Bannon's War Room - Episode 2612： Banks Fail Along With The Justice System

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.100 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.700 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.460 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.040 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.860 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.800 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.020 you're absolutely right to to characterize it that way some of these folks their names haven't been

00:00:56.900 mentioned in a long time while we've been covering the biden the new white house the new president

00:01:01.120 but let's just take a few that may be not very familiar to people with the passage of time

00:01:06.240 ken cucinelli what was his job he was a deputy in charge of the department of homeland security

00:01:12.900 and what was so crucial about what the department of homeland security was hearing in the weeks

00:01:18.800 leading up to january 6th they were hearing from donald trump about a plan to seize voting machines

00:01:24.280 and whether or not the department of homeland security had some power to declare that um these

00:01:31.840 there was a national security issue and that these should be taken of course the department of

00:01:37.920 homeland security did not order the seizure of voting machines to quote unquote rerun the

00:01:42.880 election but that was something that the department of homeland security was sort of briefed on and

00:01:47.500 and alerted to let's take another one uh mr o'brien robert o'brien then the national security advisor

00:01:54.580 to donald trump when he was president the department of defense believed many senior generals believed that

00:02:01.400 the president was going to try to at that time uh create chaos and perhaps create a faux

00:02:09.400 reason to declare military law so that he could keep control of the government uh he was also

00:02:17.120 suggesting sort of wag the dog or some of his aides were suggesting wag the dog moves to create more

00:02:24.160 anxiety and tension uh conflict with the foreign with foreign powers and his national security advisor

00:02:31.640 might also have some information about how many classified records ended up instead of in the

00:02:37.540 situation room in president trump's residence and eventually then later at his home in mar-a-lago

00:02:44.400 when he left the white house how were classified records handled let's talk about one more you know i find it

00:02:50.820 really interesting of course mark meadows many of his texts have been provided to the january 6 committee

00:02:56.860 and uh the department of justice much later also sought those records who was it in the white house at

00:03:04.380 donald trump's side every single time he had a series of lawmakers come in to talk about how he could block

00:03:12.360 uh the transfer of power members of the freedom caucus and mark meadows was a member of the freedom

00:03:18.800 caucus before he was the white house chief of staff were trying to help donald trump hold on to power

00:03:24.840 and described privately amongst themselves a maximum pressure campaign on january 16 to stop the

00:03:32.400 certification of the vote to bully and lobby their republican uh colleagues in congress to make sure that

00:03:39.560 biden was not seated essentially as the official appropriate president-elect obvious so do the numbers

00:03:48.100 back this up this regular people argument you know if ron de santis was doing as well with voters who

00:03:55.160 make less than fifty thousand dollars a year as he is with voters making over fifty thousand dollars a

00:03:59.740 year this race would be tied between him and donald trump but in fact what we see is that ron de santis

00:04:05.120 has a major problem among republicans who make less than fifty thousand dollars a year i mean you can see it

00:04:09.880 on your slide right there he is down by nearly 30 points that donald trump among voters who make less

00:04:15.080 gop voters who make less than fifty thousand dollars a year and that's the reason why he's trailing in the

00:04:19.360 primary so his clip doesn't make all that much sense to me to be honest with you aaron all right so

00:04:23.240 hold this up for one more second just as i set up the next question so you see that um donald trump is

00:04:28.660 doing much better right with this group under fifty thousand dollars is that the same way it was for trump

00:04:34.620 uh in the last cycles yeah if you look back at 2016 you know there was this whole idea that donald trump

00:04:40.860 ran this populist campaign right and he was doing well among you know the quote unquote his quote

00:04:45.840 poorly educated people but in fact there was no real gap on income he did about as well with voters

00:04:52.040 who made less than fifty thousand dollars as he did with those making more than fifty thousand dollars

00:04:56.320 so this year we've seen this income gap really grow and this trump populist campaign really seemed to

00:05:01.380 take off okay so that which is very interesting because and you're talking about things with trump

00:05:05.940 taking off right the context everyone's hearing about is all this legal issue and is that going to put

00:05:10.140 you know take all the bloom off the rose such that there was any left but you're talking about

00:05:14.980 not just income but also a coalition that appears to be coming together for trump yes that democrats

00:05:21.600 would actually like yeah it's very interesting in a republican primary the two groups who donald trump

00:05:26.460 is doing very well well amongst are white voters making under fifty thousand dollars he has a double

00:05:31.440 digit advantage with them as well as non-white voters this is the type of coalition that democrats would

00:05:37.040 love to have in a general election and what we're in fact seeing is that in this republican primary

00:05:41.540 donald trump is doing what democrats would love to have and what they used to have but donald trump is

00:05:46.420 doing themself they're doing stuff with of course but i should note with the gop primary and that's

00:05:51.080 not a high minority group no but they still make up nearly 20 percent of the gop electorate which is

00:05:56.700 important okay so so people who might say okay harry but it's important 20 percent significant thanks

00:06:01.280 now for two years we've heard the story from the people on the january 6th committee we've heard the

00:06:08.860 story about how it was an insurrection and i'm going to tell you something right now it was not an

00:06:14.000 insurrection and president trump did not tell anyone to go into the capitol that day and as a member of

00:06:21.240 congress who lawfully objected against joe biden's electoral college votes i was following my duty and so

00:06:27.360 were my colleagues that also did the same thing what we have to do is we have to work as hard as

00:06:32.840 possible to defund the two-tiered injustice system and we have to return freedom and due due process

00:06:40.660 rights to these pre-trial january 6 defendants and as you can see there's paid protesters here today

00:06:47.840 and they can whistle and say everything they want but we will not be deterred we do not care about them

00:06:55.860 because they work for evil they work for evil friday 24 march year earlier 2023 that's mtg down at the

00:07:04.920 gulag a lot going on we have polling we have capital markets we have economics we have mike davis here

00:07:10.540 about all everything legal as they try to surround president trump because you see the polling they

00:07:16.680 can't possibly beating richard barris first up uh brother uh by the way we got barris we have davis

00:07:22.900 we have boris we have navarra and maybe a couple of three surprises um barris talk to me about new

00:07:28.300 polling you're putting out on locals right now on the people's pundit what do you got for me

00:07:32.700 steve you know that was a good opening segment because that's true what he brought up about

00:07:38.780 income and one of the things that i went over today that jumped right out at me is that if you really look

00:07:43.980 at how trump is doing versus biden and compare that to how de santis is doing against biden de santis

00:07:51.140 looks like a george w bush coalition the problem with that is it may work in 04 uh but the electorate

00:07:57.860 has changed and things are different trump's looks like an old school democratic coalition among income

00:08:03.800 groups trump leads in every single income group except for 200 000 or more so what we have overall

00:08:10.860 the the headline here steve is that uh trump leads biden by about four and de santis is down by about

00:08:17.100 two which isn't you know a massive margin but turnout's going to be very high um this is already

00:08:24.900 it's early and typically people are not this engaged this could be a big well not could be as of right now

00:08:32.200 this will be bigger than 2020 so the main focus for any party nominee is to find as much juice to

00:08:38.960 squeeze as much blood out of that stone that can be squeezed and uh you know the the bottom line is here

00:08:45.880 um one has a bigger coalition than the other okay we we have right now we have ap put associate

00:08:53.720 press this morning biden's unfavorable at 38 close to the bottom he had at 36 also the wall street

00:09:00.920 journal we had cortez on this morning about this study they've been doing for 30 years i think it's

00:09:06.080 the lowest number ever or i think they've been doing since 2000 this century the lowest number ever of

00:09:12.160 people's um enthusiasm or hope for the future for the kids and grandkids lowest it's ever been

00:09:18.580 as far as america getting better better opportunities better economy is that informed is your polling

00:09:25.140 showing that too are you your polling does not incorporate that yet you know we do the registered

00:09:31.260 voter economic confidence index uh which we have not released yet but i mean i will tell you this

00:09:37.120 i'm looking at it and i'm thinking maybe people inflation is being reported at least as uh rising

00:09:43.720 at a slower pace or you know and people are playing word games with that steve so i'm thinking

00:09:49.360 maybe people will have a better uh you know optimism or expectations about the six month outlook

00:09:54.940 and so far that's not really looking that significant i will tell you this we did this we really were

00:10:01.340 trying to measure the trump or bust vote and you know and and to compare it to other candidates

00:10:07.200 these are voters who have this trump or bust and it's about 14 of trump's vote like i will not vote

00:10:14.080 for anybody but donald john trump others will say maybe i'll consider the a nominee or third party

00:10:19.940 but that 14 is very is feeling really dire about the future and they really don't see a difference

00:10:27.540 between the parties so i got some criticism today and people are saying well well what does that

00:10:32.640 mean they put party uh or they put uh a person before party they put a person before country

00:10:37.660 and i just want to make this comment it's the exact opposite if you listen to them they're so bleak

00:10:43.460 about the future they don't really view uh i i don't want to sound you know over the top here but

00:10:49.820 they don't really view any hope if this man does not get back in the white house

00:10:55.500 it really is that simple and that is and and that is 14 of trump's overall vote

00:11:02.620 his overall vote which steve by the way if you do simple math on that right now

00:11:08.100 um you know let's say i'm wrong and it's 10 you're talking about seven and a half million voters the way

00:11:15.600 that turnout looks now it could actually be higher than that so you let's rewind time to 2012 when mitt

00:11:22.180 romney was missing about three and a half million white voters in the midwest it cost him everything

00:11:28.900 imagine if you were missing seven eight nine million voters and they're not white because

00:11:35.560 that segment before that you played is 100 true yes he's crushing it with white uh non-college white 0.78

00:11:41.540 working class but he is crushing it with non-white uh that he in this working class that he's bringing 1.00

00:11:47.960 into the coalition these people just simply are not going to vote for anybody um and you don't have

00:11:54.100 them in the electorate let me put this as clear as i can you have to pray that there is a massive

00:12:00.980 depression in democratic turnout or you're going to lose and guess what the numbers don't look that way

00:12:07.400 83 percent of democrats say they're certain to vote i've told i've told people this forever

00:12:14.540 because of president trump and stepping up to the leadership of this movement as the first person

00:12:19.040 is that uh and essentially they say you say 14 i've always said between 10 and 20 percent

00:12:24.580 20 percent of the total outside range but at least 10 uh will just not without a doubt for anybody if

00:12:31.920 trump if it's not trump it's not going to happen that's why i say all these guys in these primaries

00:12:35.820 not that they have a shot to begin with but it's even if you want if you won the primary it's a pyrrhic

00:12:41.600 victory there's nothing you can say or do that's going to get a big you know at least 10 percent and

00:12:47.340 and right now if you don't bring a hundred percent of the trump people with you you have no chance to

00:12:52.180 win no chance to win barris how do people get to you got on locals right now walk us through how

00:12:57.900 people can get this and absorb it over the weekend yeah the people's pundit dot locals dot com uh we were

00:13:04.300 just taking a look at the difference in evangelical votes steve uh this looks very 2016 to me it's not

00:13:11.120 just that he's at 77 it's how many of them say we'll vote if it's him versus everybody else that's

00:13:17.920 on locals right now people's pundit dot locals dot com go and check it out there is a lot of good

00:13:23.260 data in this survey um you know it's you know people say oh it's early it's this is a former

00:13:28.920 president all right and they're having the panic attacks you just saw on mainstream media because

00:13:34.380 they're seeing exactly what i'm seeing this is not 2020 this is a different race okay this is why

00:13:41.220 i wanted barris to start the evening show because this informs everything that they see the same

00:13:48.360 numbers and they've done even more polling they know that trump right now this populist coalition

00:13:53.260 he's putting they they understand where the economy's going they understand they can't keep bailing

00:13:57.860 this thing out they understand what's going to happen to the banking system they know where the

00:14:01.500 mask is going to go with sleepy joe and the biden crime family they know there are more receipts out

00:14:05.680 there to come they know that the only way they can stop trump is through lawfare richard barris one

00:14:12.940 more time how do people get to you people's pundit dot locals dot com but also you know i'm on getter

00:14:18.940 at people's pundit on twitter at people's underscore pundit but again you just added up the best spot

00:14:24.180 people's pundit dot locals dot com keep your eyes peeled all throughout the weekend we'll be

00:14:28.340 jerking stuff on locals you know throughout the next few days so much to go over steve perfect

00:14:34.380 no it's not too early it's you've got to start doing this thing now strategically you've got to

00:14:38.700 start laying down some foundational elements thank you very much okay if you want to know why there's

00:16:21.320 next hour we're going to do tiktok i've got uh dave walsh going to join us the guardian's got a story

00:16:26.760 a some professors at george washington have done a study it's going to be in the harvard

00:16:32.480 environmental review which is the equivalent of the harvard business review except it's the

00:16:37.020 environmental side but it's kind of the railhead of where ideas like in business they start the

00:16:41.380 harvard business review then boston consulting group or booze allen or mckinsey pick them up and

00:16:46.400 the next thing you know uh they've infected the bacillus has infected your company there's an article up

00:16:52.240 about on climate change they're going to start the theories are going to start bringing homicide

00:16:56.960 charges homicide charges against all executives so it's a leech story in the guardian from the other

00:17:03.520 day dave walsh will be here russ vote is going to be this audience is doing such an incredible job

00:17:09.660 we're going to work out a program of how we're going to put pressure on people starting next week

00:17:14.180 already russ is going to be here to talk about the prioritization of payments remember the cash flow

00:17:19.900 coming in politico has a big story the hill has a big story it's a real thing russ is going to talk

00:17:24.920 about the process of how we actually get real cuts in this year to the budget we're getting

00:17:31.380 traction the conference down in orlando with the republicans and russ just wants to give us

00:17:34.940 uh an update so the next hour is going to be absolutely packed with everybody wants you to

00:17:39.800 to to stay tuned because we're going to finish friday big and then tomorrow we're going to go

00:17:44.480 pre-game on waco have a lot of analysis a lot of observations polling all of us president trump kicks

00:17:50.020 off with a massive rally in in waco texas mike davis uh you you've become i think one of the most not

00:17:58.460 just prominent voices but but voices of serious people that are looking at this today this afternoon

00:18:04.600 and this is why i'm so proud of war we refuse to take the bait and just cover this stuff non-stop

00:18:09.020 because i'm not going to take our audience's time to do it but if on msnbc particularly cnn's bad but

00:18:16.260 msnbc has lathered up it is a feeding frenzy mike and it it's it's alvin bragg and in the the making

00:18:22.880 excuses for you know why the why the grand jury hasn't died him now you got evan corcoran in the

00:18:28.280 in the mar-a-lago situation with christina bob feeding frenzy evan corcoran uh who's one of my

00:18:33.720 lawyers is over the over at the uh federal court today you've got now the j6 jack smith as we saw in

00:18:41.460 the cold open he's putting out subpoenas on i don't know 10 or 12 people around president trump

00:18:45.940 and you got fulton county and they're all lathered up about fulton county am i wrong davis you're the

00:18:51.560 lawyer here am i wrong but are they just is it a tell that we're putting up polling every day and

00:18:59.920 shows that biden is the bottom is falling out of their regime trump is on a roll he's putting

00:19:04.880 together a coalition this is not gateway pundit breitbart or war room it's cnn and harry enton and harry

00:19:10.920 enton is about as straight a shooter as you can get being with a liberal network that he's talking

00:19:15.780 about a working class uh middle class coalition of regardless ethnicity race um religion that he's

00:19:24.620 putting this together what they even said the democrats used to do in the old days is it now

00:19:29.480 obvious that they've weaponized the legal system that they they understand the only way to stop trump

00:19:35.720 in the trump movement is through lawfare sir that's 100 true and it's uh we we have the receipts it's

00:19:43.720 very clear you have this george soros funded manhattan da alvin bragg bringing bogus trumped up uh charges

00:19:53.700 against president trump up in new york uh based upon a settlement he president trump settled a nuisance

00:20:02.140 claim back in 2016 to make stormy daniels and go away uh it's pretty routine for wealthy businessmen

00:20:10.940 to make these claims go away uh this somehow has been turned uh from at best what could have been

00:20:18.140 somehow a misdemeanor which that's a stretch this alvin bragg has turned this into a potential felony

00:20:25.520 indictment against president trump seven years later i don't know how it's not beyond this the statute

00:20:30.300 of limitations it's a it's a crazy legal theory it's a legal theory that his very office the

00:20:37.200 manhattan da's office previously rejected at alvin bragg's insistence when alvin bragg worked for the

00:20:44.220 new york attorney general uh it's a theory that's been rejected by the manhattan u.s attorney's office

00:20:49.960 and it's been a theory of a federal election campaign finance violation theory that was rejected

00:20:56.400 by the federal election commission it is a completely bogus uh indictment that they're

00:21:02.020 looking at up in new york so that's backfiring badly on the democrats and so that's why you're

00:21:07.360 seeing these other two bogus investigations by fulton county georgia da democrat fanny willis

00:21:14.280 coming forward with this bull this bogus theory that somehow if president trump politically twisted

00:21:21.440 arms down in georgia on presidential electors that's somehow a crime that's not a crime that's

00:21:27.460 protected by the first amendment that is that is our political process it's an ugly process it's not

00:21:32.740 a pretty process it's protected by the first amendment it is not a crime to lobby uh elected officials to do

00:21:40.460 things for you that is protective he didn't threaten them with violence he didn't threaten their families

00:21:45.620 it is not a crime to twist political to twist political arms and then you have to look at what

00:21:51.720 jack smith is doing the special counsel garrett garland's hand selected special counsel he's

00:21:57.500 looking at two fronts he's looking at the mar-a-lago uh classified records in mar-a-lago we've

00:22:04.300 talked talked about this a lot since june that is a bogus investigation former any president of the

00:22:10.780 united states is allowed to take his presidential records when he leaves office classified or

00:22:15.600 not he took them to the office of former president mar-a-lago that is heavily guarded

00:22:20.240 by the secret service he gets secure compartment and information facilities or skiffs he gets

00:22:26.180 congressionally funded office space congressionally funded staff congressionally funded staff with

00:22:31.120 security clearances it is a bogus investigation and if they go after trump for having classified

00:22:36.780 records in mar-a-lago how do they not go after biden when he was the vice president who illegally

00:22:42.780 took uh then former uh then president obama's classified records and took them to several

00:22:48.840 different locations and there's evidence that hunter biden used this classified uh information

00:22:54.760 to secure to secure these illegal deals with chinese and and ukrainian oligarchs so they can't go 0.56

00:23:01.200 after trump on the records if they if they don't go after biden trump legally could take them as the

00:23:06.140 president uh former vice president joe biden could not and so then we're looking at his last front and

00:23:11.320 that's the january 6th where oh hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on before you get to january 6th

00:23:16.840 in the in the in that day new york to get from some bookkeeping misdemeanor to a felony

00:23:23.080 fulton county in mar-a-lago i keep hearing the c-word they're talking about conspiracy

00:23:28.820 is it not true sir when you can't really put a crime that they then fall back on some conspiracy

00:23:34.880 all three of them are talking conspiracy now the c-word isn't a fact mike davis then when they

00:23:40.760 don't have a crime or can't prove a crime they got to go to the process crime of conspiracy sir

00:23:45.700 of course that they they know they don't have a substantive crime to charge here so they're going

00:23:50.180 to try to look at a process crime a bogus process crime like conspiracy the crime that they're looking

00:23:57.000 at is that president trump's attorney they shoved an affidavit and affidavit in front of him when they

00:24:03.240 did their illegal unconstitutional unprecedented home raid on a former president uh which they're

00:24:09.340 not allowed to do because he had the right to have these records so they went to this biased magistrate

00:24:13.060 judge bruce reinhardt who had just recused from president trump's civil lawsuit because he he knew

00:24:18.700 he was biased based upon his facebook post attacking president trump they they go down and do this

00:24:24.720 illegal home raid they shove an affidavit in that and during the chaos of the home raid they shove an

00:24:29.720 affidavit in front of one of president trump's attorneys he signs it apparently to the best of

00:24:34.220 his knowledge now they're trying to say that it's obstruction of justice because they found

00:24:38.340 class these classified documents in mar-a-lago after this attorney signed this affidavit well

00:24:43.660 president trump was allowed to have these documents under the presidential records act

00:24:47.600 and you have to also look there's an olc office of legal counsel olc opinion at the justice

00:24:53.260 department during the molar probe back in 2000 i think it was 2019 you could not that the justice

00:24:59.980 department is bound by this legal opinion you could not generally charge obstruction of justice

00:25:05.380 uh when you're when you're when you have people who allegedly obstruct justice on investigations of

00:25:11.460 non-crimes if it's not a crime that you're investigating you can't obstruct justice uh on that

00:25:17.100 investigation so they need to go back and look at that olc opinion and even if you have an honest

00:25:21.820 mistake by an attorney that doesn't make it a crime that doesn't make it an obstruction of justice

00:25:26.040 and compare what they're doing go ahead no no go ahead go ahead sir i was going to say compare what

00:25:32.760 they did on the compare what the biden justice department did on trump's classified records which

00:25:38.860 he's allowed to have under the presidential records act versus what they did on biden's classified

00:25:44.080 records which is espionage he was absolutely not allowed to have them in three different locations

00:25:49.680 or four different locations on under anything it's an espionage violation so what what did the biden

00:25:55.080 justice department do instead of sending in a home raid and putting affidavits in front of

00:25:59.720 uh biden's attorneys and putting him in into an obstruction trap they kept it quiet they covered it up for

00:26:06.480 two months they didn't do a damn thing about it and then after biden's attorneys are making we're doing

00:26:11.580 they had these this sweetheart deal where biden's attorneys are searching these different locations

00:26:15.980 when biden's attorneys represent it to the justice department that all the classified records have

00:26:21.680 been turned over remember they sent in the fbi and found more so how is that not obstruction of

00:26:26.940 justice for biden's attorneys to make these representations uh to the biden justice department

00:26:32.060 with the time we got left how how how tough will it be to defend the executive privilege here that's

00:26:39.220 got to go to appellate court will that go up to the supreme court around this inner circle of

00:26:42.860 president trump for the j6 situation i'll make this quick so the jack smith that this the second

00:26:48.260 thing he's investigating is president trump objecting to the presidential election uh well guess what

00:26:54.060 that's allowed that is specifically allowed if it if it's illegal to object object to presidential

00:26:59.660 elections the democrats would be in jail for president nixon in 2000 or excuse me 1969 2001 2005 with

00:27:07.860 bush 43 twice trump they objected in 2017 it is not illegal to object to presidential elections it's

00:27:15.220 only illegal to to object to presidential elections in third world marxist hellholes and what they're 1.00

00:27:20.540 trying to do is use president trump's objection to this election to go after trump to go after his top

00:27:26.580 aides to go after his supporters right and so what we've we've had for 250 years is executive

00:27:31.900 privilege presidents can get candid advice from their advisors uh and they don't have to worry about

00:27:37.300 being held before grand juries

00:27:38.420 mike just just mike just hang on for one second i just want to bring you back and act about ask about

00:27:46.380 the electoral count act of 1887 a uh statute that dr navarro and i know well short commercial break

00:29:27.120 public sq.com that's public sq.com here's your host steven k band

00:29:34.380 okay welcome back uh mike davis to think the electoral count out of 1887 which was one of the

00:29:44.100 the thing that that that uh laid out the process for sending uh the electors or the the sending it

00:29:52.040 back to the state legislatures which said they wanted it for them to review um is it um that got

00:29:59.160 changed in the middle of the night correct it did it got included in an omnibus bill

00:30:04.260 in the middle of the night so so they never bring that up do they well i don't know if there would

00:30:12.600 have been the support to pass it if it didn't get jammed into an omnibus bill right it was it was

00:30:17.640 stuffed in right like you was that not the governing was that not the governing document of the time was

00:30:24.520 that not the governing statute of how uh pence and everyone was supposed to to to conduct themselves

00:30:30.960 through procedures laid out in that sir well sure i mean it was that's that's it was after there

00:30:35.820 were several dispute there was a disputed election and several close elections back in the late 1800s

00:30:41.720 and the whole point of the electoral count act of 1887 was to have a process to resolve these

00:30:47.820 disputes you didn't have to go weeks and weeks and weeks and not have a president decided so that

00:30:52.420 was the whole point of this thing uh and so when you make objections under the electoral count of

00:30:57.960 1887 that's permitted by law that's the whole point i mean that when people say that president

00:31:03.140 trump is they're investigating him for illegally objecting to the presidential election he's

00:31:07.820 following this statute it's the electoral count of 1887 how is it a crime to follow the procedures

00:31:14.020 and process in this statute what they're trying to do is they're trying to take a riot they got out of

00:31:20.400 control on january 6 people got out of control on january 6 they're trying to turn that somehow into an

00:31:26.820 insurrection because apparently insurrectionists get to a senate floor and take selfies and walk out

00:31:32.460 peacefully and they don't burn the damn place down that's you know only the horn man insurrections 0.75

00:31:36.960 where they take selfies and and walk out peacefully and then they're trying to they're trying to use this

00:31:42.740 to disqualify trump they're trying to say because he tried to object to the presidential election

00:31:48.140 lawfully under the electoral count act of 1887 he's an insurrectionist and he should be banned from running

00:31:53.960 from office and he should be disqualified because at the end of the day they they are terrified to run

00:31:59.160 against president trump again because they learned the hard way uh that that president trump can

00:32:05.100 actually surprise people and win presidential elections mike davis how do people find you on

00:32:11.300 social media and what is your website sir sure it's article three project.org article number three

00:32:16.320 project.org at article three project at article number three project and my personal on getter

00:32:22.580 twitter truth is at mrd dmia mrd dmian thank you steve thank you mike thanks for the update

00:32:31.680 peter you know it kills me to take that much time on this and and and not have you talk about capital

00:32:37.740 markets but i think it's it's it's got to be done and remember the electoral count on 1887

00:32:42.220 kept the state legislatures at the heart of it because that's what the constitution says and this

00:32:47.960 is all going to be fought on peter there's no doubt in your mind when you i want your uh observations

00:32:52.860 not just on richard barris but richard barris combined with harry anten over at cnn about the populist

00:32:58.040 coalition with these policies that president trump is putting together the only way they're going to

00:33:03.160 stop him navarro is if they somehow uh not just an indictment is somehow they legally uh do some

00:33:10.400 jujitsu here and game disqualified is there any doubt in your mind about that dr peter navar

00:33:15.660 uh no steven and the one thing i would say about the electoral count act uh elimination in that

00:33:25.440 fly by night bill is it really underscores how legal how absolutely legal what the president did

00:33:33.620 was in january of 2021 to try to get a a fair count of the votes the fact that they took it out is kind

00:33:44.480 of tells the lie and for me that's the buried lead there the thing that i would like to see from

00:33:49.480 barris i love that guy he does such thorough work i'd love to see the numbers in the battleground states

00:33:55.780 as opposed to the whole sample because uh this whole notion of what maga is what make america great

00:34:03.160 uh again means is simply you know i describe it as the iron triangle of of populist economic

00:34:10.360 nationalism it's first and foremost a strong manufacturing base through fair trade and things

00:34:17.420 like tariffs um but it's also the secure borders which protect particular black brown and blue collar

00:34:23.880 americans and then the end to endless wars uh whereby it's the fodder it's the it's the it's the

00:34:30.520 working class people the lao bai jing of america the russian serfs of america who basically the ones 0.94

00:34:38.220 who are sent over to the hindu kush to have their arms uh shot off or blown off um and that's where 0.51

00:34:45.980 this base of support for donald trump comes people in america understand at a gut level as we breathe

00:34:53.600 through our mouths that donald trump is the person who will bring that home and and for me

00:35:00.060 de santos that guy's a total cipher to me he's he he knows as far as i know nothing about the trade

00:35:08.820 issue he's done some cute things on the secure border issue but it's not clear to me where he stands on

00:35:14.420 that and uh finally carlson flushed him out a little bit on the ukraine thing but i think he kind of did a

00:35:22.200 pullback from that so he's an endless war kind of uh globalist kind of guy backed by all the people

00:35:28.420 uh that you and i know um are out to get uh this country into a managed decline so those polling

00:35:35.620 numbers make absolute sense to me uh steve donald trump is a heart and soul of deplorable mega

00:35:43.660 america and noted but one last thing noted joe biden not domestic extremists were were salty the earth

00:35:51.240 people blue-collar people all we want to do is is is god country and family that's what we put first

00:35:58.540 uh not critical race all that crap that you guys feel democratic it's the democratic coalition in the

00:36:05.400 old days yes uh real quick yeah biden's at 38 percent today by the associated press is 38 percent

00:36:11.120 uh you were the first guy to call the bear market in the in equities that's happened yes you were the

00:36:16.880 first guy to call that's not transitory inflation it's going to be dumpster fire inflation what is

00:36:21.100 your assessment going forward the swiss today blame us for the banking system credit suisse is

00:36:25.600 our fault deutsche bank is going to be our fault the the the they're put a hundred what 160 billion

00:36:32.240 dollars of cash into the system last week keep the banks up that's all deplorables money what's

00:36:37.520 your assessment and how bad is it going to get for joe biden well it's going to get bad for joe biden

00:36:43.380 it's going to get bad for the rest of us here's what you can count on you can count on inflation

00:36:49.560 continuing to erode uh the real wages and income of middle class and blue-collar america take that

00:36:57.280 to the bank inflation is out of control and the events that have just happened um have led that let

00:37:04.160 me let me explain quickly that what you look at it from an economist point of view what the bank

00:37:11.340 crisis has done is send a contractionary monetary policy shock through the system because it's it's

00:37:22.180 it's tight reserves and pulled cash out everywhere and so what what in knee-jerk fashion the central

00:37:28.880 banks around the world led by powell have done is to stop in their tracks any attempts to further

00:37:36.060 control inflation through a rising interest rate regime so effectively what the bank crisis has done

00:37:43.980 is put the war on inflation on hold at a time when it's spinning out of control and so when you see

00:37:52.040 for example the the stock market have bullish slight yeah bullish days slightly one like it had today

00:37:58.760 that's not about stock prices going up on an expectation of higher earnings it's rather that just

00:38:05.640 there's more money in the system pushing stock prices up and so there will be and i there has been a bear

00:38:13.140 market in equities primarily steve in the end because inflation is eroding the real earnings of

00:38:22.140 corporations and it is that which determines stock prices so all of this um is very bearish uh people

00:38:30.700 need to understand this macro stuff it's not as complicated as you think i tried to present it on

00:38:36.940 the war room and the war room college here um as simple as it can be without dumbing it down but

00:38:43.220 that's where we stand steve but here's but here's what we do we're going to announce right now let's go

00:38:48.620 and do it the college of the war room the very first course by dr peter navarro it's a 10 part series

00:38:54.760 i think 20 bucks uh how did they get there i want everybody to take this because you need to

00:39:01.840 and some of the stuff you may not understand but we'll explain it as we go through it's now time

00:39:06.580 for everybody in the country once the working class understand macroeconomics the country will change 0.99

00:39:12.540 right once they understand the interconnectivity how do people get to your your lecture series that

00:39:18.040 you've put together yeah i'll make this real easy for folks there's this the course itself is

00:39:23.220 strategic macroeconomics for business and investing it's an online course with beautiful

00:39:28.820 production values i taught for more than 20 years at the university of california irvine at the

00:39:34.580 business school what we're going to do is get it up on the war room website with a link i'm going to

00:39:40.140 do a sub stack at peter navarro dot sub stack dot com peter navarro dot sub stack dot com

00:39:46.620 that i'll release later today get it up on getter twitter and truth and you'll be able

00:39:53.080 to uh to click a link um and get it at a discount because you're the war room posse but but what i

00:40:00.400 preach is improving your economic and financial market literacy particularly in these kinds of times

00:40:08.060 because even if you don't have a big investment portfolio it still helps you make decisions about

00:40:14.340 your role and participation in the labor market and if you do have a 401k which already is down to a

00:40:20.500 201k you can figure out ways to uh to figure that out and i you know this goes hand in hand with hang

00:40:27.320 on let me give you a plug here's the most this goes hand in hand with with with your your gold

00:40:32.180 and your three volume series on the decline of the dollar because philip patrick and birch gold

00:40:39.320 um offer uh you know i don't recommend anything i'm not a financial advisor but it inflation uh

00:40:46.820 one of the great edges is precious but hang on but hang on but this this is what the most important

00:40:51.800 thing the issues before the country i got russ vote on the next hour as we've told you and i'm so proud

00:40:57.740 of of uh of cortez and navarro uh and dave bratt and philip patrick and russ vote there are no easy

00:41:05.820 decisions in front of us don't even president are coming and wave some magic wand right this this is as hard

00:41:11.580 as navarro and all of us fought for the for the policies that led to the great year of 2019

00:41:17.700 that the ccp realized they had to take this guy out it's 10 times harder now because of what the 1.00

00:41:23.200 biden regime's done what we want and what we need and what the country needs is a working class electorate

00:41:30.140 that is up to speed on the nomenclature process and uh statics and dynamics of macroeconomics

00:41:37.100 once you understand this it's going to be a sea change and how people vote and how you compare

00:41:42.420 policies when come when you hear these other candidates start to pitch you ideas you said

00:41:45.880 they go wait hang on for a second i'm not so sure that that that lines up that's where we're doing

00:41:50.700 this dr navarro's done it it's going to be absolutely incredible we'll have the links up later

00:41:54.880 peter how do people get to your substack how they get to all your different content

00:41:59.240 yeah peter navarro.substack.com peter navarro.substack.com it's really going to be the hub

00:42:25.520 uh subscribe it's free to subscribe um there's a paid one but if you want to just go on free that's

00:42:31.240 cool with me uh but i what i'm trying to do steve what i spent my career doing is try to explain

00:42:36.800 to people how to protect themselves and grow their businesses by understanding simple macro

00:42:43.700 economics uh and get green financial market literacy and if there ever was a time to do that

00:42:49.740 um now's the time and i salute you steve for the pamphlets you've been putting out as well

00:42:54.520 they're very timely i but by the way when stephanie pomboy was on today as smart and she's one of the 1.00

00:43:01.960 best when she was going through i was so proud of the fact that she was using terms and terminology

00:43:06.460 that knew this audience understood because we've been talking about it for the last couple of years

00:45:42.700 for this year also we're going to go through all the legal i don't want to spend too much time on the

00:45:46.220 legal because it upsets me no end we know what they're doing it has nothing to do with the law has nothing

00:45:51.180 to do with these cases it's all something because the power of his ideas right is now getting more

00:45:57.900 traction particularly as you see the the alternative um one thing we're trying to do here is we go back

00:46:02.700 to my c-spac speech the convergence of the geopolitical and national security of the military

00:47:15.300 stop this if you don't stop the spending you're not going to stop the inflation if you don't stop the

00:47:19.540 inflation these bonds are going to continue to get hammered the bonds continue to get hammered you're going to

00:47:23.580 have these banks getting the the the bottom blown out of them in this continuing banking crisis which

00:47:29.400 is going to have contagion it's going to spread to the economy so make sure you go to birchgold.com

00:47:47.780 this shows to give you access to tools and access to information boris now joins us boris

00:47:53.540 baris has got polling that came out star of the show he's got president trump up for over biden

00:47:59.100 he's got uh harry enton of cnn we uh we did the clip that harry enton's got uh president trump

00:48:05.780 leading de santis and people to make less than fifty thousand dollars which is the great vast

00:48:11.820 majority of the republican voting base he's got a 32 point lead over ron de santis give us a minute or two

00:48:18.160 your thoughts on the polling and then i want to ask you on the latest on the legal side sir

00:48:22.300 steve honored to be with you honored to be with the posse today it's been a great week a week of

00:48:27.820 fights a week of battle and as we go into the sabbath and the weekend i am honored to report

00:48:33.300 that president trump and halvard harris left of center polling is up 26 points 26 points on the

00:48:40.480 florida government 50 to 24 and that's president trump being up four since the last poll he was at

00:48:46.320 46 in february so president trump continuing to take off in all polling and why is it it's a

00:48:52.020 combination of two things steve it's a combination of president trump's continued strength continued

00:48:57.160 strength in fighting weaponization continued strength on policy continued strength on standing

00:49:02.860 with the american people his speech at cpaq his trip to iowa his trip to east palestine that's that's

00:49:08.860 number one president trump's continued strength and and dominance and number two the fact that the

00:49:13.760 florida governor has absolutely exposed himself to be what the new york times call them today a bush

00:49:18.200 cheney republican somebody who's just typical establishment somebody who'll flip-flop on

00:49:22.880 advantages like she did with ukraine a couple days ago and someone who truly doesn't have any answers

00:49:27.680 to why she she may or may not want to or may not want to or may want to or may maybe think about

00:49:33.520 running for president ron the sanctimonious that president trump aptly calls him is somebody who

00:49:40.560 may may have a god complex but he has absolutely no reason and he has absolutely no pitch to the

00:49:46.180 american people for why he should be the one opposing president trump all republicans have to come together

00:49:51.340 behind president donald j trump and let's go and defeat joe biden and that is exactly what is

00:49:56.500 happening you see that at every poll from from political morning consults to harvard harris to

00:50:01.860 precision insights every single poll all the left of center are showing president trump more than

00:50:08.600 doubling up the next pretender and that is the florida governor we we had mike davis on here for a

00:50:16.640 whole segment and then some about about this the big tell is they see the bottom falling out of biden

00:50:22.620 it's 38 it's going to get lower the economy's a mess the swiss are blaming us for the banking system 0.54

00:50:27.820 collapse and the german now deutsche bank this massive bank is it's got problems the whole thing

00:50:32.840 is upside down and yet they're going after president trump from every different angle is that not a tell

00:50:38.040 they understand they understand the power of his ideas the power of his coalition the pat and how

00:50:43.480 disastrous the illegitimate regime's been that they got to stop trump with some something cooked up some

00:50:48.660 legal thing they cook up sir they're they're petrified of president trump they're petrified of maddena

00:50:53.440 they're petrified of the war room posse and they're petrified of the fact that president trump stands

00:50:57.960 against the establishment against the uniparty and against the chinese communist party which is

00:51:03.540 the absolute sugar daddy of so many of these rhino globalist donors who are trying to cook up a 0.83

00:51:09.960 challenge to president trump but are absolutely failing and if you look at what happened this week

00:51:14.420 that what was proven once and for all is that all of these hoaxes are totally fake the fact that the

00:51:20.180 manhattan ta is now having deep chaos internally deep chaos between themselves and the grand jury

00:51:26.000 shows that not just that fake case because there there's no error no misdemeanor no crime no case

00:51:32.500 but all of these hoaxes in our planet the everything that the court quote special is looking at the

00:51:38.600 the fake case of the new york ag all of these are cooked up they're all absolute witchcraft and they're

00:51:45.440 all falling apart and causing a further rallying effect against president further rallying effect 0.91

00:51:51.300 behind president donald jade trump and against the woke radical lunatic persecutors
