00:03:51.660 As we have seen in prior elections, Arizona is a disaster in terms of election administration.
00:03:59.100 Specifically in Maricopa County, the most populous county, we had about 27% at noon today of the polling places with malfunctioning equipment and very long lines for people to vote.

00:04:13.240 There's a large team of lawyers here.
00:04:15.100 I've worked with the Cary Lake Campaign.
00:04:16.840 Blake Masters and the Bureau of Lawyers of the Republican National Committee has sent top lawyers here to help out with the election.
00:04:24.020 So we've been working with the election officials in Maricopa County and telling them about these issues and pressuring them.
00:04:29.800 About an hour ago, the election officials in Maricopa County issued a statement of Mia Pulpa saying, we're really sorry, we screwed up.
00:04:37.500 Yes, there have been malfunctioning items here.
00:04:40.820 And so we have fixed it by updating some printer settings.
00:04:44.140 So I'm still hearing from my contacts in the field, including the Republican National Committee woman who serves with me at the RNC, that there are long lines in Maricopa County in a Republican area where she happens to live.
00:04:56.860 And so even if the problem is fixed, there's such a backlog and so many people may have already come to the polls in a certain way that that is a huge problem.
00:05:04.060 So we're evaluating our options right now.
00:05:06.360 But what we are asking people to do, Steve, is to stay in line and vote.
00:05:11.920 If you go to a polling place with malfunctioning equipment, you can check on the Secretary of State's website and just search, where do I vote Maricopa?
00:05:18.960 And you'll find a link to all the other voting places that are not malfunctioning and you can go to a different polling place to vote.
00:05:24.860 If people are already in line and checked in, they should stay there and vote.
00:05:28.040 And if necessary, leave their ballot in what's called Box 3, which is the box or catch-all where people whose ballots do not feed through the machine because of some error can vote.
00:05:40.140 We have staff that are detailed to follow those ballots from each polling place to the central headquarters in Maricopa County and make sure that they're voted correct.

00:30:57.440 in-person early votes cast so far in New York State, 37 percent of which came from New York
00:31:03.800 City. Now, as for mail-in ballots, 62 percent of these have been cast by Democrats. Now,
00:31:09.640 while this data is skewed in Democrats' favor, this isn't really the best sign for them because
00:31:14.820 this isn't the biggest hurdle that Lee Zeldin has to jump over in order to see victory. If he sees
00:31:20.140 strong turnout in game day votes, it's a Republican victory. Plus, if he sways enough Democrats,
00:31:25.600 which he already has tremendous Democrat support as well as Republican support, we will see a
00:31:30.040 Republican victory as well. So this race will be definitely one to watch. As for Kathy Hochul,
00:31:34.960 She and her donors are in full panic mode in these final weeks of the campaign.
