00:05:27.880 The people of New Hampshire are widely disapproving of him

00:06:28.460 saying that we're going to have a home heating oil shortage this winter.

00:06:34.540 We're going to have a shortage of fuel because of this administration's policies. 0.78

00:06:41.640 said that the rates in the coming year could be four times as high.
