Bannon's War Room - Episode 2464： The Toxic Spending Of Congress

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 You're just not going to free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:00:47.000 And specifically, a $10 million payment Deripaska allegedly gave Manafort.

00:00:57.000 Pocket change, I understand, if you're an oligarch.

00:01:00.000 As Russian oligarchs go, Deripaska is on the Mount Rushmore of oligarchs.

00:01:05.000 In 2018, Deripaska was sanctioned by the U.S. government for, among other things, money laundering, threatening the lives of business rivals and taking part in extortion and racketeering, as well as ordering the murder of a businessman and for having links to Russian organized crime.

00:01:22.000 Sounds like a great guy.

00:01:25.000 Then in 2021, the FBI launched dramatic simultaneous raids on Deripaska's homes in Washington, D.C. and New York.

00:01:32.000 Raids that were part of an FBI investigation into whether Deripaska had violated those sanctions.

00:01:38.000 Then last fall, we learned that Deripaska was actually indicted, charged with conspiring to violate those sanctions.

00:01:44.000 We all know the old saying, follow the money.

00:01:47.000 And that is particularly true when you're dealing with mega wealthy Russian oligarchs close to Putin.

00:01:52.000 Except now that money trail has led to a stunning new place.

00:01:57.000 Charles McGonigal, who had been before he retired in the year 2018.

00:02:03.000 Remember that year.

00:02:04.000 The special agent in charge of the FBI's counterintelligence division in New York, who had supervised and participated in investigations of Russian oligarchs, including Mr. Deripaska.

00:02:15.000 McGonigal has been, quote, indicted on charges that he conspired to violate U.S. sanctions on Russia by taking secret payments from Deripaska in return for investigating a rival oligarch.

00:02:27.000 In plain English, one of the highest ranking FBI officials who sat at the crossroads of some of the most sensitive counterintelligence investigations into Russia and Russian related investigations now stands accused of getting paid by a Russian oligarch he was supposed to be investigating.

00:02:48.000 We should note McGonigal is facing additional charges out of D.C. from the Washington Post, quote, the twin indictments are a black eye for the FBI, alleging that one of their most senior and trusted intelligence officials was taking secret cash payments and undermining the bureau's overall intelligence gathering mission.

00:03:08.000 Mission. Let's see if this ends up on Jim Jordan's agenda for his new committee in his new Congress.

00:03:13.700 This is Kevin McCarthy once again catering to the most right wing ailments of his conference and doing the will of the former president as well.

00:03:23.080 He doesn't like the fact that I led the impeachment of Donald Trump for withholding hundreds of millions of dollars in military aid from Ukraine while that nation was at war in order to essentially extort them into helping his political campaign.

00:03:35.240 That's too bad. We're going to continue to hold McCarthy accountable, Trump accountable, and for him to to mess with the Intelligence Committee this way to try to dictate the Democratic representation on the committee and not just essentially tear down the functioning of that committee,

00:03:54.800 but build up a new committee on the select committee, but build up a new committee on the select committee on the weaponization of the federal government.

00:04:00.920 These should be seen as hand in hand, tearing down legitimate committees that are doing important national security work, building up these bogus committees that he's going to seat, you know, the right wing crazies.

00:04:15.080 And it's just a further destruction of our norms and and I think deterioration of our democracy.

00:04:24.540 Monday, 23 January, year of our Lord, 2023.

00:04:27.660 Of course, welcome to the most right wing elements of of the MAGA movement.

00:04:32.040 Want to bring in Boris Epstein. We got Mike Davis, Miranda Devine all going to join us.

00:04:36.860 Boris, I know you've have stepped out of a mean to do this,

00:04:40.260 but I had to ask you today and thank you for doing that about the situation with the FBI,

00:04:46.040 the senior FBI agent in the New York office, which was the center of the of the Russian collusion situation.

00:04:54.600 What what your what are your first thoughts about this, sir?

00:04:58.000 My first thoughts are karma is a karma is a tough entity to deal with.

00:05:04.920 Let's put it that way. You know, there's a word that I want to use, but don't want to cost you any more fines.

00:05:09.620 It's an honor to be with you. Honor to be with the war room posse.

00:05:12.840 Here's the bottom line. This court court official, McGuino, was the effectively the cornerstone

00:05:22.100 and the birthstone of the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.

00:05:27.120 He's the one that started the process that culminated in tens and tens of millions,

00:05:32.880 if not hundreds of millions of dollars of American money spent, of taxpayer money spent,

00:05:37.540 of money spent on lawyers, of a complete and total witch hunt that that let's just be honest,

00:05:44.240 was fully geared toward preventing President Trump from running and being successful as the president of our country.

00:05:51.900 So what you have here now is the is the touchstone of the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax being arrested for colluding with dot, dot, dot Russia. 0.78

00:06:04.260 It does not get more, frankly, more unbelievable in some ways, but more expected in other ways than this.

00:06:14.060 And it's the same thing as we've seen with the documents.

00:06:16.980 Joe Biden said, oh, how could you be so responsible?

00:06:19.960 The Democrats going out on TV and all clutching their pearls.

00:06:25.480 Oh, this was so terrible.

00:06:27.200 President Trump had apparently maybe had a document or two at Mar-a-Lago,

00:06:34.340 which is fully secured under protection.

00:06:36.760 By the way, President Trump, of course, doing everything correctly and by the law.

00:06:39.640 And then now we find that Biden and his team were hiding the fact that he had documents from the DOJ and the FBI,

00:06:48.000 where he had actual classified documents, which no one's disputed.

00:06:52.020 So what you see now is the unraveling of these attacks against President Trump,

00:06:56.160 unraveling of these attacks against MAGA,

00:06:58.340 and this arrest today of a senior FBI official is a major example of that.

00:07:03.080 But I just don't believe it stops with this one official.

00:07:07.400 How do we know, how we're not going to have a formal investigation of the FBI now?

00:07:13.020 Because they sold us out, not to the, they sold us out to the Russian oligarchs,

00:07:18.180 the worst, the financiers of Putin's KGB.

00:07:22.440 I mean, they sit there and whine all day long about what's happening in Ukraine.

00:07:25.300 The problem is Putin and the KGB guys around him and these oligarchs.

00:07:29.100 This guy took money from the oligarchs, and this is, Trump just didn't have one presidency stolen in 2020.

00:07:36.040 The 2016 was stolen because of everything he did,

00:07:40.720 two-thirds of his time was beating back the administrative and deep state,

00:07:44.860 and now we know one of the senior people in this was working for the Russians, sir.

00:07:48.980 It goes further, Steve, to uncover for clear consumption by the American people,

00:07:58.460 by the media, including the mainstream media, which, let's be honest,

00:08:02.420 Biden has been destroyed by the mainstream media for the last several weeks.

00:08:07.120 I mean, you've got these robust powerhouse stories in the New York Times,

00:08:10.560 the Washington Post, and now the story of this arrest and various charges,

00:08:16.280 not just charges on violating sanctions, but now, let's be honest, clear as day,

00:08:21.100 SB&S charges against the former head of a major division of the New York office of the FBI.

00:08:29.120 What you're seeing is that those who conspired to attack President Trump,

00:08:34.960 those who conspired to attack his supporters, conspired to attack his senior advisors,

00:08:41.360 conspired to attack MAGA, they are now coming under the type of microscope,

00:08:47.920 and their wrongdoings are being uncovered to truly lay bare the fact that there was an absolute conspiracy

00:08:55.100 against President Trump, conspiracy against MAGA,

00:08:58.220 and one can only hope that chickens are coming home to roost.

00:09:01.140 Ron Klain, stepping down, after announcing, they had an article last week

00:09:08.020 how he was going to stick around and, you know, take it all the way through,

00:09:11.700 at least go to July 4th of this year, which is normally the cutoff

00:09:15.200 for someone who's going to stick around for the whole campaign.

00:09:18.520 But all of a sudden, Saturday, and they leaked the story,

00:09:20.920 he's leaving after the Friday night raid on, or investigation over Biden's house.

00:09:27.340 And, of course, the story of the New York Times never mentions Ron Klain.

00:09:30.880 He was not, Anita Dunn, her husband, they were the inside.

00:09:35.460 Is Klain stepping aside, or are they pushing him out because they need a wartime consigliere?

00:09:39.600 Not that the guy that stepped there, but that Anita Dunn needs to take more direct control of this force? 1.00

00:09:47.140 A lot of ways to read that one.

00:09:48.780 A lot of ways to read that one, Steve.

00:09:50.200 First of all, let's remember that this news, Ron Klain, the news of him stepping down,

00:09:56.740 that broke Saturday morning before the news of the Friday all-day search of Joe Biden's home by the DOJ broke.

00:10:04.120 So they have the search on Friday, and then Ron Klain announces he's stepping down right after that.

00:10:09.300 He's literally running off a sinking ship.

00:10:12.320 I mean, that is the textbook.

00:10:13.640 You look it up in the dictionary.

00:10:15.340 That's where it is, right?

00:10:17.060 Abandoning ship.

00:10:17.660 That's what he's doing.

00:10:18.440 So either it is the Biden people saying we need someone else, or Ron Klain, who's been around a long time

00:10:25.700 and has had different relations, saying, hey, I can't take this anymore.

00:10:30.100 Because now you've had six different locations for documents.

00:10:34.820 You've had lies, allegedly but seemingly lies to the DOJ, definitely lies to the American people.

00:10:42.360 This has been one of the worst handled scandals in American history.

00:10:46.860 And what can we expect?

00:10:47.700 This is the same, quote-unquote, administration, illegitimate administration, that's been the worst on the border,

00:10:53.340 the worst on the economy, the worst on national security.

00:10:55.700 They have mishandled everything, including this crisis.

00:11:01.160 Shifty shift gets bounced off of, because of the lies he told on the Russian collusion hook, outright lies.

00:11:08.020 I think he's announced he's going to run for the Senate out there.

00:11:11.260 What are your thoughts, Boris?

00:11:12.220 My thoughts are that shifty shift, Eric Swalwell, and the Democrat junta, who are completely, completely disdainful of America,

00:11:30.860 who have no care for what's best for our country, you know, swole with a fang-fang ship with lying over and over and over again about President Trump and defaming the president. 0.86

00:11:43.240 These people cannot be anywhere near, forget the House Committee on Intelligence, they can't be anywhere near Congress.

00:11:52.500 And if shifty shift wants to go and run for the Senate, well, that's his prerogative, and that's his business.

00:11:57.140 And I hope the people of California give him the same treatment that Kevin McCarthy and Republicans are giving him regarding the House Permanent Subcommittee on Intelligence.

00:12:04.500 Boris, how do people get to you? What are your coordinates?

00:12:10.320 Steve, it's a big day. Follow these stories.

00:12:13.400 And to folks, always signal, not noise.

00:12:15.100 What you've got to remember, what you've got to remember is that none of these events are separate.

00:12:20.560 The document disaster for Biden, the arrest today of Maguino.

00:12:24.460 You know, what is happening is you're seeing the combination of the deep state, the Democrat leadership,

00:12:30.660 and let's be honest, the leadership of law enforcement that was in power in the 2016 era absolutely falling apart

00:12:37.780 and proving that we were right all along, and most importantly, President Trump was right all along,

00:12:42.820 that the deep state was out to get it.

00:12:44.320 My information, BorisCP.com is the website set up right now on BorisCP.com.

00:12:48.260 Hot on Getter at BorisCP, on Twitter at BorisCP, and hot on Truth Social at Boris.

00:12:52.080 It's hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.

00:12:55.040 Stay strong. God bless all offense, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.

00:12:59.580 Thanks, Boris. I want to go to Mike Davis.

00:13:01.440 Mike, you were the first guy on this we had on the show on 8 August.

00:13:05.620 You've seen what's happened over the weekend.

00:13:07.120 Make this make sense to me, please.

00:13:09.080 What is going on with this Biden situation?

00:13:13.440 It's very interesting what's going on with this because, you know what, it's all coming together against Biden.

00:13:18.720 What's amazing to me is when I'm reading New York Times pieces and Washington Post pieces last week,

00:13:26.140 it didn't seem like Ron Klain was in the loop on this document matter, which is very, very, very surprising to me

00:13:34.180 because he's Biden's longtime confidant, the chief of staff, and the fact that he apparently wasn't in the loop is shocking, frankly.

00:13:42.140 And maybe that's what led to Ron Klain's resignation announcement because it kind of just came out of nowhere.

00:13:49.680 And as Boris said, he's kind of running off of a sinking ship.

00:13:53.280 I agree with him on that.

00:13:55.900 So I will say this.

00:13:58.000 You can make sense of it this way.

00:13:59.720 This was a complete cover-up by Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Biden Justice Department.

00:14:05.000 They knew going back two months to November 2nd, six days before the midterm elections,

00:14:12.520 they knew at least by then that President Biden had these stolen classified records

00:14:17.700 and penned Biden and probably other places.

00:14:24.840 And they kept that secret.

00:14:27.240 I tell you what, Mike, let's go to a short commercial break because you're coming in choppy.

00:14:34.520 We're coming in choppy.

00:14:35.420 We want to reboot you. 0.80

00:14:36.780 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:38.520 We return.

00:14:39.100 We got Mike Davis from Article 3.

00:14:41.720 We got Miranda Devine, her new column in the New York Post.

00:14:45.060 We're going to return in the war room in just a moment.

00:14:46.760 We're going to return in the war room in just a moment.

00:14:48.840 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.

00:14:51.480 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:14:54.080 We rejoice when there's no war.

00:14:55.860 Will the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened Biden,

00:15:04.660 more wasteful government spending, higher taxes, a deepening of inflation?

00:15:08.900 And how do you protect your hard-earned savings from chaotic financial markets?

00:16:04.880 Use your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:09.940 Welcome back.

00:16:11.040 We're trying to get Miranda Davis, the great – Miranda Devine, the great New York Post columnist up by phone.

00:16:17.540 I want to go to Mike Davis.

00:16:18.140 Mike, the timing of this, you know, they have an all-day FBI search, which they've negotiated, right?

00:16:25.280 They're inviting them in, not a raid.

00:16:27.580 Late at night goes all day, and then Klain resigns the next morning.

00:16:31.300 How does that – the timing of that doesn't – and they find – and remember, they also find what they call sets.

00:16:37.760 It's not individual.

00:16:38.580 They find sets.

00:16:39.900 So explain that to me in Washington logic, what happened here.

00:16:44.360 It seems to me, Steve, that if you look at the reporting at the New York Times and the Washington Post, if the leaks from the Biden White House and maybe the Biden Justice Department talking about who was aware of this collusion, this political White House and the Biden Justice Department.

00:17:07.840 Ron Klain seems to be out of the loop during this process, and maybe that's what's led to his resignation announcement on Saturday morning.

00:17:19.220 Mike, hang on for one second.

00:17:20.760 Maybe I want to try to reboot that one more time.

00:17:23.040 Can we get Miranda Devine while we reboot Mike Davis? 1.00

00:17:26.660 Miranda, you wrote, I think, one of the most informative columns, and you've had so many great ones, but of anybody, and summarizing this today.

00:17:34.140 Before I have you walk us through it, you've been all over FBI, CIA, DOJ.

00:17:41.960 Give us your perspective on this blockbuster news coming out of New York today about the head of the counterintelligence operation in New York and one of the leaders of the Trump investigation essentially being turned over as, I guess, a Russian agent, ma'am.

00:17:58.200 Yeah.

00:17:58.680 Yeah, I mean, and it's interesting, and we just started, you know, it's been.

00:18:11.220 Okay, we're going to have to reboot her also. 0.88

00:18:15.680 We've got two great guests.

00:18:17.580 We've just got to work out the technology.

00:18:19.660 You can tell.

00:18:20.580 Let me know when Mike's back up.

00:18:21.880 Here, just to put it in perspective, and this is, do we have the clip from, do we have the clip from Cash we played this morning?

00:18:27.460 Let me know when you get the clip.

00:18:29.340 Cash actually said it today.

00:18:31.040 There's something much deeper going on here, and this is what Miranda Devines. 1.00

00:18:34.040 Let's play Cash Patel from this morning.

00:18:36.100 How did you know, because the very first day this broke, you came on here and go, hey, there are going to be a lot more documents in a lot more locations.

00:18:44.800 How did you know that and say it was such certainty?

00:18:47.420 Because, actually, what I'm going to tell you for the first time, which I haven't said on the air or in any media, this investigation did not start because librarians at NARA came out and said there are overdue library books.

00:19:00.760 Excuse me.

00:19:01.280 You guys forgot to return X.

00:19:02.900 As a former federal prosecutor, as a guy who led the intelligence community, classified investigations don't start there.

00:19:09.060 You know where they start?

00:19:09.980 When you have a crime that you are investigating.

00:19:12.600 You know what crime the DOJ was looking at for the last four years?

00:19:15.700 Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:19:17.440 Mark my word, this classified investigation will – it will be put out by the federalization of the – excuse me, the weaponization of the federal government subcommittee on Jim Jordan when they get the following document.

00:19:30.140 The electronic communication, the EC, just like Devin and I got in Russiagate, that is a singular document of the FBI that says where and when the investigation started.

00:19:39.560 It will trace right back to Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:19:42.500 They will find information on it about China and Russia and Ukraine, which led them to go and search for documentation relevant to that crime, which led them to Joe Biden's door.

00:19:55.060 And that's why I have always said when NARA said, oh, we're missing one set of documents, I said that is the biggest political cover-up of a crime I've ever seen and it's going to be a waterfall of documents.

00:20:07.980 And now they've come out.

00:20:09.300 And that leads me to the intent portion, Steve.

00:20:12.500 Okay, what we're going to try to do on the show as we try to do on other topics, whether it's pandemic or debt ceiling, geopolitics, the CCP, Ukraine, vaccines, you name it, is to make sure you have nomenclature, understand process, because this is going to get very confusing very quickly.

00:20:32.440 And one of the things we pride ourselves in doing is making sure you present the information and evidence that is – so it's – you can get your own frame of reference, right?

00:20:48.260 Mike, I want to go to what Cash was talking about this morning is that – because there's something here that doesn't make sense.

00:20:56.980 You don't have lawyers like Bob Bauer.

00:20:58.800 You don't have these senior people, the most senior – you know, the Democratic Illuminati that really run these massive Democratic law firms, as you know, that run the city, popping up in closets, rummaging around and finding compartmented top secret material or sets of materials.

00:21:16.560 They now reported sets of material involving Ukraine and Iran, things like this.

00:21:22.460 So is Cash, right, do you think – particularly when you go back and you forget the 68 days of collusion, right, or cover-up, but you go back to November 2nd, drive the stake in that, and look back.

00:21:34.000 Make this make sense to me.

00:21:35.340 What do you think is going on here?

00:21:36.980 Well, there's no question that Biden – no sane person would send $1,500 an hour or more personal attorneys to go help close down your abandoned work office at the Penn Biden Center at 101 Constitution Avenue Northwest.

00:21:54.600 That was the Chinese-funded University of Pennsylvania holding grounds where Biden had his fake professorship after he left the vice presidency.

00:22:04.020 It does not make sense.

00:22:05.820 They just happened to show up on November 2nd with these high-priced attorneys, found these classified documents, and then they claimed they called the National Archives.

00:22:15.060 It just doesn't make sense.

00:22:16.500 They had to have been looking for documents in another matter.

00:22:20.880 Maybe they were looking for documents in the Delaware matter where you're dealing with Hunter Biden's tax evasion and influence peddling,

00:22:28.480 or there's some other matter that they're looking at in order to come up with these documents at the Penn Biden Center.

00:22:34.300 And remember, the Biden lawyers didn't turn this over to the Justice Department like they claimed.

00:22:39.540 They turned these documents over to the political head of the National Archives.

00:22:44.680 And the only reason it got turned over to the Biden Justice Department is because the inspector general of the National Archives got wind of it and turned it over to the Justice Department.

00:22:53.280 And then Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Biden Justice Department colluded for two months, and they worked together to try to cover this up for two months, and it finally came out.

00:23:02.740 So the timing is also interesting on Ron Klain.

00:23:06.500 If you look at the reporting at the New York Times and the Washington Post, the leaked backgrounds on what the Biden administration was doing on this, you notice that Ron Klain's name was missing.

00:23:19.260 Ron Klain is one of Biden's longest confidants, his chief of staff, one of his longest-serving aides, and he was out of the loop on this.

00:23:28.360 Which maybe that explains why Ron Klain quit on Saturday like he did because he was cut out of the loop on this.

00:23:35.060 This is all very, very strange.

00:23:37.260 This is clearly a political cover-up, and there's much more going on here.

00:23:42.460 Mike, hang on for one second.

00:23:43.740 I got Miranda by phone. 1.00

00:23:45.140 Miranda had the column that says, and we've had cash on the day, that the rail hit of this is the laptop from Hill, which you wrote the definitive book on.

00:23:52.580 But I got it where we got you, your first cut at this senior head of counterintelligence for Russia for the FBI in New York, now essentially accused of taking money from the Russians of being a Russian double agent.

00:24:06.420 Your thoughts, ma'am?

00:24:08.520 Yeah.

00:24:08.860 Well, so he was the head of counterintelligence in the New York field office, and it was the New York field office of the FBI that arrested Patrick Ho, who was one of Hunter Biden's business partners.

00:24:21.620 So there's that, you know, everything seems to have a Hunter Biden link.

00:24:25.580 And now we find that this very guy, Charlie McGonigal, has just been convicted of basically being a Russian spy.

00:24:35.940 So, you know, it seems there is so much corruption at the top of the FBI, and we've had a handful of whistleblowers.

00:24:45.540 I mean, probably a couple of dozen, which is fantastic, and they've, you know, put their careers on the line.

00:24:51.620 People like Steve Friend, who's basically being victimised by the FBI, has been put on unpaid leave.

00:25:00.240 They've come out and blown the whistle.

00:25:03.080 But Christopher Wray, he swans around to Davos last week, boasting about the fact that the FBI has basically been partnering with social media companies to suppress and censor information that they don't like, that he calls misinformation or disinformation.

00:25:23.640 And we know what that was.

00:25:24.920 That was the New York Post's story about the Hunter Biden laptop before the election.

00:25:29.680 That was the material that Tony Bobulinski brought forward.

00:25:32.440 It was COVID-19 material.

00:25:35.360 It was Ukraine material.

00:25:37.080 Anything that the Biden administration doesn't want made public or the Biden campaign, the FBI has partnered with the social media companies to suppress it.

00:25:48.320 And you've got the head of the FBI boasting about that on an international stage.

00:25:53.300 That is out of control.

00:25:54.900 And clearly, down below, Ray, his troops are out of control as well as the arrest of McGonagall shows.

00:26:04.860 We've got about two minutes here.

00:26:06.640 Your column today is so amazing.

00:26:09.040 Everybody's got to read it.

00:26:10.380 But the point of this, just real quickly, this 22-point memo, you make this brilliant assessment that it was an email sent by Hunter.

00:26:18.180 It's the only email if you've looked through thousands of these things.

00:26:20.540 It looks like it's reflective and smart.

00:26:23.660 It looks like it was taken from a highly classified document, ma'am.

00:26:27.080 Are you in concurrence with that?

00:26:31.060 Well, yeah.

00:26:31.840 I mean, it certainly – he's been given a very deep strategic briefing with information that wasn't on the public record.

00:26:39.600 So, you know, how classified that was, who knows.

00:26:42.740 This is a week before his father travels to Ukraine.

00:26:45.240 This is an uncharacteristically, you know, intelligent, lengthy, well-informed email to his business partner, Devin Archer, who he – this was around the time that he and Devin Archer got onto the board of that corrupt Ukrainian energy company, Burisma,

00:27:03.100 that was paying Hunter $83,000 a month just to sit on the board when he had no, you know, credentials to do that.

00:27:11.460 And they cut his pay in half when his father ceased to be vice president.

00:27:17.200 So it's pretty obvious what they were paying him for.

00:27:19.160 And this is at the time when he's wanting to prove his bona fides, to show that he's worth $83,000 a month.

00:27:27.080 So he gets hold of this information.

00:27:30.080 And it looks like it certainly has the flavor of an official briefing, maybe even a classified one.

00:27:39.000 Miranda, how do people get to you on social media and how they get to your book?

00:27:42.120 I'm at Miranda Devine on all social media, and my books are at all good bookstores except Barnes & Noble in Fifth Avenue, which refuses to stock it.

00:27:56.220 Ma'am, we love you.

00:27:57.600 We love the book.

00:27:58.380 We're going to push it hard.

00:27:59.180 Miranda Devine, New York Post.

00:28:01.320 Short commercial break.

00:28:02.680 Captain Wesley Hunt.

00:28:04.520 Friends, you know as well as I do, the institutions we used to trust are collapsing.

00:28:10.360 When things hit the fan, and trust me, they will.

00:28:14.180 You need to rely on yourself.

00:28:16.740 No one else is coming to save you.

00:28:19.320 That's why I've invested in emergency food from MyPatriotSupply, and you should too.

00:29:15.040 Now go to MyPatriotSupply.com while you can.

00:29:18.440 That is MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:29:20.840 Use your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:29:23.500 Congressman Wesley Hunt joins us now, a former Army captain, Apache helicopter pilot, graduate of West Point, now on Judiciary.

00:29:37.640 Congressman Hunt, walk us through the priorities.

00:29:40.100 You're a freshman.

00:29:41.160 I think one of the few freshmen on there.

00:29:43.100 You're also not a lawyer, right?

00:29:44.860 You're a military officer and an MBA.

00:29:49.120 Walk us through the priorities of Judiciary.

00:29:50.660 I mean, things breaking, I mean, exploding.

00:29:52.560 This revelation about the FBI is like a nuclear weapon.

00:29:58.700 Walk us through what you think the priorities of Jim Jordan and your team over there in Judiciary is going to be.

00:30:03.720 Well, yes, sir.

00:30:04.280 Thank you for having me on.

00:30:05.160 I think, for starters, definitely my orchestra has happened here at the border for the last couple of years.

00:30:10.340 It's been a complete disaster.

00:30:12.080 The explosion of these secret documents that have been in the possession of current President Joe Biden for the past six years, even when he was a senator and former vice president, I think is definitely going to be an issue.

00:30:24.420 And obviously the weaponization of the DOJ and the FBI.

00:30:27.640 I mean, these things, in my opinion, are actually completely un-American and are not what I fought for. 0.55

00:30:32.880 And I'm absolutely honored to serve on the Judiciary Committee so we can kind of get to the bottom of some of these questions, but particularly as it pertains to Joe Biden.

00:30:43.320 We all watched the FBI raid in front of Mar-a-Lago a few months back.

00:30:47.980 And now the American public is seeing the level of hypocrisy versus Democrats versus how we treat Republicans.

00:30:55.040 My big issue is, is these documents that were found in Joe Biden's garage next to his Corvette and then the access that Hunter Biden had over the course of the past few years.

00:31:06.560 It's what's very, very interesting to me because it's not just not just Hunter Biden, but how many people actually had access to these secret documents?

00:31:14.880 And so if we're sending the FBI to President Trump's house, then what are we doing to current President Joe Biden right now?

00:31:21.380 And that's literally what I want to get to the bottom of as soon as possible.

00:31:26.600 I think it's great having you in that you're an Academy grad.

00:31:30.820 The handling and chain of custody of this type of – this is just not confidential secret, top secret.

00:31:37.420 This is compartmented where you're in a vertical that only certain people should know.

00:31:40.720 He signs out for it, the chain of custody, and now we know it's going to multiple locations.

00:31:46.360 Some of this – it could be 14 years old or it could be 20 years old.

00:31:50.300 The highest secrets in the nation.

00:31:52.660 In the Army, sir, when you were serving or even now with your friends that are – your classmates that are still in as, I guess, field grade officers,

00:32:02.500 how serious is the handling and mishandling of compartmented top secret information, Congressman Hunt?

00:32:10.720 That's grounds for dismissal from the military.

00:32:15.040 I mean, this is completely unheard of at our level, and I'm someone that even had my TSSCI.

00:32:19.400 And I'm telling you that we would never, under no circumstances, handle secret documents like this.

00:32:25.120 Senator Ted Cruz put out a tweet last week that was really interesting.

00:32:29.020 He talked about how he has never taken a secret document out of the SCIF, ever.

00:32:33.760 Every time he has read it, it has actually been in a controlled environment in the SCIF to make sure that our secure documents never left secure hands.

00:32:43.180 And so the idea that we are finding – your point is very well taken – the idea that we are finding documents, you know, 6, 7, 10, who knows, years old, is a serious problem.

00:32:53.840 And again, I go back to the hypocrisy of this and how we treated President Trump.

00:33:00.000 And if we're going to be fair about this and if we're going to be honest with the American people and if justice is truly blind,

00:33:06.620 then I think this is going to deserve a level of investigation that can potentially reach the level of impeachment.

00:33:13.340 The Justice Department told your committee and told Jim Jordan and Comer what they thought of the request for people coming forward in documents.

00:33:27.360 Didn't they say, hey, look, glad you guys are interested, but these are ongoing investigations and we'll get back to you when we get back to you.

00:33:34.100 Is that acceptable to you, Congressman Hunt?

00:33:36.520 Completely unacceptable.

00:33:37.380 And the fact that his lawyers have an opportunity to actually go through the documents before the DOJ, before the FBI takes a look at them is, again, completely unfair to former President Trump.

00:33:48.740 And what we want, at the end of the day, is fairness.

00:33:51.660 And we didn't start this, okay?

00:33:53.520 The left started this.

00:33:54.960 They are the ones that started to weaponize the DOJ and the FBI and go after former presidents.

00:34:00.300 So, in all fairness, it's our job to make sure that we do the same thing and get to the bottom of this.

00:34:06.980 I think you brought up the chain of custody as well.

00:34:09.880 That is critical because, quite frankly, sir, we have absolutely no idea.

00:34:14.360 We have absolutely no idea who's been in and out of that home and out of that garage.

00:34:19.560 We have no idea who has lived, no idea what people have lived there over the course of the past few years.

00:34:24.460 This is an issue that we have got to find out.

00:34:26.780 And, again, I want to see a manifest.

00:34:28.580 I want to know who's been there.

00:34:29.880 I want to know who has had access to these documents.

00:34:31.920 And I want to know if in any way, shape, or form Hunter Biden used these to sell out American secrets to the highest bidder.

00:34:39.960 These are all questions that we have to ask.

00:34:42.000 Miranda Devine has an incredible column in today's New York Post that lays some of these issues out, particularly stuff going back to 2013 on the laptop from hell.

00:34:53.300 You said it may rise to the level of impeachment.

00:34:59.080 If DOJ just hunkers down and says, hey, it's an ongoing investigation, and when the special counsel is back a year, a year and a half from now, or two years from now, we may get back to you guys.

00:35:11.160 What would be your advice to the committee head, Jim Jordan, about Congressman Jordan?

00:35:17.260 What should be his next steps?

00:35:19.140 I think Congressman Jordan has this completely under control.

00:35:22.760 And, again, that's why I'm very careful with bringing up impeachment.

00:35:25.900 It could rise to that level.

00:35:27.520 Certainly this is going to be his choice to pursue it.

00:35:30.360 I think he's going to handle it just fine.

00:35:32.100 I trust his leadership.

00:35:33.340 He is somebody that has displayed a level of devotion to our country.

00:35:37.360 And the idea that he wants to get to the bottom of this, he has relayed that to me.

00:35:43.680 He has relayed that to the entire committee.

00:35:45.700 I look forward to working with him to get into the bottom of it.

00:35:49.980 You represent Texas 38, so obviously the southern border is a huge issue for you folks, but also this is out-of-control spending and just the scale of government.

00:35:58.660 I know it doesn't wash with folks, the hardworking folks in Texas.

00:36:01.880 This debt ceiling, you've got the Democrats playing games.

00:36:03.920 The biggest game is, hey, we don't care what Kevin McCarthy and these radicals, these extremists in the House want.

00:36:10.500 There's no negotiation.

00:36:11.980 It's a clean debt ceiling or nothing.

00:36:14.060 What is your first take on that, Congressman Hunt?

00:36:17.440 My first take on that is this.

00:36:18.720 We have $31 trillion in debt.

00:36:21.100 We just passed a $1.7 trillion monstrosity a few months ago.

00:36:25.780 We spent $1.5 trillion.

00:36:27.260 By the way, all this with a T.

00:36:28.760 Trillion dollars in COVID spending over the course of the past two years.

00:36:32.660 At some point, enough is enough.

00:36:35.680 And their response to all this is to hire 87,000 IRS agents.

00:36:40.320 And I'm here to tell you that we don't have a tax revenue problem.

00:36:44.620 We clearly have a spending problem.

00:36:47.680 And so I have a four-year-old daughter, a two-year-old daughter, and I have a three-week-old boy sitting at my house right now.

00:36:54.200 And the only thing we are doing is burdening them with this debt if we don't take care of this right now.

00:37:00.000 I'm 40 years old.

00:37:01.360 I'm the upper end of the millennial scale.

00:37:03.600 We have a lot of young combat veterans that are currently serving in Congress that understand that this is an issue that has to be addressed.

00:37:09.900 We can no longer kick it down the road.

00:37:12.120 Congressional District 38, where I represent against the district President Trump, would have won by about 23 points.

00:37:17.820 We just won in November by 28 points.

00:37:20.120 These people have told me over and over and over and over again, we are voting for you to get our spending house in order.

00:37:27.700 And if you expect us to balance our budget and our homes, we expect the same thing of you.

00:37:32.900 The fact that the left is just intractable with how they are dealing with this just shows us how far gone they are.

00:37:38.940 They will spend until this country has nothing left to give.

00:37:42.180 We have reached our limit.

00:37:43.480 It's time to actually do something about spending, and it's time to keep our debt limit in control.

00:37:49.520 And again, it's the spending piece.

00:37:51.580 It is not the tax revenue.

00:37:53.160 And I'll end with this.

00:37:54.220 I had the honor of my first vote in Congress was to repeal those 87,000 IRS agents.

00:38:00.760 Look, it's our job to help the American people, not prosecute them.

00:38:06.640 Congressman Hunt, prayers of the war room posse have been with your newborn son and the mother.

00:38:11.440 Can you give us an update? How are they doing? How are they doing?

00:38:14.920 Yes, Will Hunt, Willie Parrish Hunt II.

00:38:17.580 That's his name. I named him after my father.

00:38:19.460 My dad's the greatest man I know.

00:38:21.020 He is doing well. He has now turned the corner.

00:38:23.280 He is out of the NICU gaining weight.

00:38:25.060 He is doing just fine.

00:38:26.520 Emily had an emergency C-section a few weeks back.

00:38:29.080 She is now almost fully recovered.

00:38:31.140 But please keep her in your prayers.

00:38:33.260 She's still kind of struggling with a few things.

00:38:35.420 But we are definitely doing much better after we've turned the corner to recovery.

00:38:40.000 And I will tell you this, your prayers matter.

00:38:43.380 I am so blessed to have people like you thinking about us and praying for us because I really do think that it made all the difference in their very speed of recovery over the course of the past few weeks.

00:38:52.700 And thank you, sir, for that.

00:38:55.100 Well, as you know, you're a favorite of this audience.

00:38:56.980 How do people follow you and find out more about you, Congressman Hunt?

00:39:00.340 Yes, sir. Wesleyfortexas.com.

00:39:02.360 Thank you very much.

00:39:05.480 Thank you for taking time away from your busy schedule to join us today.

00:39:07.840 I appreciate it.

00:39:08.460 Yes, sir.

00:39:08.800 God bless you.

00:39:09.400 Thank you, sir.

00:39:09.780 Appreciate you.

00:39:11.320 Thank you, sir.

00:39:12.100 One of the rising stars in the Republican Party.

00:39:15.020 Mike Davis, you heard, you know, he's a combat vet.

00:39:19.000 He was an Apache helicopter pilot.

00:39:20.840 If you're in the military, Mike, you know that you get rolled out and sent to Leavenworth if you've had this really callous way that the Biden – I mean the cynicism of how this has been handled is shocking.

00:39:35.840 When you read the Washington Post and New York Times stories of the 68 days and the fact that they thought they had a deal with justice to keep it quiet, that's the most stunning thing that – the most stunning phrase that I heard.

00:39:50.260 You know, Jeff Clark brought it up this morning and one of the – I think it's the Washington Post story said that they – DOJ and Bauer and these guys, they thought – Bauer's team, the president's lawyers' team thought they had a mutually agreed upon deal to keep this out of the public eye

00:40:04.700 and just to take care of this behind the scenes.

00:40:06.500 Mike Davis.

00:40:07.900 This is a cover-up.

00:40:09.140 This is a political cover-up between Attorney General Merrick Garland, President Biden, President Biden's White House attorneys, and President Biden's personal attorneys.

00:40:18.080 And the House Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction over the Justice Department, and Chairman Jim Jordan should issue subpoenas today to subpoena Attorney General Merrick Garland, get him over to the House and get him in a chair,

00:40:32.740 and make him answer questions.

00:40:35.380 And the Attorney General can't say this is an ongoing investigation, I can't answer these questions, because guess what, you don't get to cover-up your cover-up of your boss, right?

00:40:46.320 The Attorney General should have appointed a special counsel for this matter on November 2nd, the second that Attorney General Merrick Garland learns that Biden had stolen classified records in his profession.

00:41:00.320 He should have appointed a special counsel.

00:41:02.280 Instead, he's covered this up for two months.

00:41:04.240 They appointed a special counsel for Trump 16 days later.

00:41:09.020 They have this highly inappropriate collusion between the Justice Department, Team Biden, and the Biden White House to cover this up.

00:41:17.900 There needs to be a hearing on this.

00:41:20.440 There needs to be a hearing on this immediately.

00:41:22.460 It's time for the House Judiciary Committee to stop tweeting.

00:41:25.460 They have subpoena power now.

00:41:27.580 Let's have subpoenas, get people's butts in chairs, and hold a hearing. 1.00

00:41:33.160 You were over with Grassley.

00:41:35.560 Chief, you were there for Grassley's Judiciary Committee.

00:41:38.940 You would like to see this.

00:41:40.120 I'd like to hold you through the break.

00:41:41.940 We've got about a minute.

00:41:42.980 Your recommendation to Jim Jordan is go on offense right now.

00:41:48.440 You've got to start issuing subpoenas and force these guys to come and force them to talk.

00:41:53.360 Is that your angle of attack here?

00:41:56.400 Absolutely.

00:41:57.360 When the Attorney General is working with his boss and his boss's legal team to cover up crimes, there's a huge problem.

00:42:06.380 That's why we have congressional oversight. 0.78

00:42:08.580 Merrick Garland needs to be in a chair in the House Judiciary Committee, ASAP, and we need to stop tweeting and start issuing subpoenas.

00:42:16.780 What about their comeback?

00:42:21.580 We hear you, Mike Davis, but this is an ongoing investigation.

00:42:25.440 Nothing we can say about it, sir.

00:42:27.260 You put his butt in a chair and let Garland explain that to the American people and let him take question after question after question and let the American people look at his demeanor and look at how he's answering those questions to see if he's credible, to see if he's still covering up for Biden or if he's being truthful. 0.97

00:42:43.900 Put him in a chair. 0.98

00:42:46.780 Mike, can you hang on for one second?

00:42:48.080 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:42:49.220 We're going to return with Mike Davis, who was with Grassley over at the Senate Judiciary Committee and was a clerk for Associate Justice Gorsuch as a federal judge.

00:43:00.740 Mike Davis from Article 3 will join us on the other side.

00:43:02.980 In Joe Biden's America, criminals are exalted and the police are condemned.

00:45:04.000 Download now.

00:45:04.980 Mike Davis is our guest.

00:45:08.360 Mike, I want to read you a tweet from Andrew Weissman.

00:45:11.440 No fan of MAGA and no fan of President Trump.

00:45:14.900 Why did Biden search his personal home seven weeks after a 3 November discovery of docs at Penn Biden Center?

00:45:21.380 Story one, DOJ told us not to, which seemed implausible to me.

00:45:25.400 Story two, in New York Times today, White House did it without telling DOJ.

00:45:29.540 Question.

00:45:30.440 Why two stories and why not a fast and comprehensive search in November?

00:45:34.660 When you have people like Andrew Weissman essentially calling this thing out as absurd and the lies and the spins and the misrepresentations, should Jim Jordan, as head of judiciary, should he be leaning into this a tad more, sir?

00:45:49.340 Absolutely.

00:45:50.380 Absolutely.

00:45:51.260 He is the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee that has jurisdiction and oversight over the Justice Department.

00:45:58.060 You have very clear evidence that Attorney General Merrick Garland has improperly colluded with President Biden, the Biden White House lawyers, and President Biden's personal attorneys to cover up a massive scandal, a national security crime,

00:46:15.520 where there is smoking gun evidence that Biden violated the espionage act by having stolen classified records, five sets, at least five sets of stolen classified records in at least three, maybe four different locations, personal locations in his personal files, unguarded.

00:46:35.480 And there's clear evidence that Attorney General Merrick Garland had some sort of a deal with the Biden White House to keep this quiet.

00:46:41.960 This screams for congressional oversight.

00:46:44.700 This screams for a subpoena from Jim Jordan and the House Judiciary Committee to the Attorney General.

00:46:50.960 This screams for them dragging the Attorney General into the House Judiciary Committee, putting him into a chair and making him explain why he did what he did with Trump versus why he did what he did with Biden.

00:47:03.200 And why is there a clear double standard here?

00:47:07.400 It's much worse for Biden.

00:47:09.040 It's his boss.

00:47:09.660 Why didn't he appoint a special counsel on November 2nd?

00:47:12.660 Why has he been trying to bury this?

00:47:14.240 Why are we only finding out about this?

00:47:16.220 Because the inspector general of NARA blew the whistle on this.

00:47:21.000 This is a giant scandal.

00:47:23.340 And Jim Jordan needs to get moving on this.

00:47:26.100 The time for tweeting is over.

00:47:27.540 It's time to issue subpoenas.

00:47:29.180 You have the gavel.

00:47:30.640 Be a big boy.

00:47:31.580 Issue subpoenas.

00:47:32.260 Mike, there's no doubt in your mind as a professional that on November 2nd, they weren't rummaging around.

00:47:40.440 These high-powered lawyers were not rummaging around at the CCP-Pen-Biden Center just helping the pack, correct?

00:47:49.480 They were there for a reason, sir?

00:47:51.660 I mean, I don't know, Steve.

00:47:52.800 Would you pay $1,500 or more to have your personal attorneys go move papers in your office for you?

00:47:59.700 There's no way.

00:48:00.360 You would send a low-level aide to go close down your China-funded office at Penn-Biden at 101 Constitution Avenue.

00:48:07.780 They were clearly responding to some sort of subpoena or other request for records in another matter.

00:48:14.920 You don't – I was a lawyer in private practice.

00:48:17.480 I didn't charge that much, you know, six years ago when I was a real lawyer in the real world.

00:48:22.540 But, you know, to send your personal attorneys to go close your office is just complete nonsense.

00:48:30.480 They're responding to something else.

00:48:31.740 You got everybody – we got the Miranda Divine piece up from the New York Post today.

00:48:36.000 Mike, thank you for hanging out with us.

00:48:38.760 How do people get to you on social media?

00:48:40.780 How do they get to your website?

00:48:44.120 It's article3project.org, article3project.org, at article3project, at article3project on Getter, Twitter, Truth.

00:48:53.380 And my personal is at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA.

00:48:58.820 Again, House Republicans, let's get moving on this.

00:49:02.260 This is a big deal.

00:49:03.200 Stop tweeting.

00:49:04.260 Start actually getting stuff done.

00:49:06.000 And I want everybody to know, to go to his Getter and his Twitter account, Mike's putting up great information all day long.

00:49:13.140 President Trump, in fact, put out a massive compliment about the piece you wrote in Newsweek that we had you in here for last week.

00:49:21.000 President Trump says it's one of the best pieces he's written.

00:49:23.260 So, Mike, keep up doing the great work.

00:49:25.040 And I hope that Jim Jordan, the great congressman from Ohio, takes your advice.

00:49:31.020 And let's go on offense in this thing.

00:49:32.300 This is a scandal of massive proportions.

00:49:36.580 Just unbelievable.

00:49:37.540 Mike Davis, thank you.

00:49:39.120 Thank you, Steve.

00:49:39.600 In the next hour, we're going to connect some dots.

00:49:45.460 I've asked Colonel John Mills, who was in the Office of Secretary of Defense, he's an intelligence officer, to join us about this situation with the FBI, which is explosive.

00:49:54.640 The senior FBI field agent in charge of the counterintelligence department apparatus in the New York office, where, quite frankly, it's even more tense there than in New York City when we talk about counterintelligence, has been, it looks like, arrested.

00:50:11.660 And, essentially, when they cut through all the way they spent it, he's taking money from the Russians and is a Russian spy, a Russian agent.

00:50:19.980 Absolutely explosive.

00:50:21.020 He was also the senior guy on top of President Trump on the Russian collusion.

00:50:24.760 You can't make this up.

00:50:26.100 So, if you were pitching this in a movie in Hollywood, they'd throw you out of the office.

00:50:30.240 Also, what's happening in Ukraine, I'm telling you right now, and we have not been wrong on this, they're now ramping up for a large-scale land war there, much bigger than you're talking about now.

00:50:40.520 We've asked Rebecca Koffer to come in and walk us through all that.

00:50:44.660 Also, the movie Dead Names has been pulled down by Vimeo, so we've got Brandon Sherwood who's going to adjourn us, but the next hour is going to be absolutely intense.

00:51:15.940 Just go check it out.

00:51:16.840 That's our square.

00:51:18.060 You can go there, and to your heart's content.

00:51:21.860 Okay, it's really getting intense.

00:51:25.320 Next hour, Ukraine in this FBI, explosive FBI story of the senior member of the counterintelligence unit.

00:51:33.280 But also, tomorrow, we're going to get into more of the RNC.

00:51:38.340 Tomorrow is Tuesday.

00:51:39.780 I think Mike Lindell, Caroline Wren, this RNC out in Dana Point is really going to heat up.

00:51:44.700 We're going to do wall-to-wall coverage.

00:51:45.980 We're going to have a couple of people out there covering it.

00:51:47.860 It's just going to be absolutely intense.

00:51:49.120 Hang around for the next hour of the war room.

00:51:51.460 The Ukraine story, I've got to tell you, it's going to be big.

00:51:54.680 And remember, Zelensky's got old-time religion now.

00:51:57.360 Everything about Zelensky right now is about corruption.

00:52:00.640 Oh, corruption, it's the number one thing.

00:52:03.340 We're going to make sure the oligarchs are not stealing money. 0.98

00:52:05.800 He's got old-time religion. 0.93

00:52:07.720 We're going to talk about all that.

00:52:08.860 We've got Rebecca Koffler.

00:52:10.520 We've got Colonel John Mills.

00:52:12.160 Join us after a short commercial break for the next hour of the war room.

00:52:15.820 Everything's begun, and you are over.

00:52:27.780 We will fight till they're all gone.
