00:00:00.640 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:05.480 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:10.700 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:14.980 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:16.940 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:18.360 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:20.080 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:22.280 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:25.680 MAGA Media.
00:00:26.580 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:32.480 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:36.220 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:42.580 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:00:48.540 Okay, welcome. It is Thursday, 9 March in the year of our Lord 2023.
00:00:53.120 We're too jammed today to do one of our typical cold opens,
00:00:55.920 because there's so much happening.
00:00:57.080 We've got breaking news all over.
00:00:59.020 They have live hearings up.
00:01:00.720 The Weaponization Committee is hearing, has a live hearing.
00:01:04.460 The House Armed Services has a hearing with all about China.
00:01:10.380 You saw the Senate yesterday.
00:01:11.700 Intel has a hearing.
00:01:12.780 We've got, there's going to be, I think, a transportation.
00:01:17.180 We've got the CEO of Norfolk Southern.
00:01:19.000 We're going to be cutting in and out all that.
00:01:20.640 Also, the budget gets released today.
00:01:22.560 Russ Vogt's going to be joining us.
00:01:24.140 But Blockbuster News, we gave you this months ago from the great Todd Bensman.
00:01:27.400 He joins me in studio.
00:01:28.800 He left everything he's doing to get over here, hustle over here.
00:01:31.680 Major development yesterday in Pensacola, Florida.
00:01:34.560 You called this six months ago.
00:01:36.820 Tell us what exactly happened.
00:01:38.580 What does it say?
00:01:39.240 And I want you to read some of the quotes in this.
00:01:40.880 This is a federal judge yesterday ruling on the Biden regime's, not immigration plan,
00:01:47.840 but what the invasion on the southern border.
00:01:49.920 And this judge went medieval on Biden.
00:01:53.540 Let's go first.
00:01:54.300 Exactly what happened.
00:01:55.680 What did he say?
00:01:56.260 And then we'll talk about what this all means.
00:01:58.500 Sure.
00:01:59.020 Well, this is a flashbang grenade to get your attention that something major is up with the border.
00:02:07.460 This is a significant legal ruling out of Pensacola, Florida, a federal judge there.
00:02:13.500 Brought by the state of Florida.
00:02:16.180 Brought by the attorney general of the state of Florida.
00:02:17.820 So this is another thing, you know, a hat tip to Governor DeSantis and the team down there.
00:02:22.020 This is not about shipping.
00:02:23.220 Yes.
00:02:23.500 This is not about something performative of shipping people up to Martha's Vineyard, which I love.
00:02:27.640 But this is real.
00:02:28.540 The attorney general went forward.
00:02:29.800 And what did the attorney general say?
00:02:31.080 What was their case they were trying to make?
00:02:32.220 So the attorney general's case was to say that all of these ad hoc policies that the Biden administration is creating to use humanitarian parole,
00:02:44.320 which we've talked about a lot here, and alternatives to detention, the cell phones, the ankle monitors, you know, the check-in in a year on the honor code system and everything.
00:02:56.480 They were claiming that it was illegal and outside statutory.
00:03:01.060 You're saying gaming the asylum system to basically let illegal aliens all throughout the country never to be found again.
00:03:07.040 Completely.
00:03:07.680 The judge has said this is BS.
00:03:09.220 I'm not – you can't – this is all happy talk.
00:03:12.020 And the government made their case, right?
00:03:15.160 Merrick Garland's Justice Department and everyone made their case.
00:03:17.860 And he went through these and said, no, you're just gaming the system.
00:03:21.260 That's right.
00:03:21.680 And as I told your posse here not too long ago that the case – the state rested its case.
00:03:28.560 The defense rested, I want to say, six or seven weeks ago.
00:03:32.360 And the judge went into his chambers to write this 103-page ruling, and it is just devastating.
00:03:40.100 I mean, he has absolutely ruled to vacate that the Biden administration must, within one week, vacate all of these policies.
00:03:49.780 They have a week to shut it all down and return to the law, which requires – it's pretty simple – detention and removal.
00:03:59.740 Detention and removal.
00:04:00.820 And the judge ruled that – and he explained that the Biden administration from the very first day, which is what we've been saying all along, my book, Overrun, describes everything, all of this in great detail, that they deliberately dismantled law enforcement in a way that almost required the release of millions of people into the country crossing the border.
00:04:30.220 And he calls them out on this, like explicitly calls them out, says that they created basically a line in the sand out of what used to be a border, turned it into like maybe a speed bump at best.
00:04:43.220 And those are his words.
00:04:45.660 Now, this is something that we have to watch because at stake here is whether the –
00:04:54.280 Hang on one second.
00:04:55.260 Okay.
00:04:55.500 Don't get too far ahead of us.
00:04:56.500 By the way, you can stick with me because I've got vote next I've got to take on the budget.
00:05:00.300 Benzman's going to hang.
00:05:01.500 You've got Cortez whose head's blowing up out there in Tennessee because he's been hammering this for years.
00:05:06.180 I just want to make sure we go back in – and I got this to you on Monday.
00:05:13.200 On Monday, I think it was the New York Times, but they came out and says, man, Biden's new policies are really working, right?
00:05:19.700 The time – this is all a sigh-up.
00:05:22.800 This is a sigh-up.
00:05:24.460 This is to get everybody's attention.
00:05:25.580 And quite frankly, let's be honest, the media is not really on this.
00:05:28.700 This has not covered this ruling whatsoever, Fox News, right?
00:05:33.260 Where is the – where is conservative – conservative Inc. is so busy skipping around chasing the latest shiny toy.
00:05:40.220 Get to the signal.
00:05:41.620 Get to the signal.
00:05:42.620 This is big league because you had a federal judge that basically with Todd Benzman, we've been saying on the show for two years since Biden came in.
00:05:49.700 Remember, Biden's very first action was about Trump's – what Trump had done at the border.
00:05:55.900 And you had a federal judge there right now sitting there going, hey, Trump, as hard as it is to control the border, Trump was right.
00:06:03.120 And all the stuff of Biden was basically what – Todd Benzman has been telling us for two years now.
00:06:07.760 They took our asylum system and basically twisted it, twisted it to make it a superhighway to allow illegal aliens into this country.
00:06:16.700 That's what we're talking about.
00:06:17.720 So I want to go through – what did he specifically say about the things that Biden had done?
00:06:23.180 What did he specifically say of the humanitarian parole and others?
00:06:27.320 What did he say was wrong and illegal and has to be rectified in one week?
00:06:32.060 Because this is why you saw Biden yesterday.
00:06:34.180 Two days ago, they're sitting there going, they may have to go back to the Trump catching kids in cages.
00:06:39.820 That's what the media is saying.
00:06:41.340 This is all because of this ruling, correct?
00:06:42.980 Well, so yeah, so for one thing, the judge looked at the humanitarian parole law, which is a paragraph.
00:06:53.780 This is not complex stuff.
00:06:55.380 And it says, thou shalt allow humanitarian parole on a case-by-case individual basis with all due consideration for a couple of reasons.
00:07:06.560 But the Biden administration incorporated it into as the central cornerstone of their entire border policy.
00:07:14.280 Because they want to get rid of the optics, the cover of your book.
00:07:16.660 Let's get overrun up if you get a chance.
00:07:18.760 The cover of your book, which we covered, was the international bridge in Del Rio with all the Haitians underneath it.
00:07:24.500 They can't have that because the polling drops.
00:07:26.980 That's why they took this one paragraph and made it like – and you called it.
00:07:29.960 They said, hey, they've got something, a scheme, where they're going to just do it in Mexico, parole them, and put them on a plane and fly them into the interior of the country.
00:07:38.000 You're going to see the optics are going to get better.
00:07:40.100 And they're going to claim the numbers in the New York Times, just like on Monday, picks it up.
00:07:44.800 You know, dramatic decrease in border, and it's going to take away a big talking point from the right wing.
00:07:50.400 No, suck on this.
00:07:51.420 They ain't taking away nothing, okay?
00:07:53.480 Screw you.
00:07:54.720 You're not – this is an invasion of the southern border.
00:07:56.340 Before I get Cortez in here, just give me your number again that what has happened to this nation – and we're sitting here talking about frickin' Ukraine.
00:08:05.800 It's obscene.
00:08:06.960 It's obscenity.
00:08:08.160 Talk to me about how many are in the country now and your projection of how do you get to 12 to 15 million in the country by the end of the Biden regime, and it will be the end of the Biden regime in 2024.
00:08:20.460 Walk me through that math before I bring in Cortez.
00:08:22.100 Right.
00:08:22.580 Well, you know, I always try to go conservative on this, but the conservative numbers are bad enough.
00:08:28.980 I think that we probably, if you include the Godaways, have about 4.5 to 5 million people have entered the country in 24 months.
00:08:37.980 So if you consider that and project out another two years, you're looking at, you know, 10 million people, 8, 9, 10 million people inside the country, new population.
00:08:52.560 A lot of it –
00:08:53.120 10 million people could be as many as 11 or 12, but you're saying 10 million people just on his watch.
00:08:57.800 You have to consider the Godaways.
00:09:00.120 We look like there's at least a million and a half Godaways, but I think it's a lot more than that.
00:09:05.660 And a lot of this population, we don't even know who they are or where they are because they snuck in.
00:09:11.560 Okay, hang on for a second.
00:09:12.740 Let me go – Cortez – and by the way, hat tip to Governor DeSantis.
00:09:16.560 I don't know why DeSantis is not making this a bigger part of his proto-campaign for the presidency because he doesn't talk about immigration enough.
00:09:24.120 They talk about the performative stuff, which is fine.
00:09:25.920 I love some of Martha's Vineyard.
00:09:27.280 I want to send him to the Hamptons.
00:09:28.700 I want to send him to the Upper East Side.
00:09:30.800 But he's – this should be a centerpiece because this is big league, as President Trump says.
00:09:36.680 Give me some quotes from what the judge tells us, Steve Cortez.
00:09:40.080 Yeah, this is.
00:09:40.900 And by the way, thank you to the state of Florida and not just to Governor DeSantis but also to Attorney General Ashley Moody.
00:09:46.860 I think she is one of the young, rising stars of the patriotic populist movement.
00:09:50.940 She also, like DeSantis, she just won re-election in the state of Florida by 20 points.
00:09:56.340 And other attorneys general around the country from red states, please take this lead.
00:10:01.260 We've had very little good news on the border, Steve, but this is good news.
00:10:04.320 Let me give you a couple of quotes from this ruling, scathing ruling of over 100 pages, as Todd mentioned.
00:10:10.440 Here's the first quote from the federal judge.
00:10:12.500 Collectively, these actions were akin to posting a flashing come-in-we're-open sign on the southern border.
00:10:21.560 That's not my statement.
00:10:22.700 That's not DeSantis.
00:10:23.420 That's not Attorney General Moody.
00:10:24.520 This is the federal judge.
00:10:25.860 He continues.
00:10:26.480 The unprecedented surge of aliens that started arriving at the southwest border almost immediately after President Biden took office and that has continued unabated over the past two years was a predictable consequence of these actions.
00:10:43.300 Was a predictable consequence of these actions.
00:10:46.440 This is from a federal judge who, as you mentioned, he's not just making strong statements.
00:10:52.000 He's giving them seven days to comply.
00:10:54.800 That's it, Steve.
00:10:55.520 This is consequential.
00:10:57.080 This is real.
00:10:58.540 All right?
00:10:58.800 This ruling matters.
00:11:00.360 Thank you, State of Florida.
00:11:01.520 Thank you to this federal judge.
00:11:02.940 Let's get back to sanity at our border.
00:11:05.360 And Todd Benzman kept telling us, he says, hey, there's something going on down in Pensacola in this courthouse.
00:11:10.960 We've got to keep a track of this.
00:11:12.220 That's right.
00:11:12.880 You just made commentary with Cortez.
00:11:16.380 I want everybody to understand this.
00:11:17.780 They knew what they were doing.
00:11:19.800 When you talk about chaos at the border, it ain't chaos at the border.
00:11:22.900 Benzman has walked us through for the last year and a half.
00:11:25.520 This is very systematic.
00:11:28.040 And this is why we had down the Darien Gap and we had the team down in Darien Gap from REV.
00:11:32.940 They saw Mallorca's down there in the black helicopters.
00:11:35.680 They're actually working on the superhighway from Latin America and from the Northern Triangle states.
00:11:42.680 So, listen, I hope you post some of the material on your site because one of the things that you should take a look at from this case is testimony from a ranking ICE official who, within days of the administration reversing all these Trump policies, warned that they were going to result in a steep reduction in deportations of criminal aliens inside the United States.
00:12:10.200 And they went forward anyway knowing in advance that criminal aliens were going to be left inside the United States.
00:12:18.820 And, in fact, the testimony in this case shows that deportations of criminal aliens fell by 70, 80, and 90 percent.
00:12:26.940 Repeat that.
00:12:27.600 70, 80, and 90 percent decline in the deportations of criminal aliens.
00:12:32.380 They knew it.
00:12:33.300 They were warned about it ahead of time.
00:12:35.240 They proceeded anyway, and the judge nails them on that.
00:12:38.920 Okay.
00:12:39.180 Here's what I want the posse to do.
00:12:40.960 I want – we're going to read all 103 pages.
00:12:44.900 We're going to go through it.
00:12:45.720 I want everybody – we're going to put it up on the site, take your time today, and make sure – junk the other crap that's out there that's – no more shiny toys.
00:12:55.500 Drop the shiny toys.
00:12:56.720 I don't have to tell the posse this, but we need you to read this because Trump and others ought to use this as a club.
00:13:03.040 And, quite frankly, all the weak Republicans got to be called out on this.
00:13:11.100 We need everybody – everybody should be signing at the bottom of this that this is absolutely spectacular.
00:13:17.460 Give me that quote again at the top, Cortez, of what the judge said.
00:13:22.700 You just started at the top because it's such a brutal quote.
00:13:25.600 Yeah, no, it's incredible.
00:13:27.020 This is, again, not my opinion, not Attorney General Moody of Florida.
00:13:30.360 This is the judge.
00:13:31.080 But, collectively, these actions were akin to posting a flashing come-in-we're-open sign on the southern border.
00:13:39.660 Wow.
00:13:40.100 He then continues, the unprecedented surge of aliens that started arriving on the southwest border almost immediately after President Biden took office
00:13:48.740 and that has continued unabated over the past two years was a predictable consequence of these actions.
00:13:56.820 Steve, this is as scathing a rebuke as is possible given the normal decorum of federal courts.
00:14:08.220 I mean, this is a smackdown of epic proportions.
00:14:10.780 The targets were – forget impeaching Mayorkas.
00:14:15.960 I want Garland and Biden in the dock here.
00:14:19.000 Okay?
00:14:19.300 This came from the top.
00:14:20.480 This was all – this was all thought through.
00:14:23.120 Benson's been walking through us for a year and a half.
00:14:25.260 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:26.700 Another thing I want to give DeSantis a hat tip on.
00:14:29.380 The people he gets around him, Lapidot, the Surgeon General, Moody, he picks good people.
00:14:36.740 That ought to be a heads-up to certain other candidates running.
00:14:41.800 He picks good, tough people.
00:14:44.740 Let me repeat this.
00:14:45.820 He picks good, tough people.
00:14:49.100 Short commercial break.
00:14:49.960 Vote's going to join his own B director.
00:14:52.000 Benson's got a hold.
00:14:53.000 We've got Cortez.
00:14:54.000 We're on fire here in the war room.
00:14:55.620 Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:57.720 Buy gold and get a free safe to store it in.
00:15:01.780 That's right.

00:15:23.280 The Fed keeps raising rates because it's the only tool they have to keep inflation under control.
00:15:27.720 And guess what?
00:15:28.880 It's not working.
00:15:30.480 You can't spend your way out of inflation.
00:15:32.940 You've seen the impact on the stock market.
00:15:35.100 You've seen the impact on your savings.
00:15:37.280 Hedge inflation by owning gold.
00:15:39.120 Let me repeat that.
00:15:40.280 Hedge inflation by owning gold.

00:16:11.120 Again, text Bannon to 989898.
00:16:15.460 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:18.240 Bannon.
00:16:21.600 Okay.
00:16:22.680 You know, I was a little jacked up this morning.
00:16:24.260 You know why?
00:16:24.700 I got a great night's sleep.
00:16:25.660 Only a couple hours because so many things are going on.
00:16:27.640 In fact, the markup at a committee last night for the parental rights bill,
00:16:34.440 and this very controversial parental rights bill, you understand, the Democrats are fighting this tooth and nail.
00:16:38.580 Now, the grooming and the transgender and all, this is a bill, a massive bill coming up about parental rights.
00:16:45.420 I realize people say it's got to be a state-level school board.
00:16:47.340 I got that.
00:16:48.400 But it would help to have also something that federal and start to gut the Department of Education.
00:16:52.980 They didn't finish that until 3 in the morning last night.
00:16:54.880 People up here, it's really grinding right now.
00:16:56.980 Lots of hearings going on.
00:16:58.460 We're going to dip in and out of those as we go.
00:17:00.140 We've got Todd Bensman.
00:17:01.300 We've got Cortez.
00:17:01.940 We've got the great Russ Vogt.
00:17:02.980 Russ, today we've gotten – he's shown some leg about this budget, which is a top-line issue.
00:17:09.540 Has it been released or is it going to be released later in the day when he does his speech in Philadelphia?
00:17:14.600 It's going to be released later in the day, to my knowledge.
00:17:16.720 Last time I checked when I came over here, it has not been posted yet.
00:17:20.340 But he's given us an indication of the types of class warfare that he wants to have with this budget.
00:17:25.620 He wants to draw Republicans out of their current position of not tackling Social Security and Medicare
00:17:30.500 into open field, where that's an advantage for him.
00:17:33.960 I hope they don't take the bait.
00:17:35.220 And then he wants to have the class warfare with regard to tax increases.
00:17:40.400 And, you know, I'm happy to have a class warfare, so long as it's the cartel class versus the American people,
00:17:45.580 so long as the Acela Corridor class versus the American people that are on the other side of this Biden regime.
00:17:51.360 So this will be an important part of getting the process going for where we are in these big fiscal battles.
00:17:58.200 But this is largely a budget that will get ignored, and I think it's more of a tell as to the fights that he wants to have as the president.
00:18:07.340 Just want me through technically so we get the audience, because, you know, the audience is chairman of the creditors committee.
00:18:12.180 You have to agree.
00:18:13.520 The budget process is symbolic, but you do have to agree on a top-line number.
00:18:17.140 Before it goes to appropriations, we have to come to some agreement on a top-line for spending.
00:18:21.760 Is that correct?
00:18:23.160 No.
00:18:23.860 No.
00:18:25.460 There is no cap right now.
00:18:27.860 And so he has to put forward a level for annual spending that he wants, but Congress isn't bound by that in any way.
00:18:36.880 The only thing that this really does from the standpoint of actual real meat compared to political theater
00:18:44.000 is there are some accounts that all of us need to know what's the cost of those accounts, a veteran's program, for instance.
00:18:52.580 But, you know, the budget process is so broken that there is no functional reason to do this other than the law requires it,
00:19:00.020 and you've got to get the process started.
00:19:02.040 Right.
00:19:03.100 Okay.
00:19:04.520 Everything we've heard, and we'll get into the class war for in a second, and Cortez,
00:19:08.000 I'll probably get you into the next block on this, but hang with me.
00:19:10.560 Because for the audience, they have announced not just tax increases for over $400,000 on Medicare and Medicaid,
00:19:17.860 but I think the headline grabber was 25% tax on billionaires, which, as you know here in the war room, baby,
00:19:25.160 that could be, you know, I'm all about class warfare with the woke billionaires.
00:19:30.100 But, Russ, everything I've seen, and correct me if I'm wrong,
00:19:33.580 they're not making any cuts to spending that they've hinted at.
00:19:37.660 In fact, everything, and Cortez and I have been all over some of the memes we've gone with the Fed,
00:19:42.280 they're talking about, at best, changing the rate of growth, decelerating the rate of growth.
00:19:49.000 Is anything that you've seen in your shop shows that Biden, in a good-faith effort,
00:19:53.340 is talking about any cuts whatsoever in spending?
00:19:56.840 Because the $2 and $3 trillion headline number, it looks like it's all tied to new taxes, sir.
00:20:02.520 Right. I have seen nothing.
00:20:05.460 And, in fact, I've seen evidence that they want to increase spending on things like child care and other proposals.
00:20:14.180 But they're facing $20 trillion in deficits, and their big headline is $3 trillion in deficit reduction.
00:20:22.140 So you know that they're going to be nowhere near what's necessary to balance the budget.
00:20:27.360 I think, at best, what they're trying to do is limit the damage so that we can't go out there and say,
00:20:33.500 you've taken a $1 trillion deficit, as far as the eye can see,
00:20:36.980 and turned it into a $3 trillion deficit, as far as the eye can see.
00:20:40.780 I think that's their hope.
00:20:42.640 We'll have to see what the numbers look like.
00:20:46.080 Okay, here's the thing.
00:20:47.300 So I think we get a sense that there's not going to be spending cuts.
00:20:50.520 A couple things going on.
00:20:51.660 The CBO report, and we've been arguing, and, Rush, you've been on here great,
00:20:56.100 that until we get a set of numbers people can work off of, everybody's shadowboxing.
00:21:01.420 And Biden still refuses to put forward numbers, although the budget, that's what I'm saying,
00:21:05.000 the budget may be a good indication of that.
00:21:07.120 It's just one year.
00:21:08.580 But the CBO looks like an agreement right now of people using that, not as maybe a baseline,
00:21:13.180 but something to consider.
00:21:13.840 That's the $19 trillion in the next 10 years, including starting $2 trillion annual deficits
00:21:19.640 in perpetuity, $3 trillion for interest, et cetera, et cetera.
00:21:23.840 McCarthy's called for a briefing by CBO, and, of course, everybody's talking,
00:21:28.500 every article, another big article today on The Hill are saying you're actually briefing in detail
00:21:33.280 the reality for the House Freedom Caucus and others.
00:21:37.060 Can you get us up to date just on where we stand in the process of getting our arms around the numbers?
00:21:41.360 No, largely, as you said, McCarthy wants to have the CBO director come and talk to all of the members,
00:21:49.160 House Republicans and Democrats.
00:21:52.120 And I am a little worried about that debate, to be honest with you,
00:21:54.860 that it doesn't turn into a focus on where all of the accountants want to have this debate,
00:22:00.380 which is on the entitlements of Social Security and Medicare.
00:22:04.080 But math is important, and it's important to get all the numbers on the page
00:22:09.120 and try to get as much common ground as you possibly can.
00:22:12.680 But let's be honest, and I think people on this program know this,
00:22:16.000 and the members of Congress don't know this.
00:22:18.600 Democrats are not going to ever cut a dime of spending, ever.
00:22:21.700 There's no—they understand the math perfectly well.
00:22:25.160 They are defending their regime.
00:22:26.800 They are defending their bureaucracy.
00:22:29.080 And so, yeah, it's fine to get the numbers and have the happy talk on bipartisanship,
00:22:34.360 and let's have the same—on the same piece of paper, right?
00:22:38.560 But let's understand that we are headed for a fiscal war,
00:22:42.400 and the only way to win that is to understand that the Biden administration needs a debt limit,
00:22:46.860 and we want to crush the bureaucracy.
00:22:49.160 And if he wants the debt limit, he's going to have to swallow bureaucracy crushing cuts.
00:22:56.180 That is the juxtaposition that I hope that we get to very soon.
00:22:59.740 We did need the Biden administration to come forward with their budget so the congressional debate can start.
00:23:05.460 We're going to see that now.
00:23:06.860 And I think part of the CBO director briefing was to kind of buy some time
00:23:10.240 and give Congress something to do in the meantime while the Biden administration was late.
00:23:15.720 A couple things.
00:23:17.120 On the $19 or $20 trillion of additional deficits that we'll have to finance,
00:23:23.060 Biden shows—looks like now—no cuts in spending whatsoever, just in your face, right?
00:23:27.760 No cuts in spending, $2 to $3 trillion of new taxes, right?
00:23:32.560 Principally some to the billionaires, some to people over $400,000,
00:23:35.660 but they're going to tax, but they still come up short.
00:23:38.260 You still have, even in their model, you're $16 trillion plus short.
00:23:44.680 How can we have a good-faith negotiation when understanding—
00:23:48.860 and that's why I think at least getting CBO and yours out there,
00:23:51.100 people see that this thing is just not—you can do the math.
00:23:54.020 It's not sustainable.
00:23:54.740 How can we have a good-faith negotiation with the Biden regime and the cartel members
00:24:00.660 if they're not prepared to address the central beating heart of the problem,
00:24:05.200 which is not that we don't have enough tax revenue.
00:24:07.740 We have spending that's out of control, and people are not prepared to act like adults
00:24:12.160 and to start to reel in the administrative state.
00:24:14.860 Russ, vote.
00:24:15.260 I mean, that's the challenge before us, and that's kind of the realpolitik of the moment,
00:24:22.020 which is they refuse to address the real driver.
00:24:27.060 And you look at percentage GDP and where spending is historically versus what revenues are,
00:24:31.780 and revenues are above where they are historically.
00:24:35.280 And so spending is clearly the problem.
00:24:37.480 If you look at their billionaire tax, right, last year's version only got you about $360 billion over 10 years.
00:24:45.980 So it's not going to—there may be a conversation about how to structure one,
00:24:52.080 but it's not going to solve your problem.
00:24:55.360 The only way you solve your problem is tackling the spending that's necessary,
00:24:59.280 and you've got to be in the orders of magnitude of $10 trillion like our budget did to be able to tackle that,
00:25:05.320 and that's only within 10 years.
00:25:07.460 And, you know, the best hope we have is to do this on a time frame that's normal within budget community of, like, 10 years or so.
00:25:16.580 But we've got to get going, and we've got to get going on where we can make progress, and that's the bureaucracy.
00:25:22.840 But your concept is woke and weaponized, and even President Trump's picked this up.
00:25:27.760 You're also—you're saying we have to do it in period zero.
00:25:31.760 We have to do it this year.
00:25:32.720 There has to be real cuts, absolute cuts, not this slowing the rate of growth,
00:25:38.760 which Kennedy and these other guys were saying in the Senate the other day to the Fed chair.
00:25:42.280 Your budget would catch 10—you get to a balanced budget in 10 years,
00:25:47.020 but the way you do it is no happy talk, no formulas.
00:25:49.900 You actually have real cuts starting now, correct?
00:25:54.200 Correct.
00:25:54.500 We need to have a 20% cut to the bureaucracy in year one, and then we need to cap that, freeze it, for 10 years,
00:26:03.260 and only allow defense to grow at a limited level, and we will be able to have about $3 trillion as a result.
00:26:10.540 That's a third of what you need to balance the budget, and we need to do that part now and divide a government.
00:26:15.200 And then we need, in two years or a year from now, I guess, to be able to come and have a conservative administration come
00:26:22.820 and take a whack at the social safety net that has become a benefit hammock and go after welfare.
00:26:30.920 And I'm happy to have some of that be done now, but I think that that's going to take a lot longer of a process.
00:26:35.720 And so I'm looking at this as two phases.
00:26:38.520 One, crush the bureaucracy.
00:26:40.560 Number two, get the other two-thirds of the federal government that's needed to balance the budget
00:26:45.500 and stay away from the benefit reductions to Social Security and Medicare.
00:26:49.500 It can be done, but we've got to start now and give real wins and get back in the business of balancing our budgets.
00:26:57.220 Also, your concept—we've got about a minute—is do appropriations now and then get back into them at the debt limit.
00:27:02.520 But now fight this budget thing and then go right to appropriations, get those out in June or July, and then deal with the debt ceiling?
00:27:10.860 Absolutely.
00:27:11.640 We cannot let them—the leverage point is in June and July with the debt limit.
00:27:16.060 Do not, under any circumstance, let them not enact those cuts.
00:27:20.580 It's not about just the House.
00:27:22.300 The American people put the House of Representatives in office so that they can actually be a leverage point
00:27:28.180 for getting these things to the president's desk and forcing him to sign it like Bill Clinton was forced to sign welfare reform.
00:27:35.120 He didn't want to sign that, but he had to because Newt Gingrich made them.
00:27:38.920 We have to make sure they pass these cuts and enact them because there's no other opportunity for him to get the debt limit that he needs to govern.
00:27:46.600 Russ, how do people get you social media and the great institution you're running?
00:27:55.220 AmericaRenewing.com and at RussVote on all the social media channels.
00:28:00.260 Brother, you're fantastic.
00:28:01.540 We've got your own Jeff Clark who's watching the hearing right now of the Norfolk Southern.
00:28:05.440 Vote.
00:28:05.960 You're on fire.
00:28:06.960 Thank you very much.
00:28:07.800 Short break.
00:28:08.560 Benzman Cortez next.
00:28:09.960 A lot of people complain about the state of our country or the way woke corporations treat us and their employees.
00:28:22.080 But it's not enough to complain.
00:28:23.840 We need to change the way the marketplace works.

00:29:58.080 And, ladies and gentlemen, you think today's intense?
00:30:00.680 It's going to get intense every day from here because now we're fully engaged on every front.
00:30:04.780 Okay?
00:30:05.060 On World War III, a lot happened in Ukraine.
00:30:08.480 We'll get that.
00:30:08.860 Can you imagine these cuts that have to happen?
00:30:10.800 You're talking about trillions of dollars are underwater.
00:30:12.440 It's all screwed up.
00:30:13.500 And they're shipping billions of dollars.
00:30:15.260 And Zelensky's on with the most arrogant interview last night on CNN telling Kevin McCarthy why Kevin McCarthy has to come.
00:30:22.980 He's got enough work to do here.
00:30:25.800 He doesn't need another performative, you know, Vogue cover shoot with you and the missus over in Ukraine.
00:30:31.800 He ain't going because he realized if he went, he would be turfed out immediately.
00:30:36.220 It would be a motion to vacate.
00:30:38.000 If he got a plane to Ukraine, it would be a motion to vacate immediately.
00:30:40.720 He would lose the speakership.
00:30:42.220 That's how intense this no more money to Ukraine movement is.
00:30:46.680 We're tired of it.
00:30:47.740 Okay?
00:30:48.480 You go talk to the EU.
00:30:49.880 You go talk to your guys in Brussels.
00:30:51.540 You go talk to all the wealthy.
00:30:52.960 You know, get on a plane and fly around all the ski resorts in the Alps and start talking to the billionaires there about funding this, funding what you're doing over there.
00:31:01.440 And by the way, they got attacked brutally last night.
00:31:04.360 They're still hanging in a back moot.
00:31:05.940 The bravery and courage can't be questioned.
00:31:08.600 But that's between them and the Russians and the Europeans and the Russians.
00:31:12.000 You know, have at it.
00:31:12.820 Keep fighting.
00:31:13.240 You've been fighting for 5,000 years.
00:31:14.620 You're going to fight for another 5,000.
00:31:16.420 We ain't funding it right now.
00:31:18.280 Cortez, talk to me about Vogue, your first assessment of all this, including the billionaires, the 25% billionaires tax.
00:31:25.100 Yeah.
00:31:25.440 Listen, Roswell, as usual, is exactly correct.
00:31:28.320 This is the time to hold the line.
00:31:30.080 And the reason that this is the time is because time is not on our side when it comes to rectifying and fixing the mess that we have inherited because of the profligate spending, the exorbitant borrowing spending of Joe Biden, along with a lot of help from complicit Republicans.
00:31:46.100 So, in other words, what I mean by that is the way the math works, the longer you wait, the worse the problem gets.
00:31:52.500 So we must address it right now.
00:31:54.180 And in terms of the urgency and the imperative to take immediate action, when I say immediate, I mean in the coming days and weeks, not months and years into the future, in days and weeks, we have earned the right through our victory in taking the House.
00:32:06.960 And a lot of folks out there are still lamenting the 2022 elections that we didn't do better.
00:32:11.440 And I'm with you.
00:32:12.100 I understand that.
00:32:12.960 Okay.
00:32:13.120 But listen, that is spilled milk at this point.
00:32:16.040 What we did earn, what we did win is the House of Representatives and a massive lever of power and the most significant seat at the table right now when it comes to these debt negotiations.
00:32:26.040 So in these negotiations regarding the urgency that is necessary, that is incumbent given the situation, consider just how bad the United States economy has already gotten because of this inflationary nightmare that has been unleashed by Joe Biden.
00:32:40.740 There's a new article out, Steve, in the Daily Mail, which details a survey done by Fannie Mae.
00:32:47.100 And Fannie Mae, the federal agency or quasi-agency, just released data showing the record despondency, record since it has been taking a survey since 2010, the most despondent, negative, pessimistic reading ever in their history since taking this reading on the state of the U.S. consumer.
00:33:04.400 And I can show this in chart form.
00:33:05.940 If we pull up chart number four, please.
00:33:07.900 This is Fannie Mae's survey and asking Americans for the right track versus wrong track on the economy.
00:33:15.060 In the red is the wrong track.
00:33:17.320 And as you can see, that's been rising, of course, dramatically since Joe Biden took office.
00:33:21.860 For those who are watching and not just listening, I highlighted Biden taking office.
00:33:25.540 Let's first, though, in terms of context, look at pre-CCP virus under the Trump boom.
00:33:31.660 This ratio was 28% to the positive, meaning 28% more people said we were on the right track versus the wrong track.
00:33:39.920 Now, understandably, given the lockdowns and given the CCP virus, it tanked.
00:33:44.280 But then it started to recover.
00:33:45.580 And when Biden took office, this spread was at minus 18.
00:33:48.880 It is now at minus 43.
00:33:51.360 Minus 43, meaning 43% more Americans believe that we are on the wrong track economically versus on the right track.
00:34:00.080 I hope that that reality, the reality of Main Street America, of kitchen table economics where people literally can't pay for the necessities of life, forget about the luxuries.
00:34:10.440 I hope that brings the sense, the proper sense of urgency to Kevin McCarthy, to the House Republicans.
00:34:15.300 I think it is.
00:34:16.200 And with people like Russ Vogt, given the analytics and the numbers and providing the construct for the way out of this mess, there is hope.
00:34:23.800 But again, the clock is ticking and the window is closing, so the time to act is right now.
00:34:30.300 The two converging is this geopolitical national security war on the Eurasian landmass and, of course, we're hurtling towards this financial crisis.
00:34:40.380 One of the things I want to make sure people remember, when you hear somebody saying, like Kennedy did the other day, want to decrease the rate, the acceleration, the rate of increase.
00:34:50.000 We want to decrease the rate of increase in federal spending.
00:34:53.000 He's not your friend.
00:34:54.800 We have to turf out people like that.
00:34:56.820 We need absolute dramatic cuts in both defense and look.
00:35:01.380 I understand we're in a tough spot with the Chinese Communist Party with defense spending, but here's the reality.
00:35:06.280 We've got to think about how to fight like them.
00:35:08.360 We can't put all this money into kinetic war.
00:35:11.380 We're not going to win these kinetic wars.
00:35:13.520 We're just not.
00:35:14.420 If you talk to Eurasian landmass, you get sucked into that, go ahead, brother.
00:35:17.540 You've got to use economic warfare, you have to use information warfare.
00:35:20.440 Go ahead.
00:35:21.080 And thankfully, because we're the United States, we don't have to go to kinetic war, right?
00:35:24.680 We have so much power.
00:35:26.840 We have so much leverage if we're simply intelligent about it, right?
00:35:29.960 Our technology, our economic might, the fact that China is totally dependent still, even two decades into their economic so-called miracle,
00:35:39.400 they are still totally dependent on the United States consumer for growth.
00:35:42.360 Why? Because they have not built a significant consumption market domestically for a lot of reasons.
00:35:48.100 But the point is, the United States has all the leverage.
00:35:51.620 And so we need not get to that point.
00:35:54.140 That would be a failure if we get to that point of kinetic war.
00:35:57.780 And so we don't have to go there.
00:35:59.880 That is the luxury of being the United States of America, a luxury that was earned by a lot of intelligence and a lot of grit by our predecessors.
00:36:08.160 And we dare not now squander that wonderful inheritance right from them.
00:36:12.740 That's incredibly important.
00:36:13.740 To your point, too, about Senator Kennedy and others saying, let's slow the rate of growth.
00:36:17.540 That's like saying, let's crash into the ditch slower.
00:36:21.820 OK, you know, let's take our time crashing into the ditch.
00:36:25.420 And no, we in the patriotic populist right are saying, we're not crashing into the ditch.
00:36:29.820 OK, we are pulling this car out.
00:36:31.460 We are changing the trajectory.
00:36:33.260 This country is too great and our opportunity is too significant right now.
00:36:38.400 Political opportunity in Washington, D.C. to fix the mess.
00:36:41.060 A mess we didn't make, but a mess that we're going to fix nonetheless.
00:36:45.120 Think about it.
00:36:46.520 And I'm going to get we're going to get to Todd again.
00:36:48.160 I want to have Moody's clip ready to play to you.
00:36:50.780 But think about this for a second, folks.
00:36:53.420 We are shipped.
00:36:54.420 We've already committed.
00:36:55.460 We already spent one hundred and ten billion dollars in Ukraine.
00:36:58.660 One hundred and ten billion dollars in Ukraine.
00:37:01.000 The commitments are talking about here another hundred billion.
00:37:03.520 You look on the southern border and Ukraine is on the eastern speaking Russian side.
00:37:07.120 I don't care about Bakhmut.
00:37:08.280 I think it's amazing.
00:37:09.920 People are holding it and their courage and valor can't be questioned.
00:37:13.720 But it's not our fight.
00:37:14.760 I could care less.
00:37:15.860 I could just care less about the eastern speaking border eight thousand miles away.
00:37:19.400 And I don't care about Crimea.
00:37:20.840 I just don't care about Crimea at all.
00:37:22.980 I don't care who has it, who controls it.
00:37:25.020 But that's not our fight.
00:37:26.800 Todd Benzman sits here.
00:37:28.180 For Americans that give us a concern, 10 to 12 million illegal aliens.
00:37:33.460 And the judge called them aliens.
00:37:35.580 You've had a regime that is out to destroy this country.
00:37:40.240 And here's who's going to get destroyed.
00:37:42.260 Blacks and Hispanic American citizens are the ones who are going to get destroyed.
00:37:46.220 Because at the lower skill levels, this is a flood.
00:37:50.280 It's going to destroy the school systems in these places.
00:37:52.880 It's going to destroy the health.
00:37:54.720 That's what the border, that's what the Yuma field, you know, what Jordan went down with the judiciary last week and talked about Yuma.
00:38:03.340 And they talk about the hospital systems collapsing.
00:38:05.240 It's all collapsing.
00:38:06.940 This is a crisis.
00:38:09.100 A created crisis.
00:38:10.300 Steve, of course, has this.
00:38:11.300 Let me play Alex Moody on Fox on Kilmeade this morning.
00:38:14.420 And then I'm going to go right to Todd Benzman.
00:38:16.700 Moody's the attorney general of Florida.
00:38:19.080 Let's hear her.
00:38:19.540 One of my favorite lines in this order is when the judge was saying all of the evidence shows Biden's policies caused this surge, caused millions to come in, more than some populations of our states.
00:38:34.080 And he said, look, you asked for less detention.
00:38:37.460 You didn't follow the law, Biden.
00:38:39.280 This is the administration's intention all along has been to destroy the border and leaving our country vulnerable.
00:38:46.680 This is a great win for our country.
00:38:49.060 As you know, one of the basic responsibilities of a leader going back for all time is to protect the border where your people live.
00:38:57.720 It's about the sovereignty of this nation.
00:39:03.060 That's a hammer right there.
00:39:04.060 She'll be she's going to she's going to I got Clark in the on deck.
00:39:08.600 Clark, I think we got some competition here to be attorney general of the United States next.
00:39:11.960 So, you know, it's competition is always good.
00:39:13.660 Benzman, what does this mean?
00:39:15.540 The sovereignty of our nation.
00:39:16.900 And we're spending time on Ukraine.
00:39:19.020 If Kevin McCarthy gets in the let me just be blunt.
00:39:21.760 If Kevin McCarthy goes to the airport, Zelensky, write this down.
00:39:26.620 If Kevin McCarthy was to get an Uber and go to the airport to fly to Ukraine for a visit, there would be a motion to vacate before he got to Dulles.
00:39:36.160 OK, or Andrews or wherever you fly out of.
00:39:38.640 And it should be.
00:39:39.480 He would be removed to Speaker of the House in doing that because we have no interest in what's going on over there.
00:39:46.120 We don't.
00:39:46.740 It's zero.
00:39:47.460 And everybody conservative being a cheerleader and a fanboy, it is disgusting.
00:39:53.060 OK, you see what's happening on this border.
00:39:55.520 What's happening to our nation, what's happening to our sovereignty and what's happening financially, that we're condemning our children and grandchildren to live like Russian serfs because we're destroying them right now.
00:40:06.200 And nobody in this imperial capital wants to face up to it except for us and guys like Russ Vogt, these tough hombres.
00:40:12.760 Benzman, what does this all mean?
00:40:14.080 Put it in context.
00:40:14.860 Because the judge said, not only did he rip them on the 103 pages, I need everybody to read it.
00:40:20.160 He said, hey, how about this?
00:40:21.640 Suck on this.
00:40:22.640 Seven days to get to vacate all this stuff, right?
00:40:26.640 That's right.
00:40:27.400 He his order vacates everything at the heart of the Biden administration's made up ad hoc border policies.
00:40:35.980 In a week or so, we'll know that whether the 11th Circuit, which is that conservative circuit in Florida mostly, is going to stay his order while they appeal, while the Biden administration appeals, or let it stand.
00:40:54.300 And much is at stake right there on that decision.
00:40:58.120 That's the thing to watch.
00:40:59.600 Will they stay it or not?
00:41:01.480 Because if they don't stay it, that means the Band-Aid gets ripped off immediately.
00:41:05.960 It gets ripped off.
00:41:07.240 And let me just give you a scenario.
00:41:10.200 Right now, one of the fake things that they came up with was they're going to hand out humanitarian parole-like candy all over Mexico and all over the world.
00:41:20.200 When they hand that out, people are flying into American airports and walking over the border through the ports of entry.
00:41:25.920 There might be 100,000 migrants, illegal aliens, down in Mexico right now waiting in line for this.
00:41:35.880 Give me that number again.
00:41:37.500 Nobody knows, but I can tell you there's 20,000 alone right on the Matamoros-Reyno.
00:41:42.340 Did you say you think there's 800,000 down there?
00:41:44.080 No, I think there might be 100,000 that are just sitting in Mexico in line.
00:41:48.360 Yes.
00:41:48.880 There may be more than that.
00:41:50.420 Yes.
00:41:50.540 Nobody knows.
00:41:51.220 Nobody's counting.
00:41:52.040 Yes.
00:41:52.300 If they are not going to be allowed to get the humanitarian parole candy, what do you think they're going to do?
00:42:00.640 They're going to rush that border.
00:42:02.040 It's going to be a bonsai.
00:42:04.080 There could be a seawall collapse, and you're going to just see them all rush over the border.
00:42:09.660 If this is stayed, though, that they can keep it, how long will this appeals go through?
00:42:17.340 Is this something that judges say we've got to get to this now?
00:42:19.240 I mean, they could expedite it.
00:42:20.820 It could take as long as a year.
00:42:22.880 So we also could just have status quo for a while, and it depends on who they draw for the panel.
00:42:29.740 There's going to be a three-judge panel.
00:42:31.380 There are six or seven liberal judges in that circuit.
00:42:35.580 But there's like 11 or 12.
00:42:36.940 Yeah, there's way more.
00:42:38.100 So the odds are –
00:42:40.280 This is what President Trump – this is what electing Donald J. Trump got you, and this is what Mike Davis, the great Mike Davis, hammered these judges through there.
00:42:47.060 It was amazing.
00:42:47.600 This is why we can even fight.
00:42:49.860 So what are the odds?
00:42:51.180 If they don't stay this, this will be – if they don't stay, they think they say, hey, the judge said do it, do it.
00:43:25.940 Can you hang for another segment?
00:43:27.260 Combination.
00:43:27.820 Todd Benzman's in the house.
00:43:29.880 We've got the great Steve Cortez.
00:43:31.580 Jeff Clark's with us.
00:43:33.100 11 o'clock.
00:43:34.300 The Alex Jones is going to come on.
00:43:36.480 All next in the war room.

00:45:27.660 It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
00:45:31.100 Download now.
00:45:34.000 Okay, we've got a lot to get to, and we're going to get to it all.
00:45:38.080 A big story on CNN, another atmospheric river, it looks like, is heading to California.
00:45:42.700 They're warning state officials, they're warning people, hey, go stock up on two weeks of food.
00:45:46.980 That's not going to cause any difficulty.
00:45:49.520 I got Joe Reek in.
00:45:50.960 Joe, I'm going to get to water purification because this is another big problem.
00:45:54.420 But where do people go right now?
00:45:56.820 Because, hey, you never know when these things are going to hit.
00:45:59.500 Obviously, local authorities are overwhelmed.
00:46:01.680 You see in California, the whole thing collapses.
00:46:03.900 You've got to take care of yourself.
00:46:05.340 You've got to – look, I'm not a prepper.
00:46:07.140 Never have been.
00:46:08.300 But I definitely – now that I've met the guys at My Patriot Supply, we get organized here because you never know one of these things are going to hit.
00:46:16.280 Joe, walk us through California and what can people do?
00:46:18.740 You know, and that's the thing too, Steve, is again, it doesn't take a huge natural disaster.
00:46:24.360 I mean anything can happen anywhere at any time.
00:46:27.740 And right now they're being told in the state of California that everybody needs to have at least a two-week supply of emergency food because you don't know what's going to happen.
00:46:37.280 And it just goes to show that if people are going to be waiting around for the government to come save them or bail them out, they're going to be waiting a very, very long time.
00:47:17.480 So, Steve, it's like an East Palestine, Ohio train derailment happening over and over again somewhere putting our drinking water at risk.
00:47:35.280 Now, I don't know about you, but I don't trust my drinking water.
00:47:39.420 That's why I filter myself with our Alexa Pure Pro gravity-fed water filtration system.
00:47:44.580 These things are selling like hotcakes.
00:47:46.580 We're selling thousands of these weekly here at My Patriot Supply.
00:47:49.600 You have to make sure that your home drinking water is safe.
00:47:54.080 And again, with what's going on in California with pipes freezing, not having access to these items,
00:47:59.400 it's more important now than ever to do it and get prepared now before it runs out.
00:48:05.280 Because there's going to come a time when these items are not going to be available, Steve.
00:48:11.360 Once again, where do people go to get information about the water system you've got?
00:48:15.580 Because people, like I said, you must be self-reliant.
00:48:18.860 Forget whether you're a prepper or not a prepper.
00:48:20.840 This is common sense.
00:48:22.660 You have to be prepared.
00:48:24.640 Like, take the Boy Scout, you know, pledge.
00:48:26.980 You have to be prepared.
00:48:28.660 Where do people go on drinking water and also your food?
00:48:31.760 This thing in California is, and look how the local systems all collapse because of the snow.
00:48:37.780 Where do people go?
00:48:39.420 You've got to go to MyPatriotSupply.com or you can even call us directly.
00:48:44.280 The number is 866-229-0927.
00:48:49.360 And, Steve, knowing that we want to get an Alexa Pure Pro filtration system into the home of every American sooner rather than later,

00:49:04.060 We're giving you a free Alexa Pure Pro system.
00:49:07.960 It's a $279 value.
00:49:10.700 Oh, wow.
00:49:11.060 Absolutely for free.
00:49:12.140 Wow.
00:49:12.340 So now is the time to get there, get it done, have that peace of mind that you're going to be prepared regardless of whatever emergency or disaster that happens in your neighborhood.
00:49:23.020 This is worth just watching Word of a Day.
00:49:26.500 Give me that again.
00:49:27.240 If you buy the three-month supply, you kick in a free water purification?
00:49:32.920 Absolutely.
00:49:33.360 Go to MyPatriotSupply.com or you can even call in if you have questions on how does this work or what you might need to get for you and your family.
00:49:41.580 But if you purchase our three-month supply package, this is our most popular package.
00:49:46.200 In fact, this is what every American needs in their home.
00:49:49.440 Every family needs a three-month supply for each member of their family.
00:49:53.680 If you do that today with every three-month kit, you're going to get an Alexa Pure Pro water filtration system.
00:50:00.560 Hands down, the best filtration system on the market.
00:50:04.480 Okay.
00:50:05.220 Either use the phone or go online, but get to the advisors and consultants over at MyPatriotSupply,
00:50:10.360 the best guys in the world, to talk all this through, to give you all the information you need.
00:50:14.040 Joe Reed, thanks for jumping out of the meeting to do this.
00:50:16.920 I really appreciate it, brother.
00:50:18.300 Thank you.
00:50:18.860 All right.
00:50:19.140 Thanks, Steve.
00:50:19.520 You guys be safe.
00:50:21.860 Thanks, brother.
00:50:22.780 Let me – I got Jeff Clark.
00:50:23.940 Jeff's part of the Russ Vote Center, which is incredible.
00:50:27.480 Jeff, Norfolk Southern's up.
00:50:29.160 The senators are making opening statements.
00:50:31.140 What should we look for today with Norfolk Southern?
00:50:33.200 Are they going to put his feet to the fire of who authorized the bombshell you pulled out of the CNN report about EPA signed off?
00:50:40.380 Are they going to really nail him to the timeline here about exactly what happened on the controlled release and the controlled burn, sir?
00:50:48.160 I hope so, Steve.
00:50:49.520 You know, let's pray for that outcome.
00:50:52.000 Senator Capito did tell the press that she's going to go after this issue of why the controlled burn was done.
00:50:59.640 And one of the witnesses is going to be the Region 5 administrator.
00:51:04.160 And so she really needs to be grilled about this issue.
00:51:06.840 Obviously, they didn't have – the Biden administration didn't have the cojones to send up Michael Regan to testify, and he's the one who gets the direct delegation from the president based on the statute I've been pointing out to the war room posse for you, Clean Water Act, Section 1321C2A.
00:51:27.480 It says the president is the one who shall direct all the federal, state, and private response actions.
00:51:33.820 But, you know, there's an executive order, as we've discussed, that delegates that to the EPA administrator in this instance.
00:51:41.420 So here they're sending up the regional administrator.
00:51:43.800 We'll see what she says when she's questioned about this.
00:51:47.160 But from other press accounts I'm seeing, I'm seeing that the Democrats are going to try to run cover, and they're going to try to blame this on President Trump by saying that, you know, there could have been more rail safety regulations put in place.
00:51:59.800 And that's just going to distract and pull attention away from both the Norfolk Southern CEO who's going to testify and from the government officials.
00:52:09.480 We're going to pull you back this afternoon if you're free to go through this because we're going to get all over this.
00:52:16.340 Okay, Jeff, how do people get to you?
00:52:19.040 I'm at JeffClarkUS on Twitter and Getter and at RealJeffClark on Truth Social, and we're at AmericaRenewing.com, and it was good to follow my fearless leader, Russ Vogt, today.
00:52:30.320 Hey, he's amazing.
00:52:32.800 By the way, Media Matters got their nose out of joint that I appointed Jeff Clark, the attorney general.
00:52:38.660 Jeff, you might have a competition.
00:52:40.120 Moody, you know, I don't know if AG, your deputy, we've got to figure this out.
00:52:43.840 Or maybe your White House counsel, she's AG, she's White House counsel, your AG.
00:52:48.520 Pretty impressive down there in Florida.
00:52:49.960 Jeff Clark, you're always on point, brother.
00:52:52.500 Look forward to coming back to you and talk about this hearing.
00:52:54.380 Short break.
00:52:55.680 Todd Benzman, Steve Cortez, Alex Jones, all next in the War Room.
