Bannon's War Room - Episode 2439： Leading The Charge With A Special Prosecutor

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:08.000 Because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 Here's the time I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:00:26.000 Mega Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 Warwick. Here's your host, Stephen K. Back.

00:00:51.000 Yeah, Jen, from your knowledge, as you said, you were a part of a couple of transitions.

00:00:56.000 And, you know, Matthew touched on this as well, that, you know, it can be somewhat frantic and stuff happens. Right.

00:01:03.000 But we're seeing this now sort of in the in the public eye for at least, what, eight years, because you did have it with Hillary Clinton.

00:01:12.000 The question of classified the handling of classified information, certainly the handling of classified information with Donald Trump.

00:01:18.000 Now with Joe Biden, does the system need to be fixed, updated, changed?

00:01:25.000 Can it be or again, is this just a matter of there's always going to be room for human error if that's what happened here?

00:01:33.000 Yeah, sure. And, you know, there are a lot of questions, as we've all said, we don't know yet.

00:01:37.000 But the answer to your question is maybe and probably it should be.

00:01:41.000 And if Republicans were operating on the level, as my mother would say, and they may be in the Senate, we'll see.

00:01:46.000 Then that should be part of the discussion, because it's not to my knowledge.

00:01:51.000 There is not a process where somebody has some sort of certification and they go through every box that leaves the White House.

00:01:57.000 That's not typically what happens, because historically, public servants high up and down the food chain want to do everything they can to follow the letter of the law.

00:02:06.000 That means turning in classified documents. That means keeping them in the place where they should be stored.

00:02:11.000 That means moving them from building to building in the cases they should be moved in.

00:02:15.000 But clearly there are mistakes that are made and they're probably mistakes that have been made, as Matthew said earlier, over the course of decades that we don't know about.

00:02:23.000 So it may be that this warrants a discussion about how this process should work during a discussion and how documents should be cleared out at the end of a presidency.

00:02:34.000 But the first set of documents were found in November at the Penn Biden Center here in Washington.

00:02:40.000 Why did it take until yesterday, until this morning, apparently, for whoever it was to inform Robert Lausch that that final document was found?

00:02:50.000 Was that because there were press reports earlier this week?

00:02:53.000 Again, the hope was that nobody would find out again.

00:02:56.000 Was it because there is a process, an ongoing process that is occurring?

00:03:00.000 We did this by the book.

00:03:02.000 And what I mean by that is the moment that the lawyers discovered that the papers were there or the documents were there, they reached out to the archives.

00:03:11.000 They reached out to the Department of Justice and they immediately, rightfully so, reached out to them to let them know what what they had discovered.

00:03:19.000 And that is the process.

00:03:21.000 That is what we that that is what his lawyers did.

00:03:24.000 And again, it's an ongoing process.

00:03:27.000 As you stated in your question, I am limited in what I can say.

00:03:30.000 It is now in the hands of the Department of Justice.

00:03:33.000 They are reviewing this.

00:03:34.000 As you know, the special counsel was announced by the attorney general.

00:03:38.000 And so I will leave it there.

00:03:40.000 What was the president trying to say when he references Corvette earlier today?

00:03:44.000 Because it sounded like he was implying that because his garage is a safe place for his car, the documents were safe.

00:03:52.000 And therefore, if it was safe for the car, it was safe for the documents.

00:03:56.000 Is that what he meant?

00:03:57.000 Look, I I'm going to just leave his statement as is.

00:04:00.000 I think you your colleague was having a back and forth with the president.

00:04:04.000 You can read the transcript of what was asked of him and why he responded that way.

00:04:08.000 I'm just not going to get into specifics.

00:04:10.000 I'm here today to announce the appointment of Robert Herve as a special counsel pursuant to Department of Justice regulations governing such matters.

00:04:19.000 In keeping with those regulations, I have today notified the designated members of each House of Congress of the appointment.

00:04:26.000 I'm joined today by John Lausch, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, who conducted the initial investigation into the matter that I will describe today.

00:04:38.000 OK, a lot going on, a lot of moving pieces.

00:04:42.000 You're in the war room Thursday, 12 January, year of our Lord, 2023.

00:04:46.000 I've got the two individuals that I think have put the most intelligent framing on this from the very beginning.

00:04:53.000 Mike Davis from Article 3, a former clerk to Gorsuch and Kash Patel, really the president's right hand man when it comes to intelligence and things like these.

00:05:03.000 I want to start with Mike Davis, but also just right there, you know, the buried lead in all this is which nobody wants to talk about.

00:05:12.000 Why were his personal lawyers rummaging around a closet at the Penn Biden Center?

00:05:20.000 Why do you have your personal lawyers know to the audience?

00:05:24.000 OK, you get you can take your number two pencils out right now and write this down.

00:05:28.000 High priced lawyers of a guy that is present, his personal lawyers of guys that are the guy that's the president of the United States or at least the regime head because he's not a legitimate president.

00:05:40.000 That's a golden meal ticket in this town.

00:05:42.000 OK, why are high priced lawyers rummaging around for finding stuff this whole thing?

00:05:48.000 And the other thing is that there's no intent in these laws.

00:05:52.000 These are compartmented top secret documents.

00:05:55.000 The high one is one of the high, not the highest, but one of the highest classifications we have.

00:06:01.000 It is.

00:06:02.000 There's no intent.

00:06:04.000 You know, they're saying he inadvertently.

00:06:06.000 Now you see Jen Psaki. 1.00

00:06:07.000 They're all coming up.

00:06:08.000 Oh, you know, got to go back 50 years and change.

00:06:10.000 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:06:12.000 This is black letter.

00:06:13.000 Right.

00:06:14.000 If they're there and they're not in a skiff or they're not in a compartment, a place you can read compartment.

00:06:19.000 It's a felony.

00:06:20.000 Sorry.

00:06:21.000 Not sorry.

00:06:22.000 Right.

00:06:23.000 You're chasing Trump down all over.

00:06:24.000 Hell's half acre.

00:06:25.000 Jack boot.

00:06:26.000 Have we had an FBI raid yet?

00:06:27.000 I kind of missed the FBI raid.

00:06:29.000 They're taking their word.

00:06:30.000 So special counsel, Mike Davis, you called for it.

00:06:33.000 Cash Patel is is is has his own thoughts on that.

00:06:37.000 So Davis, you were born at night, sir.

00:06:40.000 But you were not born last night.

00:06:42.000 Tell us what happened this afternoon on this special counsel in such a hurry.

00:06:47.000 It seems like Attorney General Merrick Garland was got caught in his cover up.

00:06:53.000 He was covering up for his boss, President Biden, two months.

00:06:57.000 He found out about the stolen classified records by Biden no later than November 2nd, six days before the midterm election.

00:07:07.000 He kept his mouth shut during this time for two months.

00:07:11.000 For two months, he kept his mouth shut about this.

00:07:13.000 Yet on November 18th, he appointed a special counsel, not for Biden, but for President Trump.

00:07:20.000 And so House Republicans take over.

00:07:23.000 They set up this select committee that's going to do a deep dive into the weaponization of the Biden Justice Department.

00:07:29.000 And, you know, all of a sudden these documents show up.

00:07:33.000 He he should.

00:07:34.000 He should.

00:07:35.000 Here's the deal.

00:07:36.000 Attorney General Merrick Garland should have appointed a special counsel immediately because it is very clear that that Biden broke the law by having these classified records in his possession.

00:07:48.000 And it was even if it was inadvertent, as you said, that doesn't exonerate him.

00:07:53.000 But it's clearly not inadvertent.

00:07:55.000 It's obviously not inadvertent here.

00:07:57.000 He moved these documents at least twice.

00:08:00.000 He moved them before he left office in January of 2017.

00:08:05.000 He moved them again when he moved into the Biden Penn Biden Center in February of 2018.

00:08:12.000 And then he moved the documents, a separate set of documents to his home in Delaware.

00:08:17.000 So this wasn't inadvertent.

00:08:19.000 They were found in his personal files at the Penn Biden Center.

00:08:23.000 It's just not believable that this was inadvertent.

00:08:26.000 And remember, some of these documents related to Ukraine.

00:08:30.000 Hmm.

00:08:31.000 What oligarchs had the Bidens on their payroll, the Chinese and Ukrainians?

00:08:35.000 I mean, it's just that this is just not credible at all.

00:08:41.000 Mike, hang on for one second.

00:08:42.000 They're also talking about they need the visitors log for the garage or the house.

00:08:46.000 Hey, I don't need a visitors log to know that the guy that redid the Corvette for him was wait for it.

00:08:52.000 Hunter, who's on the payroll, the CCP.

00:08:54.000 Right.

00:08:55.000 He's sitting with the class.

00:08:56.000 I don't think Hunter could get a clearance.

00:08:59.000 Just saying.

00:09:00.000 Remember, he was a naval officer for 30 days for the kicking mouth for selling drugs to enlisted men.

00:09:04.000 Cash Patel, Mike Davis brings up something in that cynical way of Mike Davis to connect something with the committees that all of a sudden this started coming up on the weaponization of government.

00:09:15.000 You know, last week we had this big fight about it.

00:09:18.000 Then it got voted in.

00:09:21.000 What's happening here is these committees, Republicans now in charge, new sheriff in town.

00:09:25.000 Is that where we're seeing this movement, sir?

00:09:27.000 Yeah, look, it's great to be with you.

00:09:29.000 And Mike's right.

00:09:30.000 And myself as a former federal prosecutor, a special counsel on paper is the right move.

00:09:35.000 And it would have been back in November.

00:09:36.000 But the problem is we've seen the corrupt government gangsters go out there and cover up the corrupt activities, namely the likes of Rod Rosenstein, Chris Ray and Merrick Garland.

00:09:45.000 So when these guys are responsible, remember, Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller, Comey's best friend, to be special counsel.

00:09:51.000 And now you have a situation where Merrick Garland appoints her special counsel, HUR.

00:09:56.000 Do you know who her is? Rod Rosenstein's number one lawyer when Rod Rosenstein was the attorney general in charge of the Russiagate investigation where Devin Nunes and I sent him a dozen subpoenas and Rosenstein and her blockaded the response to those subpoenas because they wanted to cover up the corruption at the FBI and DOJ.

00:10:15.000 They were in on it then and they're in on it now, which is why I disagree with the appointment of this guy as special counsel.

00:10:21.000 And here's the most important thing I'm going to say tonight.

00:10:24.000 This guy, her, needs to be the first one subpoenaed by the new special select committee under Jim Jordan's authority on the weaponization of government.

00:10:33.000 And do you want to know why? Because her, we have the receipts, Steve, and we're going to release them later, was sending communications to the Justice Department and Rod Rosenstein's crew arguing against the release of the Nunes memo,

00:10:47.000 saying that it would bastardize and destroy the United States national security apparatus. 0.60

00:10:52.000 This guy is a swamp monster of the tier one level. He's a government gangster. 0.99

00:10:57.000 He's now in charge of the continued crime scene cover up, which is why the first congressional subpoena that has to go out for the weaponization of government subcommittee is against HUR.

00:11:07.000 He's been in on it since day one. And let's not forget Rod Rosenstein.

00:11:11.000 And he, HUR, are the two top lawyers at DOJ that subpoenaed my records in 2017 when I was the chief investigator for Devin Nunes on the House Intel Committee in Russiagate.

00:11:23.000 We only just found that out and broke that news on your show just a couple of weeks ago.

00:11:27.000 This guy, HUR, authorized that subpoena and advised Rod Rosenstein to do so.

00:11:32.000 What other people were they trying to get blackmail information on illegally and unlawfully so they could continue the cover up operation?

00:11:40.000 This is a swamp monster and a swamp appointment of epic proportion.

00:11:45.000 I'm going to come back to Dave in a second, but hang on.

00:11:48.000 You're telling me HUR is the deputy over there to Rod Rosenstein.

00:11:53.000 He, they, first off, they blocked the 12 subpoenas, number one, to get to the bottom of it.

00:11:58.000 Number two, they would not release the Devin Nunes memo that outed all these guys.

00:12:03.000 Uh, and, and, uh, and, and what was number three?

00:12:07.000 What do you say?

00:12:08.000 What was the third one that he, that he did?

00:12:10.000 Cause this, this is the trifecta.

00:12:11.000 How could, how could Garland possibly pick a guy that's in the middle of the Russiagate situation as, as one of the blockers?

00:12:18.000 How could, how could they do that?

00:12:19.000 How could they be in that face?

00:12:21.000 You know, Jordan, you've got Jordan's going to chair this committee. 0.99

00:12:23.000 Is he, is he just, is, are they just throwing down right now saying, screw you?

00:12:27.000 You guys think you're going to connect dots here in the weaponization. 0.93

00:12:30.000 We're going to be up in your grill.

00:12:31.000 Hey, how about this?

00:12:32.000 It's bad enough.

00:12:33.000 He had his Davis out of the Dick Durbin guy that the, the, uh, the, uh, the, uh, the pro the AG in Illinois.

00:12:39.000 Now they've tripled up and say, Hey, cash Patel, you, you, you've got a problem with this.

00:12:43.000 Boom.

00:12:44.000 We'll put, we'll put the guy, we'll put the enforcer up there.

00:12:47.000 Is that what they did?

00:12:48.000 That's exactly what they did.

00:12:50.000 And the third thing was Rod Rosenstein went to the United States Congress in 2018 with his sidekick,

00:12:55.000 her by his side and lied to Congress under oath about threatening and investigating congressional

00:13:01.000 staffers.

00:13:02.000 They had already sent the subpoenas and he lied and he said, he never threatened anyone.

00:13:06.000 What he did mean to say, what he should have said was I actually have been investigating

00:13:10.000 these guys because they're digging up our dirt.

00:13:12.000 And look, the special counsel as a former federal prosecutor, I think it's a cherished apparatus

00:13:17.000 that has been destroyed by this appointment and the continued appointments.

00:13:21.000 And now we've seen Mueller, uh, Lausch, excuse me.

00:13:24.000 And this other guy that's just been appointed her and Jack Smith, the special counsels have

00:13:29.000 become the special forces operators to cover up the swamp corruption for the justice department

00:13:34.000 and the FBI.

00:13:35.000 And the only place that that can be pierced is congressional subpoenas from this subcommittee

00:13:40.000 that Jim Jordan's running.

00:13:41.000 And I'm calling for him to send this guy and Rod Rosenstein a subpoena and get all the documents.

00:13:46.000 And then I can't wait for them to lie on public in the TVs.

00:13:49.000 And I show you the receipt about Rob, her and his clan at DOJ, uh, sending emails, arguing

00:13:56.000 against the release of the Nunes memo because it was exposed their corruption.

00:14:01.000 Okay.

00:14:02.000 Uh, I'm gonna ask both you guys just stay through.

00:14:05.000 And I know you've got to bounce, uh, cash, but if you can just stay with me, by the way,

00:14:08.000 cash is a new book, which may be, as I said, the best time book in the history of publishing

00:14:14.000 government gangsters is coming cash.

00:14:17.000 Let me just give you a heads up.

00:14:18.000 Uh, I don't, I don't think they're going to approve it.

00:14:23.000 I think the book that they're going to give you back is no, is the 275 pages of redactions,

00:14:28.000 right?

00:14:29.000 It's just, they're not going to do it.

00:14:30.000 You're exposed by the way, government gangsters.

00:14:32.000 You're calling these guys up by name.

00:14:34.000 Okay.

00:14:35.000 Short break.

00:14:36.000 I got Mike Davis.

00:14:37.000 We have cash, Seb, Boris.

00:14:38.000 Uh, everybody's piling into this.

00:14:43.000 Well, the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened Biden, more wasteful

00:16:42.000 Cash.

00:16:43.000 Given your involvement, people have to understand that Cash, you know, along with Grinnell and

00:16:49.000 and, of course, Devin and just a small handful of others were the reason President Trump

00:16:56.000 had a first term at all.

00:16:57.000 Because remember, the nullification project started in the early morning hours of the 9th

00:17:03.000 of November of 2016, just a few hours after we left.

00:17:06.000 By the time we got up in the morning, they were full force.

00:17:08.000 They were not going to let President Trump be president.

00:17:10.000 I called it the nullification project.

00:17:12.000 It started.

00:17:13.000 It had already started, obviously, in the in the spring before or in 16.

00:17:19.000 But if it was not for Cash Patel, the great accomplishments, because I said, look, they

00:17:23.000 stole two elections from Trump.

00:17:25.000 They stole 16, his presidency, and they stole 20. 0.50

00:17:28.000 And everything he accomplished, all this great stuff he accomplished, more than any other

00:17:32.000 president in living memory, right back to Reagan, that those types of wins were at the

00:17:38.000 same time not fighting a rear guard action.

00:17:41.000 I mean, every day, a combatant against the administrative state and their rogue arm, the

00:17:46.000 deep state.

00:17:47.000 And you're seeing it now.

00:17:48.000 Look at look at all the moderates you have in Congress.

00:17:51.000 Do you think they would ever have gone along with something like a new church committee on the

00:17:55.000 weaponization of the government?

00:17:56.000 Do you understand the country club Republicans?

00:17:59.000 Look where we are now.

00:18:01.000 The reason is, is their behavior.

00:18:03.000 It's so blatant that even the controlled opposition Republicans saying, hey, this thing's so out

00:18:08.000 of control is what happened to what what church and those guys did.

00:18:11.000 Remember, they were liberals.

00:18:13.000 It's what the liberals really demanded in the 70s, because, quite frankly, they were fighting

00:18:17.000 more for civil liberties than other people.

00:18:19.000 And they said, this thing's going to get out of control.

00:18:20.000 And you hear you hear church.

00:18:21.000 You look at those things today.

00:18:23.000 They're very prescient about the power of the administrative state, the power of the

00:18:27.000 deep state and coming off of Kennedy's assassination, Martin Luther King's assassination, Robert

00:18:31.000 Kennedy's assassination, Malcolm X's assassination, the anti-war movement, the Ku Klux Klan, all

00:18:37.000 of it.

00:18:38.000 Right.

00:18:39.000 Understanding that the infiltration of the which they did a great job in the 50s, infiltration

00:18:43.000 of the communists into the State Department and other things.

00:18:46.000 So Cash, you were the tip of the spear.

00:18:49.000 So it's not like some guy yelling over his lunchbox.

00:18:53.000 When Cash Patel talks about these things is what I say.

00:18:57.000 It's like a papal bull because he knows what he's talking about.

00:19:00.000 He's been there.

00:19:01.000 This fight continues to book government gangsters.

00:19:03.000 I keep listening.

00:19:04.000 The fight on the publishing of government gangsters is going to be bigger than the publishing

00:19:07.000 of the Pentagon Papers.

00:19:09.000 Right.

00:19:10.000 They're going to fight this tooth and nail because he names names.

00:19:12.000 So you just said that you should that Jordan to prove that the committee is worthwhile.

00:19:20.000 Witness number one should be the special prosecutor for the Biden, the Biden top secret classification

00:19:27.000 issue.

00:19:28.000 So, sir, what did you mean by that?

00:19:31.000 One hundred percent.

00:19:32.000 The first person subpoenaed by the special committee should be special counsel, Herr.

00:19:36.000 And here's why.

00:19:37.000 All roads lead back to Russiagate.

00:19:39.000 Steve, you and I know that.

00:19:40.000 And as the head of the Russiagate investigation for Chairman Nunes and the author of the Nunes

00:19:44.000 memo, step one, this guy, Herr, as Rosenstein's number one lawyer when Rosenstein was the attorney

00:19:50.000 general after we issued him a dozen subpoenas, they together blocked the production of the FBI

00:19:55.000 documents, the 302s, the Bruce or information and the Christopher Steele information in the

00:20:00.000 dirty dossier.

00:20:01.000 They blocked that information from going to Congress because we had exposed their corruption.

00:20:05.000 They Rosenstein and her.

00:20:06.000 There should be two subpoenas.

00:20:07.000 Those guys in tandem.

00:20:09.000 But special counsel, Herr first.

00:20:10.000 And here's a kicker, Steve.

00:20:13.000 Special counsel, Herr was caught in the United States DOJ inspector general report to have

00:20:19.000 had communications and knowledge about Christopher Steele and his dossier while the FBI was using

00:20:26.000 that bogus information to feed it to the FISA court to illegally surveil President Trump.

00:20:32.000 Todd Rosenstein signed the third unlawful FISA warrant with his sidekick, special counsel, Herr, next to him,

00:20:39.000 who approved it and who was communicating with people involved in the Christopher Steele dossier and Steele himself.

00:20:45.000 Don't take my word for it.

00:20:46.000 We got the receipt.

00:20:47.000 We're going to release them later.

00:20:49.000 It's in the DOJ IG report.

00:20:51.000 And we have special counsel, Herr, who at the time was the pay dag at DOJ, his own emails blocking the Nunes memo.

00:20:59.000 We've got to get that.

00:21:00.000 Well, we got to get the information.

00:21:01.000 OK, what you just said right there, though, raises it up.

00:21:03.000 It's not you can't call him as a first witness.

00:21:05.000 McCarthy, Jordan, these guys tonight should say absolutely not.

00:21:08.000 No way that guy's going to be special counsel on this thing.

00:21:10.000 That's a joke.

00:21:11.000 Right.

00:21:12.000 If it let's assume for versus conversation, all of that is correct.

00:21:15.000 How can he possibly be the special special counsels used to be people that, like I said,

00:21:20.000 were like Caesar's wife? 0.98

00:21:22.000 This guy's in the he's the he's in.

00:21:25.000 Quite frankly, he's an enforcer like in the mob.

00:21:28.000 Like you talk about government, government gangsters.

00:21:30.000 He's like an enforcer in the government mob is essentially that the analogy.

00:21:35.000 Yeah, he is responsible for the cover up.

00:21:38.000 Look, as a former federal prosecutor, Russiagate guy, we went to Rosenstein and her and Chris

00:21:43.000 Ray, we being me and Devin and said, look, you guys weren't there in the Biden administration.

00:21:47.000 Help us expose the corruption at the FBI and DOJ.

00:21:50.000 And you guys can be the law enforcement heroes.

00:21:53.000 We don't need to be.

00:21:54.000 And instead of doing that, they doubled down and said no and flipped us the finger and said, 0.99

00:21:59.000 you guys are crazy. 0.94

00:22:00.000 You and Devin Nunes and Jim Jordan and everyone else in Congress. 0.98

00:22:03.000 There's no way the FBI lied to the DOJ's FISA court.

00:22:07.000 And there's no way Rod Rosenstein signed that application with special counsel her standing

00:22:11.000 next to him as his payday.

00:22:12.000 Well, all of that happened and they knew it.

00:22:15.000 And these guys are responsible for a cover up that's been going on for as long as Joe Biden's

00:22:20.000 classified documents have been in the wild seven years and running.

00:22:25.000 I wouldn't be surprised if these guys and their lawyers, as you talked about in the beginning

00:22:29.000 of the show, were the lawyers who went and found the so-called classified documents at

00:22:34.000 these certain locations.

00:22:35.000 And as you and I, Steve, we called it, there's going to be many more locations.

00:22:38.000 And so Republicans can't go around spiking the football.

00:22:41.000 We have to carry this thing the next hundred yards for the next year and make sure we get

00:22:46.000 every document from these corrupt actors.

00:22:48.000 And the one thing that this new subcommittee can do and Kevin McCarthy, take the money from

00:22:52.000 this special counsel her and fence it so he no longer has the authority to execute his 0.65

00:22:58.000 command issued by government gangster number one, Merrick Garland, and government gangster

00:23:02.000 number two, Chris Ray, who is going to handpick the investigators like he did for the cases revolving

00:23:09.000 Donald Trump.

00:23:11.000 He's going to pick the Peter Strzok's of the world and the Lisa pages.

00:23:15.000 We can't have.

00:23:16.000 Mike Davis, you were the first to go to the ramparts for President Trump on the 8th of

00:23:20.000 August.

00:23:21.000 You were the first.

00:23:22.000 You've been pretty lonely out there.

00:23:23.000 You also worked for one of the great, you clerked for one of the great civil libertarians,

00:23:28.000 Justice Gorsuch.

00:23:30.000 Is Cash right?

00:23:31.000 Have they turned these special prosecutors into people before that were looked at as above

00:23:36.000 everything and really do something without the politics weighed in?

00:23:40.000 Have they really been turned to the special forces that protect the deep state, sir?

00:23:45.000 It's actually worse than what Cash described.

00:23:48.000 Because if you look at Robert Herr, go back to 2006.

00:23:52.000 Robert Herr has been Chris Ray's longtime protege going back to 2006 when they worked in the

00:24:00.000 Justice Department Criminal Division together.

00:24:02.000 And guess who Chris Ray?

00:24:04.000 Chris Ray was the longtime protege to James Comey, who was fired by President Trump as the

00:24:10.000 FBI director.

00:24:11.000 And then Chris Ray became the FBI director.

00:24:14.000 And Chris Ray was also a longtime protege to Rod Rosenstein, who was the only U.S. attorney,

00:24:23.000 the only Bush 43 U.S. attorney who survived eight years of the Obama administration.

00:24:30.000 So, and as Cash said, Robert Herr was the deputy attorney general, Rod Rosenstein's principal

00:24:38.000 deputy for the Mueller probe.

00:24:41.000 So it's, it goes back to 2006, maybe even longer.

00:24:47.000 Wow.

00:24:48.000 Mike, this is, by the way, you called for it.

00:24:51.000 We got it.

00:24:52.000 Now we got to live with this guy.

00:24:54.000 And I think that would be blown up immediately.

00:24:55.000 How do people get to you on social media to follow you?

00:24:58.000 Cause you're coming in a little hot, particularly on, um, on your Twitter account.

00:25:04.000 It's article three project.org, article number three project.org at article three project at

00:25:10.000 article number three projects.

00:25:12.000 And my personal is M R D D M I A M R D D M I A.

00:25:17.000 And thank you, Steve.

00:25:18.000 And thank you, Cash.

00:25:20.000 Hey, Mike, I think I got recommendation.

00:25:22.000 I think Jordan ought to make you the chief, uh, the chief counsel for the, for the, for

00:25:26.000 the weaponization committee.

00:25:27.000 I'm just tossing that out there.

00:25:28.000 I'm tossing that out there.

00:25:29.000 I'm just, I'm throwing that out.

00:25:30.000 See if anybody, see if it sticks, but thanks.

00:25:32.000 Very well.

00:25:33.000 Along perfectly.

00:25:34.000 So yes.

00:25:35.000 Okay.

00:25:36.000 Thank you, brother.

00:25:37.000 Cash, uh, the book, uh, redacted, unredacted.

00:25:41.000 How do they get there?

00:25:42.000 How do they get to your writings?

00:25:43.000 Yeah.

00:26:27.000 Cash.

00:26:28.000 Thank you for coming on.

00:26:29.000 You're breaking news all the time in here.

00:26:30.000 Uh, real quickly, a sub, I'm going to hold you over. 1.00

00:26:33.000 You were my deputy over in the white house.

00:26:35.000 You saw it from the inside.

00:26:36.000 Um, this is going to take a lot of metaphorical wet work.

00:26:40.000 It's not going to be pretty.

00:26:41.000 Is it to get through this?

00:26:42.000 Uh, what they're not just a Biden thing, but they push forward and try to get justice here.

00:26:47.000 You agree.

00:26:48.000 Oh, I mean, what is that thing?

00:26:52.000 You said it's CPAC five years ago, Steve.

00:26:56.000 I mean, it's an evergreen.

00:26:58.000 If you think the deep state, the permanent bureaucracy, isn't going to put a fight up before

00:27:05.000 you take back your country, you got another thing coming. 1.00

00:27:09.000 I mean, absolutely.

00:27:10.000 This is the heart of the matter, whether it's Rosenstein, whether it's Jack Smith, whether

00:27:15.000 it's this new special prosecutor, these people have one thing in front of them.

00:27:21.000 We can take them down.

00:27:22.000 We can take back America from them, but it's going to be a fight. 0.98

00:27:25.000 And God bless the 20 last week who not only got those 60 months out of Kevin McCarthy,

00:27:32.000 but also sent a message to the rest of America that business as usual is done.

00:27:38.000 Footsie under the table with the Democrats, with the rhinos, with the deep state.

00:27:43.000 It's over, guys.

00:27:44.000 We got to fight, fight, fight.

00:27:46.000 Yeah.

00:27:47.000 Dr. Gorka is going to stick with us through the break.

00:27:50.000 Short break.

00:27:51.000 We're going to be back with Seb Gorka in the war room in just a moment.

00:29:32.000 Host Stephen K.

00:29:34.000 Back.

00:29:35.000 OK, every day we're going to be doing things on signal, which is, you know, signal, not noise, whether it's going to be about the debt ceiling, whether it's going to be about appropriations, whether it's going to be about talking about these culture issues, whatever they're doing up on Capitol Hill, how it translates to your life and then what's happening in the country.

00:29:58.000 But in the middle of all this, these investigations, this is what victory gets you.

00:30:03.000 These investigations have rattled the city.

00:30:07.000 What what what said was talking about is five years 2017.

00:30:10.000 I walked up really first time in front of the media since I'd taken over the Trump campaign in August.

00:30:16.000 And I said, there's three things they asked me.

00:30:18.000 Matt Schlapp said, hey, what are the three things that this administration is going to be known for?

00:30:21.000 I said one in America first national security, right?

00:30:24.000 National security focused on the CCP and redo all these alliances.

00:30:28.000 And number two is a MAGA America first manufacturing policy economy that focuses on U.S. citizens and high value paying jobs for your citizens.

00:30:38.000 Number three is deconstruction of the administrative state.

00:30:41.000 Right. And all the sub, you remember all the meetings.

00:30:44.000 They had 2000 media there at CPAC.

00:30:46.000 They had the the NHK and BBC and New York Times CNN.

00:30:49.000 And those guys go, what does Bennett just say deconstruct?

00:30:52.000 What was he talking about?

00:30:53.000 All the all the all the all the MAGA, the guys in bib overalls, everybody in bib overalls.

00:30:58.000 Right. All the all the deplorables.

00:31:00.000 They're all like high five.

00:31:02.000 Zach. Right.

00:31:04.000 Right.

00:31:05.000 You know exactly what we're talking about and say, do it.

00:31:08.000 So you're you're my deputy for strategy in the White House.

00:31:13.000 You interface between all of it in the National Security Council.

00:31:17.000 Yeah.

00:31:18.000 Put in context what happened, what's happening here, because, ladies and gentlemen, we're to the heart of it right now.

00:31:24.000 And it is going to get so nasty and so brutal.

00:31:27.000 It's so brutal. And you know, by the way, it's wilderness of mirrors because you never really know who's on side.

00:31:32.000 What are the other guys?

00:31:34.000 Well, they can be serving guys up.

00:31:36.000 But you do.

00:31:37.000 When you have a vote for the speaker, Dan Crenshaw calls Republicans terrorists.

00:31:41.000 I mean, this is the lovely purification by fire.

00:31:44.000 This is when the steel gets quenched in the bucket of oil by by the bladesmith.

00:31:49.000 I mean, this this was why the last week was glorious.

00:31:52.000 I mean, utterly glorious, whether whether it's, you know, you know, Newt Gingrich, who, along with you, is one of the smartest guys out there saying, you know, on on Friday, they just better suck it up and vote for Kevin.

00:32:05.000 And then two days later, after we've brought the heat, Gingrich has to say, no, no, no, democracy is a bit messy.

00:32:13.000 I mean, this is the purification moment when you see who the good guys are and who are the swamp creatures and who are just comfortable in the swamp.

00:32:23.000 So let's be clear here.

00:32:25.000 At the risk of being a little bit wonky, I worked for you in the SIG, which was this genius idea for a long range strategic initiatives group next to the president.

00:32:34.000 But because, you know, my remit was national security, I got access to the NSC and until what's his face until H.R. McMaster came in, I was all on all the classified distros to the NSC meetings.

00:32:47.000 And I was there in the room for six months while we wrote the national security strategy.

00:32:53.000 Now, if you haven't read it as a MAGA hobbit, you need to read the Trump national security strategy because it's the first one of its ilk in 20 years.

00:33:04.000 I don't care, you know, Democrat and Republican, Bush, Clinton, Obama. 0.99

00:33:08.900 It was all crap. 1.00

00:33:09.820 It was all garbage. 1.00

00:33:10.800 It was laundry lists of, you know, two front wars and saving the polar bears. 1.00

00:33:16.080 It was crap. 1.00

00:33:16.700 It was garbage. 1.00

00:33:17.380 It was, you know, you can't have strategy without priority. 0.99

00:33:20.160 We came in and we said, no, no, no, we're going to take down China. 0.98

00:33:24.020 It's great powers competition.

00:33:26.220 And we wrote a real NSC.

00:33:28.740 Now, that document, which you can read the unclassified version without the classified annexes, anybody can download it right now.

00:33:35.480 The Trump NSC was a declaration of war against the Rod Rosensteins, the Mark Millies, the Lloyd Austens, the Jack Smiths of the world.

00:33:47.460 This was a declaration of war against the deep state.

00:33:49.720 Why? 1.00

00:33:50.080 Because we said, guess what, scumbags? 1.00

00:33:52.540 America matters. 0.99

00:33:54.100 And we're going to fight America for America against its enemies, which includes the CCP, which includes Iran, which includes the Mueller's, which includes everybody who you've been grifting off for the last 30 or 40 years.

00:34:09.600 So everything connects at some level.

00:34:12.980 And what we're seeing now with the Biden files and his, you know, the Corvette defense, thank the good Lord, he said Corvette, because I drive Mustangs.

00:34:21.100 But what we witnessed just now is a tiny facet.

00:34:26.420 It's like a massive, you know, thousand-carat diamond.

00:34:30.600 This is one facet of the war with the deep state.

00:34:34.180 But the NSC was our declaration of war.

00:34:36.860 And then two months ago, when President Trump stands up at Mar-a-Lago and I'm right there and I hear him say, oh, and by the way, I've declared that I'm going to run for the presidency again.

00:34:45.860 And we're going to change the Constitution.

00:34:47.940 We're going to have term limits. 0.98

00:34:49.180 And we're going to ban any scumbag politician from being a lobbyist. 0.98

00:34:52.900 Dude, that's it. 0.99

00:34:55.320 The deep state has to take him down.

00:34:57.380 That's why all these things are connected, Steve.

00:35:01.900 Let's talk about maybe Biden taking.

00:35:04.100 To show about the victory last week, and this audience was on because, and look, 90% of this audience said, hey, look, we had an opportunity to take the head of the cartel out and we didn't get it done.

00:35:15.380 Number one, what I would tell people is we didn't have a bid away.

00:35:18.340 We didn't have a Jordan that was prepared to step up. 1.00

00:35:21.280 That was a big part.

00:35:22.620 But if that is to be anything meaningful, don't we have to have McCarthy and Jordan tonight stand up and say, yeah, no, this guy can't do it.

00:35:33.320 Because this goes back to the heart of, remember, he called Russia.

00:35:37.260 He calls different names.

00:35:38.380 Let me just, it was to nullify MAGA's victory in 2016.

00:35:42.920 It was to make sure that President Trump never got a real term.

00:35:46.820 And that's why they came after him with two impeachments.

00:35:49.740 All this, you know, the Mueller investigation, all of it.

00:35:52.880 It was to deny the American people of having a commander in chief to put America first and went against Wall Street and the corporatists to put in MAGA economic policies.

00:36:03.820 So, Seb, to show that our victory last week had any meaning, don't McCarthy and Jordan need to step up tonight and say, no way.

00:36:11.800 We'll zero your budget right now if you try to put her in here because her is just the enforcer of the apparatus. 1.00

00:36:19.040 So, there's, you know, a couple of stumbling blocks there. 0.62

00:36:24.060 Number one, irrespective of the weakness, the paucity of McCarthy and various rhinos and cowards in the GOP. 0.85

00:36:33.860 Even if you wanted to be a good guy, you have to understand strategy.

00:36:40.520 And tell me who on Capitol Hill actually understands an iota of what we've just been talking about for the last six minutes, right?

00:36:50.280 What we're talking about is strategic action that has to be taken.

00:36:54.100 And you're right, but, look, let's try it. 0.86

00:36:58.100 I think last week people like you and me, you know, brought enough heat for Newt Gingrich that he had to walk back his ridiculous comments. 0.91

00:37:05.140 So, let's try it.

00:37:06.480 Hey, Kevin, Jim, if you are serious about what happened last week, if you don't want the Dems to turn you into laughingstock,

00:37:16.100 right now, tonight, you have to make a statement that Smith and her cannot be special prosecutors because they are compromised.

00:37:26.360 They have conflict of interest.

00:37:28.160 And if they do not step down or are removed from their positions now, both will be, let's add it to Cash's comment,

00:37:37.260 both will be the first witnesses on the special committee on the weaponization of U.S. government.

00:37:43.400 Kevin, Jim, are you listening?

00:37:45.460 Hey, okay, hang on.

00:37:47.860 This is what we said the other day, leverage.

00:37:49.940 You have to use every piece of leverage.

00:37:52.460 I love what you just said.

00:37:53.380 You're saying use the leverage of we'll call him in for her will be the first guy in the box, right?

00:37:59.800 And we're going to go through all of everything Cash just went through, every memo, the whole Rod Rodenstein.

00:38:04.760 You threatened that or remove him right now.

00:38:07.500 Is that what your advice to Kevin McCarthy is?

00:38:09.700 But all three of them, I'd say Smith, the Mar-a-Lago investigator, her, who is Ray's protege.

00:38:17.420 I mean, how even Ray, the meat puppet Ray, has a protege blows my mind. 0.95

00:38:22.140 And on top of that, that oleaginous scumbag that I had run-ins with in the White House, Rosenstein. 0.98

00:38:29.580 Let's make an announcement. 0.93

00:38:31.140 First three witnesses of the weaponization of federal government special committee will be Rod Rosenstein, Jack Smith, and her.

00:38:38.760 Come on, guys.

00:38:39.620 Get serious.

00:38:40.280 Did you want the committee?

00:38:41.300 If you wanted the committee, get serious.

00:38:45.020 Now, before I lose you, I only got a couple of minutes.

00:38:47.260 I got four minutes.

00:38:48.080 I got to ask you, because this is a wilderness of mirrors, particularly on the other side.

00:38:51.940 You never really know.

00:38:53.940 You know, they do lots of misdirection plays.

00:38:57.400 This thing, I realize they're freaked out that now we have power.

00:39:00.240 And they've seen, ladies and gentlemen, the committee on China and the committee on weaponization, these guys are freaked out.

00:39:07.880 They've never seen anything like this.

00:39:09.220 And by the way, Kevin said, McCarthy said, the rise of the CCP, not China, not Lao Bajing.

00:39:14.920 The CCP, they're in freak-out mode.

00:39:18.700 How does this, I understand they're going to come up now with everything, you know, the FDA, they didn't have the right information, all this.

00:39:25.680 But how did Biden, all of a sudden, this start popping on Biden?

00:39:29.620 I mean, if you're experiencing this area, which I know you are, Seb, you said the right way and go, there's too many incoming coming on a guy in that position, sir.

00:39:38.240 Yeah.

00:39:38.840 Yeah.

00:39:38.940 So here's why I asked your opinion in the break, because I've got this amazing team.

00:39:45.280 My radio team and my producer, Jeff, has the best political instincts.

00:39:49.820 His marrow is the best marrow out there when it comes to political questions.

00:39:53.820 And he had a theory yesterday that they're just pushing this out.

00:39:57.940 After the Mexico statement, they're pushing this out to get it out of the way and making an old story by 24 in the election.

00:40:04.480 After the last 24 hours, with the garage, with the private library documents, he said, you know, I'm not too sure this is like so much incoming.

00:40:15.900 Are they throwing him under the bus?

00:40:17.200 And it just reminded me of the great Andrew Breitbart, dripping it out in multiple hits.

00:40:25.000 Are they taking him down?

00:40:27.720 Are they throwing him under the bus?

00:40:29.340 If you listen to his presser today, this is a guy who is scared.

00:40:35.300 Biden's scared.

00:40:36.580 And that's good.

00:40:37.320 Big time.

00:40:37.700 But what's driving it?

00:40:38.940 Big time.

00:40:39.580 I don't know.

00:40:40.120 Big time.

00:40:40.260 What do you think?

00:40:42.500 But in it, by the way, when they said inadvertently, inadvertently has intent has nothing to do with a compartment at top secret.

00:40:48.860 It's a felony.

00:40:50.820 It's a felony.

00:40:51.540 It has nothing.

00:40:52.140 When she said that.

00:40:52.560 When Corrine Jean-Pierre said that, I said, keep talking because we're going to use that in court against your boss.

00:40:59.140 Yeah.

00:41:00.900 Do you see Susan Rice's fingerprints on any of this?

00:41:05.840 You know what I'm thinking of?

00:41:07.220 And this is a complete hunch.

00:41:08.660 I'm not basing this on empirical evidence.

00:41:10.920 But because there's been this vault of fast, this 180 in just 24 hours, you know what I'm thinking of here, which is plausible because it happens all the time in this city, it's some kind of retribution.

00:41:23.380 This is personal animus.

00:41:25.320 And that somebody, a Democrat, just hates Joe so much.

00:41:28.880 He just crossed the line last week or whatever.

00:41:31.760 And they're just taking him out.

00:41:33.380 Because one story, I get it, okay, the closet in the China think tank.

00:41:38.540 But then next to the paint cans in the garage and then in my filing cabinet in my private office, and then he has to stumble over a press statement that's been badly written already.

00:41:49.140 You know, somebody's out to take him down, I think.

00:41:52.360 Yeah.

00:41:52.400 You know, they may be coming to the conclusion, the dementia is so bad, right, that he wants to run, but they've got to get him out of the way.

00:42:01.860 Dr. Gorka, how do people get to your content?

00:45:56.320 I want to go to Venezuela, and I got Burkwam. 1.00

00:46:00.380 You know, I specifically told, I kind of told Burkwam, but I definitely told Oscar Blue Ramirez, one of my favorite folks in the world, because he's been in so many dangerous situations.

00:46:10.080 He's been in harm's way so many times.

00:46:11.240 I said, Oscar, in 2023, you're going to be safe.

00:46:13.660 We've got to figure out how to cover the border story and not put you in harm's way.

00:46:17.320 So naturally, the first hit on War Room in 2023 with Oscar Blue Ramirez, Burkwam's going down on one of the most dangerous borders in the world in Venezuela.

00:46:27.120 Guys, we've got about six minutes.

00:46:28.940 I'm going to toss it to you.

00:46:29.840 Tell me what's going on.

00:46:30.720 Well, first, I just want you to notice behind us, Steve, and we are safe.

00:46:36.660 This is the line right here.

00:46:37.980 This is technically Venezuela.

00:46:39.460 If I put my foot across here, they could snatch us up.

00:46:43.200 Basically, at the other point of entry that we were at, that's what they threatened to do for getting too close to the border, which is ironic.

00:46:49.300 As people are fleeing Venezuela, they're talking about arresting an American citizen for getting too close to Venezuela.

00:46:54.340 But the craziest thing that I've seen all day, you never know what you're going to see until you actually go somewhere.

00:46:59.320 But it's this, it's the fact that we know this, Venezuelans are starving, but they can't feed their people.

00:47:05.460 And so what you have all day long are these cart after cart after cart, full carts of food and hygiene and toilet paper and just basic necessities going into Venezuela and coming back out.

00:47:16.900 They're all empty.

00:47:17.680 There's nothing that Venezuela is providing back.

00:47:19.860 And we interviewed a lot of the people that are down here, especially the ones that are fleeing, trying to get to America or anywhere else.

00:47:24.660 Some of them are going to Chile.

00:47:25.580 Some of them are just trying to get out of Venezuela because of the disaster that communism is.

00:47:31.000 And that's what they said.

00:47:31.620 They said they can't feed themselves.

00:47:33.260 They thanked Colombia.

00:47:34.860 And kind of the most stark comment that was said to us today was, as a guy was leaving, he said, God has left Venezuela.

00:47:43.440 And it's just the saddest thing.

00:47:45.520 You think about the Venezuelan people.

00:47:47.220 They're such proud people.

00:47:48.420 They love their country.

00:47:49.320 It used to be the most prosperous country in the world until communism, socialism took over.

00:47:53.300 And now they can't even feed themselves.

00:47:55.780 And that is the root.

00:47:56.760 You know, you have Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

00:47:59.240 These then the left is talking about root causes.

00:48:01.780 They are the cause.

00:48:02.900 The people that are pushing socialism and communism and ignoring the corruption.

00:48:07.060 They are the cause of the problem.

00:48:08.900 Blue.

00:48:09.340 Yes, this is one of the most.

00:48:10.940 Let me ask you a question.

00:48:12.360 Oscar, hang on.

00:48:13.480 I want to I want to ask you guys a question.

00:48:15.080 You guys have been covering the surge on the American border.

00:48:18.420 You're thousands of miles away.

00:48:19.760 What would take Oscar Blue and Ben, why are you at Venezuela when you're talking about the invasion of the United States of America?

00:48:29.160 Well, because we're going to show what the mainstream media and the left doesn't want you to see.

00:48:32.280 We're going to show you the actual process.

00:48:33.780 We're going from here.

00:48:34.720 We can't tell you the exact route we're going to be going, but we're going to be taking you on the route that these people take and showing you why they're taking it.

00:48:41.120 And also the corruption along the way, the root causes that Joe Biden and the left refuse to admit.

00:48:47.020 We're going to show you what the mainstream media doesn't want you to see.

00:48:49.820 Yes.

00:48:50.160 And this is one of the most important bridges that connects with in terms to migration.

00:48:54.320 More than 600,000 migrants from Venezuela fleed on the year 2022, according to Colombian authorities.

00:49:00.420 This is a really important bridge of connection in terms to the migration of Venezuelans into the country of Colombia,

00:49:07.080 that it has hurt the Colombian government and also Colombian people.

00:49:10.540 We were in Bogota and they have hurt a lot in terms to the economy, in terms to Venezuelans going over there to Colombia to work on the low working wages that they have lowered down there. 0.99

00:49:22.120 They have complicated the situation in terms of that.

00:49:24.400 And also one thing that is really sensitive, it is the minor prostitution, Mr. Bannon, has been regular.

00:49:30.680 It's something that is legal in some parts in the borders between Venezuela and Colombia.

00:49:35.780 It is sad to see that.

00:49:37.480 But the most sad thing is also the health crisis that is also living over here.

00:49:41.740 You've got a lot of people coming from Venezuela to Colombia to be helped in terms to medicine.

00:49:46.600 This is what a communist socialist government will do to your country.

00:49:52.880 Ben, talk to us about what you and Oscar, we're going to have you on every day that you guys are available.

00:49:58.400 But walk us through. We've got a couple of minutes. Walk us through the epic journey that you're going to take with the without giving the details for for for your safety with these with these migrants that are come up and then get to the border, become illegal aliens into the United States, sir. 0.98

00:50:12.420 Well, we're going to start the process here. As Blue mentioned, the reason we're starting here is because so many people start here and it's not just Venezuelans.

00:50:21.040 It's Cubans that are flying in. It's Middle Eastern people that are flying in, Iranians that are flying into Venezuela and then coming up.

00:50:27.340 This is where many of the journey to start. The journey starts for many people.

00:50:30.420 We're going to be following that across Colombia into Panama, coming up through Panama.

00:50:34.800 And then we have some other potential routes that we're going to be taking or some other stops we're going to be making along the way.

00:50:40.980 But basically taking you to those places and showing you the danger and the reality and really ultimately exposing Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the left for the frauds that they are.

00:50:52.800 Blue, how are you going to be safe if you're if your mandate for 23 was to be stay safe so you could do all your great reporting?

00:50:58.680 How are you going to stay safe when you're you're basically going to take the most dangerous journey in the world, sir?

00:51:04.800 We got God on our hands and God on our side, Mr. Bannon.

00:51:09.460 And we know that we are exposing the truth and always God is with us when we are exposing the truth.

00:51:14.520 And, you know, we got the best network that is Real America's Voice News.

00:51:18.080 And, you know, and people like yourself, Mr. Bannon, there's always exposing the truth that pushes us to do these things and to go to places that no other media,

00:51:26.040 no other leftist mainstream media wants to go and expose the reality and truth and expose Mallorcas. 0.96

00:51:31.140 Yes. And huge shout out to the Colombian police who are actually giving us protection here.
