00:00:23.420 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any
00:00:31.420 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that
00:00:38.160 answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k ban

00:01:21.120 take coronavirus particularly seriously world war three okay it is world war three but we have a sacred
00:01:31.340 obligation just understand and don't kid yourself no matter what you all say let's get it straight here
00:01:38.240 guys where we were a year ago the direction we're headed in world war three
00:01:47.660 go get vaccinated america go and get vaccinated america
00:02:17.640 do you know we don't rule out uh first use nuclear

00:03:00.000 her body after showering we're going to be with you mr president for as long as it takes
00:03:04.620 how does this whole experience feel for you um that money matters more than humanity
00:03:16.120 you
00:03:29.260 so
00:03:32.000 World War III has never been closer than it is right now.
00:03:55.200 We need to clean house of all of the warmongers and America's last globalists in the deep state, the Pentagon, the State Department, and the national security industrial complex.
00:04:07.520 One of the reasons I was the only president in generations who didn't start a war is that I was the only president who rejected the catastrophic advice of many of Washington's generals, bureaucrats, and the so-called diplomats who only know how to get us into conflict, but they don't know how to get us out.
00:04:27.620 For decades, we've had the very same people, such as Victoria Nuland and many others just like are obsessed with pushing Ukraine toward NATO, not to mention the State Department support for uprisings in Ukraine.
00:04:43.840 These people have been seeking confrontation for a long time, much like the case in Iraq and other parts of the world.
00:04:51.620 And now we're teetering on the brink of World War III, and a lot of people don't see it, but I see it, and I've been right about a lot of things.
00:05:00.360 They all say Trump's been right about everything.
00:05:03.440 None of this excuses in any way the outrageous and horrible invasion of Ukraine one year ago, which would have never happened if I was your president, not even a little chance.
00:05:15.660 But it does mean that here in America, we need to get rid of the corrupt globalist establishment that has botched every major foreign policy decision for decades, and that includes President Biden, whose own people said he's never made a good decision when it comes to looking at other countries and looking at wars.
00:05:38.460 We have to replace them with people who support American interests over our four years in the White House.
00:05:45.580 We made incredible progress in putting the America last contingent aside and bringing the world to peace.
00:05:53.880 And now we're going to complete the mission.
00:05:57.100 The State Department, Pentagon and National Security Establishment will be a very different place by the end of my administration.
00:06:04.480 In fact, just into my administration, it'll be a very different place, and it'll get things done, just like I did four years ago.
00:06:13.820 We never had it so good.
00:06:15.780 We'll also stop the lobbyists and the big defense contractors from going in and pushing our senior military and national security officials toward conflict,
00:06:25.860 only to reward them when they retire with lucrative jobs, getting paid millions and millions of dollars.
00:06:34.400 Take a look at the globalist, warmonger donors backing our opponents.
00:06:39.780 That's because they're candidates of war.
00:06:42.800 I am the president who delivers peace, and it's peace through strength.
00:06:47.640 There was a reason we had no conflict.
00:06:50.200 There was a reason we didn't get into wars, because other countries respected us.
00:06:54.580 I entirely built all right from the beginning, rebuilt our military.
00:07:00.020 It's a big reason for that.
00:07:01.640 They didn't want to mess around with the United States, and now they're laughing at us.
00:07:06.020 We could end the Ukraine conflict in 24 hours with the right leadership.
00:07:10.560 At the end of my next four years, the warmongers and frauds and failures of the senior ranks of our government will all be gone,
00:07:18.320 and we will have a new group of competent national security officials who believe in defending America's vital interests above all else.
00:07:27.380 Thank you very much.
00:07:28.540 Tuesday, 21 February, in the year of our Lord, 2023.
00:07:33.660 Write this one down in your book, because now it's evident to everybody that we are into the early days of World War III,
00:07:40.480 the kinetic part, as we've talked about for a long time here.
00:07:43.580 And I can't think of a better juxtaposition of Max Evans over there at Getter, that magnificent video.
00:07:50.760 Essentially, the storm is here.
00:07:52.560 The storm is not coming.
00:07:53.720 The storm is not on the horizon.
00:07:54.900 This is not a gathering storm.
00:07:56.280 This is a storm that's here.
00:07:58.040 Okay?
00:07:58.680 And President Donald J. Trump, in just over three minutes, is there a more succinct summary of where we are?
00:08:06.620 Also, folks got to understand, if you think this is going to be easy in this primary,
00:08:11.340 if you think it's going to be easy in a general election, if you think the second term of Trump is going to be easy,
00:08:16.660 and everybody says, oh, he says mean things, everything, hey, grow up.
00:08:20.160 Okay?
00:08:20.940 We're in it now.
00:08:22.440 We're in it now.
00:08:23.800 And as imperfect as he is, that's exactly the guy this country needs right now.
00:08:29.180 And if you don't think all the forces arrayed against him are not going to come to stop him and stop what he stands for,
00:08:36.500 you're kidding yourself.
00:08:38.560 I'm going to get Michael Patrick Leahy and Jeff Clark are going to join me in a second,
00:08:42.080 and you can see exactly what they're like.
00:08:44.820 Look, if it was not for Donald Trump announcing he was going to East Palestine, Ohio,
00:08:51.140 these gutless cowards would have just kicked the people to the curb like trash.
00:08:55.440 When he announced it and initiated this on Friday, the whole thing changed.
00:09:00.500 Now they're all up there.
00:09:01.700 They're going house to house.
00:09:03.440 You know, they're on the sofas.
00:09:04.720 They're taking guys' temperatures.
00:09:06.520 Is everything okay?
00:09:07.340 Can I get you a Coke from the refrigerator?
00:09:09.060 Screw you.
00:09:10.580 You're phoniness.
00:09:11.280 Just because you're popping out there before Trump, he forced the action because he's a forcing function.
00:09:17.860 He's a forcing function.
00:09:20.100 He's like something out of nature.
00:09:22.160 This is why they hate him.
00:09:23.580 They hate him because they hate you.
00:09:26.040 They hate you.
00:09:27.600 Let me repeat this.
00:09:28.900 Did I say it?
00:09:29.680 They hate you.
00:09:30.540 Okay.
00:09:31.420 And he's the armor-piercing shell.
00:09:35.500 And they know that.
00:09:37.080 Boris Epstein.
00:09:38.180 That was three minutes of just succinct, to put it, where you consider the babble that Biden's in.
00:09:44.620 We're going to play it later.
00:09:47.540 Biden's in Warsaw.
00:09:48.600 Warsaw, and he's tripling down on Kamala Harris.
00:09:51.580 He called Putin and these guys war criminals and crimes against humanity.
00:09:56.140 Note to self, even if you believe that, okay, if you believe that, the way things roll, right, the way things roll, the way that Abraham Lincoln ran it and the way that FDR ran it, is let's win first.
00:10:10.380 Let's win first.
00:10:11.620 And then we can try them.
00:10:13.220 Okay.
00:10:13.600 If you believe that, win it first, because otherwise they're just going to dig in.
00:10:19.020 And Zelensky's, now Biden's over there.
00:10:21.160 It's unlimited, you know, unlimited time, unlimited thing.
00:10:24.940 Zelensky's, and they're saying that Zelensky's going to say, I'm going to take them.
00:10:28.280 My tanks are going to be in Red Square.
00:10:31.440 And then somebody, you know, rational came up and said, no, no, no, no.
00:10:34.220 We just want all the territory back, including Crimea.
00:10:37.300 We want to pay trillions of dollars of reparations, and we want triwaters, war criminals.
00:10:40.860 Okay, I got it.
00:10:41.640 I got it.
00:10:42.080 It's a negotiation.
00:10:43.300 That's your opening bid.
00:10:44.800 It's a little aggressive, but it's an opening bid.
00:10:47.760 Boris Epstein, we're in it right now.
00:10:50.620 Donald J.
00:10:51.260 Trump understands that.
00:10:52.880 That's why it's a tale of two cities.
00:10:54.980 It's Ukraine and East Palestine, Ohio.
00:10:58.280 Give me your assessment, sir.
00:10:59.620 Steve, honored to be with you, honored to be with the posse today.
00:11:03.240 There's never been a starker contrast between President Trump standing up for America, standing up for America, fighting for every American as he goes to visit East Palestine tomorrow, and Joe Biden, who's taking 20-hour train rides to Kiev to participate more in the war porn that's been being pushed on the American people.
00:11:27.000 This is absolutely disgusting, what is happening.
00:11:30.520 Steve, I'll say it again now.
00:11:32.340 We're in the one-year anniversary, right about the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine by Vladimir Putin.
00:11:38.780 I said it was a mistake by Putin then, and I will say it again now.
00:11:41.800 It was and continues to be a major mistake by Putin to take that action and invade Ukraine, full stop.
00:11:49.260 It is also a catastrophic mistake by the American, quote-unquote, leaders who are illegitimate, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, to be sending billions and billions and billions and billions of American dollars, American weaponry, and let's be honest, those American, quote-unquote, instructors.
00:12:05.440 We have boots on the ground in the Ukraine right now, and Joe Biden on President's Day, instead of supporting America, instead of going to East Palestine, instead of supporting Americans, where is he?
00:12:16.560 He's in Kiev with Zelensky.
00:12:19.000 I'm not going to say that Zelensky's got something on Biden, but it's pretty interesting.
00:12:23.080 With all that Burisma information, with a Hunter Biden laughed out from hell, why is Joe Biden just so dead set on being buddy-buddy with Zelensky?
00:12:31.720 Something is off.
00:12:32.800 And again, this war should have never happened.
00:12:35.920 It needs to be put to an end.
00:12:37.500 It needs to stop.
00:12:39.020 Our, and America is doing right now, under failed leadership of hopeless, pathetic Joe Biden, America is doing nothing but making it worse by feeding into the conflict, by funding the conflict.
00:12:51.960 What needs to happen is a solution has got to be figured out, and we have to stop this fire that's festering around a cluster of nuclear reactors in Eastern Europe.
00:13:03.380 And again, to anybody who needs to figure out why this has to end, all I want to do is point you to 1913 in Eastern Europe, the beginning of World War I, then point you to the 1930s and 40s in Eastern Europe, World War II.
00:13:18.500 And the fact that the bloodiest, most destructive wars in world history have been fought on the very soil that this issue, this war is happening in right now, and it's got to be put to an end.
00:13:30.580 Otherwise, as President Trump said, we're at the precipice of World War III.
00:13:34.420 Biden was there a day in Warsaw, Sarajevo and Warsaw, the two big conflicts of the 20th century that kind of all merged into one, of which the United States bailed everybody out.
00:13:46.100 Hadn't been for our troops in 1918, nobody, in 17 and 18, no end of war.
00:13:52.800 Unbelievable.
00:13:53.820 Boris, I've got to ask you to hang up a second, because you bring up something very important, and I can't figure it out.
00:13:59.100 You know, Biden, they're talking about when Biden, you know, with the classified documents, one of the things his office was running around, and he took a trip to Ukraine.
00:14:06.440 He went to Ukraine on like the 16th of January of 2021.
00:14:09.660 What guy has got the last couple of days in the White House, what are you going to Ukraine for?
00:14:13.780 This whole Ukraine thing has just never made sense to me.
00:14:16.760 I don't, there's something that, and you don't want to get into conspiracy theory, but there's something just not right.
00:14:23.000 It doesn't make any sense, this obsession, this maniacal obsession by our political elites that Trump called out, and he called him out by name, Victoria Nuland in this crowd.
00:14:34.300 Boris Epstein's going to hang over.
00:14:36.300 I've got Jeffrey Clark.
00:14:37.840 I've got all kind of news out of East Palestine, including Shapiro.
00:14:41.620 I think Shapiro's running scared off the war room.
00:14:43.980 He sent a letter today, a criminal referral to the attorney general of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania about Norfolk Southern.
00:14:52.740 Well, the buck ain't going to stop there.
00:14:54.820 There are a lot more dirty hands than just Norfolk Southerns, and theirs are pretty dirty.
00:14:58.980 Despite the U.S. blowing through $31.4 trillion debt ceiling in January, the leftist White House still refuses to reduce spending.
00:15:07.340 While our national leadership has buried their heads in the sand, when it comes to fiscal responsibility, it's time to pull yours out.
00:15:16.000 Think about this.
00:15:17.400 To dig our country out of this mountain of debt, every single taxpayer in America would have to write a check for $247,000, and it's only going to get worse.
00:15:29.360 Now would be a great time to diversify into gold with birch gold.
00:15:32.780 In times of high uncertainty and instability, gold is king.
00:15:37.620 Because it's dependable.
00:15:39.660 Gold makes it easy to convert an IRA or 401K into an IRA in precious metals.

00:16:24.480 Use your host, Stephen K.
00:16:26.620 Bannon.
00:16:32.560 Danger than it's ever been in because of a word known as nuclear.
00:16:39.280 Nuclear.
00:16:40.480 Nuclear is so devastating that we don't even want to talk about it.
00:16:44.320 And that was a word that was never supposed to be mentioned.
00:16:48.200 You have two N-words, neither of which should ever be mentioned.
00:16:52.060 I said that once.
00:16:52.960 I said, oh, what a terrible thing to say.
00:16:54.460 No.
00:16:55.320 You have two N-words.
00:16:56.680 You know what the one is, but the other is the nuclear word.
00:16:59.020 Not supposed to ever be mentioned.
00:17:01.120 Ever, ever, ever.
00:17:03.240 It's mentioned every single day now.
00:17:04.840 Every single day they talk about, will this end up in nuclear war?
00:17:10.500 We're on the precipice of a disaster the likes of which this world has never seen.
00:17:15.140 This will make World War I and World War II like baby stuff.
00:17:24.080 That guy right there kept the world at peace.
00:17:27.500 Look at the gangsters.
00:17:28.460 Look at the guys in Tehran.
00:17:29.800 Look at the Mullahs and the Alatollahs.
00:17:32.080 Okay?
00:17:32.340 You see the demonstration with the kids and what they're doing with the girls.
00:17:34.980 Look at that.
00:17:36.880 Look at those pieces of work in Saudi Arabia.
00:17:39.200 Look at Erdogan in Turkey.
00:17:41.400 Look at the crowd you got in Syria.
00:17:44.760 Look at Pakistan.
00:17:46.680 Look at the Chinese Communist Party in Beijing.
00:17:48.780 And look at the KGB FSB in Moscow.
00:17:52.940 And let's throw in Minimi there in North Korea.
00:17:55.960 That is the greatest collection of bad guys in world's history.
00:18:04.900 And hey, I'll throw in Lula down in Brazil.
00:18:06.820 And maybe it's a couple of other three that we don't have right now.
00:18:10.200 Right?
00:18:11.520 These are not just bad hombres.
00:18:13.820 They come with big countries with lots of resources.
00:18:17.020 And they're not the friend of the Judeo-Christian West.
00:18:21.740 They're just not.
00:18:22.560 Our values are not their values.
00:18:24.940 And right now, that guy, President Trump, and I don't care.
00:18:28.740 Oh, he says bad things.
00:18:30.080 He tweets out bad things.
00:18:32.180 He calls people nicknames.
00:18:33.540 I don't care.
00:18:35.260 I do not care.
00:18:36.500 It's not important.
00:18:37.900 It's not relevant.
00:18:39.340 Here's what's relevant.
00:18:41.140 We're on a precipice.
00:18:42.280 Boris, you come from that part of the world.
00:18:45.980 And I'm telling you, they roll very differently over there.
00:18:49.500 The conflicts that they have had are in a scale that people in this country cannot imagine,
00:18:55.180 have not studied it, have not gotten down and looked at it.
00:18:58.360 That is a different scale.
00:18:59.940 When they're at war, it's a different deal.
00:19:02.200 They don't fight the Western way.
00:19:03.880 It is a different deal.
00:19:06.520 Boris Epstein, I'm telling you, we are sliding in.
00:19:08.820 And for Donald Trump to sit there and go, hey, you're looking at a catastrophe greater
00:19:12.620 than World War I and World War II.
00:19:14.420 Remember, folks, from 1914 to the Berlin Wall coming down in Tiananmen Square, what we call
00:19:21.400 the short 20th century, I think it's 200 to 250 million humans destroyed, either through
00:19:28.980 political violence, famine, forced famine, not because the wheat didn't grow.
00:19:33.960 You know what?
00:19:34.900 Those fields were going over there in Ukraine.
00:19:36.580 The wheat was fine, and they starved to death five million people.
00:19:40.580 It's a whole different deal.
00:19:41.660 It rolls very differently.
00:19:42.840 Boris, we're on the precipice right now with Biden and Warsaw calling them war criminals.
00:19:47.800 Hey, if they're war criminals, let's go ahead and win first and then do what Chester Nimitz
00:19:55.700 and FDR and Bull Halsey and the Curtis LeMay, right, and MacArthur and Patton and Eisenhower.
00:20:04.960 Do what you do.
00:20:05.440 Win first and then we'll figure it out.
00:20:07.500 You know, some stuff there.
00:20:09.000 You have some trials.
00:20:09.800 You have war crimes trials.
00:20:11.140 You tell them in advance they're going to fight to the bitter end.
00:20:14.160 Your quote-unquote ally has senior defense guys saying we're going to send tanks into Red Square.
00:20:22.020 Let me just give you a newsflash.
00:20:23.820 Check with Napoleon and Hitler how that worked out and at what cost it worked out.
00:20:29.280 Both of them not just lost those battles.
00:20:32.160 They lost everything.
00:20:32.960 So you start talking cheap talk and throwing this stuff around, and I'm telling you, for
00:20:36.800 somebody that was around nuclear weapons in my early years as a naval officer, this is
00:20:41.960 not loose talk.
00:20:43.140 Trump's exactly right.
00:20:44.200 This is loose talk.
00:20:45.180 Now, people are talking about low-grade tactical nuclear weapons, what can happen.
00:20:50.000 This talk, they're normalizing things that should not be normalized.
00:20:53.220 Boris Epstein.
00:20:55.180 Still 1,000% correct.
00:20:57.060 What is happening, and you saw today, now Putin is pulling back from the latest next start
00:21:01.540 treaty, the next start treaty, this is becoming clear as day, and we knew what we're going
00:21:06.760 to get here.
00:21:07.760 This absolutely open-ended escalation by America after originally giving sort of a wink and a
00:21:14.500 nod from hopeless Joe Biden to Putin, oh, well, maybe we're kind of okay with it.
00:21:18.880 You know, it is a complete lack of leadership.
00:21:22.140 It is a complete lack of authority.
00:21:24.160 And it is the kind of wishy-washy response.
00:21:28.700 It is the kind of vacuum that, when it is created, what fills it is violence and destruction.
00:21:36.460 And it is impossible to overstate just how terrible Joe Biden has been on this end.
00:21:42.540 And you've got to go back to what Barack Obama said.
00:21:44.840 Never underestimate Biden's ability to F things up.
00:21:48.340 And he's destroyed and absolutely mangled this issue in a way that it's really impossible
00:21:56.720 to overstate.
00:21:58.060 And if you look at the way President Trump would have handled it, we know for a fact that if
00:22:01.420 you go through recent history from Bush 2 to Obama to Biden, Vladimir Putin did not invade
00:22:09.640 only under one president.
00:22:11.120 President Trump kept the world safe, kept America safe because of his strength and his
00:22:19.960 ability to lead.
00:22:21.120 And Joe Biden's done the opposite.
00:22:22.540 And he continues to do it by being in Ukraine yesterday instead of being in East Palestine,
00:22:27.940 instead of protecting America and Americans.
00:22:30.160 We've got a problem of colossal, colossal proportions in our hands.
00:22:36.380 And the only way it gets resolved, the only way it gets resolved, is if Joe Biden somehow
00:22:41.200 puts his pathetic perspective of politics aside and asks for President Trump's help.
00:22:47.680 Otherwise, we've got to wait until Jan 20, 2025, when President Trump walks back into the Oval
00:22:52.600 office and resolves this disaster, like Ronald Reagan resolved the Iranian hostage disaster.
00:23:00.680 Boris, your social media, we've got to bounce.
00:23:03.100 What's your social media, Sabine?
00:23:04.160 We'll get to you.
00:23:05.460 Thank you so much, Steve.
00:23:06.440 Again, honored to be with you.
00:23:07.400 Honored to be with the posse.
00:23:08.720 My information, the website, it's hot, boriscp.com.

00:23:13.820 Hot on getter at boriscp.
00:23:15.180 Twitter at boriscp.
00:23:16.460 Hot on keep social at Boris.
00:23:17.700 And the hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
00:23:21.160 Stay strong.
00:23:21.700 God bless.
00:23:24.000 Thank you.
00:23:25.060 Thank you, brother.
00:23:25.580 Let's go ahead and hit the cold open.
00:23:29.740 Incompetence and lack of hope for our residents is absolutely unacceptable to me.
00:23:37.620 I've been outspoken about the serious concerns that I have with the company's failed management
00:23:44.280 of this crisis.
00:23:46.060 They chose not to participate in the unified command.
00:23:50.260 They gave us inaccurate information and conflicting modeling data.
00:23:55.440 And they refused to explore or articulate alternative courses of action when we were dealing with
00:24:02.860 the derailment in the early days.
00:24:05.380 In some, Norfolk Southern injected unnecessary risk into this crisis, and they created confusion
00:24:13.780 in this process.
00:24:15.320 We've made a criminal referral to the acting attorney general in Pennsylvania to review acting attorney
00:24:21.320 and general Henry can speak to that beyond my comments.
00:24:25.040 Can I comment on that one second?
00:24:27.700 In our national lead earlier today, the mayor of East Palestine, Ohio, attacked President
00:24:33.520 Biden for visiting Ukraine on Monday as his village is dealing with a disastrous train derailment.
00:24:40.940 He called it a slap in the face to the people of East Palestine.
00:24:44.100 Meanwhile, government officials are pointing fingers at Norfolk Southern, referring to the
00:24:48.900 company's arrogance and incompetence and corporate greed in the company's handling of the derailment.
00:24:54.640 The EPA today ordered Norfolk Southern to pay for the entire cleanup of toxic chemicals.
00:24:59.860 It spilled nearly three weeks ago.
00:25:01.800 But as CNN's Miguel Marquez reports for us now, it's unclear if this demand for accountability
00:25:06.540 will satisfy the residents of East Palestine.
00:25:10.680 Thank you for inviting us into your home.
00:25:13.380 Nearly three weeks after the derailment, people in East Palestine, Ohio, still concerned.
00:25:19.380 We need to feel safe in our home.
00:25:21.740 I mean, I don't even walk in my grass because I don't know what's in it.
00:25:25.960 Officials say the air and water deemed safe so far, but not everyone is convinced.
00:25:31.800 So it's safe to drink the water?
00:25:34.420 Water safe.
00:25:35.280 I haven't even brushed my teeth with it.
00:25:37.300 East Palestine resident Carolyn Brown hosted the EPA administrator, Michael Regan, and Ohio
00:25:43.200 Governor Mike DeWine in her kitchen, both assuring her her municipal tap water is safe.
00:25:50.000 We believe in science, so we don't feel like we're being your guinea pig, but we don't mind
00:25:54.920 proving to you that we believe the water.
00:25:57.520 Here's to Carolyn.
00:25:59.760 Here's to you.
00:26:00.380 They say the village tap water testing will continue for years, and anyone with a private
00:26:06.040 well should have it tested as well.
00:26:08.600 Norfolk Southern's corporate greed, incompetence, and lack of care for our residents is absolutely
00:26:16.860 unacceptable to me.
00:26:19.760 The governor of neighboring Pennsylvania announced his state made a criminal referral to investigate
00:26:25.100 Norfolk Southern's handling of the derailment.
00:26:27.620 This, as the EPA announced it is ordering Norfolk Southern to complete all of the cleanup, or the
00:26:33.920 agency will immediately take over and seek to compel the company to pay triple the cost.
00:26:39.640 I expect within the next 48 hours, Norfolk Southern will begin working with the agency on the contents of the work plan.
00:26:48.580 They have to put together a work plan that's going to be very prescriptive.
00:26:52.300 We're going to be here tomorrow, we're going to be here a year from now, and we're going to be here five years from now.
00:26:57.800 And the CEO of the railroad says he is already committed to doing what's right.
00:27:02.600 We're going to invest in this community, and we're going to do it in the right way, and we're going to do it at the right time.
00:27:08.600 Presidents be pointed in this direction.
00:27:11.420 At a church across town, a new medical clinic opening up today to help people concerned about getting sick from the chemicals spilled in the derailment and controlled burn.
00:27:20.100 We want to help get people on the right track and navigate them through this health care system.
00:27:24.420 But there is much more to be done.
00:27:26.540 We're moving as fast as we physically can.
00:27:29.860 Of course, time is of the essence.
00:27:32.900 While trains are running through the town again, the soil underneath the open tracks is still contaminated.
00:27:39.320 We know the soil is contaminated under there.
00:27:41.760 They know it's contaminated.
00:27:43.260 They know it's contaminated with.
00:27:45.020 We have done that testing.
00:27:46.740 There is a long-term remediation plan that includes getting that soil out from under those tracks.
00:27:52.960 We're at zeros.
00:27:53.640 For now, it's all about building trust and getting people the help and answers they need.
00:27:59.620 We're going to continue to follow the science.
00:28:02.000 We're going to continue to listen to the experts who understand this.
00:28:05.300 But the toxicity, the cleanup, and the distrust is also political.
00:28:09.960 That was the biggest slap in the face.
00:28:11.660 The mayor of East Palestine on Fox News criticizing President Joe Biden for going to Ukraine instead of coming here.
00:28:18.920 He can send to every agency he wants to, but I found that out this morning in one of the briefings.

00:29:21.660 Do it today.
00:29:23.040 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:28.360 Nothing is more revolting than seeing a bunch of wormy politicians scrambling down there, and that's what you saw today.
00:29:35.380 Michael Regan coming back, canceling his flight to Africa for the seven-day boondoggle with the Hollywood talent on climate change, right?
00:29:47.680 Seeing DeWine, who never wanted to set foot in there again, worming around, and seeing Josh Shapiro trying to get ahead by saying,
00:29:55.540 look, Norfolk Southern, they should have paneled a grand jury immediately for the criminal activity of Norfolk Southern.
00:30:04.400 But those guys right there, they ought to be called in right to.
00:30:07.240 It's their responsibility.
00:30:08.520 Leahy, is it not their fault that we're here today, and now they're trying to throw the fire chief for the town under the bus?
00:30:16.680 Steve, when Donald Trump announced on Friday, when it was announced on Friday that Donald Trump was visiting East Palestine tomorrow, Wednesday,
00:30:28.520 the EPA administrator, Michael Regan, was planning to go to Africa.
00:30:33.520 And as you pointed out, Governor Michael DeWine had only been there for like a 45-minute visit and then helicoptered out of it.
00:30:41.520 So subsequently, they show up today in East Palestine, Ohio, for a press event.
00:30:48.860 And if you listen to that event at the very beginning, all DeWine and Regan said was how wonderful the cooperation with everyone had been.
00:30:57.080 The only one with real serious political chops in this was Governor Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania,
00:31:04.380 who threw a roundhouse at Norfolk Southern and said that he'd made a criminal referral.
00:31:11.520 Now, that's a punch that perhaps Norfolk Southern deserves, but I don't think they're the only ones who deserve to get smacked around here, as you point out.
00:31:23.940 No, this is – it's unbelievable.
00:31:25.880 Let me bring Jeff Clark in for a second, Michael.
00:31:28.700 Jeff, he did, as we've been arguing – and this is why Yost, the attorney general of Ohio, got to wake up, dude.
00:31:35.620 Shapiro stealing a march on you.
00:31:37.260 And panel a grand jury, let's get – let's start sending out some subpoenas.
00:31:41.880 Let's get some guys down there and start – get a timeline.
00:31:45.580 Okay, this is not the fire chief's fault.
00:31:48.340 The fire chief does not have the authority to say we're going to have a controlled burn, we're going to have a controlled release.
00:31:54.280 He doesn't have that authority.
00:31:55.340 He's a fire chief of a 4,000-person citizen hamlet.
00:32:00.340 Jeff Clark, what about Shapiro saying he's referring a – he sent a criminal referral?
00:32:06.940 How big a deal is that?
00:32:08.800 I think that's a huge deal, Steve.
00:32:11.820 And look, you referred to President Trump as the action-forcing president.
00:32:16.160 Well, your show is an action-forcing show.
00:32:18.920 As you know, your motto of action, action, action.
00:32:22.560 And I think that this announcement by Shapiro is a direct outcome of you hammering this and then you having Mr. Leahy and myself on repeatedly about this.
00:32:36.860 This is an earth-shattering thing, actually, for a criminal investigation to begin so early.
00:32:43.480 And I do think that, look, the attorney general in Ohio should be looking at the same kind of activity.
00:32:51.020 And if he needs authority from Governor DeWine, he should be calling on Governor DeWine to give it to him.
00:32:58.080 But he doesn't – by the way, it doesn't – he has the ability – correct me if I'm wrong.
00:33:03.620 I'm not an expert in Ohio law.
00:33:05.040 Can he designate a special counsel or special prosecutor to go into the thing without getting the governor's sign-off?
00:33:13.400 Or does the governor have to approve all of that?
00:33:16.480 So I'm not an expert in Ohio law either, so I want to make that clear.
00:33:20.680 But when I took a quick look at the statutes, it looks like ordinarily at the trial court and intermediate appellate level,
00:33:28.100 the local prosecutor's control, and the state AG advises.
00:33:33.680 When a case goes to the state Supreme Court, then the state AG takes over.
00:33:37.980 But the governor can direct the state AG to get involved in any phase.
00:33:43.060 And there is, as you noted, independent special counsel appointment authority.
00:33:47.260 But if Yost wanted to retain full control over this, right, I would think that he would do best to ask Governor DeWine for the authority to take over, you know, the whole kit and caboodle.
00:34:00.340 OK. Note to self, DeWine's going to be called in his staff, so I don't think that's going to happen.
00:34:06.200 Trust me.
00:34:06.880 DeWine's going to say, yeah, I'm going to give you the authority.
00:34:09.200 Oh, here's your subpoena, Governor.
00:34:10.940 I need you to show up.
00:34:12.400 But I like the thought, I like the thought, that's what he's going to have to have, independent authority.
00:34:18.360 Leahy, for the people that missed it this morning, right there, Shapiro, they're giving a litany, you know, and Michael Regan stands up and he says, hey, DOT, you know, Buttigieg has been working.
00:34:28.860 Joe Biden's been fantastic.
00:34:31.100 You know, all these guys have been great, they're all rubbing up on each other.
00:34:34.000 And they're going to people's houses.
00:34:36.060 This is what, how brazen they are and what chutzpah they have.
00:34:39.440 But after not caring about these people, because Trump's coming tomorrow, they're sitting in the houses.
00:34:43.900 Hey, can I get you another cup of coffee?
00:34:45.280 It looks like they're cleaning, right?
00:34:47.220 They're cleaning.
00:34:48.080 They're like a maid service right now.
00:34:51.280 People in East Palestine never had it so good.
00:34:53.560 They got the governor who can't wait to get out of there.
00:34:55.860 He's like cleaning the house.
00:34:57.680 And Shapiro's serving tea.
00:34:59.940 How phony are these guys now that it's a forcing function?
00:35:02.580 And by the way, how are they trying to dump it on the poor fire chief?
00:35:05.540 Steve, what I noticed about this press conference today is that EPA Administrator Michael Regan did not address the key issue, which was this.
00:35:18.100 Why did the EPA abdicate its legal responsibility to take control and make the decision up or down on a controlled burn?
00:35:26.680 And as we mentioned, as we broke the story earlier this morning, EPA Region 5 spokesperson told us that, oh, no, it wasn't the EPA that made this decision.
00:35:39.040 It was the fire chief of this, you know, 5,000-person village, East Palestine.
00:35:45.140 It's just a ludicrous statement.
00:35:46.900 And everyone at EPA, including the administrator, Michael Regan, knows that the fire chief does not have that authority and that it's, in fact, to allow them to do that as a violation of the law.
00:36:01.260 It's ridiculous.
00:36:02.540 Here's the other thing.
00:36:03.240 This is how dumb and mainstream media is just not evil.
00:36:06.420 They're also dumb and lazy.
00:36:08.340 He's been giving interviews all day on CNN and MSNBC.
00:36:11.460 Our crack team here at the war has been monitoring.
00:36:13.400 He's giving interviews to everybody, and not one time is he getting asked any meaningful question.
00:36:18.240 They told him a couple of softballs.
00:36:19.580 He says we're going to force them to remediate immediately, and they're going to move everything, and we're going to charge them three times as much.
00:36:25.880 Dude, we don't care about remediation.
00:36:27.580 You can't get any company in the world to do it, okay?
00:36:29.460 Any company in the world.
00:36:31.080 Under supervision, why did this happen?
00:36:34.080 It happened because you, Regan, and Joe Biden don't care and Buttigieg don't care.
00:36:39.700 There never should have been a controlled release.
00:36:42.180 There never should have been a controlled burn or an uncontrolled burn.
00:36:45.160 Mike Adams said the other night, he said, hey, Steve, a controlled burn is in an incinerator, right, with guards.
00:36:50.300 This is put it up in the open air, and that's an uncontrolled burn.
00:36:53.820 And, of course, the head of Norfolk Southern says, I knew it worked when I saw the black plant.
00:36:58.280 When the phosgene gas started going over the hills and meadows of East Ohio, that's when I knew we were of success.
00:37:04.620 It's stunning.
00:37:08.820 Jeff Clark, the EPA, what is his responsibility as the administrator, and why is he even having Norfolk Southern clean up?
00:37:16.680 Why don't we just get another company that specializes?
00:37:18.720 They're a railroad company.
00:37:20.480 Why is he even saying they've got to do the remediation?
00:37:22.640 Why is the EPA just on scene saying, Norfolk Southern, get out of here?
00:37:26.040 We're taking charge.
00:37:27.380 Here's how we're going to do it.
00:37:28.400 Bang, bang, bang.
00:37:29.600 Jeff Clark.
00:37:30.100 Steve, he's totally botched this, Regan, the EPA administrator.
00:37:36.640 He issued an order through Region 5 today to Norfolk Southern under the CIRCLA statute, the Superfund statute that I've been talking to you about.
00:37:43.700 Here's the key paragraph of that.
00:37:45.700 Let me read it to you.
00:37:46.780 This is of a press release summarizing it.
00:37:49.540 EPA's order marks the transition of the multi-agency response from its emergency phase to a longer-term remediation phase.
00:37:57.660 To help implement the order, EPA will establish a unified command structure to coordinate the cleanup efforts of FEMA, HHS, Ohio EPA, Ohio EMA, PA, DEP, as well as Norfolk Southern.
00:38:12.640 This approach is frequently used in situations where multiple agencies need to work together.
00:38:17.380 In this case, the response includes federal, state, and local agencies across multiple states.
00:38:21.940 Well, what's remarkable about that, Steve, is that the unified command is being established now, which is what, like 18 days after this incident happened?
00:38:32.200 The unified command under EPA control should have happened immediately.
00:38:37.500 It should have happened at the very latest the next day.
00:38:40.300 We were told by Governor DeWine, and this is the effort you're talking about to throw the fire chief under the bus, that he was made the head of the unified command until EPA finally woke up, I think in part as a result of this show and in part result of President Trump saying he's going to go there.
00:38:57.460 So to have a unified command appointed now, it reveals that they know that they botched this.
00:39:02.720 They should have had a unified command far, far earlier than this, Steve.
00:39:06.560 EPA should have taken control of this whole action.
00:39:10.300 Do you believe, Jeff Clark, as you look at this, that there's criminal negligence on the part of the state governments here?
00:39:19.060 And let's leave the company aside.
00:39:21.020 We know they've got criminal liability.
00:39:22.860 But there's criminal liability by individuals and agencies of the U.S. government and the local governments in Pennsylvania and in Ohio, sir?
00:39:32.880 I think that needs to be explored, Steve.
00:39:35.760 And whenever you're talking about government officials becoming liable, you're talking about all kinds of immunity defenses.
00:39:43.080 You're talking about if EPA, you know, is not telling the full truth and they actually did approve or give a wink and nod to what the fire chief was doing or what the state of Ohio was doing, that would also add defenses.
00:39:56.720 So the first thing, though, is they can clearly be witnesses.
00:39:59.940 And I think they need to be called into PA and Ohio grand jury processes.
00:40:05.160 And then we can assess, once we know all the facts and once we see people testifying against one another, exactly where the liability criminally might lie.
00:40:16.420 Michael Patrick Leahy, where's the reporting of the Ohio Star going on this story, sir?
00:40:20.700 Well, we've got to follow up with I can only describe it as the performative nature of the conduct of the EPA administrator here.
00:40:31.700 He's got he's got to answer the questions, as you point out, that the mainstream media is not asking him.
00:40:39.380 Why did you give up your legal authority to control the situation from the very beginning?
00:40:45.820 Were you not paying attention?
00:40:47.920 Were you thinking about your trip to Africa?
00:40:49.920 These are important questions that we want to we're going to get right right in the grill, if you will, of the EPA and of Michael Regan and ask the questions that the mainstream media will not ask.
00:41:05.360 Michael Patrick, how do they get to the Ohio Star Star News Network, your social media?
00:41:10.960 The Ohio Star dot com, the Star News Network dot com.
00:41:14.880 And you can reach me on Twitter, Getter and Truth Social at Michael P. Leahy.
00:41:21.540 That's Michael P. Leahy.
00:41:25.520 Leahy, great work.
00:41:26.780 Keep keep grinding on this.
00:41:28.320 Clark, how do we take this lack of a unified command and drive this?
00:41:33.720 Because this is outrageous.
00:41:34.700 This should just should have been paint by numbers with the unified command.
00:41:37.740 And now they've let us know they never had it in the first place.
00:41:40.780 And this is why it's spun out of control, because it wasn't important enough to them.
00:41:44.620 How what what would you recommend the next step be in driving that process wise?
00:41:49.420 So, you know, we're going to see President Trump speak to this.
00:41:54.760 I hope that, you know, he watches this or gets wind of it.
00:41:58.160 I think he needs to complain about this bitterly as a betrayal of the people of East Palestine.
00:42:05.120 They deserved much better than they got from our federal administrative agencies.
00:42:09.880 Their budgets continue to to mount up to the sky, you know, including for Regan to fly on a junket to Africa with Idris Elba.
00:42:19.380 But, you know, it's not focused on the things you should be focused on.
00:42:22.440 We know about how incompetent Buttigieg is with his little bicycle helmet riding around D.C. and the like.
00:42:28.680 But I also think, Steve, that to really penetrate into what EPA knew and when they knew it and how they proceeded,
00:42:36.060 that there should be some kind of congressional hearing about this, you know, from the committees of jurisdiction in both the House and the Senate.
00:42:43.300 Steve.
00:42:46.020 How do we get to you over with Russ Vogt, the team you work with over there?
00:42:50.140 And what's your social media?
00:42:52.480 Sure.
00:42:52.920 So my social media is Jeff Clark, U.S., at Getter and Twitter and Real Jeff Clark at Truth Social.
00:43:00.040 And our organization is AmericanRenewing.com.
00:43:02.180 Incredible work you're doing here, Clark.
00:43:06.300 I got to tell you, you've been the key here that picks the lock to get to the bottom of this.
00:43:10.900 OK, short commercial break.
00:43:12.100 We're going to be back in just a moment.
00:43:22.640 A lot of people complain about the state of our country or the way woke corporations treat us and their employees.
00:43:29.460 But it's not enough to complain.
00:43:31.060 We need to change the way the marketplace works.

00:45:06.700 No more censorship.
00:45:08.360 No more cancel culture.
00:45:10.220 Enough.
00:45:11.380 Getter has arrived.
00:45:13.160 It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
00:45:16.600 Download now.
00:45:17.560 This is a very interesting question that I want to put to General McCaffrey.
00:45:39.380 General, yesterday I spoke to Andrei Kozarev, the former, the first foreign minister of post-Soviet Russia
00:45:45.620 and the last foreign minister of Soviet Russia.
00:45:48.760 And he was saying, do not make the mistake of thinking that Russia is exhausted or necessarily exhaustible.
00:45:54.980 They're having a rough time right now.
00:45:56.480 This recruitment of prisoners is not working for them.
00:45:59.340 They are running short of ammunition.
00:46:00.580 But he says Russia is equipped to stick around for the long haul,
00:46:04.520 and it would be folly for the West to think that there's nothing to this, that Russia's failing.
00:46:09.440 Well, I've dealt with him on nuclear arms control after the demise of the Soviet Union.
00:46:17.500 He's a very strong, powerful, thoughtful man.
00:46:20.820 I think he's largely correct.
00:46:22.620 It's hard to imagine Putin being brought down by his own elites.
00:46:27.660 It's hard to imagine Putin finding any way to back out of not just seizing the Donbass and retaining Crimea,
00:46:34.940 but seizing all of Ukraine.
00:46:37.060 So he's a one-way road to a disaster for Russia.
00:46:41.220 However, it is clear to me that the crux of the matter is,
00:46:46.020 can the Western alliance stay together and support Ukraine?
00:46:50.240 If they can, if they stop the metering out of military technology, armor, deep strike artillery and rocket weapons,
00:46:59.200 these lethal drones, if we firmly support them over the long run, Ukraine wins completely, Russia loses completely.
00:47:09.860 And let me add one other comment.
00:47:11.260 I was in Warsaw having lunch with a senior Polish defense official a few years back,
00:47:18.040 and he reminded me, he said,
00:47:19.700 Barry, you know, we live between Germany and Russia.
00:47:23.120 The Germans will seize your freedom.
00:47:27.300 When the Russians grab you, you lose your soul.
00:47:31.320 So baked into the Eastern alliance and NATO is a desperate fear of the Russians with good reason.
00:47:41.000 Yeah, it sounds like it's a fear of the Germans, too.
00:47:43.120 This is what it's a neighborhood we should not be involved in.
00:47:45.540 They call it folly.
00:47:46.800 But right there, he says, yeah, what we should do is quit bleeding out.
00:47:49.440 We got to give them the deep strike missiles.
00:47:51.700 Where do you think the deep strike missiles are going?
00:47:55.380 The loose talk, you know, Veltje right there lays it out about the folly of this,
00:48:00.200 about Russia's not going to go away, the Russian army's not going to go away.
00:48:03.000 It's just not.
00:48:04.260 And this folly, said by a former Soviet, you know, senior military general,
00:48:10.300 and then they're talking about deep strike missiles.
00:48:13.100 We are headed towards, in our leadership, they have their foot right on the gas.
00:48:21.180 They had the pedal all the way to the floor.
00:48:24.280 And Kevin McCarthy and these Republicans got to wake up now.
00:48:27.380 If they go to town halls, it's going to be 95% to 5%.
00:48:31.520 Stop this madness now.
00:48:33.520 Stop it now.
00:48:34.400 We want to cut it off.
00:48:35.680 Hey, you should be at the southern border and you should be in East Palestine, Ohio.
00:48:40.160 That's what we're concerned about, the invasion of our country.
00:48:43.720 This is dangerous and outrageous.
00:48:45.180 By the way, one of the people in the engine room just sent me, Norfolk Southern notified EPA at 2253 on that first night, that Friday night.
00:48:53.440 By law, they got to immediately designate, the National Response Center is going to immediately designate on-scene coordinator.
00:48:59.660 They got to designate on-scene coordinator and one of the EPA guys who will get to all this tomorrow.
00:49:05.440 All you're seeing is spending, by the way, Trump going was the forcing function, just like Trump coming out against this war is a forcing function.
00:49:13.600 And we're going to force some action.
00:49:14.800 And that action is going to be in the best interest, in the vital national security interest of the United States of America and her citizens.
00:49:26.040 And no, NATO is not an alliance.
00:49:28.360 It's a protectorate.
00:49:30.160 And I'll walk you through the details tomorrow.
00:49:31.940 This is why President Trump was all over them to pay the 2% of GDP so they could defend themselves, of which they've never done, except for, wait for it, the polls.
00:49:40.380 Okay, by the way, next hour we've got Christian Ziegler.
00:49:44.780 We had Karamo on this morning, this blow-away grassroots win in Michigan.
00:49:48.820 We've got Christian Ziegler, the chairman of Florida.
00:49:52.160 He'll be on the next hour.
00:49:53.280 Plus, we've got Patrick M. Wood on technocracy and transhumanism.
00:49:58.160 It's going to be incredible.
00:49:59.660 A new book out, but he's the guy that talks about the merger of both.
00:50:02.260 And, of course, Joe Allen is going to join me for that.
00:50:03.720 Krom Carmichael, I cannot finish a show with so much, with people on edge.
00:50:09.420 We need him here for the long haul.
00:50:11.160 You've got to sleep on a MyPillop 2.0, but you've got to take care of your heart.
00:50:15.060 Brother, how do they do it?
00:50:16.900 You've got to take care of the heart.
00:50:17.940 We need the engine.
00:50:19.360 We need the soul tea to help them in the engine room.
00:50:22.760 How do they do it, brother?
00:50:24.200 Steve, thank you so much for having me.
00:50:26.100 And you are right.
00:50:27.160 The metaphor is great.
00:50:29.040 We take care of our car engines by changing the oil every 3,000 miles because we know if we don't take care of our car engines,
00:50:35.880 as it gets older, it will start to foul, and then it will break down.
00:50:40.500 Our heart is the same thing.
00:50:42.140 Our heart is both a muscle and it's an organ.
00:50:45.000 It's the only thing in the body that is both of those things, and it's vital.
00:50:49.560 The other thing is that for many of us, heart disease starts in our 30s and 40s, and we don't even know it.
00:50:57.000 And then if we have a heart attack, 50% of the people who have a heart attack, that's the first indication that they have heart disease.
00:51:06.700 And what soul tea does is our active ingredient helps manage cholesterol.
00:51:12.620 That is the main thing we do.
00:51:14.100 We have a lot of people who report that their blood pressure has improved, and that's great, but our science is about managing cholesterol.
00:51:22.280 And in my personal case, I started taking our product 18 years ago, and I reduced my bad cholesterol from 130 to 89.
00:51:30.880 It's been under 90 ever since.
00:51:33.180 And the reason that it stays low is I take the product every day.
00:51:37.020 And that's important for people to understand because cholesterol is not something that you cure.
00:51:43.440 Cholesterol is something that you manage.
00:51:45.800 If you have a propensity to have high cholesterol or moderately high cholesterol, then soul tea works, but you have to take it every day.
00:51:54.480 And the way people can get soul tea is to go to warroomhealth.com.
00:51:58.800 That's warroomhealth.com.
00:52:01.360 And then at checkout, enter the code warroom.
00:52:04.680 That's the code warroom.
00:52:06.260 And if you do that, the posse will get a $29.95 discount on their first shipment of their continuity program.
00:52:15.900 And then on an ongoing basis, our continuity program is always three bottles for the price of two, and we pay the freight.
00:52:24.320 We ship it every 90 days.
00:52:28.000 Krom, thank you so much.
00:52:29.740 Always enjoy having you on here.
00:52:30.960 I know the audience does.
00:52:32.800 Salty.
00:52:33.320 Thank you.
00:52:34.540 Got to get on top of it.
00:52:35.420 Thank you, brother.
00:52:36.000 I appreciate it.
00:52:36.960 Christian Ziegler next.
00:52:38.620 Short break.
00:52:39.100 Christian Ziegler from Florida.
00:52:40.520 The grassroots on a roll throughout the nation.
