Hi, my name is Jeff Zink. I'm also a Maricopa County resident. I'm also a congressional
00:00:07.760
candidate for District 3 against Ruben Gallego that I ran. One of the things that I am trying
00:00:14.400
to bring brought to attention is that we have media that's being excluded here. The America
00:00:19.420
Voice and Gateway Pundit has not been allowed to be in here. Why? That's a great question
00:00:25.940
for y'all to answer. The other is that I also worked the Arizona audit in 2020. Also the
00:00:32.980
Arizona primary audit that a lot of people don't know. I've also worked nine states in
00:00:38.960
this country. The fraud that has been taking place is rampant. But this county alone, y'all
00:00:46.440
and Georgia are fighting tooth and nail to be who's more corrupt. This is something that
00:00:53.260
I feel like that we need to actually take control of. In my race alone, an algorithm
00:00:59.940
took place which shows that at no time did I ever gain any ground whatsoever. Yet in all
00:01:08.780
of the exit polls and all the people have been polled, 56% of the people exiting out of Maricopa
00:01:16.160
County was Republicans on election day. Yet that does not reflect in any shape or form
00:01:22.840
in my election. In fact, it is a linear line that is actually perpendicular to Ruben Gallego's.
00:01:30.840
This is a farce. This election absolutely along with the 2020 is no longer certifiable. This needs
00:01:39.420
to be redone. We need ballots that are paper. It needs to be counted in one day. If Florida
00:01:45.120
can count, which is twice our size, the amount with a hurricane, then we should be able to do
00:01:53.360
it in one day as well. And the fact that we don't is a disgrace to not only the Arizonans
00:01:59.480
that you're trying to represent, but what I'm also trying to represent.
00:02:05.500
Hello. My name is Jonah Landry. I'm 20 years old, and this past midterm will be the first time
00:02:11.440
I have voted in a second major election. It is an honor to be able to take part in such
00:02:16.420
an integral part of our country, but nothing is more diminishing than feeling like your
00:02:20.320
voice is not heard. And that's what I and many others feel right now. I am not here to attack
00:02:27.380
anyone, but I am here to simply give a perspective that many of my peers and I feel. Many of you
00:02:32.960
are probably here going to get complaints about insecurities with machines, ballot stuffing,
00:02:37.880
week-long counting, and some of the members even of this board being in a coalition that was to
00:02:43.380
prevent MAGA candidates. And though some of these arguments I agree with having some factor in the
00:02:49.080
result of the elections, that is not what I'm here to talk about today. Today, I'm here to talk about
00:02:54.300
something that can't be chalked up to conspiracy theory rhetoric, but is a factual event that cannot
00:03:00.260
be denied. Today, I'm here to talk about the errors that occurred in 20 to 30 percent of our voting
00:03:05.000
machines. The delays that resulted from these errors extended lines around 60 to 90 minutes long.
00:03:11.140
Now, normally, I would be upset about this, but wouldn't say it's election-changing issues if it
00:03:18.020
were not for two factors. First is how close this election is. Our governor is being decided by a
00:03:23.720
difference of 17,000 votes and our attorney general by less than 1,000. The second factor is that a request
00:03:30.320
to extend the poll was submitted, just like Pennsylvania when they had delays, but for some reason,
00:03:34.700
it was shot down. That is willful neglect. A lot of people here went to vote early because they had
00:03:40.660
no time to vote after work, but delays did not allow them to vote in general without being late.
00:03:47.060
When election day in-person votes averaged around 16 percent Democrats and these machine errors
00:03:52.100
affected mainly red areas, we would have seen different results. I request that December 6th,
00:03:56.780
Maricopa County holds a runoff election without these machines that caused the problems in the first
00:04:01.160
place. Thank you. Thank you again, please. No outbursts.
00:04:05.180
Hey, Arizona. Carrie Lake here. I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I am still
00:04:10.220
in this fight with you. For two years, I've been sounding the alarm about our broken election system
00:04:16.120
here in Arizona, and this past week has confirmed everything we've been saying. When we called for
00:04:22.200
Katie Hobbs to recuse herself over a year ago, they ridiculed us. It turns out we were right.
00:04:27.520
The fox was guarding the hen house, and because of that, voters have been disenfranchised.
00:04:33.980
When we raised concerns and I filed a lawsuit months ago to get rid of the electronic voting
00:04:39.360
machines, they said we were crazy. Well, it turns out we were right. On election day,
00:04:44.960
nearly half of all polling locations had problems with tabulating machines and printers.
00:04:50.900
Malfunctioning tabulation machines forced voters to wait in line for hours to exercise their sacred
00:04:56.400
right to vote. I talked to voters who waited in line for hours. One man told me he went to a location
00:05:02.820
and there was a three-hour line because the tabulators weren't working. He drove 15 miles to another
00:05:08.100
location and the printers weren't working. He drove another 15 miles and was finally able to cast his
00:05:14.060
vote, but he's not sure it counted. Our election officials failed us miserably. What happened to
00:05:20.540
Arizonans on election day is unforgivable. Tens of thousands of Maricopa County voters were
00:05:26.080
disenfranchised. Now, I am busy here collecting evidence and data. Rest assured, I have assembled
00:05:32.400
the best and brightest legal team, and we are exploring every avenue to correct the many wrongs
00:05:38.200
that have been done this past week. I'm doing everything in my power to right these wrongs.
00:05:44.560
My resolve to fight for you is higher than ever. This movement started in Arizona, and it quickly
00:05:51.620
expanded to all 50 states. It's a movement of mama bears and papa bears and students and Arizonans who
00:05:59.280
love this country, who want secure borders, who want schools that prepare their children for the
00:06:05.120
real opportunities that are out there. It's a movement of Arizonans who want safe streets once again
00:06:10.580
and want the drug crisis to come to an end. It's a movement of Arizonans who want prosperity
00:06:15.720
and the pursuit of happiness. That movement is stronger than it ever has been. And I can promise
00:06:22.860
you one thing. This fight to save our republic has just begun. I love you, Arizona, and I love you, America.
00:06:34.060
It is Thursday, 17 November, in the year of our Lord, 2022. And if you think the fight ended on
00:06:40.180
election day, you are sorely mistaken. Carrie Lake throwing down hard is a symbol of top quality
00:06:45.820
team of data experts, a team of lawyers. But it's really just to augment the people of Arizona. I've
00:06:54.360
never seen an outpouring like this in my life. This dwarfs 2020. The material I've seen, the videos
00:07:02.560
I've seen, the affidavits I've seen, it's overwhelming. We could play the clips from Maricopa
00:07:07.240
County for hours. Brian Kennedy, in fact, is going to join us at the top of the hour for the next hour
00:07:12.840
to go through more of it. I want to bring in now Caroline Wren, a senior advisor to Carrie Lake.
00:07:19.300
Caroline, just tell us, where exactly do we stand in this? You know, you guys went dark and shipped for
00:07:24.660
a couple of days internally, I think, to work these things through. You know, we're coming up on Friday.
00:07:31.100
They haven't finished counting. You were still getting drops, right? We're getting drops from Apache,
00:07:36.020
Cochise. You know, there's, there was more, I think there was more ballots from Maricopa County
00:07:40.520
this morning. You know, we, we, we were told the other day that, you know, Maricopa County's done,
00:07:45.320
but there's all sudden more in Maricopa County. Surprise, surprise, couple of thousand.
00:07:49.820
So I don't think this, the certification process hasn't, I think, officially started because they're
00:07:55.220
still putting in ballots. Where, where are we in the process and where are we in, uh, Carrie Lake's
00:08:00.980
fight? Well, it's been, uh, I guess, what is it? Eight days since election day and they're not done
00:08:06.680
counting. I mean, this doesn't happen in other States. This is unbelievable. We're watching
00:08:10.460
Maricopa just keeps finding more ballots and there it's the, the lack of communication between
00:08:15.680
Maricopa County and the different campaigns, the legal teams is, is really stunning. Um, they,
00:08:21.140
they don't give us any straight information, any straight answers. We asked for it politely. We,
00:08:25.180
we tried to demand it and it's just nothing. We just are basically at the mercy of,
00:08:29.760
of what everyone else sees where they just publicly say, okay, here's another drop.
00:08:33.500
Good luck, figure out where it's from. And then there's counties all over that we don't have
00:08:37.820
still, you know, all the votes in, you know, Abe's in a really, really tight race. And every time you
00:08:42.220
see Abe just gained 222 votes, but then Apache County drops 224 votes for Chris Mays. And it's just,
00:08:49.040
it's nobody has faith in this. This is a completely broken system. And so we're, we're working hard.
00:08:53.720
We went a little dark, just trying to figure out what to do. It's hard to keep up with the amount of
00:08:58.140
information that is, is one public coming out publicly, but also just thousands. I can,
00:09:03.440
thousands of people who are reaching out to say that they or a loved one or a friend was
00:09:07.380
disenfranchised on election day and preparing a legal team to even go through that amount of data
00:09:12.380
is, is really quite difficult. I mean, that is just so much. And then the other part is
00:09:16.760
a big place where that data lives is in the secretary of state's office. This is the same secretary of
00:09:21.320
state. That's our opponent who wouldn't recuse herself. This is the same secretary of state
00:09:24.540
who was in charge of certifying this election. This is the same secretary of state who botched
00:09:28.440
this entire election that she was supposed to oversee.
00:09:32.920
Why haven't you gone in? If you're, if you're, if Maricopa County is not giving you access and
00:09:38.360
there's some pretty basic things they have to give, like the, the, the login book versus the number
00:09:43.880
of votes. I mean, there's certain ways the system's supposed to have to check the manuals of the,
00:09:48.100
the man check in, check it. The manual is about that thick. And of course there were so many
00:09:53.120
conflicting and confusing, um, orders given on, on Tuesday that conflict with the document.
00:10:00.580
That's that big. Remember this document just didn't drop from heaven. This document was highly
00:10:05.320
negotiated and processed oriented. And I think Haiti Hobbs's names on a, uh, it's promulgated under the
00:10:11.960
signature of the secretary of state and the attorney general and the governor that this was all supposed
00:10:15.980
to take care of the problems of 2020. So this is not something that just, they just kind of thought
00:10:20.320
up on the spot yet. There's so many moving pieces that weren't done according to the manual.
00:10:25.120
If you're not getting the information, why have you not gone in the court and get an injunction and
00:10:31.000
have a judge or ask for the court to start to supervise this? What, what, what is, what, if it's,
00:10:36.520
if it's as much as fiasco on the inside from you guys, as it appears to the voting public and to
00:10:42.780
the media that is covering this closely. Uh, and you can just see it, Maricopa, don't take my word for it.
00:10:48.640
Just listen to the hours of testimony by voters and, and candidates at the Maricopa County
00:10:55.580
board of supervisors meeting. Why are you not in court asking for a TRO and injunction,
00:11:00.440
or at least for some sort of court supervision of this fiasco that obviously Katie Hobbs and Bill
00:11:06.260
Gates can't manage and can't oversee ma'am. But answer the first part of your question regarding
00:11:11.680
the manual since 2020 and Katie Hobbs will reminder her office has been closed since 2020.
00:11:16.200
So I don't think anyone within Katie Hobbs office or anyone even knows what's in this manual quite
00:11:21.020
frankly, because they're certainly not following it. And this was truly one of the worst run
00:11:24.660
elections maybe in the history of time. So it's that part. The second part is I can't go too much
00:11:29.100
even to the legal strategy, but there are a couple of things I can go into. And there's been a lot of
00:11:32.460
back and forth between our attorneys and the Maricopa County attorneys. And I do think that we need
00:11:36.960
to be more public about what those things are. We've been trying to be very careful and, and I don't want to
00:11:41.500
say play by the rules because the Democrats certainly don't, but trying to follow this process
00:11:45.020
along. But one of the letters that our attorneys sent yesterday is something really simple that
00:11:48.720
we'd like to know. Why is it that we, we start early voting on October 12th and why did 0% of
00:11:54.200
the voting centers encounter tabulation problems during early voting when we know the Democrats
00:11:58.200
were all heavily voting? And why did that number then jump up to 48% of voting centers encounter
00:12:04.000
tabulation problems on election day when voters voted for Carrie Lake three to one? Basic things like
00:12:09.780
that are being put in writing. We're sending the Maricopa County shocker. They're not answering
00:12:13.620
them, but these are things that if, you know, certain things end up going to litigation, I think
00:12:17.460
there's a lot of people who would like to know this because I would like to know, I think that is
00:12:20.740
absolutely outrageous. And, and it's, it's either total incompetence or it's malice. And I, I think
00:12:25.740
that's, that's what we're going to try to find out.
00:12:30.300
Carrie Lake is a fighter. Her whole, um, campaign is a, is a fighter's campaign is, uh, I take it you guys
00:12:37.200
are doing the work. You're getting the data. You just don't want to be flailing around. But I would
00:12:41.500
assume that given what you're telling me that the people, her supporters and her opponents are going
00:12:47.500
to see something a little more aggressive, uh, shortly. I guess, I mean, we see, we both are also
00:12:54.700
the courts aren't on our side. Like Ryder, Carrie Lake sued to get rid of these tabulation machines
00:13:00.380
six months ago. And the court told her she didn't have standing. Like if Carrie Lake didn't have
00:13:05.180
standing, I mean, who does? And sure enough, like they all said that we're crazy and we're
00:13:08.400
conspiracy theorists and the judge threw it out. Kelly Ward was yelling at everyone for months
00:13:12.920
about Toner Inc. And they called her a crazy conspiracy theorist. And here we are. 48% of
00:13:18.180
the tabulation centers went down on election day due to Toner Inc. and other printer malfunction
00:13:22.820
issues. This is something that we sued about six months ago, something we yelled at everyone
00:13:26.300
about. So, you know, we can take these things to court, but like at some point we're just
00:13:30.460
does, does, does, does, does, does the campaign think that this election is certifiable? Yes
00:13:37.220
or no? I don't want to answer that question to jump out against the litigation yet, but
00:13:43.580
I can, I can tell you that Carrie Lake is certainly a fighter and it's, it's, I just don't want
00:13:48.760
to answer that yet, but I think that the public will have an answer to that very, very soon
00:13:52.460
as to whether we do or not. Caroline, how do people follow you? People are on tenterhooks
00:13:58.620
about this. Uh, not just the Carrie Lake, um, uh, supporters, but the media from around
00:14:04.500
the world, the opposition, the Carrie Lake haters, the Carrie Lake supporters, the world
00:14:09.140
at large, uh, how they follow you? Well, I think one thing, if you have any friends
00:14:14.460
or family or one of the thousands of people in Maricopa County that experienced serious
00:14:19.200
issues on election day, encourage people to go to save az now.com. And that's where you
00:14:25.160
can officially put in your claim and we have attorneys that are going to be looking into
00:14:28.340
that. And then separately follow at Carrie Lake on Twitter, get her other places. And
00:14:33.560
it's at Caroline Wren at Carrie Lake at Caroline Wren and save az save az now.com.
00:14:43.280
I'll get it. That's easy for you to say. Caroline Wren. Thank you very much. Thank you very much,
00:14:51.720
ma'am. We will turn now to Liz Harris when we get back after a short commercial break.
00:14:59.320
You know, it's never good when your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely
00:15:05.920
misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation. Now, treasury secretary Janet Yellen
00:15:12.100
has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.340
that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly
00:15:22.820
that I didn't at the time fully understand. End quote. You know who understands the real threat
00:15:30.500
of inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group. They're protecting
00:15:37.140

00:16:28.180
Okay, welcome back. Thursday, 17 November, Year of the Lord, 2022. We stay in Arizona. Liz Harris,
00:16:37.940
you remember Liz from a couple of years ago, the canvassing. She got a nasty letter
00:16:42.020
from Merrick Garland that said, hey, if you start doing canvassing, that's a criminal activity.
00:16:48.700
And we got the hairy eyeballing. You're trying to intimidate Liz Harris,
00:16:51.940
the good folks out in Arizona. They're not, you can't intimidate them. She's now one being state
00:16:57.760
rep from Arizona 13 in the Chandler area. But Liz, you put out something today. You said,
00:17:04.000
let me get this right. You said you were willing to give up your victory, willing to give up your
00:17:09.280
victory if they would have, if they would stop the certification process and just do the whole
00:17:14.340
statewide election over again. And do I understand that right or am I incorrect?
00:17:18.780
Well, yeah, I know that's a good interpretation. I won my election. However, I am calling for a new
00:17:25.660
election here in Arizona. So as many of us were highly disappointed when Carrie Lake did not prove
00:17:33.260
victorious. However, we knew this was another repeat of a fraud, potentially fraudulent election.
00:17:40.420
It was like a redo of 2020. So in Arizona, also understand that the victory for the House
00:17:48.760
and the Senate for the state of Arizona. It's a margin of one Republican each. Now the projections
00:17:56.120
were that the House should have a five to seven person Republican win and that the Senate should have
00:18:03.740
a three to five person win. So to give us Katie Hobbs, Adrian Fontes, and a one advantage on the House
00:18:14.100
and the Senate, there is no way. All indicators do not indicate that that was what was deemed to
00:18:21.820
happen. Arizona was undergoing a red wave. And instead, they give us Katie Hobbs, who will do
00:18:28.520
nothing to help the state legislature with election reform. We have...
00:18:33.460
Okay, okay. Hang on. Hang on. Hold on. I know the candidates. I know the things. But I want to get
00:18:39.160
because you're a detail person. Yes. Is it sour grapes? And let's say I argue that, hey, the McCain
00:18:47.060
and the Mormons out there are moderates and they look at you guys as a... I'm giving the mainstream
00:18:54.100
media's take that you had the McCain faction and the Mormon faction, which is the central part to the
00:18:59.180
business community. They're very moderate. They're kind of open borders. And they look at you guys as a
00:19:06.060
collection of extremists and they voted for the treasurer who they're comfortable with and they didn't vote
00:19:10.780
for the rest of you. So that's why he didn't get the seats. Do you have a concrete argument?
00:19:16.240
Because you've been doing this for years and you've been detailing. I mean, you're the hero because you kind of
00:19:19.900
went around and knocked on doors and actually drew a letter from Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco, I think,
00:19:25.080
to say, hey, we think that's a canvas to actually see who's there. And your survey, you showed enough,
00:19:34.060
I think, to show there were some problems. That's why they wanted to shut you down. And Navarro kept
00:19:38.540
saying, it's Liz Harris, it's the canvas, not the count, right? What do you have here besides, oh,
00:19:45.040
we didn't win enough seats and Carrie Lake's not governor, ma'am?
00:19:50.120
My bold statement is that they have controlled the elections for decades. That is a very bold statement,
00:19:59.180
but the canvas proves it. The machine information that the software information that we've learned
00:20:04.620
over the year, last year, there's so many things. And what happens is when you want to put this
00:20:09.920
evidence in front of them and show them the canvas or show them anything, they don't want to look at
00:20:15.820
it. You know, it's like they don't want to see the evidence. I have offered to every single legislator,
00:20:22.360
come to my office and look at the canvas results. CNN, they didn't look at it. They said,
00:20:27.440
oh, we debunked it. I mean, that's the problem. They don't want to look at the evidence.
00:20:33.720
Steve, if they looked at the evidence. Okay. Okay. Hang on. Hang on. You went out and after you did
00:20:41.920
this, you actually ran for office and you won an office in the state legislature of Arizona, which
00:20:48.340
is no small thing. Most of the congressmen and senators, they all started there. You have an
00:20:54.900
obligation to the people in the Chandler area that you ran on a ticket and you won. And it's also
00:20:59.760
a legislature that's virtually a dead heat. So each vote, including your vote, is magnified.
00:21:08.080
You've proposed that either have a new election or something you may not vote in any legislation
00:21:16.500
until if they certify this election. Is there anything from this election where you actually
00:21:23.900
ran, not the body of evidence that you've had to date, which I think is quite compelling, but in this
00:21:28.200
election, the one that took place in the weeks leading up to in the day of November 8th, that
00:21:33.540
would compel you to say, I'm prepared to have the people of Chandler who will hopefully have your back
00:21:40.100
to say, I'm not prepared to really take my seat until this thing gets sorted out.
00:21:46.140
So I'm going to take the seat, but I'm going to withhold votes, which is essentially not take.
00:21:52.160
All right. So going into the election, we had over 1,000 Republican advantage, meaning 1,000 more
00:22:01.280
people sent in mail-in ballots, which is very good because typically even in Republican districts,
00:22:08.280
the number of mail-in ballots that get returned for the Democrats, it's always higher. We went,
00:22:14.580
Julie Willoughby and I, it's a two, there are two seats. Julie Willoughby and I were running as a team,
00:22:20.640
two seats, two Republicans. I believe very strongly that Julie Willoughby and I, we were cheated out
00:22:27.280
of votes based on the fact that a Democrat website named Uplift had the numbers in our favor. And then
00:22:35.900
when you get all the people to come out and vote on election day, which is typically a high Republican
00:22:41.520
percentage, I was very confident going into this elect, going into election day that Julie and I
00:22:48.280
had it, but instead they had the Democrat win by over 3,000 votes. And then they had Julie and I neck and
00:22:55.740
neck. So if we can get a new election, the only type of election that I'm going to trust, and this is nothing
00:23:02.020
new. I've been saying this for two years, one day, one vote, paper ballots, no machines, hand counts,
00:23:08.320
strong voter ID, and the voting at the precinct level. It's that simple. That's how it was when
00:23:13.500
our founding fathers created this country. That is how we will have a fair election. And if we can do
00:23:19.840
that, it would be, it would be amazing because I think that is going to show the red wave.
00:23:25.660
Liz, how do people follow you for this? Because this is only going to get more contentious,
00:23:32.520
particularly since people like you are putting out bold, let's say, ideas. And I know that the
00:23:38.000
courts are going to get involved, I think, pretty quickly. How do people follow you?
00:23:42.980
So on Truth Social, Facebook and Instagram, vote Liz Harris.
00:23:50.260
Liz, thank you for coming on. Look forward to having you back on here as we track this. And very bold,
00:23:55.100
bold proposal on your newly won't seat. Somebody needs to do it. Thank you.
00:24:02.240
Liz Harris, a patriot. Okay. I want to play, I want to talk Arizona. Well, first off,
00:24:07.660
Seb, before I get the cold open in here, give me your thoughts on Arizona and the election fiasco out
00:24:13.180
there. It's the GOP. I mean, what a, what a flipping disaster. I mean, you know, God bless our mate
00:24:19.760
Dylan for trying to put a good face on it. But when she comes on my show Wednesday morning,
00:24:23.460
from the, from the RNC wall room and says, uh, yeah, it's true. They didn't have enough printer
00:24:30.500
cartridges. What, what, what a joke. I mean, the Runa McDaniel should have handed in her
00:24:35.460
resignation. I know years ago, but the Wednesday after the GOP doesn't have printer cartridges,
00:24:42.060
that's just ranking competence. But, but the biggest story is the following. It is the ballots
00:24:48.440
versus votes. Some candidates are just going to win because they're great candidates in those states
00:24:54.620
where the GOP isn't in control or their ranking competence. We have, I hate saying this, my gosh,
00:25:00.800
I can't believe I'm saying this. We have to harvest more ballots than, than the bad guys. I mean,
00:25:07.460
if you've got 50 days of voting, uh, in, in Pennsylvania, 45 in the Commonwealth after
00:25:13.660
Yunkin takes over and, and more than 50% of Pennsylvania votes before a medically compromised
00:25:20.700
individual even debates Oz, then it's not about, it's not about Americans going to the polls to
00:25:26.800
choose a candidate. It's about the enterprise of collecting pieces of paper collectively and
00:25:34.280
harvesting them. And sadly, until we fix the system, the electoral system, we just have to out harvest
00:25:40.020
the bad guys. I, do you agree? Is this unconservative for me to say that Steve?
00:25:47.820
There's two different businesses. There's a ballot manufacturing distribution and, uh, harvesting
00:25:54.280
business. And that's what the Democrats are in, particularly in Nevada and, uh, and in Pennsylvania.
00:25:59.220
And then there's a get out the vote. Let's have some rallies, get out the vote, knock on doors and have
00:26:04.100
people come and actually vote. Right. That's the, that's kind of the horse and buggy system right
00:26:08.780
now compared to the, uh, the, uh, state of the art ballot manufacturing business. I'm not saying
00:26:15.340
it's a voting business. It's a ballot manufacturing business. Hang on for one second. How long can we
00:26:19.900
go and play Comer? Can we go and play Comer? Let me play Comer for, for seven. Okay, fine. Um,
00:26:26.700
I tell you, we'll do it right when we come back and break. Uh, Seb, what do you think in your
00:26:30.880
observation and talking to Harmeet? Do you think that the, uh, the election in Arizona is certifiable?
00:26:41.080
Yeah, of course, because, because she's going to certify herself. Should it be certified?
00:26:48.560
Absolutely not. But it's again, it's like, it's like 2020. If there's no chain of custody,
00:26:54.240
you live in the real world. Okay. Why do conservatives want to vote on election day?
00:26:59.920
Because guess what? I am the custodian of my vote. I physically go to the polling station. I show my ID.
00:27:07.000
They give me the ballot. I fill it in. I put it in the ballot box or I put it in the scanner.
00:27:12.440
The chain of custody works because I am the guardian of the chain of custody in Arizona and everywhere
00:27:19.180
else where we have early voting, where we have mail-in voting, where we have harvesting,
00:27:23.540
there is no chain of custody. So they can certify a, certify a pig in a poke. They can certify whatever
00:27:29.240
they want. It will be certified. But I told, spoke to Carrie Lake offline yesterday and man, she,
00:27:35.320
she's going to fight, fight, fight. I wrote a big piece in American greatness today, like 3000 words.
00:27:40.820
Uh, whatever happens, I think president Trump needs to create a ballot reform enterprise
00:27:47.960
and Carrie Lake should be the head of the national voter reform enterprise in America. What do you
00:27:55.900
think, Steve? Interesting concept. Here's what I think. She's not going to have time because she's
00:28:02.760
been governor of Arizona. I don't think this is going to show the Bible. I hope so. And I think she's
00:28:07.180
going to, I think she's going to go into court and get some court supervision of this. Short break,
00:28:13.440
uh, explosive news on Capitol Hill today. Seb Gorker is going to lay it all out for you in the
00:28:19.320
war room. Look, you did the tough thing during COVID. You paid your people and you pulled your
00:28:28.720
business through the pandemic. And now doing the tough thing could qualify you for up to $26,000 per
00:28:36.500
employee at COVIDtaxrelief.org. Government funds are available to reward companies with two or more
00:28:43.420
employees who stayed open during COVID. This is not a loan and you don't have to pay it back. This
00:28:49.220
program is complicated, but nobody knows more about it than the CPAs and tax experts at COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:28:56.460
You pay nothing upfront. They do all the work and share a percentage of the cash they get you.
00:29:02.080
Businesses of all types, including nonprofits and churches can qualify, including those who took
00:29:07.460
PPP loans, even if you had an increase in sales. You did the tough thing for your employees during
00:29:14.300
COVID. Let COVIDtaxrelief.org help get you up to $26,000 per employee. Visit COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:29:23.920
That's COVIDtaxrelief.org. Do this today. Take action at COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:29:32.920
...to a rural Pennsylvania home of a Catholic pro-life demonstrator to arrest him at gunpoint
00:29:37.760
in front of his children in early morning hours, despite the fact that he posed no risk of violence
00:29:43.500
or threat and had previously offered to turn himself in. Numerous whistleblowers, field agents,
00:29:48.560
have alleged that D.C., your headquarters, has pulled them off working on child sex abuse cases,
00:29:53.920
working on human trafficking cases, in order to work on January 6th matters for this reason,
00:29:59.080
to give the appearance, they say, they say, that there are hundreds of new domestic terrorism cases
00:30:04.780
in the country, when in fact there are not. Whistleblowers, field agents, have also said
00:30:09.520
that D.C. has ordered the use of SWAT teams on non-violent suspects who may have attended a
00:30:15.260
January 6th rally, and they have been ordered to conduct surveillance and knock on doors of people
00:30:20.780
who were not even in D.C. on January 6th. And again, all of this, according to the whistleblowers,
00:30:25.620
these are your agents, all of this, in order to make it look as if there's a mass surge in domestic
00:30:31.140
terrorism all across the country, when in fact the stats are being padded by political directive
00:30:37.500
in your office. They also say, these whistleblowers, the D.C. leadership deliberately suppressed
00:30:43.060
investigations into Hunter Biden, contrary to FBI procedure, and have also retaliated against FBI
00:30:49.900
agents and whistleblowers who have contacted Congress, which by the way, they are protected by
00:30:54.880
statute to do so. This is what's happening at your FBI while you are evading oversight hearings.
00:31:03.820
Mr. Director, do you think you're still up to this job?
00:31:06.340
I absolutely think I'm still up to this job, and I think our workforce feels the same way.
00:31:12.140
Well, I don't. And frankly, I think you should have been gone a long time ago.
00:31:16.740
And given your behavior recently, I think it only makes it more clear. Are there any travel plans
00:31:21.260
today that we should be aware of that you have? We're supposed to have a second round. Will you
00:31:24.740
be here for that? Yes. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:31:30.520
By the way, at the end right there, he was calling him a liar. If you noticed a little difference
00:31:35.560
what a difference the date makes, we're now in charge of the of the House. And let me give you
00:31:42.500
the signal, not the noise on the Senate. The 2024 cycle is horrible for the Democrats. They got
00:31:47.880
the 33 seats up, there are 24 Democrats. There's a half a dozen in red states. You got Tester and
00:31:53.200
Manchin. This is the reason the debt ceiling is now looks like it's not going to happen in the lame
00:31:58.060
duck. And right there, you see a new, innervated Senate, Josh Hawley, eviscerating the head of the
00:32:04.400
FBI, a stone-cold liar. Ray will be impeached. He will be, I think he's broken the law. I think
00:32:10.440
it's criminality up and down the FBI. But he had Congressman Comer. And this is McCarthy
00:32:15.800
not getting, you know, only getting 188 votes for speaker the other day. He heard you. He's
00:32:21.520
listening to Matt Gaetz because Matt Gaetz said, hey, these investigations are just going to be
00:32:25.880
performative. That's not performative. I mean, he listed, what, 10, Seb Gorka, 10 federal crimes
00:32:32.760
and then said, hey, this is not about Hunter Biden. This investigation about Joe Biden.
00:32:38.000
So I know everybody's talking about impeachment. Forget impeachment right now. Don't need to worry
00:32:40.660
about it. Just focus on the investigations. And that was a joint press conference between
00:32:44.900
the House Oversight Committee and the Judiciary Committee. And Comer didn't come out like any
00:32:50.760
Trey Gowdy. Seb, your assessment of the first shots across the bow from Hawley in the Senate
00:32:58.420
and Comer in the House. Well, first things first, I was remiss. It was remiss of me. I didn't say
00:33:04.380
at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday, which was an amazing evening. I saw a certain member of the Bannon
00:33:09.780
family. She looked lovely. So it was great to see your daughter there in Mar-a-Lago. I don't know.
00:33:16.300
Maybe I have to do a mea culpa based upon what you told me in the break, Steve, because
00:33:20.820
allegedly Comer was, had his nose put out of joint when Matt Gaetz invited me to the members
00:33:27.640
dining room about two months ago to talk about what needs to happen after the midterms to
00:33:35.140
investigate Hunter Biden and the Biden organized crime cartel. I'd never heard of Comer before.
00:33:42.360
I'm always suspicious of politicians who've been in D.C. that you've never, ever heard
00:33:46.580
of because it means they haven't kicked up a fuss in the swamp. But apparently he's the
00:33:51.740
real deal. That list was impressive. I'm going to play exactly that cut again tonight. I'll
00:33:56.840
be hosting Rob Schmidt's show on Newsmax. So I'm going to play that whole sot again. I'm
00:34:04.120
not interested in subpoenas. I want to see these things. I want to see charges. I'm not
00:34:09.080
interested in impeachment. I want to see criminal referrals occur. The Biden family is an organized
00:34:16.640
crime cartel. Alejandro Mayorkas is aiding and abetting the cartels of Mexico right now.
00:34:26.360
He is helping them. He has kept the border open. The deaths, the blood are on his hands,
00:34:32.240
on the hands of Joe Biden. So look, it sounds good. It's a great soundbite. But if there's
00:34:37.260
anybody who's more cynical than me about D.C., it's got to be Stephen K. Bannon. So do you
00:34:42.420
trust this GOP with an individual who's taken no blame for the disastrous result, made the
00:34:52.500
minority leader again with Mitch in charge, with Kevin in charge? Do you trust these guys,
00:35:00.740
Well, you know, we had Matt Rosendale from Montana on yesterday. He said, there's no way that that
00:35:08.800
McCarthy has the votes. He just says he doesn't have them. I know he said that to me, but do you
00:35:16.840
Here's what I believe is that McCarthy, these guys understand, at least right now, there's enough
00:35:20.840
pressure on them that you had that press conference with Jim Jordan today. And that was impressive.
00:35:25.220
And I got to tell you inside the White House that rattled because here's why immediately after that
00:35:29.800
press conference, first off, a lot of mainstream media didn't show up for it. The questions were,
00:35:34.320
well, weren't these things all from 17? But you know what started trending right after that? It
00:35:38.880
was Jared Kushner because it said, well, hold on, if you're going to do Hunter Biden, don't you have
00:35:42.440
to do Jared Kushner on his Arab deal? So that shows you they're nervous. When they're counteracting
00:35:47.700
with, well, what about? You know they're nervous. So look, it's very simple, Seb, as you know,
00:35:54.500
if your audience and the John Frederick Radio Show and ours and the Real American Voice guys and
00:35:59.580
John Solomon, if our collective audiences keep the bayonets to the back, and I want to make sure
00:36:05.320
the liberal media understands that that's a term, old term of art, means keep pushing them forward,
00:36:10.780
I think we'll get some action. If we don't, they'll always go back to their ways, to their
00:36:16.120
cartel ways. I do believe that this, in fact, I know this came directly from the Gates challenge
00:36:22.480
that McCarthy is now trying to show everybody in the run-up to the speakers for the third that he's
00:36:27.220
going to be tough, and he unleashed the dogs. But no offense, I think you being over there at the
00:36:34.640
dining room in Congress, over in the house, and Comer seeing you with Matt Gates and giving you
00:36:41.620
stink eye understands Gates knows how to play the game. I mean, Gates has got tremendous media coverage
00:36:47.400
on this one-man rally. And look, Gates is a guy that wants investigations. He's as good as I've seen
00:36:55.000
in asking these questions. He's been a major part of Jordan. So you had Jordan stepping up,
00:37:00.420
and you have Comer. The bottom line is we're going to have to continue pressure. The appropriations
00:37:05.260
process is the anvil. The investigations are the anvil. Let me jump in here. Your analysis is sound,
00:37:13.280
but let me just push back on one thing. President Trump, at the end of his speech,
00:37:18.720
declared war on the establishment in a way he's never done before. When you stand up as a former
00:37:24.620
president who can lead another administration to victory, and you say, I'm going to amend the US
00:37:33.260
constitution, I'm going to propose an amendment that there are term limits in Congress, and that
00:37:39.680
all congressmen and women and senators will be barred for life from lobbying. At that point, Steve,
00:37:45.860
this man must be destroyed by the establishment. He must be utterly destroyed, because he has gone
00:37:52.680
after the only thing that matters to them, money and power. And the fact that we've had four people,
00:37:58.260
four members of Congress, in the last three days, actually endorse that declaration of his campaign.
00:38:07.740
Do we have the people with the spine to follow through? I love Matt Gaetz. Troy Nels has endorsed him.
00:38:15.120
Elise Stefanik has endorsed him. But can we go after the administration? You had one mission, Steve,
00:38:22.020
and it's to take down the administrative state. Can we do it with four people plus President Trump?
00:38:30.420
No, you can't. Here's how you got to do it. Victory begets victory. Because I keep saying,
00:38:35.040
I gave it the talk last night to the audience and then this morning. This is not, and Trump will get
00:38:42.440
more allies over time as victory begets victory. This is not 15 and 16, although he's running as
00:38:47.900
an outsider. This is going to be 10 times harder, 20 times harder. Yeah. This is Trump versus the
00:38:52.280
money. This is Trump versus the power. This is Trump versus the system. This is Trump versus the
00:38:57.820
establishment. This is the outsider versus the insiders. This is Trump versus the man. Okay. And
00:39:04.100
that's personified or manifested in Ken Griffin, in Paul Tudor Jones, in Steve Schwartzman, all the
00:39:12.880
Bayonaires, plus Rupert Murdoch. That's what Trump's against. It's not about DeSantis or
00:39:17.240
Youngkin. They're interchangeable vessels, right? They will find a vessel. They will find their vessel,
00:39:22.920
right? That is what he has to do. And only Trump can do this. And quite frankly, he doesn't even need
00:39:28.320
allies. He doesn't. It's great to Stefanik and these people. I think it's great that people are positive
00:39:32.260
and say, yes, I support him. But this is so fundamental and so raw. This is Trump versus
00:39:38.020
them. And this is Trump saying, hang on, hang on. You nailed it, Steve. Your strategic analysis is 100%.
00:39:45.460
Do we need him, because you're the former chief strategist, do we need him to move the turret,
00:39:54.720
to move the targeting radical from the front men that go-betweens, the front organizations,
00:40:03.680
and actually say, guys, do you know who's, it's Murdoch, it's Singer. Does he need to have that
00:40:10.440
narrative? Because if he does, he needs to start now.
00:40:12.800
I think, well, we'll have to give a couple of days and we'll see. I say, for Donald Trump,
00:40:22.240
who's a puncher, never punch down. When you're punching DeSantis and Youngkin, you're punching
00:40:26.920
down. Punch equal. These guys are your peers or they want to be your peers. They're jealous that
00:40:33.280
you're the president and they're not. Punch Paul Singer. Punch Ken Griffin. Punch Rupert Murdoch. Rupert Murdoch's
00:40:40.040
Punching You Every Day in the New York Post, our beloved paper. Punch back. Seb, tell us about,
00:40:44.900
give us tonight, give us all the contacts. We're in a sub-stack and Rob Schmidt's a show on Newsmax.
00:40:50.980
Let me just say something very clear. What you just said, what we just discussed for the last 120
00:40:56.520
seconds is the next two years. Everybody listening right now needs to understand the vector of attack
00:41:03.320
for us to succeed has to be the people behind the front men. If we want to drain the swamp,
00:41:10.040
it's got to be the money men we take down. Everybody needs to internalize what Steve
00:41:14.900
and I just discussed because it is the key to victory in 2024 and saving the republic.
00:41:19.960
Me, just follow me, SebGorka.com. All the social media except the fascists at YouTube. So,
00:41:26.880
True Social, Twitter, and most importantly, sub-stack. That's SebastienGorka.substack.com.
00:41:33.120
And tonight, I'm hosting Rob Schmidt, 7 p.m. I've got to go, 7 p.m. Eastern on Newsmax. Be there.
00:41:41.580
Seb's got to get in the hair and makeup. Dr. Gorka, thank you. Short commercial break.
00:41:48.280
A guest we have wanted for a long time, Mike Adams from Natural News, next in the war room.
00:41:53.560
It's hard to grasp why anyone would keep voting for record inflation, skyrocketing crime,
00:42:03.080
and an open border. Likewise, why would anyone keep funding the left by sticking with the big
00:42:09.580
carriers? Patriot Mobile is America's only, and I repeat, only Christian conservative wireless
00:42:15.320
provider. They want to make it easy for you to try their service. Give them 60 days to show you
00:42:20.380
why I, Stephen K. Bannon, trust them. Right now, when you try Patriot Mobile for two months,
00:42:26.140
you get a third month free, plus free activation. They offer nationwide coverage on the best 4G and
00:42:32.260
5G networks and use the same towers as all three of the major carriers. So, you get the same great
00:42:37.480
service while supporting a company that's fighting to preserve our God-given rights and freedom. Just go
00:42:42.860
to PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon or call their 100% U.S.-based customer service team at 972.
00:42:50.380
Patriot. That's 972. Patriot. If you're fed up with the woke companies that don't care about your
00:42:56.440
values, support a company that does. Make the switch today and get a free month of service
00:43:02.220
plus free activation. That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon. That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon

00:43:43.880
Okay, just another item from Arizona. Just another drop. And they said there's 8,000 votes still left
00:43:51.500
in Maricopa and 3,000 in Pima. I mean, Maricopa was supposed to be done two nights ago. This just keeps
00:43:57.380
on. It's not certifiable. I mean, you got to get into court. You got to get an injunction. You got to
00:44:01.480
show your data and your information, but I think the information is pretty overwhelming. This has
00:44:05.380
been a humiliation to the folks in Arizona. Just understand, on the world stage, you look like
00:44:11.080
buffoons. It looks like buffoons. And the guy you roll out there from Maricopa County, Bill Gates,
00:44:16.280
is a complete and total clown. And to think that goes in the world stage in front of BBC and German
00:44:21.980
television and CCTV in Beijing and NHK, what the word you talk about, democracy and everything,
00:44:28.060
this is a fiasco. And it's embarrassing. Embarrassing. And that's everybody in Arizona,
00:44:34.160
not just the Cary Lake supporters. I want to really glad to bring on someone I've wanted to be on the
00:44:40.500
show for a long time, Mike Adams, founder and publisher of Natural News, and also the founder
00:44:45.860
of Brighteon, the video platform, kind of a competitor to YouTube and Rumble. Mike, I want you on,
00:44:51.720
there's a very disturbing story out of Reuters. And of course, Zero Hedge picked it up.
00:44:56.120
It's about Germany. We have focused a lot on capital markets on the show. We particularly
00:45:00.660
focus a lot on European capital markets because they're so linked to the United States. But it's
00:45:05.480
a story about, from four insiders, from Reuters, you know, pretty squared away, that says that German
00:45:12.660
banks are getting emergency measures for cash because of the problems with heating, electricity,
00:45:19.840
everything's going on, that they're very concerned about chaos this winter. I can't think of a better
00:45:26.100
guy than you to come on and explain exactly what's going on. How serious do you think this
00:45:30.900
is? And how serious should people in the United States take kind of this, what I call the dark
00:45:35.880
valley that we're about to enter into, sir? Well, Steve, first of all, it's an honor to join you.
00:45:41.820
And I want to say that when we, the people, take this republic back and the new history books are
00:45:46.360
written, there will be an entire chapter dedicated to Steve Bannon and the War Room crew. No joke,
00:45:51.620
you guys are running this in beast mode nonstop. And I'm just happy to be here in parallel with what
00:45:57.120
you're doing and telling the truth. So to get to your question, I believe there's a global
00:46:02.300
dismantling of food and energy infrastructure that's taking place right now. I can give a lot
00:46:08.660
of specific examples that we can go into, you know, time allowing here. But in Germany, they know what's
00:46:13.420
coming. They know that the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines has shut off so much energy
00:46:18.420
that rolling blackouts are inevitable through this winter, especially if the weather turns colder.
00:46:23.360
They know that that's going to cause a lot of panic among their own citizens because Germany is a
00:46:29.900
cash intensive type of economy. Most people use cash for most transactions. If you have blackouts,
00:46:36.080
then the banks don't work, the ATMs don't work during those blackouts. I'm not saying they're
00:46:39.360
going to be permanent, but they can be rolling and they can cause a lot of frustration among citizens.
00:46:44.380
So they are preparing for emergency cash distribution and also fuel scarcity and the potential for
00:46:56.940
Mike, how long, because I've been a reader of natural news for many, many years.
00:47:04.000
This is all coming to a head now, but this is a process that's taken us a long time to get here.
00:47:09.240
Walk us through that process. We've got some time and we can just flow into the next hour or two.
00:47:14.180
Walk us through, how did we get in here? We talked about the dismantling of the food
00:47:17.120
and energy infrastructure. This just didn't happen out of nowhere. How did we get to this point when
00:47:22.720
an advanced nation, and I think the number three or four economy in the world, Germany,
00:47:32.780
Well, we have to bring up the issue of the climate change pushers. And through climate change,
00:47:39.360
understand not only did they then meticulously dismantle the fossil fuel infrastructure
00:47:43.560
in Germany, across Western Europe, and also in the United States through pipeline shutdowns,
00:47:48.420
halting of drilling, and so on. But you've got to understand, climate change called for carbon
00:47:52.720
sequestration, which is altering the chemistry of the atmosphere to pull CO2 out of the air. Now,
00:47:59.120
CO2 is nutrition for plants, for growing food crops. And the quickest way to feed the world,
00:48:05.880
by the way, would be to increase CO2 in the atmosphere. When you take CO2 out of the atmosphere,
00:48:10.840
you reduce crop yields worldwide. And that's exactly what's going on. And it's deliberate.
00:48:16.380
And so when you have a lot of third world nations that have marginal food production right now,
00:48:21.340
they're just barely on the edge of producing sufficient calories to keep their people from
00:48:26.220
revolting. And then you start taking CO2 out of the atmosphere. And then you have interference with
00:48:32.440
photosynthesis because of the Tonga volcano, January of this year, which NASA says ejected water vapor
00:48:40.220
into the mesosphere, which is above the stratosphere. So it's reflecting some amount of sunlight,
00:48:45.960
not enough for you and I to notice, but enough to affect crop yields and temperatures, which is the
00:48:50.620
length of the crop seasons. So now you're having crop yield failures globally. And then the situation
00:48:56.920
with Russia and the shutdown of natural gas is causing fertilizer shortages in Europe and the United
00:49:02.960
States. So all of these are coming together, but it's the climate change cult, as I call it,
00:49:07.800
that is the source of dismantling all of this. And if we don't stop it,
00:49:12.000
a lot of people are going to die on this planet over the next three or four years because of that.
00:49:19.360
Germany is probably arguably the most, with the United States, the most advanced industrial power
00:49:25.800
on earth. And they've got kind of an engineer's mentality to things. How did this happen in
00:49:33.740
Germany? How is Germany like the hotbed of this? What's your thoughts on that? And we're going to
00:49:41.160
You're right. Germans are outstanding engineers. The German people are brilliant. And one of their
00:49:46.900
companies called BASF, B-A-S-F, is the largest chemical conglomerate, excuse me, in the world.
00:49:52.160
But they use natural gas as a feedstock and as an energy source to produce the inputs that go into
00:49:58.940
fertilizer. So the nitrogen-based fertilizers through the Haber-Bosch process, I think you've
00:50:04.220
had guests on that have spoken about that before. When this gets shut down, as is already happening
00:50:08.420
across Europe, you don't get fertilizer production because they're answering to the political virtue
00:50:13.420
signaling of the climate change cult. So it doesn't matter if you're the smartest engineers in the
00:50:17.720
world. If you don't tap into your natural resources, your country is doomed. And we've got
00:50:26.900
Mike Adams, hang on. I'm going to have Mike Adams and we're rolling to the next hour. We've got Joe
00:50:32.720
Allen is going to talk about this document at the G20. Very disturbing document on kind of vaccine
00:50:39.120
passports, medical passports for the world. We've got Tony Lyons, the publisher, is going to be with
00:50:45.000
Dr. Robert Malone. We've got Brian Kennedy. We're absolutely packed. Joe Reek from My Patriots 5. We're
00:50:52.000
packed in the second hour. We're not going to miss this. We're going to start off with Mike Adams
00:50:56.020
from Natural News. Short commercial break. We're going to be back in the war room for hour two of
00:51:00.120
the evening show. Mike Adams, Natural News founder and publisher, joins us next.
