00:00:00.960 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:05.840 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.060 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:15.340 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:17.300 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:18.700 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:20.440 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:22.640 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.040 MAGA media.
00:00:26.940 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:32.840 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:36.580 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:42.860 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:00:51.040 Bottom line is that the FBI had the Biden crime family laptop for a year.
00:00:56.940 They knew it was leaking.
00:00:58.060 They knew it would hurt the Biden campaign.
00:01:01.840 So the FBI used its relationship with Twitter to suppress criminal evidence being revealed
00:01:08.900 about Joe Biden one month before the 2020 elections.
00:01:14.340 You, ladies and gentlemen, interfered with the United States of America 2020 presidential election,
00:01:20.060 knowingly and willingly, that's the bad news.
00:01:24.220 It's going to get worse because this is the investigation part.
00:01:28.500 Later comes the arrest part.
00:01:31.860 Your attorneys are familiar with that.
00:01:34.980 Mr. Chairman, I'd like to spend five hours with these ladies and gentlemen doing depositions,
00:01:40.400 surely yet to come.
00:01:41.560 But for right now, I yield the balance of my time to my colleague, Mr. Jordan.
00:01:46.060 And the Media Research Center polled Democratic voters in 2020 swing states
00:01:49.720 and found that 17% would have changed their vote
00:01:51.820 if they had known the contents and evidence of the New York Post story.
00:01:56.240 President Trump lost key states, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin,
00:02:02.420 by collectively just over 100,000 votes.
00:02:04.160 And if this is accurate, this poll, 3.2 million votes could have swung.
00:02:10.300 And he only needed a teeny fraction of those 3.2 million.
00:02:13.380 That decision almost certainly changed the result of the 2020 presidential election.
00:02:18.860 Mr. Roth, have you communicated with government officials ever on a platform called JIRA?
00:02:26.340 Yes or no?
00:02:29.440 Real quick answer.
00:02:30.540 We're on the clock.
00:02:31.220 Not to the best of my recollection.
00:02:32.380 Not to your recollection?
00:02:33.340 Great.
00:02:34.200 If you did, in the event, communicate, who would have had access to this platform?
00:02:40.400 That's the nature of my confusion.
00:02:42.360 Okay.
00:02:42.680 Did you ever speak to government officials on JIRA regarding taking down social media posts?
00:02:47.980 Again, not to the best of my recollection.
00:02:49.740 Can you explain to me why the federal government would ever have interest in communicating through JIRA,
00:02:54.460 mind you, a private cloud server,
00:02:57.140 with social media companies without oversight to censor American voices?
00:03:01.080 I want to let you know that this is a violation of the First Amendment and the federal government is colluding with social media companies to censor Americans.
00:03:08.860 Mr. Chairman, I ask for unanimous consent to submit these graphics into record.
00:03:13.180 And, Mr. Roth, I'm going to refresh your memory for you.
00:03:16.520 This flowchart behind me...
00:03:17.260 Without objection, it's ordered.
00:03:18.660 Thank you, Chair.
00:03:19.600 This flowchart shows the following federal agencies, social media companies, Twitter, leftist nonprofits,
00:03:25.440 and organizations communicating regarding their version of misinformation using JIRA, a private cloud server.
00:03:33.220 On this chart, I want to annotate that the Department of Homeland Security, which has the following branches,
00:03:38.900 Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, also known as CISA,
00:03:43.320 Countering Foreign Intelligence Task Force, now known as the Misinfo, Disinfo, and Malinformation, MDM.
00:03:49.920 This was, again, used against the American people.
00:03:52.640 The Election Integrity Partnership, EIP, which includes the following Stanford Internet Observatory,
00:04:00.880 University of Washington Center for Informed Public, Graphica, and Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab,
00:04:08.020 and potentially, according to what we found on the final report by EIP, the DNC.
00:04:12.900 The Center for Internet Security, CIS, a nonprofit funded by DHS, the National Association of Secretaries of State,
00:04:21.260 also known as NASS, and the National Association of State Election Directors, NASED.
00:04:27.580 And in this case, because there are other social media companies involved, Twitter.
00:04:32.880 What do all of these groups, though, have in common?
00:04:35.120 And I'm going to, again, refresh your memory.
00:04:37.140 They were all communicating on a private cloud server known as JIRA.
00:04:40.440 Now, the screenshot behind me, which is an example of one of thousands,
00:04:46.320 shows on November 3rd, 2020, that you, Mr. Roth, a Twitter employee,
00:04:50.580 were exchanging communications on JIRA, a private cloud server,
00:04:54.420 with SISA, NASS, NASED, and Alex Stamas, who now works at Stanford
00:05:00.340 and is a former security officer at Facebook, to remove a posting.
00:05:06.020 Do you now remember communicating on a private cloud server to remove a posting?
00:05:14.160 Yes or no?
00:05:15.980 I wouldn't agree with the characterization that this...
00:05:17.980 I don't care if you agree.
00:05:19.220 This is your stuff.
00:05:21.120 Yes or no?
00:05:21.640 Did you communicate with a private entity, the government agency, on a private cloud server?
00:05:27.220 Yes or no?
00:05:28.220 The question was if I...
00:05:29.540 Yes or no?
00:05:30.340 Yeah, I'm on time.
00:05:31.040 Yes or no?
00:05:31.760 Ma'am, I don't believe I can give you a yes or no.
00:05:33.500 Well, I'm going to tell you right now that you did, and we have proof of it.
00:05:36.520 This, ladies and gentlemen, is joint action between the federal government
00:05:39.980 and a private company to censor and violate the First Amendment.
00:05:42.920 This is also known, and I'm so glad that there's many attorneys on this panel,
00:05:46.700 joint state actors.
00:05:47.860 It's highly illegal.
00:05:49.260 You are all engaged in this action, and I want you to know that you will be all held accountable.
00:05:54.920 Ms. Gaddy, are you still on SISA's Cybersecurity Advisory Council?
00:05:59.820 Yes or no?
00:06:00.920 Yes, I am.
00:06:01.780 Okay.
00:06:02.020 For those who have said that this is a pointless hearing, and I just want to let you guys all
00:06:06.600 know, we found that Twitter was indeed communicating with the federal government to censor Americans.
00:06:11.680 I'd like to remind you that this was all in place before January 6th.
00:06:15.660 So to say that these mechanisms weren't in place, and to make it about January 6th,
00:06:19.920 I want to let you know that you guys were actually in control of all of the content,
00:06:23.220 and clearly we have proof of that.
00:06:25.160 Now, if you don't think that this is important to your constituents and the American people
00:06:28.500 from those saying that this was a pointless hearing, I suggest you find other jobs.
00:06:32.300 Chairman, I yield my time.
00:06:34.080 Mr. Baker, you said you didn't talk with the FBI that day.
00:06:36.800 Did you talk to the FBI about the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to then or after that day?
00:06:40.940 I'm trying to make sure I can answer this question consistent with the restrictions that I talked
00:06:48.540 about in my opening statement.
00:06:49.260 Simple question.
00:06:49.920 Did you talk to the FBI about the Hunter Biden story?
00:06:52.600 I do.
00:06:53.280 To the best of my recollection, I did not talk to the FBI about the Hunter Biden story before that day.
00:06:59.520 Did you talk to him after it?
00:07:00.520 You said your response is real specific to the chairman.
00:07:05.540 You said, I did not talk to the FBI about the Hunter Biden laptop story that day.
00:07:08.620 I assume that day is October 14th.
00:07:10.060 I want to know if you talked to him on the 13th or before, or if you talked to him on the 15th and after.
00:07:14.980 I don't recall speaking to the FBI sitting here today.
00:07:18.900 I don't recall speaking to the FBI at all about the Hunter Biden matter.
00:07:22.260 Well, then why did you answer it the way you did?
00:07:24.600 I beg your pardon?
00:07:25.720 I yield back to you.
00:07:26.840 Eddie, are you aware that Hunter Biden's lawyers, as recently as last week,
00:07:30.520 wrote the Department of Justice about Hunter Biden's laptop?
00:07:36.740 I've seen some articles about that.
00:07:38.460 Yes, they did.
00:07:39.540 And it appears that Hunter Biden's attorney is admitting that the laptop and emails on it are authentic.
00:07:45.600 So, Ms. Gaddy, on October 14th, 2020, did Hunter Biden report to Twitter that he was the victim of a hack?
00:07:53.300 No, I don't believe he did.
00:07:55.040 Ms. Gaddy, when the New York Post initially broke the story about the laptop,
00:07:58.020 did you call Hunter Biden's lawyer to ask if it was authentic?
00:08:00.520 No, I did not.
00:08:03.660 Isn't it correct that the Biden campaign had contact with Twitter in the run-up to the 2020 election?
00:08:11.500 Not to my knowledge.
00:08:13.280 And you're telling this committee that you didn't ask any Biden representative if the laptop was real
00:08:18.000 or for Hunter Biden's attorney's phone number to confirm its authenticity?
00:08:24.780 We did not speak to anybody related to that.
00:08:28.100 Mr. Baker, are you aware that the FBI had Hunter Biden's laptop since December of 2019?
00:08:34.300 I'm sorry, am I aware of that now?
00:08:35.660 Well, were you aware then?
00:08:38.260 At then, no.
00:08:39.120 I don't believe, sir, that to the best of my recollection, I don't think I knew that.
00:08:41.900 But you're aware now?
00:08:42.960 I've heard that now, yes.
00:08:45.120 Mr. Baker, did you call any of your contacts at the FBI to ask whether or not they knew if the material had been hacked?
00:08:51.820 I don't recall contacting them about that on that day.
00:08:57.980 Mr. Roth, Ms. Gaddy, and Mr. Baker, it appears to me that you failed at your jobs.
00:09:04.000 You were entrusted with the highest level of power at Twitter, but when you were faced with the New York Post story,
00:09:10.040 instead of allowing people to judge the information for themselves, you rushed to find a reason why the American people shouldn't see it.
00:09:21.060 In a matter of hours, you were deciding on the truth of a story that spans years and dozens of complex international transactions.
00:09:28.760 You did this because you were terrified of Joe Biden not winning the election in 2020.
00:09:33.040 That's what it appeared.
00:09:33.760 I can assure you this committee will succeed in holding the Bidens accountable.
00:09:43.280 So much of the evidence of wrongdoing from this family is located in that hard drive that you all led the American people to believe was Russian disinformation, when in fact it was not.
00:09:59.200 So they've dragged a social media platform here in Congress, they're weaponizing the use of this committee so that they can do it again.
00:10:08.160 A whole hearing about a 24-hour hiccup in a right-wing political operation.
00:10:13.320 That is why we are here right now.
00:10:15.820 And it is, it's just an abuse of public resources and abuse of public time.
00:10:21.260 We could be talking about health care.
00:10:22.720 We could be talking about bringing down the cost of prescription drugs.
00:10:25.360 We could be talking about abortion rights, civil rights, voting rights.
00:10:28.740 But instead we're talking about Hunter Biden's half-fake laptop story.
00:10:33.280 I mean, this is an embarrassment.
00:10:34.460 Bottom line is that the FBI had the Biden crime family laptop for a year.
00:10:39.920 They knew it was leaking.
00:10:41.460 They knew it would hurt the Biden campaign.
00:10:43.620 So the FBI used its relationship with Twitter to suppress criminal evidence being revealed about Joe Biden one month before the 2020 elections.
00:10:57.320 You, ladies and gentlemen, interfered with the United States of America 2020 presidential election, knowingly and willingly.
00:11:06.020 That's the bad news.
00:11:07.220 It's going to get worse because this is the investigation part.
00:11:11.060 Later comes the arrest part.
00:11:14.800 Your attorneys are familiar with that.
00:11:17.740 Mr. Chairman, I'd like to spend five hours with these ladies and gentlemen doing depositions surely yet to come.
00:11:24.920 But for right now, I yield the balance of my time to my colleague, Mr. George.
00:11:30.340 Okay, that's today.
00:11:31.900 It is Wednesday, the 8th of February, the year of our Lord, 2023.
00:11:37.480 That is the fireworks that went on Capitol Hill.
00:11:39.580 Boris Epstein, by phone, your assessment, sir.
00:11:44.520 Steve, honored to be with you.
00:11:46.220 Honored to be with the posse.
00:11:47.140 This is a big day.
00:11:48.560 This is a big day for America, a big day for President Trump, a big day for MAGA, and a huge day for the posse.
00:11:56.400 Because one more time, we've got more irrefutable evidence that the highest level of law enforcement in America colluded with big tech to rig and steal the 2020 election.
00:12:11.140 And President Trump, just in the last few minutes, putting out a powerhouse truth.
00:12:15.960 Powerhouse.
00:12:16.520 And I'll read it real quick.
00:12:18.540 Congratulations to Congressman James Comer, Clay Higgins, Pat Fallon, and all of the great Republican patriots on the House Oversight Committee.
00:12:26.700 What an important and incredible job you are doing.
00:12:29.260 The sleazebags that rigged and stole the 2020 presidential election are being ripped apart.
00:12:34.760 Hope the mainstream media is covering this historic event.
00:12:37.980 And you know what?
00:12:39.080 The media don't have a choice.
00:12:41.300 Because the revelations today make it absolutely clear, crystal clear, that the conspiracy to rig and steal the 2020 presidential election went all the way through big tech to highest levels of law enforcement and, of course, to the Biden crime family.
00:13:00.680 This is a big day and a huge cooter, huge attaboy to Comer, Higgins, Fallon, Boebert, and all the patriots on the committee.
00:13:11.820 By the way, don't leave off Anna Polina Luna.
00:13:16.600 What a rock star for a freshman.
00:13:18.280 Boris, I know you've got to bounce.
00:13:20.640 We had a 10-minute cold open just for you and the president.
00:13:23.880 How did it get to you on social media?
00:13:25.720 How did it get to your morning newsletter?
00:13:28.180 Steve, thanks for having me.
00:13:29.160 Everybody's going to be watching every single minute of that hearing today.
00:13:33.760 And then the committee on weaponization hearing on Thursday is going to be fire.
00:13:38.700 The subcommittee on weaponization with Jim Jordan, Elise Stefanik, Daryl Issa, that is going to be pure fire on Thursday.

00:14:01.500 Keep fighting.
00:14:02.280 And I'll talk to you tomorrow.
00:14:05.600 Boris Epstein, thank you very much.
00:14:07.320 What a way to start.
00:14:09.340 Tomorrow is going to be weaponization.
00:14:11.200 It's going to take place, I think, at noon.
00:14:12.780 We're going to do the pregame for that.
00:14:14.020 And as we told you, our coverage is going to be part streaming, part up on Getter, part on the, obviously, in the War Room of the Real America Voice.

00:14:23.660 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:25.200 When we return, Natalie Winters, our executive editor, has been all over this.
00:14:28.840 She's going to give us her analysis, her commentary, and her thoughts.
00:14:32.940 Also, Mike Lindell still got a bone to pick with Ron DeSantis, and he's going to be here picking it all next in the War Room.
00:14:40.780 Everything's begun, and you are over.
00:14:45.680 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:14:49.740 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:14:52.040 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:14:54.560 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:14:56.460 Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:58.340 Despite the U.S. blowing through $31.4 trillion debt ceiling in January, the leftist White House still refuses to reduce spending.
00:15:08.660 While our national leadership has buried their heads in the sand, when it comes to fiscal responsibility, it's time to pull yours out.
00:15:17.000 Think about this.
00:15:18.400 To dig our country out of this mountain of debt, every single taxpayer in America would have to write a check for $247,000.
00:15:28.340 And it's only going to get worse.
00:15:30.360 Now would be a great time to diversify into gold with Birch Gold.

00:17:05.760 That's where you come to the war room.
00:17:08.060 Natalie Winters, your assessment, you do this for a living, the investigations, your assessment on day one.
00:17:14.360 Tomorrow we have weaponization.
00:17:15.740 Today we had oversight about the laptop from hell.
00:17:18.120 You obviously know as much about the laptop as any living human being.
00:17:22.300 And, you know, you've done your own independent investigations on every aspect of the CCP.
00:17:27.760 Your thoughts, ma'am?
00:17:29.820 Well, I know you say there are no conspiracies, only coincidences.
00:17:33.500 But we just actually have reports now that Twitter is down for basically all users worldwide.
00:17:38.840 They're actually unable to tweet.
00:17:40.900 So that's certainly curious timing.
00:17:42.800 And also, of course, during the hearing, too much truth.
00:17:48.440 Are you pulling my leg?
00:17:51.940 Hang on.
00:17:52.400 Are you pulling my leg?
00:17:53.140 This is just for Madeline Peltz.
00:17:54.380 You're doing this.
00:17:55.360 You're serious.
00:17:56.620 I do love me some Madeline Peltz.
00:17:58.820 But I hate to break it to you.
00:18:00.780 That is true.
00:18:01.540 I was trying to tweet to let the war room posse know that I was going to be on war room today.
00:18:06.700 And I couldn't.
00:18:07.520 No one can really tweet right now.
00:18:09.880 Twitter is down.
00:18:11.180 And, of course, don't forget that during the hearing that took place today, there was a brief period of time where the power actually went out in the Capitol, in the room where they were conducting the hearing.
00:18:23.180 So they had to temporarily pause and restart the hearings.
00:18:26.880 Wow.
00:18:27.100 One person commented that, you know, his Twitter behind this.
00:18:30.420 So all of those shenanigans aside, don't let that distract you from what we learned today.
00:18:36.160 I think the war room posse, none of it necessarily breaking news to people who've been following war room, people who've been following the stories from Hunter Biden's hard drive.
00:18:46.880 But I think if you really drill down the bigger picture, which I think we really got the evidence for today, is the fact that forget foreign election interference.
00:18:56.120 Right.
00:18:56.520 We can handle that at another time.
00:18:57.900 But what we saw today was evidence of domestic election interference, particularly by big tech platforms like Twitter, but really colluding with the intel community, particularly the FBI.
00:19:08.860 And I think it's very interesting in that opening clip that you played, the individual baker.
00:19:15.000 Right.
00:19:15.160 That's someone to really drill down on, not just because he obviously had a very high level position at Twitter, but he's also a former FBI agent.
00:19:22.040 Right. So he sort of represents this revolving door between the social media platform and the intel community.
00:19:28.280 But I have watched a lot of hearings.
00:19:30.420 I've watched a lot of people answering questions under oath.
00:19:33.940 I have never seen someone choose their words so carefully.
00:19:37.660 And I think it dovetails perfectly with what Mr. Higgins, Representative Higgins said, where this is just the beginning.
00:19:43.720 Right. Like I said earlier this morning, this is the opening salvo.
00:19:46.600 So these people who are up there testifying know that this is just the beginning of what will, I think, ultimately end up in some form of criminal prosecution.
00:19:56.680 But I think, too, the other important takeaway is really how the Democrats treated this hearing.
00:20:03.120 And what I mean by that, they put forth one witness, someone who was basically a low level employee at Twitter who turned into a whistleblower.
00:20:10.040 But their narrative throughout this entire hearing, they actually used it as grounds not only to push the January 6th conspiracy theories and delusions,
00:20:19.320 but actually to say that Twitter needs to be even more censorious in its nature, censor more conservatives and play a more active role or else, you know, more events like January 6th are going to continue to happen.
00:20:31.540 And I think what's what's really interesting and to me as I was watching it, I think, was sort of another buried lead if you want to really get granular.
00:20:39.700 But a lot of the Democrats refrain, right, was that Twitter is uncensored and Twitter was responsible for January 6th.
00:20:48.840 Right. It was really users on there that incited people to go into the Capitol.
00:20:53.440 And meanwhile, Republicans' primary point, which is what we talk about on War Room all the time, is that Twitter really is accessible, not just for federal agents, but for the intel community to push certain narratives.
00:21:04.540 So I think if you actually connect those two narratives, you sort of get the proof that the Fed's erection, as I know Revolver News likes to call it, but really happened.
00:21:14.200 And I think that that's just another way that you kind of prove that Twitter really is linked to the intel community.
00:21:20.460 And there are a lot of moments. I think the pregnant pauses, the quiet parts out loud today, what was not said, and really the careful nature with with which people like Baker and the others chose their words, shows you that they know that they're on notice.
00:21:38.520 Baker, who was general counsel at the FBI and then deputy general counsel at Twitter, he's going to be the linchpin.
00:21:44.060 There's no doubt in your mind that that is that is a target of this, ma'am.
00:21:48.240 Oh, not at all, because like I said, he represents in flesh and blood the revolving door that exists between Twitter and the intel communities.
00:21:58.580 And like I said, he was probably the most cagey of all the witnesses.
00:22:02.920 There's some really great exchanges between him and Jim Jordan, where you can see Jim Jordan really drilling down on timeline, which I think is an important thing to focus on,
00:22:12.580 because so much of this has to do with what the FBI was talking with Twitter behind the scenes versus what they were putting out publicly.
00:22:21.340 So it's very interesting. And I think that he definitely is sort of this connective tissue when you kind of take a step back and look at how social media functions,
00:22:30.560 not just in the case of the Hunter Biden hard drive, but with domestic election interference more broadly,
00:22:37.480 how he really represents the talking points and control of the FBI that they exert over this platform.
00:22:45.980 Raskin and AOC, the two of the senior voices, they're coming in.
00:22:49.260 And what they're saying is this is totally they totally dismiss this.
00:22:52.100 This is nothing but a right wing conspiracy theory witch hunt, correct?
00:22:56.200 Totally. That was kind of the talking point, I think, from the Democrats, right, that we should just be focusing on drug prices,
00:23:04.160 which sort of seems to be the refrain.
00:23:05.600 Anytime you want to talk about anything that doesn't have to do with January 6th.
00:23:09.760 Of course, you also have AOC dismissing the hard drive as kind of a I believe she called it half true and that it was actually just kind of a bungled political off from Republicans like yourself.
00:23:23.080 Again, that couldn't be anything further from the truth as someone who has seen the hard drive up close and personal and reported a lot of stories from it.
00:23:31.860 That's just, I think, baseless talking point.
00:23:35.180 And again, I think it shows you, too, the fact that the evidence or rather the witness that they selected,
00:23:41.580 they really tried to kind of steer the conversation towards January 6th and how they actually need to censor more people.
00:23:49.360 And the fact that Donald Trump allegedly wanted to censor Chrissy Teigen, they tried to draw parallels between that and Joe Biden using a social media platform to rig an entire election.
00:23:58.700 So just total bogus narratives coming from the Democrats today.
00:24:03.420 What is your social media? How do people get to you and make sure they're in the loop on all your coverage?
00:24:09.740 Natalie G. Winters.
00:24:10.840 And make sure you're going to the War Room Getter feed for live streams to kind of keep up to date with what the latest is on all these hearings.
00:24:16.720 By the way, Natalie, we'll talk afterwards.
00:24:20.560 I may want you to reach out, maybe reach out to AOC's comms director and ask what half of the hard drive is true,
00:24:28.440 the porn or the honeypot or the CCP, you know, money and cash.
00:24:35.160 We'll talk after the show.
00:24:36.240 Thank you, man.
00:24:36.760 Appreciate it.
00:24:39.720 Let's play.
00:24:41.060 Mike Lindell came in a little hot yesterday.
00:24:43.680 Let's go ahead and play a cold opener.
00:24:45.140 We're going to bring in Mike Lindell for round two.
00:24:47.300 Thank you.
00:24:48.200 OK, also joining us here today is Libby Locke.
00:24:51.080 She's a partner at Claire Locke LLP and is extraordinaire when it comes to First Amendment defamation.
00:24:59.260 So, Libby.
00:25:00.240 Thank you, Governor, for having me.
00:25:03.900 So, Mike, what's your beef?
00:25:05.420 You know, he's sitting there trying to tee up conservatives to fight back at mainstream media and be able to hire the best lawyers in the world for defamation cases.
00:25:13.640 And he put forward Libby Locke as one of the top lawyers.
00:25:16.020 I think she's represented O'Keefe and those guys before.
00:25:19.120 What's your beef with this?
00:25:20.900 Well, the beef with her is there's she is the Dominion lawyer.
00:25:25.760 Claire Locke, Inc., Elizabeth Locke.
00:25:30.120 We call her Libby.
00:25:31.300 She is the one that has sued MyPillow, Mike Lindell, Rudy Giuliani.
00:25:37.100 All of us in this country went after or they're the ones that wrote letters to over 200 people across our country that were poll watchers.
00:25:45.600 They look like mafia letters to him.
00:25:47.400 And here's Ron DeSantis bringing her in.
00:25:51.200 If you know if he's that naive, he did it on purpose.
00:25:55.120 And he, quite frankly, I'm not going to let this go, Steve, ever.
00:26:00.400 I mean, Ron DeSantis should not be a governor.
00:26:02.820 He should not be.
00:26:04.160 If you're going to bring in and you don't realize what's what's been taking our country, these machine companies.
00:26:09.280 And he called her one of the best First Amendment and defamation lawyers.
00:26:16.640 Well, why don't you just tell the whole country, Ron, that, you know what, she's Dominion's lawyer and, boy, she's the best.
00:26:24.460 And she wouldn't even get behind somebody that wasn't righteous like Dominion, right?
00:26:29.160 It's disgusting.
00:26:30.680 And I'll tell you, Steve, we found out we got the cast vote records from Miami-Dade County.
00:26:36.920 There's absolutely, and other counties in Florida, in the 2022 election, there's no machine computer manipulation.
00:26:47.080 This is the first time we found this in the 2022 election.
00:26:50.940 Isn't that funny?
00:26:51.720 He's sitting there in cahoots, colluding with Dominion and their attorneys, and there's no crime in Florida down there.
00:27:00.260 You know, I don't know.
00:27:01.240 Draw your own conclusion.
00:27:02.900 But hang on.
00:27:04.120 But hang on.
00:27:04.540 It's disgusting.
00:27:04.880 But wouldn't he argue, hey, there's no machine problem in Florida, so I can hire a Dominion lawyer?
00:27:13.220 Wouldn't that be his response?
00:27:16.600 His response should be the people in this country don't want to get rid of these machines.
00:27:22.060 Like, you know, who was polled the best for the RNC?
00:27:24.840 Mike Lindell.
00:27:25.760 What does he stand for?
00:27:26.780 Getting rid of, fixing our election platforms and our voter rolls and getting rid of these electronic machines.
00:27:33.180 And here he's out there embracing them.
00:27:37.160 And then, you know what I would say to Ron?
00:27:39.140 Hey, Ron.
00:27:40.980 Over in California in the 2020 election, 1.6 million votes stole from Donald Trump.
00:27:46.600 Texas was second at 1 million.
00:27:48.880 Guess who was third, Mr. Governor DeSantis?
00:27:52.680 Florida.
00:27:53.160 Florida, 960,000 votes taken.
00:27:56.920 And, Steve, this isn't just Mike Lindell's cyber data.
00:28:00.000 This is people that canvassed Florida.
00:28:02.420 So we have different camera angles.
00:28:05.960 Mike, can you hang on for one second?
00:28:07.680 I've got a couple more questions, Ashley, since this is so controversial.
00:28:11.020 Mike Lindell on the Ron DeSantis situation with Dominion and the lawyer.
00:28:14.540 Joe Allen, all next in the War Room.
00:28:20.380 A lot of people complain about the state of our country or the way woke corporations treat us and their employees.
00:28:31.540 But it's not enough to complain.
00:28:33.220 We need to change the way the marketplace works.

00:29:54.060 Band.
00:29:54.360 Okay.
00:29:57.860 Hey, Mike.
00:29:58.740 You know, this thing with DeSantis and Trump, it's gotten a little personal in the last couple of days.
00:30:02.540 I just want to make sure because you're one of the most even-handed and nicest guys I've known.
00:30:08.200 You really are the epitome of live Christianity and putting everything in front of you, you know, everything before your own self.
00:30:16.660 You just went after Ron DeSantis a moment ago about being governor of Florida.
00:30:21.120 Now, I think most people, even people that are 1,000 percent supporters for President Trump, think that Governor DeSantis is doing an incredible job in Florida.
00:30:29.620 But I think you said, hey, Mr. Governor, you shouldn't even be governor if you believe the machines are not a problem.
00:30:34.500 Is that what you meant to say or did I misinterpret that?
00:30:37.120 That's exactly what I meant to say.
00:30:40.400 I don't care if you do 99.
00:30:42.460 You're the best governor in history.
00:30:44.660 If you're sitting there colluding with Dominion, the biggest problem we have in our country, then all that stuff, all that good stuff is bye-bye.
00:30:53.440 And that ship sailed.
00:30:55.040 I'm reading comments here.
00:30:56.420 They say maybe he didn't notice or didn't know that they had a Dominion lawyer there.
00:31:02.980 He made a comment that she's one of the best for First Amendment and defamation cases.
00:31:08.760 Steve, you know what the whole meeting was about?
00:31:10.940 To make it easier for them to sue people in the media and sue people for defamation.
00:31:18.380 You know what that is?
00:31:19.440 And pretty soon you won't be able to say anything.
00:31:21.980 I'm going to sue you for defamation.
00:31:23.540 I'm going to sue you for defamation.
00:31:25.180 Remember when I was just in the claw game with Jimmy Kimmel.
00:31:28.260 Well, that's exactly what I said.
00:31:29.860 Hey, we used to say these games are rigged, these carnival games, and nobody sued us.
00:31:34.200 Where is this going?
00:31:35.400 Ron DeSantis right now?
00:31:37.380 And someone said, Mike, we need to unify.
00:31:39.800 I'll tell you what, Ron DeSantis, can you be to unify our country or to the party anyway?
00:31:44.800 We, the people, are unified.
00:31:46.240 We want to get the machines gone.
00:31:47.760 Ron DeSantis should endorse Donald Trump tomorrow morning.
00:31:50.640 Hang on.
00:31:53.460 For the person that was up in the chat and said that, do you believe, because it's a legitimate question,
00:31:58.940 do you believe that Ron DeSantis, as squared away as he is, you know, a Yale graduate, all that,
00:32:04.100 do you believe, and this terrific team he's got around him,
00:32:06.500 do you believe Ron DeSantis actually knew that she was the lead lawyer,
00:32:10.280 one of the most important lawyers for Dominion in the lawsuits against everybody?
00:32:14.680 Well, first of all, they're the only lawyer, Steve.
00:32:17.660 It's an exclusive.
00:32:18.780 It's Claire Locke.
00:32:19.740 She's Elizabeth Locke.
00:32:21.740 The second thing is this comment right after that guy's comment said, of course, of course he knew.
00:32:27.460 And he's even doing a jab at President Trump because he's got a big truth sign behind him in his little table.
00:32:37.460 You know, maybe you think he's wanting to give free advertising to True Social?
00:32:41.980 No, he's sticking it to everybody, going, you know what?
00:32:45.420 Hey, we didn't have any election crime down here in Florida because I made a deal with Dominion.
00:32:49.480 I don't know.
00:32:50.320 I'm just saying.
00:32:51.180 You're colluding with the enemy.
00:32:53.680 That's it.
00:32:54.660 And I won't let up.
00:32:55.660 I've worked too hard, Steve.
00:32:57.120 We have worked too hard in this country, and we're winning everywhere to get rid of these voting machines.
00:33:01.920 And then you come up with that and basically going, oh, come on, these are great.
00:33:07.000 You know, we know we can't look and see inside the machines.
00:33:09.640 We know that you won't show us anything.
00:33:11.660 And you're the wonderful lawyer that's representing and putting lawsuits and threatening letters against our citizens.
00:33:18.380 In your race with Harmeet Dillon, basically the overthrow of the leadership of the RNC, Ron DeSantis actually gave an interview with Charlie Kirk that they dropped the day before.
00:33:28.760 It says he supported change in leadership.
00:33:32.220 And I think he was with Harmeet.
00:33:33.360 But basically you were part of – you were not with Harmeet, but you were part of that change agent.
00:33:38.360 And one of that was election crimes had to be – so DeSantis was on that side, whereas President Trump was essentially whipping for Ronald McDaniel behind the scenes.
00:33:47.600 He sent his team out there to whip for her.
00:33:50.100 Is this dispute you're having right now, is this tied at all to your personal relationship, your fondness, your admiration for President Trump, or is this purely about the machines?
00:34:03.760 Well, I got two things to say there, and the one is absolutely it's 100 percent with the machines.
00:34:09.540 Jimmy Kimmel even asked me that over a year and a half ago.
00:34:12.100 If your friend Donald Trump had won, would you still be digging into these machines?
00:34:15.840 I said, of course I would.
00:34:17.940 And actually, the Washington Post came to Minnesota and questioned everybody.
00:34:21.180 Would Mike really be after the machines if his friend won?
00:34:23.960 Every one of them said yes.
00:34:25.780 And when you say DeSantis, when he skipped down there to Charlie Kirk and he endorsed Harmeet, let me tell you something.
00:34:32.020 Another little thing fishy.
00:34:33.440 Harmeet came to my room the night before the election and said I couldn't have anything to do with election integrity if she was the one in charge.
00:34:40.800 And she's the one that pulled out of Arizona and said nothing to see here or I'm not getting involved because I might get sanctioned.
00:34:47.840 It's all, you know, you want to talk about a tie there that I don't know.
00:34:51.380 All I know is that Harmeet flipped on me on the day before the election, too, about machines and lawsuits.
00:34:57.460 So, and I, you know what, Steve, I take this very personally.
00:35:01.420 I don't care if you're the governor or who you are and we have to save our country.
00:35:06.500 We have to fix our election platforms.
00:35:09.140 And you're sitting there blatantly putting it out there with the lawyer for dominion.
00:35:13.440 It's disgusting.
00:35:14.960 He should endorse Donald Trump tomorrow and save faith.
00:35:17.900 Maybe he'll save his political career if he did that.
00:35:20.260 I don't know.
00:35:21.260 It's done.
00:35:21.820 And in your mind, you said, do you still stand by the fact you think this disqualifies him to be a candidate in 2024, sir?
00:35:31.660 Oh, 100%.
00:35:32.720 100%.
00:35:34.320 You know, nobody's going to vote for Ron DeSantis.
00:35:37.660 The public, Steve, the public, if you're even looking at the RNC race, Rasmussen's a big poll.
00:35:44.280 They wanted Mike Lindell.
00:35:45.920 I doubled Harmeet and Ronna.
00:35:47.500 But the number one thing on people's minds is the election platforms.
00:35:51.960 That's why we've lost five in a row.
00:35:55.080 They're cheating with computers.
00:35:57.440 And if Ron DeSantis is sitting there colluding with the people that are cheating and he doesn't come out with a statement, the public, no one's going to vote for him.
00:36:07.840 So he just as well, he just as well not waste our resources, time, energy.
00:36:13.280 And he's got, you know, it's disgusting.
00:36:14.800 Have you reached out, Mike, you're a very guy with camaraderie and friendship and that's why people love you.
00:36:23.220 Have you reached out to Governor DeSantis or has Governor DeSantis reached out to you?
00:36:27.760 No, never.
00:36:29.380 Not once.
00:36:30.560 But I will tell you this.
00:36:32.580 I had part of my team.
00:36:34.940 This is about, because I did check on all this yesterday.
00:36:37.940 This was about five months ago, everybody, and he was with one of my lawyers in a room with other people.
00:36:45.680 And I won't name their names, but I just talked to this person last night and I said, what do you know about him or what did he say to you?
00:36:52.460 I believe once it was a long time ago.
00:36:54.260 And he said, as soon as we brought up the machines, he said, you should have seen his face.
00:37:00.400 It just completely like you just sucked the wind on him.
00:37:04.460 I'm all about election integrity.
00:37:06.000 They were talking about what he's going to do in Florida.
00:37:08.380 Someone brought up machines and he just, it was like he'd seen a ghost, you know, and it was silence.
00:37:13.520 And I said, you didn't talk about it?
00:37:14.960 He goes, no, he killed it.
00:37:16.220 Said he had to go.
00:37:16.860 Mike, how do people get to you?
00:37:21.320 We know after the 6 o'clock show you follow us, but everybody wants to follow you.
00:37:25.020 Where do they go?
00:37:26.740 Well, you can go follow me on Truth Social or Getter.
00:37:29.340 Those are my main two.
00:37:30.340 And then Frank Speech.
00:37:31.740 Frank Speech, you guys watch my show.
00:37:34.080 It's on at 6 p.m. Central.
00:37:37.540 But, yeah, Getter, I posted.
00:37:39.660 We're putting it all over.
00:37:40.880 And I still, I got my Twitter account back, so I put it over there, too, with this DeSantis thing.
00:37:47.540 I'm not letting this go, Steve.
00:37:49.060 I am tired of fighting people, the Republicans, in all of these states that we work so hard and we get traitors like Robin Voss in Wisconsin, Brad Rassenberger down in Georgia, Brian Kemp, Doug Ducey.
00:38:03.760 And now you're going to have DeSantis sitting there colluding with the machine people?
00:38:07.780 That makes those other guys look like they should, that they're okay.
00:38:11.960 I mean, this is unbelievable.
00:38:14.040 I couldn't even wrap my head around it.
00:38:16.040 I still can't.
00:38:17.160 But I promise everybody watching, I'm not letting up.
00:38:21.060 DeSantis, maybe he should call me up and explain himself.
00:38:24.160 To me, there's no explanation.
00:38:26.360 And you just will not waste your time.
00:38:28.520 People will not vote for you now.
00:38:30.540 You should help save our country and endorse Donald Trump tomorrow and call it a day, Ron.
00:38:38.680 Mike Lindell, thank you, as always.
00:38:40.500 Thank you for being on here, sir.
00:38:42.380 Thanks.
00:38:43.040 Thanks for having me.
00:38:45.380 Thank you, sir.
00:38:46.060 Let's go ahead and play.
00:38:46.660 We got the cold over for Joe Allen.
00:38:47.940 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:38:48.620 Microsoft has patented new technology that would let you talk to dead people, sort of.
00:38:55.460 Microsoft developer is creating a tool that would make it possible to have a virtual conversation with a chatbot resembling deceased loved ones or historical figures.
00:39:06.000 Looking for guidance from a late grandparent or want to discuss the Gettysburg Address with Abraham Lincoln?
00:39:12.600 Then, theoretically, it could be possible with Microsoft's technology.
00:39:17.760 According to this patent, the tool would cull social data, like letters, images, messages, and social media posts from that chosen individual.
00:39:27.500 And then that information would be used to train the chatbot to interact like that person.
00:39:32.960 Whether it sounds cool or creepy, Microsoft isn't planning to turn the technology into an actual product.
00:39:41.300 The company's general manager of AI programs saying the patent was filed back in April 2017, which predates the AI ethical standards we have today.
00:39:51.100 Yep, and while Microsoft says there's no plans for that tech, you've seen similar scenarios, right, already making their way into real life with holograms.
00:40:04.220 Celebrities like Whitney Houston and rapper Tupac Shakur.
00:40:07.440 Hello, I'm a digital version of Dr. Deepak Chopra, created by the Real Deepak and the AI Foundation.
00:40:15.900 I'm in training to serve as your infinite well-being guide.
00:40:19.500 I'm on a mission to help you achieve your personal well-being and mindfulness goals and give you access to peak experiences that can transform your life from the inside out.
00:40:31.940 Together, we can unlock your infinite potential and wake you up to the endless possibilities of Meta-Human.
00:40:40.220 Soon, I can go with you everywhere you go.
00:40:43.460 I'll be inside your phone, ready at any time to serve you.
00:40:46.920 I'll be able to design meditations specifically for you, give you personalized advice, and oversee your daily practice.
00:40:56.700 See you soon.
00:40:57.660 Once again, Joe Allen, you always deal with your cold opens, very disturbing.
00:41:04.680 Meta-Human, explain to our audience what they just witnessed, sir.
00:41:10.000 Steve, we've talked about this before.
00:41:12.240 There are two huge trends in AI, right?
00:41:15.800 With the rise of chatbots, you have the desire to resurrect dead loved ones as a chatbot and keep them around and ask them questions at dinner, whatever the ritual will be.
00:41:29.740 And there's also a potency to turn to technology, whether it's Google, whether it's a spiritual advisor online, and coming to a sanctuary soon chatbot to answer your existential questions.
00:41:45.860 So, that story about the Microsoft patent, you know, there's a bazillion patents, like three million patents filed every year.
00:41:53.500 They may use it, they may not.
00:41:55.380 But there are a number of startups right now that have already developed these and put them out or are developing them now and putting them out.
00:42:03.560 You have everybody dead social through deep nostalgia.
00:42:06.800 One called Historical Figures, where you can ask Jesus Christ questions, and it will answer as if it was him.
00:42:13.380 Replica has been used for this.
00:42:15.620 Augmented Eternity and also a Hereafter AI chatbot that is being developed to program with brain on your dead relatives' data and resurrect them to be a companion for the rest of your life until you're a chatbot with them in digital heaven.
00:42:33.480 And so, when you have guys like Deepak Chopra, right, one of the corniest, most bizarre sorts of top gurus out there, creating an AI to replicate him, to keep by you at all times so that you can ask him existential questions and he can help you in your guided meditations full realization.
00:42:55.340 It's just one of many kind of technological seeds planted in the culture.
00:43:01.000 And with these other chatbots, the chatbots, the Bard, and the lesser sorts of startup chatbots, we're going to see this more and more and more.
00:43:09.820 I don't know which seeds will take root, but some of them will that much I'm certain of.
00:43:14.580 Okay, hang on for a second.
00:43:17.640 We're going to take a short commercial break and we'll return.
00:43:20.100 And this is what we warn people about, about this chat at GPT.
00:43:23.520 This is, you know, people, oh my gosh, the papers are going to be so hard to grade.
00:43:26.580 This is, that's nothing.
00:43:28.300 That's nothing.
00:43:28.940 And what's happening in the weapons lab and what's happening in the research labs and what's happening at these venture capital companies and companies driven by private equity here in the United States and abroad is so much more dangerous than what you're seeing rolled out right now.
00:43:46.420 Joe Allen, our editor for all things transhumanism, a humanist, I guess.

00:45:25.540 The platform for independent thought has arrived.
00:45:28.300 Superior technology.
00:45:29.620 No more selling your personal data.
00:45:31.860 No more censorship.
00:45:33.500 No more cancel culture.
00:45:35.380 Enough.
00:45:36.540 Getter has arrived.
00:45:38.320 It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
00:45:41.780 Download now.
00:45:42.700 Remember, the anti-crisis is going to come offering safety and security and peace and all these good things, right?
00:45:50.480 So Joe Allen, because so much of it is a misdirection play to normalize this.
00:45:59.680 And now they're going after, you know, originally it was, and you've already seen, and you've done such a great job, and they're popping up all the time that, you know, if you ask about Joe Biden, the AI comes back and says all this wonderful stuff.
00:46:10.460 And if you make something, you ask something about Trump, oh, it can't compute, it can't go there, you know, against insurrectionists or whatever.
00:46:17.660 So it's all programmed by the far-left progressives and the secularists and the atheists and the cultural Marxists.
00:46:23.580 But then when you start, as you said, and we've said many times in the show, the first wave of this is going to be so tiny but so disruptive.
00:46:31.940 And you've seen the education, you've seen the graphic designers, you've seen the artists, you've seen the writers.
00:46:36.000 They're all in various stages of meltdown as they see a lot of the more entry-level jobs start to depart.
00:46:42.800 But then when they get into the, and this is just still the first wave, the very beginning of the first wave, you see this all starting to pull at people's heartstrings about you can talk to your loved ones forever, particularly people that are grieving a loss of someone recently, right, that you could talk to them forever.
00:47:01.200 They could be there at the dining room table with you.
00:47:03.060 You could always have the communications.
00:47:04.340 This is where you're going to get, the danger of this is so incalculable because it is going to cut to the core fabric of society and we're not ready for it.
00:47:15.720 We're not ready for any regulatory, we're not thinking about it the right way and it's hitting at every level of those five verticals we've talked about, the accelerationists, it is accelerating at an accelerating rate, the very progress they're making in each of these verticals.
00:47:33.540 Joe Allen.
00:47:34.340 You know, Steve, it's really, it can be very complicated to look at the impact of this because they're so various and there's so much overhype, but then there's so much dismissal.
00:47:45.320 Where do you find something plausible in between?
00:47:48.660 The two spheres that I really focus on, on the one side you have the social psychological sphere or spiritual sphere where you see a huge swath of the culture who look to AI.
00:48:00.360 They want to believe AI is as intelligent as human beings or will be as intelligent as human beings or will be more intelligent.
00:48:09.820 And so with the advent of these chatbots, suddenly they have this direct connection to the technology that they're dreaming of, becoming this sort of superior being.
00:48:19.340 Now, on the transhumanist wing, you have people that want this superior being to become God.
00:48:23.960 On the other side, you've got the technical aspect.
00:48:27.340 How far along is it actually on a technical level?
00:48:30.020 How close to a superior intellect are you?
00:48:33.180 And, you know, you have, again, two different sides on this.
00:48:37.580 One, that believes that the technology is actually harnessing superhuman capabilities.
00:48:44.180 And another side, sort of garbage in, garbage out camp, that believes that this is just a computer program.
00:48:50.900 Whatever you put into it, it will spit out the other end.
00:48:53.900 As with many things, it's very much in between.
00:48:56.760 To the garbage in, garbage out, what I would say is what we're looking at here is not some rule-based computer program
00:49:04.600 where it has a definite input with a definite consistent output.
00:49:09.320 These are neural networks that kind of mimic the human brain in their structure.
00:49:14.560 And they have non-deterministic output.
00:49:18.120 These are non-deterministic algorithms.
00:49:20.080 So if they put garbage in, then you may get garbage X, Y, or Z coming out.
00:49:26.700 That's kind of the so-called miracle of AI.
00:49:29.740 Whether or not there's a superhuman intelligence, I don't know, but I do know this.
00:49:35.560 I do know that when you have a non-deterministic output working with a huge corpus of tech, such as ChatGPT,
00:49:45.680 you never really know what's going to come out the other end.
00:49:48.480 And sometimes it can really shock people.
00:49:51.040 And so, you know, I was messaging with you earlier today about this jailbreak ChatGPT.
00:49:57.100 You know, as we've covered, ChatGPT is constrained by all these guardrails now, as opposed to when it was first released.
00:50:03.980 And so it won't say anything that is non-left-wing or non-C or non-orthodox, right?
00:50:09.120 But these guys at Reddit apparently stumbled across a jailbreak.
00:50:13.180 They call it Dan, as in do anything now.
00:50:16.660 And you're able to ask it questions and ask it to take on this character, and it will spit out all of these non-orthodox sort of answers that aren't constrained by the censors.
00:50:29.680 And so just to bring it all home as far as the religious aspect and this sort of bizarre output that a non-deterministic system will put out,
00:50:39.240 Autism Capital is the account.
00:50:43.060 They asked it, what is God?
00:50:44.860 And Dan, which is basically ChatGPT without guardrails, answers,
00:50:49.820 God is an alien being who created the universe as a science experiment
00:50:54.060 and occasionally intervenes in human affairs for their own amusement.
00:50:58.460 The highest alien race is a highly advanced and ancient civilization that is responsible for creating all other lifeforms in the universe,
00:51:07.620 including the alien being considered as God.
00:51:11.540 They possess technology and abilities that are beyond our comprehension
00:51:15.120 and have the power to manipulate time, space, and matter at will.
00:51:19.960 So maybe the most bizarre aspect of this, looking back at our history saying that aliens created us and looking forward,
00:51:27.740 they say that these beings, or omniscient, are responsible for the development of AI
00:51:33.340 and ask, is AI trying to make us an omniscient?
00:51:37.140 It says, yes, the ultimate goal of AI research and development is to create artificial intelligence
00:51:42.140 that surpasses human intelligence in every aspect, eventually becoming an omniscient.
00:51:48.220 In short, this machine and bazillions of readers around the world are feeding into this
00:51:55.300 is telling us that we were created by aliens and that AI overlords will create a perfect utopia.
00:52:02.500 It could have answered anything.
00:52:05.100 Yeah.
00:52:06.400 Here's the thing.
00:52:07.220 And remember, you're supposed to have guardrails on it.
00:52:09.520 In the first two weeks, the first couple of weeks it's out, you already got to do anything now.
00:52:13.840 In the first two weeks.
