00:32:51.820 that be and i'll just give you the couple uh main reasons uh why that's the case uh the payroll number

00:32:59.100 up at the top the green counts the number of jobs uh the the household survey the bottom number

00:33:06.380 only asks people if they're employed uh and so here's the bottom line a person holding two part-time

00:33:13.820 jobs uh is counted as two in the payroll survey the green line yet so we're getting double counting

00:33:20.360 uh whereas you're only counted as one in the household survey right so it comes down to full-time

00:33:26.620 jobs versus part-time jobs and so the difference between those is that you know 2.7 million new jobs

00:33:34.020 on the top green line but the bottom graph only shows 12 000 new jobs for the household survey so just
