Bannon's War Room - Episode 2575： The Trials Of Chris Wray; Holding Norfolk Rail Responsible

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.340 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.940 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.700 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.280 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.100 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.040 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.260 and folks over the last two years we made a lot of things this that a lot of progress with

00:00:58.880 republican help as well sadly from what i'm hearing house representative these days they're suggesting

00:01:05.220 that cooperation may have come to an end that's why i talk about the mega republicans this is not

00:01:11.080 your father's republican party as i said before mega republicans are threatening to default on the

00:01:16.340 national debt keep talking about the national debt and the trillion dollar debt it took 200 years to

00:01:23.200 accumulate that debt it's not recent debt this is all the debt that's been accumulating interest on the

00:01:28.820 debt for over 200 years and by the way president trump when he was president in four years he increased

00:01:36.680 the national debt by 25 percent just in four years remember that that multi-billion dollar tax break did

00:01:44.300 you get any of it i'd raise your hand if you got any of it no i'm serious so folks 200 years

00:01:51.440 accumulate and was added to that administration 25 did it by themselves i met with the new speakers i

00:01:58.580 said of the house and how we should proceed to settle our differences without jeopardizing the full

00:02:03.200 faith and credit of the united states america we have never reneged on that debt now they're telling

00:02:09.020 me if i don't do what they want cut social secure whatever they propose then they're going to renege

00:02:14.540 on the debt every single major economic institution conservative liberal says that will cause a massive

00:02:21.520 recession a massive recession and put us in the hole for a long long time

00:02:28.020 well folks here's what i said instead of making threats about default which would be catastrophic

00:02:35.400 let's take that off the table let's as i said in the beginning let's have a conversation about how

00:02:41.020 to grow the economy lower cost and reduce the deficit i just laid out the bulk of my budget republics

00:02:46.760 and congress should do the same thing but it's well over nine on for anybody who had tough time with

00:02:54.140 their business during the pandemic so they could pay employees they could do the but guess what you

00:03:00.660 may remember i was running for office at the time but you all may remember that i had a big fight with

00:03:08.040 uh the former president uh and maybe future president bless me father anyway no all all kidding aside

00:03:18.300 whoa whoa former and future president maybe future president thursday 9 march year of our lord 2023

00:03:29.000 we're uh jammed today we're gonna rock this because it's so much going on i want to start with there's

00:03:36.400 so many lies and misrepresentations and and biden's uh you know just every there's nobody gonna default on

00:03:43.740 the debt and we're not in the yes it is the mega republicans that have stopped the cooperation by

00:03:48.680 the collaborationist senate we're not going to do that again that's what jam today he lays that at

00:03:54.360 noon right at the end of our show a 6.8 trillion dollar budget 6.8 trillion okay not only are there

00:04:03.220 no cuts we're demanding massive cuts now not only there are no cuts i think overall it's a five or six

00:04:09.960 increase 5.2 percent federal pay increase and increases across the border and everything not

00:04:16.520 nothing cut only increases 6.8 trillion dollars almost seven trillion dollars peter navarro uh up

00:04:24.960 in the growth of course a bunch of taxes we can talk about that but the spending is up in your face

00:04:31.120 that he doesn't make any effort and this is what the cbo report and now as we've been you know hankering

00:04:37.560 on um or hectoring mccarthy you've got to get somebody out with a set of numbers this is just

00:04:43.780 one year's number cbo's got 10 years the congressional budget office is now briefing both sides right so

00:04:51.040 at least they see the the 19 trillion dollars in debt and quite frankly biden's things even worse

00:04:56.460 even buying proposals all these tax increases that they're talking about is everything from corporate

00:05:01.180 taxes across the board billionaires tax tax on social security all of it medicare

00:05:06.460 um he only cuts it's only three trillion dollars they generate on the 19 trillion of these deficits

00:05:12.680 going forward your first cut in assessment dr navarro of this budget cracking up the the once and

00:05:21.320 future president thank you joe biden i guess you're looking at the same poll numbers i'm looking at dude

00:05:27.660 um look one fact check on biden which is really interesting it's like he he would passion he goes

00:05:35.200 trump raised deficit by 25 percent well guess what obama biden doubled it doubled it that's a hundred

00:05:44.780 percent joe so do your math um okay so let's as mega republicans and and let's let's take him

00:05:53.900 seriously when he goes after us okay because he did that during the 2022 election with his famous

00:06:01.620 blood red speech and it was effective and we can't let him take we deplorables and turn us into what 0.61

00:06:11.140 he wants to turn us into we stand by the way by the way i i totally dis i told i totally disagree

00:06:16.880 i know you do i know you do you and i just disagree but that's that's my it turns out it turns out i'm

00:06:23.120 right i'm i'm yeah the point is admiral is that that we stand for a strong american manufacturing base

00:06:30.780 where endless end endless war secure borders and with this fiscal issue biden's really putting the

00:06:38.200 he's doing everything ass backwards what what the deplorables and the mega republicans matt gates is 0.84

00:06:45.180 coming on we gotta hold fast kevin mccarthy's hold fast you deal with everything else besides the

00:06:52.300 medicares of this world that's like biden's using that as like bait to attack us we've got to we've

00:06:58.600 got to use this debt ceiling leverage that we have one thing and one thing alone to roll back a bunch

00:07:06.020 of the biden expenditures that's the single closest way to get the balance the budget and having growth

00:07:14.620 structural prosperous growth and so um let's let's call biden's bluff on the billionaires tax you and

00:07:23.160 i support it you and i supported it when we were in the oval office in the white house back in 2017

00:07:28.560 we thought it was a good idea politically and economically and we lost that battle to the

00:07:35.040 mnuchin and goldman sachs gary cone but let's call a bluff you know kevin go ahead hang on hang on

00:07:43.820 but hang on let's say let's say okay i'm gonna steal it from you hang on we'll have

00:07:49.460 schwartz ken griffith and steve schwartzman and all those wealthy hedge fund managers

00:07:56.160 who are trying to get rid of donald trump begging to bring him back no we had three progressive

00:08:02.760 democrats three progressive democrats and they were fighting you got mnuchin progressive democrat

00:08:07.460 conan progressive democrat jerry kushner progressive kushner of course

00:08:11.080 they gagged they those three hang on those they gagged when we prefer here's what i would do with 0.51

00:08:17.800 the house here's the reason ladies and gentlemen all the billionaires all the super wealthy are

00:08:23.380 basically uh globalist okay almost all of them are progressive democrats the ones that are not

00:08:29.560 progressive democrats are quote-unquote republican do not support you on any of the cultural stuff any

00:08:34.120 of the social stuff any of the uh america first national security policy because their sons and

00:08:39.380 daughters aren't going they they only support you because they make their money by doing that stuff 1.00

00:08:43.620 steve they make their money by sending their jobs offshore and bringing in cheap labor including child

00:08:49.140 labor across the border to work in their factories and and do the sweatshop stuff we import sweatshops 0.95

00:08:55.900 in mexico and send our jobs to china to their sweatshops and that's all on those heads 0.99

00:09:01.560 so they manage the globalists and the globalist republicans so they are trying to get rid of

00:09:06.140 yeah we're proud to be mega republicans we stand for blue collar america and fiscal sensibility not 0.96

00:09:13.360 the kind of crap we have from i would call getting in bed with chuck schumer i would i would call

00:09:22.200 by the way now i know what it's like when i'm a guest on somebody's show you just power right to the 0.99

00:09:26.460 host okay i have to stand up for myself admiral because i know you come at me hard baby

00:09:30.800 okay by the way the here's my here's my interrupt navarro i got i got god on my side on this one baby

00:09:38.340 hang on here's i want to call i want to call the i want to call i want to call the donors bluff

00:09:46.120 if the house would vote today and all those even the 20 capital gain was not going to happen so

00:09:51.400 people don't freak out the democrats are never going to pass it it's all that's their base

00:09:58.300 the bayonair one percent is their base the base of the maga movement are working past people throughout

00:10:04.080 the country let's just do that a stripped out bill kevin mccarthy send that pass it pass it

00:10:10.700 unanimously send it over and see what happens boy yeah all hell will break loose on wall street

00:10:17.500 and and you'll see you'll see the those wealthy donors kind of change their tune because

00:10:23.760 yeah yeah exactly call their bluff brother they could not they they could not even pass they could

00:10:31.340 not even pass to take the carried interest away oh kristin cinema saved him but trust me they knew

00:10:36.580 cinema was there there's 50 of them there's 30 of them backed up if she didn't jump in there

00:10:40.820 there the democratic party and the progressive left is owned by the oligarchs on wall street

00:10:45.800 it's the ken griffin oligarchs shorts and all that crowd you got you've got who who biden just

00:10:51.780 said thank you for mitch mcconnell and the collaboration he says yeah all the help i get

00:10:55.880 from the republicans the collaborate and murdoch and rupert murdoch that's the iron triangle right

00:11:01.120 there that's anti-trump that said trump's never going back so let's call their bluff you want a

00:11:05.660 bayonair's tax pass today go for it the democrats would be oh my god what are we doing no we can't do

00:11:10.820 that they're not going to pass any taxes what they want to do is pass on the people like

00:11:15.320 400 000 yeah they're going to come after you right but for the super wealthy and the people

00:11:21.520 that's small business people with families yes exactly entrepreneurs it's just i think i'm so

00:11:26.680 he's look to to set on this biden's coming at it where the first thing he wants to do

00:11:34.340 is raise taxes and wave the bloody shirt of medicare right medicaid that's what that's that's his

00:11:41.160 strategy and no it's like we're not accepting that we're not going to be accused of crashing

00:11:47.700 the economy you did that biden nothing's happened yet and you've got stagflation going on a contagion

00:11:55.580 of higher interest rates and inflation around the world and a big ass recession coming and the bond

00:12:02.360 market and stock market are telling us that that's what's going to happen that's on you biden and the

00:12:07.300 most important thing let me say this again to kevin mccari i'm talking to you right now kevin

00:12:11.340 what you got to do is hold fast and you got to go to russ vote and say give me those dirty dozen

00:12:16.560 expenditures that we're going to bargain away and make sure that they're off the books that's the

00:12:22.700 first best route to getting a true deficit reduction not all this smoke and mirrors hit maga stuff

00:12:30.220 no we need the two trillion dollars cut out of the medicaid over 10 years we need all the work

00:12:36.040 requirements put in as a starter then you need to cut defense you need to have massive cuts this year

00:12:41.440 and continue forward peter how do people get to the substack in your podcast yeah it's the peter

00:12:46.440 navarro.substack.com peter navarro.substack.com it's it's basically the hub now for both the podcast

00:12:54.820 that you can listen to as well as the transcripts if you if you don't want to spend time listening

00:12:59.640 you can read that stuff really quickly i'd appreciate your support uh and admiral um it never

00:13:06.320 ceases to amaze me uh that they give us really important issues to talk about uh on this show it's

00:13:13.760 like every day and you know the once and future president is watching this too uh peter thank you very

00:13:21.180 much and thank you for the kind words yes sir thank you brother um okay we're a little jammed

00:13:28.660 up now but we gotta be we got john frederich we're trying to get to john frederich we got jeff clark

00:13:32.680 let's get jeff clarker now i'm gonna play the clip on the other side i got seb gorka on deck uh clark

00:13:38.100 uh tell me about the we're gonna play the clip on the other side of the break tell me your overall

00:13:42.560 assessment of the norfolk southern thing that it was a pretty weak showing by the republicans was it not

00:13:47.760 sir uh steve thanks for uh having me here yes i think it was a big missed opportunity um you know

00:13:55.680 there was only one senator senator mullen who i think was the the hero who asked about the controlled

00:14:01.140 burn i mean that is the the issue the issue is why did uh you know epa sign off on or were they

00:14:09.260 involved in you know there's commune there there's confusion about that that i'll talk about in terms of

00:14:13.860 how the ceo of norfolk southern answered questions but the focus has to be on this issue of why did we

00:14:21.400 have a disaster called by caused by this controlled burn it's not uh all these issues of the train

00:14:27.920 derailment etc i mean those are important but the issue is why was there an independent uh decision

00:14:33.640 with human agency which you like to emphasize to allow the burn to go forward

00:14:37.980 jeff clark one of the partners over there with the grush great russ vote russ's team's gonna be

00:14:45.120 on with us tomorrow to take this budget apart don't all freak out about the taxes the spending's the

00:14:50.000 killer the taxes will never pass the spending's the killer short break gorka clark epstein fredericks

00:16:15.740 the hunter biden laptop story is disinformation

00:16:18.740 well i want to be careful about there is an ongoing investigation that is relevant to that

00:16:24.660 so i have to be careful of what i can share on that here do you believe the hunter biden laptop

00:16:29.180 story is disinformation i don't think there's anything i can share on that in open setting

00:16:33.260 were you aware that the fbi personnel were in contact with twitter regarding the hunter biden laptop

00:16:38.780 story i don't believe fbi personnel were in contact with with twitter about the hunter laptop story

00:16:47.880 specifically i think there were people in contact with twitter about russian disinformation efforts

00:16:53.380 of which hunter biden laptop story was included according to the fbi

00:16:58.500 well i think i don't know exactly what you're looking at but but i'm happy to talk about what it

00:17:03.480 is the fbi does and does not do with respect to social media companies

00:17:06.840 were you aware that the fbi had hunter biden's laptop since december of 2019

00:17:13.720 i can't speak to exactly when we had a laptop available

00:17:18.700 there is a there is as you as you know there is an ongoing investigation

00:17:24.060 run by the u.s attorney out of delaware from the prior administration that we continue to work

00:17:29.800 very closely with and we have an ongoing investigation as well and our baltimore field office is working

00:17:34.840 very hard with that u.s attorney and i expect them to pursue that case as far as it takes

00:17:40.920 stonewalling director ray the american people deserve answers and this is unacceptable lastly did you sign

00:17:48.120 off on the mar-a-lago raid well first off it was not a raid it was an execution of a search warrant did you

00:17:55.720 sign off on the execution of the search warrant may i finish second i don't sign off on individual

00:18:02.120 search warrants in that case or in any other did attorney general merrick garland sign off to your

00:18:07.960 awareness i can't speak to the attorney general was there dissent at senior levels of the fbi about

00:18:13.160 the conducting of the of the search warrant i can't speak to into internal discussions among the fbi or

00:18:20.760 among the fbi and department of judgment even though it's been reported in the washington post

00:18:24.600 there are lots of things reported in the media i know leak from your agency leak from your agency

00:18:29.000 frequently it's reported in the washington post may or may not be accurate it may or may not be accurate

00:18:32.760 with that i yield back

00:18:33.720 okay seb gorka you've spent a big part of your life uh training people out at quantico at the academy uh

00:18:43.160 walk me through what just happened there sir

00:18:45.160 well steve how many times did the director of the fbi say we cannot discuss internal deliberations

00:18:53.880 of the hoover building well then what's oversight what is the role of congress in oversight of the

00:19:00.840 executive if you can't know what's going on inside the building and as to all of those lies we know we

00:19:09.240 know that they had to sign off on the seventh floor of the hoover building we know that main justice had

00:19:17.240 to sign off on the mar-a-lago raid oh by the way it's not a raid well when is armed federal agents

00:19:24.600 taking away your property and refusing to allow your attorneys to be in the building as they are

00:19:33.320 rifling through melania's sock drawer and taking away your property how how is that not a raid this

00:19:39.640 is the same chris for ray who if you look at the amazing uh coverage from uh carl seraphin the fbi

00:19:45.320 whistleblower this is a guy who takes a flight on his fbi gulf stream to do a 20 minute drive he he can't be

00:19:55.880 bothered to stick in traffic in dc so he goes to reagan or he goes to dallas and he jets off for a

00:20:04.760 20 minute car ride in his gulf screen up gulf stream this is this is why we have to have these

00:20:11.160 hearings and this is why the the january 6 tapes are so crucial because we have an intelligence community

00:20:17.560 that has gone utterly rogue whether it's coming after you whether it's coming after rudy giuliani victoria

00:20:23.240 tunsing joe de genova or average americans like that pro-life pro-life activist mark hauck this is an

00:20:31.480 organization that has to be dismantled brick by brick and its mission given to other organizations like

00:20:39.560 the u.s marshals the house is just announcing one of the house just breaking that they're going to

00:20:46.200 now somehow do an investigation of the j6 committee get pull the camera back give us your perspective

00:20:52.600 where we stand with weaponization with oversight now with the tucker tapes looks like murdoch and

00:20:57.320 others have put pressure and the republicans coming out and dumping on tucker where are this is the

00:21:01.880 maelstrom where are we in this right now uh um seb and what's your recommendation of how we chop our

00:21:09.160 way through the jungle here to make sure that we get to the sunlit uplands well look i don't want to dump

00:21:16.200 on tucker but when you've only got one plan and no backup this is exactly the kind of thing that is

00:21:22.040 happening if you look at the tuesday coverage it's clear that episode of his show was changed at the

00:21:27.400 last minute it didn't flow it was slap whether it was paul ryan calling down to rupert murdoch or

00:21:35.240 rupert murder calling down to tucker you know that the mitch mcconnell saying what he said right after

00:21:41.640 chuck schumer did means we're in a very precarious situation why i mean god bless the six plus 14

00:21:47.960 for getting kevin to do what he did and to give that footage out but we've got we've got one you

00:21:55.320 know we've got one bottleneck you know what you know what it's like in the military whether it's a

00:21:59.400 naval campaign whether it's on land the bottleneck is is the kill zone it's the kill box and if they can

00:22:06.840 stop tucker and say tucker tucker don't do it then what's our plan b who else is going to have the

00:22:12.920 put footage are they going to give it to newsmax or real america's voice or breitbart this has to be

00:22:18.520 this has to be a full court press on on multiple battlefronts the idea that one guy rupert murdoch

00:22:24.920 can get a phone call from chuck schumer or paul ryan and shut this down we have to have we have to have

00:22:30.520 brave attorneys like joe de genova like victoria tunsing take up the case of people like jacob chansley 0.97

00:22:36.920 another navy veteran and say hang on a second the video shows up to nine nine capitol hill officers

00:22:45.720 escorting this peaceful man around congress if he had been breaking any laws why hadn't they arrested

00:22:52.840 him why did they help him open doors why were they helping him take selfies and pray with him

00:22:59.560 that case of 41 years in prison should be thrown out right right now but look we've still got the

00:23:06.280 footage i've showed it on my show again this sunday of the detainees just a couple of miles from where

00:23:13.160 i'm sitting every night at nine o'clock saying that our father singing the national anthem every single

00:23:19.720 one of those should have full access to those tapes that's how we stop the political persecution of

00:23:26.600 people simply because they're patriots steve the great matt boils exclusive up the day on breitbart

00:23:54.680 they had the whistleblowers and the democrats set in for the for the interviews for the depositions and

00:23:59.320 they leaked it immediately what is your recommendation to jim jordan to start playing

00:24:26.760 now is your time jim now you have to go there and when they say you can't go in you remind them

00:24:34.040 you remind them who you are and who won the elections when it comes to the whistleblowers

00:24:39.160 it's not enough 18 whistleblowers for jim and for grassley and we've had what officially three

00:24:46.120 closed door depositions all 18 of them should be cajoled gently to take the stand or at least

00:29:46.760 he stood up to the radical education establishment and their woke politics that they have brought into

00:29:52.520 the classroom under his leadership governor desantis has made florida the number one destination for

00:29:59.880 americans looking for more freedom and a brighter future when governor desantis is

00:30:06.920 president desantis there won't be any chinese spy balloons drifting across okay for all of you

00:30:13.800 watching today i'm asking okay okay guys thanks um fredericks what's what's your beef here it's just

00:30:23.560 the guy that's you know starting to super pack to get desantis to be president sir what's your beef

00:30:29.880 listen this is the most vicious of all the never trumpers that we fought in 2016 he was absolutely

00:30:37.720 diabolical he cheated us and went back on a deal in harrisonburg in 2016 at the republican convention

00:30:45.080 in virginia where we cut a deal for six delegates he knew our people were new to the process he knew if

00:30:52.200 he waited out they'd go home so when they went home he then threatened the convention to give us no one i 0.93

00:30:57.880 had to get eric trump involved and cut it to three the guy's an absolute backstabbing ungrateful grifter

00:31:05.960 let me tell you something he begged trump for that job he wanted so bad to get in the trump administration 0.98

00:31:11.640 and against the advice of many of us because we told the president he will stab you in the back again

00:31:18.200 he gives him a plump position and what we get for it is stabbing in the back in in in the beginning of

00:31:26.040 the campaign and bailing us and being a never trump or again backing desantis with this pack because he

00:31:32.200 can't find the legit a legitimate line of work you know what steve we got to stop this okay we are not

00:31:39.000 going to win if we keep embracing the people that want us to fail i've never seen a movement be

00:31:46.920 successful where you keep going after and letting in the tent people that hate your guts cuccinelli is

00:31:54.840 a never trupper has been from day one we fought this guy hand-to-hand combat it's it was a diabolical

00:32:02.520 campaign he's the guy that engineered the ben carson life fiasco with jeff rowe in iowa this is

00:32:10.200 what we went through now we bring him into the administration and what we get in return is

00:32:15.800 stabbed in the back at the beginning of the campaign the message here is we've got to stop this all of

00:32:24.440 these people all of these people that we bring in and we think if we bring them in the tent they're

00:32:29.800 going to be for us no they're going to pull the rug out from under us for their own personal gain 0.92

00:32:35.320 this is one of the most despicable things i've ever seen okay hang on in the fine print of what

00:32:41.880 the write-up was about this thing he started it talks about he's going to do some stuff on delegates

00:32:47.240 talk just give me i only got a couple of minutes but give me what happened in cleveland

00:32:51.800 with a brother cuccinelli and about that because he says in here the thing he's starting is also to

00:32:56.120 do the delegates so you're going to have you're going to have part two tell me what happened in

00:33:00.600 part one in cleveland well what what happened in cleveland is he tried to get our delegates unbound

00:33:08.440 remember that whole unbind the delegates movement that was him he's the guy that threw down his

00:33:13.800 credentials in cleveland when they when they would not give him that the time of day because what

00:33:20.120 everything that he was doing was illegal we won legitimate delegates in these primaries that were

00:33:25.080 bound he tried to unbind them for crews i went through all this my job in cleveland instead of

00:33:31.000 as the as the chairman of the trump campaign in virginia instead of enjoying it with my wife

00:33:37.000 my job is i had to follow in rules i had to fight him there i had to shadow him on every uh media hit

00:33:43.800 he would go i would go in behind him to dispute the nonsense that he was saying this guy this was hand

00:33:49.240 to hand comment and i was going to try to do it again the guy knows how to get delegates he knows how to

00:33:53.480 manipulate the system a lot of times like in in colorado in 2016 as you know we were called with

00:33:59.560 our pants down until we got smart and they got people like me involved to fight him in these in

00:34:05.320 these things but the bottom line of this thing is steve this guy is not just doing a pack and raising

00:34:10.920 money for governor de santos this guy like he did with cruz is going to fight us hand-to-hand combat

00:34:16.920 it's like i've been telling all of our trump supporters there's going to be no coronation

00:34:22.040 here this is going to be a fight to the finish we've got to get 200 to 2200 delegates in milwaukee

00:34:28.120 you better lace them up and lace them tight because every last cockroach backstabbing never 0.93

00:34:35.080 trump or grifter like this guy who i can't remember the last time he's had a job with a 0.52

00:34:40.840 private company that actually made a profit right it's all government money right it's all he's ever 0.93

00:34:46.440 done until we shut the door on these people infiltrating the campaign and get tough we got

00:34:54.520 a long haul ahead of uh ahead of us hey you want to you want to you you want to start a pack ken go

00:35:00.200 ahead you want to fight us in iowa ken go ahead you want to fight us in virginia you you want to fight

00:35:05.400 us in new hampshire hey make my day because we're coming steve and we're coming in hot and big

00:35:14.520 lace them up early and lace them up tight uh john fredericks thank you very much how do people get

00:35:19.640 to you which is what's the social media to get to john fredericks coming in a little hot today

00:35:23.960 what is the social media sir we're gonna do more afternoons with john fredericks

00:35:27.560 go sleepy in the morning pretty hot in the afternoon how do people get to you

00:35:31.480 because i'm on the war room at jf radio show don't forget outside the beltway

00:35:38.200 on rav 7 8 a.m 7 a.m to 8 a.m monday to friday don't want to miss that i'm just a warm-up for

00:35:45.560 the war room at 10 i'm like the ed mcmahon to the johnny carson that's all it is a little appetizer

00:35:51.080 before steve comes on i like that i like that thank you very much sir appreciate john fredericks

00:35:56.680 you're gonna get to spend a lot more time about these delegates it's big john fredericks is

00:36:00.440 absolutely correct not going to be a coronation i don't have boris let's go let's play the cold

00:36:05.800 open for our own jeff clark uh mr shaw um when the when the vent and burn process was being made

00:36:15.560 uh who who made those decisions and what was other considerations other than just

00:36:20.600 burning it and letting the letting the material burn off

00:36:23.960 thank you for that question the only consideration senator was the safety and health of the community

00:36:35.640 and that decision was made by unified command under the direction of the incident commander who's who's

00:36:42.920 who's that the incident commander was fire chief drabeck norfolk southern was a part of unified command

00:36:50.120 so who owns the car who actually owned the rail car or the material in it

00:36:55.000 the the rail car in question are tank cars of which no railroad owns okay were they in

00:37:02.200 were they considered in this decision making

00:37:07.240 are they responsible for the content of it and the car itself for the maintenance

00:37:11.320 and the material in it isn't that correct senator it's a it's a privately owned rail car and so the

00:37:17.960 maintenance requirements for that rail car between the rail car lessor and the customer and those

00:37:24.760 are private contracts i'm not privy but you're not they're responsible for the content and the car

00:37:29.480 correct making sure it's operating properly yes sir okay were they considered in this in this decision

00:37:37.560 making considering it was their car their design their responsibility were they part of that decision

00:37:43.400 making on being able to vent it and burn it senator the uh the customer provided input were they in

00:37:51.720 the room when the decision was being made but i've been i've received reports that they weren't so they

00:37:56.520 weren't in the room no sir not to my knowledge i just seen that kind of hard to believe that considering

00:38:02.280 that it's their car it's their responsibility and they weren't even considered before this decision to

00:38:10.600 vent and burn it in the middle of a town doesn't seem might possibly a mistake there

00:38:23.800 senator unified command was focused solely on the health and safety of the community right so

00:38:29.880 the people that was in charge of the car should probably have a say in that to make sure we know

00:38:34.520 the best way to dispose of it my understanding at the time from talking to experts was that we were

00:38:41.160 at risk of a catastrophic rupture that would have resulted in uncontrolled release of hazardous materials

00:38:46.840 but it's my understanding and i haven't been able to clarify this that the that the report that i was

00:38:52.120 that i received was the fact that the car was actually working properly at the time uh but the car's

00:38:59.640 owners the ones that were responsible for it wasn't consulted before it was burned up now i haven't

00:39:03.880 been able to verify that but i'm asking these questions because that's the information that i

00:39:07.000 received and if that's the case i think that's a that's an area for improvement would you consider that

00:39:16.440 senator i can't comment on the accuracy of that report i'm not aware of that but i'm saying if it's

00:39:21.000 accurate if that was accurate wouldn't you consider that's a place that we could probably learn from

00:39:25.320 i think the primary concern was the health and the safety of the community sir i get what you're

00:39:29.400 saying and and i'm not trying to be disrespectful to you but i'm saying is if all parties that's

00:39:35.800 responsible for that car should have been part of that decision making and and because i believe they

00:39:41.720 would probably be saying that they were they would be concerned too i think everybody in this room will

00:39:45.640 say that we're concerned about the health and safety of others that's that's a gimme so there's no point

00:39:50.920 repeating that i'm just saying how can we learn from this going forward if they weren't in the room

00:39:57.080 during the decision making and yet it was their car and the report may be accurate that the car was

00:40:02.520 actually working functionally correctly because those cars are designed for this kind of incident

00:40:09.080 that the option to vent and burn may not have been the best option if we didn't consider all other

00:40:14.760 options first senator i understand that the experts on the ground who were there

00:40:25.320 were very concerned about the pressure in a car right we also noted that other cars had been in a

00:40:30.840 pool fire and their unified command was aware that there was a concern for a catastrophic explosion

00:40:37.480 that would shoot vcm gas and shrapnel i hear you we're just talking in circles here chairman what i'm

00:40:43.240 trying to get to is the fact that if this car was designed by someone else and if this car was

00:40:48.920 owned by somebody else and the function of that car was designed by somebody else and was responsible

00:40:54.200 by somebody else then how do we know that the car wasn't working properly to begin with and that's

00:40:59.640 a question that needs to be answered because someone may need to be held responsible that made the

00:41:04.760 decision to burn this off because some of this and a lot of this could have been present prevented

00:41:09.800 with that all you'll bet in that whole hearing today we're bringing jeff clark who was the one

00:41:15.720 of the assistant attorney was the assistant attorney general for president trump to oversaw this

00:41:20.440 that's senator mark wean mullen from oklahoma and in that whole hearing today senator mullen got the

00:41:26.520 closest to the main thing keep you remember always make the main thing the main thing jeff clark

00:41:32.120 he got close didn't quite get there but the norfolk southern guy if that's not perjury in line with a

00:41:38.600 straight face come on brother jeff clark the the the the ceo of norfolk southern sure is a joke

00:41:47.720 okay but where is the head of the epa on this you can't tell me jeff clark that i got a fire chief

00:41:53.960 in a village of 4200 people is the incident command the unified command is the fire chief

00:42:00.600 when he got this highly toxic highly explosive material brother clark so steve i mean you know

00:42:08.280 come on it beggars belief uh it beggared belief back when they were saying this weeks ago that

00:42:14.360 it was the fire chief that you know of course this a fire chief would not have anything like

00:42:18.920 the qualifications necessary to assess alternatives and decide that uh the vent and then the uncontrolled

00:42:25.960 burn really was the best possible option for the public safety for the environment and for the

00:42:31.800 residents of uh east palestine um and we know from the cnn story which i've uh appeared on your show

00:42:38.280 about before that uh it was admitted that epa signed off on this right so at the very least uh ceo alan shaw

00:42:47.080 has to be called back to this committee or some other committee and he has to be asked uh about that

00:42:53.080 story is he saying that epa did not sign off on this you know one of the tricks i think that they're

00:42:59.000 trying to use here is uh you know the idea of there's a unified command there was a point

00:43:03.560 in the hearing where one of the senators asked you know who was who's all part of the unified command

00:43:08.920 and basically you know everyone on the panel raised their hands which included uh the epa region

00:43:14.360 five official and ohio official alan shaw uh and um you know that it's amorphous right everybody and

00:43:23.400 nobody's responsible it's this unified command okay jeff clark hang on for one second short

00:43:29.560 commercial break we're in return with what happened in east palestine with jeff clark

00:45:04.360 taking on big tech protecting free speech and canceling cancel culture join the marketplace of ideas the

00:45:13.240 platform for independent thought has arrived superior technology no more selling your personal data

00:45:19.480 no more censorship no more cancel culture enough getter has arrived it's time to say what you want

00:45:27.640 the way you want download now

00:45:33.160 okay uh getter we're up all the time and in fact tomorrow night uh royce white's gonna have his show

00:45:38.120 we cover his show on there and i'm gonna be doing a show so make sure you check it out we'll be

00:45:42.120 streaming all on getter doing it all the time non-stop make sure you go download today it's

00:45:47.160 simple uh jeff clark um epa they're the ones actually you've explained the law they're actually

00:45:53.320 the the supposed to be the unified command leader of that there's no doubt michael reagan wasn't there

00:45:58.840 today for a simple reason they don't want to roll him out for any tough questioning what did epa say

00:46:03.400 today did they get hammered in this today about what their responsibilities and authorities are sir

00:46:08.680 so you're right steve they sent the regional administrator deborah shore but not michael

00:46:13.160 regan i think in part that's because senator carper's running cover for his delaware buddy uh president

00:46:19.400 biden uh and uh you know she was not asked about this topic of the controlled burn and the uh the release

00:46:26.600 she was not um she didn't volunteer anything about that uh and neither did the ohio state epa

00:46:34.360 officials say anything about that topic although she did talk about concerns about fish kills which

00:46:39.800 were clearly killed caused by the the burn and then the depositions from it in local waterways um

00:46:46.200 the only thing that that uh deborah shore said that was uh you know interesting was you know ohio did

00:46:53.560 not ask about the issue of dioxins being released pennsylvania didn't ask about the issue of dioxins

00:46:59.000 being released it was indiana that had to ask epa to look at that issue and now they say that they're

00:47:04.760 looking at it so it's just you know it's one layer of the onion after another of of very key issues that

00:47:11.160 seem to have been buried and that epa is acting like you know the keystone cops on the other you know

00:47:17.320 issue in that regard steve was that senator vance appeared and testified and he talked about the fact that

00:47:22.760 they were you know piling up the dirty dirt that they were removing to send it away to be burned

00:47:28.360 at a special facility and you know it piled up for days and he asked the question what if it rained

00:47:34.040 well then the material is going to leak right back out into the waterways and so you know it's just

00:47:38.600 it's botch after botch after botch

00:47:42.760 senator vance uh we're right now we're playing a senator vance we'll kick off the show tomorrow to

00:47:46.840 get more into this uh by the way this is not you can't we're not going to allow them to dump this on 0.84

00:48:39.720 right now today this thing this is why we don't get a lot of hours of sleep but the quality of sleep we get

00:48:45.160 is fabulous because of the products on my pillow let me play for boris epstein i got let me play the

00:48:51.080 cold open for boris every election is about the future and the future is not joe biden

00:49:01.720 america's future is ron de santis ron de santis doesn't just talk he acts but most of all he never

00:49:10.520 backs down governor de santis today i'm asking you

00:49:18.200 okay uh cuccinelli forms a a pack for um de santis and particularly this is going to talk about

00:49:24.680 delegates because they're not going to let you have a coronation there borsh your thoughts and

00:49:28.040 observations sir steve honored to be with you honored to be with the posse and i really want to deeply

00:49:33.560 thank ken cuccinelli for adding to the fact that this is a total redux of 2015 2016 when cuccinelli

00:49:41.480 attempted his total nonsense at convention trying to steam delegates from president trump for others 0.92

00:49:47.400 and he failed and he's going to fail again he was a sad loser then cuccinelli is going to be a sad loser 0.98

00:49:52.920 now just like he was when he tried to run for governor in virginia here's the bottom line look all 0.95

00:49:57.720 across the country president trump is dominating this race from nationally to new hampshire state by

00:50:04.200 state the american people are speaking loudly and clearly and saying they want president trump

00:50:09.160 ken cuccinelli could do whatever he wants here's the interesting thing he started a pack

00:50:13.800 allegedly for ron de santis so why is cuccinelli's face all over because ken cuccinelli loves and respects

00:50:19.240 one person and that is ken cuccinelli uh when you say dominating all over the country there's a poll

00:50:26.280 out today in florida that shows ron de santis up 25 points on president trump would you like to

00:50:31.400 address that okay give us some observations on that poll absolutely i appreciate the university

00:50:36.040 in north florida poll and i think i'm working on a poll right now too i'm drawing mine up right here

00:50:40.680 it says president trump 100 everyone else is here i'm going to release it but then it's a real poll

00:50:46.040 that's my observation president trump dominating emerson nationally uh by 30 points dominating emerson in

00:50:52.200 new hampshire by 41 he's dominating all across the country you're going to see him in iowa on monday

00:50:57.400 and he'll once again show that he is the only person who we can trust and believe in to walk into the

00:51:02.440 oval office and solve the great problems facing our country from the border to energy to national

00:51:07.960 security and of course the festering disaster in ukraine that's being funded by old school neocon 0.59

00:51:14.040 republicans and the democrats so you're saying that you don't think the university of

00:51:19.880 northern florida's polling operation is uh equivalent to george gallup what like you have

00:51:25.800 6.8 trillion dollars spending almost seven almost seven trillion dollars almost seven trillion dollars

00:51:32.440 give me 30 seconds on that of the biden budget this is the biden mcconnell budget this is the biden

00:51:40.520 biden rhino budget this is what happens when you have a stolen stolen election our country is in a

00:51:47.480 disaster economically to dial down another 500 points we are absolutely getting torn apart from

00:51:54.360 the inside forget our enemies forget china forget iran who are pouncing at every opportunity we're 0.96

00:51:59.080 getting torn apart from the inside it needs to be put to an end but there is hope there's hope in

00:52:05.000 the house at least stephanic doing a great job with house intel today against christopher

00:52:09.080 ray putting him in an extremely difficult position on the mar-a-lago raid and of course

00:52:13.560 president trump as he marches toward the white house in turn jan 20 20 25.
