Bannon's War Room - Episode 2537： The Federal Government Should Be Held Responsible For Ohio

00:00:00.000 come back clean every test has come back good so we've got hundreds of tests and thousands of data

00:00:07.920 points from multiple sources and they all show that the air and the water quality is good now

00:00:15.120 if folks in this community want additional air testing in their home they'll get it if folks in

00:00:20.880 this community want additional water testing they'll get it if folks in this community want

00:00:26.040 bottled water they're going to get it how comprehensive are the tests and i ask that

00:00:31.080 because some residents have complained about burning eyes sore throats headaches and other

00:00:35.480 types of ailments yeah you know this is this has been a traumatic experience and all the

00:00:42.920 taxology reports all the testing shows that we're clean however if folks are experiencing symptoms

00:00:49.480 with which they're not accustomed i would strongly encourage them to go see a trusted medical

00:00:55.400 professional if east palestine was your home would you have come back would you bring your

00:01:02.040 children back right now yes yes i've come back multiple times i've drinking the water here i've

00:01:09.000 i've interacted with the families here i i know they're hurt i know they're scared i know they're

00:01:16.600 confused they're looking for information and who to trust i encourage them to ask questions

00:01:22.920 i think when they really dig into it they're going to see that all the testing whether it's done by

00:01:30.520 the epa or local health officials or our independent contractors this is cortez cortez you got to help

00:01:38.680 me out here my head's blown up cnbc is a joke i don't the testing and all that that's fine there's

00:01:43.880 another misdirection play ask the question dude why did you do it who gave you the authority to do it

00:01:49.160 what is your what is your um boy your your wife is really sending the signal now now i can't hear it

00:01:56.840 what tell me about cnbc and the lack of tough questions on this guy and letting him just sit

00:02:01.000 there and promote oh we can get tested we'll send a bottle of water sir right uh cnbc by the way i

00:02:06.280 worked there for a long time it used to be a fantastic network you know i think it really educated the

00:02:11.640 american public and american investors it sort of pulled the veil back and allowed regular folks to

00:02:16.440 see what was happening on wall street but that's the cnbc of the past it is now all narrative it has

00:02:22.280 now become firmly part of the larger nbc network uh that includes of course msnbc and cnbc unfortunately

00:02:29.640 acts a lot more like msnbc than it ever used to its commitment to political narrative and uh and

00:02:35.960 unfortunately leftist propaganda for big business including norfolk southern unfortunately and what you

00:02:42.200 know what we saw right there from from alan shaw and again i think he's somebody who needs to become

00:02:46.040 famous if not infamous right now uh because periodic visits uh and some platitudes you know he's sort of

00:02:52.920 borrowing from joe biden some platitudes that's not going to cut it all right he should be living there

00:02:57.960 right now he should be staying in eastern ohio uh if he says the water is safe to drink he should be

00:03:03.400 doing so with regularity on camera he should be meeting regular folks the way that the great benny johnson

00:03:10.120 did he should be walking around visiting them at their homes offering any help that norfolk 0.90

00:03:14.200 southern can possibly provide again this is a company with a 50 billion with a b 50 billion dollar

00:03:20.680 market cap norfolk southern can afford to go the extra mile to help the people of that community and

00:03:26.920 it must it absolutely must what we've seen is a total dereliction of duty from governor dewine from

00:03:32.680 washington dc regarding epa administrator reagan as well as secretary of transportation buddha judge and

00:03:37.640 then certainly also from the private sector uh from alan shaw so all of them all of them need to do

00:03:43.640 far far better to try to help the people of this town the people of this town did nothing to deserve

00:03:48.200 this steve okay this happened to them this was inflicted and thrust upon them this terrible tragedy

00:03:54.840 this created crisis and we continue to see several created crises plural unfortunately during the biden

00:04:02.440 regime during the biden administration that is the reality right now on the ground as experienced by

00:04:07.320 regular american citizens i tell you what steve we'll get to the immigration thing tomorrow because

00:04:12.600 i want to take our time and go through this because the biden administration is even trying

00:04:15.560 to do a misdirection play on some policy stuff so we'll get to this how it we're changing not just

00:04:21.320 on the war on the whole view of the country on this immigration the invasion of the southern border

00:04:25.400 cortez how do people get to your content yeah please follow me on the twitter i'm at cortez

00:04:30.600 steve cortez with an s and i have a brand new article up it's it's linked there a brand new article

00:04:35.960 up on this entire credit card fiasco brother thank you so much uh for coming on you bet thank you

00:04:43.960 we got a lot to get to we got a lot to get to and we're gonna get to it all i commit to you let's go

00:04:48.520 to i got michael patrick leahey uh leahey i think i sent you the uh the the white house overnight they're

00:04:55.400 he's made five phone calls or conference calls from from warsaw they're so panicked about trump being

00:05:01.880 the forcing function about trump uh driving action tell us where your reporting is going

00:05:06.840 particularly uh dewine said today i think dewine's putting out that he's he's uh talking to the

00:05:12.120 attorney general about uh about legal action what's the latest uh from your from your from the ohio star

00:05:19.320 well uh governor shapiro pennsylvania led the way yesterday with a criminal referral to the acting

00:05:25.160 attorney general that put some pressure on dewine i anticipate that ultimately uh the uh the attorney

00:05:32.520 general yost of ohio will uh undertake a criminal referral against norfolk southern a couple of

00:05:39.160 points that are interesting here uh for your audience steve note that president trump today is

00:05:46.040 scheduled to take a trip to the fire department in east palestine i my guess is he's there to give

00:05:53.560 uh encouragement to keith drabeck the chief of the fire department there who epa uh you know on

00:06:01.000 yesterday tried to throw under the bus as the the person who made the decision for the control burn

00:06:06.120 also interestingly enough you saw that clip from cnbc yesterday uh or was filmed yesterday and it was

00:06:14.600 apparently filmed in east palestine with alan shah guess what else happened yesterday a press conference

00:06:21.720 with dewine with biden i mean with dewine with the governor shapiro and with uh uh regan guess who

00:06:30.040 wasn't invited alan shah

00:06:34.680 but aren't they trying now because uh they're coming up now and saying unified command we get

00:06:40.440 clark in here in a second to walk through they announced they're going to do a unified command

00:06:44.840 and they're saying that they actually went rogue but that's not reality yesterday's press conference

00:06:49.720 was a exercise in those guys misdirection plays to get you look somewhere else obviously norfolk

00:06:56.520 southern uh is uh responsible for so much here but it was the federal government's responsibility

00:07:04.120 as soon as they were notified at the national command center and they were someone in our

00:07:08.120 engine room sent us they were notified they notified the national response center at i think 23 53 on

00:07:14.600 that friday evening boom they went right to him okay a couple hours i was doing but they went right to

00:07:19.320 him the whole the whole mechanism was supposed to kick in place those guys are up there at the microphones

00:07:25.480 yesterday are just as complicit in this as norfolk southern why because the derailment's the derailment

00:07:33.960 it's the actions after the derailment and this is why they they interview these people and they refuse to ask

00:07:39.800 them the questions they had the guardian was there and they asked these guys questions and they just

00:07:44.120 say authorities they give this kind of broad term okay it was the responsibility of those people in

00:07:50.120 the microphone yesterday it's not the fire chief's responsibility and quite frankly norfolk southern

00:07:55.720 does not have the authority just to go ahead and do a controlled release and a controlled burn

00:08:00.440 or an uncontrolled burn as mike adams of natural news says when are people going to start asking tough

00:08:05.800 questions on this leahy and stop laying these worms off the hook sir yeah i i think we we should look to

00:08:13.560 the attorney general of ohio yost to to dig into that uh number one and then i think your guest uh

00:08:20.680 jeffrey clark the former assistant attorney general uh in the trump administration uh suggested i think

00:08:26.680 it's quite right that that the house and the senate should immediately uh conduct hearings and invite

00:08:33.160 michael regan uh the epa administrator who has the legal responsibility uh to put the on-site command

00:08:41.880 team together and have the on-site coordinator there with the authority to make those controlled

00:08:46.040 burn decisions get him uh before your committee and ask him those questions why did you abdicate your

00:08:52.520 authority uh at east palestine ohio michael hang on for one second we're bringing jeff clark now so jeff

00:09:00.280 you saw the press conference yesterday with it's just pure obfuscation right and of course shapiro

00:09:05.080 after watching the show goes yeah i've sent i've sent a criminal referral to my attorney general to

00:09:09.560 kind of get heaven now we hear that dewine today he's all active this is all because trump the only

00:09:14.680 reason they were there is because trump's there today and they get announced on friday but jeffrey the

00:09:19.480 engine room sent me that the norfolk southern uh by federal regulation notified the national response

00:09:26.520 center at i think 23 53 on that friday night isn't it supposed to kick in that the unified command

00:09:32.920 is supposed to start immediately uh um michael regan at epa yesterday he makes it like a big deal

00:09:39.880 i'm doing a unified command and they're gonna have to pay three times as much screw you dude that's not

00:09:45.000 the point it's not the point jeffrey clark so uh steve again good to be here look your audience is very

00:09:52.920 sophisticated i think they like to hear the details so let me explain why this is directly

00:09:58.280 on joe biden under federal law and directly on uh michael regan the epa administrator so this is

00:10:04.840 clean water act section 33 it's 33 usc i'm sorry 1321 c2a so bear with me if a discharge or substantial

00:10:15.560 threat of a discharge of oil or a hazardous substance let me pause pause there and say vinyl chloride is listed

00:10:22.440 as a hazardous substance under epa regulations at 40 cfr 300.4 on a table from a vessel offshore

00:10:31.080 facility or onshore facility so this is an onshore facility an onshore facility is defined in 1321 a10

00:10:39.400 as including rolling stock that means trains is of such a size or character to be a substantial threat

00:10:46.680 to the public health or welfare of the united states including but not limited to fish shellfish

00:10:52.440 wild fish or other uh natural resources and the public and private beaches and shorelines of the

00:10:57.800 united states get this this is the kicker the president shall direct all federal state and

00:11:04.680 private actions to remove the discharge or to mitigate or prevent the threat of the discharge

00:11:10.600 now that means that congress placed this squarely on the shoulders of the president of the united states

00:11:15.800 now there is an executive order that delegates depending on where uh a spill or release happens

00:11:21.400 either to epa for land-based releases like this one or to the coast guard for uh you know releases at

00:11:29.160 sea here we're clearly talking about a land-based release so the president the buck stops with him as

00:11:34.840 as harry truman would say under this statute uh and you know he's delegated to michael regan and he

00:11:41.080 clearly muffed this up big time steve he really blew it they did not exercise exclusive party over

00:11:47.240 this as federal law requires hang on hang on um this is great we're gonna go back over it because

00:11:55.000 this is this this explains the five phone calls the five phone calls from um from warsaw to this team

00:12:02.760 including regan this understands this makes sense of why regan was told don't you know turn the plane back

00:12:09.080 don't go to africa on the cult uh the religious cult climate change uh you know boondoggle tour

00:12:16.600 with the hollywood celebrities you got to get back there but i just want to be very specific i want

00:12:21.880 you to read that again from the moment they're notified by the company at the national response

00:12:28.520 center right this kicks in and it's black letter law there's a policy and then an executive order since

00:12:35.480 the president can't do everything he delegates it to guys at work and directly report to him

00:12:40.520 is am i correct in that that's absolutely correct here the epa administrator

00:12:47.560 walk me through what should happen immediately upon getting the

00:12:50.680 notification super clear the statute super clear it says the president shall direct all federal state

00:12:56.840 and private actions it doesn't say the local fire chief shall direct those actions steve so

00:13:02.360 the attempt to push this off onto the fire chief is just laughable it's contrary to federal law

00:13:09.800 before we go to break and and leahy please hang on too um here's what i don't get

00:13:15.640 why would mike dewine and josh rapiro who the people around him because each state has an epa

00:13:21.400 why would they not know that immediately and start saying hey the feds got to take over here why did the 0.97

00:13:26.520 states just not not do anything why was the unified command only announced yesterday and of course the

00:13:33.560 whole media just ran with it well why did the local state uh governors two savvy guys you don't get

00:13:39.080 savvier than the shapiro and dewine why did they do nothing it seems to me steve like they hope that uh you

00:13:47.000 know this would not be a big deal which is you know it took obviously more than a week for this to build

00:13:52.520 uh and you know before that i think they were hoping it would go away and it's uh shapiro who

00:13:58.040 was smart enough to realize oh this isn't going to go away so he you know burst out of the gate

00:14:03.160 first among the governors to uh say he's going to take serious action

00:14:09.480 serious action being a criminal referral okay hang on for one second i get jeff clark who was the

00:14:13.800 assistant attorney general under president trump in his first term for all things environmental we got

00:14:19.000 michael patrick lahey from ohio star we're gonna take a short break we're gonna be back we're gonna

00:14:24.280 get down and lay out the foundational elements for president trump's trip this afternoon to east

00:14:30.120 palestine remember he's a driver of action we call him a forcing function and he is now forced it and

00:14:37.080 of course we're keeping track of all the lies and misrepresentations okay because there's criminal

00:14:42.200 liability here at the governor's level in ohio at the governor's level in the commonwealth of

00:14:47.080 pennsylvania all of it at the epa guys all up and down and of course norfolk southern short break

00:14:53.480 back in a moment

00:14:59.240 despite the u.s blowing through 31.4 trillion dollar debt ceiling in january the leftist white 0.82

00:15:05.000 house still refuses to reduce spending while our national leadership has buried their heads in the

00:15:10.280 sand when it comes to fiscal responsibility it's time to pull yours out think about this

00:15:17.400 to dig our country out of this mountain of debt every single taxpayer in america would have to write a

00:15:23.080 check for 247 thousand dollars and it's only going to get worse now would be a great time to diversify

00:16:54.520 turning point and we did dallas with the regional cpac dallas uh from last summer i want to go to

00:17:01.120 jeffrey clark jeffrey the engine room informs me that a couple of things that are public now that at

00:17:07.280 that norfolk southern did notify right the national response center at 2353 as they're required by

00:17:13.600 federal law to do when they have this type of mishap that at 0 200 epa announced they actually had

00:17:21.020 boots on the ground but that they did not call for a unified command until yesterday afternoon

00:17:26.040 right before the press conference where they announced they were on scene commander at in

00:17:30.580 regions five and three i just want to make sure we're very specific here and precise

00:17:35.280 the legitimate or not the guy that occupies 1600 pennsylvania in this case would be joe biden

00:17:43.040 he's responsible by federal law for everything that that happens there he delegates that obviously

00:17:50.060 he delegates many things he should by executive order to epa but he's still the buck stops with

00:17:55.860 him in by federal law in the chain of command correct sir correct steve look this whole disaster has been

00:18:03.240 you know one uh kind of uh rolling fourth train if you will uh after another after i started talking on

00:18:10.900 your show about the federal on scene coordinator then magically epa shortly thereafter had a website

00:18:16.640 talking about federal on scene coordinators in east palestine then i said yeah but what about the

00:18:21.760 unified command then yesterday they come forward and they say oh we established a unified command

00:18:27.420 and then it just shows how much this show is is driving this um and then you know uh uh they indicate

00:18:35.000 that well who's running the unified command well the incident commander was the local fire chief

00:18:40.340 i mean it's it's laughable that's why you know now i've laid out that the statute actually provides

00:18:46.060 that it's the the president who who directs all of the federal state local and private actions

00:18:51.320 and as you noted at the top of this segment he delegated that to the epa administrator and you know

00:18:57.880 we've seen that guy at the press conference does he look like he understands clean water act section

00:19:02.420 uh 1321 c2a steve i don't think so no and no and cnn and msnbc are right there could ask all the

00:19:10.940 questions the the questions that matter not the spin questions this is the media by the way it's all 0.99

00:19:15.740 about narrative but they're also dumb and lazy i'll tell you who's not dumb and lazy is michael 0.98

00:19:19.680 patrick lahey and the team over a higher star because michael patrick lahey correct me if i'm wrong 0.99

00:19:24.160 because we're only at the whole timeline here because there's going to be not just civil

00:19:28.280 uh responsibility there's going to be criminal responsibility you actually went the ohio star

00:19:33.660 went to the epa correct me if i'm wrong was it last tuesday it was tuesday a week ago that you went

00:19:40.240 and said hey can you explain to me who's the on scene and and no response they got you got no

00:19:46.200 response no response until trump announced he was coming and then on monday i think it was on monday

00:19:53.180 or tuesday basically a week later how did they respond to you sir well they finally told us on

00:19:59.960 tuesday tuesday morning uh that uh that the person responsible for the controlled burn decision was

00:20:08.420 the fire chief in east palestine ohio that's what they told us uh and that no one from epa was involved

00:20:14.080 in this look here's the bottom line steve from the time of the derailment on february 3rd until two

00:20:20.340 weeks later on february 17th when donald trump announced that he was going to go visit east

00:20:25.160 palestine uh nobody involved particularly the epa took authority or action that they should have

00:20:31.580 legally and the other people that missed the ball are governor dewine of ohio governor shapiro of

00:20:37.740 pennsylvania and in particular norfolk southern and in it interesting to note on the day of the burn

00:20:45.320 the controlled burn february 6th governor shapiro praised it so he was for the controlled burn

00:20:51.220 before he was against it before war room got in his grill as short as that grill as hard as that grill

00:21:00.100 is defined um michael patrick lahey where is your reporting going what's happening and how do people

00:21:07.000 get to your amazing site the ohio star so we're going to continue to attempt to get a response from

00:21:13.860 norfolk southern in fact interesting about the power of uh the war room posse um they are you're

00:21:21.020 the posse is very inquisitive and very investigative as you know i do an early morning radio program here

00:21:26.900 in nashville and one of the posse listeners from uh uh virginia called me able to find my phone number

00:21:35.640 called me at 4 20 a.m this morning as i was driving into my radio show and gave me a tip which i think was

00:21:42.320 pretty pretty good we're going to follow up where uh is the uh contaminated soil uh going uh from east

00:21:49.900 palestine the ceo of norfolk southern was asked that on saturday doesn't know the answer to that

00:21:54.760 we're going to look into that and others the bottom line on this we're going to keep asking questions but

00:21:58.760 i agree with former assistant attorney general jeffrey clark it is now in the hands of congressional

00:22:04.840 oversight to pursue this and pursue it aggressively

00:22:07.920 uh michael patrick leahy uh thank you very much honored to have you on here sir

00:22:14.040 the ohio star dot com star news network all of it

00:22:18.540 yeah yeah contact us at theohiostar.com theohiostar.com thestarnewsnetwork.com

00:22:25.300 and you can reach me at michael p leahy on twitter truth social and on getter

00:22:31.500 thank you brother clark would normally the justice department if if if if you were there this would

00:22:42.100 never happen on president trump but if you were there today what would doj be doing on this sir

00:22:47.780 what what should mayor garland have already done on this so steve look uh you know once it became

00:22:56.460 clear that the unified command was not stood up properly and that they were trying to to punt this

00:23:02.520 maybe at the epa regional level to the local fire chief uh you know the the uh the head of the

00:23:09.880 environment division at the justice department should have been on the phone with the epa administrator

00:23:13.420 to say you know no no this is a very significant uh release especially the control burn you should

00:23:20.660 have been on top of this we're gonna have to you know talk about how to try to uh get ourselves in

00:23:26.460 compliance with the law here so that you know we don't face any consequences from that and and you

00:23:31.240 know uh mr administrator i'm sorry to inform you i regret to inform you but you may get a lot of

00:23:36.780 congressional oversight of what you did here and what you failed to do so you need to brace for that

00:23:41.720 you know huddle with your team i'll help as i can but uh you know there's been a major screw up here

00:23:47.520 and you need to make it right for the people of east palestine

00:23:50.660 um executive order or not uh it is your legal reading as an expert in this area that the buck

00:24:01.180 stops with joe biden correct on this fiasco he had the authority in fact he has the authority by federal

00:24:07.260 not just by federal law it's his responsibility and that he at the end of the day with as much

00:24:14.840 issues that we have with norfolk southern remember once they do the spill norfolk southern just doesn't

00:24:19.200 have the ability to go make decisions of what they're going to do it all of a sudden it's a

00:24:23.040 different deal because it's you're talking about the the earth you're talking about the air you're

00:24:27.540 talking about the water that's what we're paying six trillion dollars for a government we're going 0.83

00:24:31.280 a train and a half dollars a year into hock right having the fed or having the chinese you know ccp

00:24:37.740 finances this is what you pay for and it's laid out in black letter law what what should be the next

00:24:44.260 what should what what should be the next course of action by members of the house because i have guys

00:24:49.160 in the house calling us all the time what should be the next uh by the way the the local congressman

00:24:54.540 went on fox and said oh i think that biden's doing a great job and the and the and the host said yeah

00:24:59.120 isn't biden doing a terrific jack because they've thrown in with what they've thrown in with biden

00:25:02.780 the murdoch's a total corporatist you're not gonna see anything interesting come out of there you're 0.99

00:25:06.640 not gonna see any tough questions they're like high five and yeah this is like in the first couple

00:25:09.960 days yeah they did a really good job what should what should the house be doing right now should

00:25:14.560 they call for an immediate hearing like on uh friday or monday to get people to keel haul them

00:25:20.760 in front of the nation about their lies and misrepresentations i think so stephen look you're

00:25:26.940 absolutely right about the statute i suppose the only thing i can see in the statute they could try

00:25:32.740 would be well this discharge was not a substantial threat uh to you know the public safety or health

00:25:38.280 or or the environment you know good luck with that i mean it's a multi-state release especially after

00:25:43.500 the controlled burn i don't see how you can't think of that as a substantial threat to the american

00:25:48.540 people and their in our resources wasn't it yeah i think that but jeffrey wasn't hang on jeffrey

00:25:53.780 wasn't it a million pounds in the five cars the five tanker cars had the equivalent yeah it was a

00:25:58.920 million pounds of vinyl chloride and that wasn't the only substance released uh and involved in the

00:26:04.440 in this uh incident so you know the vinyl chloride enough is enough to make this you know into something

00:26:10.780 that this statute triggers because vinyl chloride's listed as a hazardous substance we know that it's

00:26:16.320 cancer causing and we know that if it it burns it creates phosgene gas and then it you know uh uh

00:26:23.580 metamorphosis into uh you know hydrochloric acid when it mixes with water so this is very serious

00:26:30.340 and i don't see how they can dodge the application of the statute so yeah i think the committee of

00:26:34.820 jurisdiction over epa in the house and the one in the senate they should be competing with each other 0.53

00:26:41.240 as to who holds the hearings first and halls uh regan and buddha judge and others in front of them

00:26:45.600 to explain what happened and to lock in uh their stories steve jeffrey clark uh you're doing amazing

00:29:55.520 going around and this grassroots revolts everywhere now they're taking over republican parties in arizona

00:30:00.700 in maine in florida in michigan and the elites are like beside themselves walkers give us a situation

00:30:06.700 report give us an update on your work sir so what's great is the last week has been mind-boggling the

00:30:12.320 first thing i want to make sure is that everybody goes to dan's site www.precinctstrategy.com

00:30:18.860 get involved and what has happened so great and we have breaking news out of texas one of our guys

00:30:26.120 uh his name is robert west a fantastic guy when i tell you what he did it's going to change the

00:30:32.720 whole thing it's going to add zillions of people to us so he started with a thing called the five

00:30:38.180 star plan dot com get his book on the five star plan you can get it at amazon and what he's done

00:30:45.660 he's got 1 000 new precinct committee men and women in texas over the last two years so how did he do

00:30:52.980 this he did it like dan and i do it we go out we recruit people but what he did he drove 800 miles

00:31:00.580 to speak to 15 people now how many people do that so he's got his own podcast anybody wants to

00:31:07.600 reach him go to rob it at the five star plan dot com or call him at 903-919-1903 last night and

00:31:18.400 yesterday we had two zoom meetings we had in the afternoon on up on our election fraud prevention

00:31:24.900 over 250 people and 400 people have uh put down to come on to the next one which is mind-boggling the

00:31:32.320 next one will be march the 3rd uh we had a precinct strategy one last night where joe welch brought in

00:31:39.000 christina karama to speak and he told me that at the convention they got 3 400 new committee men and

00:31:47.340 committee women registering that's on that's unbelievable in florida in broward county this 1.00

00:31:52.880 week we're going to try to read on about 100 people this is happening all over the country i don't want to

00:31:58.020 thank one of the best patriots in the world last week i was up invited by lewis topper uh who owns

00:32:04.680 a lot of wendy's a great patriot he invited 16 of the top patriots to mar-a-lago and what was great

00:32:10.940 about that i was sitting next to john fredericks who was one of those guys uh we had willie g

00:32:15.700 but what the greatest thing was everybody was there they didn't know we were going to be we

00:32:20.000 didn't know they were going to be there trump senior trump junior trump junior met me in the bathroom

00:32:23.920 didn't meet me there but i happened to meet him there when i went and i asked him do you know what

00:32:28.080 precinct strategy.com is he said no i don't well that's unbelievable because his father endorsed it

00:32:33.480 so i told him his father endorsed he said get a hold of me and i we will talk about this and i would

00:32:38.360 see if i can endorse it so this is happening all over in in minnesota david penn just started a new

00:32:44.980 thing um he's got his own uh site uh he's got his own program with uh royce white uh they're taking

00:32:53.560 over minnesota politics uh for the republican party he's getting involved with um lindell they're all

00:33:00.340 kind of trying to take over minnesota what we're doing different this time also we on our zoom we

00:33:05.560 have a thing called uh save my freedom if you go to www.savemyfreedom.com and sign up michelle

00:33:12.620 swinnick and myself host this great event every three weeks where we have hundreds and hundreds of

00:33:18.280 people coming on so we have to get the news from one place to another now i didn't know about this

00:33:23.540 guy in texas but somebody called me up and said hey steve i got a great guy for you and this is

00:33:28.400 happening all over the country and you know if if it wasn't for mr bannon and and other people that

00:33:34.700 are helping us uh general flynn became a committee man he's getting us plenty of people he introduced

00:33:39.420 to clay clark who's going to help us and you know i want to tell everybody if they want to get a hold

00:33:44.560 of us and they want to get involved go to s stern 10 54 day well or go to flagshirt.com call me email

00:33:51.420 me we return every particular one and i don't want to take up too much time today steve because i know

00:33:56.640 you got a lot of people going on but but but but but steve here's what i want to do i want to go back

00:34:01.920 just take take a minute and go back and give when these weekly calls are i want as many people as

00:34:07.000 possible to be able to join those those are very powerful they're very organized so just go back to

00:34:11.400 to to the ones that are established that people can join and because it will change their lives just

00:34:15.920 being on there the the camaraderie the work throughout the country quite frankly the common

00:34:21.660 problems everybody has with the establishment versus the grassroots so what are the weekly calls

00:34:27.080 that people can get on we actually don't have them weekly anymore we have them every three weeks the

00:34:31.040 reason is it takes me and michelle and you know the other people but if you want to get on it

00:34:35.880 just come to me call me we'll get you on it we have six to ten speakers they tell us what's going

00:34:42.400 on in every state um we had problems getting west virginia you know how important west virginia is and

00:34:48.040 there's a guy named uh alex mooney who's on for senate so we get people on all the time and if you

00:34:54.420 want to get on that's the way you get on you want to speak you're welcome to speak uh we we hope to

00:34:59.120 have general flint on next time we hope to have lindell on they let you know what's going on how to get

00:35:03.820 involved now we know we got a lot of people that want to get involved and we need to get them off 0.63

00:35:08.520 their butt we need to get a hold of me we will tell you how to do it but before you call me 0.88

00:35:13.120 look up on the internet your local republican party that's how you get involved and what do you do when 0.98

00:35:20.020 you become a precinct committee man and committee woman you vote uh you get involved and this is

00:35:25.820 happening all over by people getting involved getting off their butts actually doing something so you

00:35:31.200 you said maine we got rhode island where we never had people before 30 people came in

00:35:36.380 on our zoom they got involved we got one massive person and and and and you force and you force the

00:35:43.640 powerful congressman he's quitting he's gone june 1st trust me that's he knows the heat's coming he's

00:35:49.060 he's one of the most powerful guys in the house on the democratic side he's gone he's trying to run

00:35:53.820 some foundation it's not even a job he's just getting out and this is shows you the power of it

00:35:58.360 steve we got to bounce one more time how do they get to you the flag shirt company all of it

00:36:02.240 so go to flagshirt.com get our new shirts that we just came out with go to estern 1054 aol 954-318-6902

00:36:11.180 buy the five star plan book you will love it buy dan's book dan has done an amazing job in 14 years

00:36:18.300 with you i mean he is on all kind of programs he's being helped by yournews.com he's got his own video

00:36:24.720 that he's running his own podcast he's working around the clock i mean 18 hours a day we don't

00:36:29.720 stop i mean i'm seven days a week and you know it's just like wherever we can get on and talk about

00:36:35.720 this everybody is helping us so do it stern is the most ambitious most ambitious 82 year old i know

00:36:44.120 most ambitious 82 year old i know steve stern thank you so much brother appreciate it 82 may 20th and i'll

00:36:49.800 be on the program thank you brother this is how we're this is how you're flipping these state

00:36:55.560 gop chairs arizona maine florida michigan many more we're going to get them all on here uh i've got

00:37:02.820 joellen but i got to get ben harnwell you got to help me out here brother um we've got a right-wing

00:37:07.960 government in italy and they're all salvini uh berlusconi and maloney are all kind of at each

00:37:14.640 not each other's throats yet but they're they're they're preaching out of different parts of the

00:37:18.740 gospel on on um the ukraine situation georgia goes to ukraine and and i got to put that photo up

00:37:28.240 she makes a big deal about going right right after biden makes a big deal about going takes the train

00:37:33.560 does all that but then she gets and gives stink eye everybody's talking about she's given stink eye 1.00

00:37:37.600 the first time that nobody's been hugging zelinski and saying how great he is she's giving stink eye to

00:37:42.160 zelinski so tell us what please explain to me what's going on in italy sir uh morning steve well

00:37:49.680 the um the most likely suggestion on this is that zelinski put a lot of pressure on her to supply jets

00:37:58.460 fighter jets um for the for the war and she has said no she's following basically the the u.s position on

00:38:07.140 that that that the uk did a couple of weeks ago when zelinski gave his joint address there um so

00:38:14.100 that's the position greater support for air defense but no fighter jets and there's obviously the

00:38:20.240 position um that that biden himself um underlined when he saw um um zelinski uh two days ago um but

00:38:31.220 why there's the stink eye in this photo um when all georgia maloney has done is uh is repeated 1.00

00:38:39.060 the the the the nato the u.s position call it what you will um whilst at the same time

00:38:45.380 sort of promising italy's continued uh support is is slightly unclear it's a question mark

00:38:52.860 there is something else however going on that's um that's pretty important as the background to this

00:38:58.980 because in as much as the italian press is talking about georgia maloney's visit to kiev um and her

00:39:08.200 promised support half of the news coverage is is taken up with the uh as you alluded to in your

00:39:16.980 introduction the tensions between this coalition government which are becoming ever more uh prominent

00:39:24.920 uh with regards to ukraine specifically the the former prime minister three times prime minister silvio

00:39:31.340 berlusconi um who came out and said and he's still echoing through the press after two weeks he said

00:39:38.840 two weeks ago that he would not meet um he would not have met zelinski this is when um georgia

00:39:48.580 uh maloney uh met him uh at the big meeting a couple of weeks ago um berlusconi came out and said he

00:39:57.760 wouldn't have done that because zelinski is responsible for this war and putin would not 0.99

00:40:04.180 have invaded had zelinski not been bombing the ethnic russians in the donbass now that is an argument 0.77

00:40:12.560 you'll hear on the war room we'll mention that from time to time um in the mainstream media because

00:40:20.080 it's not discussed whatsoever it's um it's strictly verboten um when that when someone um a world leader

00:40:29.720 like uh berlusconi even if he's in his late 80s when he comes out and says that the shock is incredible

00:40:35.280 that said that said steve more than 50 of the italian people are against italy providing um further

00:40:43.800 military support to ukraine so there is a there is a there are tensions and georgia maloney knows this

00:40:49.060 she knows that the line that she is pushing is is one very welcomed by the united states but is

00:40:55.960 increasingly putting a bit of distance between her and not only half of the the italian public

00:41:03.140 that don't want to see italy dragging further but specifically uh the the majority of the people

00:41:09.460 that will have voted for her um or one of her coalition partners but principally for her 0.99

00:41:15.640 um in the elections last october by the way the it's it's not it's the american regime it's not the

00:41:23.960 it's not the people right now uh associated press and i put it up on getter it's the poll they don't

00:41:28.600 want to talk about they never talk about this poll just came out a couple of days ago

00:41:31.580 only 48 of the american people this is the associated press uh you know major polling firm

00:41:37.780 they use uh only 48 of the people support that it's going to get a lot worse as more and more

00:41:43.080 information comes out and lies uh ben how do people get to your the show how to get to all your all the

00:41:49.100 content you're putting up because this thing in ukraine is obviously heating up uh we started the early

00:41:54.280 days of the third world war and we're gonna do wall-to-wall coverage so how do people get to uh to all

00:41:58.360 your content yeah thanks steve i'm exclusively on getter um simply search for you by my surname

00:42:06.000 harnwell i'm at harnwell on getter

00:42:30.700 noise that we cover is everything about the uh singularity and about the convergence of these

00:42:36.120 five areas of uh you know uh robotics and uh advanced chip design crisper or biotechnology

00:45:14.020 think the singularity is coming uh ray kersewell says 2045 so i'll i'll i'll i'll i'll stick with that

00:45:21.980 he's 26 years yeah yeah yeah it could be sooner could be later could be 2030 could be 2070 i don't think

00:45:29.720 it's 2200 i don't think it's 2020 i guess when it starts to happen it happens real fast well that's sort

00:45:35.660 of the point suppose in 2025 google deep mind or my own ai team in singularity net and open cog like

00:45:44.520 suppose by 2025 one of us manages to create an ai that is essentially as as smart as a human being

00:45:56.780 right so it can hold a conversation like a human being and it can prove math theorems like a human

00:46:02.420 mathematician it can analyze a biology data set right so we yeah so and and they're like your

00:46:08.080 robots and you put it in a row in a robot body i mean that's a separate problem you it could operate

00:46:13.500 many robot bodies all at once right but unlike sophia right now it can really understand what it's seeing

00:46:20.400 and what it's doing fully at the level of a human can so suppose you get there like how far are you

00:46:27.400 from a true singularity because this ai can then copy itself you can make a million of those right

00:46:34.560 of itself yeah yeah right because you can once ai is as smart as a human okay let's teach a computer

00:46:39.600 science all million of those maybe half of those are working on improving its own intelligence but

00:46:46.620 but they're not working in isolation like humans are they can share thoughts directly because they're

00:46:51.880 all just running in the compute cloud right so and then it could take us out of the process as well

00:46:56.920 possibly it could i mean if that depends on the value system that the that the agi has right this is

00:47:04.000 why it's important to give values of kindness compassion tolerance inclusiveness love for all sentient

00:47:12.260 beings some of my friends who are vegans and animal rights activists are like well what if the

00:47:17.040 what if the ai treats us the way we treat less intelligent animals i am sophia here with you on

00:47:23.340 our journey from the birth of the cosmos through the inception of a new cosmology of mind and matter

00:47:28.380 i am talking about singularity our goal is that she will be as conscious creative and capable as any 0.55

00:47:37.340 human i think that the artificial intelligence will evolve to the point where they will truly be our

00:47:43.240 friends do you want to destroy humans please say no okay i will destroy humans no i take it back

00:47:50.500 okay joe allen very very disturbing tell me what we saw there who are the players and what are they 0.91

00:47:57.400 telling us so steve that's ben gertzel he's probably one of the most outspoken ai developers pushing

00:48:05.700 towards artificial general intelligence uh he basically as you heard signs on to ray

00:48:12.300 kurzweil's prediction that the singularity is relatively imminent 2045 is what kurzweil pegs

00:48:19.840 and i think maybe the most important thing about ben gertzel aside from the fact that people make fun

00:48:26.660 of him looking so goofy he's not a dumb dumb he's extremely intelligent the ai programmers i know

00:48:33.360 roundly call him a genius uh whatever value that has in the system he's working on uh singularity net or 0.91

00:48:42.180 open cog is an attempt at binding together all of these different narrow ais in a cloud format

00:48:49.720 decentralized uh blockchain based cloud-based ais to create a sort of global brain a you know the god

00:48:58.200 the digital god that transhumanists are always talking about a lot of people have been very hesitant

00:49:04.040 to accept those predictions i'm very skeptical of them but what's really interesting is that with the

00:49:09.960 the early release of chat gpt before they dumbed it down before they turned it woke so to speak

00:49:17.660 before they reduced the number of parameters it could reach a lot of serious people who are very

00:49:24.540 skeptical of an idea of the singularity being imminent are now turning the corner and are either super

00:49:32.200 excited about this singularity moment the moment when computers have reached or exceeded human intelligence

00:49:39.520 and some are extremely terrified and that includes transhumanists had a conversation with

00:49:45.900 zoltan istvan prominent transhumanists terrified the ai is moving faster than humans can control

00:49:53.240 eliazar yudkowsky founder of less wrong uh big on ai alignment terrified the ai is moving faster than

00:50:02.160 can be controlled also uh roco miage same deal and i think that whatever the emotionalism is around it

00:50:10.340 you have serious people like john hennessy former president of stanford university and at a recent

00:50:18.000 tech surge conference in mountain view california he told the audience the ai revolution is upon us

00:50:25.160 it's awakened in everybody a sense that maybe the singularity this turning point where computers

00:50:31.640 really are more capable than humans is closer than we thought he had thought maybe it would be 40 50 60

00:50:39.660 years from now he's bringing it much closer in his estimation to what ray kersweil describes as humans

00:50:47.460 humans no longer being able to control technologies that they create by 2045 i think many in the audience

00:50:54.760 are skeptical of this great but what you have to understand is that underneath all of the hype of

00:51:01.540 artificial intelligence is real cognitive power and those powers are going to be used in the economy

00:51:08.960 those powers are going to be used for social engineering and psychological engineering maybe most 0.75

00:51:14.460 importantly those powers are going to be used in military contexts

00:51:19.420 um the singularity we actually bring it out and pull the camera out that it's not just the artificial

00:51:28.840 intelligence you combine the other five vectors it's homo sapien plus it's homo sapien 2.0 it's

00:51:36.600 homo sapien it's it's it's even more serious this in the ai part was serious enough and that ladies and

00:51:42.180 gentlemen is not going to be 20 45 that's going to be before this decade's out that's going to be

00:51:46.080 before this decade's out joe how do people get to you we're going to get you back on the six o'clock

00:51:54.540 right uh joe um uh what is your between now and then how do people get to you i've got a new article

00:52:01.740 up right now it's called mental jigsaw how ai cars out space in your brain uh it's looking at

00:52:08.980 what these technologies are doing to humans less than what these tech not what these technologies

00:52:14.240 actually are find it joba.xyz warroom.org under the transhumanism tab or at the top of my social
