00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to
00:00:09.640 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:16.200 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do
00:00:20.380 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and
00:00:23.720 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of
00:00:31.560 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer
00:00:38.660 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:47.120 okay wednesday 8 march year of our lord 2023 we got the next two hours we're packed wall to wall
00:00:56.000 um with some of the most important biggest developments of the day the great julie
00:01:00.680 kelly is going to join us momentarily about the tucker tapes uh we got bigs uh and he's been
00:01:05.880 on the floor congressman big's been on the floor a intense debate today that's going to lead up to
00:01:10.780 this debate on ukraine about the war powers in syria the troops in syria matt gates breakout superstar
00:01:16.720 in the next hour starting a six hour breakdown his uh his efforts today just magnificent nata's
00:01:23.780 going to be here about uh what's going on about the wuhan lab code 19 she's been following this
00:01:29.860 uh intimately and she's going to be with us uh i gotta start with boris boris thank you for
00:01:36.320 stepping out your meetings couple things number one just the polling another kind of blowout poll
00:01:41.040 today and i realize some of these are small samples and in the cross tabs might not always add up
00:01:46.320 but i'm just talking directionally wherever you look you're just seeing increasing momentum or what
00:01:52.300 i call increasing spread in the numbers boris epstein chief honor to be with honor be with the
00:01:58.860 posse today no doubt about it and this another poll today this is premise data so that's the 538
00:02:04.660 project a powerhouse poll powerhouse president trump at 52 the next guy at 26 and then nicky haley at
00:02:14.060 seven pence five cruise five the one and only liz cheney at two and tim scott at one and head-to-head
00:02:20.200 president trump defeating the governor of florida 53 to 37 again this is premise data 604 639 registered
00:02:29.000 voters march 4th to the 7th 538 and this goes emerson poll at the emerson poll last night in which
00:02:37.680 president trump leads in the state of new hampshire by 41 points let me say it again president trump
00:02:46.060 leads in the state of new hampshire 58 a robust poll unlike anything that we've seen in a long time
00:02:56.160 what what does it mean means president trump has won this primary just like i said yesterday
00:03:01.140 he's dominated it and won this primary okay a couple things number one i thought governor sununu
00:03:09.080 told us that if the election was held today just said it on on i think cnn on sunday the election was
00:03:15.320 held today meaning sunday that the same time this poll is being done that uh uh uh governor de santis
00:03:24.760 would win handily and that trump would not win the nomination uh your thoughts fascinating because
00:03:32.380 this poll done by emerson polling march 3rd to march 5th president trump 58 the governor of florida 17
00:03:40.400 sad sununu at seven nikki haley six pence four pompeo two tim scott one gnome one president trump
00:03:49.620 beating the next pretender he's the contender everyone else the pretender he's beating him
00:03:56.580 by 41 points this as i said yesterday and this is emerson this is not this this is not true yeah
00:04:02.680 this is not trafalgar the key thing there also he's he wins a majority when they all team up but it's
00:04:08.120 and by i don't think the the favorite son act of governor sununu is working out too well according
00:04:14.660 to that early poll correct it is not working out enough and the glamour story on him can a moderate
00:04:21.200 pro-abortion a republican win the presidency is not really a big benefit whoever on the sununu
00:04:29.420 cheated that story they may be thinking that it's 1992 or 1993 it ain't this is maga country we're in
00:04:38.040 maga land now maga is dominating maga is ascendant okay so this nonsense of oh squishy republicans and
00:04:47.620 maybe there's a there's a a thread and a needle to thread and maybe there's a path there's no path
00:04:52.640 president trump is the leader of the maga movement the leader of the republican party and the leader of
00:04:58.020 the american people in our country that is the bottom line and everybody else should come together
00:05:04.160 let's back president trump and go and win the white house back that's what we need to do because
00:05:09.220 otherwise otherwise we're looking at our country being completely and totally destroyed
00:05:15.500 explain what what when you say 538 it's a project of 538 explain what 538 is in their bona fides sir
00:05:25.420 538 is an msnbc favorite a a morning morning mika morning mike morning joe favorite it's a
00:05:33.560 left of center nate nate silver founded outlet that never does anything to favor anybody who's close to
00:05:41.440 maga let alone president trump and here you've got it you've got the president again absolutely fully
00:05:48.160 and totally dominating dominating another left of center poll and this lines up with political
00:05:56.460 morning consult lines up with emerson all the there's a newsweek story out today today steven the
00:06:02.560 story says president trump proved rupert murdoch wrong because now all murdoch was doing all he can
00:06:10.380 to lose his company to crush his company in that in that lawsuit murdoch is now been revealed to
00:06:17.380 you said oh president trump's just going to go away after 2020 and it's just all going to be gone
00:06:21.920 wrong wrong and now you have newsweek another not this is not no war room this is not the day of the
00:06:29.540 caller it's not this is newsweek now saying that president trump proved rupert murdoch wrong going
00:06:36.100 poll to poll to poll president trump is consistently now in the mid to high 50s and let's be honest the
00:06:42.720 yeah at least it left the center polls the real polling president trump is right about 70 in that
00:06:47.440 in the primary polls he has won this primary and now it is up to the all the other people who would
00:06:53.760 even want to think about ever being in public office to back him and let's go win the white house
00:06:58.740 okay okay 538 prides itself and nate silver is a pollster it's a it's kind of like vox they pride
00:07:07.180 themselves in bringing news that's analytically based right 538 is is the polling they they're
00:07:12.860 they're very analytical they pride themselves in analysis directionally for our uh deplorables and
00:07:19.640 mega audience just directly you're now seeing this break breakthrough of 50 percent one-on-one
00:07:25.260 they're 30 and 40 point spreads 25 point spreads but when you add it all up he's beating the field
00:07:32.320 52 48 53 47 that's pretty enormous given this early the newsweek is that uh murdoch
00:07:40.340 says in the in the in the uh text messages right that going back and forth that his focus is to make
00:07:49.440 trump a non-person to make trump a non-person and that's why newsweek are saying hey president trump
00:07:56.560 has proved that wrong now with all that as i keep saying it's it's it's the ken griffins it's the
00:08:02.500 mcconnell collaboration it's the same guys coming after the collaboration is the senators coming after
00:08:07.020 tucker today and you got murdoch uh there's a story i think it's cnbc is saying that the mayor of miami
00:08:13.920 is being approached by the ken by the schwartzman's of the world the singers of the world uh the uh owner
00:08:20.920 of the uh new england patriots one of trump's old buddies to talk to him about running against
00:08:26.480 president trump your thoughts sir well my number one thought is i guess their previous favorite isn't
00:08:32.320 working out so well for them what happened they were so excited there was such fraud uh maybe the
00:08:38.460 fact that president trump is dominating in the polling is proving them that these other pretenders
00:08:43.000 just can't compete and this is a total joke the american people are with president trump they need his
00:08:49.280 experience they need his broad shoulders back in the white house and the fact that now you've got
00:08:54.200 these let's be honest dcp based dcp dependent billionaires searching for another candidate tells
00:09:03.020 you something about the kibler elves as you call them steve and also reminds you a whole lot of 2016
00:09:08.340 where well maybe it's scott walker maybe it's jeb bush uh now it's marco rubia wrong it was president
00:09:14.300 trump all along it's president trump now yeah they're gonna they're gonna continue they're
00:09:19.880 gonna cycle through on thursday night jake tapper your buddy jake tapper is going to have a town hall
00:09:26.000 with a young who's my best so they're going to cycle through remember the permanent access i just
00:09:30.340 wanted the audience to understand is is the billionaires led by ken griffin it is it is the
00:09:35.640 collaboration of senators and donors of mitch mcconnell and it's murdoch jake tapper over at cnn is going to
00:09:42.260 have an education town hall live from washington dc with uh with uh governor youngkin of virginia
00:09:48.460 i was i want to show you i heard you right governor youngkin you said right yes governor youngkin
00:09:55.500 yeah i've seen in town hall oh i don't even i don't even see him rating and i think him and
00:10:00.540 vivek ramaswani are competing for their placement polls
00:10:03.080 you're so brutal okay boris how do people get to you how they get you hot on the gram
00:10:10.060 sir we're hot all day long steve we're winning we're winning for the american people that's what
00:10:15.100 matters that's what president trump is fighting for all day long hot on the website center right
00:10:18.800 now boris cp.com hot on getter at boris cp on twitter boris cp hot on truth social at boris
00:10:24.000 and the hottest on the gram boris underscore upstein stay strong god bless all offense and i'll talk to you
00:10:28.720 tomorrow
00:10:29.060 i told you these polls now you're starting to see spreads and it's now consistent these are not
00:10:34.700 trafalgar it's not breitbart it's not war room these are you know 538 emerson you're starting to see
00:10:40.120 this kind of consistent pattern let's have some pattern recognition here okay we had the great julie
00:10:45.200 kelly she was on tucker last night let's play here cold open
00:10:48.420 kelly is the one journalist in this country who's been following this very closely she would have booked
00:10:54.160 on it january 6th the democrats used the capital protest to launch a war on terror against the
00:10:59.460 political right which is a perfect summation of what actually happened julie kelly joins us now
00:11:04.060 julie thanks so much for coming on um so it dawned on us as as these tapes made very clear that the
00:11:10.680 story we've been presented is is an absolute fabrication it's a lie it's a fraud um that people
00:11:16.960 may still be in jail on the basis of these lies and so we wanted to talk to you for an update on
00:11:22.720 where those cases are tonight so yes there are well at least 100 men have been held under pre-trial
00:11:31.300 detention orders over the past two years that means that a judge has denied them bail because the
00:11:37.120 government doj successfully argued that that individual was a threat to the community this
00:11:43.140 includes tucker people charged with non-violent offenses like obstruction and conspiracy so of course
00:11:50.260 they don't have access to what could very easily be exculpatory evidence contained in this video but
00:11:58.360 aside from the now i think around three dozen men who are held under pre-trial detention orders tucker
00:12:03.780 believe it or not there are some men going on 24 25 26 months denied bail languishing in jail
00:12:11.740 including the dc gulag as the government continues to delay their trials this all has the imprimatur
00:12:18.960 by the way of every judge on the dc district court i want to emphasize the real villains here are the
00:12:26.380 federal judges in washington dc who have allowed the government to play every single game to keep this
00:12:32.720 evidence out of the hands of defendants violating their oath of office to protect the rights of defendants
00:12:38.320 and their due process rights so i really want to emphasize that um but look tucker there's a thousand
00:12:44.560 criminal defendants right now half of them have pleaded guilty or been convicted at trial so and the
00:12:51.500 government just announced in two months ago in january that they were still uploading global they call
00:12:57.540 discovery which means material related to the entire investigation what they did was arrest people
00:13:04.420 first find the evidence later and cover up what could um potentially uh exonerate these defendants
00:13:11.120 if this were happening in any other country the u.s state department would immediately acknowledge that
00:13:15.840 these were violations of the most basic human rights these are political prisoners and the u.s
00:13:19.840 government would condemn it but it's happening here and it's ignored except by you and i so
00:13:24.360 appreciate your tireless reporting on this julie kelly thank you
00:13:27.560 julie you are an american hero acknowledged there by tucker who's just done an amazing job
00:13:34.060 we only got a minute in this segment julie's going to stick around but andy biggs is just made a
00:13:38.880 magnificent speech on the floor about the serious situation he's going to join us um first off the
00:13:45.400 republican senators are lamb blasting tucker carlson give me a minute on that julie kelly you've been on
00:13:51.440 this from the beginning so following in chuck schumer's heels of condemning tucker carlson demanding
00:13:57.920 that the murdochs take tucker carlson off the air you had mitch mcconnell of course always there to
00:14:03.800 uh play you know cleanup batter for chuck schumer he said um he held up a letter from tom manger who is
00:14:10.680 the chief of police for the capitol police saying what a danger this was and how tucker had misrepresented
00:14:16.420 the clips that he had um produced and aired on his show you had senator tom tillis say this is bs
00:14:23.880 you had senator ken kramer who last comment about january 6th he was commending officer michael bird
00:14:30.600 for the execution of ashley babbitt so that's what we get from republicans in the u.s senate
00:14:35.220 okay julie kelly is going to stick with us the heroic reporting of julie kelly and we're going to talk
00:14:42.860 about why there was no new footage last night or not a lot of new footage what's going on with the
00:14:47.880 murdochs in the heroic tucker carlson andy biggs there's a massive fight today debate on troops in

00:16:19.040 four minutes thank you mr speaker and i thank the gentleman from florida for sponsoring this legislation
00:16:29.540 you know there is no legal authority for the u.s to be involved in the syrian civil war there's no
00:16:36.240 there is no authority section 5c of the war powers act does not say and i'm quoting the the chairman now
00:16:44.420 it does not say without authorization that's not the language the language says
00:16:49.500 specific statutory authority either declare war you have specific statutory authority and you know what
00:16:57.060 uh that 2001 a umf says it says those who aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on september 11th 2001
00:17:07.020 it doesn't say isis it doesn't say uh syria is talking about the events of 2001 as the gentleman from
00:17:19.860 florida just referenced it's a quaint idea it's a quaint idea to say well we're going to rely on that
00:17:26.380 2001 a umf i thought they were going to say they were going to rely on the 2002 a umf but either way
00:17:33.520 neither one works you don't have authority and you're going to be there and put uh u.s soldiers in harm's way
00:17:41.420 this is a civil war one syrian analyst said this recently quote until we see the
00:17:49.840 externals confront each other directly rather than on the syrian ground i don't see an actual end
00:17:55.500 to the syrian conflict close quote you know who the externals are the u.s russia iran
00:18:03.380 that's the externals and we have no authority to be one of those extort externals and that analyst
00:18:12.520 went on to say there's a proxy war and that's what's happening it's another u.s russia proxy war
00:18:18.520 when the syrian civil war began with protests in in april excuse me during the arab spring of 2011
00:18:26.560 u.s president obama then said he he went to the regime and regime in syria and he said quote
00:18:34.260 the future of syria must be determined by its people but president bashar al-assad is standing
00:18:39.620 in the way for the sake of the syrian people the time has come for president assad to step aside close
00:18:44.180 is that our objective regime change is that what it is no we don't know we don't know what the
00:18:51.640 objective is you can't even define what the exit ramp is assad responded that time by fueling the
00:18:59.800 civil war the the exacerbation of that problem and it has just grown and now you've got you've got us
00:19:06.360 with our allies the turks and our allies the kurds they're fighting against each other they don't
00:19:13.160 want each other but isis in 2019 was declared to be defeated even the inspector general recently said
00:19:22.200 they don't have an ability to cause damage and fear and harm in the homeland in the result is in the
00:19:30.640 last 13 years the u.s has spent more than 15 billion dollars on humanitarian aid and we don't even
00:19:36.720 know what we've spent in department of defense cost you know why because they're grouping it with with
00:19:43.320 what's going on in iraq we tried to obtain information well how much have we spent well nobody will tell us
00:19:49.440 when general milley says and by the way he was the architect of that disastrous afghanistan retreat
00:19:56.260 and he's a believer in however long no matter the cost approach in ukraine he insists we prolong
00:20:01.980 our involvement in the civil war in syria in order to help our allies general milley who's our allies
00:20:08.080 is it the kurds is it the turks who is it is it is it the asad regime he can't tell you no one can tell
00:20:16.840 you all of this is being done though without legal authority it's time for us to stop fighting proxy wars
00:20:25.000 it's time for us not to say oh next time next time we'll we'll we'll take care of these AUMFs
00:20:31.360 we've had time after time this is the time to get rid of them i urge us to to uh vote for this i yield
00:20:38.020 back the most powerful uh debate since the first week of uh january has been today we're gonna cover
00:20:46.160 it in detail at six o'clock matt gates anna paulina luna but i gotta tell you congressman biggs honor to
00:20:50.980 have you on here incredible you talked about the constitution you talked about but this one this
00:20:57.180 one i don't get congressman biggs why has congress given up its authority about declaring war uh and to
00:21:03.780 protect the american people it's it's the people's house what is going on here why we have 22 year
00:21:08.780 these uh these uh memos that are written that were going off 22 years on these resolutions what is going
00:21:15.620 on in syria and why is this so important for getting our house in order in ukraine sir
00:21:21.200 well i mean that let's let's unpack that steve i can't really explain why people believe what they
00:21:28.240 do but they but they're relying on authorizations to use military force which is a derivative of the
00:21:33.980 1973 war powers act and the 1973 war powers act is really specific section 5c says look you know
00:21:42.140 they either declare war or you have to have some specific congressional authorization um and there
00:21:49.960 is none so so when they rely on these uh and by the way we have all kinds of uh authorizations use
00:21:56.900 military force that have it have basically just kind of run on and they use this over and over again
00:22:02.340 because that's what they like to do they like to they they want us to be the world's policeman i guess
00:22:07.200 and the problem is with it is i i think the 1973 war powers act really stretches congressional credulity
00:22:15.180 and and they want to then stretch that even further and then it gets us into syria and to unpack that
00:22:22.560 steve here's the way to think of that it started off as a protest in the arab spring for pro-democratic
00:22:28.300 anti-assad and before you knew it assad uh gets nervous because obama talks about regime change he
00:22:34.640 wants to get rid of assad so assad uh some people have surmised that he gets nervous so he attacks
00:22:42.220 militarily his own people now that splinters into over a hundred groups um and they they they get
00:22:50.180 weapons from their neighbors other you know other countries and they start attacking you have a civil
00:22:55.720 war going on there and and uh uh assad's in trouble and so the u.s with its coalition that we were
00:23:04.020 fighting in iraq we come in and we start um attacking they're kind of helping the the the rebel insurgents
00:23:11.040 and then we also want to protect we start getting involved with our friends uh which became known as
00:23:16.460 the syrian defense forces they're the kurds one of our coalition members are the turks and the turks say
00:23:22.820 you know what the kurds are terrorists and so now we've created this this this friction between
00:23:29.180 two allies in the meantime russia comes in with iran and you've got this smoldering cauldron
00:23:35.460 of a of a civil war and anarchy going on um we we we ran over 11 000 sorties air sorties there we've
00:23:44.280 had thousands of troops there and right now we're down to 900 troops and uh the reason that that's a
00:23:50.100 problem why i think uh some of these people say well if we get out of there then those the russian
00:23:55.540 troops are going to go to go to ukraine that's not true the because uh they still have to deal
00:24:01.740 with the civil war that's going on and the unrest that's there so so russia will stay in with iran
00:24:08.360 to protect them by the way um our being there has caused iran to get a foothold and and israel just a
00:24:15.720 couple days ago took out a spy center uh in a neighborhood located in damascus in syria so
00:24:21.840 this thing is a cauldron there and uh and our presence exacerbated the problem and we're doing
00:24:28.800 it without authority why don't we if my my argument to these guys if you want to be there come make the
00:24:34.360 case on the floor and let's have a vote don't say we'll do it next time do it today
00:24:38.740 uh congressman biggs your staff's telling us you got a punch i want to have you back on so we can drill
00:24:45.580 down on this because this is important about the about the the people's house and the power to declare war
00:24:50.040 also what this means for the other proxy war in ukraine that's only getting crazier and crazier
00:24:54.920 i talk about the nordstrom too congressman biggs uh we're going to play this again on our on our site
00:25:00.620 how do people get to you your social media and your website to find out more about this debate on uh
00:25:05.840 on syria and the war powers act yeah biggs.house.gov is my official site but you can follow me
00:25:12.660 at rep andy biggs az and that will uh that will get you to most of my social media but uh thanks for
00:25:20.400 having me steve i gotta tell you for the for the america for america first national security policy
00:25:25.360 today was a big day you and gates and luna and others were magnificent it was incredible so thank
00:25:29.720 you very much
00:25:30.300 i break it down even further in the next hour we're going to have also congressman mccall's uh
00:25:39.600 speech on the floor also ryan zinke that gives the opposition they want to stay in fact i think some
00:25:44.920 of mccall would like to increase it we're not going to get control of the defense budget we're not going
00:25:50.560 to you know the convergence of the geopolitical military conflict in in the in the uh in the debt
00:25:56.280 ceiling and spending you're not going to get these under control until you get under control our um
00:26:01.580 objectives and commitments the only way to do this is start taking commitments off you got to start in
00:26:07.980 syria this one's a no-brainer julie kelly i want julie thank you i got a couple minutes i want to hold
00:26:13.780 you through the break also but just just talk to people about you've been at this for two years your
00:26:18.640 book's magnificent you've been doing the pick and shovel worker reporting how important and how blown
00:26:24.880 away were you given you know this better than anybody about monday night and tucker carlson man
00:26:30.140 um well thank you for that steve um i was pretty blown away watching uh what happened with jacob
00:26:38.820 chansley um because i've followed his case since the spring of 2021 i consider it a travesty it's
00:26:46.020 really a heartbreaking story uh he's got some mental health issues he spent 300 plus days in solitary
00:26:52.560 confinement before this ruthless vengeful doj tormented him into a plea deal on obstruction
00:26:59.920 of an official proceeding what official proceeding now we see from the video that he was doing nothing
00:27:05.860 there was nothing going on he was led through the capitol at numerous vantage points by capitol police
00:27:11.660 um so a judge sentenced him to 41 months in jail he has been in prison now since january 2021
00:27:18.080 um and i guess he's scheduled to get out in a few months so that um i think the you know the ray epps
00:27:26.380 thing is very interesting that means that ray epps was technically on restricted grounds for over an hour
00:27:32.420 and a half that day um not just the hour that he had told the january 6 committee uh where he was and
00:27:39.640 he was interacting with protesters and he was there when there were clashes with police and protesters
00:27:44.540 and i've heard judges condemn people who didn't step in um and halt some of those clashes and
00:27:50.620 confrontations so but overall it's shifting the narrative big time and you can see that's why
00:27:56.180 people like chuck schumer are completely melting down julie hang on for one second julie kelly from

00:29:42.800 here's your host stephen k bann
00:29:45.660 julie kelly how can they how can they keep this first off the lawyers for q anon shaman
00:29:55.740 said anything did they get access to this footage which shows you nine um capital hill policemen
00:30:03.240 walking him around checking all the doors of the senate trying to get him inside it was shocking
00:30:07.680 has anybody and you said he spent a year in solitary confinement has his lawyer said that they were shown
00:30:13.860 given access to this so albert watkins his attorney who represented him through the plea deal
00:30:20.220 um he came out apparently yesterday or today and said that he had not seen that surveillance video
00:30:27.900 i checked the other day on jacob's docket uh what video clips were entered into evidence during his
00:30:36.260 for the government's um sentencing memorandum there were only four uh surveillance video clips two of
00:30:43.680 them were outside so it's very unlikely uh based on that evidence now what uh mr watkins is saying
00:30:50.900 that he saw exactly uh jacob chansley's movements with capitol police throughout the building that
00:30:57.580 afternoon how can they get away with it because these judges are snakes because they are all in
00:31:05.200 cahoots they're a rubber stamp for this doj they are the real villains here as i told tucker last night
00:31:11.780 they are the ones i'm telling you i know republicans have their plate full would be nice uh to uh
00:31:19.340 call one of or two of these judges up on impeachment because they are completely violating
00:31:24.220 their duty of office to protect the rights of these defendants let the government run roughshod over
00:31:29.920 these people in a city that voted 92 for joe biden the the very idea that even these jury trials are
00:31:37.460 ongoing in washington dc is a disgrace the judges should have changed uh venue for every single
00:31:43.040 one of these trials especially the high profile ones but they refuse to do so what was what was
00:31:50.340 that was monday night a game changer in your mind given your knowledge of and work on this and i guess
00:31:57.320 the question is is it going in your because last night obviously there was going to be other footage or
00:32:02.560 wasn't is is do you believe it'll continue or you believe they're going to try to shut tucker down
00:32:07.680 no i mean i think that this was actually kind of snowballing steve even before monday night um you
00:32:15.580 had the rasmussen poll that came out last week the stunning poll that said 80 percent of americans
00:32:20.980 including i think 78 percent of democrats want to see all the surveillance video 61 percent of americans
00:32:27.440 including almost a majority of democrats think that undercover federal agents provoked the events
00:32:33.440 of january 6th so this narrative was already unraveling before monday night and i think what
00:32:39.360 tucker did was just light a complete match to this entire thing um which is why they're desperate to try
00:32:45.580 to salvage it and to criminalize what tucker is doing you have chuck schumer saying i order the murdochs
00:32:53.760 to take tucker carlson off the air on tuesday night i mean this is banana republic style marxist
00:33:00.220 tactics um and it's not because they are you know they're not worried about jacob uh chansley they are
00:33:07.800 terrified and panicked um especially with house uh republicans now investigating very various aspects
00:33:14.420 of january 6th they are completely terrified that this is all going to fall apart very quickly
00:33:20.620 um as the government scrambles to continue to investigate and arrest people and put them on
00:33:26.960 trial
00:33:27.080 julie how do people get to you uh your site uh your book and particularly your social media which is if
00:33:35.740 you want to keep up with this you're putting stuff up all the time right so i post a lot on twitter
00:33:40.580 julie underscore kelly too i'm on uh true social and um getter at julie underscore kelly although i don't
00:33:47.760 i don't do a lot there i should um but only so much i could do all my work's at americangreatness
00:33:53.680 amgreatness.com and my book is available on amazon uh it's entitled january 6th there it is
00:33:59.620 how democrats use capital protests to launch a war on terror i have to look at it because it's so long
00:34:04.600 julie incredible incredible reporting so thank you very much for coming on appreciate it
00:34:11.500 thanks for covering all my work steve thanks
00:34:13.940 this is um the great battle against the administrative state it's only going to get
00:34:20.300 more intense we'll see if they allow tucker to put up more footage tonight i'm hearing all kind of
00:34:24.300 you know we don't want to report anything yet but tucker is really fighting fighting the fight right
00:34:28.440 there so i have his back these collaborations republicans in the senate outrageous you see every
00:34:34.420 one of your enemies is coming forward now we're smoking them out let's play we've got uh we got a cold
00:34:40.240 open for natalie winters on what happened today on capitol hill on covet let's go and play we'll
00:34:44.800 bring natalie in as covet 19 began to spread across the world there were two competing hypothesis about
00:34:52.240 the origin of this virus that needed to be vigorously explored the first hypothesis is the possibility that
00:34:59.900 covet 19 infections in humans were the result of a spillover event from nature this is a situation
00:35:06.500 in which the virus naturally mutates and becomes more transmissible from one species to another
00:35:11.340 in this case from bats to humans view via an intermediate species this is what happened in
00:35:18.320 previous outbreaks of sars and mers and earlier coronaviruses that emerged from bats and spread
00:35:24.420 through an intermediate animal the second hypothesis is the possibility that the virus evolved in a
00:35:30.820 laboratory involved in gain of function research this is a type of research in which scientists seek
00:35:37.880 to increase the transmissibility or pathogenicity of an organism in order to better understand that
00:35:44.440 organism and inform preparedness efforts and the development of countermeasures such as therapeutics
00:35:50.580 and vaccines under this theory covet infected the general population after it was accidentally leaked
00:35:58.320 from a lab in china from the earliest days of the pandemic my view was both theories about the
00:36:05.060 origin needed to be aggressively and thoroughly examined based on my initial analysis of the data
00:36:11.840 i came to believe and i still believe today
00:36:15.120 that it indicates that covet 19 more likely was the result of an accidental lab leak
00:36:22.960 than a result of a natural spillover event this conclusion is based primarily on the biology of the virus itself
00:36:30.040 including the rapid high infectivity for human to human transmission
00:36:34.220 which would then predict rapid evolution of new variants as well as a number of other important factors
00:36:40.760 which also include the unusual actions in and around wuhan in the fall of 2019
00:36:48.060 all of which i'm happy to discuss today even given the information that surfaced in three years since
00:36:55.520 the covet 19 pandemic began some have contended that there's really no point in investigating the origin
00:37:01.980 of this virus i strongly disagree there is a global need to know what we are dealing with in covet virus
00:37:09.840 because it affects how we approach the problem to try to prevent the next pandemic
00:37:14.040 the understanding of the origin of covet is critical to future science research
00:37:19.600 particularly as it affects ongoing ethical debate around gain-of-function research
00:37:24.720 gain-of-function research has long been controversial within the scientific community
00:37:29.540 in my own opinion covet 19 pandemic presents a case study on the potential dangers of such research
00:37:37.200 while many believe that gain-of-function research is critical to get ahead of viruses by developing vaccines
00:37:42.900 in this case i believe it was the exact opposite unleashing a new virus to the world
00:37:49.840 without any means of stopping it and resulting in the deaths of millions of people
00:37:54.640 because of this it's my opinion that we should call for a moratorium on gain-of-function research
00:38:00.040 until we have a broader debate and we come to a consensus at a community about the value of gain-of-function research
00:38:07.680 this debate should not be limited to the scientific community
00:38:11.360 if the decision is to continue with gain-of-function research
00:38:14.960 then it must be determined how and where to conduct that research in a safe responsible and effective way
00:38:22.560 i thank you for inviting me here today as we explore this important topic i look forward to answering your questions
00:38:28.620 twenty seconds left dr fauci was affirmatively told and told in an email that uh ni aid had a monetary relationship
00:38:35.700 with the wuhan uh institute through uh ecohealth alliance he he was told this in january 27th of 2020
00:38:43.720 do you think that dr fauci intentionally lied under oath to senator paul when he vehemently denied
00:38:48.820 nih's funding of gain-of-function research i think there's no doubt that nih was funding gain-of-function research
00:38:54.420 is it likely that american tax dollars funded the gain-of-function research that created this virus
00:38:59.060 i think it did not only from nih but from the state department usa id and from dod
00:39:04.260 i'm out of time thank you very much
00:39:06.260 uh i'm not so sure it gets any more explosive than this natalie winters talk to us about who
00:39:13.300 tell the audience particularly podcasts and radio that couldn't see the screen
00:39:16.660 who this individual was and why this was so explosive today ma'am
00:39:21.300 sure so that's the former cdc director robert redfield and i have to say usually when i watch
00:39:27.400 c-span when i'm watching these congressional hearings i don't usually have a hard time having
00:39:32.560 to pick out which clips to include because there's usually only like one smoking gun moment or one
00:39:37.440 really really really bombshell dropping witness but in this case this hearing uh which happened for
00:39:43.020 the house select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic really everything that came out of dr
00:39:48.500 redfield's mouth was explosive and remember he's the former cdc director which is a very very very
00:39:54.440 high level um position but what we saw today and like i said i really had to be selective with what i
00:40:00.560 showed you um i think this is the last final piece of evidence to really make the conclusive case
00:40:07.920 um that the national institutes of health which kind of represents i would argue the american
00:40:13.960 establishment the biomedical industrial complex really partnered with the chinese communist party
00:40:20.400 um gave them really the biological ammunition to wage biological warfare on the united states and what i
00:40:27.660 mean by that is particularly honing in on this term gain of function research which is of course a term
00:40:33.100 that the war room audience knows all too well we've been talking about this for well over two years but
00:40:38.140 it has to do with making viruses deadlier more lethal more virulent more transmissible to humans
00:40:44.340 particularly by playing around with them in humanized mice models and what's so interesting is that the
00:40:51.180 humanized mice models that they were using to conduct the research overseas in wuhan um these were models
00:40:58.020 that were supplied by the university of north carolina a researcher named ralph barrick but that's really
00:41:03.140 just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how i would argue the nih the niaid led by anthony fauci
00:41:09.640 really were collaborationists with the chinese communist party in terms of the creation of covid and
00:41:15.380 the other really interesting angle um because again the war room audience knows right that covid was
00:41:20.960 a result of coming out of the wuhan institute of virology that's a given but what's really interesting
00:41:26.560 and where you really i think find where the bodies are buried are the is the cover-up right of the
00:41:31.780 origins of covid particularly who went to bat for anthony fauci and in parts the chinese communist
00:41:36.640 party and dr redfield it's worth you can go on twitter and look at some of the clips um he really
00:41:41.840 details and really i would argue excruciating detail and it's painful um to really understand the lengths
00:41:48.840 to which anthony fauci and his colleagues at the national institutes of health went to to silence him
00:41:55.020 just because he wasn't a fanboy of the natural origins theory not including him in meetings not
00:42:00.980 including him in phone calls so i think it really proves the point that we've been saying from the
00:42:05.820 beginning which is this mantra of trust the science trust the experts um really was just a projection
00:42:11.920 because these people were not driven by facts not driven by reality they were driven by an effort to
00:42:17.060 cover up their own wrongdoings and of course keep the chinese communist party in power
00:42:21.380 we're gonna go to break i want you to hang on but but at the end of your clip too um is it now proven
00:42:29.880 that he basically said fauci perjured himself under oath did i take that correctly ma'am
00:42:35.120 exactly he definitively says that it was gain-of-function research at the wuhan institute of
00:42:41.280 virology with which anthony fauci repeatedly said not only it's the the first hearing it was that
00:42:46.960 he never funded wuhan then once we revealed that no he actually did then he said oh well it wasn't
00:42:51.960 gain-of-function so he's perjured himself multiple times multiple times
00:42:56.620 natalie winters hang on we're taking a short commercial break uh like i said today on capitol
00:43:03.260 hill absolutely explosive other hearings going on too uh in the second hour i'm going to show you the
00:43:08.560 house going after um pow so there's so much happening right here now in the capital city as people try to
00:43:15.180 get to the bottom of all this the debt ceiling the spending the financial crisis in our capital
00:43:20.020 markets also the war bring the troops home from syria what's going to happen the war powers act
00:43:25.540 in ukraine and then on top of it finally getting some truth three years three years it's taken us to get
00:43:34.820 here three years on the bioweapon came out of the wuhan lab all next in the world

00:46:20.500 we're gonna uh produce it a little more for the mark is so important what went on today with the
00:46:25.880 twitter feed and the clips but i just want to make sure everybody understands something the
00:46:29.140 university of north carolina and you know obama's national security council shut down gain of
00:46:33.260 function fauci went over and wormed his way into the eob and got it back up when you talk about gain
00:46:38.300 of function it's it's basically creating bioweapons but they say it's for scientific research the
00:46:42.500 directed it's really directed evolution and it it it puts these viruses tens or hundreds of thousands
00:46:50.140 of years in the future right the probability that this would happen in nature are so remote that's
00:46:57.060 why you say that we had this fancy term gain of function but it's essentially the core element
00:47:01.400 of the biological weapons program is that the general concept uh natalie yeah it's probably the
00:47:08.200 greatest euphemism in in recent history whichever pr firm was tasked to come up with this term really
00:47:13.980 did a good job because it it doesn't do justice to what exactly the purpose of gain of function
00:47:19.100 is and i think it's really interesting to you know you bring up the people like ralph barrack right the
00:47:24.240 people at unc chapel hill who made careers and made millions of dollars got millions of your taxpayer
00:47:30.020 dollars to conduct this research you know they've really enjoyed this pandemic right not only
00:47:34.660 has their power increased but take ralph barrack for example right he's the guy that supplied
00:47:39.100 the humanized mice models to wuhan he's a name that's come up from the mouth of senator rand paul
00:47:44.580 when he was questioning anthony fauci it's very interesting because after we had started to expose
00:47:49.760 his involvement with this gain of function research and what was going on his partnership with wuhan
00:47:54.980 believe it or not he got a six-figure grant from the chan zuckerberg initiative the very same group
00:48:01.460 that was not only funding the center for tech and uh civic life which helped rig the 2020 election
00:48:06.820 through mail and ballots um but also of course mark zuckerberg um and what's really interesting and
00:48:11.840 i think sort of a marker that the war room needs to lay down right now is when you hear dr redfield
00:48:16.160 talk about gain of function research and potentially instituting a ban that's only coming from the federal
00:48:21.420 government side of things right they would only ban federal money your taxpayer dollars from going to
00:48:26.980 gain of function research which is great and that's a great step forward but as we've seen this
00:48:31.780 pandemic i think really has only i would say sped up really accelerated the collaboration between the
00:48:37.160 public and private sectors particularly in the fields of science and scientific research so i think that
00:48:42.500 we also need to make sure that we ban funds from groups like the chan zuckerberg initiative and these
00:48:47.160 very transhumanist groups these kind of uh you know pandemic prevention racketeering organizations
00:48:52.760 um from funding gain of function research too
00:48:55.680 what's very important the reason i wanted to have them on back to back julie kelly
00:49:01.480 and uh and natalie winters julie's been all over the j6 situation for two years now natalie winters has

00:49:22.620 been talking about and these two women have been talking about for the last couple of years and it's
00:49:26.500 all coming to fruition and quite frankly it's shocking when natalie winters as experienced as she is says
