Join us for the second hour of the War Room as we discuss the Maricopa County election fraud case brought forward by Democratic presidential candidate Carrie Lake and her team of lawyers. We also hear from Steve Cortez, David Rodriguez, Christina Bob, and MTG.
00:03:08.000So, yeah, I'm thrilled with this lawsuit in Mojave County.
00:03:12.000This is the people of Arizona voters in Mojave County who say that they've been disenfranchised because Maricopa County ran such a botched election that it disenfranchised their vote.
00:03:24.000And they're saying that that victory was undermined by the shenanigans that occurred in Maricopa County.
00:03:31.000And I'm really excited about this case because it focuses on the signature verification.
00:03:36.000We've heard a lot about signature verification from 2020 in here.
00:03:40.000But they've really traced it back to Maricopa County's contract where Maricopa County effectively outsourced signature verification, which the assistant attorney general, Jennifer Wright, noted in her letter is not lawful.
00:03:53.000The county is not allowed to outsource important aspects of the election.
00:03:57.000There's nothing in the law that allows them to do that.
00:04:00.000They outsourced it to Runbeck, the same company that prints the ballots, distributes the ballots, has the ballots returned to them throughout the tally process.
00:04:10.000The same company that Carrie Lake's lawsuit alleges they have a whistleblower saying that ballots were being inserted all over the place to the tune of 300,000.
00:04:19.000And thank God for Gateway Pundit that broke the story last night showing that Runbeck has a lengthy history and repeated donations to Democrats in the Democrat Party, particularly Joe Biden and Mark Kelly were listed on there.
00:05:09.000You just can't outsource it to a company that's going to use an algorithm or some sort of computer artificial intelligence program.
00:05:17.000What is set up in Arizona in the process and procedures in the manual and by statute has to be done internally and has to be done by humans, correct?
00:05:26.000There's no provision that you can actually have artificial intelligence do this?
00:05:32.000Not only is there no provision in Arizona law to allow for artificial intelligence to check the signature verification, but it's never been done before.
00:05:40.000I mean, we know it was done in 2020, but it was never done in a way that was proven accurate.
00:05:44.000In 2020, they said, oh, COVID, there's new rules.
00:05:47.000They used the COVID excuse, but they don't have that excuse here in 2020, and they needed to follow Arizona law.
00:05:52.000Arguably, they should have followed it in 2020 as well, but you're right.
00:05:56.000They're basically saying, oh, we're going to make up our own procedures.
00:05:58.000We're going to do whatever we want, regardless of the fact that the law doesn't allow for that.
00:06:03.000And oh, by the way, when you actually have people that look at the signatures, they don't match.
00:06:08.000And so whatever algorithm they're using, the standard isn't high enough, or maybe it's just not accurate.
00:06:13.000We don't know, but you're exactly right that that's what this lawsuit aims to get to the bottom of.
00:06:18.000Last thing, Carrie Lake, they have a court hearing, I think, at one o'clock.
00:06:24.000Is that just a scheduling to schedule when they're going to go to trial or witnesses or evidence?
00:07:52.000And they said when Title 41 comes off, it's going to or Title 42, it's going to be they're talking about anywhere from 12 to 18,000.
00:07:59.000I'm hearing up to 20,000 per day coming on this invasion.
00:08:03.000Also, the Wall Street Journal broke this morning that in November we had the greatest deficit in the history of the country.
00:08:08.000One month, two hundred and fifty billion dollars, because as we've been saying, given given what the Fed's doing, the drop in aggregate demand, tax revenue starting starting to dry up.
00:08:18.000And but the spending is still the same.
00:08:20.000You've got this omnibus disaster up here.
00:08:23.000The question is, does the new house have the titanium spine?
00:08:28.000You gave this in fantastic speech at the on Saturday night.
00:08:33.000They picked up the most your incendiary comments in a joking form, the sarcasm they didn't really focus on because it was almost a 45 minute speech about what has to happen and getting your body together.
00:08:43.000The first question to you, do does this leadership and does this conference have the titanium stones to confront the Biden administration immediately?
00:08:55.000Let's leave the investigations off to the side.
00:08:58.000I'm talking on spending on energy on the invasion of the southern border, ma'am.
00:09:01.000Well, Steve, I think that's yet to be seen, but I'll say it like this.
00:10:21.000The Mexican military is basically taking them from the southern border, putting them in buses, coming up, working with the cartels in all likelihood, taking a little spiff off the top.
00:10:32.000But they're delivering them right to the El Paso sector to come across.
00:10:35.000So the Mexican part of the Mexican government, the politicians say we have nothing to do with it.
00:10:41.000But parts of their apparatus, the federales and others are somehow actively involved in this.
00:10:46.000They are. They're not. They're not somehow.
00:10:57.000Every single year, the cartels make anywhere between 19 to 29 billion dollars selling drugs into the United States.
00:11:07.000And since 9 11, we can just go back to 9 11.
00:11:11.000There have been over one million Americans died from drug overdoses.
00:11:16.000And you can you can directly relate that to the cartels and the profiting they are making off of the deaths of Americans overdosing on drugs.
00:11:25.000I cannot comprehend how our country has spent over eight trillion dollars in foreign wars since 9 11 with over 7000 U.S. military members dying in those foreign wars and many others injured, committing suicide, PTSD and all of the anguish that they that they go through every day from being sent over there.
00:11:47.000But here we are. We are a joke all over America.
00:11:51.000We are a joke because our border is completely invaded.
00:11:58.000The cartels are making money and Biden and everyone else is sitting to the side, allowing it to happen.
00:12:04.000Step one in your plan, you're going to call the military, the National Guard, whatever you do to the border, the military to the border.
00:12:10.000Number two, you're going to deem the cartels terrorist organizations go to war.
00:12:15.000Number three, you're going to confront the Mexican government with all force to say, hey, you got to get with the program.
00:12:21.000You have one chance. One chance. OK, I've got the MTG plan.
00:12:26.000I have two questions. What percentage of your leadership would agree with that?
00:12:31.000And then what percentage of if you walked into the conference today and laid out your plan on a whiteboard and turned around and go, OK, let's go up or down vote.
00:12:38.000What percentage of the conference is with you?
00:12:40.000Steve, I believe you just talked about you gave a beautiful spleech.
00:12:43.000We all got to be together. You all got to be together. You're the hammer.
00:12:47.000You're and I know you're moving the Overton window.
00:12:49.000But if you went and talked to the conference first today, what percentage of the conference would back your plan?
00:12:54.000I couldn't give you a percentage, but I can tell you many of them already agree with me.
00:12:59.000But I think it's more important that the American people agree with me.
00:13:02.000Well, the American people agree with you. There's that. There's no doubt.
00:16:10.000I swear in on January 3rd, I get accused of giving insurrection tours, which I thought was hilarious because I couldn't even find the bathroom in the Capitol.
00:17:11.000The joke is this, that the Democrats and the media have attacked us over and over, blamed you, blamed me, blamed everybody, blamed Trump, calling it an insurrection.
00:17:23.000But the reality is, it wasn't an insurrection.
00:18:12.000That oversight on the afternoon of January 3rd is ready with subpoenas to go to get to the bottom of the Chinese Communist Party's involvement with the Biden family.
00:18:24.000I was going to have new members on here, but they're full on.
00:18:27.000The next day, McCarthy goes on Maria Bartiroma, I think Sunday morning, and says, hey, the 51 guys that lied, the officials, the men and women that lied about the laptop from hell and knew better.
00:18:40.000We're going to look to strip their security clearances.
00:18:45.000And we can talk about what your belief of the truth of January 6th is, but here's the thing.
00:18:51.000Are we going to have, does this Republican Party up there, are they also going to have, I don't know if it's judiciary or house administration or oversight or whatever?
00:19:01.000Are we going to have a series of hearings that gets to the bottom of Nancy Pelosi and what they knew, what DHS knew, what the intel knew?
00:19:10.000Because these trials here, they have FBI informants and all these groups, but they won't allow that ever to come into a court.
00:19:38.000I don't believe everything in the list you laid out will happen, but I do believe most of it will happen.
00:19:43.000In the list, because I didn't give it to you in my priorities, what would you say you don't think will happen, not going after, a full investigation of Pelosi's administration in the lead up to the incident?
00:19:56.000I don't think you'll ever see the 14,000 hours of video.
00:29:06.000She claims that was sarcasm when the White House reviewed her for her comment.
00:29:09.000She claimed she was making fun of Joe Biden.
00:29:11.000The Democrats, but she kept repeating the second amendment.
00:29:15.000She kept talking about the second amendment.
00:29:17.000Just listening to her ridiculous comments.
00:29:20.000It does kind of sound like she's saying they would have up the violence and use the second amendment, which means there would have been more violence against your friends.
00:29:27.000The police officers who protected the capital.
00:29:30.000What do you make of her and the fact that the man who wants to be speaker is her partner?
00:29:37.000She's going to be in charge a few weeks.
00:29:39.000Yeah, Joy, Marjorie Taylor Greene is going to be in charge in a few weeks because Kevin McCarthy struck a corrupt bargain with her so that he can be speaker.
00:29:48.000So he is going to allow under their tent somebody who has this fever dream of an armed insurrection that's successful against the U.S. Capitol.
00:29:57.000And by the way, she didn't say that she was embarrassed or disappointed or disgusted by what happened at the U.S. Capitol.
00:30:03.000If anything, she was embarrassed and disgusted that it failed and that she if she was one of the lieutenants would have ensured that it would have succeeded.
00:30:10.000OK, but Kevin is is is is is Swalwell.
00:30:15.000Right. Is Kevin McCarthy got a Faustian pact with you in that what MSNBC nonstop?
00:30:21.000I could have played 10 clips from MSNBC saying you're you're the you're in fact that you're the de facto speaker of the House, ma'am.
00:30:30.000No, there's no deal. There's not been anything struck.
00:30:34.000I think Eric Swalwell is concerned because he's going to lose committee assignments.
00:30:39.000That's probably what he's a little upset over. But no, I'm the same because of his behavior.
00:30:44.000Absolutely. The intellectual relationship with a Chinese spy.
00:30:49.000Those are reasons to lose committee. That's a problem, right?
00:30:53.000I think it's a problem in everyone's mind should be a problem.
00:30:57.000But no, I'm so excited for the majority next year.
00:31:02.000I cannot wait. I cannot wait because we get to govern.
00:31:05.000And I'm literally the same person as I was that walked in to Washington, D.C. nearly two years ago.
00:31:14.000And I'm excited to work very hard for the people that are watching the show.
00:31:20.000People that are watching the show, I still relate to them more than I do most people in the city.
00:31:26.000OK, so let me two things. Number one, the substance of your talk on Saturday to the young, because they had some fire breathers, Gavin Wax and they had Vish and they had some people before they were fire breathers.
00:31:37.000People I think were anticipating Marjorie Taylor Greene breathing fire for the entire 40 minutes and your reference to the five families into the meeting you're in every week.
00:31:47.000Your biggest fans, whether they are in supporters, whether they were in the audience on Saturday night and or the war room posse love and have said, hey, you know, she she's my girl because she is the fire breather fire breathers.
00:32:01.820Their concern, I think, is that because you made it, quite frankly, probably the most sophisticated argument for Kevin McCarthy to be speaker on Saturday night, right, about bringing the conference together and actually getting things done.
00:32:15.060And your reference to the five families or to the meeting, people are concerned is Marjorie Taylor Greene made a deal that she's now part of the apparatus.
00:32:24.580And yes, she still has she still has her default position are still the positions we'd like.
00:32:30.080We just heard her on the board of bringing the army, go after the cartels, take on the Mexican government, you know, sort those guys out.
00:32:36.800But is she now in the dealmaker business and not the firebrand business, ma'am?
00:32:42.820No, no. And here's the way we need to look at it.
00:32:46.440I think about all the people that knock doors for all these campaigns across the country.
00:32:51.660I think about the business owners who went out of business during the covid shutdowns and this and the business owners now that are barely hanging on because our economy is tumbling into a recession and stagflation.
00:33:06.000And I'm thinking about all the kids who lost two years of education and who are being targeted with disgusting sexual immorality.
00:33:15.180I care about our country and I'm sick and tired of the drama here in Washington.
00:33:19.740And Steve, what I can continue to promise is to tell everyone the truth, whether they love it or not.
00:33:26.740But I'm going to tell everyone the truth. And it may not be like like when we're talking about going back to 2020.
00:33:32.100I objected on January 6th. I would do it again right now, literally right now if I could.
00:33:37.480But I'm being honest because I don't want people to have false hope or false expectations.
00:33:43.560And I think that's you're saying if we do have an investigation or we have a real January 6th investigation, you've got Pelosi.
00:33:50.780You've got some things you're going to get to. There's certain things you even brought maybe the 14000 hours of footage.
00:33:57.780And there's no chance you're saying there's no appetite up there to get back and to look at 2020.
00:34:03.740They just want to move on, seal seal the the case file on that and move on.
00:34:09.280I'm pretty sure most of them just want to move on. But I'll I'll say this, Steve.
00:34:13.580I don't believe that we can ever win. We may not even be able to win in 24 if we don't care about our elections.
00:34:22.640And that's how I believe. That's how I personally believe. That's why I care about Arizona.
00:34:28.120That's why I care about Carrie Lake's lawsuit. That's why I care about states like Pennsylvania and Michigan and Arizona and Colorado and other states.
00:34:37.600They have to fix their election laws. These are so important for our country.
00:34:43.640Our elections have to be protected and they're not. Now, do I think we could find a solution for that?
00:34:49.680The Georgia situation wasn't so much an election problem.
00:34:54.660There were some hiccups, but that was essentially not letting Herschel Walker be Herschel Walker and not getting the MAGA vote.
00:35:03.460This was this was the establishment not backing, not backing Walker, not letting you participate more than it was.
00:35:10.520And Rothensburg, I think, is out today saying that he wants to put forward rank choice voting like they had in Alaska.
00:35:17.360I think he supports this. He wants to take it to the Georgia, the Georgia Senate and House.
00:37:38.940Stacey Abrams saying, oh, you know, we got to take care of you and make sure you have your right to vote while she's insulting them to their face.
00:37:46.580Why won't Republicans go in there and take that message to the black community?
00:45:06.620I want to go Jason Brown, COVID Tax Relief.
00:45:10.320Sir, I've been seeing some spots by your competitors up on MSNBC because we monitor that 24-7.
00:45:17.480Tell us about your company and what can you do for the American people?
00:45:19.960Well, look, Steve, thanks for having us back on.
00:45:22.900And essentially what we're doing for folks, and I love what Marjorie Taylor Greene said about getting money in the hands of people that need it, that deserve it, and that's the business owners.
00:45:31.460And so what we do is help business owners qualify for the employee retention credit.
00:46:12.800Where do they go now to find out if they qualify for this since as part of the CARES Act, there's a form of process you have to go through.
00:46:39.840If they call or go to the website, they'll get a live person to walk through and see if they're even eligible for this or not by whatever rules was up under the CARES Act.
00:48:15.180He was supposed to get a grilling by Republicans on the House Finance Committee today because he's a money laundering operation for the Democrats.
00:48:23.600Of course, the Southern District arrested him, had him arrested last night in the Bahamas.
00:49:30.600They're going to – by the way, David Brock and these guys are going to fight back.
00:49:33.140But do the Republicans – you pointed to Joe Biden.
00:49:36.220Is this going to be – are you guys going to be relentless and actually connect the dots?
00:49:40.300Comer said, hey, we got the bank records, right?
00:49:42.540That means you can connect the whole family.
00:49:45.100The whole question is not can we do it.
00:49:48.180The question is will we do it on all these aspects, whether it's the audit at the Pentagon, the southern border, the spending.
00:49:57.280It's all – is there the intestinal fortitude to break kind of the cartel that's been up here in the Uniparty and actually get on with it?
00:50:03.800Is it going to be more Marjorie Taylor Greene firebrand or Marjorie Taylor Greene dealmaker, ma'am?
00:52:08.000The years have proven that we need to be prepared.
