00:11:21.220 implemented that but we didn't and you know so you know we hear a lot of different reasons for that

00:11:26.020 sometimes they figure well rnc doesn't have the funding to do that or you know we have other

00:11:38.360 think we did wake up and smell the coffee after losing in 2020 and to her credit ronna did spend a lot
