00:00:00.000 Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China,
00:00:03.180 and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
00:00:05.600 So you don't want to frighten the American public.
00:00:07.900 France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
00:00:10.620 But you need to prepare for and assume
00:00:13.520 broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
00:00:17.960 That this is going to be a real serious problem.
00:00:19.980 France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
00:00:24.440 Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S.
00:00:28.440 Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
00:00:31.880 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:00:35.320 Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
00:00:38.640 Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
00:00:44.520 We have to prepare for the worst, always.
00:00:47.260 Because if you don't, and the worst happens.
00:00:50.760 War Room. Pandemic.
00:00:52.980 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:55.300 Okay, welcome.
00:00:58.160 It's Monday, 29 August, in the year of our Lord, 2022.
00:01:02.020 You're in the War Room.
00:01:03.000 We've got a lot going on today.
00:01:05.140 I want to start with my favorite topic, Mar-a-Lago.
00:01:10.040 Mike Davis joins us.
00:01:11.880 And Mike, thank you so much for doing this.
00:01:13.240 We're going to have Boris join us in a second.
00:01:15.060 Mike, I say that with kind of an eye roll for the simple reason is that
00:01:18.800 there's so many massive issues going on in this country right now.
00:01:22.080 You and I talked earlier, the economy, the debt that's up, the balance sheet of the Federal
00:01:28.700 Reserve, the $30 trillion of face amount of debt, these massively important midterm
00:01:35.300 elections that are coming up.
00:01:36.620 And yet we're mired in arguing about it.
00:01:40.220 And I think you framed it the best.
00:01:41.840 This is a dispute.
00:01:42.940 This is a library dispute over like an overdue book, the equivalent overdue book between the,
00:01:49.640 you know, the secretary for the administrative state, the librarian for the administrative
00:01:54.640 state, which is the National Archives and others.
00:01:58.300 Walk me through you, because today they're all blown up.
00:02:00.780 You know, Trump's got to be indicted.
00:02:01.920 This is a major case.
00:02:03.580 They got the the spies or, you know, spies are are in jeopardy.
00:02:09.520 Of course, they also said the special master is not needed because we've already inventoried
00:02:12.840 everything.
00:02:13.300 Get us up to speed on on what you believe is the latest state of play, sir.
00:02:17.600 So remember, in 2020, they wouldn't the FBI would not even look at Hunter Biden's laptop
00:02:23.420 with clear evidence of foreign corruption and other crimes because the FBI said it would
00:02:28.280 be it would be election interference.
00:02:30.540 Here we are 90 days out from the midterm elections, and they're doing this unprecedented, unnecessary
00:02:36.280 and unlawful home raid.
00:02:38.380 Like you said, Steve, for overdue library book is essentially what this has come down to.
00:02:43.920 Fortunately, this magistrate or excuse me, there's a district court judge in the Southern
00:02:49.240 District of Florida, Aileen Cannon, who has said that on Saturday she she put out a ruling
00:02:57.520 that she's tentatively inclined to grant President Trump's request to appoint a special master
00:03:04.760 in this matter.
00:03:05.360 That is a very good sign that what that means to me is this this district court judge does
00:03:12.600 not have confidence that the Biden Justice Department, including the corrupt counter espionage
00:03:18.360 unit within the National Security Division, along with the corrupt counter espionage unit within
00:03:24.320 the FBI are going to be able to handle these records as honest brokers.
00:03:28.980 And so this judge is inclined to appoint a special master to get to the bottom of this.
00:03:33.880 I think the President Trump and his legal team should and will go on offense and they should update and amend
00:03:40.160 their rule 41 G motion to get back all of these records that that the Biden administration rated for
00:03:49.120 Mar-a-Lago and tee up the legal argument that we've been talking about for several weeks now,
00:03:54.120 including the president has the constitutional power to declassify anything he wants.
00:03:58.620 He has the statutory power to make any presidential record personal and therefore it's not even
00:04:05.460 possible that he could have investigated or that he could have obstructed investigations into non-crimes.
00:04:11.020 The Presidential Records Act expressly contemplates that presidents have classified materials in the office
00:04:18.580 of the former president and Congress gives former presidents staff with security clearances for the
00:04:24.500 former president and staff secure office space or SCIFs and Secret Service protections.
00:04:29.240 This is starting to blow up on the Biden Justice Department, the Biden administration.
00:04:35.800 And let's see how desperate they get here, because these crossfire hurricane records,
00:04:40.680 these Russian collusion records that they are clearly that was the reason they went in to do this
00:04:46.520 home rate, as was reported by Newsweek, by Bill Arkin at Newsweek a couple of weeks ago.
00:04:52.040 Let's see how desperate the Biden regime gets here.
00:04:55.900 So, you know, the New York Times thing was yesterday.
00:04:57.980 Maggie Haverman had a huge piece and they they go through your arguments and they were talking about,
00:05:03.560 you know, Trump's legal teams needs to come together and he needs a couple of quarterbacks or whatever.
00:05:07.240 But they in that whole piece, they tee up a lot of your arguments and they kind of dismiss them out of hand.
00:05:14.400 And they also do this on MSNBC and CNN all night long.
00:05:18.160 Like, you know, he he doesn't have there's all sorts of procedures to go through to declassify that these are not presidential records that given the long time that he was actually going back and forth,
00:05:30.180 that in fact, it talks about Evan Corcoran's letter, I think, in May to the Justice Department.
00:05:36.720 What do you say to these people?
00:05:38.000 I mean, are they gaslighting the American people because they never really address the legality of it,
00:05:43.020 but they just kind of dismiss the counter arguments or the arguments from the Trump people saying that, hey, there's a whole pattern of judicial decisions.
00:05:51.880 There's all types of precedent on both form and substance of how this has been done in the past.
00:05:58.660 And but these but on MSNBC, New York Times, they just dismisses out of hand into the fact that the New York Times actually advocated strongly the other day that the president be criminally indicted.
00:06:11.660 That's just complete nonsense.
00:06:13.160 These liberal apologists for the Biden regime should go read a 1988 Supreme Court case called the Department of the Navy versus Egan.
00:06:22.420 They should read a 2012 decision in the D.C. District Court by an Obama judge related to eight years of audiotapes and Bill Clinton's sock drawer.
00:06:32.660 They should read the OLC opinion related to the Mueller investigation about how president how it's illegally impossible for a president to obstruct justice for these non crimes.
00:06:43.880 They should actually go read the law.
00:06:46.520 You know, I I bet I will bet them anything that a Supreme Court will side with what I'm saying.
00:06:52.920 And that is precisely why I think that the Merrick Garland, who said he deliberated four weeks before he ordered this home raid, that he didn't walk down the hall at the Justice Department and go to the Office of Legal Counsel or OLC and get an opinion on the legality of this home raid, because he almost certainly would not have liked what they told him because there is a Supreme Court decision directly on point.
00:07:17.140 And what I'm saying and I've been saying since since August 8th, whenever this home raid occurred, is the president is has the constitutional power as commander in chief to declassify anything he wants for any reason he wants.
00:07:31.360 He doesn't need any bureaucrat's permission.
00:07:33.100 And a good example is of this was March 2012, when Bill Clinton got caught on the hot mic with the Russian president divulging our most classified nuclear information, saying that that Obama would have more negotiating room after the November 2012 presidential election eight years later.
00:07:52.420 That is the most classified material President Obama could have conveyed to our enemy and it was nuclear nuclear information and he wasn't charged with espionage.
00:08:02.300 There wasn't a home raid because he's the president of the United States.
00:08:05.300 He doesn't need to take off labels or get a bureaucrat's permission.
00:08:08.640 He just did it through his actions.
00:08:10.360 And so could Trump.
00:08:11.180 Trump actually did the Russian collusion crossfire hurricane declassification the right way.
00:08:17.320 He did it through a declassification memo on January 19th, 2021, before he left office.
00:08:23.240 It's the bureaucrats, the Justice Department and the National Archives who had their feet and never made it public.
00:08:29.480 Let's go to we have Boris Epstein now.
00:08:31.560 Boris, can you get us updated?
00:08:32.600 I understand what's been going on today.
00:08:34.820 Steve.
00:08:37.260 Steve, honor to be with you.
00:08:38.640 Big day.
00:08:39.480 Important day.
00:08:41.180 And, you know, really a ton going on.
00:08:43.320 So let's start at the beginning.
00:08:44.360 I mean, first of all, you had the DOJ make this interesting filing, really more of a notice to the judge.
00:08:50.780 And they say, oh, well, you know, we're already done with a filter team, judge.
00:08:53.860 There's no need for a master.
00:08:54.980 We're already done.
00:08:55.620 Everything's everything's completed.
00:08:57.160 What do you mean you're done?
00:08:58.660 You know, the president and his team haven't heard anything from the filter team.
00:09:02.800 They haven't heard from the DOJ regarding attorney-client privilege documents, regarding executive privilege documents,
00:09:08.140 which the DOJ did not even mention in this supplemental filing that they did today.
00:09:14.360 Let's keep in mind the order of battle here.
00:09:17.660 The judge, having made that amazing, thunderous ruling on Saturday, which was really, you know, big news in this process,
00:09:26.780 the judge having made that ruling on Saturday and putting the DOJ in a pretty significant way on the back foot
00:09:33.080 and saying, I'm inclined to allow for the special master and want the DOJ to provide, under seal, a more substantial inventory.
00:09:43.400 You know, after that happened Saturday, it's really, the ball's already in the DOJ's court.
00:09:47.720 And they were supposed to, tomorrow, to file a response.
00:09:51.240 And what's interesting is that, you know, the caption of this case is,
00:09:53.820 President Trump is the plaintiff, the DOJ is the defendant, right?
00:09:57.140 So the DOJ is the defendant, is supposed to file their answer tomorrow.
00:10:01.540 They rushed and filed something today to tell the judge, oh, no, no, don't worry about it.
00:10:06.460 We're already finished.
00:10:07.160 And, by the way, we've sent the documents to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,
00:10:11.880 as if somehow that obviates the need for a special master, when it does the opposite.
00:10:16.300 We don't have no idea what's in the documents.
00:10:18.560 President Trump hasn't been able to be briefed on what was taken, what was left, what was the process.
00:10:26.880 Remember, his attorneys were forced to wait outside and were not allowed to observe, to observe the raid.
00:10:34.760 So tomorrow, now, the government is going to put forth their actual response,
00:10:39.140 let alone this intermediate half-step they took today.
00:10:41.940 Tomorrow, they're going to put forth their actual response.
00:10:44.320 And then from there, the president and his counsel are going to put in a reply to that.
00:10:49.240 And then you've got the hearing on Thursday.
00:10:51.720 So this is a robust week.
00:10:52.900 It's a big week with a lot going on.
00:10:54.940 The bottom line being that Judge Eileen Cannon in the Southern District of Florida
00:11:00.360 has now put the onus on the DOJ to explain what happened through this process,
00:11:06.260 meaning vis-a-vis the affidavit, but further the inventory,
00:11:10.520 how the inventory was put together and what's really in the inventory in terms of what was taken during the raid.
00:11:16.500 And the DOJ has to reply why there should not be a special master in this case,
00:11:20.980 a special master being judicial oversight over all the property that was taken, how it was taken,
00:11:27.440 and most importantly, pursuant to what statutes it was taken,
00:11:31.460 the only statute applying to President Trump being the Presidential Records Act,
00:11:36.440 which he has been in full compliance with, and has consistently been in full cooperation
00:11:40.580 with the Department of Justice and all other applicable agencies.
00:11:45.180 You know, I just asked Mike a second ago, you've had all these articles,
00:11:48.600 you know, you had the New York Times article, and if you watch, if you monitor as we do MSNBC or CNN,
00:11:53.980 they continue to go on.
00:11:55.160 And, you know, people like Mike Davis continue to cite precedent regarding, you know,
00:12:00.920 the case against the Navy, you know, whether it's the President's ability to declassify anything,
00:12:05.720 or it's all this, you know, the structural issues regarding what is presidential material
00:12:12.900 and how the President can deem what's presidential material or not.
00:12:16.360 Why does it seem like the left just, in dismissing it out of hand,
00:12:21.260 they never really come back and actually address any things that Mike keeps talking about.
00:12:25.240 Mike keeps citing precedent.
00:12:26.400 Mike keeps talking about this.
00:12:27.420 But you never see that, you never see that, you never see the pushback come back on those specific details.
00:12:35.000 The reason, Steve, is because the other side doesn't have an argument.
00:12:40.000 They know that the Presidential Records Act, which President Trump has been in full compliance with,
00:12:44.420 does not have an enforcement mechanism.
00:12:47.560 And what they did, what we know from the limited amount of the affidavit we've seen,
00:12:51.940 is that they took the PRA, the Presidential Records Act,
00:12:54.900 and they try to bolt onto it, Steve, bolt onto it, enforcement mechanisms from these other statutes,
00:13:01.020 which simply do not apply.
00:13:03.280 And they've got another huge problem, which is the Fourth Amendment.
00:13:06.460 This was an overbroad warrant, which is a general warrant, which, as you know very well, Steve,
00:13:12.760 is completely unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment.
00:13:15.080 There's a reason that the Fourth Amendment is there, and it's because the British used to issue these,
00:13:19.740 you know, the king would issue these general warrants, and the Brits would go into the houses of the folks in the colonies
00:13:26.080 and just take anything they wanted.
00:13:27.760 Well, this is exactly what happened in this raid, exactly what happened in this break-in of the President's home,
00:13:33.040 a beautiful Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach, Florida.
00:13:35.320 And the DOJ, as they try to leak things here and there, right, first they try to leak nuclear.
00:13:39.500 What we now know from the classifications, again, in the limited affidavit,
00:13:43.840 that the nuclear queue is nowhere in there.
00:13:46.900 Then they try to leak, oh, there's these super, you know, important documents,
00:13:50.540 and they're super classified.
00:13:52.500 Not there either.
00:13:53.740 Now they're trying to move the goalposts and say, well, that's actually classifications don't even matter.
00:13:57.940 It's any defense-related document.
00:14:00.520 All of that, Steve, has no application here whatsoever,
00:14:03.580 because the Presidential Records Act is the statute that applies to dot, dot, dot, the President,
00:14:09.500 and the President, President Trump, has been in full compliance with that act
00:14:13.940 and actually has gone above and beyond to interact and be cordial to NARA and then the DOJ
00:14:20.320 and telling them on June 3rd, hey, let us know what else you need.
00:14:23.820 And by the way, if you look at that redacted affidavit,
00:14:26.200 you won't see any mention of June 3rd, at least in the unredacted parts that we,
00:14:30.320 the merely public, are allowed to see.
00:14:32.580 Why?
00:14:33.180 Because that is bad for the DOJ.
00:14:36.040 Boris, hang on for a second.
00:14:37.260 We dropped Mike Davis.
00:14:39.920 We're going to try to get him back up.
00:14:41.680 Short commercial break.
00:14:43.340 The firestorm around Mar-a-Lago next in the War Room.
00:14:46.780 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:14:50.660 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:14:53.020 We will play till they're all gone.
00:14:55.600 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:14:57.460 Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:59.820 You know what's never good?
00:15:01.540 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely misses.
00:15:06.480 The flashing red lights of impending inflation.
00:15:10.440 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote,
00:15:14.640 There's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices
00:15:19.420 and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly that I didn't, at the time, fully understand.
00:15:27.880 End quote.
00:15:28.740 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?

00:16:29.000 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:16:32.820 War Room, Pandemic.
00:16:34.940 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:39.620 Okay, welcome back.
00:16:40.800 I want to share this.
00:16:41.860 I've got Mike Davis and I've got Boris Epstein. 0.50
00:16:44.280 Of all the ridiculous things they've gone after President Trump for, 0.82
00:16:47.020 and they've gone after him with just absurd things. 1.00
00:16:49.240 The Zelensky phone call, so many stupid things. 0.99
00:16:51.720 It's the nullification project. 0.99
00:16:54.180 But here in the New York Times, U.S. feared Trump files put spies at risk.
00:16:59.220 Put spies at risk.
00:17:01.440 You've got to remember, this is a CIA that lost 22 or 25 agents,
00:17:06.220 or top agents in mainland China, the Chinese Communist Party.
00:17:09.840 Lost all of them, right?
00:17:11.980 Because of moles or whatever inside the CIA, right? 0.79
00:17:16.120 Lost the entire ability, human, which is a known story.
00:17:19.720 But here, I just want to quote this.
00:17:22.080 And Yellow highlighted by the New York Times,
00:17:23.880 I want to thank the New York Times, our beloved paper of record.
00:17:28.640 140 unique documents bearing classification markings,
00:17:32.440 including 67 of 184, 67 marked confidential.
00:17:39.300 92 documents marked as secret.
00:17:42.260 And 25 is top secret.
00:17:43.460 This copy of the New York Times is confidential.
00:17:47.380 The overclassification is a joke. 0.99
00:17:50.140 Navarro and I, these pompous asses, and that's what they are, 0.99
00:17:53.820 they would sit there with all this stuff, it was meaningless, 0.99
00:17:56.240 and we'd sit there and go, tell me, why is this classified?
00:18:00.020 And their heads blow up.
00:18:01.380 Because this is how the administrative state separates themselves.
00:18:05.180 This is how the priest caste separates itself from the populace, 0.91
00:18:09.400 from the citizens, because they have the secret information.
00:18:14.840 They have the information that the regular citizen is not,
00:18:17.680 you're not qualified to see, right?
00:18:20.740 You're telling me, what is it?
00:18:23.300 184, 67 were marked, wait for it, confidential.
00:18:28.040 Confidential clearance.
00:18:29.760 The daily paper is confidential.
00:18:32.340 And in fact, most of the stuff you see,
00:18:33.640 anything is marked confidential.
00:18:34.780 If you see anything at all,
00:18:35.520 it's something like came out of a news article, right,
00:18:37.960 from Aviation Week in Space Technology.
00:18:41.020 This is an offensive joke.
00:18:46.520 Of everything they've tried to do in the past,
00:18:48.900 you know, from the perfect phone call,
00:18:50.240 all this nonsense, and it's all been nonsense. 0.98
00:18:53.820 This, to me, is the most ludicrous, 0.98
00:18:57.060 and they've lied consistently at every step of the way.
00:19:00.340 And clearly, like Boris has said, the nuclear, all of it.
00:19:02.300 Mike Davis, you've heard the drumbeat over the weekend.
00:19:04.880 He's going to be indicted, you know,
00:19:06.180 and he had these serious Weissman and these people come on,
00:19:08.520 this very serious knitted brow,
00:19:10.700 just like Merrick Garland had the knitted brow.
00:19:13.960 You know, he was like Jesus at Gethsemane, right?
00:19:16.800 He would knitted brow and just so, so thoughtful for three weeks.
00:19:23.440 He's like Hamlet for three weeks,
00:19:24.800 had to think this through before he did it, the urgency.
00:19:27.100 What, when you look at this from a lawyer's perspective,
00:19:30.800 and you see what they're talking about,
00:19:35.620 on a scale from one to ten, ten being a complete joke, 0.57
00:19:39.400 how ludicrous is this, sir?
00:19:41.860 A ten. 0.77
00:19:42.600 And I'll tell you why.
00:19:43.660 If these records were so dangerous
00:19:46.660 in President Trump's hands in Mar-a-Lago,
00:19:49.820 why did they wait 18 months to go get them?
00:19:53.040 Why did Merrick Garland leak out that he deliberated
00:19:56.160 four weeks before he decided whether to do the home raid
00:20:00.660 to go get these documents?
00:20:02.620 Why did they wait three days after they got the home raid
00:20:06.020 from their biased judge, magistrate judge Bruce Reinhardt,
00:20:10.580 why did they wait three days after that warrant was issued
00:20:13.900 before they executed?
00:20:14.940 This is bogus, what they're arguing.
00:20:17.360 They argued that Trump had nuclear documents.
00:20:19.840 Then, oops, there aren't Q-level classifications
00:20:22.220 on the raid inventory,
00:20:23.880 and there weren't Q-level classifications
00:20:25.840 on the affidavits.
00:20:29.660 So what do we have here?
00:20:31.140 We have paper records at Mar-a-Lago
00:20:33.780 with a former president.
00:20:35.360 The Presidential Records Act contemplates
00:20:38.620 that former presidents have classified records.
00:20:41.520 That's why he gets a security clearance.
00:20:43.200 That's why his staff gets security clearances.
00:20:45.500 That's why he has secure facilities or SCIFs.
00:20:48.660 That's why he has Secret Service protection
00:20:50.640 to guard these papers with listening devices and cameras.
00:20:54.420 There's no allegation or evidence whatsoever
00:20:56.560 that these records got into the wrong hands,
00:20:59.160 unlike Hillary Clinton's illegal home server
00:21:01.960 that was hacked by foreign governments.
00:21:04.840 When she was the Secretary of State,
00:21:06.740 she violated the Espionage Act by having that home server. 0.70
00:21:09.760 She obstructed justice by destroying the home server 0.99
00:21:13.740 and the devices.
00:21:15.120 She violated, she destroyed government property
00:21:17.420 when she did that.
00:21:18.200 There was no home raid.
00:21:19.200 They didn't even question her.
00:21:20.540 This is a political witch hunt against President Trump
00:21:23.720 because he has declassified personal copies
00:21:27.580 of the Crossfire Hurricane Russian collusion documents,
00:21:31.720 and that scares the hell out of Biden, Obama, Hillary,
00:21:35.460 Susan Rice, Clapper, the FBI, the intel.
00:21:37.860 Boris, pick apart, is there anything in Mike Davis's argument
00:21:44.140 is not actually ironclad, forged steel logic
00:21:51.480 about this situation, sir?
00:21:53.740 Absolutely not.
00:21:54.400 Mike's got it right.
00:21:55.120 Mike's been doing a great job taking War Room
00:21:58.140 over to Fox News and everywhere else.
00:22:00.800 Mike and I have been in close touch,
00:22:02.360 and he's been sharing some vital points, vital perspectives.
00:22:05.580 He's absolutely on target here.
00:22:09.500 And if you look at the history of this issue,
00:22:13.080 the DOJ's, you know, if, say we assume for a second
00:22:16.940 that this wasn't just a completely naked political head job
00:22:21.240 of a break-in, which is absolutely it, okay?
00:22:23.980 But say we're living in this alternate universe
00:22:25.660 where, oh, well, this is a real case
00:22:27.780 they're thinking of bringing.
00:22:28.400 This would be the most novel, sort of esoteric case
00:22:31.900 that they could think of bringing,
00:22:33.120 and they're trying to do that
00:22:34.580 against the most powerful political figure
00:22:36.960 in America and the world.
00:22:39.020 So just how corrupt this is cannot be overstated,
00:22:43.360 and also how weak the DOJ's position is
00:22:46.920 cannot be overstated.
00:22:48.040 I think you're going to see that bear out
00:22:49.480 in the DOJ's filings tomorrow.
00:22:52.000 There's a reason that they felt the need
00:22:54.920 to preview it today, so I think you'll see it
00:22:57.740 bear out tomorrow, and you'll see it
00:23:00.260 in the president's and his council's response
00:23:02.880 on Wednesday, and then in the hearing on Thursday.
00:23:06.520 Okay, so I'm getting to the point.
00:23:10.560 You ran surrogates for me, or for the team, in 16.
00:23:15.000 You've been a guy that knows how to manage surrogates.
00:23:19.480 You were obviously a senior consultant,
00:23:21.780 advisor on the 2020.
00:23:23.100 Here's what I don't get.
00:23:25.440 Mike Davis, and we've had him on the show a lot,
00:23:27.720 but many different issues, the tech oligarchs,
00:23:30.560 the Supreme Court, you know, he's a regular here
00:23:33.540 in the audience, Losing.
00:23:34.740 He goes over on Fox, and it's a great show.
00:23:36.660 Those are two great hosts, and Mike gives the war room,
00:23:39.740 his analysis, he's been given the war room
00:23:41.580 since the afternoon of May 8th, I think it was,
00:23:44.680 the day of the rape.
00:23:46.260 And it's bracingly refreshing on Fox,
00:23:50.940 because you haven't seen that.
00:23:51.620 Here's what I don't get.
00:23:52.960 Given that Mike laid out the case, you agree with it,
00:23:55.640 and it's forged in steel.
00:23:56.960 This is pretty straightforward.
00:23:57.880 And Fenton came on the other day and said the exact same thing.
00:23:59.780 So we've got three guys who really know what they're talking about.
00:24:02.860 Why is it that there doesn't seem to be
00:24:06.000 just a vast mass of surrogates out there,
00:24:10.080 particularly elected officials in the Republican Party?
00:24:12.880 Why is it crickets?
00:24:13.920 And to the fact that, I'm not saying it's accurate,
00:24:16.580 but you can see how the New York Times and the Axioses can say,
00:24:20.500 well, you know, there's a lot of people now very concerned about this.
00:24:23.640 When they're talking about stuff that's nonsense,
00:24:26.080 and when they make these articles, it's nonsense.
00:24:28.300 Are we anticipating a bigger groundswell of surrogate support here, sir,
00:24:34.080 particularly among senior elected officials?
00:24:37.120 Well, here's what I'll tell you.
00:24:37.760 I'll take one Mike Davis over 15, you know,
00:24:43.300 sort of middle of the road trying to have a both ways elected officials.
00:24:47.720 Here's one other thing I'll tell you.
00:24:48.740 I, you know, have to point to the fact that the president posted a video on Truth yesterday.
00:24:53.240 You did have Lindsey Graham, of all people, 0.73
00:24:55.460 go on Fox and say that there could be riots in the streets
00:24:59.040 if the DOJ continues to press for this.
00:25:01.060 You actually, you know, you've had some, you know.
00:25:03.780 Okay, but here's, okay, hold, hold, hold.
00:25:05.420 But I don't think we need to, but that's why I pulled it.
00:25:07.760 That's, you just got to my point.
00:25:09.660 I don't think we even need to mention that.
00:25:11.480 And you know why? 0.93
00:25:12.520 The case is so ludicrous.
00:25:14.360 Maybe Lindsey Graham will come up on the world. 1.00
00:25:17.420 We are to dismiss it.
00:25:18.300 We are to dismiss it as something that's not even relevant to an indictment.
00:25:23.080 This whole thing of indictment, they're trying to gaslight us right now
00:25:25.760 and all the weekend in the indictment.
00:25:27.000 Not even the word I use.
00:25:27.840 There's nothing here.
00:25:29.020 There's nothing here.
00:25:30.800 This is the weaker argument than even the first impeachment.
00:25:34.120 This is the weakest they've, of all the weakness they've had,
00:25:37.000 and it's all been blown up and all been turned to absolutely a joke on all of it.
00:25:42.780 This is, and they're just searching and searching.
00:25:45.020 And Mike's right.
00:25:45.940 We're now, today's, I think, 69 in a wake up, right, to an election.
00:25:49.820 This is direct election interference,
00:25:53.120 understanding that Biden essentially is getting turfed out.
00:25:55.860 Well, they did it with 91 days to go, right?
00:25:59.100 They did it with 91 days to go on August 8th for an election on November 8th.
00:26:04.120 And there's been accepted practice, you know, that 90 days before an election
00:26:09.020 is supposed to have some, you know, sacrosanct nature to it.
00:26:13.160 Obviously, the DOJ doesn't care about anything like that.
00:26:15.900 In terms of the elected officials, you know what they're doing.
00:26:19.020 I mean, we could call it out, right?
00:26:20.200 Oh, well, maybe there's going to be something, and maybe it doesn't, you know,
00:26:23.880 it doesn't benefit us long term.
00:26:25.580 They're playing their usual games.
00:26:27.780 Here's the flip side of it, though.
00:26:29.460 I will tell you that I'm very proud of the fact that for the last three weeks now,
00:26:33.940 to the day, right, today being the three-week anniversary of the raid
00:26:38.040 in the break-in of Mar-a-Lago, we have undoubtedly won the PR war, the media war.
00:26:44.600 The American people undoubtedly see that this break-in, this raid on Mar-a-Lago
00:26:50.300 was unjustified, unwarranted, and un-American. 0.79
00:26:53.480 And I think that having strong legal voices out there, like Mike Davis, Tom Fitton,
00:26:58.600 and others, has been vital to that because, you know, they're breaking it down
00:27:02.040 from a very specific, pointed perspective, rather than, you know,
00:27:06.260 rather than, as an elected official, doing so politically.
00:27:09.160 Now, do I think that every elected Republican should be out there denouncing this?
00:27:13.380 No doubt about it.
00:27:14.620 Have we had some strength of folks like Jim Jordan and a few others?
00:27:18.440 Yes.
00:27:18.680 Has there been enough?
00:27:19.520 Absolutely not.
00:27:21.000 Can you hang on one second?
00:27:22.220 We're going to lose Mike.
00:27:23.000 Mike, can you give, because I want people to stay up with you 24-7.
00:27:27.060 What is your social media and how they get to Article 3, sir?
00:27:30.460 Thank you.
00:27:31.020 It's article3project.org, article3project.org, at Article 3 Project.
00:27:36.260 At Article 3 Project on Getter, Twitter, Truth, and my personal is MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA.
00:27:44.240 Mike Davis, thank you very much.
00:27:46.060 Appreciate you coming on.
00:27:47.100 I know you've got a busy schedule.
00:27:49.140 Boris, I know you're busy, too, but just, I want you to hold through the break.
00:27:52.940 You've got it.
00:27:53.380 Another question on the other side.
00:27:54.860 We're also going to get Michael Yon in here.
00:27:56.780 Michael's hanging out.
00:27:58.360 Just, you know.
00:27:59.000 Exactly.
00:27:59.700 A bunch of stuff happening in Iraq today.
00:28:01.580 We're going to get Michael Yon for an update.
00:28:03.400 And then I've got a brilliant investigative report from the Christian Post.
00:28:08.200 We're going to do all this after a short commercial break.
00:28:10.340 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:28:15.020 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:28:17.300 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:28:19.840 We rejoice when there's no more. 0.95
00:28:21.720 Let's take down the CCP.
00:28:24.720 War Room.
00:28:26.160 Pandemic.
00:28:26.920 With Stephen K. Bannon. 0.71
00:28:28.660 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:28:32.480 War Room.
00:28:33.640 Pandemic.
00:28:34.560 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:28:36.940 Okay, I want to bring in, Boris, and I understand you're pressed for time.
00:28:43.040 But, you know, they're doing the PSYOP now that they always do around, you know, around 80 or 90 days, 70 days to go,
00:28:51.280 which is to put out all these polls that the Republicans are losing momentum.
00:28:55.420 President Trump's losing momentum.
00:28:57.340 We're not going to take the House.
00:28:58.580 We're not going to take the Senate.
00:28:59.740 When you actually look at the analysis that's attached to these polls, right, you look at the undercard.
00:29:05.920 You see that that's not true.
00:29:07.820 What can you tell people about where your sense is, where things are heading towards November 8th
00:29:13.920 and the momentum around MAGA and President Trump?
00:29:17.380 My sense, Steve, is that MAGA is more on fire than ever before.
00:29:21.680 And, I mean, if you look at the turnout at, you know, at all of the primaries we've had,
00:29:28.140 look at the turnout at the president's rallies.
00:29:30.540 You're going to see that again on Saturday, on September 3rd.
00:29:34.240 There's never been political fire, political enthusiasm like we've had now, especially,
00:29:40.040 specifically after the unconstitutional raid and breaking of the president's home at Mar-a-Lago.
00:29:45.760 So, you know, the suppression polls, oh, yeah, Republicans, they don't really care anymore.
00:29:50.580 They're just, no, wrong.
00:29:52.520 Republicans are more energized than ever.
00:29:56.460 MAGA is more energized than ever.
00:29:58.860 Biden, in the year anniversary of the debacle, disgusting, despicable debacle in Afghanistan, 0.81
00:30:04.640 is the least popular president in American history.
00:30:07.900 So, and any suggestion otherwise is a straight, bold-faced lie.
00:30:12.480 And if you look at the crosstabs, they will tell you that Hispanic Americans, African Americans,
00:30:16.360 Asian Americans, Jewish Americans, young people, older people, men, women, are all coming over in droves to MAGA.
00:30:23.880 And that's the truth.
00:30:25.080 That's the reality.
00:30:26.040 And any poll that says, oh, yeah, you know, now Republicans are complacent or whatever that might be,
00:30:32.400 is just meant to do that, to cause complacency.
00:30:35.480 But the beauty of now versus 20 years ago is that MAGA has war.
00:30:41.060 MAGA has President Trump's truth account.
00:30:43.360 MAGA has access to information that is truthful.
00:30:46.740 And MAGA, the MAGA voter, as they always have been, the MAGA voters are smart.
00:30:52.940 We're not going to be fooled by this mainstream media nonsense.
00:30:56.440 We know that the time is ours and we're going to take our 100 seats.
00:31:00.380 We're going to be in charge for 100 years and then march on to a major win in 2024.
00:31:05.100 And for President Trump to walk into the Oval Office, as we hope and expect, on Jan 20, 2025.
00:31:11.100 Yeah, we're going to break down.
00:31:12.220 I'm going to use some crosstabs tomorrow to show you how this polling is.
00:31:15.200 That's vital.
00:31:16.440 These are suppression polls and psyops.
00:31:18.360 Don't worry about it.
00:31:19.380 The momentum, I got to tell you, I've never seen people mourn fire about this.
00:31:22.880 No, all over the country, too, Steve.
00:31:24.920 In New York, in California, in Arizona, and everywhere, all over the country.
00:31:31.080 And I think you're getting a lot of independence, too.
00:31:32.800 Boris, now more than ever, people need to follow you on social media.
00:31:35.680 How did they get there?
00:31:36.900 No doubt about it.
00:31:37.700 BorisCP.com is the website.
00:31:39.020 Send up right now on BorisCP.com.
00:31:41.160 Hot on the website.

00:31:46.780 The hottest on the ground, Boris underscore Epstein.
00:31:48.680 Stay strong.
00:31:49.300 God bless.
00:31:49.740 And I will see you tomorrow.
00:31:50.960 You know, later at the 6 o'clock show in Battleground, we're actually going to go to Michigan, talk to Christine Karamo.
00:31:57.660 If you saw Gateway Punt today, they had a speech she did over the weekend on fire, on absolute fire. 0.57
00:32:04.920 They call it, I think, the avenging angel.
00:32:07.520 We're going to have Christine Karamo running for secretary of state. 1.00
00:32:10.000 Also, we're going to go to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, talk to Tony Shoup and Sam Fattis, had a huge patriot rally there.
00:32:15.960 They're going to do these rallies every couple of days of these patriot groups come together about voter integrity, get out the vote, but also voter integrity.
00:32:23.220 So the two battlegrounds of Pennsylvania and in Michigan on fire.
00:32:27.580 So Dave Bratt is going to join us and talk about there's been some articles recently about this whole thing, concept of Christian nationalism.
00:32:34.520 And they're saying that, you know, David French and others are coming out and saying that the MAGA, you know, evangelicals, the MAGA traditional Catholics are too hardcore.
00:32:44.960 They're too hard edge.
00:32:46.340 They've got to start using kindness and got to start using more humility.
00:32:50.360 We're going to have Brandon Showalter on joining us in a moment from the Christian Post and a major investigative piece.
00:32:55.740 He's got.
00:32:56.400 Do we have Brandon Showalter?
00:32:57.880 Yeah, let's go ahead and get the let's talk to you.
00:33:02.000 Let's talk about your amazing investigative piece in the Christian Post.
00:33:06.980 Very disturbing.
00:33:08.280 I want you to walk through what your theory of the case is, how you came up.
00:33:12.480 This is about surgeries being done in young people in the situation of gender affirming surgery.
00:33:19.900 You've actually done an investigation.
00:33:21.540 People have denied it's actually happening.
00:33:23.500 You say the opposite.
00:33:24.920 You've done a deep dive investigation.
00:33:26.520 Walk us through what you found.
00:33:28.920 Well, yes, Steve.
00:33:30.200 And this all was inspired because I was just so infuriated watching the legacy press, the mass media run interference for the gender industry, particularly these children's hospitals that have been exposed recently.
00:33:45.340 Libs of TikTok, I believe it was last Thursday or Friday, released the audio footage of staffers at National Children's Hospital saying on tape that they had done what they call gender affirming.
00:33:56.840 Hysterectomies on 16 year olds.
00:33:58.960 And so then you see NPR and the Washington Post, this corporate media apparatus, basically the communications wing of the gender industry. 0.90
00:34:07.320 Again, denying that this is just right wing information.
00:34:11.000 And they take the angle that, oh, these are now, you know, these horrible people who are making threats against hospital staff, that kind of thing.
00:34:18.740 And that this isn't happening.
00:34:20.040 They're just flat out denying that these surgeries, these brutal sterilizing and disfiguring surgeries are not happening to youth under the age of 18.
00:34:27.540 And I've been in this for a while, Steve.
00:34:29.740 And so I just knew that the literature says otherwise.
00:34:33.100 And so taking a page from Libs of TikTok, who just holds the mirror up and exposes their horrible antics for what they are, I figured, well, I'm just going to make a coherent list here of all of the journals, the peer reviewed medical journals, JAMA Pediatrics, the Journal of Sexual Medicine, the Journal of Clinical Medicine.
00:34:50.060 And the Lancet had an article a few years ago about this obstetrics and gynecology, where the gender clinicians themselves say that they have done these brutal disfiguring surgeries on people under the age of 18.
00:35:02.860 So I'm just re-quoting what they've already said and put them all together.
00:35:06.100 And I just figured, OK, legacy media, you may be able to gaslight people, but you're not going to gaslight me.
00:35:12.240 And I'm going to put you on notice that when this mass psychosis spell breaks off of our society about what we're doing to children, I'm not going to let you off the hook.
00:35:20.200 You're not going to be able to feign ignorance.
00:35:22.200 I tried to tell you.
00:35:23.820 And here's the receipts.
00:35:25.900 Brandon, let me ask you a question.
00:35:27.440 Is these surgeries, can they be reversed once children, 15 or 16 years old or 12 years old, however old they are, if they make these decisions and they had these surgeries,
00:35:40.240 are these surgeries reversible, sir?
00:35:43.380 Absolutely not.
00:35:44.820 Once you cut a body part off, you're done.
00:35:47.280 And neither are these drugs reversible.
00:35:49.480 That's the famous line that they toss out about puberty blockers.
00:35:52.220 They say, oh, they're completely reversible.
00:35:54.720 No, they are not.
00:35:55.880 If you freeze your endocrine system, and especially if you then follow on with synthetic opposite sex hormones, you're going to be rendered completely sterile.
00:36:04.080 Very likely.
00:36:04.680 You'll be sterilized.
00:36:05.860 You can't reverse that.
00:36:07.160 And it's aligned.
00:36:08.760 The NHS in England, not so long ago, updated its website where it used to say that these blockers were reversible.
00:36:16.180 And then they changed it, and they said the long-term effects remain unknown.
00:36:20.560 None of this is reversible.
00:36:22.000 None of it.
00:36:22.420 I want to go back to the railhead of the story because we had Joe Allen on.
00:36:30.160 You know, he's our editor for All Things Transhuman.
00:36:32.240 He's been on a special project, but we kind of pulled him off because of this situation with the Boston Children's Hospital.
00:36:38.080 And also then you had MIT Review, and you had the situation at Yale.
00:36:43.560 I just want to go back.
00:36:44.500 This came up on Boston Children's Hospital. 0.89
00:36:47.520 They denied it, and then they came out and said, oh, my gosh, all these terrible MAGA people, all these terrible Trump followers, all these terrible Christians are calling up and threatening us. 0.69
00:36:57.280 That is what really drove you. 0.81
00:36:58.640 And the mainstream media had gotten back at this.
00:37:00.220 The people were lying.
00:37:01.560 They never really said this, and that they were being, for the first time in their history, they were being attacked, and they feared for their lives and everything like that.
00:37:08.960 That's essentially, in the mainstream media, formed like a phalanx around this.
00:37:13.320 This is right, Joe Allen.
00:37:14.920 You said, okay, I hear you.
00:37:17.800 I see what's been said, but you deny it.
00:37:20.940 I'm going to go back and get the preview.
00:37:22.900 I'm going to go back and look at the literature, what has been printed already and not denied.
00:37:28.300 And by connecting dots, and that's why if we can get his story up on the screen, your story is pretty definitive.
00:37:34.540 Not only do you quote the articles, you provide the links.
00:37:38.140 I mean, what I love about it, when I first saw it and reached out to you, you deliver the receipts.
00:37:44.640 This is categorical.
00:37:45.840 Is it not how you went through this, sir?
00:37:48.680 Absolutely.
00:37:49.440 And with respect to Boston Children's Hospital, from 2017 to 2020, they performed 65 mastectomies, breast amputations, on minor girls.
00:38:00.220 And for that, you can go to page three on the Journal of Clinical Medicine's article, and it's linked there in the article.
00:38:05.760 It's the data table.
00:38:06.660 It says it right there.
00:38:08.140 In black letters.
00:38:09.360 If plain as day.
00:38:10.640 So they can deny it, but we've got the goods.
00:38:13.140 They are absolutely doing these surgeries on minors, no matter what they say, or they'll speak out of both sides of their mouth, or maybe they'll minimize, well, this was just this one very distressed child that we just had to do it.
00:38:23.360 No.
00:38:24.200 Force them to tell the truth, because you've got the document.
00:38:26.500 It's right there.
00:38:27.140 Since the piece is posted, have you gotten any blowback?
00:38:33.020 Well, I'm getting a lot of gratitude from people.
00:38:36.520 Well, and Steve, you should know, I hear from a lot of people on the left who are adamantly opposed to this nonsense.
00:38:42.480 I mean, lesbians, radical feminists, Democrat, lifelong Democrats who say that they'll never vote Democrat again because they watch their daughters go get Planned Parenthood testosterone, and then their voice becomes froggy and they wind up progressively sterilized. 0.70
00:38:56.840 This is just tearing apart families right and left, and look, I'll talk to anybody, but as far as blowback, I haven't received so much yet, but a lot of the people, because it's the Christian Post, sadly, it has no sway amongst our elite. 0.89
00:39:09.580 They just think we're a bunch of crazy people, but the truth is the truth, no matter who says that, and I have the receipts.
00:39:14.480 No, because you have the receipts.
00:39:16.620 This thing is so professionally done.
00:39:20.080 Hang on for one second.
00:39:21.220 I think we've worked out the technical problem we have with Michael Young.
00:39:24.060 Michael's overseas running in Europe.
00:39:27.180 Also, we have Brandon Shawwalder, quite frankly, a blockbuster investigative piece in the Christian Post.
00:39:33.040 We're going to take a short break.
00:39:34.080 We'll be back in a moment.
00:39:36.580 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:39:38.660 Let's take down the CC.
00:39:40.800 Has arrived.
00:39:42.120 The new social media taking on big tech, protecting free speech, and canceling cancel culture.

00:40:32.520 Just go to Getter right now.
00:40:34.360 Sign up.
00:40:34.800 And I appreciate it if you follow me.
00:40:36.960 We'll make it worth your while.
00:40:38.180 That we're going to want to bring in Brandon Sherwalter, lead investigative reporter for the Christian Post.
00:40:42.920 Amazing article up.
00:40:44.820 Brandon, and we're going to work with you afterwards.
00:40:46.560 We'd love to have you back on the morning show because there's so much more I want to go through this article.
00:40:49.640 It's so well done.
00:40:50.680 But you used a phrase, Brandon, called mass psychosis.
00:40:55.460 Can you explain that?
00:40:56.040 We only got a couple of minutes.
00:40:57.120 And I want to put it in the context of isn't this just the Christian Post?
00:41:00.640 You're just haters, and these people are already traumatized enough, and you've just singled out these people that are confused about their gender for more hate, sir?
00:41:12.220 Absolutely not.
00:41:13.160 And I've known people, I know people who have struggled with that issue.
00:41:16.220 They're gender confused, gender dysphoria, body dysphoria.
00:41:19.920 My heart goes out to them.
00:41:21.000 We owe those people, whether they're male or female, compassion.
00:41:24.300 When I said mass psychosis, when I refer to mass psychosis, what I mean by that is I say gender ideology has a stranglehold on our institutions. 0.94
00:41:33.100 And so there are people who live in these bubbles where it's just this is all that they have been inculcated with, and it's like we can't speak the truth normally.
00:41:41.700 The word Orwellian is overused in our society, but I think it perfectly fits with this trans dogma that we're now swimming in. 1.00
00:41:48.520 And I call that mass psychosis.
00:41:50.500 We need to snap out of it.
00:41:51.880 And I think that as more and more detransitioners are starting to tell their stories, and as they get their stories out, and hopefully this is happening around the world, but hopefully it'll start here now. 1.00
00:42:00.380 Now, legal action, lawsuits against these clinics that have disfigured and harmed these people irreparably, we're going to see the spell start to break because the harm will be unignorable.
00:42:10.840 Brandon, what is your social media until we get you back on here?
00:42:14.720 How do people follow you and how they follow The Christian Post?
00:42:17.780 You can follow my byline at The Christian Post, and my social media is on Twitter, at Brandon M. Show.
00:42:27.640 Sir, thank you very much for coming on.
00:42:30.220 Or I appreciate it.
00:42:31.820 Thank you, Steve.
00:42:33.660 Blockbuster story.
00:42:34.640 Okay, I want to go back.
00:42:35.540 We get the technicality of with Michael Yon worked out.
00:42:38.180 Michael is one of the people that knows the region where this is happening better than just about anyone.
00:42:43.980 Michael, let's play some of the footage again.
00:42:46.660 I think we've got some updates for us.
00:42:47.760 You can go ahead and play it, and then I'll bring in Michael for a second.
00:42:50.460 The footage is horrific.
00:43:03.380 Keep the footage on.
00:43:05.440 Keep the footage on.
00:43:06.380 Just open my mic.
00:43:07.060 Perfect.
00:43:07.320 This is, I think, the presidential palace.
00:43:10.040 This reminds me of 2004.
00:43:12.400 It reminds me of what's happening in Sri Lanka.
00:43:14.500 I want to bring in Michael Yon.
00:43:16.120 Michael, is Baghdad descending into chaos, and is this driven by economics, or is this just a continuation of the religious strife that we got caught in the middle of?
00:43:25.220 I think it's a continuation, Steve.
00:43:27.900 I mean, this is the Baghdad that you're seeing there, and many of us, I, and many watched this experience many, many times.
00:43:36.540 I see it's almost 1 o'clock in the morning there, and there's almost no moon.
00:43:40.260 It's only about 5% illumination.
00:43:41.900 Normally, on this late at night, with a really dark moon, they'll start to go home.
00:43:46.620 But I'm getting reports, semi-live reports coming in from Baghdad now.
00:43:51.000 They're getting more and more mortars fired into the green zone.
00:43:53.980 I'm looking at a screen as things come in here.
00:43:55.800 And, in fact, the Dutch embassy has evacuated to the German embassy.
00:44:01.600 The green zone, for those who don't know what the green zone is, green means safe.
00:44:05.460 The safe zone where the embassies are, it's been breached.
00:44:10.400 Walls have been blown up.
00:44:11.900 Some of them appear to have been shot down with large weapons.
00:44:15.060 Others may have been blown up with explosives.
00:44:16.800 But the bottom line is the Mahdi army, which is the army that's working with Markada al-Sadr.
00:44:21.560 I'll explain who he is in a moment.
00:44:23.220 But they have breached into the green zone.
00:44:24.780 They're actually attacking, also appear to be attacking, Iranian Sia militia.
00:44:32.040 And so there's a lot of interesting things going on here.
00:44:35.640 But Markada al-Sadr, for those who don't know, basically his father was a big Sia leader for many years.
00:44:43.100 He was a huge cult leader, you might say, and a very big spiritual leader.
00:44:47.280 He was assassinated in the late 90s.
00:44:49.540 And then his son took over.
00:44:51.380 Many people say his son is not the smartest guy in the world.
00:44:54.260 That's Mokada al-Sadr. 0.89
00:44:56.000 He has a large militia, at least hundreds of thousands of people.
00:45:00.340 He gave us many hard times in Iraq. 0.83
00:45:02.800 We could have killed him many, many times.
00:45:05.140 I mean, many times we knew exactly where he was. 0.85
00:45:07.920 I mean, I was on missions at times where we knew exactly where he was, what vehicle he was in, tracking him with aircraft.
00:45:14.620 And going right by it, nobody did a thing.
00:45:17.480 So you'll see reports that, you know, the United States was, you know, looking for him dead or alive for years.
00:45:22.700 We knew where he was.
00:45:24.020 Let him come and go to Iran, back and forth.
00:45:26.480 And so anyway, Mokada al-Sadr eventually left from being just a cult leader to join the actual government.
00:45:34.200 He just resigned from the government.
00:45:36.180 And now his militias are going wild.
00:45:38.740 Keep in mind, this is not going to be all Shia against Sunni.
00:45:42.520 And Shia fight each other just as much. 1.00
00:45:45.200 So there's a lot of factions within the Shia community, and they're fighting each other now.
00:45:50.440 It's clear that the fighting is picking up.
00:45:52.200 I'm getting reports again, like, for instance, I see 50 cows firing into the green zone now.
00:45:58.440 And so I think the way things are looking right now, I think this is more than a spasm.
00:46:03.720 That's my guess.
00:46:04.580 As you know, let's talk about China for a minute.
00:46:07.240 China is deeply involved in Iraq.
00:46:09.540 Since we left, they get approximately 40% of their crude.
00:46:12.980 China gets approximately 40% of their crude from Iraq.
00:46:15.920 So there's more going on here than just Shia, Sunni, and government dramas.
00:46:21.940 The normal players are at the table.
00:46:24.560 And the Iraqis, they love a good gunfight.
00:46:27.460 I've been in many people watching.
00:46:28.920 Your show has a lot of veterans.
00:46:30.980 And as many people watching this, I've been in a lot of gunfights there.
00:46:34.520 And they know how this goes.
00:46:36.660 Iraqis kill each other. 1.00
00:46:37.940 Michael, we've got to bounce for the 6 o'clock show.
00:46:41.020 We're going to Michigan, Pennsylvania.
00:46:42.060 Real quickly, how do people follow you tonight before we head back on tomorrow on social media to follow this?
00:46:48.500 Yes, sir.
00:46:48.900 I'm on Getter at MichaelYan1776.
00:46:52.460 And I'm also, that's my Getter page.
00:46:54.140 And I'm also on Locals.com, Locals.com, where I publish every single day.
00:46:59.260 Thank you, Steve.
00:46:59.820 I know it sounds haunting, but for the audience, there's chaos in the green zone in Baghdad.
00:47:05.000 I mean, that takes us back, what, 18 years ago.
00:47:08.920 Some things never change.
00:47:10.020 Okay, we're going to take a short break.
00:47:11.420 Michael, thank you very much.
00:47:12.540 Honored to have you on here.
00:47:13.360 Look forward to having you back.
00:47:14.900 6 o'clock, we're going to go to the 6 o'clock show.
00:47:17.400 We're going to Michigan.
00:47:18.880 We're going to go to Pennsylvania.
00:47:20.520 We're going to talk about what's happening in those battleground states on election integrity with people at the tip of the spear,
00:47:26.060 fighting for the Secretary of State and also fighting to make sure that mail-in ballots are ended in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
00:47:33.920 all next in the world.
00:47:34.800 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:47:37.100 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:47:39.000 Let's take down the seat.
00:47:41.000 Folks, let me tell you about Salty.

00:47:49.820 While COVID gets all the headlines, it's important to realize that heart disease kills nearly 700,000 Americans every year.
00:47:58.340 Yes, heart disease is the number one killer every year, year in and year out.
00:48:02.180 Heart disease builds over time.
00:48:04.160 Hypertension, high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, diabetes, all of it affects our heart.

00:48:13.900 It is never too early to take care of your heart.
