Bannon's War Room - Episode 2364： Kari Lakes In Depth Lawsuit Against The Corrupt Arizona Election

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.440 medieval on these people you're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the

00:00:15.680 people the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've

00:00:19.900 tried to do everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to

00:00:22.800 happen and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i'd

00:00:29.980 wish that any of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose

00:00:36.800 if that answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k

00:00:46.500 back okay welcome it's saturday 10 december the year of our lord 2022 you know saturday as i tell you

00:00:55.300 i love every uh hour we spend in the war room with you folks uh but saturday is always my favorite

00:01:01.800 because it was you know the time you were working out in the yard with your dad listening to notre

00:01:05.860 dame football or the saturday uh classes that you had to go to um you know so saturday has always

00:01:11.820 been at least up till noon on saturday has always been a work day but when i started getting to the

00:01:16.780 news business with andrew breitbart years ago we quickly came to the conclusion the friday night

00:01:21.960 dumps were so big and so important that uh we actually built breitbart around and jim hoff

00:01:28.440 remembers this he was there with andrew in the early days the the you know drudge used to lock the page

00:01:33.160 as he got a little um you know lazier and uh and uh the friday night dumps were everything on the news

00:01:39.780 yesterday 9 december put that in your calendar that's gonna be a day i think we're going to remember

00:01:46.540 two things happened cary lake filed a massive lawsuit in arizona that exposes corruption malfeasance

00:01:53.660 not just incompetence right um and i saw also involvement of uh of authorities particularly um uh dh dhs

00:02:03.920 other these government agencies the administrative states rogue element the deep state um but then a

00:02:10.920 lawsuit in uh with this missouri louisiana lawsuit the gateway pundits part of

00:02:15.820 the exposure of the fbi and then uh matt taibbi uh going on a twitter stream last night i think it's

00:02:24.640 part three of the twitter expose jack basobica he titled it the removal of trump

00:02:30.880 it's an ironic title because the title is about the removal of trump from twitter twitter

00:02:38.340 is just an instrument in this it's not the main event the main event is the federal bureau of

00:02:44.580 investigations the fbi and um one of the breakdowns you're seeing right now i shouldn't say breakdowns

00:02:51.700 one of the um lines of demarcation in the conservative movement the republican party is

00:02:57.680 controlled opposition and people who are fighters and i get to the bottom of this the enemy of freedom

00:03:03.320 in in this look the existential threat we face from the chinese communist party is the greatest enemy 0.99

00:03:09.240 externally externally we've ever felt we've ever had but internally we have an enemy and that enemy is

00:03:13.840 the administrative state it's leviathan and now it's proven and it will be proven and you've seen it

00:03:20.080 already the fbi and doj and other elements of trump's administration president trump's administration

00:03:28.280 people he had picked and people that were confirmed by the senate were actively engaged in

00:03:33.720 and focused on his removal from office matt taibbi put that title up the removal of trump

00:03:40.840 not about twitter his thing is about twitter but it's also about the fbi it's about the removal of

00:03:46.780 trump from office we're hurtling towards a constitutional crisis and morning joe goes ah they're talking about

00:03:53.480 terms of service from to 2018 and this is old news and in the way how still says this is all but no

00:04:00.740 no no hunter biden's hard drive in his laptop the whole twitter apparatus is just a means to an end

00:04:09.560 to get to the thing itself and the thing itself is the administrative state they had a coup they had a

00:04:15.180 coup they had a coup with many senior republicans involved they had a coup that removed donald trump

00:04:23.040 from office okay removed him from office uh i hate to be that blunt about it and uh and we've got the

00:04:30.100 receipts and we're gonna get more receipts and if anybody in this list can hear the sound of my

00:04:35.000 voice if you think this is going to be they're going to say no you got to talk that what this is

00:04:38.260 all they got to talk about the future can't talk about the past got to talk about the future election

00:04:41.340 about the future bs screw you if we don't get i've said this we don't get to the bottom of this and now

00:04:48.340 and now and now it's becoming evident why they want to talk about the future

00:04:54.640 and you you tie in um the vaccine situation the coronavirus the ccp virus the mask all of it

00:05:05.760 into one gnarly unspeakable unspeakable unspeakable

00:05:11.640 unspeakable efforts of the and i don't even call it government a group of gangsters lawless gangsters

00:05:21.100 gangsters that's what they are they're lawless gangsters and the fbi now has to be not just

00:05:26.800 defunded it has to be totally defunded and reorganized and the name has to go away the

00:05:32.900 name will live in shame i don't and all these guys said we have the fbi guys all over banning 0.89

00:05:37.020 because he calls them the gestapo you're not even worthy of the gestapo that's how awful you are

00:05:41.320 in a free republic to do what you've done you're awful and there are patriots not sunshine

00:05:49.780 soldiers there are patriots that are prepared to to give everything to make sure that you are

00:05:57.480 destroyed destroyed because this country is going to be nothing more than a a different type of 0.99

00:06:06.980 version difference in degree but not in kind to the authoritarian totalitarian dictatorship

00:06:13.540 of the chinese communist party of full and total and complete control

00:06:18.900 so we're going to get into a day in every aspect of this okay it's going to be a little choppy because

00:06:25.120 people are traveling they're coming in by phone but i want to lay out the architectonics

00:06:29.740 of all of this today so i want to start with carrie lake and i'll start with the great michael patrick

00:06:34.720 leahy um and leahy i want to talk i want to talk about carrie lakes first off her shot across the bow

00:06:42.560 what it means uh and then i've got the great jim hoft and of course i got colonel john mills and

00:06:48.720 hoft is an interesting character in this he obviously understands and gateway pundit you saw up on the uh

00:06:54.660 on drudge the other day the one of the biggest sites in the world uh that's through the the the effort

00:06:59.860 of jim hoff it's unbelievable and andrew would be so proud of what you've accomplished let's start

00:07:04.740 with leahy uh michael patrick leahy they put a 70 page uh complaint or lawsuit in yesterday

00:07:11.060 uh give us the highlight reel sir yeah the lawsuit was filed in maricopa county superior court late last

00:07:18.040 night it's uh carrie lake v uh katie hobbs secretary of state uh as an individual stephen ricker the

00:07:26.000 county recorder as an individual all the members of the board of supervisors individually

00:07:29.840 and maricopa county board of supervisors it's a very strong case um and i'll tell you some of

00:07:38.000 the real interesting details on it it's going to be we're told before judge peter thompson who has a

00:07:43.840 pretty strong record of being upheld by the arizona supreme court you all know about the election day

00:07:51.160 problems with tabulation errors at the printers which affected in the case they allege

00:07:56.120 over 50 percent of the 223 voting centers on election day but here is the new information

00:08:02.880 and it's quite significant if they've got the goods in the exhibit they argue and they allege

00:08:10.020 that on election day in maricopa county 298 000 uh early votes did not have the proper chain of custody

00:08:21.280 now you remember we had this problem in georgia in 2020 we weren't able to get all the goods on it

00:08:28.880 and the receipts on it until probably six seven months later um if you look at the exhibits which

00:08:34.660 they should produce um they may have the goods well in that case that is a violation uh of arizona election

00:08:43.020 law and if the judge looks at that uh and the if the goods are there that they don't have chain of

00:08:49.380 custody for 298 000 uh early votes uh delivered to the vendor who did the signature verification

00:08:58.060 um i think that alone would be sufficient in my view to grant the remedy sought by the lake camp

00:09:05.780 that remedy is either to declare her the victor or to have a new election in maricopa county 0.86

00:09:12.560 hang i want to do one administrative thing here right now we've got the lawsuit and uh denver the

00:09:20.340 great team of real america's voice has it i want to put it up on the screen if you can i also

00:09:24.580 captain bannon and uh grace chong uh the queen of the trolls and the queen of the hot takes

00:09:31.540 i want to make sure it's in every chat room and let's get it up on getter i need everybody to

00:09:36.580 read this your weekend assignment is to read this and be fluent in it there's explosions on every page

00:09:42.580 the chain of custody is is very explosive right and and that is you can't tell if that's incompetence

00:09:50.940 or or malfeasance they've also have an expert that say they're prepared to they haven't prepared

00:09:56.720 to bring forward and experts are expert that shows that the problems with the machines could not

00:10:03.900 possibly just have been by chance right just couldn't have been random it just couldn't all

00:10:09.580 melted down at that time they've also got i think whistleblowers etc uh leahy go back to the chain of

00:10:16.260 custody because that kind of jumps off the page at you this chain of custody thing has been a big deal

00:10:20.560 we keep saying hey only chain of custody verifiable signature verification id votes can count mark elias

00:10:27.980 in in in the evil genius there and all those guys they want all votes to count they want any ballot

00:10:32.600 to come in just to count hey you find it on the floor it counts right you see it over there and

00:10:36.380 it's supposed to be in bin three and it's actually uh in you know in a corner in a pile they count

00:10:41.080 right isn't that replete throughout this document the the incompetence malfeasance uh of of how this

00:10:49.240 thing was run yes incompetence malfeasance are among the arguments made in the case if you don't mind

00:10:56.580 let me go back to this chain of custody issue because the reason i think that's so important

00:11:00.980 because as we've talked about many a time judges are very reticent to you know go back on the instant

00:11:09.380 replay you know and and call the election differently this however gives the judge and i believe it's judge

00:11:17.220 peter thompson who has a good record uh there in maricopa county this gives him a strong legal reason

00:11:25.980 to grant the remedy because it is a statute that all of these uh early uh votes their ballots the vote

00:11:36.600 by mail must have chain of custody their forms that are supposed to be filled out now i haven't seen

00:11:42.400 the exhibits that show that and it's very you know detailed to find it but if if uh gary lake's

00:11:50.080 attorney and by the way it's kurt olson who's very good olsen a very good election integrity attorney

00:11:55.920 um if if that the if the judge looks at this and says yeah there are 298 000 election day vote by mail

00:12:05.440 ballots cast and counted in maricopa county for which there is no chain of custody i think at the

00:12:12.700 very least you'll say well a misdemeanor has been committed but i think that will give them a legal

00:12:17.860 basis in my view uh to grant the remedy of either a new election or declaring carrie lake victor remember

00:12:24.340 about a 1.5 million votes cast in maricopa county 1.2 million of those were cast vote by mail i think

00:12:32.600 about 300 000 election day or something like that um and you know she lost maricopa county by 34 000 1.00

00:12:40.620 votes according to the count she lost the state by 17 000 to me this jumps out as the most significant

00:12:48.120 new piece of information in this case michael patrick leahy hang on for one second michael patrick

00:12:54.060 by the way the publisher founder of the arizona sun times and in dozens of papers and in websites

00:12:59.400 and all these battleground states star news network let me go to jim hoff quick jim we got about a

00:13:03.900 minute before we go to break him i asked you to hang over also your first take jim hoff in this lawsuit

00:13:09.320 steve i agree with you thank god for carrie lake this was such a powerful move by her and i think she

00:13:16.840 speaks for all americans and especially all trump supporters today at what point were we supposed to

00:13:22.860 uh just sit back and take all this uh they had 59 percent of the machines reportedly not working on

00:13:30.960 election day and supposedly they were tested the night before at what point do republicans stand up

00:13:36.900 and say 59 is too much this is election interference thank god carrie lake had the the nerve to do this and 1.00

00:13:45.820 how righteous she is in moving forward with this case it's explosive i don't see how she loses this

00:13:53.980 case is just full with nuggets um and um americans have to stand up to the fraud carrie lake did that 1.00

00:14:01.780 thank god for carrie lake this this lawsuit shows two things number one she won are they they they're 1.00

00:14:08.480 going to steal it from her this is why people and the republicans if you want to have 20 percent of

00:14:14.080 people just go away and say you know what i'll go live my life you know i've listened to war room

00:14:18.140 enough or i've gone and rang enough doorbells i've knocked on enough doors i i've gone to enough town

00:14:23.440 halls i've hit you with 50 bills too often uh if you're not prepared to stand and fight when it's

00:14:29.140 obvious it was stolen then hey fine go do it uh but you're not i'm not going to support it anymore

00:14:34.280 this is about making sure that the voice of the people is just not steamrolled this thing is outrageous

00:14:41.400 i want everybody in the audience to take time today not tomorrow take time today and go through

00:14:47.780 this lawsuit okay michael patrick lay is going to stick with us the great jim hoff's going to stick

00:14:52.260 with us we got colonel mills we're going to a little more in this uh we got other people coming in about

00:14:58.140 this later here's your host stephen k back

00:15:02.140 okay welcome back um my pillow.com by the way the economic news i think i've got up on getter now

00:15:10.820 um it's some huge portion of people i think it's 220 220 225 000 people bought homes in 2022

00:15:18.200 wait for it underwater already given the economy we know things are tight and they're going to get

00:15:24.300 tighter in this christmas season you've got a husband your resources like never before make sure

00:15:29.860 you go to mypillow.com promo code war room 80 inventory sale up to 80 on certain items but

00:15:36.140 there's sales across the board mike lindale gets it right and because he's been kicked out of every

00:15:41.900 big box and major retail outlet he had um he can pass that savings on to you mypillow.com promo code

00:15:48.920 warm and make sure we want to keep the production lines fully engaged up there make sure if you're

00:15:53.560 giving someone in the war room posse a gift make sure it's from my pillow and tell them hey

00:15:59.480 this is uh to make sure that we support the armor piercing shell your humble servants here at the

00:16:04.260 war room and of course the great team up at mypillow.com jim hoff what jumps out of you for

00:16:09.480 for pat michael patrick lahey who's a and i always i always defer to lahey's judgment on these things

00:16:15.140 because he's both a harvard and a stanford grad you don't get that you don't get that too often right

00:16:20.340 um what jumps off the page at you when you read this uh when you read the um when you read the filing

00:16:27.440 the lawsuit i think there are several several points in the filing that uh stood out to me one

00:16:34.320 was they opened with the fact that 72 percent of democrats and republicans believe that uh people

00:16:40.940 were deprived their right to vote that day on election day that's a huge number that's democrats

00:16:45.780 and republicans so they understand that there was uh election interference involved they spell that out

00:16:52.380 immediately as they opened their lawsuit um they they speak about mailing ballot signatures and they

00:16:59.120 include some examples in the in the filing which is basically just scribble um and these were these

00:17:06.840 ballots were allowed to go through and you they put some examples again just a scribbly line and they

00:17:12.700 said that that was okay for a signature so there's there's basically no signature validation going on in

00:17:18.760 arizona um hundreds of thousands they said of illegal ballots and they're going to prove that in court

00:17:24.820 that's very powerful and again 59 percent of the machines in maricopa county the largest county in

00:17:30.560 the state were not operating that day the tabulators or the printers one or the other was not operating

00:17:36.220 that day at what point is the election null and void is it 40 percent is it 50 percent or do you have

00:17:43.240 to wait till there's 80 percent of the machines that aren't working i mean at what point um how much

00:17:48.860 abuse are we going to take as republicans and allow this to continue and i i'd like to throw in too

00:17:54.220 shame on the republican party for not standing up for their voters here and not standing up for

00:17:59.960 kerry lake and that amazing slate of candidates in arizona um they were robbed and uh the republican

00:18:07.400 party pulled out right away as far as i understand and that's from a message i got the republic the

00:18:12.980 republican party the republican party of arizona came out yesterday i think i put a press release

00:18:17.340 all three of the national the chairman i think the two national committee people they put out a thing

00:18:21.580 saying they oppose uh ronna romney's um re around ronna mcdaniel's uh re-election um do you think

00:18:30.500 that i think that's part of it you think part of it's tied to this well i certainly hope so um you

00:18:36.400 can't have failure after failure and again we're being abused here it's not just that we're losing

00:18:41.360 elections it's that we're being abused and the elections are stolen and steve you know this better

00:18:46.440 than anyone um when it is enough enough these people have to stand up for us i think a lot of

00:18:52.480 republicans are very very tired of not being represented by their party and by the by the

00:18:58.000 people they elect who go to washington dc and these jokers in maricopa county who pretend that they're

00:19:03.220 republicans that is a complete joke those people are the furthest thing from republicans very toxic

00:19:10.900 people who are overseeing this election we put up a post yesterday this richter character who uh is

00:19:17.680 is working in maricopa county he's bragging and on on linkedin his linkedin account about how carrie

00:19:23.900 lake is gone now so uh yeah i think some really uh uh controversial people who are working in that

00:19:32.600 county and i think carrie lake has a very strong case um is there any doubt in your mind as you read

00:19:39.100 this and gateway pundits a a voice of the grassroots in your involvement is there any doubt in your

00:19:45.360 mind as you read this that carrie lake is the winner in arizona and is the legitimate governor 1.00

00:19:50.800 of uh governor elect of this great state of arizona sir not only that steve but carrie lake is a woman

00:19:59.000 of our time carrie lake is phenomenal congratulations to carrie lake for following this she has so much

00:20:07.320 courage and she is such a great communicator she's right on here we've been looking for somebody like

00:20:14.260 carrie lake she's right here she's the governor of arizona but i think she has a very um successful 1.00

00:20:21.040 future ahead of her in politics she's just phenomenal thank god for carrie lake for filing this 1.00

00:20:26.140 and fighting back against this obvious fraud jim hang around because i'm gonna get to the f band a

00:20:33.040 second michael patrick lahey before i let you go as you read this is there any doubt in your mind that

00:20:37.080 the legitimate winner of the 8 november 2022 election uh that was held in the state of arizona the

00:20:44.200 legitimate winner of that in the gubernatorial race is carrie lake republican sir um you know it 0.93

00:20:51.120 doesn't matter what i think uh carrie lake is not the governor elect and she will not be the governor 1.00

00:20:57.580 elect unless the superior court judge who is uh hearing this case and we believe it's uh judge

00:21:03.680 peter thompson unless he finds the points of law put forward by kurt olson sufficient uh to either uh call

00:21:12.380 for a new election or declare her the winner um i am not sanguine that he will have the courage to do

00:21:19.120 that but he may that's my view michael patrick lahey how do people get to you on uh social media how

00:21:26.480 they go to the star news network and particularly the arizona sun times in this yeah period and let

00:21:31.780 me say of which you've got great to our great reporter rachel alexander who had uh an exclusive 0.90

00:21:37.960 interview with uh attorney kurt olson and it's our lead story right now about all of the evidence

00:21:43.360 in this case arizona sun times dot com and then of course our overarching national website the

00:21:49.680 star news network dot com the star news network dot com michael patrick lahey thank you very much

00:21:56.260 by the way let's get the sun times a story the old the exclusive interview with court olson and

00:22:00.620 rachel's doing an extraordinary job uh michael thank you very much for your pointed and your pointed

00:22:07.080 commentary and brilliant observations uh it's now in the courts uh so speaking of the courts

00:22:12.660 uh jim you're also involved in a lawsuit and a hat tip to a guy that's in the u.s senate now but

00:22:21.060 his attorney general of of missouri has done a great job in the in these lawsuits out there

00:22:25.220 uh with landry in louisiana tell us about this lawsuit and the revelations about the federal bureau

00:22:31.880 of investigation sir steve this doesn't look very good for the deep state for the fbi with each release

00:22:39.400 of the twitter files uh they're being exposed as liars and i say that as a plaintiff in the case

00:22:45.240 with missouri and louisiana against the federal government and social media um they what we found

00:22:51.960 with yesterday's release is they've been lying to us we've asked twitter for uh you know information

00:22:57.900 we've asked the government for information they've hidden it from us and now that uh james baker is gone

00:23:04.960 um they're in a real pickle and uh so it's it's it's uh it doesn't look good for them in fact

00:23:12.500 yesterday um acting attorney general and future senator from missouri eric schmidt sent out a letter

00:23:19.800 and he sent it to the federal government and uh he's he this is based on some of the latest releases from

00:23:27.620 uh twitter files and he we know now that they've lied to us they've withheld information from missouri

00:23:34.660 and louisiana and uh they've got caught uh elon musk did this thank you know it's amazing what elon

00:23:42.800 has done he's really you know exposed so much already um about twitter things we already knew

00:23:49.200 that they were uh you know censoring us and shadow banning us we all know that steve

00:23:54.360 um but now we have the proof and we also have proof through this lawsuit that the government

00:24:00.660 has been lying to us as plaintiffs um about uh their their coordination and collusion with v tech

00:24:08.420 uh we know that for instance because of this lawsuit they were having weekly meetings with uh the fbi

00:24:16.200 and the heads of twitter and the other social media outlets uh and now yesterday that also came out

00:24:22.140 in the latest twitter files released that they were uh having y'all y'all ross of all people

00:24:27.960 admitted that okay we're gonna get to a guy named elvis chan we got colonel john mills gonna join us

00:24:33.220 here but i just want to make sure we summarize and jim i'm gonna ask you to hold through the break

00:24:37.100 uh yesterday president trump put out uh this was in the morning elon the twitter and i quote from his

00:24:43.720 true social account the twitter releases are a revelation and that they show in a very powerful fashion

00:24:49.600 the fbi and justice illegally colluding proving conclusively in one more very powerful way that

00:24:56.940 the 2020 presidential election was rigged and stolen what everyone is really waiting to see however is the

00:25:02.880 twitter information thought process leading up to the time of the so-called election and ultimately the

00:25:08.240 de-platforming of the president united states a big moment in history thank you matt taibbi last night

00:25:14.180 came out and uh and put that out the title he put it out uh was the removal of president trump or the

00:25:22.320 removal of trump it is openly an ironic title because it's not about the subtext just like in motion

00:25:31.020 pictures there's one thing you're seeing on the screen then there's the subtext right the subtext of

00:25:36.460 this is not the removal of donald trump from twitter that was an instrumentality it's donald j trump's

00:25:45.200 removal as the 45th president united states the evidence will show powerfully conclusively

00:25:52.700 of something we have to face and a lot of people in this country don't want to face it this is why

00:25:57.220 it's a constitutional crisis people don't i've said this from the very freaking beginning right they

00:26:02.260 don't want to face it they don't want to face it that we have a constitutional crisis that

00:26:06.780 constitutional crisis we have an illegitimate regime in the white house and it was put there

00:26:14.040 by members of president trump's administration bill barr chris ray the doj the fbi and you're going to find

00:26:23.860 out and you're going to see and then and here's the beauty of it ladies and gentlemen here's the great

00:26:28.360 power of it history repeats itself this happened before after a landslide victory in the early 1970s

00:26:38.360 the president's name is richard nixon the scandal is watergate the fbi removed a sitting president 0.81

00:26:49.040 just won a landslide victory and you know who knew that dick nixon next in the war room

00:26:56.000 here's your host stephen k back okay um 17 to 20 december we're going to be in metro phoenix with

00:27:47.860 contributors from the war room you get to meet and greet hang out so go to tpusa.com slash war room

00:27:54.520 also charlie kirk's book on why they're dumping a trillion dollars of deadbeat student debt on your

00:28:00.660 head you get to understand the cartel and scam that is college today although i'm a huge college

00:28:06.820 football fan not that big a fan of colleges anymore um jim um pretty explosive what's coming out of these

00:28:16.660 lawsuits by two guys are not considered fringe that would be uh landry who's now running for governor

00:28:22.580 louisiana and schmidt who's in the u.s senate so these guys are going up next level right

00:28:28.560 these lawsuits are showing that the government will look you in the eye lie they will they will

00:28:34.760 do things that are unconstitutional illegal and unlawful and then look you in the eye and lie about

00:28:39.240 it correct there's no there's a no doubt about this now correct amundo absolutely steve and i wanted

00:28:46.920 to point out something too that we put up that has not been reported this is for your audience

00:28:51.440 um one of the people who was deposed was with the state department so we have the doj the fbi the state

00:28:58.460 department we don't know how deep this goes but this official with the state department daniel

00:29:03.020 kimmich i'm not sure how to say his last name kimmich kimmash he was deposed recently and what he

00:29:08.760 admitted in his testimony was that um the uh deal the secretary excuse me the department of state

00:29:18.500 is funding these fact checkers that are censoring then conservative speech and one of the fact

00:29:26.140 checking sites that they're funding is pointner and they run politifact and that's really interesting

00:29:33.020 because yesterday then it's all connected yesterday in the release from twitter files they uh admit

00:29:40.100 the fbi says we need to take this down because the politifact had this up well isn't that interesting

00:29:46.440 that was one of the groups that they were funding the government was fine yeah so it's all it's all

00:29:51.640 connected isn't that interesting remember congressman uh andrew clyde of georgia of georgia

00:29:57.640 nine right one of the one of the backbone uh congressional districts in this country up in

00:30:03.280 northeast georgia his bill he's putting forward is that the government can't do indirectly what is

00:30:09.580 prohibited from the constitution room doing directly the power of what he's saying here is that

00:30:14.260 and you're going to see it all come out they got all these front groups that they're they're financing

00:30:18.720 all this stuff with this is why the omnibus is so important to stop and to get it into the hands

00:30:24.060 of the republicans and and gut all this out of these uh of this you know five and a half trillion

00:30:31.500 dollar budget or two trillion dollar discretionary spending you got to gut it out of the government

00:30:36.320 because they're funding all this stuff to suppress you this is why all these fights are interconnected

00:30:42.020 you got to stop that you got to kick it down the road to january till we get the leverage we get

00:30:47.540 authority this is the whole fight with kevin mccarthy does he have the titanium stones you're going to need

00:30:53.100 to do this type of thing because the evil permeates the system and the evil is able to permeate the

00:30:59.640 system because of money and that money would be and this is the greek tragedy part that money would

00:31:06.360 be your money as u.s taxpayers let me bring it hang for hang with me because i got to bring you back in

00:31:11.840 here uh hoft uh let me go to john colonel john mills elvis chan tell me about some of these fbi guys that

00:31:17.720 we're going to see they're very they're going to become more prominent as this uh scandal uh

00:31:24.180 this coup let me call it what it is not a scandal it's a coup as this coup becomes more evident

00:31:28.800 to the american people uh tell me about um tell me about some of these participants particularly

00:31:34.700 elvis chan uh colonel john mills yeah thank you steve uh well elvis saying this deposition

00:31:42.660 that elvis chan is uh fbi specialist uh assistant special agent in charge of the cyber unit out of

00:31:50.240 the san francisco op he was the bag man who would carry the the list of names uh that were vetted and

00:31:57.420 uh back in dc and he'd go he'd do the rounds in silicon valley uh to get these names as censored

00:32:04.060 uh this is a closer this is uh in his deposition everybody needs to read this and understand that

00:32:11.940 the gravity and the magnitude it's no longer speculation feeling uh a hunch uh what what he

00:32:21.180 outlined was a crime a conspiracy a coup an insurrection by the federal government this was

00:32:30.600 that when a joint interagency task force is stood up and so it's not just fdi as a subcomponent of

00:32:38.560 doj but as jim said it was uh department of state also dhs very important i'll get to that in a moment

00:32:44.820 you have to establish a charter i've been on these helped create these a number of times you create a

00:32:50.900 charter and so this is what the ad of uh missouri and louisiana has asked for the charter of this

00:32:57.180 because in that charter you have to state a number of important administrative things such as

00:33:02.660 the legal basis for doing what you're doing i'm sorry i got 18 u.s code right here i can't figure out

00:33:11.420 how depressing americans speaking

00:33:16.320 a political opinion is in 18 u.s code and jim now uh brought up that that unit and that section that

00:33:25.600 was out of the cyber policy office and state department all that was the outward facing for

00:33:31.180 non-u.s citizens they had that turned inward to help as an as a tool to suppress american opinion

00:33:39.220 this is no longer this this is establishing a crime a coordinated conspiracy a rico act crime

00:33:48.040 led by the fbi uh to commit a coup uh created insurrection this is unprecedented and we need

00:33:59.780 absolute laser focus on this because what what elvis chan brought up it was the basis for starting a

00:34:09.560 criminal investigation under what legal authority were they doing this i've been on this a number of

00:34:17.660 times okay i didn't get through 40 years of national security without knowing these things

00:34:23.740 yeah by the way in your book what's the title of your book people gotta get that the book the nation

00:34:28.860 will know it's it's unbelievable your journey the nation will the nation will follow where i

00:34:35.320 understood he was he's an insider when he gets the big revelation that hey trump is not uh trump is not

00:34:41.720 with the program right in the program the program always wins hang on one second got colonel john mills i

00:34:47.400 got i want to just go back in time and remember i am not a conspiracy theorist but there are no

00:34:53.940 coincidences okay i'm going to go back to the the um revered federal bureau of investigation which

00:35:02.140 you can't cut on tv any night on msnbc or cnn to some fbi former fbi guy trashing donald trump

00:35:08.780 trashing maga same magnet terrorist you can't watch any of these left-wing networks that don't have

00:35:14.700 something with the fbi and so glorified all that ought to be stripped out immediately starting in

00:35:18.700 january all their security clearances the way they dine off the system stripped there i cancel all

00:35:23.440 these shows say hey you can't license the rights to the fbi you're done in um november of 191 november

00:35:31.560 of 1963 in vietnam there was a coup by the generals against the catholic president of uh of vietnam

00:35:39.620 diem president diem he was assassinated uh kennedy had essentially authorized it or had

00:35:46.620 basically been in meetings where he let's say did not stop it it was supposed to be a peaceful coup

00:35:52.960 by the generals the military that you know the buddhists were lighting themselves on fire the 0.89

00:35:57.640 country was out of control the north vietnamese and the military was lying about how we were doing

00:36:02.940 how we progressed and they blamed it all on diem right and the catholics that were holdovers from the

00:36:07.980 french colonial government uh that were duly elected but they said they were corrupt and so um

00:36:13.660 kennedy either authorized or let's say didn't stop the removal of diem but he was shocked and everybody

00:36:20.500 around him was shocked when diem was on the way to the airport to the plane they were supposed to take

00:36:26.200 him to freedom that was a deal diem and the family were going to be able to leave the generals would take

00:36:30.280 over diem and his brother and i think the wife too were all assassinated brutally murdered

00:36:34.900 in the back of the truck 22 days later john kennedy is assassinated the biggest thing that j edgar

00:36:42.560 hoover and the fbi their biggest efforts in the following 72 hours and this is documented and i've

00:36:49.520 read everything around the kennedy assassination was the destruction of files that showed that they had

00:36:56.520 been watching um they had been watching the then alleged assassin right the destruction of files

00:37:04.660 so their efforts and i can't i don't have time to play today we'll play it monday or tuesday

00:37:10.420 the audio tape of uh j edgar hoover and johnson i think on the monday on monday right on monday or

00:37:20.760 tuesday the assassination was on a friday and these don't sound like two guys are looking uh to um to

00:37:27.540 get to the bottom of what happened they're looking they sound like two guys are trying to are worried

00:37:33.000 about investigations in the house and the senate and they're trying to set up the warren commission

00:37:36.880 about lee harvey oswald right cut to um the on 2 may 1972 and we'll put this all down so you don't

00:37:47.820 you don't take your number two pencil out right now and write it down 2 may 72 hoover dies

00:37:52.220 a guy named mark felt i think was his deputy he thought immediately because the fbi was so hermetically

00:37:57.900 sealed that hermetically sealed someone hoover essentially founded it that he would step up he

00:38:03.860 was hoover's boy mark felt felt did not get that the next day patrick gray who was a deputy attorney

00:38:10.100 general was in there and the reason was nixon wanted somebody to put some eyes on this thing

00:38:16.580 because hoover had gotten too powerful right hoover had all the goods on him he had hoover had the

00:38:22.120 receipts on everybody they put patrick gray in there the watergate burglary took place that was

00:38:27.900 on 3 may his interim and he was eventually confirmed became fbi director uh the watergate took place on

00:38:34.440 17 july nixon won a massive landslide uh on november of 1972 in the interim as bernstein and woodward who

00:38:44.420 are two grundunes one on the metro desk other just another you know woodward just kind of hanging

00:38:48.240 around from a naval i think naval intelligence officer bernstein just some guy grundune on the

00:38:53.500 metro desk as they run around there's meetings in the white house and they got these issues

00:38:57.780 nixon fingers felt in the fbi i think starting in october of 72 before the election

00:39:05.760 he got later and they had this on nixon's recording while you got john dean and you got

00:39:11.980 ehrlichman and haldeman all these guys are throwing out theories and talking about this and talking about

00:39:16.600 that nixon cuts right to the heart of it he goes you got to watch felt he says you got to watch felt

00:39:22.300 in the fbi and then later when bernstein remember bernstein and woodward had nothing they had some

00:39:28.160 disparate information what tied it together was deep throat deep throat tied it together connected the

00:39:36.500 dots gave them information they didn't have in 2008 mark felt died right a bitter man

00:39:45.720 it was revealed later that mark felt the deputy director of the fbi that had been passed over 0.59

00:39:53.240 by richard nixon was in fact deep throat and dick nixon had been right from the very beginning

00:39:58.760 he knew exactly the fbi if you look at the federal courts and what siruk and these guys did if you look 0.83

00:40:04.300 at the federal courts doj what doj was doing in nixon and you combine it with the fbi that's coup

00:40:10.600 number one the federal bureau of investigations in the doj in the federal court system worked to 0.96

00:40:17.260 remove richard nixon against a bunch of feckless republicans who didn't have the balls and the 0.98

00:40:22.200 guts to step up and go hey hang on some bad stuff happened here right but it doesn't mean a removal 0.93

00:40:28.200 of a sitting president that won in a landslide by the american people and this is after the media

00:40:32.540 their partners hammered him relentlessly for what two or three years this information we're getting now

00:40:39.320 is going to make watergate look like a garden party okay short commercial break we're going to get

00:40:45.340 back in with your fbi that must be defunded and reorganized immediately starting in january this

00:40:52.720 year next in the war room new social media taking on big tech protecting free speech

00:41:02.200 and canceling cancel culture join the marketplace of ideas the platform for independent thought has

00:41:09.960 arrived superior technology no more selling your personal data no more censorship no more cancel

00:41:17.160 culture enough getter has arrived it's time to say what you want the way you want download now

00:41:25.280 okay you have to get getter you don't have to worry about twitter and about getting taken off by

00:41:31.100 the way the number of people that haven't been let miles grows not come back on twitter dozens and

00:41:35.340 dozens of people back not back on there why they still got the problem jack posobik hey i don't believe

00:41:40.680 in coincidences posobik's up last night ripping on the fbi getting here this thing and all of a sudden

00:41:45.140 on twitter doing some twitter talk a second next thing you know oops we had a technical problem

00:41:50.680 just saying so um cissa and krebs cissa ties directly to arizona you got rickers in business

00:42:01.160 with cissa uh in the arizona situation talk to me about cissa and in the problems there mills

00:42:07.060 yeah well going back 2020 with this this organization that uh this task force that

00:42:14.900 elvis chan uh describes in his deposition well what this means is that chris krebs was in on this

00:42:22.360 either he was incompetent uh and this was going on without his knowledge which meaning he was

00:42:26.840 incompetent and should have been removed or he was directly in on and again it uh appears

00:42:33.040 hence was was the person who really pushed for chris krebs to be in the cissa office everybody got to

00:42:38.400 realize cissa is essentially the domestic nsa going back a number of years as we worked this uh

00:42:45.620 and i was at the white house we uh uh we created uh the concept for cissa and to do things that the

00:42:53.580 nsa couldn't legally do domestically so chris krebs was in on this and now that he passed the reins to

00:42:59.660 jen easterly who i worked with for a while and she was at nsa for a number of time hey cissa is a key

00:43:07.040 part of this joint interagency task force so it means chris but i see but hang on yeah yeah yeah

00:43:13.880 but chris when i see the guy the dhs guy was not morgan the dhs guy he said all these conservative

00:43:20.120 confabs and conferences and he's sitting there saying this hey it was cissa came up and said

00:43:24.860 the safest and most uh most secure electronic election cyber election in the history of the

00:43:30.620 american republic it's all of the chain command look we have to have an unpleasant conversation 0.77

00:43:35.020 here's the unpleasant conversation this is not about merrick garland and and and joe biden on

00:43:41.240 this part of it and that's bad enough trust me the problems we got there and what they've done to

00:43:45.760 triple down is unheard of this is the trump administration i'm talking about bill barr his

00:43:51.400 attorney general an apparatchik from the bush operation and chris ray who's chris christie's

00:43:57.200 attorney right chris christie gonna think of his presidential run he's sitting there with his

00:44:02.940 advisors you know he sold 292 books but man he there's a popular the nation's calling for chris

00:44:09.100 christie raises lawyer ray christie's the one that forced or promoted ray but these are trump selections

00:44:15.680 and trump nominees the scandal here is back in those days there by the way you're going to throw uh you're

00:44:23.160 going to throw millie and uh and esper in uh in in this too as part of it because as soon as they

00:44:30.000 walked across the uh the the lafayette square in front of saint john's church and the media blew

00:44:34.960 them up that afternoon in their books they go back and said they had a conversation about how to

00:44:38.920 thwart trump not resign with honor how to thwart trump by the way esper is a pompeo buddy part of

00:44:45.400 that west point mafia west point's got a bigger problem i'd love west point today army navy i'm kind

00:44:51.740 of conflicted i'm a former naval officer but mo went to uh to west point and i would go up there for

00:44:56.340 all her games and became i'd love west point but it's like in the civil war baby west point had

00:45:02.300 some had some questions not just who went to the confederacy the democratic generals out there that

00:45:06.820 didn't really want to throw down too hard in the first couple of years right the um until they got

00:45:13.540 some other west point guys named sherman and grant and kind of you know took it to the confederacy

00:45:18.100 you got another west point problem here a west point mafia problem it's a big problem and it's going

00:45:23.300 to be exposed in this guys like esper right let me be blunt let's not conspiracy coup they knew

00:45:33.080 exactly what they were doing and they used every apparatus at their disposal to thwart president 0.99

00:45:39.220 trump and remove him from office matt taibbi gave it to you last night don't be so dumb you don't get it 0.97

00:45:45.100 it ain't about the removal from twitter taibbi is telling you it's his removal as president of 0.97

00:45:53.140 the united states everything in there is about things like the fbi active involvement uh not just

00:46:01.040 twitter at all social media and things like cissa which colonel mills summed it up perfectly it's the

00:46:06.440 domestic nsa which we're not supposed to have right this whole thing this is why we need another church

00:46:13.260 commission this whole situation by the way the assassination of dm all of it watergate all of

00:46:20.300 it they had the church commission because the ca and the fbi had gotten out of control as they always

00:46:26.680 will as they always will unless you put the hammer remember church is big it's a huge uh liberal out

00:46:34.980 there was it idaho that's back in the old days this thing is a constitutional crisis a lot of people

00:46:43.840 just gonna go you know what let's just forget it and let's think about the future elections are about

00:46:47.840 the future elections are about the future you gotta focus on the future a bunch of airheads stop it i'm

00:46:52.320 bored already elections are about the country it's past its current situation and its future all brought

00:47:01.480 into this period of time with your agency and guess what we're going to use our agency to take you 0.97

00:47:08.280 apart because you are totally corrupt and you are destroying this nation and it's obvious and now 0.93

00:47:14.760 you've been outed in the crime scene that elon musk bought and joe allen's going to be here in a few 0.98

00:47:20.200 minutes i'm no fan of elon musk one he's too dependent upon ccp financing number two he's trying to put a chip

00:47:27.180 in your head a computer in your brain uh to make you a cyborg which he thinks is fine because he's

00:47:34.480 kind of detached from the underpinnings of the judeo-christian west besides all the fanboys sitting

00:47:39.200 there saying how great he is on this one he realizes he he he ended up being forced to buy something
