that you could do with
00:22:00.920 a couple of professionals. What over lunch? Mike Davis.
00:22:04.900 Yeah. So they, the, the attorney general said it took weeks for him to deliberate on this decision,
00:22:09.760 whether, whether to order this unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful home raid of a former
00:22:14.380 president who happens to be the political enemy of his boss. And I'm thinking during this several
00:22:19.980 week period time that you had, because, you know, we, we heard that Trump had the nuclear
00:22:24.060 launch codes or nuclear documents, but apparently that's, that's obviously nonsense. As if you look
00:22:29.460 at the inventory, there aren't few, few documents on there for few classification documents. So he
00:22:33.980 clearly didn't have nuclear documents, but during this week, the several week periods that
00:22:39.260 Merrick Garland had to deliberate, why didn't he go to the office of legal counsel at the justice
00:22:44.740 department, OLC, which is the de facto general counsel for the justice department and get an
00:22:50.620 opinion from them, whether this raid was legal, including whether it was constitutional. And I
00:22:56.760 think that the answer is that Merrick Garland didn't, but knew that he would not like the answer
00:23:02.240 that OLC gave them because it is clearly an unlawful raid. And it is an unlawful raid for three different
00:23:08.720 reasons. Number one, president Trump had the absolute constitutional authority to declassify
00:23:14.320 any record he wanted in any manner he wanted. He didn't have to jump through any bureaucrats
00:23:18.520 hoops or any, or any congressional hoops. And that was confirmed by a 1988 case by the Supreme
00:23:23.360 Court, Department of Navy versus Eagan. Number two, there was a 2012 case with Bill Clinton's
00:23:29.440 tapes in his sock drawer that John Solomon had just the news broke. It was an Obama appointee
00:23:35.200 who ruled in 2012 against Judicial Watch that President Clinton had the sole statutory authority
00:23:44.080 to determine whether these were presidential records, which go to the archives, belong to
00:23:49.020 the government, but then get sent right back to the library, or these were personal records
00:23:53.000 that belonged to the president. They're not government property. And this Obama judge said
00:23:57.820 it's the president's sole discretion under the Presidential Records Act to determine whether
00:24:02.520 their presidential records were personal. So if President Trump declassified these records,
00:24:07.880 there's no longer an Espionage Act violation. If he said that these records are personal,
00:24:12.860 there's no longer any violation of destruction or alteration of government records. And so what's
00:24:19.580 left is obstruction. Well, you can't, as a matter of law, you can't obstruct an investigation
00:24:26.440 of non-crime. So there is nothing left for the Biden Justice Department to pursue here. Number two,
00:24:32.080 this judge is biased. We've shown that. He recused from President Trump's lawsuit against Hillary Clinton
00:24:37.880 just on June 22nd, seven weeks ago. He also had that 2017 Facebook post that showed that he clearly
00:24:46.000 has animus toward President Trump personally and his integrity. And number three, as a matter of law,
00:24:51.100 this home raid was not necessary. They could have done this through less intrusive means.
00:25:01.580 The former president has staff. The staff has security clearances. So does President Trump.
00:25:06.440 They have office space. They have lawyers. It is routine for former presidents to negotiate
00:25:11.300 with the bureaucrats at the National Archives on these records, whether they're personal
00:25:15.620 or their presidential records. So this judge, this magistrate judge knows that he screwed up here
00:25:22.240 by authorizing this four-year fishing expedition of all of President Trump's records from the White
00:25:28.120 House. And now with these redactions, they're going to cover it up. This magistrate judge has the same
00:25:33.500 incentive as the Biden Justice Department to cover up their tracks here, what they did here,
00:25:38.420 their unlawful actions here. And what President Trump should do, have his lawyers move for a rule
00:25:44.400 41G motion under the federal rules of criminal procedure to get this property returned. And
00:25:50.420 as part of that motion, you can tee up and argue and get decided all these legal issues I've just
00:25:55.680 laid out. Amen. This is what you should have been. Right there is the answer. That's Mike Davis going
00:26:01.680 on offense. Real quickly, the great Maggie Haberman won a Pulitzer Prize for her coverage of President
00:26:06.360 Trump's. He's probably the person that covers him the closest and I would say the snarkiest in her CNN
00:26:12.960 and the cold open in CNN. Didn't she essentially lay out the case that this is a Presidential Records
00:26:17.780 Act? And is there any crimes associated with the discussions back and forth between the archives,
00:26:22.460 the presidential library? Are there any crimes involved? Maggie Haberman laid out the case
00:26:26.420 that this is really a Presidential Records Act debate. Is there any crimes around Presidential
00:26:31.180 Records Act, Mike Davis? There is no criminal component to the Presidential Records Act, period.
00:26:38.120 Now, they're trying to make it a crime by looking at other statutes. But as I said, the President has
00:26:43.100 the unilateral power to call them personal non-government records. And so even if these
00:26:49.340 are Presidential Records, the President has the power to say that they're not under the Presidential
00:26:53.420 Records Act. He has the sole authority to do that, per this Obama judge in the 2012 Judicial Watch
00:27:00.020 case with Tom Fenton. And this whole thing is a political charade. It's part of the pattern
00:27:06.520 for five years, six years of the FBI trying to get Trump. And this is nonsense. President Trump's
00:27:14.620 lawyers need to go on offense.
00:27:17.000 Go on offense with a 41G. It should be filed Monday morning. You agree, sir?
00:27:22.200 Absolutely. It should have been filed. It should have been filed last Monday morning.
00:27:26.460 I agree with that 100%. Mike Davis, you're the man. Article 3, how to get to you. And also your
00:27:31.680 social media. You'll be putting up things about this 41G, which is quite important. Mike Davis,
00:27:36.760 how do people get to you?
00:27:38.480 Thank you, Steve. It's article3project.org, article3project.org. That's article3project
00:27:44.600 on Getter, Truth, Twitter. And then my personal is MRDDMIA. And thank you again, Steve.
00:27:52.200 War Room Posse, take your number two pencil out and write that one down. That is a signal,
00:27:58.260 not a noise. Okay, short commercial break. I want to thank Mike Davis. We're going to get to what
00:28:02.260 the signal is. The cartel wars and the invasion of the southern border. Todd Benzman. Ben Harnwell
00:28:08.060 on the Ukraine. The Ukrainian people start to turn against Zelensky. And then we've got Joe Allen.
00:28:13.420 We'll blow your heads up with the Ivy League gets into gender ideology. All next in the War Room.
00:28:22.200 Americans are discovering that if we want to change this nation, we have to change the way
00:28:28.540 the marketplace works. Look, woke corporations are seeking to divide us. Big banks are freezing
00:28:32.700 the accounts of people who disagree with their political views. And our supply chain is dependent
00:28:38.120 upon countries that actively work against our values, like the Chinese Communist Party.
00:28:43.400 It's time for a change. And that change starts with you and your wallet. That's where I'm proud

00:29:47.900 The years have proven that we need to be prepared. We constantly see government overreach,

00:31:51.600 Might as well cover your downside. Mitigate your risk. Give them a biblical blanket.
00:31:58.600 Okay, a lot going on. We're going to talk more. We've got a video later. We're heading into Missouri
00:32:03.420 tomorrow for two days, 48 hours of intensity about the elections and how we're going to make sure
00:32:08.680 that they don't get stolen on November 8th, and this is going to be an all-hands-on-deck effort.
00:32:14.320 I also want to make sure the engine room reminds me that we're talking about the FBI. Today,
00:32:19.820 we've got a special on the CDC. I've already made a comment on the Fed on Monday. Philip Patrick's
00:32:24.900 going to be back. My second part of the end of the dollar empire is going to be out next week,
00:32:30.880 but I want everybody to go to birchgold.com slash Bannon and get the first. It's totally free. Get
00:32:37.080 the first episode, the end of the dollar empire. You need to understand the Federal Reserve. Most
00:32:42.660 importantly, you need to understand the politics of money because the politics of money is going to
00:32:48.480 be, it's going to be dominant over the next couple of years. Peter Navarro is going to be here in the
00:32:52.360 second hour to talk about the collapse of the mortgage industries already before our eyes right
00:32:57.660 now as home prices are collapsing, new starts are collapsing, all that. We're going to get into all
00:33:01.460 that in the second hour. But Monday, with birchgold, I come out with the Monday, I think Philip
00:33:06.280 Patrick's going to come out with part two about the prime reserve currency. But I also want to make
00:33:12.060 sure because CDC today at six, I don't want to leave the IRS. The IRS, yes, the IRS needs to be
00:33:18.960 purged. The IRS needs to be regenerated. There is no chance. And you're going to get a commitment from
00:33:24.120 McCarthy's guys. There is no chance we're going to appropriate one penny, one penny for the 87,000
00:33:30.920 jackbooted IRS agents. Not going to happen. They're going to have to go back and redo this
00:33:36.260 bill and make sure you get the taxes from carried interest. Tax the rich. Tax the rich
00:33:43.360 on this. Not the middle class and not the working class. You guys are right now getting crushed by
00:33:47.500 inflation. Getting crushed by the drop in home values. Your net worth is getting wiped out before
00:33:53.260 your eyes. No. Impossible. You cannot get blood from a stone. And that's what they're trying to do. And
00:33:59.700 we're going to go after the IRS. You're not going to let these agents, this is not going to be allowed
00:34:05.020 to happen. We're going to choke these people down with the appropriations process. They're not going
00:34:09.440 to appropriate dollars for this. So this big battle, and by the way, if Biden wants to shut down the
00:34:13.660 government because they can't get appropriation bill, hey, so be it. They're worse things. They're
00:34:17.720 worse things. You got to choke the administrative state off with the mother's milk. And that's the free
00:34:23.480 money they're getting from the printing presses of the Federal Reserve. I want to go to Todd Benzo. Todd,
00:34:27.940 tell us, as the nation's been, you know, following the wedding of Ben Affleck and all the bread and
00:34:34.260 circuses that the mainstream media wants to put out there in front of you, tell us what's been going on
00:34:38.900 at the southern border, sir, in the invasion. Well, the new numbers are out from CBP for July, and the United
00:34:45.740 States is once again in record territory, 1.86 million apprehensions. Just so far this year, there's two more
00:34:55.580 months to go for the fiscal year. Last year was the record at 1.7 million in the history of the United
00:35:04.620 States. So we've already defeated that, beaten that. We're probably going to be looking at 2 million,
00:35:11.560 maybe 2.1 million by the time this is all over. We're still pulling about 220,000 apprehensions a
00:35:19.260 month down there. They are pouring over every day, all day long, especially through Texas and Yuma,
00:35:27.280 Arizona. So there will be no relent, no relenting on mass, the mass migration crisis here.
00:35:37.580 I want to answer of the, of the 1.86, let's take it up to your today, the 1.86 apprehensions.
00:35:44.080 How many of those do they report or remain in the United States of America? And how much have,
00:35:51.100 how many have been sent back across the border to Mexico?
00:35:55.220 Well, we lost access to those numbers because those were part of a, a court case where the
00:36:02.840 government was required to file those numbers. So we don't have that anymore. They don't have to,
00:36:08.120 they don't have to report anymore. But I will say that we know for sure that about 2.2 million people
00:36:15.400 have been actually entered into the country and resettled in cities across America. About a million
00:36:22.680 of those are going to be 900,000 to a million are going to be gotaways. The numbers I just reported
00:36:29.200 to you a minute ago, 1.8 million do not include the gotaways. But hang on, hang on. I want to go
00:36:36.620 through this logically. So slow down. Oh, just to stick with the 1.86, because I got, we have an
00:36:43.280 official number on that. That's somebody that's actually apprehended of the 1.86. And I want to
00:36:48.360 remind people, the reason we don't have, you can't tell us, oh, the 1.86, I mean, 1.5 million are still
00:36:55.200 here. It's because the Biden administration essentially in court argued they did not want
00:36:59.800 to make that number public. Am I correct, sir? That's correct. Those numbers. Okay, stop,
00:37:05.160 stop, stop, stop, stop. I just want to repeat that. I want to go slow on this. Of the numbers that are
00:37:09.900 here and have been apprehended at the border, 1.86 million so far to date in this fiscal year,
00:37:17.660 which ends September 30th, right? And we had a record year last year, 2.2 million. Of the official ones,
00:37:23.580 the reason Todd Benzman can't see and give us the precise number, which he normally gives us
00:37:28.760 on how many are remaining in the country, it was because the illegitimate Biden regime
00:37:33.840 actually in a court fight didn't want to report that number, that transparent number that every
00:37:40.680 American should know. Am I correct, Todd Benzman? Yes, you're correct. A Texas judge required them
00:37:47.240 to file for a while, but they're no longer required. So we lost track of that. I will say
00:37:53.380 this, Steve, that the number of immigrants that the government is pushing back into Mexico is at
00:38:01.480 its lowest percentage to date since the crisis. It's 40% have been pushed back. It used to be 70%
00:38:10.180 and 80%, and we still had a mass migration crisis just from the remaining 20% and 30%,
00:38:16.360 but now it's 60% are not being pushed back, which means that, you know, you can extrapolate
00:38:23.420 that at the one point. Yeah, you can do some extrapolation.
00:38:28.040 And by the way, I think it's 40 at the, no, that is people that either turn themselves in or now
00:38:33.820 look for an agent because they're, you know, they understand Biden's not going to send them back.
00:38:37.720 When you say gotaways, those are people we don't get. What is your number and how do you calculate
00:38:45.600 if 1.86 is the official number that's here and been apprehended? What is your calculation on what
00:38:51.900 we call the gotaways, the people that just got into the country through their own devices and were
00:38:55.980 not apprehended? 50 to 70,000 a month. Uh, and that's an undercount because a border patrol,
00:39:04.880 the way they calculate gotaways is they see footprints in the sand. They're out there
00:39:09.520 patrolling. They've got drones in the air. They spotted a group. Nobody caught anybody in that
00:39:14.680 sector. So they count those as gotaways, but there aren't any border patrol agents out there
00:39:20.800 anymore to count boots. Okay. But let me just do some back of the envelope. If I take your middle
00:39:27.180 number, middle range number of 60,000, take it for the first 10 months, that would be 600,000.
00:39:31.800 If you take what basically half of the 1.86 million, I'm roughly at 900,000, right? Let's
00:39:38.900 say 850,000, give them the benefit of the doubt. Plus the six, 600,000. I'm roughly at a million,
00:39:45.080 four to a million, five in this fiscal year that are in the country. And once they're in the country,
00:39:50.620 they're in the country to stay. Is that correct? Todd Bensman. Essentially.
00:39:54.780 The Biden administration all but eliminated deportation in the interior of the United States. So yeah.
00:40:01.800 Okay. I want to do some rough math, folks, about an invasion of this nation. 2.2 million last year,
00:40:08.100 correct, Todd? 2.2 million? Yes. That's about right. If you count the gotaways.
00:40:14.640 I want to count the gotaways. And roughly this year to date, the first 10 months,
00:40:19.580 let's say roughly, we'll down to a million four. Okay. So on Biden's watch, since the high noon on the
00:40:26.540 20th of January of 2021, that is 3.6 million. I want to repeat that. 3.6 million. This is signal.
00:40:39.380 This is the essence of it. This is what they think of your country. And all that yammering on,
00:40:43.980 they're talking on them, morning Joe, and they're yammering on Tiffany crosses, losing her mind,
00:40:47.900 you know, sitting in for Joanne Reed, all of it. 3.6 million illegal aliens are in this nation and
00:40:57.180 they're never going to go home. Okay. That's to date. That's in the first year and what in through
00:41:03.600 August of the, of the second year of the illegitimate Biden regime. And Mike, is that
00:41:08.700 roughly a number, Todd Bensman, roughly? Absolutely. And I still think that's an undercount
00:41:13.940 because of the, the gotaway numbers are higher than that. I a hundred percent agree with you,
00:41:19.200 brother, but I'm saying just, we're trying to be conservative. What I'm saying is this is on a
00:41:23.540 scale that is unprecedented. This is an invasion of our nation and no offense. Do you see putting the,
00:41:31.140 the, the, the tractor trailers down there and, and Abbott doing nothing. This is, that is controlled
00:41:38.340 opposition. Every politician in this nation that loves this nation. And let me tell you why it's
00:41:44.160 smart politically. You know, who bears the burden of that 3.6, who bears the burden? African American
00:41:50.540 and Hispanic citizens of this nation. Cause those are the school systems that collapse. That's the,
00:41:57.420 uh, healthcare system that collapses. Those are the people that compete with wages. That's why wages
00:42:03.520 are so low. Why do you think the chamber of commerce wants the open borders? Why do the
00:42:07.300 Kochs want the open borders? We know why LaRoz and the left wants it. They want an invasion of the
00:42:12.620 United States, but why do people on the right want it? Because it drives down wages, increases their
00:42:18.500 operating margins and they make more money. They're selling their nation out for care. This is why I'm
00:42:24.920 more disturbed about the Republican establishment than the left. I can't stand the left. I disagree with
00:42:29.180 them, but at least I understand the ideology of what they do and why they're doing it.
00:42:33.060 On our side, they're doing it for cash. They just want to make more money by having slave wages.
00:42:40.940 The same reason Lao Baixing and China, it's all the same. They just, they don't consider these people
00:42:47.200 human beings. They just consider them cogs in a, in a machine and they want the cheapest cog they can
00:42:52.220 get. 3.6 may forget. Also the nonsense people run around that a 3.6 million invasion of your country.
00:43:02.060 Todd Bensman, are we off in that regard at all? No, but you know, listen, if you just add another two years
00:43:09.740 at that rate, you're looking at 7 million plus, uh, the city, the size of Los Angeles or London, uh, that will
00:43:18.160 have entered the United States. They'll be here. And I think that we need to be looking forward to, uh, for
00:43:24.740 these numbers to really understand the scale of this thing. Uh, this is beyond anything we saw at Ellis
00:43:31.100 Island. Uh, this is the greatest mass migration crisis in American history. Uh, and, and we can't,
00:43:38.840 we can't really under count, uh, and not look forward a little bit about what's, what's going to happen
00:43:45.120 here. So it's coming. And that's before title 42. If you drop title 42, that 40% that I'm talking
00:43:53.140 about that they did push back, you're going to be able to add 40% on top of that. Okay. You're
00:44:00.120 supposed to take out number two print zone, write down and write down 41 G that we're going to go on
00:44:04.580 offense on the Trump case, write down this on the 19th of August, the year of our lower 2022.
00:44:11.020 I will commit to you that the first article of impeachment of this scumbag is going to be the
00:44:16.580 invasion of the Southern border of our nation. Okay. You talk about danger. They're sitting there
00:44:21.400 talking civil war. You have an invasion of our country and you sit there and you exacerbate it
00:44:27.200 every day. You've created a super highway. Todd, hang on through the break. We're going to be jammed up
00:44:31.500 the rest of the show. We've got so much to get through, but I promise we're going to get to all
00:44:35.040 of it. We're going to take a short commercial break. We have Benzman, Harnwell, Joe Allen,
00:44:40.120 Dr. Peter Navar, and then we're going to go to New York state and Florida because they're massive
00:44:44.960 primaries next week. And we're going to talk to the MAGA candidates at the tip of the spear,
00:44:49.500 all in the world.

00:45:47.560 and the information is just amazing. And I'm up 24 seven putting stuff up. I want to, by the way,
00:45:53.660 we're going to get Todd Benzman back here tonight because I got to talk about the cartel wars
00:45:56.980 up on my Getter. There is an amazing article by the LA times. It talks about what's happening here.
00:46:02.140 That is exploding right before our eyes. I'm so proud of Oscar Ramirez and Ben Burquam and Todd.
00:46:07.840 We've been ahead of this story by weeks and weeks and weeks, but it's going to be bad. And this is
00:46:11.940 signal Todd Benzman. How do people follow you until you're back here at five o'clock today, sir?
00:46:15.900 T Benzman at Getter, Todd Benzman.com. And I work for center for immigration studies, CIS.org.
00:46:27.220 We're going to have, we're not a, we're not a total announcement, but we have, we're going to show
00:46:30.960 a little ankle today on a, when Todd's here on a special project, Todd's Benzman has been
00:46:35.360 working away at. So Todd, we'll see you back here at five o'clock. Thank you for being with us.
00:46:39.280 Okay. Thank you. Okay. So we're going to go to a border that is all about our sovereignty,
00:46:46.040 all about the territorial integrity, uh, all about, uh, this nation, the self-determination
00:46:52.360 of the American citizens. Okay. Remember those three things, sovereignty, um, uh, the territorial
00:46:58.520 integrity and, uh, and your right of self-determination. Remember that that's the three
00:47:03.460 mantras that the Bidens and Kamala Harris pull out and MSNBC and CNN have nonstop
00:47:08.840 about a border. That's not in our vital national security interest. It's just not. And that is
00:47:14.260 the Eastern Russian speaking border of Ukraine. I want to go now to Ben Harnwell. Ben, uh, finally,
00:47:20.240 the folks in Ukraine have started to see the, the very dangerous phony that is at the head of their
00:47:28.360 government, which we've called him out from day one. And it's because the law of unintended consequences
00:47:33.180 one more time. And one of his ego trip interviews in the Washington post, he actually told the
00:47:38.780 Washington post, he hid all the information he was getting from NATO, from the intelligence
00:47:44.340 communities about the buildup on the border and about the buildup as we were documenting
00:47:48.980 day in and day out here about the Russians and about their potential for actually strike at Kiev
00:47:53.760 and into not just Eastern Ukraine, but other parts. He hid it because he didn't want everybody
00:47:58.760 to scramble for safety and destroy the economy that he would have $7 billion a month. He would have
00:48:03.660 to, he would have to make up and he didn't know if the Western nations would put that up
00:48:07.540 or not. That's the summary in the Ukrainian people are furious. They're saying, go, hang
00:48:13.340 on for a second. You didn't tell us. We would have made other arrangements. We would have been
00:48:16.560 more savvy. We would have known what to do. And maybe some people made the decision to flee,
00:48:20.180 but that's their right as a free citizen. Ben Harnwell, is that essentially the firestorm that's
00:48:25.180 in Ukraine right now, sir?
00:48:26.340 Well, there's very little left for me to say, Steve, because you've condensed the story
00:48:31.500 so accurately. That is exactly what's taken place. In fact, let me quote President Zelensky
00:48:38.240 himself, directly referring to the fact that he didn't want people to leave the country
00:48:43.660 through fear. He says, some of our people left, but most of them stayed here. They fought
00:48:49.340 for their homes. And as cynical as it may sound, those are the people who stopped everything.
00:48:55.800 So we remember this. In the lead-up, as you point out, as the lead-up to the 24th of February,
00:49:02.800 Zelensky was saying every day that there's not going to be an invasion. The Russians were
00:49:07.980 putting their tanks there by the border. They claimed they were doing military exercises.
00:49:11.880 And Zelensky was deliberately tamping down on fear, encouraging the business as usual psychology.
00:49:20.480 And this is exactly what people are fighting against now. Here, for example, is one of the
00:49:25.780 journalists, Bogdan Rutelkovic, who said quite explicitly on Facebook, he didn't want to put
00:49:33.160 the country on a military footing because he was afraid of losing power. Now, just a few days ago,
00:49:40.280 Steve, these kind of sentiments expressed publicly would have been absolutely unthinkable because,
00:49:44.940 as the Washington Post says right at the beginning of this article, Zelensky was held by Ukrainians to
00:49:51.980 be beyond reproach and a national hero. That's because Ukrainians didn't have the full picture.
00:49:58.520 Sadly, they're not all able to be tuning into the war room because this is the type of insight that we
00:50:05.380 have been pushing out now for nearly six months. If I may, however, Steve, do you know what I think
00:50:11.820 the buried lead on this article is? It's the fact that this article has taken place at all.
00:50:18.820 My initial reading was, you know, the good old Washington Post, perhaps they're not just totally
00:50:23.700 corrupt regime media and they are willing to peel back and look at the facts objectively. But no,
00:50:33.600 here's what my take on this. If you go to the very first question here in the actual interview
00:50:40.380 itself, not the article that the Washington Post published a couple of hours ago, go back to the
00:50:46.820 interview that they published with Zelensky. And the first question, because it's boom, it's when
00:50:53.940 CIA director William J. Burns met with you here in Kiev in January, one of the things he told you
00:50:59.780 was that the Russians would attempt a landing at the airport in Hostomel. What was your reaction when
00:51:06.700 that actually happened on February the 24th, should there have been more Ukrainian forces
00:51:10.760 already there? And then the interview develops along that line. My analysis, Steve, is that
00:51:17.300 how does the Washington Post know what was in private conversations between the head of the CIA
00:51:22.180 and President Zelensky? I would suggest the CIA, right, which I tweeted, yes, excuse me, I published
00:51:29.340 on Getter yesterday, needs to be abolished along with the FBI. The CIA now is pivoting at the behest,
00:51:38.900 I would suggest, of the White House that are trying to distance themselves and extricate themselves
00:51:43.400 from their slavishly proposed Zelensky position. And now more and more stories. You remember the
00:51:49.280 Thomas Friedman thing that the New York Times did a couple of weeks ago when they said that the White
00:51:53.480 House actually distrusts the Zelensky regime, articles like this appearing. And I would suggest
00:51:59.400 that in this instance, the Washington Post is simply being the stenographer for the CIA
00:52:04.080 at the behest of the White House to try and let people realize that the Zelensky regime isn't what
00:52:12.240 it has been. By the way, I want you to hang through the break. You're 1000% correct. This came off
00:52:19.140 the leak to Thomas Friedman. This leak, the key to the story was the CIA actually telling the Washington
00:52:25.060 Post had the story of all the highest security information the CIA had. Ben's going to hang
00:52:32.960 with us. You know, Zelensky lectured us in the Jonathan Swan Axios interview from Davos and the
00:52:37.900 thing says, you know, the people ought to read these memoirs of World War II. Dude, I forgot more about
00:52:42.300 World War II than you'll ever know. What you ought to read is the best and the brightest and about a guy
00:52:46.500 named President Diem. When the CIA's finished using you like a streetwalker, they will toss you into
00:52:53.320 the dustbin of history. They have a history of doing that. Read the best and the brightest.
00:52:57.060 President Diem, Vietnam, 1963. Be back in a moment in the war room.
