00:01:29.480 night on the eve of it at a CDC. Another vote today to make the vaccine a permanent part of the vaccine

00:02:06.840 this because this is a big, big deal. I mean, we're not in the middle of nowhere. We're in the middle
00:02:10.720 of a well-populated city. And we saw what can happen when viruses leak out of labs. Right
00:02:16.680 behind me, I had a better shot earlier, but security had made me move. Right behind me is the National
00:02:22.400 Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratory, which is part of Boston University. And basically, what they're
00:02:29.200 being accused of right now is gain of function research that basically, it took the spike protein
00:02:37.820 from Omicron variant, right? This was the less transmissible, or no, more transmissible,
00:02:44.640 but milder variant of the coronavirus. Well, they took that spike protein, which makes it more
00:02:49.840 transmissible. And they attached to an older version of the virus, one that was more deadly,
00:02:55.160 and then exposed it to mice and found 80% of the mice that were exposed died. So this is what people
00:03:02.280 are concerned about is the fact that they're adding things to deadly viruses that make them more
00:03:07.820 transmissible. This is not okay. 1.00

00:03:46.380 review this work before it went forward. They did say that they are investigating to see if any grant
00:03:52.580 money was used and things of that nature. I've heard mixed reports, Boston University saying that no
00:03:59.360 government money was used to fund this research directly. But that begs the question, so then who
00:04:05.120 is funding this research? And I decided to do a little digging. And if you go back to March of 2020,
00:04:11.060 on the BU website, and on Harvard website, right, this sort of like international coronavirus research
00:04:18.440 effort took place. And at the time, they say only six coronavirus deaths had occurred in the United
00:04:24.140 States. Now, what this effort did is it joined forces with Chinese research teams, right? And it
00:04:31.940 agreed to accept $115 million from a Chinese company called Evergrande Group. Now, I did some background
00:04:39.400 information and the company's CEO is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and has been since 2013.
00:04:47.000 So this $115 million back in March of 2020 was said to go to fund this coronavirus research over a
00:04:54.000 period of five years. So it is possible that the very gain of function research Boston University
00:04:59.340 is being accused of right now was funded by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:05:05.400 Remember, the gain of function was considered so dangerous that the Obama administration at the
00:05:10.380 National Security Council level shut it down in places like the University of North Carolina,
00:05:16.780 University of Galveston at Texas, University of Maryland, other places because they thought it was not,
00:05:20.680 this thing was out of control. It was only after Fauci, and we still haven't gotten the full story,
00:05:25.480 how Fauci got the science and technology group at the National Security Council in December of 17,
00:05:31.700 right, in December of 17, when there wasn't a head of HHS, the first head of HHS had left,
00:05:37.940 that he got it re-approved to actually do these other gain of functions that ended up in Wuhan.
00:05:43.740 So we're going to get to the bottom. Heather, hang on for a second. I want to go to,
00:05:46.320 that's one side, that's the gain of function experimentation going on for other variants of
00:05:52.060 the virus. And remember, gain of function is basically the weaponization of these viruses.
00:05:58.960 But today, the CDC on the vaccine side, right, on the supposedly cure side, massive development
00:06:05.740 today against Steve Kirsch and Dr. Peter McCullough. Dr. McCullough, can you, because you've been out
00:06:10.160 front about these vaccines now? No, no. He didn't, we didn't get McCullough? Okay, fine. Let me go to
00:06:15.940 Steve Kirsch. Steve, walk me through what happened today and why is this so important?
00:06:20.860 So today, as we predicted what happened, the ACIP committee, which is the outside committee for the
00:06:29.180 CDC, recommended to the CDC that the mRNA vaccines be put on the childhood vaccination schedule. And
00:06:41.040 as far as we know, there are no examples where the ACIP committee has recommended this and the CDC
00:06:48.040 has then refused to add it. So it's, it is almost a done deal. And once the CDC adds these vaccines
00:06:56.980 to the childhood vaccine schedule, what happens is it becomes mandated, it becomes mandatory in many
00:07:05.340 states in the United States, which adopt the childhood, the entire CDC childhood vaccine schedule
00:07:13.900 in order to attend public schools. So effectively, what they've done with their vote is to require kids
00:07:24.080 get these vaccines in certain states in order to attend public schools. That's, that's the net
00:07:29.660 impact. But the, the bigger impact is that it provides liability protection now until the end of
00:07:36.940 time for these vaccine manufacturers. So now they can ship an adult vaccine and actually have it approved
00:07:44.480 and escape all liability. And so that's the, that is the bigger, that was the grand prize to go get
00:07:52.920 permanent liability protection. Hang on one second. I want, I want to, I want to get to that, but I want
00:07:56.900 to get a couple more building blocks. I think we got Dr. McCullough up now. Dr. McCullough, here's
00:08:02.040 what I understand. With the research that, you know, Naomi Wolf's pulling together of the Pfizer
00:08:08.620 document stuff you're doing, Steve Kirsch has been doing an analysis. We're seeing this now with many,
00:08:13.840 many different groups questioning, you know, the whole issue of the vaccine, particularly for young
00:08:18.960 people. How does it go from the kind of that questioning we're seeing? I think it's England
00:08:22.960 and Denmark countries in Europe, just back off this thing, people that were mandatory. How do you go
00:08:28.260 from there? And really people starting to question it, I think on the booster, very low uptake by
00:08:34.180 parents, unless it's forced. How do you go from there to actually put it into the program of kind of the
00:08:40.220 permanent vaccines that the set of vaccines that kids have to get to get to public schools? How do you
00:08:46.140 make that leap, given the controversy on this vaccine, sir? The heterogeneity of various responses
00:08:54.620 and opinions on pediatric and young person vaccination is really striking, Steve. You know,
00:09:00.400 in the country of Denmark, they've struck it down completely. The state of Florida is not going to go
00:09:04.800 along with this. Kari Lake, gubernatorial candidate in Arizona, not going to go along with it. Scott
00:09:09.780 Jensen in Minnesota, it's not going to happen. You saw Stefan Bainzel, CEO of Moderna, just came out and
00:09:18.160 said, you know, vaccines don't make sense in young people. So this heterogeneity should be a sign
00:09:24.140 that those on this regulatory committee, these people who voted unanimously, they must be part of
00:09:32.340 some type of government, big pharma regulatory capture. So let me ask you, all the other
00:09:41.940 vaccines that are on here, either some are controversial, they have years and years of
00:09:47.080 clinical trials and testing. Am I correct in that? They do. You know, they say have years and years of
00:09:53.720 experience. The MMR, the polio vaccines, what parents and listeners need to know is this COVID-19
00:10:00.940 vaccine is nowhere near as safe as our standard vaccines. It's still emergency use authorized.
00:10:07.280 Most children have been through COVID-19. So the vaccines are not medically necessary. They're not
00:10:13.400 clinically indicated and they're not safe. The FDA says they cause heart damage, myocarditis
00:10:18.880 and cause blood clots. No parent would tolerate that in a single case. So I think this should be off
00:10:25.040 the table. Parents are going to have to do a la carte when it comes to this vaccine schedule. And then 0.99
00:10:29.500 they're really going to have to fight in the schools if they mandate them.
00:10:33.040 Well, I think it's going to go to a fight. Steve Kerr said it. I think it's going to be at the state
00:10:36.820 level. Let me go back to Kerr. Just stay right there, Dr. McCullough. Steve, so walk people through
00:10:41.520 this liability issue because it kind of doesn't make sense. You don't really see the logic of doing
00:10:47.700 this given that Europe's kind of backing off this. You've had tons of questions here. You clearly could
00:10:51.980 do a lot more years. You could start really doing clinical tests and really test this. In fact, I think they
00:10:57.300 went down to five-year-olds on this approval. The license is only to 16. Tell us about the
00:11:02.900 liability. Why would this even come up? Well, the grand prize has always been the liability
00:11:09.820 protection. The vaccine manufacturers have this under EUA. But once the drug is approved by the FDA,
00:11:17.720 the liability protection goes away unless the drug is on the childhood vaccination schedule.
00:11:24.180 So this is why there's been such a huge push to get this approved and tested under EUA in children.
00:11:34.960 And the results are so bad, Steve. You know, there was a study in Thailand, which I'm sure Peter will
00:11:43.880 give you all the details of, but it showed that 30% of the kids that were tested then were looked at
00:11:52.220 after vaccination. 30% developed, almost 30%. It was 29.3, I think, developed cardiac issues that were
00:12:02.400 measurable after they got the vaccine. 30%. Okay. So, you know, almost one out of three. Now, contrast that
00:12:10.440 with three out of a million kids might die if they got infected with COVID. And it's probably at least
00:12:20.920 an order of magnitude less than that because, you know, we have very easy early treatments. Just
00:12:26.840 rinsing your nose twice a day with a saline rinse will reduce your chance of hospitalization by a factor
00:12:34.500 of eight. So, we're looking at less than one in a million chance that your child would die from COVID
00:12:42.440 versus a 30% chance that they are going to get some kind of cardiac issues, some sort of cardiac damage
00:12:52.660 due to these vaccines. This is not even a close call here. Nobody in their right mind looking at the
00:12:59.340 data. Hang on a second. We'll go back to McCullough. Dr. McCullough, with that, here's what's so shocking.
00:13:05.960 The two days they had the vote yesterday and today. Unanimous votes. But did you see any real
00:13:11.760 debate? I mean, nobody abstained. Nobody voted against it. Was there any heated debate bringing
00:13:16.900 up things like the Thailand study that Steve Kirsch or talked about Denmark or UK or other countries
00:13:21.920 backing off this altogether? Did you see any of that? No, there's a complete oblivion to safety.
00:13:28.560 And the great concern here is that Thailand study by Mansoogian and colleagues, over half the kids
00:13:37.180 who develop heart damage, they don't feel it initially, Steve. They're completely asymptomatic
00:13:41.980 and then they actually can have the first presentation being sudden death. I think American
00:13:48.280 families are going to be horrified if this is widely used among children and the future risk of
00:13:54.820 sudden death. As a cardiologist, I can tell you it's unacceptable. There is no justification for
00:14:00.260 using these in children. No one should sustain heart damage as part of a pediatric vaccine schedule

00:16:51.140 anti-institutionalist. But isn't this how people lose faith in this, that it doesn't look like,
00:16:56.260 I mean, when you've had Germany and Denmark and the UK and certain elements, Austria, I think people
00:17:01.560 that were so gung-ho on almost mandatory VACs, now you see them all kind of backing off. And here
00:17:07.800 you've got children, right, a most precious asset and probably the one that's the math on this thing
00:17:13.560 is the most questionable. And you have a panel of experts and it's 15 to nothing, no abstentions,
00:17:18.660 no no's. And it doesn't look like there was a heated debate or even went through a ton of analysis.

00:18:25.900 how the other nations that were really pro are starting to back off this now until more research
00:18:30.440 is done, more clinical trials. How is this going to play to the states? Because the states are all
00:18:35.840 different about how they take these recommendations. Dr. Latipo, I think we're going to get him on
00:18:40.220 tomorrow morning. The Surgeon General of Florida said they're not going to do it in Florida.
00:18:44.580 So how is this going to play out? And given the math that you've looked at, is McCullough right?
00:18:50.400 Or parents are just going to sit there and go, hey, we've got to stop the whole thing because I'm
00:18:54.300 questioning all of it now? Well, you know, they should. In Israel, the percentage of people who are
00:19:02.800 now fully vaccinated is only 2.4%. They used to be one of the most vaccinated places on earth.
00:19:10.220 And now only 2.4% of the people in Israel are considered to be fully vaccinated. So the Israeli 1.00
00:19:18.000 people who normally just do what the government says without question are in fact rebelling and
00:19:25.800 they're voting with their arms. They're not having themselves jabbed and they're not following
00:19:30.440 the government recommendations anymore. They are not fooled. And so that creates an interesting data
00:19:38.620 point because I'm sure the same thing is going to happen in America. And it depends on how long
00:19:45.160 they can keep up this propaganda and avoid any kind of public debates. There has never been any debate
00:19:54.140 ever that I have ever heard of between people on both sides of the issue and talking about this
00:20:02.100 in a public forum where you have experts on both sides. It has never happened. It has never happened
00:20:08.660 on a college campus. It has never happened in any other forum. In fact, Steve, I don't think you're even
00:20:15.660 able to get anyone from the pro-vaccine side on your program at all to ask questions.
00:20:21.880 No, impossible. Impossible. And so that tells you something. You see, what they're trying to do
00:20:28.680 is they need to convince those people who are vaccine hesitant to take the jab. Now, the people
00:20:35.440 who are vaccine hesitant, those people listen to Steve Bannon and they listen to other sources like
00:20:43.940 Fox News. And so their inability and unwillingness to appear on those shows shows that they're not
00:20:53.760 serious about going after. You know, Steve, you bring up a great point. As a kid, I took every
00:20:59.480 vaccine, you know, to get into school back in those days. You just did it. I, as a naval officer, I had
00:21:04.900 a particular, I was in the Pacific fleet. We had a whole schedule of vaccines. Bang. I've never been
00:21:09.460 anti-vax. I've taken every vax I've been ordered to take. I'm not vaccinated here and I won't be.
00:21:16.160 And the reason I won't be is peoples whose opinion I trust, like you and Dr. McCullough and Dr. Malone,
00:21:22.960 and I can go through a whole list from the beginning, have really showed me the evidence to say,
00:21:29.480 whoa, this is still a clinical trial. I don't want to participate in the clinical trial. When you have
00:21:33.540 more data, come back to me. I'm always open-minded, right? But I haven't seen it because
00:21:39.260 people I respect, you guys actually went through the data. And what I heard from you guys is totally
00:21:44.080 different than the safe and effective over the other side. And I know many people personally
00:21:48.820 that have gotten these blood clots and have come to me, have gotten blood clots. And some people
00:21:53.340 have had relatives die from the blood clots and they've gone to the hospital and people said,
00:21:57.000 oh, is that the Pfizer? Is that the Pfizer clot? And so I'm not vaccinated. I'm not going to get
00:22:00.940 vaccinated. I'm a guy that's not anti-vax. I've taken every vax I've been ordered to take either in the
00:22:05.660 military or as a kid. And I think that's a lot of people out there. And I know a lot of people that
00:22:10.320 it's like the Israel, you know, cause you need like five boosters now, whatever. I know so many people
00:22:14.420 that took it originally, not in a million years, they get another one, not going to happen until they
00:22:19.240 see more evidence. And I think Israel is a perfect example. They had the highest fully comply rate
00:22:24.140 at the beginning. And now it's, you know, your numbers say the 2.4%. I think it tells you where it is.
00:22:30.440 And you see there's very little uptake on the booster and yet they're pumping out those same
00:22:34.460 ads with the same, you know, MSNBC, CNN, you can see the ads on all night. They just pump it out

00:23:30.500 infamy. I just think this is another marker that now all this has come up and to have

00:23:41.320 this thing first came out and they were just banging the drum on Amazon, there's been crickets.
00:23:45.080 We try to pull a clip to introduce you guys about virtually nothing, total crickets. They're
00:23:51.520 not they're not out there pushing this right now. So there's definitely something up because in the
00:23:56.300 old days they'd have Fauci out. They'd have the head of CDC out. They'd be they do a thing at the
00:24:01.580 White House. None of that. They know this is controversial. And quite frankly, I'm hearing
00:24:05.760 from places like in Connecticut and other places that are blue states. The reason we're winning
00:24:09.360 these house seats and at the state level is the parents and it's the parents about the mask and
00:24:15.000 the vaccine, the other stuff, too. But this vaccine is really driven. Some parents say, no,
00:24:19.300 I want to take a different route. Give us your closing thoughts about this, about how this could
00:24:23.740 happen at a 15 to zero vote, which I think is what sticks in my craw.
00:24:27.600 I think this is the issue for voters out there. They want to know where candidates stand on the
00:24:36.940 vaccines. And, you know, many Americans, in fact, the majority of Americans took the vaccines. They
00:24:42.060 took them early. They were patriotic. They were told to do this. But everyone now has developed,
00:24:48.640 I think, a severe sense of hesitancy and pause. The safety data are overwhelmingly bad. And it keeps
00:24:59.000 coming in bad. The new bivalent boosters were never even tested in humans. The vaccines are not
00:25:04.660 getting safer. And they're not stopping COVID. We need a deep sense of humility here and need to be
00:25:12.540 able to shut down the program, just like Gerald Ford shut down the program for swine flu in 1976. It's
00:25:17.740 got to happen. And I think the leaders who are honest, who come forward and say, shut it down,
00:25:22.460 let's move on, and let's pick up the pieces, help America recover, those will be our leaders of the
