00:00:00.000 Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed
00:00:04.860 around the world. You don't want to frighten the American public. France and South Korea
00:00:09.140 have also got evacuation plans. But you need to prepare for and assume broadly warning Americans
00:00:15.200 to avoid all non-essential travel to China. That this is going to be a real serious problem.
00:00:20.220 France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on. Health
00:00:24.820 officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S. Germany, a man
00:00:29.940 has contracted the virus. The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide. Japan where a
00:00:36.620 bus driver contracted the virus. Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected
00:00:42.480 more than 4,500. We have to prepare for the worst always because if you don't and the worst happens.
00:00:51.000 War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:55.540 it's wednesday 19 october in the year of our lord 2022 you're in the war room with the second hour
00:01:02.300 this morning uh we are on fire dave bratt has walked you through the managed decline of the
00:01:06.900 country by the elites mathematically we're gonna get back to his in a moment that he takes
00:01:10.880 steve ratner morning joe and actually shows you the details and what's really important to worry
00:01:15.800 about on productivity and what's really uh what you got to think about on gdp growth and quite
00:01:20.940 frankly go back to the to the trump era in 18 and 19 and see where really wage growth came from
00:01:26.620 we're going to turn to dave bratt back in a moment we got ronna mcdaniel chairman of the rnc
00:01:31.960 ronna uh zeke miller over at the associated press very disturbing news out of arizona i thought we
00:01:38.380 put this all in back of us but i guess we haven't katie hobbs who won't stand on a debate stage
00:01:44.840 Rana, with Carrie Lake and debate her. Well, Veritas got the thing of Katie Hobbs hide in
00:01:52.740 bathrooms, won't debate her on MSNBC all the time, had the terrible appearance on CNN over the
00:01:59.280 weekend. I don't even know how she's, I don't know, the conflict of interest of having her
00:02:03.860 oversee this election, Rana, makes our audience's head blow up. What is the breaking news coming
00:02:08.840 out of Arizona, ma'am? Yeah, thanks, Steve. So Zeke Miller from the AP News just reported that
00:02:13.800 6,000 ballots went out under Katie Hobbs' watch, the Secretary of State. 6,000 ballots went out
00:02:21.320 to people who should not have received them because of a registration error. Let's put this
00:02:25.060 in perspective. In 2020, we won a House seat in Iowa for Marianne Miller-Meek by six votes.
00:02:31.460 6,000 ballots can change the election. So to have her be so incompetent, to be the Secretary of
00:02:37.580 State, I think she needs to step aside. She needs to resign because she should not be administering
00:02:43.000 election that she is part of as she's running for governor against Carrie Lake.
00:02:49.140 Ronnie, you know, we're still speaking in 2020.
00:02:51.240 We think the House, I mean, one of the things is the House is going to adjudicate all this
00:02:54.340 in the coming, after we take over.
00:02:58.980 But I mean, the debate is, was it 9,200 votes right now or 10,000 votes for the 2020 presidential?
00:03:06.760 6,000 is a massive number.
00:03:09.020 How does that happen?
00:03:11.040 And they keep saying it's a computer glitch.
00:03:12.440 I mean, how does this keep happening, Ronna?
00:03:15.320 It keeps happening.
00:03:16.440 And Maricopa County, we're suing them right now because they're not being transparent with their poll watchers.
00:03:22.500 That has to be equal by state law, Republican and Democrat.
00:03:26.440 There's so many issues in Arizona, and it's happening time and time again.
00:03:30.160 And, you know, everybody says, oh, there's nothing to see here.
00:03:32.560 There's nothing to see here.
00:03:33.480 How dare you question these things?
00:03:35.180 When you send out 6,000 ballots to people who shouldn't be receiving them or the wrong ballots to people,
00:03:40.380 then you need to step aside.
00:03:41.880 aside you're incompetent and she has a vested interest in the outcome of this election as
00:03:47.120 she's running for governor or she won't debate maybe she won't debate because uh she's got to
00:03:52.560 figure out her office and what's going on as secretary of state she should not be in this
00:03:56.900 role and she needs to resign before this election so arizonans have confidence i want to go to
00:04:02.880 pennsylvania the commonwealth of pennsylvania before that i want i want to make sure you
00:04:06.280 explain it because i think a lot of people don't understand it and i learned this with
00:04:11.120 Reince, about the consent decree. Why was the RNC, you didn't have one hand tied behind your
00:04:17.700 back, but you had two hands tied behind your back by a federal court. Walk through the consent decree.
00:04:22.960 Now that it's off, what was before allowed, and now that it's off, what is allowed now?
00:04:28.900 So this is the first election, Steve, the very first one where the RNC has not been under what
00:04:33.400 was a consent decree that prevented us legally from being involved in election day operations
00:04:39.060 and poll watching across the country. It lasted for 40 years. A judge ruled on it in New Jersey
00:04:44.860 in the 80s. I wish I could say it was before I was born. It wasn't before I was born,
00:04:49.260 but I was like 10. I was 10 when it happened. And it continued and it prevented the RNC and
00:04:55.460 the judge kept re-upping it. The only reason this has gone away is because the judge died.
00:04:59.420 So 2020, we didn't do it. The RNC put it. 2022, we are. We're engaging and we're able to do things
00:05:06.120 we were we've never been able to do and that's why in pennsylvania what we're doing is so important
00:05:10.680 uh with with this uh lawsuit that we're filing against the secretary of state there which i'm
00:05:15.460 happy to talk about yeah go talk to us about that then i want to talk about this uh incredible
00:05:21.300 breakboard oracle about the scale of tell us what's going on in pennsylvania so state law
00:05:25.640 in pennsylvania this is the law that if you return a ballot it has to be dated right simple we need
00:05:32.160 to know when you voted so we can know if you voted before election day. Really simple law.
00:05:36.480 That is their statute. It is passed by the legislature. And Pennsylvania has been,
00:05:43.620 the Secretary of State said, we're going to count undated ballots. The Supreme Court in
00:05:47.840 Pennsylvania weighed in on this. They said, no, we should absolutely make sure that we follow the
00:05:52.660 law. This went all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court just vacated a ruling saying,
00:05:57.560 yes, you can't count undated ballots. And the Secretary of State came back and said, you know
00:06:01.780 what? We're still going to count undated ballots. So the RNC is suing. We're taking it to the
00:06:06.460 Pennsylvania Supreme Court. We're suing the Secretary of State in every county in Pennsylvania
00:06:11.080 that they absolutely should not count undated ballots and follow the law. That is their law.
00:06:16.800 If they want to change the law, fine, but that is their state law.
00:06:20.640 Here's what I'm going to get. I think people, how can the Supreme Court of the state rule
00:06:24.860 that you can't do it? How does the Secretary of State come back and say, no, thanks for the
00:06:30.460 advice, appreciate it, but we're going to do it. How does that work?
00:06:34.240 I don't understand how they can do that because it's a previous ruling that the Pennsylvania
00:06:38.160 Supreme Court, it wasn't on this specific case. So now we're bringing it back to them.
00:06:41.900 And we hope the Pennsylvania Supreme Court sticks with what they've said previously,
00:06:46.020 that you have to follow the law. But this is the problem we get over and over again.
00:06:50.360 And I'm going to say something to you. The best way to change this is to elect more Republicans
00:06:54.500 at the state legislative level, but then you have to hold them accountable. You can't just say,
00:06:59.180 oh, we elected Republicans, we're done. You need to tell them they have to enforce these laws and
00:07:03.940 put judges in place because the RNC doesn't legislate. We don't create the laws. We're
00:07:08.300 suing right now, but we need our legislators to be strong and have backbones because the Democrats
00:07:13.520 do it every time. And that's what we need to push forward as we win across the country in this
00:07:18.720 November election. I'm going to get into this, the Breitbart piece, but I want to ask you,
00:07:25.360 And as you guys got off this 40-year, and people don't know this, you guys were held back by federal judges.
00:07:32.200 You got off of this 40-year consent decree.
00:07:35.460 When you guys first started setting up your APRESC and in this, how big a rat's nest was it, man?
00:07:41.280 Oh, it's so bad.
00:07:43.060 And so what we've done is we've put 17 different election integrity directors in 17 battleground states since last year, right?
00:07:51.940 And so they're going into every county and saying, how are you going to administer the election?
00:07:56.140 Because you have to ask so many times before you can sue when they don't tell you.
00:08:00.280 It's such a massive, massive undertaking.
00:08:03.400 Another thing in Pennsylvania we're suing on right now is some counties are curing ballots,
00:08:09.560 which means if somebody makes a mistake on the ballot, they'll go correct it.
00:08:12.740 But other counties don't.
00:08:14.920 And so it needs to be uniform across the state.
00:08:17.680 And we need guidance on that.
00:08:19.040 You shouldn't have one county be able to go out and clear the ballots for some voters where the rest of the state isn't.
00:08:24.660 These are the types of things we're dealing with.
00:08:26.700 We are in season 71 lawsuits right now.
00:08:29.440 If you want to help us fight this, go to GOP.com.
00:08:32.080 We could use the help.
00:08:33.340 But this is something that's going to take a long time.
00:08:36.120 And we need outside partners to help us this, too.
00:08:38.000 We can't just do this all by ourselves.
00:08:40.920 OK, here's the theory of the case is the way we're set up and it should be like this.
00:08:47.020 States run their own elections.
00:08:48.260 There's no federalization.
00:08:49.460 States run their own elections, and we buy off on that.
00:08:52.260 Your point is that inside the states, it's got to be uniformity.
00:08:56.180 You can't have one county do one thing and another county do another thing.
00:08:59.600 But if you've got these big cities, they're going to do their deal, and the rural county is going to do it a different way.
00:09:04.000 You're saying, hey, 50 states, 50 elections, we got that, and the territories also.
00:09:10.180 But inside those states, there has to be uniformity.
00:09:12.660 And that's one of the things that you're fighting for is to make sure we have uniformity in this state.
00:09:16.060 Yeah. You've got to apply the law the same in the big counties as the small counties in Pennsylvania.
00:09:21.020 That's not fair if voters in Philadelphia County get to have their ballots cured,
00:09:25.800 but someone in a rural county or Chester County or a smaller county in Pennsylvania doesn't get to have their ballot cured.
00:09:33.580 Apply the law uniformly across the state. I am not for federal elections. Never. It's the state level.
00:09:39.800 You're in 71 lawsuits now.
00:09:43.260 I want to go back to the 17 battleground states, particularly the audience, right?
00:09:47.020 Yeah.
00:09:47.340 And, you know, we have, look, you know, it's the war room.
00:09:51.140 It's the MAGA.
00:09:52.460 It's the pure MAGA.
00:09:54.240 We have some people that are big fans of the RNC, and let's say some people maybe still need to be convinced.
00:09:59.180 How do they go?
00:10:01.220 Well, no.
00:10:01.680 Okay.
00:10:02.480 How do people go to the 17 battleground?
00:10:05.780 How do our audience and the volunteer groups, how do they get plugged into this?
00:10:09.840 And how do you, is there on the website, can you actually go and see the individual battleground?
00:10:15.260 Is there like a head they can send an email to or the contact?
00:10:18.200 Just tell me how it works.
00:10:19.400 Yeah.
00:10:19.640 So go to protectthevote.com and you can click on each of the states and we will plug you in.
00:10:25.460 I mean, we're obviously in every state with the state parties and everything, but there's 17 states that we have really concentrated on that are going to be the difference makers.
00:10:35.580 in this election on the House and the Senate.
00:10:37.480 So that's where we've had this.
00:10:38.820 We also have 39 different councils
00:10:40.440 across these 17 states
00:10:42.760 that have been preparing lawsuits
00:10:44.760 and then recruiting lawyers to work on election day.
00:10:48.060 But elections already started, right?
00:10:49.860 Voting's already started.
00:10:51.320 So we need those volunteers now.
00:10:54.080 We've been preparing them.
00:10:55.460 We have them on the ground now.
00:10:56.620 But everyone needs to understand,
00:10:58.460 it's not election day, it's election month.
00:11:00.580 And this is going right now.
00:11:02.700 So protective vote is where they go right now.
00:11:05.280 to protect the vote.com and you get someone everybody in the audience remember there's
00:11:11.600 no tears in the war room and there's no whining in the war room we're going to win this we know
00:11:15.720 from the issue set the candidates the the momentum hispanic voters in new york times is telling us
00:11:23.600 a 32 point shift in independent women voters uh african americans asian americans this great
00:11:29.640 coalition is coming together we got that but it's one thing to win the deal another thing to close
00:11:34.700 the deal we're talking here about closing deal always abc always be closing coffees for closers
00:11:41.060 okay you gotta you so go to protect the vote now we got all these other organizations clita's
00:11:47.080 gonna be back on this afternoon we just had melody we're gonna be putting people up that
00:11:50.460 the great dan schultz all of it so you can go but volunteer you got to go to the ramparts
00:11:54.720 talk to me about this uh this breitbart article it's it's pretty amazing walk me through the math
00:12:00.200 because the Breitbart piece grabs me by the math right away.
00:12:03.420 What is it?
00:12:04.180 Tell me the reality in back of this.
00:12:06.640 So this is the one talking about the voter contacts.
00:12:10.340 Yes.
00:12:11.340 So we've made 78 million voter contacts this cycle.
00:12:14.700 We have a million volunteers engaged.
00:12:16.960 It's just the largest ground game we've ever made.
00:12:19.300 And Steve, you get this and I get this.
00:12:21.340 A lot of people aren't watching TV at the same level.
00:12:23.780 They're not as engaged.
00:12:24.920 So the best way to change a mind or to get a voter to vote
00:12:28.320 is door-to-door or a person knocking in their own neighborhood saying, hey, I'm Ron. I live down the
00:12:32.600 street. Our kids go to school together. Can I talk to you about what Gretchen Whitmer did to
00:12:36.100 put our kids out of school and the deficits they're dealing with? And we have data that
00:12:41.380 allows us to know which voter to talk to. And then we've masked this huge volunteer base to
00:12:46.600 go knock in their own neighborhood. That's going to be the difference maker when we're looking at
00:12:50.620 absentees that are outstanding or swing voters that we know are out there. And I'm seeing this
00:12:56.140 on the ground i've been doing the take back our country tour with rick scott i was in florida
00:13:00.400 yesterday with anna paulina luna and laurel lee and i was i'm king jr over the weekend we have
00:13:06.640 such great candidates it was with dr oz i'm going to be with herschel tomorrow the enthusiasm is
00:13:12.240 there the energy is there and we're also seeing some interesting early voting numbers as well
00:13:17.420 that i can share with you but the metrics the rnc's put the best ground game in place that
00:13:21.440 we've ever seen okay hang on if you can hold through the break for a few minutes i also got
00:13:26.020 day brett this lesson was taught to us by barack obama in 08 the single best way to engage somebody
00:13:33.840 is a person-to-person voter contact knock on a door this is how obama beat the clinton machine
00:13:39.180 in the primaries brown breakers brown breakers this is this this is how he did it this is
00:13:44.720 essentially how he beat rama is still voter contact this is quite frankly with no money
00:13:49.040 how trump won in 16 it's voter contact and we didn't have the apparatus remember they had the
00:13:53.860 consent decree you couldn't get uh it didn't affect your voter contact but affect the the
00:13:58.720 game day apparatus that's all off rona hang on for one second i want to rona hang on for one
00:14:05.140 second i want to go through uh some additional information talk about some early voting because
00:14:09.140 the democrats are playing up oh this huge early voting in georgia and you know and i understand
00:14:15.160 the audience a lot of people are saying no i got to be a game day voter hey that's your decision
00:14:19.260 this is a free country you guys make your decision other people say i want to bank it early
00:14:24.000 We're going to ask Ronna McDaniel about all of it, head of the RNC.
00:14:28.300 Dave Brat's going to come back with more economic capital markets.
00:14:31.940 We're going to be talking about Steve Ratner, all of it.
00:14:33.780 Short commercial break.
00:14:34.600 Be back in a warm in just a moment.
00:14:35.900 Bring it on and out right to the end.
00:14:38.340 Just watch and see.
00:14:39.480 It's all started.
00:14:41.600 Everything's begun.
00:14:43.460 And you're all over.
00:14:46.100 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:14:50.140 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:14:51.760 We will fight till they're all gone
00:14:54.500 We rejoice when there's no more
00:14:56.780 Let's take down the CCP
00:14:58.760 You know what's never good?
00:15:01.460 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy
00:15:05.000 completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation.
00:15:10.320 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted,
00:15:13.640 quote,
00:15:14.460 There's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.300 that have boosted energy and food prices
00:15:19.340 and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly that I didn't, at the time, fully understand.
00:15:27.820 End quote.
00:15:28.700 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?
00:15:31.540 People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group.
00:15:35.960 They're protecting their savings from a highly turbulent economy by diversifying their 401k or IRA into gold, physical gold.

00:16:21.040 on protecting your savings with gold. Obama has a few ideas about that, admitting Democrats
00:16:28.320 may have a problem with messaging that resonates with voters. While speaking about the midterms on
00:16:34.200 the Pod Save America podcast hosted by some of his former advisors and speechwriters,
00:16:38.900 He said sometimes Democrats fail to put the issues in terms that apply to people's everyday lives.
00:16:45.640 He also touched on the impact of cancel culture.
00:16:50.240 I think we do get into trouble.
00:16:52.400 Look, I used to get into trouble whenever, as you guys know well, whenever I got a little too professorial and started when I was behind a podium as opposed to when I was in a crowd.
00:17:04.720 There were times where I'd sound like I was given a bunch of policy gobbledygook, and that's not how people think about these issues.
00:17:16.240 They think about them in terms of the life I'm leading day to day.
00:17:22.580 How is it even relevant to the things that I care most deeply about?
00:17:31.900 Not being a buzzkill.
00:17:34.720 You know, it's a lesson for the Democratic. And sometimes Democrats are right.
00:17:38.800 It's it's like, you know, sometimes people just want to not feel as if they are walking on eggshells and and and they want some acknowledgement that life is missing.
00:17:54.240 Boy, is he separating himself from this disaster? Chairman McDaniel, I think we got the right issue set.
00:18:00.640 Give me your assessment of what Barack Obama is really saying there.
00:18:04.720 He's saying the Democrats are barking up the wrong tree with the American people.
00:18:08.780 They're talking about things they don't care about.
00:18:10.920 They're not feeling when you're going to the gas station, when you're going to the grocery store, when your kids are struggling in school.
00:18:15.920 The Democrats, their policies, their priorities are all wrong.
00:18:19.860 And he knows it. And he just told them basically in the nicest way possible.
00:18:23.340 They are way off track.
00:18:25.640 So tell us what your focus were under three weeks to go.
00:18:28.960 Where are you putting your time, your energy, your focus?
00:18:31.460 You guys have done the voter contacts. It's all get out there.
00:18:33.820 You've done the registration, so I'll get out the vote now and to make sure we close the deal.
00:18:38.700 Where are you going to be focused in the next couple of weeks?
00:18:41.380 I mean, everywhere.
00:18:42.520 I mean, everything's GOTV.
00:18:44.940 We're expanding our map.
00:18:46.340 They're shrinking theirs.
00:18:47.240 We just saw they pulled out of Swikert's district.
00:18:49.400 They just pulled out of Derek Van Orton's district in Wisconsin 3.
00:18:53.580 That's going to be a big pickup for us.
00:18:55.340 But we're expanding.
00:18:55.940 We're in three races in Oregon, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island.
00:18:59.220 We're all over the country.
00:19:00.020 So I'll be traveling, working with candidates, and then it's data crunching.
00:19:05.020 Our absentees coming in is our voting.
00:19:07.520 This is why we say to people, please go vote early.
00:19:10.540 In person, go vote in person early, but then go sign up for a poll watching show.
00:19:15.320 We need you to do both right now.
00:19:17.620 That's what we need people to do.
00:19:20.600 Protectthevote.com.
00:19:21.600 Once again, where do they go to the site?
00:19:24.060 Where should they go?
00:19:24.960 What should they do?
00:19:25.800 What do you need as far as volunteers?
00:19:27.820 So protectthevote.com and there will be a volunteer tab.
00:19:31.620 So you can go put in your information.
00:19:33.140 We will plug you into your state.
00:19:35.040 So there's a couple of things you can do.
00:19:36.500 One, if you can knock doors in your state or be a poll watcher, great.
00:19:39.660 The other thing is calls.
00:19:40.900 Like my finance team, we're not raising money right now all the time.
00:19:43.780 We want to be, but they're adopting Montana right now.
00:19:47.400 We're doing calls into Montana all week for Ryan Zinke.
00:19:50.840 Everybody on the RNC, we're competing and doing calls on the weekends.
00:19:54.620 And everybody needs to be calling and getting on the phone.
00:19:58.260 You can do it.
00:19:58.760 You can do it right from your cell phone.
00:20:00.440 And we'll train you how to turn out these votes.
00:20:03.660 We know our voters need that contact.
00:20:06.180 And in a midterm election, it's those low propensity and swing voters that we have to be touching to remind them to turn in their ballot.
00:20:14.560 Chairman McDaniel, how do they get, how do people follow you on social media?
00:20:19.200 At GOP Chairwoman.
00:20:21.060 And I'm on Facebook as well, Rana McDaniel.
00:20:24.620 ronna thank you very much honor to have you here thank you man okay all coming together one big
00:20:31.940 happy family right it's getting like in it's what does frederick say the italian like an italian
00:20:36.580 wedding you fight in the parking lot you go to the wedding you go in the church you get to the
00:20:41.180 wedding mass then you fight at the you fight at the dinner afterwards um brad what you're doing
00:20:48.360 here is quite important because we're going to get back to the content of why this is important
00:20:52.800 And why you have to take your weekend and work a phone bank, why you have to get the vote, why you have to make sure you volunteer to Melody Jennings or Cleeter Mitchell or the RNC.
00:21:01.160 You pick it. It's a free country, but we need you at the Ramparts doing something.
00:21:04.660 You've got to participate. You must be part of this. This is all yours.
00:21:08.400 You're doing this, not Trump, not Tucker Carlson, not Steve Bannon, not Sean Hannity, not Ron DeSantis.
00:21:15.000 It's you. It's you. It's you.
00:21:17.280 But to show why I want to go back, Brett, walk me through those charts.
00:21:20.480 You see, this is better than anything shows you the managed decline of our nation.
00:21:25.420 Dave Bratt, walk me through those charts and then press forward.
00:21:29.160 Yeah, yeah.
00:21:29.880 And this is in contrast with Ratner's graph, graphs that he put up.
00:21:34.200 And the only reason I bring that up is because they will not focus in on these things because the administrative state has totally failed to produce any good outcomes.
00:21:44.860 And so I know I can be a downer with all these stats.
00:21:47.520 But in faith, you had the cardinal on yesterday.
00:21:49.620 Jesus out of loaves and fishes can produce and the American people can produce again
00:21:55.300 in faith. We can turn this around, but it will take a couple of years. First off, you see the
00:22:02.940 GDP graph, the blue with the yellow line starting at the far left, that 6% GDP growth coming out of
00:22:11.400 the war. At the far left, look at that yellow line. We're growing at 6% GDP per capita. That's huge.
00:22:19.620 And, you know, if you haven't done percentage growth over time, you know, your money in the bank growing at six is way better than growing at the far right of that graph, growing at two percent.
00:22:31.480 And now we're growing at negative. Right. We're in a recession. The economy is actually shrinking.
00:22:37.700 And again, economic growth is key. And there's one of the things the left has convinced a lot of Americans is that there's a fixed pie.
00:22:45.520 There is not a fixed pie. Everyone in this country, from kids in the inner city to kids out in the rural farmland, you can all get rich.
00:22:55.280 There's no upper bound for this country's greatness. And so how do you do that?
00:22:59.340 The answer is the next graph, productivity growth. And here we get the managed decline also of K-12 education, which has totally failed to achieve outcomes.
00:23:09.440 Higher ed, which is just cultural Marxism at present. And we've got to do better.
00:23:14.500 So at the far left, again, you see 6% labor productivity growth, the amount of stuff you
00:23:20.680 make per hour. And that roughly is GDP per capita. And you see it reflected also there in the light
00:23:28.800 green, real hourly compensation or wages and salaries and the amount you get paid. So the
00:23:34.900 amount you make is the amount you get paid. And at the macro level, right, real national output
00:23:40.140 it is approximately real national income. And so that's why you got to make stuff.
00:23:46.300 And at the far right of that graph, you see next graph, I dig into that productivity a little bit
00:23:51.300 more. And you see England with the, well, that one, there's the managed decline of the country
00:23:57.140 too. That's the real interest rate, managed decline for 40, 50 years, down, down, down.
00:24:03.080 And at the far right, you see 0% federal funds rate for a decade, which created the 0708 financial
00:24:10.120 crisis and this financial crisis. Again, the administrative state managed failure, not only
00:24:17.060 declined, but total failure. We have to reignite our faith in these institutions, and we have to
00:24:23.340 insist that people be in charge and are responsible for outcomes. Next one is productivity graph
00:24:28.780 with the US and England, the purple and the green bars. Up at the top is the United States after the
00:24:36.560 war, 50 to 72, and there's your productivity growth. The green piece is called total factor
00:24:42.640 productivity. That's the most important thing, right? And just think, you know, Einstein and
00:24:47.220 the brain drain coming over here with the ideas, the smartest people in the world. If you haven't
00:24:53.220 Googled that, that's a great story. But look at the bottom of those four buyers is the US. Later,
00:24:59.820 the green has almost disappeared. And similarly, the bottom four buyers are the UK, England,
00:25:06.900 coming out of World War II, they had nothing. And their productivity growth was huge. So you can do
00:25:11.980 this starting from nothing. And at the bottom, you'll see there's no green there either. Their
00:25:18.000 administrative state is focused on all the wrong things and have not focused on UK production and
00:25:25.120 ideas and the university. And the state can play a role. It used to in France. France had world
00:25:31.720 class engineering, science. Germany was known for it. But they're collapsing. They're not focusing
00:25:37.040 on the basics. And neither are we right now. And so all of our resources, when our government
00:25:43.520 officials, Congress folks, whatever, go to spend money in economics called opportunity costs,
00:25:49.600 You've got to make sure that next dollar they spent is spent on the most important thing.
00:25:55.820 And if it's not, it's a wasted dollar.
00:25:58.080 And so that is some heavy, heavy lifting.
00:26:00.500 I hope we get serious coming up this year and realign the next years.
00:26:05.800 Yeah.
00:26:05.980 You remember from Bloomberg the other day, this thing called fiscal domination.
00:26:09.740 That is a political class of all these countries that's been spending in the central banks
00:26:14.260 from Tokyo to the ECB, European Central Bank, to the Bank of England, to the Bundesbank and to
00:26:20.780 the Federal Reserve have funded it. They've just printed money. Those days are over,
00:26:25.480 particularly in the Great Reset. I think there's $50 trillion of debt that have gone on these
00:26:29.560 countries. It can't continue. Now, the interest rates are not going to be negative or zero.
00:26:33.820 It's going to wipe out. We're about to wipe out the generation under 35. Dave, how do people get
00:26:40.500 you at Liberty with your dean of business and find out more about the school and how do people
00:26:45.740 get to the charts on your social media? Yeah, thanks much, Steve. Yeah, Brat Economics on
00:26:51.600 Getter. And I should have contrast, I'll post another graph. But if you want to see a contrast,
00:26:57.220 we've exported our productivity to China over the past 20 years, right? We got cheap stuff,
00:27:01.940 but we didn't invest in our own people or infrastructure. And so now we're paying the
00:27:06.220 price and China's collapsing right now. So we're going to have to get our ducks straight
00:27:12.160 to obtain productivity for the next generation of kids.
00:27:17.060 We either take action and drive this or it's going to be forced upon us. You know, Liz Truss,
00:27:23.020 she tried to go back to the old Thatcher Reagan playbook. That could work back in the old days.
00:27:28.060 Ain't going to work now. You've got to, first off, get control of spending. You've got to get
00:27:32.080 control of this debt. You got to get control of the interest rates going to bury you on the 31
00:27:38.620 tree. And we have folks after we went on the eighth and closed the deal, the orgy you're
00:27:45.140 going to see in Washington, D.C. between then and the first of January when the new Congress comes
00:27:50.860 in, it's going to be something you can't even comprehend because the Democrats understand
00:27:55.460 they're going to be out of power for 10 years, 10 years, going to be a decade at least. And
00:28:01.320 They're going to try to get all the payoffs for their lobbyists and the corporation, the crony capitalists.
00:28:06.120 Dave Brett, thank you very much.
00:28:07.620 Short break.
00:28:09.240 Tierman's here about Brazil, but we may pick his brain on what he thinks about this, about the managed decline of the United States, the finances and the economics.
00:28:16.380 All next in The War Room.
00:28:18.440 fair warning listen to this convicted home title thief explaining what happens when he forges
00:28:30.820 your home's title and takes over as the new owner nobody thinks that i can take their house and
00:28:36.580 borrow against the house oh no i have title insurance it's in my name or he would have to
00:28:41.180 get some special document they would call me you know what he's calling you you're living in a
00:28:46.440 delusion. After I've stolen the title, barred against it or sold the property, it's 60 to 90
00:28:51.720 days for that person to even figure out that they're the victim of this crime. You start
00:28:55.380 getting foreclosure notices. You've got four mortgages on your house. You don't even own your
00:28:59.360 home anymore. It's not even in your name. Home title fraud is growing two and a half times faster
00:29:03.980 than credit card fraud. You could be a victim and not even know it. Here's how to protect yourself
00:29:09.580 and verify your home's title is still in your name.

00:29:33.900 War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Mannam.
00:29:37.340 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:29:41.440 War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:48.320 Okay, welcome back. Let's go up to Pennsylvania, one of the bellwether districts, Brother Jim Bognette.
00:29:55.180 Jim, tell us about, you've got a debate coming up, but how's this going?
00:29:58.020 because this is trench warfare.
00:30:00.640 This is kind of the district that's most emblematic of what's in front of us.
00:30:08.420 And, of course, isn't it Joe Biden's hometown?
00:30:11.740 Joe's from Scranton.
00:30:13.100 They keep telling me that Joe Biden's not really from Delaware.
00:30:15.640 He's from Scranton.
00:30:16.580 Any truth of that, sir?
00:30:18.460 Well, Joe Biden claims to be from Scranton, and he was born here in the 1940s,
00:30:22.680 but he left in the early 1950s.
00:30:24.840 Joe doesn't know Scranton, but I'll tell you what.
00:30:27.020 This will be a message to the entire country. I am going to beat Joe Biden's lapdog, Matt Cartwright. I'm going to beat him bad. It's going to be a message that Scranton, Pennsylvania and Northeast Pennsylvania has turned on Joe Biden's liberal agenda.
00:30:39.980 I mean, my opponent, Matt Cartwright, is literally the avatar of Joe Biden. He votes with Biden 100 percent of the time. He's with him on the crazy defund the police agenda. He's with him on illegal immigration. He's certainly with him on six trillion dollars spending. So when we beat him, it's going to be a thunderclap across all of America. That's going to happen in 21 days.
00:31:00.740 so so all the you know real clear politics got the top 10 stories about how the as we've said
00:31:07.080 this is the inflection point every you know it's all breaking our way and now the democrats starting
00:31:10.880 to point fingers the hill newspaper leads today that biden is a drag on the ticket in fact he's
00:31:19.080 not getting invited anywhere that only obama and obama's just right now going to wisconsin and
00:31:24.160 going to georgia for the senate races right now he's avoiding basically all this how is cartwright
00:31:30.720 who's welded to the hip with Biden,
00:31:33.880 given where the numbers are
00:31:35.280 on what Biden regime has done to the country,
00:31:38.240 how can this guy survive?
00:31:39.640 I know he's trying to run as a guy that,
00:31:41.440 he's trying to say, well, I never heard of Biden.
00:31:44.920 How does he try to avoid Biden pulling him down
00:31:48.880 with basically spinning and lying
00:31:50.920 to the good folks up there in the Commonwealth?
00:31:54.180 Steve, let me tell you this.
00:31:55.460 A month ago, over a month ago now around Labor Day,
00:31:58.720 Joe Biden came up here
00:31:59.800 And Matt Cartwright stood on stage with him and said that he's been friends with Joe Biden for 30 years.
00:32:04.960 And Joe Biden said, the real reason I'm up here is for Matt Cartwright.
00:32:08.800 In the last six weeks, you won't hear Matt Cartwright talk about Joe Biden anymore.
00:32:13.880 We put up an ad with that clip.
00:32:16.780 The NRCC is hitting him on voting with Biden 100 percent of the time.
00:32:20.520 Let me tell you what he did last week, Steve.
00:32:22.120 Matt Cartwright put up an ad with a guy wearing a red Make America Great Again hat on.
00:32:28.560 Please stop. Please stop. Please stop. I'm telling you, send you the ad. It is the most ridiculous and desperate stunt you've ever seen. But these people, Steve, think that voters are not smart, where voters are very smart.
00:32:42.700 They know that these guys have stood against the America First agenda and have stood with Biden.
00:32:48.080 But these guys are so slippery, Steve, they think they could fool the people of Pennsylvania into thinking that they're bipartisan.
00:32:55.260 These people are liberal ideologues. Therefore, abortion on demand into the ninth month of pregnancy.
00:33:01.200 Therefore, open borders. We are going to stuff the Biden agenda down their throat and we are going to win the majority.
00:33:07.700 Jim, here's what I'll get. This guy is 100% with the Pelosi radicalness, right? How do they have
00:33:15.300 the chutzpah to put a guy in a red ball cap up there and say, hey, I'm actually, you know,
00:33:21.960 Trump voters, the MAGA movement loves me. Where does that chutzpah come from on a guy whose
00:33:26.720 record is 100% for Pelosi? They're shameless. They're really shameless and slippery. I'm going
00:33:32.440 to debate Matt Cartwright tomorrow, and he's going to, I'm sure, say that he's bipartisan and works
00:33:37.440 across the aisle because they know their goose is cooked. Steve, you know this more than anybody.
00:33:41.960 Desperate people do desperate things, and the Democrats are desperate. They are flailing.
00:33:47.160 The liberals realize they're even losing Democrats in Lackawanna County. I had a rally the other day.
00:33:52.940 Half the crowd in Lackawanna County was Democrat. And you know what they said to me? They said,
00:33:57.420 Joe Biden and Matt Cartwright lied to me. They told me they were going to govern as moderates,
00:34:02.240 and now they've governed as liberal ideologues. So if your listeners want to see it, go to
00:34:06.660 BeatScrantonJoe.com, BeatScrantonJoe.com. They could see all the instances of Cartwright
00:34:11.660 saying how much he loves Joe Biden, but you won't see that anymore for the next three weeks.
00:34:16.840 So Grace Chong and Captain Bannon, I think they'll do a live stream on your debate. It's so
00:34:22.100 important. They'll do a live stream. These live streams they've been doing have been getting big
00:34:24.980 audiences. So make sure you get live participation and get your comments in there. So we're going to
00:34:29.360 cover that one. Jim, thank you very much. Fight on. How do people go and find out more about you
00:34:33.680 the campaign and if they're so open to it or interested, could actually support you,
00:34:38.160 either volunteer or maybe hit you with a 20. If your people could have my back, Steve,
00:34:42.940 that would mean so much to me. It truly is a movement. BeatScrantonJoe.com, BeatScrantonJoe.com,
00:34:48.540 BognetForCongress.com. Steve, we are going to win this and we are going to save America.
00:34:54.280 Jim, we've known you for a long time. You're a fighter. So the Warren Posse has got your back.
00:34:58.120 Thank you for coming on.
00:34:59.500 Thank you, sir.
00:35:01.960 Matthew Tierman.
00:35:02.740 Matthew, I've got you on about Brazil.
00:35:04.480 We've got to talk about this amazing race down there,
00:35:06.520 particularly the surge of Bolsonaro, because it's kind of similar.
00:35:09.260 But I guess you've got to get your sense of the capital markets,
00:35:11.440 particularly Ratner was on, you know, talking about productivity.
00:35:14.900 You saw the conversation we had about the managed decline of the country.
00:35:18.520 Give me a minute or two on where you think we stand right now,
00:35:21.040 economy and capital markets.
00:35:23.320 Well, the number that jumped out at me that you brought up
00:35:26.780 was something like $50 trillion.
00:35:28.160 Everyone knows we have $30 trillion plus now.
00:35:31.080 We just crossed this threshold in aggregate debt.
00:35:33.760 But we have unfunded liabilities that many academics have suggested
00:35:38.120 is north of $100 trillion.
00:35:39.900 Social Security, which is pretty much bankrupt
00:35:42.460 and is still making promises for the next generations.
00:35:46.780 Medicare and Medicaid, you know,
00:35:48.340 Medicare being funded directly by the feds for our seniors
00:35:51.720 and Medicaid, which is for the poor in the states,
00:35:54.900 but is really funded by the feds through federal matching FMAP program.
00:35:59.440 These numbers are just ballooning.
00:36:00.880 You know, I was a health care analyst on Wall Street and I read the entire PPACA,
00:36:04.760 the Obamacare doctrinaire document that really did more damage to the health care complex.
00:36:11.100 They talked about bending the cost curve.
00:36:12.920 What they really wanted was to a single payer system to get everybody on the government health care role.
00:36:19.920 And you know what? They couldn't do it legislatively at that moment.
00:36:23.040 But what they're doing long term is leading us down that route, unfortunately.
00:36:27.660 And then we'll abrogate our position as innovators in health care globally because there will be no innovation when the government is controlling the entire delivery of the complex.
00:36:36.020 These these these these buckets of our spending are going to drown us.
00:36:41.420 They are starting to. It's going to accelerate.
00:36:43.520 The only thing that kept us going was zero interest rates.
00:36:46.460 And now that's hit a wall. So we're we're in for a very, very unhealthy phase this next five to 10 years.
00:36:52.900 No, no, no.
00:36:53.380 This is why MAGA has got to rise.
00:36:54.720 The MAGA, remember, you're head of the creditors committee.
00:36:56.920 So the creditors committee has got to be tough.
00:36:59.720 It's got to be fair, but it's got to be very tough.
00:37:01.900 Matthew, tell me about this.
00:37:03.720 You're right.
00:37:04.340 It's spending.
00:37:04.700 It's spending.
00:37:05.400 That's why what Adam Anjiefsky does with open the books is so important.
00:37:08.420 You know, you've got to see it to cut it.
00:37:09.780 You need to have him on talking about it because, you know what?
00:37:12.480 It's local.
00:37:13.220 It's state.
00:37:13.920 It's federal.
00:37:14.600 It's every facet of government.
00:37:16.200 It's just mushrooming, ballooning, and we're drowning in it.
00:37:19.780 We're absolutely drowning in it.
00:37:20.980 Look, Liz Truss came in with the Reagan-Thatcher playbook.
00:37:25.020 It doesn't work right now.
00:37:26.360 You've got to think differently.
00:37:28.100 Her premiership is over.
00:37:30.600 She's like a deer that's been shot.
00:37:31.900 It's just bleeding out.
00:37:32.820 And it's the end of the Tory party, as Nigel told us last night on the show with that great video.
00:37:38.280 Matthew, Brazil, Bolsonaro can't win.
00:37:41.780 They're going to lose by 17 points.
00:37:43.780 Bolsonaro is a right-wing radical, a fascist.
00:37:46.820 The evangelicals down there are crazy because it's a Christian movement down there.
00:37:51.500 They're nuts. There's not that many of them.
00:37:53.580 And he's going to get blown up by Lula, who's really the poster child for the global Marxist revolution.
00:37:59.380 What's the reality there, Matthew Terman?
00:38:02.180 Well, so far we've seen I've seen I know there's more than this, but three polls that have shown Bolsonaro in the lead coming out of this debate on Sunday night.
00:38:10.280 52-48, the one you just showed that's 50 and a half to 49 and a half, give or take. And one that
00:38:15.500 I've seen yesterday as well, that was 49 and a half, give or take, to Bolsonaro on 48 and a half
00:38:21.220 with one point or so undecided. Bolsonaro's leading. He crushed him in the debate as we
00:38:26.380 discussed yesterday. And so now they are reacting. The establishment, the communist and globalist
00:38:32.420 Supreme Court led by Alexander de Moraes, who you and I have spoken about, unfortunately,
00:38:37.000 ad nauseum, but we've had to. This is, you know, the Nancy Pelosi, in a sense, politically in
00:38:43.000 Brazil, wields power effectively, as Marxists do, to throttle their opposition. So what happened
00:38:49.400 after we got off the air yesterday, last night, in Brazil, the Supreme Court and the Supreme
00:38:54.100 Electoral Court that we've talked about in depth, they have ordered 30 pro-Bolsonaro social media
00:39:01.200 accounts unmasked so we can see who they are. They have ordered a documentary about Bolsonaro's
00:39:07.260 stabbing that helped propel him into winning the election in 2018 into the role as head of state.
00:39:12.880 There's a documentary that's about to be released on this. They have banned it from being released.
00:39:17.900 And then, and this is the richest, I mean, this is 1984 on steroids. They have banned on social
00:39:23.740 media commentators from saying that Lula's corrupt and referencing his prison sentence.
00:39:29.860 because and this is their words they do not want people to get the wrong idea and be misdirected
00:39:35.780 about who he is and uh his leadership uh potential this is obscene stuff i mean this is look hold
00:39:42.500 hold hold stop stop the other two are the first two are bad enough but lula was in prison for
00:39:47.980 taking money from the chinese communist party and others and selling petrobas i mean the car wash
00:39:51.980 they're taking bags of cash there's no doubt the facts are he's totally corrupt yeah he's totally
00:39:58.300 owned by the Chinese Communist Party,
00:39:59.940 basically selling commodities in the Amazon.
00:40:02.520 That's their big goal.
00:40:03.860 How could you possibly have a campaign
00:40:05.640 where you couldn't bring up his corruption?
00:40:07.960 He is his corruption, sir.
00:40:10.300 Yeah, well, it's, you know,
00:40:11.600 event, reaction, overreaction.
00:40:13.940 They know that Bolsonaro is surging.
00:40:16.760 They know that, you know,
00:40:17.720 the margin he could win by is so big.
00:40:19.800 Just like in the first round,
00:40:20.800 you know, he was going to be 50% Tallulah plus.
00:40:23.820 He wins in the first round.
00:40:25.140 Bolsonaro is only polling in the 30s.
00:40:26.760 And the reality was on the final tabulation, 48, 44, give or take.
00:40:31.520 And in my own personal belief in the reality was that Bolsonaro did much better because you saw down ballot with all of the senators, 19 out of 27, one.
00:40:40.340 And somehow Lula got more 55, 45 in these states, these regions to get to that 48 number.
00:40:46.520 And they were just paving the way so that they could try and take it in the second round and say, oh, see, he was leading the first round.
00:40:52.120 Well, OK, it's reasonable. He got 51 percent to Bolsonaro's 49.
00:40:55.940 Well, now Bolsonaro is surging, coming off this debate performance, and now they're overplaying their hand, and now their censorship is so on steroids.
00:41:05.360 I mean, the New York Times did a piece about Moreas in this court a few days before the first round, and it was an even-handed piece about their assault on basic democratic values, free speech, free media.
00:41:17.180 And as this is happening, the press in Brazil –
00:41:20.600 Hang one second.
00:41:21.920 I want to make sure people understand something.
00:41:23.480 For the globalists right now
00:41:25.660 Bolsonaro, not just because of the election
00:41:27.540 Now, Bolsonaro's a bigger
00:41:29.640 Problem for them than even Trump
00:41:31.300 And here's why, the movement down there
00:41:33.640 Is clearly led by evangelical Christians
00:41:35.940 Right, and Bolsonaro's
00:41:37.660 The leader of that, also you get the resources
00:41:39.420 Of Brazil, it's South America
00:41:41.660 Which is the global south
00:41:42.980 And it's the Amazon, this is what I'm recording
00:41:45.380 In a way
00:41:47.080 This is why they're coming in so heavy for him
00:41:49.560 It's going to get pretty dicey down there
00:41:51.420 Matthew, they see him right now as a bigger threat to the system than even Trump. Do you agree with
00:41:55.740 that? Absolutely. And it's not just for the Brazilian system. It's the entire Latin American
00:42:02.000 sphere. Brazil falls the way Colombia and Chile did to Sao Paulo for a Marxist. Lula was one of
00:42:07.820 the founders of the Sao Paulo Forum, a globalist Marxist conclave to get all of their young
00:42:14.080 Marxist revolutionaries united. And if Brazil falls, Latin America is gone. This enormous
00:42:20.160 growth area, engine of the world, wealth, commodities, natural resources, oil. And if
00:42:26.400 Bolsonaro prevails, then he can preserve a bulwark and continue to create a long-term trend in
00:42:33.780 inflection, bring back Colombia, bring back Chile, bring back Argentina, which was lost to the
00:42:39.840 Kirchners. And so they need him out. And here's how gross they're acting. There's now photos and
00:42:46.520 documented evidence. It hasn't been fully verified, validated as the veracity. But on the right,
00:42:53.460 there are pictures floating around of Barroso, one of the communist judges under Moraes in the
00:42:58.080 Supreme Court, with Lula and his lawyer yesterday at Lula's lawyer's house. That's floating around.
00:43:04.880 It hasn't been verified. But if they're willing to take these steps and go and try and subvert
00:43:10.720 democracy this way, you know how important it is. Matthew, hang on one second. We want to talk
00:43:16.080 briefly about what's happening in Sweden. It's big. The Swedish Democrats. Short break. Dave
00:43:20.560 Walsh is here. Also, we're going to address energy next in the war room.
00:43:28.900 We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the city.

00:45:31.500 You have Dave Walsh.
00:45:32.960 is going to be up in a minute, but Strategic Petroleum Reserve, Captain Ben and Grace,
00:45:37.600 they're doing live streams about these debates all the time. He gets to get all the fun and you get
00:45:42.160 to participate. It's about your participation. Download it. It's totally free. If I can use it
00:45:46.060 and I'm a moron on tech, trust me, you can use it. Tierman, we're jammed, but I got to get two
00:45:52.480 minutes for at least for the Swedish Democrats. Huge news there. By the way, I think the news in
00:45:57.180 Brazil is amazingly positive. I understand a lot of wood to chop there, but tell me about the
00:46:01.880 Swedish Democrats, another victory for us. Well, we'll see how Brazil plays out a week from Sunday.
00:46:07.920 We got 17 days or 14 days or so left. Sweden, they finally formed a government actually quicker
00:46:13.460 than expected. I expect them to take like three months with all the horse trading that would go
00:46:17.460 on behind the scenes. For the audience recall, Swedish Dems, Kingmakers, huge, huge positive
00:46:24.960 results, biggest result on the right. And a right wing coalition is formed by a couple of
00:46:31.240 parliamentary seats. The right beat out the left. The former prime minister, Marguerite
00:46:36.360 Anderson, she's gone. Her party's been running Sweden since essentially the 1930s. And now for
00:46:41.700 the first time, you have a right-wing coalition with the moderates, the liberals, the Christian
00:46:45.380 Democrats. Swedish Dems will not be in the government. There are 22 ministerial positions.
00:46:50.260 Twelve will go to the moderates. Five will go to the liberals. Five will go to the Christian
00:46:53.160 Democrats. But the Swedish Dems are in full control position with the largest parliamentary
00:46:59.180 seat contingent. They got over 20 percent. Some guys, some guys that are sweet, Swedish expats
00:47:05.460 are saying they're freaked out about that. How could you have such a big win and not have any
00:47:09.420 to tell people why that's a win and not really having being in charge of any department in the
00:47:13.860 government? Because what are they going to get the the green ministry or, you know, they weren't
00:47:19.560 going to get the foreign ministry, the libs and the and the moderates would get scared off. I would
00:47:23.880 obviously push for interior ministry like Salvini did to control borders, but they have a more
00:47:28.420 powerful position than being a technocrat in government. The three that are in government do
00:47:33.820 what the Swedish Dems don't like. They take their votes and walk. The government collapses.
00:47:39.640 If any of those other parties walk, the Swedish Dems get the first shot to form a government with
00:47:45.260 Jimmy Ackerson as prime minister. They are in the catbird seat. Heads they win, tails they win.
00:47:52.880 Already you see in the memorandum of understanding between the parties in this coalition formation,
00:47:57.280 The move to the right in immigration, migrant quotas are going to be down 75 percent.
00:48:04.100 The nuclear energy buildup, which there was a moratorium on for decades, that will begin in earnest.
00:48:11.980 Unemployment benefits, a populist plan that the moderates and many on the right opposed, will continue within reason, which is very, very good for the Swedish Dems working in middle class space.
00:48:23.100 they're getting everything they want uh obviously they could get screwed the way salvini did by
00:48:27.800 five star in italy in which case they walk with their 20 but you got it but but you got it if
00:48:33.940 these guys are more on point than some of those i mean these guys are focused we got to bounce
00:48:39.220 people got to follow you on social media where do they get for brazil swedish democrats what's
00:48:43.540 happened in america uh and particularly these races where do they go at matthew termont getter
00:48:48.680 twitter m-a-t-t-h-e-w-t-y-r-m-a-n-d very very active time period we're going into there'll be
00:48:53.940 a lot of stuff to cover steve and you're putting stuff up okay matthew thank you so much for the
00:48:58.600 update brazil and sweden thank you sir uh dave walsh uh you're the first one to warn us about
00:49:05.860 the strategic patrolling reserve uh the biden regime is now so totally out of control on this
00:49:11.980 thing. Walk us through what's happening. According to many media resources this morning,
00:49:18.020 MSNBC, Morning Joe, and others, we're all over getting ready to the administration announce yet
00:49:24.120 another significant reserve release in the 10 to 15 million barrel range, what looks like a
00:49:30.480 pre-election special in an effort to, gas prices have actually been pretty stable across the
00:49:36.760 country the last six weeks. So the need for this is like not really present. But despite that,
00:49:43.000 in a pre-election special, it looks like they're going to attempt to modestly influence gas prices.
00:49:48.080 That hasn't worked from the beginning of these SPR releases in March of this year.
00:49:53.440 Gas prices are actually up 54 cents a gallon since these programmatic million.
00:49:58.720 But Dave, help me out here. This strategic petroleum reserve was never meant for this.
00:50:03.060 Tell me what the purpose of this is, and we're jeopardizing the national security of the country.
00:50:08.520 This is why MTG says she wants to impeach him on this, because it was set up for the national security of the nation, correct?
00:50:13.920 It wasn't set up to bail some administration, some regime out that has basically destroyed our full spectrum dominance and energy.
00:50:22.160 But what was the purpose of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and why are we jeopardizing our national security?
00:50:27.020 The purpose, goal, and objective is national security of the reserve is for the case of a national supply crisis, could be warfare, could be a hurricane, could be some major global disturbance, which right now affecting the nation is not happening in any quantity to justify any releases of the SPR.
00:50:48.400 Despite that, what this administration is doing, instead of amping up production in the North Sea, in Alaska, in the North Slope, in the Gulf, across West Texas, instead of that, opting to drill down inventories or reduce inventories of government-owned assets by global auction.
00:51:06.540 We learned actually together on your show about two months ago the facts of how this is done for the DOE is to globally auction it at the highest bidder, which doesn't even affect domestic pricing hardly at all.
00:51:19.720 You've got a million barrels a day have been released since early March into a global market of 100 million barrels a day.
00:51:25.960 the price impact has been nominal, to your point, in the backdrop of no U.S. supply emergency at
00:51:34.740 this point in time to justify doing this. That's the purpose, goal, and objective of this having
00:51:39.540 been created in the early 80s. And now we're at the lowest inventory level since about 1984,
00:51:45.320 while this administration is still on the page that we are on a war footing. We are on a war
00:51:50.480 footing as broadcast by them four months ago, five months ago, and here we are releasing a
00:51:55.840 strategic reserve that would be in part about buttressing our national defense. No, it makes
00:52:00.860 no sense. Dave Walsh, where do people get to you during the day to find out all your brilliant
00:52:05.680 analysis, sir? You can find me on Getter at Dave Walsh's Energy at Getter. Thank you, Steve.
