Bannon's War Room - Episode 2613： Trump Rallies Against The Deepstate In Texas

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.000 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.600 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.360 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:23.940 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.760 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.680 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:46.860 today former president donald trump heads to waco texas for his first official 2024 presidential

00:00:58.680 campaign rally and this is as manhattan da alvin bragg postpones trump's grand jury session into

00:01:04.500 potential hush payments creating speculation about the weakness of his case here to react

00:01:10.060 john mcinty is former director of white house presidential personnel office and the ceo

00:01:14.960 of the right stuff dating app which we're going to be talking about here in just a moment

00:01:19.040 on fox news but first let's get to this trump rally as we don't know what's happening in new

00:01:24.240 york anymore is it or is it not going to happen with this indictment uh what's your reaction my

00:01:29.100 reaction is that the president's probably going to come out swinging i think every attack we saw

00:01:34.060 over the last seven years has only made him stronger and i think this is becoming a rallying cry for

00:01:39.880 not just conservatives but everyday americans who see him as the symbol and them attacking him as

00:01:45.760 you know attacking themselves so i think people are going to rally behind him i think this is all

00:01:49.660 going to backfire and um god forbid something does happen i think it'll work in his favor yeah i mean

00:01:54.640 we've seen that in the polling numbers they've gone up recently as he's as the threat of indictment

00:01:59.800 has loomed right yeah and i think um with the left you know you saw them always accusing trump

00:02:05.800 of undermining faith in our institutions but that's exactly what they do i think that's what

00:02:10.980 they're doing by weaponizing the justice department and i think people are sick of it

00:02:15.020 yeah conservatives are worried about it i think liberals they just they they make a real effort

00:02:21.020 not to understand the trump voter and um you know it's like oh de santa is going to be great because

00:02:28.260 he's it's trumpism without trump and i think they're like why would we want a tribute band

00:02:34.000 when the actual band is still playing

00:02:39.700 i agree 100 i guess de santa's can fill a room but he can fill it with the kind of energy you want

00:02:46.860 to then leave the room like he's he does not have the warmth but on top of it the thing that so i went

00:02:52.900 back a couple weeks ago do you guys remember the first debate in 2015 it's august 2015 right and so

00:02:59.980 the republic everybody's like what what the hell is about to happen so they did the junior debate first

00:03:03.800 it was the seven republicans who didn't get to like five percent then they bring them all out

00:03:08.300 it's ten guys the first question to all ten of them was who will raise their hand and say that they

00:03:15.940 won't support the nominee no matter who it is trump raises his hand and the crowd boos

00:03:21.720 they i mean a lusty boo and it's like watching the the five seconds before pompey goes off before the

00:03:30.180 is there anyone on stage and can i see hands who is unwilling tonight to pledge your support to the

00:03:38.300 eventual nominee of the republican party and pledge to not run an independent campaign against that

00:03:45.960 person again we're looking for you to raise your hand now raise your hand now if you won't make that

00:03:52.500 pledge tonight mr trump so mr trump to be clear you're standing on a republican primary i fully understand

00:04:06.420 what then happens is they're booing and trump not a word gives a gesture he gives the trump face which

00:04:12.740 is like i'm kidding me these jokers around me and you can actually hear the crowd turn from a boo to a

00:04:18.340 to a shriek of joy because he's the transgressor he's johnny rotten of the republican party you will 0.70

00:04:24.660 not find anybody who delivers for those guys better than him he's a place where the rnc will give the

00:04:30.240 nominee the nod i fully understand and that experts say an independent run would almost certainly hand

00:04:36.540 the race over to democrats and likely another clinton you can't say tonight that you can make

00:04:42.460 that pledge i cannot say i have to respect the person that if it's not me the person that wins

00:04:48.460 if i do win and i'm leading by quite a bit uh that's what i want to do i can totally make that

00:04:53.520 pledge if i'm the nominee i will pledge i would not run as an independent but uh and i am discussing

00:05:00.020 it with everybody but i'm you know talking about a lot of leverage we want to win and we will win

00:05:06.180 but i want to win as the republican i want to run as the republican nominee that's why there's a

00:05:12.020 certain click in high school and you don't understand why are they the cool kids they have confidence

00:05:16.680 and the rest of us are insecure obvious so do the numbers back this up this regular people argument

00:05:23.840 you know if ron de santis was doing as well with voters who make less than fifty thousand dollars a

00:05:30.000 year as he is with voters making over fifty thousand dollars a year this race would be tied

00:05:34.420 between him and donald trump but in fact what we see is that ron de santis has a major problem among

00:05:39.940 republicans who make less than fifty thousand dollars a year i mean you can see it on your slide right

00:05:43.740 there he is down by nearly 30 points that donald trump among voters who make less gop voters who make less

00:05:49.480 than fifty thousand dollars a year and that's the reason why he's trailing in the primary so his clip

00:05:53.540 doesn't make all that much sense to me to be honest with you aaron all right so hold this up for one

00:05:57.300 more second just as i set up the next question so you see that um donald trump is doing much better

00:06:02.740 right with this group under fifty thousand dollars is that the same way it was for trump uh in the last

00:06:09.360 cycles yeah if you look back at 2016 you know there was this whole idea that donald trump ran this

00:06:14.540 populist campaign right and he was doing well among you know the quote-unquote his quote poorly

00:06:19.740 educated people but in fact there was no real gap on income he did about as well with voters who made

00:06:25.640 less than fifty thousand dollars as he did with those making more than fifty thousand dollars so

00:06:29.940 this year we've seen this income gap really grow and this trump populist campaign really seemed to

00:06:34.680 take off okay so that which is very interesting because and you're talking about things with trump

00:06:39.240 taking off right the context everyone's hearing about is all this legal issue and is that going to put

00:06:43.420 you know take all the bloom off the rose such that there was any left but you're talking about

00:06:48.280 not just income but also a coalition that appears to be coming together for trump yes that democrats

00:06:54.900 would actually like yeah it's very interesting in a republican primary the two groups who donald trump

00:06:59.760 is doing very well well amongst are white voters making under fifty thousand dollars he has a double

00:07:04.740 digit advantage with them as well as non-white voters this is the type of coalition that democrats would

00:07:10.340 love to have in a general election and what we're in fact seeing is that in this republican primary

00:07:14.840 donald trump is doing what democrats would love to have and what they used to have but donald trump is

00:07:19.720 doing themself they're doing stuff with of course but i should note with the gop primary and that's

00:07:24.380 not a high minority group no but they still make up nearly 20 percent of the gop electorate which is

00:07:30.000 important okay so so people who might say okay harry but it's important 20 percent significant thanks

00:07:34.600 okay it's saturday 25 march year of our lord 2023 by the way as we put these together in the morning

00:07:42.720 that is not on denver our our our uh distribution partners are real america's voice the f-bomb was 0.54

00:07:49.480 was a miss on our part for the audience you know close the ears the kids but it was quite a telling

00:07:55.320 there um very important here's what's happening we're going to talk about waco we're talking about

00:08:00.860 politics we're going to talk about polling the bank crisis the financial crisis geopolitics all

00:08:05.260 of it we're going to get into all of it today um for the next two hours it's it's the kickoff to the

00:08:10.520 waco weekend also john ferricks i think we're trying to track him down uh to talk about east palestine

00:08:15.940 our big two-day special out there in east palestine with real america's voice in the entire team

00:08:20.840 uh politico uh has a story about the um and remember politico and nbc news two huge stories

00:08:29.860 breaking this morning the lead on politico and the lead on the nbc not msnbc nbc news site

00:08:36.040 by jonathan allen and the great team they got over there uh these two stories uh the politico story

00:08:42.080 is about uh the beer track and the wine track in the republican party and they're saying trump just so

00:08:49.180 dominates the beer track which are um you know um people making under fifty thousand dollars a year

00:08:55.740 they call them uneducated we call them very educated because it's the war room posse and this

00:09:00.640 is the most complicated show in all media throughout the world and you guys love it and just want more

00:09:05.660 and more information um trump's dominating in that and then nbc has got the tell because it's a meeting

00:09:16.540 they had i think yesterday or thursday and it's uh of big donors in the 16 major people around the

00:09:24.180 the desantis effort and it's basically failure to launch in the book tour let's be brutally frank

00:09:31.540 here the the the it's just not you step up on the big stage you're either ready or you're not

00:09:35.920 you saw donald trump right there and the bill maher we actually cut did the cuts back to that first

00:09:40.960 debate he was ready from the get-go that's the very first debate and we're trying to cut right now

00:09:44.940 the megan kelly where megan kelly tried to kneecap him moments later and people got to understand

00:09:50.740 when you're on live stage with the whole world watching you and they're tossing these things up

00:09:55.400 you got to be on it you got to be quick look at that trump right there trump uh was calm cool collected

00:10:02.100 had a great great answer right for will you support the republic nominee and the key thing there is the

00:10:09.860 is the big lusty boo when he first said it and then he gave his his reason for it turns to cheers

00:10:16.620 okay uh we got a lot to go through today including the reality of this primary and you know i want to

00:10:23.760 tell all of trump's enemies because we know the producers all these other shows watch this and the

00:10:30.340 ccp intelligence watch it because we trash them every day and uh law enforcement all of it suck on this 0.91

00:10:36.840 your efforts because you can't beat him at the polls we you can't beat him at the ballot box we know 0.98

00:10:43.340 that because you didn't beat him in 2020 trump won okay trump won suck on that we know trump won 0.61

00:10:50.620 didn't close but he won he's going to run the tables this time because the nation the bottom's falling

00:10:58.840 out of everything the convergence of the geopolitical military crisis and the global financial crisis brought

00:11:04.820 on a created crisis by our elites particularly the illegitimate figurehead they have at 1600

00:11:12.160 pennsylvania avenue the worse it gets the better trump does and right now all you've got you couldn't prove

00:11:18.740 any crime so now you got you're doing conspiracies conspiracy in new york a conspiracy in uh in georgia

00:11:25.240 a conspiracy in mar-a-lago and a conspiracy at the j6 you got nothing zero zip and all it's doing

00:11:33.460 is galvanizing the american people around president donald j trump i want to bring in liz harrington

00:11:38.960 senior communication strategist for the president liz uh just give me your assessment of our open bill

00:11:45.780 and bill maher says you know why do you want to have a tribute ban when you got the real thing and

00:11:51.160 that liberals don't understand and the republican rhinos don't understand the trump voter ma'am 0.92

00:11:55.600 well they never have and actually i think they don't want to understand them because they don't like

00:12:01.820 them they they actually have disdain for the average american they don't want regular americans to be

00:12:07.840 able to choose who leads them because guess what they'd never choose them they would not choose

00:12:13.640 these feckless awful so-called ruling class elites and they're nothing of the kind and i think what we're

00:12:22.000 seeing is that realization come to this donor class you know whatever assurances they had tried to give

00:12:29.620 ron de santis you know don't worry about it stay out until we'll take care of trump the indictments

00:12:34.860 will come well now there's a recalibration going because they realize whatever sham charges they try

00:12:40.800 to bring up it's going to backfire like it has for the past seven years and he'll only get stronger

00:12:47.980 and the people are going to rally around president trump like we've never seen before today in waco

00:12:54.300 i mean this is just the beginning and more and more people see it they see the ruling class showing

00:13:00.420 their true colors they've had enough of it and once you have the real thing i think this is the key of

00:13:06.160 president trump's success i mean we haven't been used to it before president trump came along because

00:13:10.880 we haven't had it in so long it's been decades since we had a real true leader who actually has

00:13:17.080 integrity who's the same no matter the audience no matter if he's in private or public he's true to

00:13:23.700 what he believes and he delivers on those beliefs and convictions that's true leadership that's what

00:13:29.600 america needs it's common sense and once you get that you're not going back you're not going to go back

00:13:36.060 to the same old finger in the wind you know consultant class telling these candidates what to do

00:13:42.620 because frankly they have no integrity and everything they do is a lie because they don't

00:13:46.940 actually believe in it and it changes all the time so the people are smart you know you nailed it too

00:13:52.600 steve when he said this audience is smart oh the so-called uneducated no they're actually the most

00:13:57.940 educated because they have the most common sense and they make this country run they they know who

00:14:04.000 president trump is he knows who they are exactly yeah they're it's on it's on their shoulders liz hang on

00:14:09.900 we want to keep you for the next block john frederick is also going to join us i want to

00:14:13.240 the buried lead there is what bill maher so i know he's he's not a trump fan and mostly on his

00:14:20.300 but he's a smart guy he said they have confidence and what i would say is we got the swagger back

00:14:26.540 you know where it came when donald j trump went to east palestine ohio and then started putting out

00:14:32.600 these policy videos that separates him from the controlled opposition running against him okay short

00:14:38.580 commercial break john fredericks liz harrington next in the war room

00:14:43.400 in my younger days i was a naval officer on a destroyer in fact i was the a gang officer

00:17:15.300 want to tee it up i got frederick's here but i want to tee up when liz comes back

00:17:18.160 because and i want to say this again you are

00:17:22.880 first off we're probably the largest audience in the world when you add it all up globally

00:17:28.480 but its size doesn't matter in this regard it's punch and and you are activists this is the activist

00:17:36.080 show right the human agency show and we cover complex um issues and we don't dumb them down

00:17:45.800 we we had stephanie pomboy on yesterday who's fantastic her first appearance here she's one 0.82

00:17:51.420 of the top macro she runs macro mavens one of the top macro strategist in the world on fox all the time

00:17:57.900 cnbc all the time and she was a little hesitant to use like the greenspan put the types of things

00:18:03.580 inverted yield curve the types of things that you this audience now knows or is getting comfortable

00:18:08.220 with over the last couple of years russ vote the same way russ i'm gonna play some clips on last

00:18:14.120 night russ uh is is amazed by the punch this audience has and how important this audience is

00:18:20.340 to drive the conversation to drive the narrative to drive um you know policy in particularly this in

00:18:28.420 russ's case we got to stop the spending it's the um the prioritization of payments right to just take

00:18:34.820 the cash as it comes in pair never default on the debt and force these guys to have massive cuts to

00:18:39.860 the federal budget today uh the guardian politico and nbc news and if you had to throw the you know

00:18:50.580 those are three of the top six or seven you had though the ft the wall street journal the new york times

00:18:54.760 and wapo okay those are the other four but you had these three politico the guardian guardians out of

00:19:00.160 out of um manchester originally but it's the uk now i would guess the most that's the most progressive

00:19:06.900 newspaper in the world best edited you've got the politico owned by the germans now but still the the 0.83

00:19:13.060 the go-to for politics although totally left-wing and of course nbc news the guardian i think dave smith

00:19:20.620 wrote it trump hater i got it up on getter right now if you're gonna say trump hater

00:19:25.180 it's it's saying trump lives rent-free in americans heads boom just they're throwing in the towel saying

00:19:32.340 okay you can't this guy's a phenomenon uh politico trump and versus de santis de santis got the wine

00:19:40.640 track the white wine track trump's got the beer track beer track is like 80 of the votes

00:19:45.960 um then you've got the nbc which is the biggest tell of all and this is a brutal article and it is

00:19:53.260 incredibly well sourced and it's written by real people john allen jonathan allen over there i think

00:19:58.900 on the left is one of the he's like a jonathan swan these are these are old school good reporters

00:20:04.240 well sourced that is a brutal story ladies and gentlemen because that is the inner sanctum

00:20:09.420 of the de santis operation and they understand something we've been saying there's a failure to launch

00:20:14.860 on this book tour didn't happen numbers went in reverse number one he didn't own the material

00:20:21.640 for instance on ukraine and other things we're gonna get to that in a second with liz

00:20:26.560 what bill maher said is that they got the they got confidence like the cool kid the cool kids table

00:20:33.720 they have confidence i call it swagger we didn't really have swagger when he launched november we got

00:20:39.600 swagger now and the more you put pressure on trump the more you try to encircle him he's the best

00:20:46.380 counter puncher in the world you can tell his back's up and we're rolling right now john fredericks the

00:20:52.860 inflection point brother for donald trump's uh 2024 presidential campaign was east palestine ohio going

00:21:00.080 out there we're going to be there this week talk about that talk about how that was an inflection point

00:21:04.560 for trump that that and doing these every day these short two-minute policy videos because

00:21:11.740 once you see the policy video you go back and look at nicki haley or tim scott or ron de santis and what

00:21:17.140 you see is same old same old trump comes at it from a populist nationalist perspective right totally

00:21:23.920 different uh john fredericks the importance of east palestine ohio in the 2024 presidential race sir

00:21:31.880 going to east palestine president trump basically launched his presidential campaign for 2024 and

00:21:41.860 what it demonstrated is basically the difference in depth of our movement and everybody else everybody

00:21:47.800 else was afraid to go there they were scared of what the media would say they didn't care about

00:21:51.900 the people once again president trump went there and said to working people you called them what

00:21:58.900 the beer set the chips and beer set he went there and he said hey i got your back just like i had

00:22:05.080 your back in 2008 i've got you i've got this this reignited his campaign this has been the catalyst

00:22:12.240 and i tell you what these videos are and i'll get the east palestine in a minute you nailed it because

00:22:16.780 he's doing these videos these are policy and they're in great detail and the absolute veracity of

00:22:23.560 those steve and the depth of them as compared to these empty suit vacuous uh you know pansy statements

00:22:31.160 being made by these people yeah contrast to you know that to desantis's of uh tour with the book tour

00:22:38.040 which has been a total bomb his polls numbers are tanking peers at morgan people are saying hey i got

00:22:44.520 to get back to the real deal liz harrington said something the other day on my show nailed it she said

00:22:49.960 the problem is now that our base is accustomed to the authenticity of donald trump they see right

00:22:59.180 through the nonsense that's why desantis's press conference on money was such a disaster maybe

00:23:04.140 seven years ago that wouldn't have mattered now it's like no we know what the real thing is

00:23:09.600 that ain't it ron that's why his campaign is tanked now let me get the east palestine nobody's gone

00:23:15.600 there we're going hold on hold on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on

00:23:22.420 because before we pivoted that you just hit a great point that liz just said you know these guys

00:23:28.980 poll test finger in the wind and uh focus group seven or eight years ago for trump that would have

00:23:35.940 worked but now because of uh like real america's voice um all these podcasts worm include your show

00:23:44.580 include radio shows the tv shows not the fox news but the level of detail i keep saying people are

00:23:51.740 looking for authenticity and they're looking for somebody's going to fight not some wimp somebody's

00:23:56.200 going to stand in the breach and fight you're absolutely correct and liz nailed it people can

00:24:01.400 tell when desantis came out they knew that was focus group they knew that was poll tested they knew

00:24:05.680 the way that he did you know he he paused and came back did the porn star and the hush money

00:24:09.740 they're not that that doesn't work anymore that might have worked in the old days it does not work

00:24:15.080 today and that is why the republic establishment and that's why the nicky haley's a failure to launch

00:24:19.700 tim scott will be a failure to launch right they're all going to be failures to launch because they're

00:24:24.780 playing out of the same old playbook mike pompea i love mike pompea the cpac speech was a disaster

00:24:30.420 it doesn't work anymore they want authenticity they want competitive heart and they want somebody

00:24:38.220 who's going to be the trenches we're fighting to take our country back and on the world stage

00:24:41.980 we're fighting to not just save our country but the world john fredericks

00:24:46.520 when you've been fed real u.s prime beef steak by donald trump for seven years and then you walk in

00:24:57.540 and somebody hands you a plate of tofu and calls it steak you spit it out that's basically what is

00:25:04.260 happening here people are seeing through this nonsense because president trump president trump

00:25:09.420 was able to show us real authenticity and that's why none of this stuff like you just said is ever

00:25:15.300 going to work they can do all the focus groups they want they're all still doing that they're all

00:25:19.440 still going to consultants in dc making all this money and if you really look at desantis on monday

00:25:24.940 that was his edwin musky moment it destroyed his campaign he's done because it was so scripted and 0.89

00:25:34.360 so ridiculous and they think they're so cute that's the other thing they think they're so smart and so 0.71

00:25:39.560 smug and they scripted this out and they planted the question and they threw in the hush money and the 0.99

00:25:45.640 porn star at the end right and they said soros da 19 times oh aren't they so brilliant guess what 0.90

00:25:52.780 it blew up in his face because people saw that after 72 hours and said that's who you are that's

00:25:58.700 how you're going to define yourself to me i'm taking a look at you hey i don't think so give me the steak

00:26:04.000 over there because my country's hanging by a thread and that ain't the answer that's why he's done

00:26:08.480 tell me about uh east palestine the importance of it the importance we're going there for the people

00:26:16.240 but the people in east palestine have to understand something you're symbolic for this nation and for the

00:26:21.940 world right now john fredericks well listen steve i said this the other day this is why yourself and

00:26:31.320 me and rob sig this is why we put our capital and everything else on the line to build this network

00:26:38.320 for east palestine for something like east palestine when no one else will go no one else

00:26:44.600 will give anybody there the time of day no one knows who still to this day call the shot for the

00:26:51.160 controlled burn what their future is their real estate uh values have dropped to zero nobody cares

00:26:58.920 about them so we're going to go out there john fredericks media network rob sig rv steve bannon

00:30:36.500 go to godzilla wins.com godzilla wins.com make your staff a little jack for the weekend

00:30:41.680 john fredericks thank you and thank you for putting this together with rob sigg out in east

00:30:47.780 palestine thank you very much thank you steve liz how uh liz liz harrington uh senior communication

00:30:56.080 strategist for president trump and former executive editor of the war room ma'am uh how big a deal was

00:31:02.880 president trump going to talk about authenticity trump going to east palestine what's your assessment of

00:31:08.480 that well i think it was huge because really it's reminding people the same old story you know you

00:31:15.200 talked about you know the confidence and why that's returning to the american people we had

00:31:20.540 confidence under president trump's first term and why did we start to get that when he started when

00:31:25.660 he came down the escalator and told everybody what was happening in their own words and they said

00:31:32.180 yeah we're sick of this and we're sick of being knocked around and east palestine 1.00

00:31:37.500 is a prime example of them knocking around the best of america and we're not going to take it

00:31:45.160 anymore and i think him showing up which only he could do he he is the only leader who was willing

00:31:52.340 to do it but who has the hearts of the people and who has their back and so him doing that when the

00:31:58.120 biden regime totally abandoned them still has abandoned them weren't even going to show up

00:32:02.160 at all uh they finally sent you know mayor pete uh and it was a disaster but they would have never

00:32:09.080 done anything had president trump not shown up and it's really emblematic of of what's been going on

00:32:14.640 in this awakening over the past seven years this realization that america is great and we're losing

00:32:21.840 it and we're losing it unjustly because it's not the decisions that we've made we've worked hard we've

00:32:27.840 done everything we could we we just want a shot at the american dream but these so-called betters these

00:32:34.740 so-called fake phony elites these corrupt class of people they're the ones who are making all these

00:32:41.080 decisions to not the benefit of the american people or our country but to themselves and they're selling

00:32:47.140 us out and they're destroying us in the process i mean that awakening it's continuing to this day and

00:32:53.080 as more time goes on and as more corrupt they get the more people wake up to that fact and the

00:32:58.000 stronger our movement grows i think that's really what east palestine is about i'm so glad you guys are

00:33:03.840 going because these people can't be forgotten this is going to be years years the aftermath of this

00:33:09.720 and we have to have their back and president trump always will

00:33:12.780 the uh politico is a and the reason we push so many of the stories out is because we want uh our

00:33:20.220 audience to be insiders we want to get the information that the insiders are getting

00:33:23.940 today people should have to understand that these are because in these presidential campaigns both

00:33:30.200 the primaries and there's so much money involved and and and for the professional political class the

00:33:35.360 consultants the media types the advanced people i mean this is a business part of it is a business and

00:33:41.720 they're in the business you see today you have politico has a just a brutal assessment of where

00:33:48.280 this primary stands right now with president trump's dominance that really dovetails harry

00:33:52.460 enton now harry enton's the cnn polo that's the one we've been playing off aaron burnett

00:33:56.940 and you could tell she was shocked by the numbers harry enton is probably as straight a shooter as you can

00:34:03.420 get in left-wing media right and he's talking about trump's full dominance of the kind of the beer

00:34:08.860 the beer segment right the beer vertical um which is the working class the 50 000 in the non-college

00:34:16.100 educated the uh and remember when you talk about the wine the white wine class remember most of

00:34:22.000 their parents they come from the beer class so it's not like they they can they can easily move back

00:34:27.600 and be one back you've got then the guardian that hates trump that's saying he's living rent free right

00:34:33.680 now because this and you just saw bill bill bill maher is another anti-trump hater he says hey they got

00:34:39.540 confidence they have swagger but liz the one that is written by professionals for professionals this

00:34:48.120 nbc piece that says in the inner circle in in the the outer ring of the inner circle 16 uh people

00:34:56.980 associated with uh with the santas they are extremely nervous they're extremely nervous and i know some of

00:35:04.060 the biggest donors are really nervous that they saw effect this book tour is supposed to like

00:35:08.960 you know spring him into the lead not even close in fact he's going in reverse and there's a number

00:35:14.980 of reasons for that one is john says this this horrible uh you know poll tested focus grouped

00:35:21.520 worked on all the weekend statement he had on monday about the president's legal situation but also

00:35:27.600 the piers morgan thing was a disaster the ukraine original statements which tried to emulate trump

00:35:34.200 but didn't go there then he backed off it it's just not ready for prime time your assessment of these

00:35:38.720 three articles and what do they tell us about this race today liz harrington as we're getting ready for

00:35:43.920 this massive rally in waco texas well they tell us a lot and one thing that we were talking about before

00:35:50.880 this authenticity i mean there's a reason why president trump doesn't have to focus group everything

00:35:55.320 you know he says or puts out on truth social because he's lived it i mean he said my whole life

00:36:01.640 has been a fight and he has worked he's had to work and scrap for everything he has in this life and he's

00:36:08.360 been around working people his entire life so he gets it there's an understanding and that's why i think

00:36:15.380 he loves this country so much as well as he loves opportunity i mean there's no country like it and to make

00:36:21.640 it uh whatever you want i mean that is what he embodies the american dream these other people

00:36:27.100 they'll never get it they'll always have to focus group it because they haven't lived it and they

00:36:31.860 aren't uh true they aren't real and so i think that's his number one problem and you look for ron

00:36:38.880 de santis and because so you come in these critical points and not just in a campaign but really in our

00:36:45.080 nation's history okay if they go down this path which they clearly are telegraphing not just in new

00:36:50.320 york but going down the path in dc they're harassing our campaign with taxpayer funded sham investigations

00:36:58.520 in georgia everywhere else they're trying to arrest their number one political opponent if that happens

00:37:05.060 in the united states and that is a line in the sand that is a line that we if we cross there's never

00:37:10.580 going back and so when that issue comes up and you're silent and then before you finally say

00:37:19.300 something it's so obvious that you had a bunch of handlers telling you what to say and coaching you

00:37:25.620 and you look over to the side and you're trying to figure out the planted question in the audience

00:37:30.280 i mean i'm sorry no one's buying it and you just had your moment of real leaders when there's a choice

00:37:37.520 like that you just chose the other side and the people could see right through it so i think that is

00:37:42.940 destroying his campaign and all these people behind the scenes who thought that they could use

00:37:47.580 this other empty vessel to get rid of donald j trump well now they're having second thoughts now

00:37:53.760 they're going to think you know what's our plan b what's our plan c because you know they're going

00:37:57.500 to come up with them but the fact is no matter what they come up with it's astroturf and that is

00:38:03.780 the number one problem for ron desantis okay this book tour no one's clamoring for this book from ron

00:38:10.620 desantis okay it's funded by the murdochs fox news went to where he's from where he represented in

00:38:18.620 congress in florida to a diner and could not find a single person at the height of his book tour

00:38:23.920 couldn't find a single person who was defant desantis first they were all for trump even the person with

00:38:31.200 the desantis shirt i like trump i mean it's astroturf it's not the real thing and that's why movements

00:38:38.360 like that and once the sunlight shine on them you you just see there's nothing actually holding it

00:38:43.380 up it's not real that that will never happen to the make america great again movement because it's

00:38:49.000 all real everyone in it is real they believe in it president trump believes in it and we know how

00:38:53.420 important it is it's a time to save america and if you're not serious just get out of the way

00:38:58.780 we told you we would break the murdochs and uh in demand and force them to have coverage 1.00

00:39:05.160 president trump there's going to be a one hour i think on monday liz special sean hannity i think

00:39:10.320 he's going to mar-a-lago down to interview president trump one-on-one for an hour so

00:39:14.600 look the murdochs are all all about money and power they do not care about the united states of america 0.99

00:39:20.100 they do not care about maga they don't care about any of in fact they're part of the uniparty elite 0.97

00:39:24.800 they just give you the other side uh they they suck you in with all the shiny toys they never want to

00:39:29.920 get to the to the main event to the thing itself they are now they they're they're smart enough to

00:39:35.780 be able to understand the numbers and they understand this thing shifting rapidly it was

00:39:40.360 after my cspac speech and after de sancis's this phony press thing on monday where he didn't defend

00:39:47.160 come in and defend the president because you got to do it right now you must do it even if you hate

00:39:51.300 trump you've got to come in and defend him for what they're trying to do and i think we're trying

00:39:55.380 to get professor alan dershowitz on just wanted to talk about that to talk about get trump um

00:40:00.540 and and now the murdochs are going to now for not covering him and for being the de santis uh you

00:40:06.460 know the murdoch de santis network non-stop non-stop they were on the book tour kill me when he went

00:40:12.240 around that when he went around that restaurant and didn't get one taker that's that's that's

00:40:16.960 called uh that's called the face plant they understand that's where they're giving him an hour

00:40:21.400 i think with shauna i think it's monday night uh so uh liz uh fantastic work you're absolutely

00:40:27.860 correct it's about authenticity it's about fight and it's about competitive heart uh liz harrington

00:40:33.060 how do people uh track you your your great uh social media and everything you're putting up how

00:40:38.120 do people get to you go to truth social at real liz usa and and go check out what president trump's

00:41:20.040 u.s treasuries they're dumping the u.s treasuries they're now under a trillion dollars i think they're

00:41:24.520 at 800 billion dollars held i think their peak was 1.3 they're dumping that to buy gold right now you

00:41:30.640 saw navarro on yesterday about his macro course we're trying to get the audience as up to speed as

00:42:53.220 okay welcome back professor alan dershowitz joins us from harvard um he's got this new book get trump

00:43:01.040 i'm gonna get to the book in a second and particularly president trump has put up on true social is

00:43:05.200 promoting it professor um you've dedicated your life to the law and to the teaching of the law to the

00:43:13.100 constitution what we have here what shocks me is that the institutions that are this rabid foaming at

00:43:22.800 the mouth to actually get trump it's much deeper than just president trump you have the new york uh

00:43:28.520 district attorney which is a used to be a revered institution the southern district in new york you've

00:43:33.020 got uh the federal court in in washington dc you you have these institutions of people who went to the

00:43:40.060 best law schools who worked at the best law firms the white shoe law firms who have worked you know as

00:43:46.980 prosecutors or da's at these revered institutions and it is now like a banana republic how did that 0.66

00:43:54.100 happen and how deep and serious is this problem for a nation even besides president trump sir look i

00:44:01.640 never would have written the book get trump if it was just about president trump i've written books about

00:44:06.440 him before this is about the corrosive effect of get trump and similar approaches on the rule of law

00:44:14.100 and it's very very serious judges are afraid now to do anything that will be seen as enabling trump

00:44:22.500 or helping trump they know they'll be treated the way i was treated uh totally dismissed by friends and

00:44:27.740 family on the left just because i defended him on the floor of the senate jurors would be afraid to

00:44:33.220 render a verdict in favor of trump for fear that they would be ostracized in their community an atmosphere

00:44:39.220 of fear of fear and hatred has been created so that if anybody dares dares to do anything that's perceived

00:44:47.480 as not only pro-trump but pro-constitution they are uh completely completely canceled and you don't

00:44:56.700 expect people necessarily to uh take the kinds of risks look i have a thick skin but my wife has been

00:45:03.400 attacked my family has been attacked um my wife went to a gym and a woman walked in and said that's

00:45:09.960 alan dershowitz's wife he defended trump i can't be in the same room with him uh caroline kennedy the

00:45:14.920 daughter of president kennedy was seated next to me at a uh dinner party and she said if i knew you had

00:45:20.340 been invited i would never have come that's the kind of treatment people can expect if they try to apply

00:45:26.600 the rule of law and so the hard left has been successful in terrorizing centrist people good

00:45:33.720 judges good prosecutors good jurors interfering for their own safety and their children's safety and

00:45:40.100 their integrity and their reputations if they do anything anything that's perceived as a pro-trump or

00:45:46.680 pro-constitution on behalf of trump that's how serious this question is now i'm gonna go back you're

00:45:54.440 saying judges drill down on there for a second it's bad enough these prosecutors you you actually

00:45:59.740 believe that judges have been intimidated by the left here and in either looking the other way or

00:46:06.520 not rendering the types of judgments that they would normally render sir absolutely i have no doubt about

00:46:12.240 that i know judges i taught many of the judges who are now sitting on the federal and state benches

00:46:18.560 they are terrified of not being promoted of being ostracized anybody who's perceived of as having

00:46:25.920 enabled or done anything to support trump's return to the presidency their career is over their career

00:46:33.140 is ruined they will be canceled in every possible way and and of course it affects judges it particularly

00:46:40.060 affects elected judges like in new york but it also affects appointed judges every district court judge

00:46:45.600 wants to be a court of appeals judge every court of appeals judge wants to be a supreme court justice

00:46:49.840 can you imagine any judge rendering a decision in favor of trump getting promoted by this administration

00:46:56.340 or in the city of new york in manhattan or new york state or washington dc it's unthinkable and everybody

00:47:03.780 knows it and judges are human beings judges have to go home to their wives i know when i defended trump

00:47:09.820 i had to go home to my wife and my family and my friends and and they were not on my side uh they

00:47:16.700 said you know all right you believe in the constitution we understand that but can't you make an exception

00:47:20.980 for trump and i said no i won't make an exception for trump and it's had a big impact on my life

00:47:27.400 and people know that and people have told me they don't want to be dershowitz they don't want to have

00:47:33.080 happen to them what happened to me and of course this affects judges of course it affects jurors of course

00:47:39.020 it affects prosecutors it affects everybody in the legal system it affects law students it affects law

00:47:45.200 deans it affects literally everybody nobody wants to be treated that way i've been canceled by

00:47:51.420 institutions that had me speak for years and years and years and years they don't want anybody who had

00:47:58.000 any connection with trump whether in representation or defending his rights and defending the constitutional

00:48:03.320 rights so this is a kind of new mccarthyism that has permeated our society and it's going to only get 0.97

00:48:11.200 worse not better let's go back uh i want to ask about the moment you made the decision to defend

00:48:18.940 president trump in the in the first impeachment when you weighed and measured it why against all the

00:48:24.200 pressure you knew you were going to get from all your associations friends family institutions

00:48:28.920 why did you make that decision because my life would have otherwise been hypocritical i defended nazis

00:48:35.720 i defended communists i defended oj simpson i defended jeffrey epstein and if i wouldn't defend trump

00:48:42.520 people would say oh my god you just select and pick no no i defend the constitution on behalf of

00:48:48.360 everybody now i'm not making comparisons between trump and some of these other people i'm just saying

00:48:53.500 that if i accepted my wife's advice my family's advice my children advice and did not defend trump

00:49:01.660 i couldn't live with myself i couldn't say that i've lived a life of principle in which i always put

00:49:07.740 the constitution before politics or before personal interests so i had to do it people ask me if i regret

00:49:13.580 it well i regret the consequences particularly to my to my children um you know i have a member of my

00:49:20.460 family who was thinking about changing her name because she was so proud of the name dershowitz i

00:49:26.300 had done so much good and people loved me for defending some people that they like but once i defended trump

00:49:33.100 she was thinking about changing her name because she was getting terrible pushback from people in her

00:49:38.700 profession and everywhere else and so nobody wants to bear those costs and so today the social pressures

00:49:46.540 have become weapons in the war against the constitution and people insist on putting and i

00:49:53.580 understand it their personal interests over the interests of the constitution i won't do that

00:49:59.820 i have suffered severe consequences but i'm going to continue to do that but for my family can you hang
