Supreme Court is set to decide whether to lift or keep in place the border policy known as Title 42, which allows border officials to deny asylum seekers entry into the United States due to public health concerns. It was set to expire last Wednesday before Chief Justice John Roberts issued a stay on the expiration pending a final decision. Meanwhile, the developing situation at the border is being described by some as a crisis.
00:00:28.000I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000Warwick. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:52.000The Supreme Court is set to decide whether to lift or keep in place the border policy known as Title IV
00:00:57.000as Title 42 enacted during the height of the pandemic.
00:01:00.000It allows border officials to deny asylum seekers entry into the United States due to public health concerns.
00:01:06.000It was set to expire last Wednesday before Chief Justice John Roberts issued a stay on the expiration pending a final decision.
00:01:14.000The Biden administration has asked Chief Justice Roberts to rule against the challenge issued by GOP led states to keep Title 42 in place,
00:01:22.000arguing the public health rationale is no longer valid.
00:01:25.000Meanwhile, the developing situation at the border is being described by some as a crisis with multiple border towns and cities overwhelmed by the influx of migrants.
00:01:35.000In El Paso, Texas alone, as many as five thousand migrants per day are anticipated to enter.
00:01:42.000Title 42 put in place by the Trump administration during the height of the pandemic.
00:01:46.000The Biden White House does want it to end, but not quite yet.
00:01:50.000There's a suggestion that they weren't ready.
00:01:51.000They pushed for this stay, which will get an answer potentially as soon as today for its future.
00:01:57.000Senior White House aides acknowledged to me that it's going to be very difficult at the border for at least a few weeks after this lifts.
00:02:06.000What are you when you look at these images from El Paso?
00:02:09.000How does it make what does it make you think?
00:02:11.000You know, there's the moral side, moral and ethical side of this.
00:02:14.000And there's the political side of this. The political side is pretty easy.
00:02:17.000The White House needs to message this question, message this issue better, particularly with regards to Latino community, Latino voters.
00:02:24.000Right. If they don't get this right, it's going to it's going to have a political impact, I think, in interesting and serious ways.
00:02:30.000Morally and ethically, we have to get this issue right.
00:02:35.000I mean, remember the coal street? I mean, there was a coal spell in El Paso.
00:02:40.000These folks were experiencing extraordinarily difficult weather.
00:02:44.000And then there is a sense in which our immigration policy oftentimes feels so cruel because it's so patchwork.
00:02:59.000It's Tuesday, 27 December, year of our Lord, 2022.
00:03:02.000There is a lot going on in the world on this kind of holiday week.
00:03:08.000We're going to be here every day with the starting team because there's so much going on, whether that's in the Ukraine, whether it's in Taiwan and the South China Sea on Capitol Hill or actually dispersed.
00:03:21.000Nobody's here. Nobody's in D.C., but are very few in D.C.
00:03:25.000The two power struggles for the Speaker of the House goes on unabated and also for the head of the RNC.
00:03:31.000Also, to make sure that this audience knows you're always ahead of the curve, what they're talking about is the debt ceiling because the debt ceiling could be the instrument we use to start to set things right on this horrific omnibus bill.
00:03:45.000But we've got to start because tonight could be the night on Title 42.
00:04:05.000There is no system set up for economic asylum.
00:04:09.000Otherwise, in an eight billion person world, you'd have four billion people who logically say, hey, maybe I'd like to try it in the United States of America.
00:04:18.000That's not how it works. But that's why we have this really humanitarian crisis on the border created by the Biden regime in conjunction with their partners, the cartels.
00:04:28.000Let's get Todd Bensman. Todd, thank you for joining us so soon after after Christmas in the 12 days of Christmas.
00:05:01.000That's why this could come down tonight, sir.
00:05:03.000Yeah, the December 21 date was, you know, offered by the Biden administration.
00:05:09.000Nobody knows why they picked four days before Christmas where thousands of contractors and federal workers would have to work double time away from their families.
00:05:20.000So I do think that this thing was all sort of like mishmashed legally to push it past the holidays.
00:05:27.000So I do believe 42 is going to go away if not tonight or tomorrow.
00:05:33.000But, you know, very soon it's going to go away.
00:05:36.000But in any case, the new numbers are out border apprehensions.
00:05:40.000And they were Title 42 in the lowest number ever since Trump put it in at thirty one percent of people that crossed the border.
00:05:50.000They've been reducing and reducing and reducing the number anyway.
00:05:54.000So it's down to a rump Title 42 as it is.
00:05:59.000When that finally goes away, spigots will all be on wide open.
00:06:04.000And just like you said, Stephen, is, you know, the system is in place to bring everybody in and make sure they all get to a city near you, to your city.
00:08:20.000But what you're not seeing is a crisis of runners in that in that sector.
00:08:27.000Just in the last three weeks alone, I have sources down there telling me that that they estimate 30,000 runners in the last three weeks.
00:08:37.000Further down the line, they're cutting through the fence, the older fence, the Bush era fence, because there are no Border Patrol agents anywhere to be found.
00:08:50.000So you can see by helicopter and by Texas DPS, you can see them just pouring through these holes that they cut and the old fence just pouring through and running through bonsai rushing.
00:09:05.000It's truly catastrophic in the El Paso sector.
00:09:09.000But we're starting to hear very similar stories in Tijuana over across from California and in other places, too.
00:09:18.000And so you're going to start to see more of just this kind of crazy bonsai rush in the next couple of days here.
00:09:25.000And then it's just on spigots will be on to let people know this is not Steve Bannon lighting his hair on fire.
00:09:34.000The war room audience, you know, running around the Biden administration.
00:09:40.000He can't make this up on Friday night, the night before the Christmas weekend on the eve of Christmas Eve.
00:09:53.000What did they do on Friday night, Todd Bensman?
00:09:55.000And this shows you this shows you how purely evil they are and how much how afraid of these numbers they are for the American people actually understand what's going on.
00:10:05.000What did they do on Friday night, sir?
00:10:07.000First of all, the monthly release of apprehension data happens on the 15th.
00:10:12.000That's just the day that they've been doing it for two years, except for two times.
00:11:49.000Well, just the just those two months alone exceeds the total annual apprehension numbers, you know, for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2004.
00:12:03.000You know, that's a, you know, more than we typically have in an annual and in a bad year that we used to consider bad coming through just in like two months.
00:14:00.000I mean, it's I mean, they don't necessarily have to be unaccompanied anymore.
00:14:05.000You know, the unaccompanied minor crisis was from a time when the administration was still doing about sixty percent title forty two and the other forty percent were accompanied minors.
00:14:20.000But now it kind of doesn't matter if you're coming in with your family.
00:14:24.000You're just going to wait around for a few days and you're in.
00:14:27.000Well, the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened Biden, more wasteful government spending, higher taxes, a deepening of inflation.
00:14:37.000And how do you protect your hard earned savings from chaotic financial markets?
00:14:42.000The answer by diversifying your retirement savings with real physical precious metals with Birch Gold Group.

00:16:14.000If you're not absolutely 100% satisfied or happy, you get a money-back guarantee until the last day of the first quarter, 31 March of 2023.
00:16:24.000So the sleep of the just and sleep it on the products of MyPillow.
00:17:02.000By the way, in the omnibus that Lindsey Graham and, remember, 18 Republican senators, 15 of whom, I want to just make sure you go, were endorsed by President Trump, 15 of them, including his mini-me, Lindsey Graham, voted for this.
00:17:19.000There's $450 million, I think, for border security on, you know, in Gaza, in Ukraine, and different places.
00:17:27.000No line item for border security at the southern border on the invasion.
00:17:33.000But there was line items for what Biden really wants to do, which is processing facilities, correct?
00:17:38.000And the way to process illegal aliens deeper into the country faster, correct?
00:17:44.000This is going to be an incredibly expensive import operation.
00:17:50.000Already in the El Paso sector, they are flying thousands of immigrants, illegal immigrant aliens, to other processing facilities on the border.
00:18:02.000Aircraft pilot time and jet fuel and the operations of that is incredibly expensive.
00:18:09.000You don't see it, but they are flying those people off of the El Paso sector all day and all night to get them off of that area because it's a terrible optic.
00:18:20.000That's just one expense, but it's a big one.
00:18:25.000The other expense is all the personnel to move people from border into the interior processing and then into the interior.
00:18:34.000They need money for that, billions and billions for that.
00:18:37.000Also, they immediately go into the social welfare net.
00:18:46.000The reason they're processed and they want it from optics to get them into the country and deeper into the country quicker because every town's a border town.
00:18:55.000They go into the overall massive problem we have with an out-of-control federal spending, correct?
00:19:04.000That's why you're starting to see cities like Denver declare emergencies that are nowhere near the border and New York ask for a billion dollars in federal bailout money.
00:19:16.000Look for a longer and longer list of cities that will be asking for federal bailouts over this.
00:19:23.000They'll be asking for money, but they will not be asking, especially the Democratic-run ones, will not be asking the administration to stop the immigration over the border, the illegal border jumping.
00:19:36.000They're just asking for money to take care of it so that it doesn't come out of their purse.
00:19:42.000Two things I want, we've already alerted people to watch for these states of emergency, and the New York, the clown mayor of New York already asked for a billion dollars, right?
00:19:51.000That he needs a quick billion right now, cash money.
00:19:56.000I thought Title VIII governed everything.
00:19:58.000I thought Title VIII was the process of how, well, explain Title VIII and why we're going to hear a lot more about Title VIII and everything you're going to hear from it that comes out of the mouth of one of these left-wing NGOs on MSNBC.
00:20:10.000Any announcer on MSNBC or government official is going to be a lie or spin at least in a lie at worse, sir.
00:20:19.000So you've been hearing in the war room for a long time now all about Title 42, Title 42.
00:20:25.000Get ready to just start hearing about Title VIII, Title VIII, Title VIII.
00:20:42.000If you enter, the way it's supposed to work is if you enter illegally, if you cross the border, we automatically place you in Title VIII expedited removal proceedings.
00:20:57.000You can claim asylum and all the rest of that, but you are supposed to be kept in detention throughout the process until your asylum claim or whatever is adjudicated.
00:21:08.000Whatever your claim or benefit is, the administration is saying, don't worry about this.
00:21:14.000We're putting everybody in Title VIII.
00:21:16.000We're putting everybody in Title VIII.
00:28:49.000But, Boris, and all those are going to be huge, massive issues in 2024.
00:28:52.000One of the top issues will be the invasion of our country and the basic question of the sovereignty of this nation.
00:28:58.000Now, you couldn't have two diametrically opposed views on this than Donald J. Trump and actions, not views, actions of Donald J. Trump versus the Biden regime.
00:29:10.000Now, one of two things has to happen, I think.
00:29:13.000Either they do nothing and this becomes a massive issue, of which Trump's got the winning hand, or Trump moves the Overton window.
00:29:22.000He moves... Biden's going to have to... is going to have to compromise because the American people will not tolerate this.
00:29:28.000What's your thoughts and assessment of that?
00:29:31.000Steve, I fully believe that the border is going to be one of the issues of the 2024 election.
00:29:50.000That President Trump, for the first time in a long time in our history, actually secured our border, actually wanted to protect our country, and that Biden and his team are doing the opposite.
00:29:59.000And again, at this point, I've got to believe that it is intentional.
00:30:03.000There's no other explanation for destroying any protection of the border whatsoever.
00:30:09.000So I think the border, the economy, and election integrity are going to be the top three issues.
00:30:34.000Biden's already signaled they're going to use inflation.
00:30:38.000The reason we have inflation is that African-Americans and Mexican-American citizens are asking for wage increases, and what we need to do is flood the zone with illegal alien labor.
00:30:51.000We need more immigration, more illegal immigration at the southern border because it's the low-skill folks in the country that are really driving the price of a McDonald's up another 10 cents.
00:31:28.000The American economy was booming during President Trump's term, including getting through the COVID downturn.
00:31:35.000So any of this nonsense that Biden throws out, you don't have to look 50 years.
00:31:40.000You don't have to look 100 years back.
00:31:41.000You look back three, four years and look at the absolute strength of the American economy.
00:31:47.000The inflation that was so low, it actually had to get ticked up to about 1% because you don't want it to be at a full zero.
00:31:54.000If you look at what President Trump was able to do that defeats any of these nonsense arguments that, I'm going to be honest, Joe Biden was never smart enough to talk about the economy, but definitely doesn't know anything about it now.
00:32:09.000Any arguments thrown out by the feckless, hopeless Biden team are defeated by the experience of President Trump's term.
00:32:16.000The strength of the Trump economy and the strength of the Trump border.
00:32:20.000So if you have a strong border then and a strong economy, how can there be any other argument against that?
00:32:26.000We mentioned previously with Bensman about how, and you mentioned it too, about how there's so many hundreds of millions of dollars for borders, security, and walls everywhere but the southern border of this nation in the omnibus.
00:32:38.000President Trump put out something I thought was very interesting.
00:32:41.000He said yesterday in one of the true social posts, or it might be on Christmas Day, he said he didn't know what they had on Mitch to get him to go along with the omnibus and to get all his collaborators that every time Biden's had, quote unquote, a win, it's because of Republican collaboration.
00:33:01.000So I think the signal here is they're not really collaborators.
00:33:07.000When we say Republicans in the name only, that's just a handle.
00:33:10.000They actually are part of this neoliberal, neocon, uniparty, elite that controls the, that is managing the client of the United States.
00:33:20.000And they're happy with it because their clients and their lobbyists and their, the people they owe money to or have to pay off are all taken care of in this omnibus.
00:33:30.000So I put up in my getter, I said, look, for President Trump, I said, hey, could it be the, the, the, the CCP controlled asset father of, uh, of Chow, of McConnell's wife, which is a known controlled CCP controlled a hundred percent.
00:33:46.000The shipping business from Taiwanese, all the customers, all the clients were in mainland China, a hundred percent CCP, all the money he gave Mitch for his total net worth.
00:33:55.000Would it be the time that Chow put a hundred eight, I think 80 to a hundred million dollars.
00:34:01.000And Darren B remember this back at the turn of the century in 2000 to try to essentially buy the heritage organization, right?
00:34:07.000The end of the Clinton administration, they want to make sure they had the conservatives covered.
00:34:11.000They gave him, I think an $80 million donation of pure unadulterated, pure CCP cash.
00:34:16.000Would it be that, or to be the much rumored controversy about Mitch McConnell's 60 days in the United States army, right?
00:34:23.000About what, what's the reality of that, or is President Trump real that Mitch McConnell, that this entire omnibus, uh, Boris was a stop Trump, stop MAGA bill.
00:34:37.000If you go through this, it's absolutely stopped Trump.
00:34:39.000They've put $121 million just of the two and a half or $2.2 billion to us attorneys.
00:34:46.000Other than just, that's just part of the justice department budget of the 2.2 billion.
00:34:51.000I think the U S attorneys, $121 million is an increase just for prosecutions of insurrectionists, domestic terrorists, and the special prosecutor associated with the, uh, the, the witch hunt for president Trump.
00:35:05.000So as president Trump, does he realize they don't need anything on Mitch?
00:35:16.000I do think the way that McConnell has been acting, especially recently, uh, is so clear cut different from any, how any Republicans should act.
00:35:26.000The one has to believe that I think should be investigated.
00:35:31.000So, and you know, president Trump in a Christmas post said that the election was rigged and stolen for hopeless America wrecking radical Marxist against the clairvoyant president Trump.
00:35:44.000And let's be honest, you and I've talked about it.
00:35:46.000If you go back 10, 15 years, a lot of the things the president has said that people disagreed with initially turned out to be right.
00:35:52.000So this could very well be one of those about Mitch McConnell and those connections that you just laid out with, uh, Coco Chow as president Trump, uh, refers to Elaine Chow.
00:36:24.000Do I think they have something on them?
00:36:25.000Quite possibly, quite likely should be investigated.
00:36:28.000But is Mitch driving this, especially the attack on MAGA, the attack of president Trump and going the other way against that and funding the political witch hunts?
00:38:09.000Why do they have to make other definitions of what the vice president is supposed to do?
00:38:13.000By the way, if Judas Pence had any shot at all, even if he followed last night, you know, he got caught and he says, oh, it was just it was a prank.
00:38:20.000Right. He filed to run for president, believe it or not.
00:38:23.000Judas Pence had the law and the Constitution on his side.
00:38:27.000That's where they change it in the middle of the night.
00:38:29.000Did anybody see did anybody see any debate at all on the floor of the most deliberative body in in in Western Christendom, the United States Senate?
00:38:39.000Did anybody remember any debate, any hearings, anything?
00:38:44.000Did you hear anything on the Electoral Count Act except what you heard here on war room?
00:38:47.000Did you hear anything? You did not because they wanted to change it in the middle of the night.
00:38:53.000They wanted to change it because President Trump and his people played 100 percent by the rules.
00:38:58.000That's why they had to change the rules. They had to move the goalposts.
00:39:02.000Boris is is anything in there incorrect to what I said, including the fact they were too gutless to stand up and debate this in front of the American people, too gutless to even have a hearing, a public hearing while they had the show trial on all the time.
00:39:17.000You got it a thousand percent correct.
00:39:19.000And it is clear as day that the gutless Democrats and the right and the establishment Republicans pushed this quote unquote new Electoral Count Act through.
00:39:33.000They didn't have the vote. Here's the problem. It's likely not constitutional because guess what? You could not change the Constitution with with a law, even when you stuck in the omnibus.
00:39:45.000Sorry to break it to you, little Jamie. Sorry to break it to you, Chuck Schumer. Sorry to break it to you, Mitch McConnell.
00:39:51.000You cannot change our Constitution by passing a corrupt piece of legislation.
00:39:55.000But having said that, does this prove once and for all that Pence did have the power to do what they claim he did not?
00:40:02.000Again, President Trump calling out absolutely correctly, President Trump saying it like it is.
00:40:07.000Yes, it proves once and for all that because they just rushed this through that Pence absolutely had the power to send the fraud, the issue back to the states to investigate for 10 days.
00:40:19.000And anybody telling you otherwise, but also voting and pushing through this new Electoral Count Act is lying to your face.
00:40:26.760Remember, Mike Davis has told us one of the most important cases that the Supreme Court is taking up is the independent state legislature, which makes the left meltdown.
00:40:35.820Kevin McCarthy, if you want to be speaker today, you ought to be on every show and every Democrat should have to answer if they agree with Jamie Raskin.
00:40:43.640Is the Electoral College, and John Tester ought to answer that today, is the Electoral College a central problem of American democracy?
00:40:53.500The central threat to American democracy is the Electoral College.
00:40:56.840John Tester, Montana, you agree with that?
00:40:59.580Kristen Sinema down there in Arizona, Joe Manchin up there in West Virginia, you agree with that?
00:41:03.660All these Democrats in these small states, right?
00:41:15.980How do people follow you on social media?
00:41:18.180Well, see, one other thing, you know who really hates the Electoral Count Act, very interestingly, and you know, no conspiracy but no coincidences,
00:41:26.500the wife of the special, the quote-unquote, special prosecutor Jack Smith.
00:41:30.380His wife was posting all over social media after President Trump won just how bad the Electoral College system is.
00:41:37.220Very interesting to see now little Jamie Raskin jumping on board.
00:41:41.260Maybe, just maybe, we are now seeing the truth about the un-American, un-patriotic, anti-constitutionalist Democrat cabal.
00:41:50.580My information, the website is hot, BorisCB.com.
00:44:07.720By the way, on Getter, it's totally free.
00:44:11.480I'm an absolute moron about this stuff, and all the stuff I put up on my accounts, I'll put up by me, because you download it and you just roll.
00:44:17.520If you don't even want to put stuff up, you just got to get into the news streams.
00:44:32.660On this show a couple of years ago, and I talked about this before even 2020, back when I asked, you know, Chip, one of the reasons I'm banned for Twitter is my comments on Chris Ray.
00:44:45.120That you needed what was called a church commission like they had in the 70s because of the assassination of Kennedy, everything that was going on throughout the war with the FBI and the CIA, and also because of the intelligence failures of Vietnam.
00:45:13.920I was very quickly seconded by Darren Beattie of Revolver.
00:45:18.880And people looked at Darren as one of the smartest guys in our movement.
00:45:23.360And we both advocated for a long time you need a church commissioner.
00:45:25.840Well, in today's, I've got it up as one of the lead stories on my getter.
00:45:29.060The lead story in The Hill talks about time running out for McCarthy.
00:45:32.920And you have to understand, there's a couple of huge things going on here.
00:45:36.140One is this fight for the speakership.
00:45:37.940The other is the fight for the head of the RNC.
00:45:39.640The other is, quite frankly, already about the debt ceiling because they understand we have the absolute leverage with the debt ceiling.
00:45:44.840So three massive things that are being fought over nonstop.
00:45:48.000Now, in this article, it mentions that McCarthy may have already agreed to a church commission to specifically investigate the FBI and the CIA in broad public hearings, some classified but some unclassified, to get to the bottom of the whole, this rogue element, deep state of the administrative state.
00:46:07.480And that Chip Roy, the great Chip Roy, would actually be the head of it.
00:46:14.080Also, over the weekend, your boy, Elon Musk, I had to go up.
00:46:20.620He says, oh, there's a couple of bad people in the FBI.
00:46:22.520After everything's come out on the surface because they won't allow Miranda Devine and they won't allow Darren Beattie and they won't allow people that are cash, but tell people really know what they're looking for.
00:46:33.120And I'm not saying Weiss, Barry Weiss and Matt T.B. are not doing a good job, but they don't really understand this topic like you guys do.
00:46:40.960He says, hey, there's a few bad people in the FBI, but overall, it's really good folks and really good operations.
00:46:51.140So talk to me about the church commission, the FBI, the administrative state, Elon Musk, and the attempts right now to shut down Elon Musk, Darren Beattie.
00:47:00.780Well, first of all, I'm so pleased to hear that you've been calling for it, I've been calling for it, a church-style committee to conduct a full, thorough, and public review, investigation, and expose of the abuses within the intelligence community.
00:47:21.280It's absolutely long overdue, and now we're hearing Kevin McCarthy is paying, if not paying lip service, maybe even stronger than lip service, which is great.
00:47:32.820Even if it's McCarthy, if he goes in the right direction, I'd say that's great, and Chip Roy would be an excellent candidate for that.
00:47:39.280We're hearing David Sachs, who's played a role in this sort of new Twitter, also vocalized the need for a church committee, and the individual that you call the gimp, Elon Musk, actually, for what it's worth, seconded the need for something like that.
00:47:55.980And so maybe if we actually do have a real church-style hearing, Elon can update his ridiculous understanding that, oh, there are only a few bad apples in the FBI.
00:48:06.900I mean, unfortunately, I mean, I think a lot of people want to believe that, but I think deep down in our bones, even Elon-
00:48:15.520But I want you, but no, no, but I need you to explain this to people, because Sachs is a very, is a brilliant guy, clearly, and it's, there are very, very good people at the FBI, many of them, the rank and file, just like there's the CIA.
00:48:31.280We're talking about there's a, we have a major systemic problem, and the problem is, is these now have become, they are so more, there are so much out of control on the domestic side that would make the people back in the 1970s heads blow up, right?
00:48:46.860I mean, there are so much, go ahead, go ahead.
00:48:49.900There are a lot of things to be said for this.
00:48:51.260Yes, you know, there are, there are good ones, you know, as Trump famously said in another context, some, I assume, are good people, and that applies to the intelligence community as well.
00:49:01.740But the rot is indeed systemic, and, you know, one of the reasons, you know, I have faith that there are some good people in there too, which is why I've been calling for the RNC to actually put up some money for a whistleblowers fund to provide support and encouragement for the good people actually within these agencies to come out and help to expose the rot.
00:49:24.620But I guess the, you know, the RNC would rather spend the money on yoga pants and other things, but maybe they'll take me up on this suggestion at some point.
00:49:39.100If we're going to do a church-style committee, we have to understand the committee for what it was historically, what made it effective to the degree to which it is effective, to what extent those circumstances apply today.
00:49:52.440Just to give you a quick example, and actually Revolver News is doing an extensive study on the church committee and lessons that we can learn for a new version, but just to give some points in relation to that.
00:50:05.160So the church committee exposed all of these wrongdoings on the part of the intelligence community, and partly as a result of that expose, so much of the dark stuff that used to be in-house within these agencies was sort of outsourced to these cutout organizations and NGOs and so forth.
00:50:27.060And so in the updated version of the church committee, we need to have a comprehensive approach that actually encompasses the intelligence community's workarounds that they've implemented since the last church committee that understands that a lot of the dirty stuff is still happening in-house,
00:50:46.340But so much more of it is now outsourced to these NGOs and cutout institutions and these sort of disinformation organizations that are effectively government-run but formally have some kind of distance, so they couldn't be targeted directly in the same way that the intel community was in the church committee.
00:51:09.680Darren, hang on for one second, Elon Musk, the church commission, the administrator of state, Frank Gaffney is going to join us during this conversation about their intense shelling in eastern Ukraine right now by the Russian artillery, also Taiwan, all next in the war.
00:51:27.680The years have proven that we need to be prepared.
00:51:38.920We constantly see government overreach, attacks on our communication, an energy grid, worldwide conflict, natural disasters, and the never-ending assault on our security and privacy.
00:51:49.400Having reliable communications is essential.
