00:02:49.040 of the mullahs in Iran, into the existential threat to our country, the Chinese communist party.

00:03:08.640 to Oscar Ramirez, to all the reporters we've had in Mexico, uh, following this, that now you have,
00:03:14.240 you know, 4.9 million Oscar said yesterday in the show, he thinks it's actually 9 million, um, uh,
00:03:19.680 illegal aliens or unauthorized aliens, whatever you want to call them, uh, here in this nation.

00:04:12.000 against kids in India. We have no problem with competition at all. The United States never has,
00:04:15.600 but we need those children to be at the top of their game. And, and, and doing that,
00:04:20.640 we need the time in those schools, dedicated, dedicated to make sure that they come out and
00:04:26.800 they have, um, not what they call critical thinking skills by this indoctrination program,
00:04:32.000 but the basics of math, of rhetoric, of language, of reading, of comprehension, of all those basics
00:04:39.600 from the good old 19th century, right? That led us to become industrial powerhouse into when world
00:04:46.960 war two, right into, into, into actually win world war one, we need that level of teaching.
00:04:53.360 So the, uh, today reported associated press. Now everybody's picked up the story. Guess what?
00:05:00.000 Uh, a massive drop in reading and math skills. I think the math reading skills dropped to 30 years,
00:05:06.160 math skills dropped, but 30 year lows, math skills dropping beyond comprehension and wait for it.
00:05:11.280 They're blaming the pandemic. No, this is gaslighting and a lie. Okay. What the pandemic did
00:05:19.680 is expose to the parents who, by the way, we're not political at all. When this started,
00:05:25.040 they were not political. They just care about their kids. They saw on those computer screens
00:05:30.240 exactly what was going on. You know what? It was not reading, writing, and arithmetic.
00:05:35.280 They thought they're dropping their kids off at school and the kids are, you know,
00:05:38.640 are learning this and they're watching the computer screens. They walking by and the kids,
00:05:42.400 little kids up there, and they're not seeing that they're seeing something totally radically
00:05:48.400 different. Tiffany justice walk through what this report says today, this bombshell report. And I'm so
00:05:53.840 proud that we have in April of 2021, I said that the moms of America are going to be the key that picks
00:06:01.120 the lock in this country to turn this country around. And they're going to do it through the school
00:06:04.320 boards. It's because of the mass mandates, the vaccine mandates, but also what they're finding out
00:06:09.280 of what a little Johnny and Sue are not learning in school. Tiffany justice, walk us through this

00:06:26.400 2016 to 2020. And I started to, I wanted to serve because I was watching in my own children's school
00:06:32.640 district. We had 28% of African-American students reading on grade level, but this school was getting
00:06:37.840 an A in the state grading system consistently. And I just kept thinking, you know, if I was the
00:06:43.600 principal of this school, I would reject the A. How can you have an entire subgroup of students not
00:06:48.320 reading on grade level and yet celebrate an A? And I know I've come on before and said school
00:06:53.360 districts do two things really well. They protect themselves with our taxpayer dollars and they
00:06:58.000 celebrate themselves and they do that to protect themselves. And so what we're seeing right now with
00:07:02.720 school districts across the country is they're not talking about student achievement. They're talking
00:07:06.240 about rankings. Oh, our district went up in the rankings. Well, why did your district go up in the
00:07:10.560 rankings? Not because the kids did better. It's because other districts did worse than your district.
00:07:15.120 And that's a lie. And so parents are done being lied to in America when it comes to their children's
00:07:20.400 education. You're right, Steve. COVID was very difficult in many ways, but it is a blessing.
00:07:25.360 And we at Moms for Liberty are making lemonade. We are awake now. We see what's happening with our
00:07:30.960 children. And when you saw parents across the country during the pandemic fighting to open schools,
00:07:35.600 we were told kids are resilient. Learning loss isn't real. Opening schools is white supremacy.
00:07:41.120 School isn't closed. Just the buildings are. Kids don't need to see faces. Is that true?
00:07:45.760 True. Really? I mean, American parents are not stupid. And you're right about the scores. I mean,
00:07:51.120 they've only gotten worse. You have Chicago public schools whose teachers unions have been totally
00:07:55.600 out of control fighting against the mayor. And yet Randy Weingarten's in Chicago celebrating the
00:08:00.240 Chicago teachers union. And their scores have dropped from about 30, 40 percent proficiency before
00:08:05.120 the pandemic to down into the teens. You have Senator Tiara Mack, you know, having kids lie down on the
00:08:11.280 steps of the Rhode Island Capitol building after a school shooting, covering themselves with fake
00:08:15.760 blood. But only 11 percent of kids in Rhode Island are proficient in reading. I mean, when I say that
00:08:21.840 our children are being turned into little social justice warriors, they are. There is not a concern
00:08:27.600 for these children to be literate. They want them to be politically literate, but not actually literate.
00:08:32.720 And so we're seeing a lot of the traditional ways that reading has been taught being challenged.
00:08:36.880 Now, balanced literacy is really going out the window and people are going back to phonics.
00:08:41.600 But when we look at a lot of these different curriculums that are being used for reading
00:08:45.680 across the country, they don't have a focus on phonics. And that's where we need to get back
00:08:49.360 to. And American parents are wise to the game. We're done with Randy Weingarten being this arsonist
00:08:54.080 pretending to be a firefighter. I don't know if you know, Steve, but the White House just convened
00:08:57.920 a meeting. Dr. Jill Biden apparently presided over it. And it was a big payday to American teachers
00:09:04.080 unions. And guess who wasn't at the table? Guess who didn't have a seat? A parent.
00:09:09.920 What is this report? It lays it all out. I mean, you can't hide from this anymore. This is why we're
00:09:15.120 not competitive. I mean, I think we rank it like 50th in the world. It is of the one of our highest
00:09:20.560 priorities to sort this out. And this will tell us about what parental rights is, why it's so important,
00:09:26.800 and why people out there, even folks that don't have children or their children are grown, have to
00:09:33.360 participate in this and have to get engaged in this really at the cutting edge of turning this nation
00:09:38.640 around. Yeah, parental rights are fundamental rights. That means that you as the parent have
00:09:44.320 the right to direct the upbringing of your child, their medical care, their education, their health
00:09:49.200 care, their moral and religious upbringing. And I think we've seen very clearly across the United
00:09:53.440 States that parental rights are under attack. As I've come on the show and said before, there are
00:09:57.840 social transition forms where children are changing their gender at school and schools
00:10:01.520 are keeping it a secret from parents. This isn't just about parents getting involved. We need every
00:10:06.560 single member of that, your listeners across America to recognize this is the biggest national
00:10:12.320 security crisis that we have. A generation of children who cannot read, who cannot think for
00:10:17.920 themselves, who cannot look at data and make independent decisions. You talked about critical
00:10:22.400 thinking. We want our kids to be critical thinkers. We want them to be able to take in information and
00:10:26.960 analyze it and make a decision for their own. But that's not what's happening. Critical theory is what
00:10:31.520 has been laced into American public schools. And that really makes the child be at odds with everything,
00:10:37.040 including the United States of America. Kids in America right now are being taught that America
00:10:42.080 is a systemically racist, broken country that cannot be redeemed and that it must be torn down and
00:10:47.760 rebuilt. And that's really that Marxist theology that has entered into all of our schools. And we do
00:10:53.280 need every single person to fight. It's why we started Moms for Liberty so that parents would have
00:10:57.840 a louder voice so that we could get a seat at the table. And we're working very hard to get a seat at
00:11:02.640 all levels of government. Our moms are working at the local level with their school boards, their town
00:11:07.120 councils, their county commissions. We're working at the state level with legislators. And now we're working
00:11:11.600 at the national level. And the message to Miguel Cardona and Dr. Jill Biden and Joe Biden is stop

00:20:00.960 declassification memo on the Crossfire Hurricane records and other records. And so there goes the
00:20:06.240 espionage charge. And then they said that he stole these records and that he violated all these
00:20:10.560 government statutes. Then we pointed out the Presidential Records Act specifically says that the
00:20:15.680 president could have these. And that fell apart. And then they're saying that then we have that
00:20:19.840 Merrick Garland leaked out that he didn't personally approve this raid. He leaked that out to Newsweek
00:20:24.240 after it blew up in their faces. That was a lie. Then the nuclear documents. They said he had nuclear
00:20:28.960 documents to try to justify this raid. That was a lie. It's they said that President Trump wasn't
00:20:35.040 involved or President Biden wasn't involved in this decision. That was a lie. Jonathan Su,
00:20:40.400 Deputy White House counsel to President Biden had to waive President Trump's claim of executive
00:20:46.240 privilege. And so it's just constant lies. Now it's constant lies. It's constant leaks.
00:20:52.000 Now they're getting desperate. And this pleading from the Justice Department was desperate. They have
00:20:56.800 a picture in there to make it look like Trump had these classified records all over his office floor.
00:21:02.800 It's nonsense. These were declassified. This was his personal copy. They were in his drawers. They were
00:21:08.400 safe. They were under Secret Service protection. He has staff with security clearances, federally
00:21:14.000 funded staff, federally funded office space, secure office space. This is a charade. It's because Trump
00:21:19.760 has the crossfire hurricane records that he declassified and he took a personal copy. It is
00:21:26.160 terrifying to Obama, Biden, Hillary, James Clapper, Susan Rice, the FBI, the intel community, the deep state.
00:21:33.760 They know that these crossfire hurricane records are damning. And that's what this raid was all
00:21:38.560 about. They went to this biased magistrate judge who just recused from President Trump's civil lawsuit
00:21:43.600 on June 22nd. Somehow his bias went away and now they're in cover up mode.

00:21:52.960 didn't want Grassley to be in charge of these committees. That's what I'm saying today. We got to put

00:26:47.520 into Europe to attempt to enforce price caps. It's going to take 18 countries to get along with

00:34:43.940 Detroit economic club. I think it is today. And she's going to take a victory lap.
00:34:47.940 They're out taking, I'm not making this up. She's, I know Axios headline. The white house is pushing
00:34:53.220 this as the victory tour. Right. Cortez brother, help me out here. I mean, I've heard gaslighting,
00:35:01.120 but this is like hold next. This is next level. Right. Tell me, tell me about your, your opinion
00:35:07.180 of the victory tour. This level of gaslighting would embarrass the ministry of information for
00:35:12.940 North Korea. Okay. That's the reality. That's how disconnected from the economic anxiety out there

00:35:28.460 as we speak right now, natural gas today up 2% at $9 and 30 cents. When Janet Yellen and Joe Biden
00:35:36.340 came into office, it was $2 and 50 cents because you're exactly correct. This country of ours,
00:35:42.100 this amazing land of the United States has been blessed by almighty God with oceans of natural gas
00:35:47.520 underneath our feet. If we choose to harness it, we did under president Trump and we had dependable,
00:35:53.660 stable, affordable, domestic natural gas, which is really the primary fuel for the factories and
00:35:58.540 farms of America. We have exactly the opposite today. By the way, that's U S prices. Okay. That's
00:36:02.900 for futures prices for delivery in the United States. As you mentioned, the situation of course
00:36:07.280 is far worse in Europe because the countries of Europe effectively decided to make a snotty
00:36:12.580 Swedish teenager, their, their minister of energy. They also decided along with Joe Biden to massively
00:36:18.720 escalate what is a regional crisis into an international crisis, sending energy prices skyrocketing
00:36:24.320 there. Let's learn the lessons of Europe and not travel down that path now. But to this point of
00:36:30.160 Janet Yellen, it's fascinating that she's going to the Detroit athletic club and trying to claim
00:36:34.440 that there's something good to say about the American economy, Steve, where she really ought
00:36:38.520 to be going. And I'm not trying to be snarky here because this is the sad reality. She should be going to
00:36:42.560 a soup kitchen because Americans cannot afford right now to pay their most basic bills. Forget about
00:36:48.380 the lavish things in life, about the luxuries of life. They can't pay their most basic bills.

00:38:34.940 Powell have done to them economically. You know, speaking of Michigan, University of Michigan is
00:38:39.280 the gold standard when it comes to consumer sentiment surveys. And in their survey, which goes all the way
00:38:43.420 back to the 1950s, consumer confidence in the United States has never been lower than it is today.
00:38:49.320 So yes, Dr. Yellen should go and speak to regular Americans. Of course, we're not going to hold our
00:38:53.840 breath for that to happen. To connect this back to financial markets, Steve, and what's going on
00:38:57.520 today, a couple of things. You know, I mentioned Soup Kitchen. Well, two very prominent soup companies,
00:39:02.360 two soup processors came out with earnings before the bell today, and each of them is down more than
00:39:08.500 5%. Hormel and Campbell Soup. Both of them, the reason these stocks are getting crushed,
00:39:14.300 down 6% on the day on HRL and CPB are the tickers. And I'm not trying to pick on these companies.
00:39:20.740 They are emblematic of a much larger trend of any company that is consumer facing right now
00:39:26.000 is just floundering when it comes to the stock market. That is the reality. And even worse than
00:39:30.520 that, I think that's an interesting data point, but it's more anecdotal on a more macro basis.
00:39:35.260 And this is critical. If we can, folks, let's please pull up chart number one, because I want to show
00:39:39.600 what's going on with Treasury yields. This is the Treasury two-year yield. We normally talk about
00:39:45.820 the 10-year yield. This is the two-year yield, which is more sensitive to the Federal Reserve,
00:39:49.900 which finally realizes that it has to raise rates. Too little, too late, but at least they're finally
00:39:54.720 getting the message of just how pernicious and systemic the inflation is in the United States.
00:39:59.560 Two-year yield in the United States, as that chart shows, has not been this high at 3.5%
00:40:04.940 since 2007. Now, Steve, we know what happened in 2008 and 2009. What we have going on right now,
00:40:13.200 as you can see there, a massive spike in rates almost the moment Joe Biden took office. A spike
00:40:19.420 in rates into a recession, which is the worst of all worlds. Normally, as we are heading into a
00:40:25.520 recession, as a recession is deepening in the United States, you want to have the opposite effect. Rates
00:40:29.400 normally would be going down. But these are the consequences, the ravages of stagflation.
00:40:34.100 We have high interest rates, high inflation, with a receding economy. And the markets, again,
00:40:40.260 price is truth. There's no way you can argue with the bond market over where it sees inflation,
00:40:45.180 right? I want to make sure, and this is one of the powers of this show, for people that sit there
00:40:49.560 and go, well, look, I can't even balance my checkbook. All this stuff you talk about in finance,
00:40:52.960 and every time they talk about it, it's so confusing. Stock market, bond market. These capital markets
00:40:57.460 are living things, right? And they respond to real events. This is investors. These are people
00:41:01.840 betting your pension funds every day. These are people that sophisticated investors putting money
00:41:06.780 to work. It's Joe Biden. And this is what the distraction is. This is what we're going to have
00:41:11.320 MTG on today, this afternoon, because the Zen master, Jean-Pierre, is up yesterday saying that how
00:41:18.860 DeSantis and MTG are the problems. They're the semi-fascist. Biden's going to go address the nation
00:41:24.120 tonight while Yellen's running around on a victory tour while the nation's being crushed.
00:41:29.360 They're trying to change the conversation. The sophisticated investors in the world that are
00:41:33.840 fiduciary obligation to put your pension in front of work are betting every second of every day. And
00:41:39.660 you know what they're betting? You know what they've said? They have rejected, rejected Joe Biden's

00:50:36.280 blessed as California is naturally. But they have, in fact, ruined it, which is why people are leaving
00:50:42.040 in mass. You know, yesterday I talked about the great migration that's going on in the United
00:50:46.260 States, people leaving the blue states and gravitating to places like Texas and Tennessee
00:50:50.520 and Florida. The three biggest losing states, not surprisingly, in terms of net population loss,
00:50:56.200 have been Illinois, New York, and California. So people are very much voting with their feet.
00:51:01.460 But despite that, both of these megalomaniac governors believe that they can and should be the
00:51:06.840 president of the United States. I can tell you this as somebody who hopes to be
00:51:10.080 one of the media warriors on the side of Donald Trump or whoever the America First nominee is.
00:51:15.700 I, of course, hope it's Donald Trump. As somebody who hopes to do political battle against them,
00:51:20.320 I pray that we get a nominee like Newsom or like a Pritzker because we will have ample,
00:51:25.820 ample resources and substance to go after with them on regarding how much they, how badly they

00:51:35.920 Pritzker, I think we're going to beat him for governor first and we're going to derail his
