Episode 2111: Precedent Is Out The Window; We Are Going On 7 Years Of Non Stop Attacks On Trump; Blake Masters Is Not Backing Down; Erik Prince On Kabul One Year Later
On today's show, Steve and John try to make sense of what Alan Dershowitz had to say on Fox News last night and why he thinks the FBI should not have gotten a warrant for a search of Donald Trump's office.
00:14:55.060Spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till they're all gone.
00:14:59.800War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:15:03.540The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:15:07.380War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:15:11.840Okay, welcome back. One of the things I'm really proud of what this show's done over the last couple of years since we started in War Room impeachment back in, what, September, October of 2019, is that we talk about process and the statics and dynamics of process.
00:15:27.840We always make sure that we get what we call nomenclature and constructs so you have a frame of reference of what to start thinking about things.
00:15:35.540And I've got a pretty good eye for when I see something important.
00:15:38.640And Jack Posobie said something on our show yesterday, and he's been talking about his preemptive coup.
00:15:43.140I want everybody to understand this concept and this construct because that's exactly 1,000% of what has happened and because it wasn't just the candidates of – it just wasn't the candidacy of Joe Kent and Carrie Lake and Blake Masters and others throughout the country that start to win.
00:16:02.580It was the fact that they had no money and no establishment support.
00:16:06.480These were truly populist grassroots candidates scraping together the little bit of money they had and being outspent 4-1, 5-1, 10-1 in winning, that now they understand that MAGA's ascendant and they've got to chop it off at the head.
00:16:21.380And it's absolutely a preemptive coup.
00:16:23.400Jack, walk me through one more time the construct of preemptive coup and what should people be looking for?
00:16:29.360Look, Steve, it's not even really my concept because this isn't some hidden thing.
00:16:35.060Joe Biden went down there to the high school, poorly attended high school in Rockville, Maryland, where, by the way, one of the guys who was able to get to the front row was screaming, you stole the election, you stole the election.
00:20:56.000I always say, Steve, that the D.C. politicians are the only reptiles on the planet who lack backlogs.
00:21:04.940And so what the what the Trump supporters, what conservatives need to be doing, the war room posse is keep raising hell because that will help these D.C.
00:21:17.200I just want to go back one more time before before I let you go to the Dershowitz, because Dershowitz, because the involvement with the impeachment and people think that he is closely associated with the president on his statements.
00:21:49.520Number one, you have a you have a Fourth Amendment violation because you have a clearly biased judge and U.S.
00:21:58.000Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who recused from President Trump's civil lawsuit versus Hillary Clinton on June 22nd because he had a 2017 Facebook post that bashed President Trump's integrity.
00:22:10.400So he should not even have been involved with this home raid warrants at all.
00:22:16.540He has a clear judicial bias under 28 U.S.C.
00:22:20.740455 A and Canon 2 and Canon 2A of the judicial candidates.
00:22:25.300This is an unconstitutional unconstitutional raid for that reason alone.
00:22:29.680The other reason this is an unconstitutional raid under the Fourth Amendment is because it was it was too intrusive.
00:22:36.400President Trump was cooperating with the investigation.
00:22:39.480We heard that he that Jay Bratt, the deep state head of counter espionage at the Justice Department, went down there to Mar-a-Lago, talked with Trump's team, and they put an extra lock on the storage unit where the where the records were held.
00:22:53.860There was no reason to go to this home raid, go to this bias judge and get this home raid.
00:22:58.200And they judge shopped for this home raid because Merrick Garland leaked out that he deliberated for weeks to go get these records.
00:23:04.640We clearly judge shops here to get this bias judge to order this home raid.
00:23:08.220And so this is a Fourth Amendment problem for that reason.
00:23:11.480It's also legally impossible for President Trump to have violated the Espionage Act or the Presidential Records Act or any.
00:23:19.880Mike, Mike, Mike, you've done such a great job in this show and it's driving the narrative.
00:23:24.320And that's why Fox and other networks.
00:23:25.720I just and I'm not asking to be a critic.
00:23:30.040Are President Trump's legal team is President Trump's legal team being as aggressive as maybe the Mike Davises and the Steve Bannons of the world would like or give us your assessment of the legal strategy here?
00:23:44.600Because I hear what you say all the time.
00:23:47.060I'm not sure I'm seeing that in pushback, but I'm not a lawyer.
00:23:57.100So I think Trump has a good legal team.
00:23:58.720Jim Trustee is a very experienced former federal prosecutor.
00:24:02.520He gets the day-to-day, hand-to-hand combat with the Department of Justice.
00:24:07.100Trump has very good loyalists on his team, like Boris Epstein and many others.
00:24:14.960So where I think Trump could use is someone like a Harmeet Dillon, a person who can come in and do the legal briefing to tee up these issues and preserve these legal issues for appeal.
00:24:30.360This is going to go to the Supreme Court.
00:24:32.200And what you need to do is make sure that you're-
00:24:37.980What do you mean it's going to go to the Supreme Court?
00:24:39.360And what chess pieces do you have to get in place to make sure you're ready for the Supreme Court?
00:24:43.580It's going to go to the Supreme Court in one of two ways.
00:24:45.960Either President Trump gets a preemptive, he preemptively stops this prosecution by what he did.
00:24:54.620He filed that lawsuit with the Southern District of Florida, that Fourth Amendment lawsuit with the Rule 41G component that's with Judge Cannon down in the Southern District of Florida.
00:25:04.920That judge will decide those legal issues.
00:25:07.780It will go up to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, depending on how the 11th Circuit rules, it will go to the Supreme Court.
00:25:13.980I think they need to update and amend their Fourth Amendment motion in their Rule 41G motion under the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and tee up these other legal issues,
00:25:24.040like the fact that the president has the absolute constitutional right to be classified, that the president has the absolute sole statutory right to determine whether they're presidential records or personal records,
00:25:36.460and then it is legally impossible for President Trump to have obstructed investigations into two of these non-crimes.
00:25:43.000That needs to be teed up in this Rule 41G motion that's going up to the Southern District of Florida and the 11th Circuit and maybe the Supreme Court through the civil routes.
00:25:51.240If it's not teed up and the Biden Justice Department moves forward with an indictment, this will certainly go to the Supreme Court.
00:25:58.260The D.C. District Court, they're going to rubber stamp whatever the prosecutor does here.
00:26:03.660The D.C. jury is 95% Democrat and the 5% of the Republicans are Trump deranged.
00:26:08.800They'll certainly find him guilty even though there's no crime here.
00:26:11.580It will go to the Obama-stacked D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
00:26:16.400They'll affirm whatever the hell the D.C. District Court does, and so it will have to be resolved.
00:26:21.040At the Supreme Court, again, there is no way that President Trump has a matter of walk put up many, many times here,
00:26:27.760and you're going to see someone like a Democrat, a plan of justice, like David, join you.
00:26:33.140Mike, real quickly, how do people get to your social media and your website?
00:26:38.560Article3project.org, Article3project.org, at Article3project on Twitter,
00:26:43.100Truth, Getter, and MRDDMIA is my personal, MRDDMIA.
00:28:22.580Yeah, you know, you know to understand the Democrat mind, it's different than the conservative, different than the Republican mind.
00:28:28.380They don't think in terms of right and wrong, legal and illegal.
00:28:33.760They think in terms of works or doesn't work, works or doesn't work.
00:28:38.460So they're looking at this entire case is if we go after him on this, of course, he hasn't broken any laws.
00:28:44.400But if we go after him on this, because, as you say, you can indict a ham sandwich, will it work for us or will it not work for us?
00:28:50.440You know, in World War II, the Japanese were losing.
00:28:53.500And so they created a thing called the kamikazes where their pilots would dive into our ships with their planes loaded down with explosives.
00:29:00.620And my old saying was that being a kamikaze is bad for the ship, but it's worse for the pilot.
00:29:06.640And I think the way the Democrats are looking at this right now is like, yeah, we could indict him.
00:29:09.960Yeah, we have the power to indict him.
00:30:38.460That's what I'm hearing in my feed, too.
00:30:41.040Bill, the president of the United States or the head of the regime goes to Rockville, Maryland, to a high school that he came and filled the gym.
00:31:14.600So he's trying to scare everybody and isolate us and make us seem like something strange and something odd.
00:31:20.780The problem is that it's just like the juxtaposition of the Hunter Biden laptop versus what Trump's doing here.
00:31:27.200If they indict Trump over this ticky-tack stuff that he's not guilty of anything and they leave Hunter Biden alone when he's got child porn and he's got crack cocaine and he's got all these things on his laptop, this is a problem.
00:31:39.700And the reason why Joe Biden can no longer try to make us seem extreme is that he is so extreme himself that whatever he says about us, by comparison, he looks even more extreme.
00:31:49.580So no matter what they do at this point, they're just digging the ditch deeper.
00:31:53.460And I don't believe they have the ability to triangulate back towards the middle like Bill Clinton did after the contract with America.
00:31:58.520I think all they're going to do is dig deeper and go further and further left.
00:32:02.280I think this is looking very good for us in the midterms.
00:32:05.300Bill, how do people – you watch your social media and how people get to the show, The Bill Mitchell Reports?
00:32:43.040We're going to go – we're going to pivot in a moment to – we've got geopolitics, we've got global economics and finance, capital markets, how it affects your life.
00:32:51.880But I want to go first to one of the shining stars of this movement, Blake Masters.
00:32:56.000Blake, first off, I'm hearing all kind of conflicting reports on the campaign, on Kelly.
00:33:03.040Kelly, to me, is a target just like Fetterman.
00:33:07.920These are pathetic – you know, he's an incumbent, totally pathetic.
00:33:10.920You know, he's backed the radicalness of – you know, I see the spots out in Arizona all the time.
00:33:16.840We see the spots he's putting up nationally to raise money.
00:33:19.480He's trying to be like a conservative.
00:33:21.140And he backs every radical policy of the Biden administration, which you'll never be able to get away from.
00:33:28.100Yet I'm hearing all kind of confusing things after your massive blowout win in the primary, which, you know, to me is still unheralded as just an amazing job you and your team did.
00:33:39.220I think he won by 12 points, 13 points over here was – but it was just a blowout win.
00:33:43.860Blake Masters, where are we staying in the campaign?
00:33:45.680And how can the war room posse assist?
00:35:15.180They took what the War Room had with CIS and Todd Bensman about two weeks ago when we walked through how you get to 4.9 million.
00:35:21.600And then they took, you know, fair and some other groups.
00:35:23.960So they collated it, put a map up and talked about 4.9 million.
00:35:30.640Essentially, they said, you know, illegal aliens or people that really are not officially documented to come into the country since Biden took a 4.9 million.
00:35:40.980And they talked about we're in the country, but mainly coming through Texas and Arizona.
00:35:44.540Mark Kelly has supported everything, 100 percent, every aspect of the Biden regime's, you know, policies.
00:35:54.360How can he sit here with Arizona being run over and look people straight in the eye and start talking about border security, Blake Masters?
00:37:09.360We're going to win this race in Arizona.
00:37:11.560Look, working class people, middle class people, I've seen an outpouring for you that's been extraordinary.
00:37:16.320You could tell that in your primary race, which was literally, I think, one of the surprise blowouts of this primary season.
00:37:22.880Why is the Republican establishment having a tough time embracing the Blake Masters candidacy when it's so obvious that Mark Kelly, I think, is the easiest guy to pick off, given that he supported the inflationary American.
00:37:36.580Everybody, even Powell, admits that the American Recovery Act was massively inflationary.
00:37:45.860You got his vote on this debacle last week, this tax bill with the IRS.
00:37:49.500You got his support of, he's supporting this bailout of the woke elites in, you know, in Ivy League schools by truck drivers to pay for their, the deadbeats won't pay for their gender affirming studies degrees.
00:38:04.180He's on the wrong side of literally every issue.
00:38:14.660He, you know, he doesn't come across with the charisma or the, you know, dynamic nature of a U.S. senator like Blake Masters does, right?
00:38:24.140Why is the Republican establishment, what are they missing about the Blake Masters candidacy that MAGA, that conservative grassroots Republicans in a great state like Arizona get overwhelmingly, sir?
