00:10:33.400 now, uh, as of Tuesday, the six, the guardian has a much clearer, uh, story, um, anger at plans to

00:10:41.220 roll back COVID vaccines to under 11s in England. And of course the spin is always parents are so upset.

00:24:18.140 the Mesa image, uh, and the report from that, that, that shows us what the manipulation that

00:24:24.740 was done there, what effect it had on their cast vote record, uh, which is also proving to be sort

00:24:30.040 of a Rosetta stone that kind of led us on the way to be able to detect these same issues in other

00:24:34.800 counties. Why couldn't it be, why would they be so obvious to have this pattern that you could see

00:24:42.380 right away? Wouldn't they be smarter if they were going to use the machines to, to basically

00:24:47.240 manipulate? Wouldn't they have all types of systems that it would look like a normal vote,

00:24:51.120 but they were changing them instead of something that looks like a blunt force instrument, sir?

00:24:56.460 They did try it. They did try it. I mean, we're, we're now how far after the election

00:25:00.640 and we're, and we're only now talking about this as a, uh, you know, as a, as a verified positive

00:25:23.620 we're saying. Why is Mesa County, you, you refer to this in current refer to this when I talked to him

00:25:28.860 as the Rosetta Stone in this third report on Mesa County. Why is Mesa County, the Rosetta Stone

00:25:33.980 of this analysis of the machine manipulation of votes? In Mesa County, we saw evidence of votes

00:25:41.500 being actually, uh, manipulated ballots being manipulated, uh, in the early parts of the

00:25:47.280 counting. Uh, and, and that obviously has, when you, when you plot out how the votes were on there

00:25:53.060 and what happened, it has a certain effect on, on that pattern, the voting pattern, how people,

00:25:58.180 how people voted. And a cast vote record basically just allows you to replay what the computer says,

00:26:03.760 uh, happen, vote, vote by vote, ballot by ballot. And looking at, looking at that in, in Mesa is what,

00:26:11.180 when we identified, uh, what effect that had, that enabled us to then look for that same effect,

00:26:16.760 uh, in other places, uh, and, and boy, did we find it.

00:26:22.000 Um, Mike, why, where do we stand with these cast vote records? I mean, there's 3,200 counties in the

00:26:27.740 country. I think we got 800. They can actually dump these records as of 3 September. They don't

00:26:32.360 have to keep them for 22 months. Where do we, we got a minute here for go to break. Where do we

00:26:35.780 actually stand in getting the raw material that Jeff O'Donnell needs? Well, I believe we've gotten

00:26:40.520 upwards of a thousand that are once at all, once they all get in where we now yesterday, we took

00:26:45.640 in 1400 new emails at cast vote records at frank speech.com. And, uh, we're sifting through all

00:26:52.420 them today and we were responding to all the people. And then we take the cast vote records

00:26:56.920 and, um, and, and then Jeff's going through the actual records. Now he's, he's, uh, I believe

00:27:02.120 he said he's went through about 400, uh, that he's looked at. And of those 400, um, 97% are

00:30:34.240 don't, but my point is you've got a ton of Republicans doing this. How did this manipulation

00:30:38.240 of 97%, it means you've got a large Republican contingent. How did that happen?

00:30:43.720 Well, I mean, they don't call these computerized voting machines black boxes for nothing.

00:30:48.700 Nobody really knows how they work except for computer science experts. And so all that these

00:30:55.200 election officials see is a ballot is, you know, scanned through the tabulator and it's counted

00:31:01.060 and it spits out a number. And so when you're looking at election officials, they're not

00:31:05.860 sophisticated. Even, you know, the average person doesn't know how these machines work. And if you ask

00:31:11.860 them, they will readily agree to that. They simply trust the system. And so you hear about logic and

00:31:17.980 accuracy tests, risk limiting audits, all these Kubicki theater safety procedures designed to

00:31:24.680 give the population or the public confidence in the system. But all of those measures can be defeated,

00:31:31.420 just as there's a Professor J. Alec Alderman, a recognized election expert in computer science,

00:31:37.240 has testified under oath. He can defeat all those safety measures. So people have been kind of

00:31:42.540 lulled into a false sense of security about them. At the same time, they don't even know how they work,

00:31:48.040 which is understandable. So it's, it's very easy. This is something I mentioned right now.

00:31:55.100 You've got, hang on, you've got stuff all over the country. You're sending letters to everybody. We're

00:31:58.840 trying to get these cast votes. Do you believe as the lead lawyer in this, that this is evidentiary

00:32:03.740 enough that you'll be able to actually submit this into, into court cases so we can actually,

00:32:08.160 and this will be considered by judges to be evidence?

00:32:10.340 Well, we already have. So we have filed two injunctions, one in Arizona and one in Alabama,

00:32:17.400 with expert testimony based on the cast vote record, which shows unequivocally ballot manipulation.

00:32:25.580 And those, those two declarations were submitted by Dr. Walter Daugherty, a professor emeritus from

00:32:31.820 Texas A&M University. And just to give you, you know, kind of a little preview of what Jeff is going

00:32:37.320 to talk about. When we talk about why this shows manipulation, what it shows is that when you take

00:32:44.520 the cumulative vote ratio between the candidates, you can actually predict in a straight line fashion

00:32:52.560 what the next batch of ballots will be. And so if it's starting out at say three to one at the top,

00:32:58.960 the next batch is going to be 2.99 to one, 2.98, 2.97, all the way down to a set point.

00:33:07.320 And that is that predictability that reveals in a straight manner.

00:33:11.600 Yes. But in Arizona, the judge, you didn't get standing. So you're, you're going to an appeals

00:33:17.640 court in Arizona, correct? Because of the original thing that you submitted.

00:39:43.640 your grandkid to college, you're going to play Russian roulette with your kids' or grandkids'

00:40:04.840 with, oh, where do they go to college? And they say, oh, they went to CU Boulder or they went to

00:40:08.880 UC Berkeley. I say, well, why did they go to college? Well, because we believed it was the

00:40:12.200 right thing. So that's number one. Number two, Steve, it doesn't even properly prepare you to

00:40:16.000 get a job in the 21st century. For example, I say in this book, there's a couple of numbers that

00:40:20.400 just blow people away. 40% of kids that enter college will drop out. 40%. That alone is a

00:40:29.840 transparent scam. If you have 40% of anybody that is not getting something in return for borrowing

00:40:35.160 tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars, then what are we doing here? We have

00:40:39.020 too many kids going to college. They're being forced by hyper-aggressive guidance counselors

00:40:43.460 and parents that live vicariously through their kids' lives. And they say, oh, well, little Johnny

00:40:49.320 goes to Brown and everything's going to be just fine. He's a non-binary vegan Marxist who believes in

00:40:55.100 post-structuralist, post-modernist philosophy, but at least he's not a welder. And in upper

00:41:00.560 middle-class suburban society, getting that piece of paper, which really all that it's become,

00:41:05.000 that piece of paper is your ticket or is your admission into at least an acceptable kind of

00:41:11.420 social status. Number two, though, this is an important point, Steve. You on this program do such

00:41:15.620 a phenomenal job of talking about the consultant class, McKinsey and Deloitte. Where do you think they

00:41:22.240 get their eager and loyal ideological kind of worker bees that shipped our jobs overseas? It's

00:41:31.500 from the university. Davos relies upon the elite universities to be able to staff the institutions

00:41:39.520 to turn Western civilization into a globalist dystopian nightmare. Without the colleges, they're

00:41:46.900 not even able to get the ideological recruits to be able to do what is necessary. I make the argument

00:41:52.780 in the book that college enrollment could go down by 80% and that would be a good thing for the 1.00

00:41:57.680 country. Of course, if you're a doctor or a lawyer, there's some trades, there's some things where you

00:42:02.040 do need to go to college. But most kids go to college to study communications, to go study North

00:42:09.280 African lesbian poetry or whatever sort of wacky degree that they can get, you know, at Stanford 1.00

00:42:15.420 or Yale or Princeton or any of these universities. And it's not just those schools, Steve. It's also

00:42:19.820 the state schools that have become hyper radical. So I make the argument most kids actually should

00:42:24.660 not go to college. You can make something of your life by being an entrepreneur, working with your

00:42:28.760 hands, maybe going to community college, becoming autodidactic and self-taught. There's more knowledge

00:42:39.220 sitting on the precipice of a mass revolt against an institution that has made America less free,

00:42:44.860 that has made our children more depressed, more anxious, more medicated and less spiritual.
