Bannon's War Room - Episode 2462： More Classified Documents Found; The Long Arm Of The Uniparty

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:27.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:32.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:36.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:00:51.000 The search is clearly complete. They completed the search.

00:00:56.000 The search is complete. He is confident in this process.

00:01:00.000 You should assume that it's been completed, yes.

00:01:02.000 After the search concluded last night, that search was completed last night.

00:01:06.000 The development of six new documents with classified markings,

00:01:11.000 some of which date back to Biden's time in the Senate,

00:01:14.000 others of which date back to his time as vice president,

00:01:17.000 is certainly the biggest headline tonight.

00:01:19.000 The other thing that I noticed, and Eamon, I'm sure you did too,

00:01:23.000 is those aren't the only documents that the DOJ took this evening.

00:01:26.000 They didn't dimension the total number of documents that they took.

00:01:30.000 They just said the documents that they took relevant to the investigation

00:01:33.000 included six documents with classification markings.

00:01:36.000 Certainly the age of any of the documents from his time in the Senate

00:01:40.000 is at least 14 years old and potentially longer,

00:01:43.000 given President Biden's 30 year tenure in the Senate.

00:01:47.000 So that's certainly of concern.

00:01:48.000 The length of time the DOJ was at the Biden's residence

00:01:52.000 is also somewhat of a head scratcher.

00:01:54.000 The Wilmington residence is definitely beautiful,

00:01:57.000 but it is not Mar-a-Lago in its size or scope.

00:02:00.000 And the fact that they were there for over 12 hours

00:02:03.000 is also something that made an impression on me tonight.

00:02:05.000 But how can he say he takes classified material seriously

00:02:09.000 when some of what was found may have been in his home for more than a decade

00:02:13.000 and he seemingly had no idea?

00:02:18.000 Well, the important point there, Martha, is that he had no idea.

00:02:21.000 As you know, if you're serving in the Senate or as vice president or president,

00:02:25.000 you literally get millions of documents coming through your office

00:02:29.000 a week in and week out.

00:02:31.000 And as you get more senior and as the matters that you're handling

00:02:34.000 are more important and occasionally more classified, the volume gets higher.

00:02:38.000 So I do think this was inadvertent.

00:02:41.000 The whole point of having a special counsel is to ensure that

00:02:45.000 and to give the American people confidence in that.

00:02:48.000 But frankly, Martha, I also don't think this is an issue

00:02:51.000 that's keeping Americans up at night.

00:02:53.000 Can you give us a sense of how many classified documents

00:02:55.000 we are now talking about total across all three locations?

00:03:00.000 Sure. It's a good question.

00:03:01.000 And actually, the answer to it is a little bit complicated because of this point

00:03:05.000 that I'm making about the integrity of an ongoing Justice Department investigation.

00:03:09.000 The Justice Department is going to be looking at all sorts of questions like that

00:03:12.000 throughout their investigation.

00:03:14.000 We want to be very, very careful to be respectful of the integrity of that investigation,

00:03:18.000 to not speak too much about the underlying contents and materials,

00:03:22.000 especially things that we may not know all the answers to.

00:03:25.000 Take on the Biden documents case as it stands right now.

00:03:29.000 You know, the way I look at this is to think about what the Justice Department is doing.

00:03:35.000 It's a reminder that the laws apply to everyone.

00:03:38.000 And that's true whether you're a sitting president or a former president,

00:03:41.000 or you're just anybody else.

00:03:43.000 And the Justice Department has said special prosecutor for a former president,

00:03:48.000 special prosecutor for a sitting president.

00:03:50.000 And the Justice Department will go forward without fear or favor.

00:03:54.000 And that's exactly how it should be in a functioning democracy.

00:03:58.000 Are there any possibilities that there are documents at other locations owned

00:04:04.000 or used by President Biden in the past?

00:04:06.000 So the president's personal lawyers and DOJ are in communication,

00:04:11.000 and they're making sure that they're coordinated on the next steps of this investigation.

00:04:15.000 Look, we're going to be really careful not to talk about potential future steps

00:04:18.000 and developments in the investigation itself because we respect the independence of DOJ

00:04:22.000 to conduct this thoroughly and fairly on their own accord.

00:04:25.000 And so I'm just not going to get ahead of that process in questions like that.

00:04:28.000 Okay, so there's a possibility.

00:04:32.000 Okay, welcome.

00:04:33.000 Monday, 23 January in the year of our Lord, 2023.

00:04:37.000 I'm going to start with this.

00:04:39.000 It could turn into a complete fiasco.

00:04:40.000 The question is when is the FBI going to do a raid on his locations,

00:04:45.000 particularly the University of Pennsylvania where his presidential papers.

00:04:48.000 These documents from the Senate could be from not 14 years ago, prior to that,

00:04:54.000 but I'm sure most of it revolves around, wait for it, Ukraine.

00:04:59.000 Kash Patel, you've been in the middle of this since the very beginning,

00:05:04.000 since the nullification project started basically an hour or two after President Trump defeated Hillary Clinton

00:05:13.000 on the morning of November 9th of 2016.

00:05:17.000 Walk us through your assessment of this fiasco, sir.

00:05:21.000 Hey, Steve, it's great to be back with you.

00:05:24.000 And it looks like War Room is the only one that's been covering it 100% accurately.

00:05:27.000 Called it on War Room with you.

00:05:29.000 More and more documents are going to be found.

00:05:31.000 Let's talk intent and then documents and then DOJ.

00:05:34.000 The fact that these documents go back to-

00:05:37.000 Hang on, cash, cash, cash, cash.

00:05:39.000 Hang on for a second.

00:05:40.000 I want to make sure the audience understands this.

00:05:42.000 How did you know?

00:05:43.000 Because the very first day this broke, you came on here and go, hey,

00:05:48.000 there are going to be a lot more documents and a lot more locations.

00:05:51.000 How did you know that and say with such certainty?

00:05:54.000 Because actually what I'm going to tell you for the first time, which I haven't said on the air or in any media,

00:05:59.000 this investigation did not start because librarians at NARA came out and said there are overdue library books.

00:06:07.000 Excuse me. You guys forgot to return X.

00:06:09.000 As a former federal prosecutor, as the guy who led the intelligence community, classified investigations don't start there.

00:06:15.000 You know where they start?

00:06:16.000 When you have a crime that you are investigating.

00:06:19.000 You know what crime the DOJ was looking at for the last four years?

00:06:22.000 Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:06:24.000 Mark my word, this classified investigation will it will be put out by the federalization of the excuse me,

00:06:31.000 the weaponization of the federal government subcommittee on Jim Jordan when they get the following document.

00:06:36.000 The electronic communication, the E.C., just like Devin and I got in Russiagate.

00:06:41.000 That is a singular document of the FBI that says where and when the investigation started.

00:06:45.000 It will trace right back to Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:06:49.000 They will find information on it about China and Russia and Ukraine, which led them to go and search for documentation relevant to that crime, which led them to Joe Biden's door.

00:07:01.000 And that's why I have always said when NARA said, oh, we were missing one set of documents.

00:07:07.000 I said that is the biggest political cover up of a crime I've ever seen.

00:07:11.000 And it's going to be a waterfall of documents.

00:07:15.000 And now they've come out.

00:07:16.000 And that leads me to the the intent portion, Steve.

00:07:19.000 The fact that Joe Biden has all these lawyers who are around the documents and investigation, let's put that aside.

00:07:25.000 None of these lawyers are telling him to shut up.

00:07:27.000 He's out there literally lying and talking about consciousness of guilt.

00:07:31.000 It's a it's a federal term we use in criminal trials.

00:07:34.000 I have no idea.

00:07:35.000 I didn't know this was going on.

00:07:37.000 It's like me when I was a public defender defended murders and they were like they tell the cops, oh, I don't know what happened.

00:07:42.000 And then the cops put out the receipts and then they put in front of the jury and they're like, hey, you lied about it to the world.

00:07:48.000 This guy just doesn't know when to quit.

00:07:50.000 And the fact that they were in the wild for 15 to 20 years is a reflection on his intent.

00:07:56.000 He's going to continuously say he had no idea what was going on for 20 some years as it relates to classified documentation.

00:08:02.000 And remember the intent requirement for classified documents when it comes to being a felony.

00:08:06.000 You simply have to be reckless, which means you have to be doing what Joe Biden is doing right now.

00:08:11.000 I want to go to the I want to go because we always do this cash, as you know, we did in the White House.

00:08:19.000 We do it. We get a timeline going because once you get a timeline, things begun to reveal themselves.

00:08:23.000 And you notice a lot of times when they're spinning, they don't want to talk about a timeline.

00:08:27.000 And you have you've always go, hey, you got to go back to the beginning, the Russia gate and Ukraine, all that.

00:08:34.000 The great Miranda Devine has a column up and she goes back to the laptop from hell and talks about an email. 0.97

00:08:42.000 And quite frankly, she's very about this. This there's one email that kind of jumps off the page of you.

00:08:47.000 I think he's sending it to to Devin Archer. Right. And I think it's in 2013.

00:08:54.000 And it's a it's a 22 point memo. It's an email from Hunter.

00:09:00.000 And normally Hunter's emails are, you know, about, hey, let's meet here and have drinks.

00:09:05.000 Hey, I'm sending you over the deal for ten million dollars. They're pithy.

00:09:09.000 They're to the point. They're either about drugs, sex or money laundering. Right.

00:09:14.000 Right. It's one of three things. He's got one to Devin Archer that's 22.

00:09:19.000 That's 22 bullet points, 22 items. And it's incredibly informed.

00:09:24.000 I mean, and you read it and she picked it out in your classification of mine.

00:09:28.000 When you see this, you go, hmm, this was pulled off a classified document because Hunter Biden not in a zillion years could could read this.

00:09:35.000 But it also predates it predates the modern revolution.

00:09:40.000 It shows you the strategic thinking of certain elements of the U.S. government to get involved here.

00:09:48.000 This is going to be so explosive.

00:09:50.000 It's one of the things we've talked about this whole deal in the Ukraine.

00:09:53.000 Just I mean, think about how the Ukraine is pops up, you know, in the impeachment.

00:09:57.000 It pops up now. It's it pops up all over the place.

00:10:00.000 Cash, your thoughts and observations about that, sir.

00:10:04.000 Well, yeah, that's what I wanted to talk to you about, along with the fact that this investigation we're going to find out originated with Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:10:11.000 Nobody's talking about that. But as a federal prosecutor, the search warrant should have gone out immediately to every location this laptop and Hunter Biden ever spent four seconds in because we are talking about.

00:10:22.000 Remember, here's the verbiage and legalese that the Biden administration.

00:10:26.000 Let's just take the latest example you're using. They're saying six sets of documents were found.

00:10:31.000 Well, Steve, you know, and I know from my time in government, a set, one set could be a thousand pages.

00:10:37.000 Rarely have I ever seen in my career one set of documents being one page.

00:10:42.000 So what they're not telling us is the amount of pages that have been in the wild.

00:10:48.000 We still don't have that.

00:10:49.000 Unlike Mar-a-Lago, where they strewn all the pages on the floor.

00:10:53.000 I think they probably didn't have enough floor space at the Delaware at the Delaware Biden ranch to put that stuff down on his 15 acres because we're probably talking about thousands of pages of classified and confidential material, which is unlawful to have.

00:11:07.000 So for me, that tells me that the DOJ has reverse engineered this prosecution investigation to cover it up, to reach a conclusion that they want, which is akin to what they said about Hillary Clinton, the legal fiction where James Comey vindicated her with a legal basis that doesn't exist.

00:11:24.000 They're gonna be like, oh, Joe Biden, you know, he could have been more careful with these thousands of pages of documents, but he was just reckless.

00:11:33.000 So we're gonna let him go. But the difference here is it's gonna be tough to let him go.

00:11:37.000 As you said, when you're talking about Hunter Biden taking this information off some of these documents, possibly, and then he using it for pay to play with the Ukraine.

00:11:48.000 And what about the other way? Was Joe Biden compromised by the taking of this documentation and his attempts to utilize it and pay for play?

00:11:57.000 Did the CCP and the Ukraine gain a leverage point of then a sitting senator, of then a vice president, and now more importantly of our current commander in chief?

00:12:05.000 It goes to the heart of our national security apparatus that this guy has kept our nation's secrets in his cereal box at one location that we know about.

00:12:15.000 Well, actually, I should say five. And we're gonna buy we're gonna find out about five or 10 more.

00:12:20.000 You're right. The UPenn library, those need to be rated.

00:12:23.000 The subpoenas need to go out by the weaponization on the subcommittee for by Jim Jordan.

00:12:27.000 That was the FBI is just not going to do it. We can't wait to see what Hunter Hunter Biden and Joe Biden's lawyers allow us to look at.

00:12:35.000 It's like crowd strike all over again during Russiagate where James Comey bending and bending the knee to crowd strike and say, hey, nothing to see at the DNC servers.

00:12:44.000 Why don't you guys go take a look and let us know what you find is the total destruction of justice.

00:12:49.000 You're saying I want to go back and if I can keep it for a few minutes through the break, but I want you to go back to what you said at the top.

00:12:57.000 You're saying the two November, which I keep saying drive a stake in that and go back that that was part of a a a a a FBI DOJ investigation into Hunter's laptop where they had come up with their clearly been classified documents or etc.

00:13:13.000 And that's why you got his personal lawyers rummaging around in the in the closet at the CCP Penn Biden Center, sir. Is that your point?

00:13:22.000 Yeah, that's that. And along with the fact that there that is a marker they set down because they didn't want it to go back to Joe Biden and say, we've been looking at this investigation for years.

00:13:33.500 They wanted a fictional date to say, oh, we just found out it was very recent.

00:13:38.300 And neither Joe Biden nor his lawyers, nor the DOJ knew how expansive the amount of documentation was going to be.

00:13:47.060 So that fictional date is coming that to bite them in the rear end because now it doesn't withstand the test of just simple mathematics and facts.

00:13:54.980 There is no way Joe Biden have 20 years worth of classified information out there and the librarians at NARA, not the 10,000 FBI agents or the slew of other agencies we have found out.

00:14:07.020 But the librarians at NARA, are you do are we really to believe that they were the ones doing a book analysis and said you have an overdue book in the form of classified papers?

00:14:16.720 Because Biden's lawyers, Biden's lawyers went to them and said, hey, you need you guys need to say this publicly so we can save face.

00:14:25.940 Cash Patel is the author of Government Gangsters. Short commercial break. Cash on the other side.

00:14:31.920 We have Jeffrey Clark, a national security. First of all, multiple crimes have been committed, but we also have a national security crisis around the CCP, Ukraine, the Biden crime family all next in the war room.

00:14:46.720 We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.

00:14:59.540 Will the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened Biden, more wasteful government spending, higher taxes, a deepening of inflation?

00:16:05.080 Time to talk about today. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

00:16:08.020 You know, the only I will answer the question, but here's the deal.

00:16:18.780 You know, what quite frankly bugs me is that we have a serious problem here.

00:16:23.900 We're talking about what we're talking about. We're talking about what's going on and the American people don't quite understand why you don't ask me questions about that.

00:16:32.320 But having said that, what's your question?

00:16:33.780 Do you have your red shirt and then you do not reveal the existence of the documents back in November before the midterm?

00:16:40.300 Yes. Hang on. Okay. Look, as we found, we found a handful of documents were failed, were filed in the wrong place.

00:16:50.180 We immediately turned them over to the archives of the Justice Department.

00:16:53.900 We're fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly.

00:16:57.560 I think you're going to find there's nothing there. I have no regrets.

00:17:01.060 I'm following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do.

00:17:04.400 It's exactly what we're doing. There's no there there. Thank you.

00:17:10.840 Cash Patel, put your prosecutor hat on. By the way, that's a cornered rat. 0.94

00:17:15.360 They get very snippy. They get very snippy when when the mainstream media has got to ask us a straight question.

00:17:21.160 But is that a cornered rat, sir?

00:17:24.140 Absolutely. As a former federal prosecutor, as a former public defender, I'm I'm screaming at this guy saying, please shut up. 0.98

00:17:30.040 The key verbiage in that entire statement you just played is, quote, we found, end quote, Biden and his camp found these documents.

00:17:40.820 Steve, it goes back to the point we were talking about before the commercial break.

00:17:43.900 What led Biden and his camp to go look for these documents in the first place?

00:17:48.580 Do you think this guy woke up from a 19 year coma and said, oh, I should go look for these classified documents?

00:17:54.420 No, the DOJ was on the manhunt of the Hunter Biden investigation.

00:17:59.420 And during that process, this is where these documents were uncovered.

00:18:02.880 And that's why they set up the fictional date of November 2nd with the librarians.

00:18:06.940 That was the other part of the quote where Joe Biden goes, oh, we call the librarians at NARA and said, here you go.

00:18:13.040 No, nobody's asking. The question is, why did we find the documents?

00:18:17.360 You, Joe Biden and your camp. Yes.

00:18:19.140 What were you doing looking for them in the first place?

00:18:21.240 It's not like they were cleaning out the broom closet.

00:18:25.180 Yeah. Well, the highly paid personal lawyers all tied to the White House counsel's office, Bob Bauer, what I call the Democratic Illuminati of these heavy hitting Democratic law firms.

00:18:36.180 You've called this from day one because you're in government gangsters is the book.

00:18:40.860 I don't think there's been a more perfectly timed book recently than this.

00:18:45.900 How do people get it?

00:18:47.300 And before I go there, one more thing before I get Jeffrey Clark on here.

00:18:51.860 You talked about the weaponization of government and we got oversight with Comer and both, you know, they've been sending letters, particularly Jim Jordan.

00:18:59.120 They got the brushback pitch, ongoing investigation.

00:19:01.920 So now they've really got to mount up here because this is just the reason the special counsel, as you called it, and they got a deep state guy, although is a is a uniparty Republican.

00:19:11.980 Right. They're just going to try to drag this out and hide it.

00:19:15.640 So so how if they're doing the brushback pitch of ongoing investigation, how do you get over that cash?

00:19:22.640 Here's the good news. We knew it was coming.

00:19:24.140 And when Merrick Garland and Chris Ray and these government gangsters go to the podium and say we are operating under the traditional traditions and principles of the DOJ, those traditions and principles are why the DOJ has been destroyed.

00:19:35.460 And that's a key phraseology that we can no longer let them rely on.

00:19:39.440 And this this latest issue of them saying, oh, it's an ongoing investigation.

00:19:43.620 There is no rule of law that forbids them from turning these documents over, except their traditions of covering up corruption.

00:19:50.980 And here's the better news. The government, the weaponization of the federal government subcommittee not only issues subpoenas, but here's what they do next.

00:19:58.060 We talked about in your show. They take their money.

00:20:00.900 They want to play hardball. No problem. You take the FBI and DOJ's money by doing what we call fencing and you put up pockets of money and you literally build artificial walls around them.

00:20:11.320 And you say, hey, Chris Ray, you can't have your 10 new Escalades.

00:20:14.780 Hey, Merrick Garland, you can't have your fifty thousand dollar new coffee table for your office.

00:20:19.660 These guys operate based on taxpayer funded corruption.

00:20:23.280 And the only way we are going to get through to that is by taking their money.

00:20:27.200 It's totally legal. And the Speaker of the House can authorize that we did it in Russiagate once to Rod Rosenstein and Chris Ray because Paul Ryan wouldn't let us do it again.

00:20:36.300 And I got a thousand pages of documents that people said we'd never get about the FISA's and Russiagate, the Bruce Orr 302, Steele, Perkins Cooey and everything else.

00:20:44.200 It's totally doable.

00:20:47.720 Talk to me about the book, the timing of the book.

00:20:50.360 And by the way, the struggle that you're going to have to get the unredacted version is going to be monumental because I'm sure they're going to be in your grill on every page and every name you drop on this.

00:21:00.000 Tell me about Government Gangsters.

00:21:01.700 Yeah, the manuscript's done.

00:21:03.100 Go to governmentgangsters.com.

00:21:04.600 And for all the war room posse out there, 20 percent off today only on the presale, 20 percent off, including signed copies for the band and crew.

00:21:13.080 Go to governmentgangsters.com.

00:21:14.860 The manuscript is sitting at DOD with the government gangsters themselves who are preventing its release, but we are going to fight it.

00:21:21.940 We talk about taking on the deep state agencies of DOJ and FBI and DOD and CIA and fixing them and returning them to restore the service to the American people.

00:21:30.680 Their traditions and principles, Steve, are what we are going to destroy by exposing it in government gangsters so we can go back to work for the American people when President Trump's back in office.

00:21:40.480 Cash, what are your – by the way, Cash will either be DOD.

00:21:45.100 I'm thinking now, Cash, you know, I've got Jeffrey Clark up next, maybe the future Attorney General.

00:21:49.600 I don't know if you're CIA, DNI, DOD, State Department.

00:21:54.160 I don't know, man.

00:21:55.520 It's going to be big.

00:21:56.660 I can tell you that it's going to be big.

00:21:58.300 What – Cash, some morning Mika's in full meltdown right now. 1.00

00:22:02.080 Cash Patel's coming back as Secretary of Defense.

00:22:04.820 Cash, what are your coordinates?

00:22:06.680 How do people follow you during the day?

00:22:08.140 Because your social media comes in a little hot sometimes.

00:22:12.020 Yeah, I exist at fightwithcash.com, but one place on social media, at Cash, at K-A-S-H on Truth Social, at Cash on Truth Social.

00:22:19.940 And maybe I'll put up a Joe and Mika post.

00:22:21.680 Actually, Steve, that's a great idea.

00:22:23.360 If you guys go to Government Gangsters and take care of the – governmentgangsters.com and take advantage of 20% off,

00:22:29.040 I'm going to buy Joe and Mika personalized copies of Government Gangsters and send it to them with a personalized note.

00:22:36.720 Hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:22:38.780 I may actually order that.

00:22:40.140 Remember, it's Morning Mika and her side piece, Joe. 0.58

00:22:43.500 We've got to get –

00:22:44.000 That's going in the book.

00:22:44.840 The patriarchy over at MSMAC has got to stop.

00:22:53.000 We've got to get to Morning Mika. 0.78

00:22:55.000 Cash, thank you so much and brilliant analysis from the get-go on this, sir.

00:22:59.700 Thanks, brother.

00:23:00.160 Have a great day.

00:23:02.280 Thank you.

00:23:02.780 Mike Davis, who was joining us in the afternoon of 8 August, has got a lot to say about this.

00:23:08.000 Mike is going to join us in the 5 o'clock hour.

00:23:09.740 I want to bring in now Jeffrey Clark, one of the true warriors in the Trump administration.

00:23:15.420 Jeffrey, give me your assessment.

00:23:17.160 You're an old hand at this stuff.

00:23:18.440 Give me your assessment of this entire debacle, sir.

00:23:23.720 Well, Steve, it's great to be on again.

00:23:25.560 I want to start with this quotation from the Washington Post, which I think is just mind-blowing.

00:23:31.080 Early on, Biden's attorneys and Justice Department investigators both thought they had a shared understanding about keeping the matter quiet.

00:23:40.220 Just pause on that for a second.

00:23:42.120 I mean, that's truly amazing, right?

00:23:43.640 And now we know why we have a special counsel, right?

00:23:47.980 Because there was an agreement, essentially, for this 68 days of silence before someone leaked word of this story or part of it to CBS News.

00:23:57.900 Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey.

00:23:59.500 Jeffrey, Jeffrey, you've got to – yeah, they went to a friendly source.

00:24:02.920 You've got to read that again.

00:24:04.380 The shared understanding.

00:24:07.340 You're in the business.

00:24:08.640 This is the buried lead.

00:24:10.220 This would be a screaming headline in the old days of Breitbart, the shared understanding.

00:24:15.640 Go ahead.

00:24:16.040 Give it to me again.

00:24:17.120 Exactly.

00:24:17.700 Well, it was a buried lead, Steve, and it's not buried in a Breitbart story.

00:24:22.480 So you're right on.

00:24:23.300 So here's the quotation again.

00:24:25.080 Early on, Biden's attorneys and Justice Department investigators both thought they had a shared understanding about keeping the matter quiet, which I just think is mind-blowing and is not the way the Justice Department should be proceeding.

00:24:39.840 It seems to create a massive conflict of interest, right?

00:24:42.700 There's an agreement between the investigateee and the investigators.

00:24:46.640 So that's just – I think that that is blockbuster and really should be getting a lot more attention.

00:24:54.480 It's definitely blockbuster in the fact that also Biden's lawyers, Bob Bauer, who's married to Anita Dunn – remember, the reason Anita Dunn is not the chief of staff this morning because she is the chief of staff.

00:25:07.640 Klain quit, I'm sure, because he saw this madness going on.

00:25:12.600 If you read the New York Times during the 68 days, he's not in the inner circle.

00:25:16.120 The reason, he's a policy guy.

00:25:17.740 They need wartime consigliaries, right? 0.79

00:25:20.620 Anita Dunn is running the deal.

00:25:22.540 She's Bob Bauer's wife.

00:25:23.640 Bob Bauer is now, quote-unquote, the lawyer for – the personal lawyer along with Dana Remus and others, former White House counsel.

00:25:32.460 This is – Jeffrey, explain the Democrat Illuminati of these massive law firms in Washington, D.C. that essentially run the city, these Democrat law firms that run the city and the power they have, sir.

00:25:43.980 Sure.

00:25:44.600 Well, essentially they operate as a kind of cartel, Steve, and you've heard my colleague Russ Vogt at the Center for Renewing America talk about a different kind of cartel.

00:25:53.620 But the law firms form part of either that larger cartel or their own cartel.

00:25:59.680 So you're right, Bob Bauer, former White House counsel to Obama, is now a personal lawyer to Biden on this issue.

00:26:06.240 We're also told that his wife, Anita Dunn, she was the architect of this strategy of silence and apparently this, quote-unquote, shared understanding with the Justice Department.

00:26:17.920 And she was floated as a candidate, right, to actually be, you know, a female chief of staff. 1.00

00:26:25.260 But now we're hearing that it's going to be this guy, Jeff Zients, who was the COVID guy.

00:26:30.040 So maybe she was done in in the internal Machiavellian fights by virtue of her 68-day strategy cratering.

00:26:38.800 The other thing in terms of Washington elite law firms is, and this hasn't been very well reported either, Kathy Chung is this secretary that Hunter Biden brought to his father, Joe Biden.

00:26:51.160 Now, apparently, she's over at the Pentagon as, you know, some kind of chief of protocol.

00:26:57.300 But she was moving these documents around. 0.67

00:27:00.540 And, you know, it's odd to imagine that someone who essentially is a secretary or a glorified secretary would be lawyering up.

00:27:07.960 But she has. And, Steve, she's lawyered up with a very notable lawyer who's described on his own website and by, you know, some of these publications like Chambers that rate lawyers as a lion of the white collar bar.

00:27:22.200 His name is Bill Taylor. Bill Taylor.

00:27:24.260 Yeah. So why is the secretary need a lion of the white collar bar? 0.99

00:27:28.520 Yeah. Yeah. Hang on for a second. We'll take a short break.

00:27:32.120 Remember, don't bury the lead here, Brother Clark.

00:27:36.400 Bauer is the architect, not Mark Elias.

00:27:39.580 Bauer is the architect of the big steel, the architect.

00:27:44.220 Mark Elias was the engineer.

00:27:46.980 Bob Bauer is as heavy as they come in this town.

00:27:50.540 They are circling the wagons.

00:27:52.140 Kathy Chung is going to be a major part of all of this.

00:27:55.020 Jeffrey Clark joins us after the break.

00:27:57.460 And Scott Presler is going to tell us about the RNC.

00:27:59.860 All next in the War Room.

00:28:02.120 Friends, you know as well as I do, the institutions we used to trust are collapsing.

00:28:11.000 When things hit the fan, and trust me, they will.

00:28:14.160 You need to rely on yourself.

00:28:16.740 No one else is coming to save you.

00:28:19.220 That's why I've invested in emergency food from MyPatriotSupply, and you should too.

00:28:24.440 Right now, if you go to MyPatriotSupply.com, you'll get their new lower pricing on three-month emergency food kits.

00:28:32.500 These kits give you breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks, and snacks that average over 2,000 calories per day.

00:28:39.840 Get at least one kit for each person in your family.

00:28:43.940 Your alternative is to stand in long government food lines.

00:28:49.160 Do you want that?

00:28:50.060 Does your family want that?

00:28:52.020 Now listen, time is not on your side.

00:28:54.420 Go to MyPatriotSupply.com and save $200 on your three-month emergency food kits while you still can.

00:29:01.880 These kits are in stock, and they ship fast, and they ship free.

00:29:05.660 They arrive in unmarked boxes, too, so nobody knows you have food.

00:29:10.860 You'll thank your lucky stars for that when the time comes to use them.

00:29:15.040 Now go to MyPatriotSupply.com while you can.

00:29:18.300 That is MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:29:21.220 Your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:29:26.160 Okay, welcome back.

00:29:28.400 You come here for signal, not noise.

00:29:30.100 We're not going to spin around, chase our tails in a bunch of stories.

00:29:32.500 This thing is big.

00:29:34.500 It's interconnected.

00:29:35.480 It's complicated.

00:29:36.700 It goes to the heart of the administrative state, and it's rogue elements, the deep state.

00:29:40.680 It also is going to coordinate with all the money that's being made, CCP, Ukraine, all of it, at the end of the day,

00:29:48.500 and these big Democrat law firms that are the other cartel, the legal cartel that runs this city. 0.72

00:29:55.680 So stand by.

00:29:56.540 Also, Scott Pressler with the RNC.

00:29:58.080 We've got Dr. Bradley Thayer, amazing piece on Lee Hu's just bald-faced lie at Davos.

00:30:04.940 He can't trust the CCP, and they're going to be up to the neck of this whole thing.

00:30:07.820 You're going to see documents.

00:30:08.760 You're going to see the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:30:10.800 The cache is 1,000 percent correct, and I knew that in the first 30 seconds that Rudy and Bob Costello brought me in

00:30:18.380 and showed me the laptop from hell back in, what was it, July, August of 2020.

00:30:24.140 Also, Wall Street Journal has now all of a sudden awakened to the fact of the lies and misrepresentations around the booster,

00:30:37.520 and now they're claiming, Murdoch's Wall Street Journal is claiming,

00:30:39.620 hey, we've been on this about this anti-vaccine from the beginning.

00:30:42.180 Naomi Wolf is going to be on for that. 0.99

00:30:43.340 Natalie Winner's got a big investigation around the CCP also, so we're going to get into all that Wuhan lab.

00:30:49.580 We're rocking and rolling this morning.

00:30:51.180 Jeffrey Clark, so everybody get your number two pencil out and write down the name,

00:30:57.860 as we've been telling you to write these names, Kathy Chung.

00:31:01.080 Kathy Chung.

00:31:02.400 She's going to be a big league player. 1.00

00:31:04.920 You're going to see that name popping up all over.

00:31:07.140 She's the executive assistant.

00:31:09.560 Think about it for a second.

00:31:10.600 You've got a son that your vice president, you've got a son who you gun-decked and lied and misrepresented and made him a naval officer,

00:31:21.380 and he was a naval officer for 30 days.

00:31:24.420 And in the Navy, the problem's been when you're in the fleet, particularly in the Pacific fleet,

00:31:31.240 and now I guess the Atlantic fleet's got the same problem,

00:31:34.160 the Pacific fleet, when you go to Asia, the prevalence of drugs and getting access to drugs.

00:31:39.320 So it's always incumbent upon the junior officers to make sure that you're on top of the drug situation,

00:31:47.180 you're on top for the good of the ship and the crew.

00:31:51.000 Hunter Biden is kicked out of the Navy, I think within 30 days.

00:31:55.260 Why?

00:31:55.820 Because of doing drugs with enlisted men.

00:31:57.940 It's an absolute outright crime.

00:31:59.520 His father got him in there, then when he got out.

00:32:02.200 This is the type of enabling that Joe Biden has done to this pervert. 1.00

00:32:07.480 He's a pervert. 0.77

00:32:08.460 And a danger to national security is the Hunter Biden laptop, as we've proven over and over again, 0.97

00:32:12.660 and they suppress the information, as everybody knows, and lied about the intelligence apparatus.

00:32:18.100 So you would take his recommendation to make this woman your executive assistant, Jeffrey Clark.

00:32:25.260 And the reason her name is popping up, they're a little bit trying to throw her under the bus. 0.99

00:32:31.740 If you know how to read these stories and read in detail, they're talking about how distraught she is.

00:32:36.380 Maybe she inadvertently packed it.

00:32:38.200 But she lawyers up. 1.00

00:32:39.620 Jeffrey Clark, the guy that's the lion of white-collar defense in this city,

00:32:45.440 he's an expensive guy, correct?

00:32:49.200 He's not giving you a family discount.

00:32:51.620 Now, the lion comes at a big price when you're king of the jungle.

00:32:55.980 You come at a big price, sir?

00:32:58.520 That's right.

00:32:59.060 Well, either someone's paying for him at a rate that might be something like $2,000 an hour,

00:33:05.360 or sometimes we see these cartel Democrat law firms in D.C. agree to do things pro-boto.

00:33:11.980 But that's because they're getting something, right?

00:33:14.180 One hand washes the other kind of an approach.

00:33:16.180 Surely, you know, there are lots of folks who were caught up in the January 6th committee issues,

00:33:22.640 and no law firm show up magically to represent them pro bono.

00:33:26.840 It's something that only works for the uniparty.

00:33:30.640 So that's the...

00:33:32.180 Hang on one second.

00:33:34.920 Hang on one second.

00:33:35.240 I just want to share.

00:33:36.060 We're not just talking about classified documents.

00:33:37.760 We're talking about the most.

00:33:38.640 We're talking about compartmented, top-secret compartmented, which is once it's above top-secret compartment,

00:33:44.180 only certain people in that vertical can see it.

00:33:47.140 This is all chain of custody to a guy named Senator Joe Biden or Vice President Joe Biden.

00:33:52.760 This is all chain of custody.

00:33:54.600 Kathy Chung does not have that chain of custody.

00:33:56.800 These aren't in her name.

00:33:58.320 So this whole thing about her packing it up and shipping it out, this is all a lie and spin.

00:34:04.400 Remember Kathy Chung's name.

00:34:06.840 Because if the Justice Department is really doing their job,

00:34:08.940 she's the one that you could roll if they were doing their job before they allowed her, 0.94

00:34:15.580 because there's no sense of urgency here.

00:34:18.060 That's what Kathy Chung can take.

00:34:20.340 And as Cash said, this thing's been going on for a while.

00:34:22.720 Drive the stake into 2 November,

00:34:25.660 and don't look forward to everything they've done here, which is all the conspiracy.

00:34:31.100 Drive a stake into November and go backward in time,

00:34:34.080 and you're going to find out why these high-powered lawyers were rummaging around in a closet

00:34:39.360 at which no mainstream media will ask the question,

00:34:42.180 why are they rummaging around in a closet at the CCP Penn Biden Center?

00:34:48.780 And you're going to find some stuff that ties back to the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:34:52.720 As Cash said, you're going to talk about the compromise by the Chinese Communist Party

00:34:57.360 and, wait for it, the money laundering operation and what they were doing in Ukraine.

00:35:02.760 Is this similar?

00:35:03.640 They're doing the whataboutism every second of every day.

00:35:06.340 They can't wait to pivot. 0.92

00:35:07.440 Oh, Trump is much worse.

00:35:08.740 He's in a discussion with the National Archivist, right?

00:35:12.860 Jeffrey Clark, as you weigh and measure it,

00:35:15.680 compare and contrast the handling of Merrick Garland in this,

00:35:19.740 we're above politics, nobody's above the law,

00:35:23.140 DOJ and FBI,

00:35:24.340 and compare it to what they've done to President Donald John Trump, sir?

00:35:28.540 Yes, Steve.

00:35:29.600 We have to have equal protection of the laws in this country.

00:35:32.980 And by all indications, I am not seeing that whatsoever, right?

00:35:37.180 Joe Biden is being treated with kid gloves,

00:35:39.580 and former President Trump is being treated with spiked gloves.

00:35:43.500 And here are the three main ways that that's happening.

00:35:46.480 We had an announcement from the special counsel, Robert Hurd, over the weekend

00:35:49.440 that there was a consensual search performed by the FBI

00:35:53.660 that lasted many hours, as your cold open showed, which was somewhat surprising.

00:35:59.540 But, you know, it's taking place of the FBI folks,

00:36:02.640 along with representatives of President Biden, looking at documents.

00:36:07.780 That's not the treatment that President Trump got.

00:36:10.040 In fact, there are three things that have not happened to President Biden

00:36:14.360 that have happened to President Trump.

00:36:16.520 First of all, there's been no request that Biden certify

00:36:19.820 that all of the relevant documents have been found and turned over.

00:36:23.660 That happened to President Trump.

00:36:25.240 Second, there's been no subpoena for these kinds of documents,

00:36:29.640 these sensitive compartmented information documents.

00:36:32.740 And that happened to President Trump.

00:36:34.440 And third, of course, there's been no raid like there was on Mar-a-Lago,

00:36:38.920 no warrant issued for documents for President Biden.

00:36:43.000 Why does he get treated in this special kid-glove handling way?

00:36:47.000 It's a complete double standard, Steve.

00:36:49.360 It's disgraceful, and it's not equal justice under the law.

00:36:56.280 Jeffrey, you're working with the great team over with Russ Vogt.

00:37:00.560 And by the way, Russ is the architect of really, and it's an update,

00:37:04.780 and I'll get more into it in a little while, the debt ceiling.

00:37:06.680 It looks like they're leaking now that Biden and these guys might blink

00:37:10.240 on actually entering into a negotiation.

00:37:12.600 But like I said, there's no negotiation until they send the model.

00:37:15.280 Show us the money.

00:37:16.340 Show the financial model.

00:37:17.640 You can't trust these people on anything.

00:37:19.880 They look you right in the eye and lie to you.

00:37:21.320 And by the way, Clark, why is there not an FBI raid

00:37:24.160 on the University of Pennsylvania where his papers are?

00:37:26.600 You don't think you're telling me you don't think that thing's loaded,

00:37:31.200 even from a senator's data, classified information.

00:37:33.680 This is highly classified, and what Cash said, it was six sets.

00:37:38.200 They keep saying it was six intelligence operations, six sets of documents.

00:37:43.400 Clark, the work you guys are doing is incredible.

00:37:47.560 So, Jeffrey, how do people get to you?

00:37:49.240 How do they get more about your writings and your analysis, sir?

00:37:53.420 Sure.

00:37:54.060 So, Steve, I also think there should be a raid on the University of Delaware

00:37:58.020 where Biden also has a substantial connection.

00:38:00.900 So I can be found at the Center for Renewing America,

00:38:04.920 which is americarenewing.com,

00:38:07.080 on Getter and Twitter at JeffClarkUS,

00:38:10.760 and on Truth Social at RealJeffClark.

00:38:15.620 Oh, so you're saying do both.

00:38:17.160 I like that.

00:38:18.080 I like that.

00:38:18.740 You want to go to the University of Delaware for the others?

00:38:20.640 I got it.

00:38:21.220 Clark, you're good.

00:38:22.320 This is why Jeff Clark's going to be on the short list for Attorney General.

00:38:24.840 Is that going to blow their head?

00:38:25.740 Is that going to blow Morning Mika's head up? 0.99

00:38:28.000 Or maybe all those lawyers that Chris Hayes has on,

00:38:32.740 that Jeff Clark's going to be on the short list for AG in the second term?

00:38:38.960 I think it will.

00:38:40.420 Vengeance is a dish best served cold, Brother Clark.

00:38:44.080 Jeff, thank you so much for coming on.

00:38:45.640 I appreciate it, man.

00:38:46.760 Thanks for having me on, Steve.

00:38:49.920 Thank you, brother.

00:38:51.660 Rest vote, man.

00:38:52.400 That group, you're doing so much incredible work.

00:38:54.360 I want to bring in somebody else with incredible, Scott Presler.

00:38:57.260 First, Scott, audience wants to know out of the box, how are you doing?

00:39:01.500 You went through some tough times there health-wise.

00:39:05.320 Where is Scott Presler today?

00:39:07.040 How are you doing?

00:39:08.700 Thank you.

00:39:09.300 I'm feeling good.

00:39:10.400 I'm up 20 pounds.

00:39:11.780 I'm ready to rock and roll, so the Democrats must be shaking in their boots.

00:39:17.820 Unlike your host here, you didn't have 20 pounds to lose.

00:39:22.900 You were built like a one-iron to start with.

00:39:26.000 So when Scott Presler loses 20 pounds, man, that's not good.

00:39:29.580 Scott, you've been at the forefront of grassroots, of voter registration.

00:39:35.280 Give us your assessment.

00:39:36.180 I know you came in early about this RNC.

00:39:38.900 Pull the camera back and tell us, why is it important, in your opinion, to have fundamental change at the RNC, sir?

00:39:45.280 Well, under the current leadership of Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, we've had three cycles of losses, six years of losses.

00:39:55.380 We lost the Senate.

00:39:56.680 We lost the House.

00:39:57.580 We lost the presidency.

00:39:58.620 And now, after what should have been a huge win for the Republican Party, we only have a narrow majority in the House.

00:40:06.680 And I think the majority of Republicans in the country see that it's time for change.

00:40:12.740 And that's why I've led the effort, creating a website, HireHarmie.com, where people can go and contact the very members of the 168 that are going to be voting to choose the next chair on January 27th in Dana Point, California.

00:40:27.540 So, Scott, she would say that, look, one of the strengths in her administration or her reign has been voter registration. 0.91

00:40:36.460 This is where you really, the rubber meets the road.

00:40:39.000 You're doing this all the time all over the country.

00:40:41.460 Do you think the grassroots feel disengaged?

00:40:43.780 Do you not think their voter registration program is more powerful?

00:40:47.140 I mean, what specifically could she do, could Ronna do that would, or what does she fail to do besides the losses, right,

00:40:55.900 which is like Mrs. Lincoln, besides that, how was the play?

00:41:01.340 You know, on voter registration, on connection with the grassroots, what's your beef?

00:41:07.340 Well, the RNC has no credibility.

00:41:09.900 I'm sorry.

00:41:10.600 We don't trust them.

00:41:11.600 The GOP has no respect from the base of the party.

00:41:16.320 And that's why they're having difficulty getting donors and dollars and volunteers.

00:41:22.160 And that's why I came in, because in 2019, I noticed that there was a lack of direction specifically with voter registration.

00:41:31.320 And so I said, OK, I'm going to travel the country.

00:41:33.300 I'm going to teach voter registration.

00:41:35.240 And I'm going to get thousands of people into the process so we can win in 2020 and beyond.

00:41:40.020 And it's a little interesting to see the chairwoman taking credit for the work that we have done.

00:41:45.740 But that's OK.

00:41:46.800 It's not about who gets the credits about the work actually being performed.

00:41:51.280 And that's why I'm here to announce the launch of a new organization called Early Vote Action Pack.

00:42:00.440 And, you know, one thing that I want to clarify is it's great to register voters.

00:42:05.640 It's great to get people engaged in the process.

00:42:07.840 But ultimately, we have to lock in the votes.

00:42:12.160 And we saw, for example, in Arizona, that while Republicans understand the need for election integrity,

00:42:18.880 and I understand the hesitancy of not wanting to vote early,

00:42:22.680 look at all the problems that happened on one day in Arizona,

00:42:27.920 which disenfranchised thousands, if not tens of thousands of voters.

00:42:33.100 So this organization, Early Vote Action, is going to encourage people to vote early,

00:42:41.460 mail and vote, absentee ballot vote, and where legal, we're going to do some of our own.

00:42:47.760 Scott, hang on for one second.

00:42:54.120 We're going to take a short break.

00:42:55.640 We're going to come back, talk about early vote, the controversy around it,

00:42:59.760 and why you think it may be a solution.

00:43:02.000 Also, I have Dr. Bradley Thayer.

00:43:04.120 He's got an amazing piece about the Chinese Communist Party in Davos and your life.

00:43:09.560 Natalie Winters, Naomi Wolf, all next in the War Room.

00:43:13.020 We will break till they're all gone.

00:43:15.380 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:43:17.780 Let's take down the CC.

00:43:20.060 In Joe Biden's America, criminals are exalted and the police are condemned.

00:45:04.960 No more censorship.

00:45:06.700 No more cancel culture.

00:45:08.300 Enough.

00:45:09.820 Getter has arrived.

00:45:11.600 It's time to say what you want, the way you want.

00:45:15.080 Download now.

00:45:17.900 Okay, everybody go to Getter.

00:45:19.260 In fact, Grace Chung is going to be running, I think, this afternoon.

00:45:22.260 They're going to have a Twitter talk with Tina Peters, Mike Lindell, and others.

00:45:26.900 I think it's around 2 or 3 p.m.

00:45:29.680 We'll get the exact time.

00:45:31.100 But we're going to live stream it also on Getter.

00:45:32.980 The platform is completely flexible to do anything.

00:45:36.160 We had stuff all over the week.

00:45:37.420 In fact, we did the live stream.

00:45:40.320 I think we had 34,000 people watching when Grace Chung did Diamond Hardaway's incredible service on Saturday.

00:45:53.620 And this is how the media twists things.

00:45:56.000 It was one of the most moving things.

00:45:57.660 I mean, it went for like three, three and a half hours.

00:45:59.500 And Trump shows up at the beginning.

00:46:02.080 He sits to the entire service.

00:46:03.280 Most people would show up and, you know, let somebody introduce me.

00:46:06.480 Let me talk and go.

00:46:08.160 In fact, he said, hey, they told him it was going to be 15 minutes.

00:46:10.320 I think it was three hours before he stood up.

00:46:12.940 Incredibly moving.

00:46:13.620 Just the – her story, her family story, just incredible.

00:46:21.380 And also the love for President Trump and for the whole MAGA movement.

00:46:25.420 I mean it was one of the most touching things I had seen.

00:46:28.300 And President Trump got up and did just an incredible job.

00:46:31.760 I mean couldn't have been more appropriate for the time.

00:46:36.040 And the mainstream media who doesn't follow this and would only mock and ridicule Diamond and Silk, right, and put them on and be – you know, get them to de-platform and just attack them nonstop.

00:46:45.880 Because remember, the African-American members of the MAGA movement are viciously attacked, not just by certain progressive elements out of the black community but particularly white progressives really go after them hard.

00:46:59.040 And President Trump said some things that in shorthand we know and is very powerful and they're attacking him for dismissing.

00:47:08.120 And he said, is there anything but – President Trump's eulogy and then talk was not just totally appropriate.

00:47:17.640 It was very moving in its own way as Mike Lindell's was, as Laura Trump was incredible.

00:47:27.360 The whole thing, the whole family, everybody, Pastor Burns, the Lieutenant Governor Robinson.

00:47:33.440 It was an incredible – and I think we're going to try to cup and play some highlights from that.

00:47:38.120 Throughout the week.

00:47:39.180 But to see how the mainstream media will twist things.

00:47:42.100 It was all morning, Joe.

00:47:43.200 They're getting on Trump for this and that.

00:47:46.240 They got to – listen.

00:47:47.980 They understand – and you saw the polling came out over the Harvard polls got Trump up by five over Biden.

00:47:54.300 64 percent of the people think Biden's handled the classified documents inappropriately on polling.

00:48:00.640 65 percent in the Harvard poll think it was 65 percent don't want Biden to run again.

00:48:04.700 President Trump's up by five.

00:48:05.980 He's up by 20 in the poll also against his competitors in the primary, including – I think if you take the top five or six people, including Governor DeSantis, add him up to still below Trump.

00:48:17.400 So they're going to be out to attack him at every aspect of this.

00:48:23.040 And so just remember, go to War Room.

00:48:26.720 Go to my getter site.

00:48:28.420 And look, we're not above observations or criticisms, right, and particularly like coming this week with – in South Carolina, Lindsey Graham. 0.94

00:48:37.800 We think Lindsey Graham's a snake and he's poisonous. 0.64

00:48:40.440 And he only hurts by giving President Trump terrible advice and everything. 0.97

00:48:43.740 He's over there cheerleading on Ukraine.

00:48:45.080 We're going to get to that in a second.

00:48:46.300 Scott, just one thing for the Mike Lindell and the hardest core of the got to get rid of the machines, got to get to paper balance, one of the things they've held off, they're not excited about early voting.

00:48:57.340 It gives the Democrats the ability to know exactly what number they've got to cheat to win.

00:49:04.860 What's your response on that for your early vote, your new early vote operation?

00:49:08.480 Well, I understand that, and I've been at the forefront fighting for election integrity, so I understand where people are coming from.

00:49:18.640 However, if we wait to vote on one day, election day, like we did in Arizona, then those people using that argument that we don't want to give the Democrats an advantage knowledge of knowing how many they need to win,

00:49:32.480 well, our people weren't even able to vote on election day when it mattered, when it counted.

00:49:39.140 And so the goal of early vote action is to encourage people to sign up for mail-in voting, vote as early as possible, because what it does is, for example, we all knew that Fetterman was a terrible candidate,

00:49:51.700 but it didn't matter when Fetterman and Oz debated for the first time in front of the nation, because 500,000 Pennsylvanians had already cast mail-in ballots,

00:50:02.860 and four out of those five had been requested from Democratic voters.

00:50:09.460 And so our goal is focusing on Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin,

00:50:15.480 because if we win all of those states, in addition to the traditionally Republican states,

00:50:20.840 we'll hit our 270 electoral votes that we need to elect the next Republican president in 2024.

00:50:29.480 Scott, how do people get to this, your new effort, and how do they get to everything, particularly your thoughts?

00:50:34.620 And if people want to contact you about your thoughts about the RNC, you're one of the most respected members of this movement

00:50:41.340 because of your hard work and your dedication and your selflessness.

00:50:45.760 So how do people do that? How do they get your coordinates? How do they get to you?

00:50:49.520 Thank you. For early vote action, please go to earlyvoteaction.com.

00:50:54.700 You can also find us on Twitter and social media.

00:50:57.540 And if you would like to learn more about the RNC or making a difference within your local GOP,

00:51:02.560 you can contact me at any of my social medias, at Scott Pressler, S-C-O-T-T-P-R-E-S-L-E-R.

00:51:11.340 Scott, thank you very much. Honored to have you on here.

00:51:15.780 Hey, thank you.

00:51:16.620 Okay, I think what we're going to do – thanks, brother.

00:51:19.060 We've got a 90-second break coming up. I'm going to hold it because I want Thayer.

00:51:22.460 I've got Thayer, I think Natalie and Naomi.

00:51:24.860 I've got to figure out the order of battle here because it's – one will build on the next.

00:51:30.520 But on the RNC, we're going to do Real America's Voice.

00:51:33.360 That means the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:51:34.860 And Posobo is going to sit in for a little bit of that.

00:51:37.380 Obviously, War Room, John Fredericks.

00:51:40.240 John Fredericks is going to go out and do this debate.

00:51:42.980 So Real America's Voice, we're going to dedicate a ton of resources,

00:51:48.260 kind of wall-to-wall coverage of the winter meeting of the RNC with –

00:51:53.840 and we've got a lot of special announcements, a program we're going to do around it.

00:51:56.420 So this is of tantamount importance.

00:52:00.900 There's a lot of news articles out today.

00:52:04.060 This is an absolute firefight.

00:52:07.040 And, of course, I don't think they've had a floor fight for, what, 12 or 14 years at the RNC.

00:52:12.240 They're going to have a floor fight. 1.00

00:52:13.600 Mike Lindell, Hermit Dillon, and Ronna McDaniel.

00:52:16.880 And we're going to cover it wall-to-wall.

00:52:19.840 Short break.

00:52:20.580 And Dr. Bradley Thayer, we're going to talk about the CCP, Davos, the global economy,

00:52:26.220 and the lies of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:52:28.800 Natalie Winters is going to join us.

00:52:30.140 Naomi Wolf got a new update from NPR saying,

00:52:32.700 hey, hey, hey, hey, you know, FDA may be going a different direction on the vax.

00:52:38.020 Hmm.

00:52:38.520 I wonder how that happened.

00:52:40.720 90 seconds.

00:52:41.640 Back here for Hour 2 of the War Room.

00:52:46.920 War Room posse. 0.99
