Bannon's War Room - Episode 2636： The Final Nail In The Dollar's Coffin

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.720 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.960 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:17.220 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:19.140 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.560 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:22.320 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:23.240 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.520 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.920 Mega Media.

00:00:28.820 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.700 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.460 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.820 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.

00:00:49.700 Tuesday, it's 4 April in the year of our Lord of 2023.

00:00:54.500 In the Holy Week and the run-up to Passover, all of it, a day that will live in infamy and will be decided later. 0.84

00:01:02.220 It's infamous for what side.

00:01:03.780 We started the show with Rebecca Koffler.

00:01:06.060 Well, we started the show in Wisconsin where we should, which is the most important thing today.

00:01:09.780 But we had Rebecca Koffler in the lobby of Trump Tower near the escalator where President Trump descended in June of 2015

00:01:18.240 and then to help turn this country around a four years of peace and prosperity, fighting every step of the way against the elites in this country and particularly the Uniparty.

00:01:28.000 Professor Alan Dershowitz has got a new book out called Get Trump.

00:01:32.060 Professor Dershowitz has dedicated his life to the training of the finest minds in the country, the finest law school in the country in defending the rule of law.

00:01:41.840 Professor Dershowitz, Rebecca Koffler, as it was born and raised in the Soviet Union and was able to get out to come here,

00:01:50.060 she referred to the people doing this as the new American Bolsheviks.

00:01:53.480 You dedicate your life to training the best and the brightest in the rule of law.

00:01:59.480 What is your assessment of where we are today?

00:02:02.600 How did we get here, sir?

00:02:04.460 Well, first of all, I spent the 1970s in the Soviet Union defending dissidents like Sharansky and Sakharov and others

00:02:12.780 against the excesses of the Bolshevik regime, the regime in which the head of the KGB could say to Stalin,

00:02:21.000 show me the man and I'll find you the crime.

00:02:23.480 And today we have law students at Stanford and at Yale and at Georgetown who are emulating the Bolsheviks. 0.91

00:02:31.680 Free speech for me, but not for thee.

00:02:33.700 If you're not politically correct, we won't let you speak.

00:02:37.360 Prosecutors who run, run for office, a Democrat running for office on the campaign pledge to,

00:02:44.660 and that's the title of my book, Get Trump, I didn't make up the title, I got it from the campaigns of the Attorney General and the District Attorney of New York,

00:02:53.700 promising to get Trump, no matter what he did or didn't do, then rummaging through the statute books,

00:02:59.640 being unable to find a statute that applies and then making up a misdemeanor,

00:03:07.680 stapling it to a felony that wasn't prosecuted by the federal government and creating

00:03:13.460 one plus one equals 11.

00:03:17.780 The reality is they created zero plus zero equals zero. 0.53

00:03:21.620 It's an extremely dangerous time.

00:03:24.320 We're living in an age of extremes.

00:03:26.380 We're living in an age where nuance, where the rule of law takes second place to the rule of politics

00:03:32.700 and partisan result orientation.

00:03:35.240 It's a very, very dangerous time.

00:03:37.300 Professor Dershowitz, we've always prided ourselves since the revolutionary generation of being a nation of laws and not men.

00:03:46.760 Then what happens?

00:03:47.860 How do we pull this out?

00:03:49.360 How do you pull this out of a nosedive when even classic liberals are overwhelmed and, quite frankly, too afraid?

00:03:55.660 I have many, having gone to Harvard and gone to Georgetown and worked on Wall Street and lived in New York City,

00:04:01.380 I have many, many, many liberal friends, even when I was saying progressive friends,

00:04:05.200 that do not agree at all with what's going on, but they're afraid to speak up of being ostracized.

00:04:11.740 How do you pull out of this nosedive?

00:04:13.720 Well, I don't blame them.

00:04:15.000 Look what happened.

00:04:15.760 To me, I'm the perfect example.

00:04:17.800 I was the person on Martha's Vineyard who was most respected.

00:04:23.940 I was the person who was always asked to speak, to conduct weddings, to do everything.

00:04:28.320 And then I made the horrible mistake, according to these radicals,

00:04:34.120 of actually defending the Constitution in front of the United States Senate on behalf of President Trump.

00:04:39.520 I was the oldest American in history ever to defend the president from an impeachment, an unconstitutional impeachment.

00:04:47.140 Suddenly, I was now the most unpopular person on the vineyard.

00:04:51.340 Caroline Kennedy sat next to me at a dinner party and said if she knew I'd been invited, she wouldn't come. 0.96

00:04:55.980 People walked out of a gym where my wife was working out. 1.00

00:05:00.820 Can you imagine that in New York City and Manhattan?

00:05:04.200 If you think that was bad, if a judge in New York City and Manhattan ever, ever made a decision to release Donald Trump,

00:05:13.420 that judge would never, ever be promoted, would never again be accepted in New York circles,

00:05:20.260 and would have his life ruined.

00:05:22.780 You don't expect judges to have the kind of courage to buck this kind of fanaticism.

00:05:29.280 Or if a juror in Manhattan became the juror that hung the jury or the juror that resulted in acquittal,

00:05:35.760 and that juror had to go back to his family and say,

00:05:38.220 I'm the juror who freed Donald Trump in Manhattan, that would destroy that juror's life.

00:05:44.600 So, you know, today we live in a world of pressure, not in a world of law.

00:05:49.640 Even Bragg made a decision to follow his predecessor.

00:05:52.840 No, there's no evidence.

00:05:53.800 I'm not going to go after Trump.

00:05:55.000 I know I promised to, but I've looked at the evidence.

00:05:57.440 It's not there.

00:05:58.100 The New York Times reported on Sunday, when he initially made that decision,

00:06:02.620 he was subject to such pushback, such pressure, such hatred, such animosity.

00:06:08.840 He knew he would never again be elected to any office unless he followed through on his campaign pledge to get Trump.

00:06:16.700 That's the name of the game.

00:06:18.340 Get Trump.

00:06:19.280 If you get Trump, you're reelected.

00:06:21.500 If you don't get Trump, you're defeated.

00:06:24.240 How can you have a fair trial in Manhattan when that occurs?

00:06:28.180 Isn't this like how the KGB and the FSB runs Russia right now?

00:06:35.920 It's a phony democracy, and if anybody tries to stand up to Putin, immediately you're in jail.

00:06:41.240 I mean, is this what we've devolved to?

00:06:43.720 Not just in New York City, but because you have somebody that you have – it's just not Soros.

00:06:48.600 Oh, the source is one of the leaders.

00:06:50.360 It's much of the elite in this country are the ones that are telling Bragg or giving the money that are pushing this.

00:06:57.880 It's the American elites that want to – because they fear what Trump – not just Trump, what Trump stands for in the Trump movement, sir.

00:07:05.560 Look, I agree with that.

00:07:06.840 But the brilliance of the founders of our republic is they anticipated this problem, and they created a system of federalism, of checks and balances.

00:07:15.380 We have the United States Supreme Court to stop that from happening.

00:07:19.200 We have other states who can play a role in stopping that from happening.

00:07:23.580 We have a House of Representatives that's controlled by one party and a Senate controlled by the other party.

00:07:29.260 We have what the former Soviet Union and what many other countries in the world don't have.

00:07:35.100 We have a system which imposes checks even on majority rule, and I'm hoping that system isn't weakened.

00:07:43.480 It has been horribly weakened in the borough of Manhattan in New York.

00:07:47.820 But I hope this case will be moved from the borough of Manhattan, where there's no chance, no chance.

00:07:54.260 You know, not Jesus, Mohammed, Moses – this is Holy Week – none of them could have won a case in Manhattan if they were defending Donald Trump in a Manhattan jury, a Manhattan judge.

00:08:05.380 It is impossible.

00:08:06.800 Not Abraham Lincoln, not Daniel Webster.

00:08:08.880 Nobody could win that case in Manhattan.

00:08:11.500 It has to be moved to Staten Island, to Rockland County, to upstate New York, somewhere where a fair trial is at least theoretically possible, where a judge wouldn't face the kind of ostracism he faced or I faced for simply defending – remember, I faced the ostracism for simply defending Trump.

00:08:30.600 Imagine what a judge would face if he actually ruled in Trump's favor.

00:08:35.200 Now, the judge is going to rule in Trump's favor on one matter this morning.

00:08:38.940 He's not going to be foolish enough to impose a gag order, because if he imposed a gag order, I would put together the greatest collection of First Amendment lawyers, if there are any of us left in this country, to take that case right up to the Supreme Court.

00:08:52.320 Because a gag order would not only deny Donald Trump's right of free speech, it would deny your right of free speech, my right of free speech, because the right of free speech also includes the right to listen to speakers.

00:09:02.820 I want to hear you talk.

00:09:05.980 But hang on, because you – look, you're revered in the fact that you've – I think it was in the Chicago suburbs, you've represented the Nazis for free speech. 0.75

00:09:14.220 You've made free speech paramount, even against going somewhere of your underlying beliefs.

00:09:20.840 But let's go back to what you just said about federalism, and let's say about the founders.

00:09:25.040 The founders predicated on – predicated all of that on the rule of law, on men and women of courage who would step up in the deciding moment and step forward.

00:09:36.780 You're the perfect example of why people are cowed, and particularly people that are liberals and progressives that understand the value of – like the ACL used to be, of the value of defending free speech and defending the First Amendment right now.

00:09:51.940 Look, do you see a lot of courage even with the Republicans?

00:09:55.220 The Republicans in the House are terrified.

00:09:58.340 They just are.

00:09:59.020 There are some stepping from – the fearless ones like MTG and Matt Gaetz and some that have a little rough around the edges.

00:10:06.120 But people are terrified in Washington, D.C.

00:10:08.080 People are terrified in the state capitals.

00:10:10.200 People, judges throughout the country are terrified.

00:10:12.120 The Supreme Court, look at what they did in the confirmation hearings of the Supreme Court.

00:10:15.580 I was actually in Italy the day that Kavanaugh got confirmed, and you saw what's happened.

00:10:22.400 They ran across the Supreme Court.

00:10:24.040 It looked like revolutionary France.

00:10:25.600 They were banging on the doors.

00:10:26.760 These are not normal times, and what they've done is they've gone after people's courage and their core beings.

00:10:32.340 Can the system, the framers set up, can it work without men and women of courage stepping forward and say, hey, I'm going to sacrifice my career.

00:10:41.100 I'm going to sacrifice all the social things I have.

00:10:43.520 I saw what they did to Dershowitz, but I've got to step up here.

00:10:46.780 Where do you see that, Professor Dershowitz?

00:10:49.480 Well, you know, James Madison foresaw that, and he said if men or women were angels, we wouldn't need the laws to protect us.

00:10:57.340 Madison contemplated a situation where people didn't have the courage of George Washington and Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson.

00:11:06.040 He saw a time when we couldn't count on individual courage, as we couldn't count on individual courage in Nazi Germany or in the Soviet Union.

00:11:18.540 That's why we need the rule of law, and the rule of law has been weakened.

00:11:22.220 You're absolutely right.

00:11:23.480 The rule of law has been weakened.

00:11:24.880 And we have an obligation to keep it strong, which is why I'm going to continue writing.

00:11:32.500 I'm going to continue advocating.

00:11:34.620 I'm going to continue to make enemies, not only among my friends, among my family.

00:11:40.140 You know, it's amazing.

00:11:41.500 For my 80th birthday, I had like 100 people coming to celebrate with me on Martha's Vineyard.

00:11:46.980 I'm about to turn 85.

00:11:48.180 If I can get 10 people on Martha's Vineyard to come and celebrate my 85th birthday, that would be remarkable.

00:11:55.060 Even my family's Seder, which we're having on Wednesday night, I used to have, you know, 20, 30 people.

00:12:01.160 Today we're just having the immediate family because even members of my family are attacking me.

00:12:06.540 How dare you do anything that enables this new Adolf Hitler? 0.96

00:12:10.420 That's the way they think of Donald Trump.

00:12:12.520 Now, if you think of him that way, then you don't care about the rule of law.

00:12:17.320 So many liberals, so many progressives, so many left-wingers have told me they know they're sacrificing the rule of law, but it's worth it to get Trump.

00:12:26.440 If we don't get Trump, it'll be worse.

00:12:29.420 And the thesis of my book, I say that right in my first chapter, it's much more dangerous and much more of a negative precedent in the future.

00:12:38.420 If we compromise our rule of law in order to prevent somebody who you think is dangerous, people disagree.

00:12:44.940 That's up to the American public.

00:12:46.800 Let them vote.

00:12:48.560 But you're willing to sacrifice the rule of law to affect the election results because you think Trump is so dangerous.

00:12:55.900 People on the other side will do the opposite.

00:12:57.980 They will defy the rule of law against people you like.

00:13:02.280 And, you know, today it's Trump.

00:13:03.640 Tomorrow it's a Democrat.

00:13:04.960 The day after tomorrow it's Uncle Charlie and your niece.

00:13:07.300 And we need the rule of law because men and women are not angels.

00:13:12.480 And judges are not courageous.

00:13:14.500 A robe doesn't bestow courage.

00:13:16.920 It takes courage away because most judges have life appointments.

00:13:21.080 And so they don't need courage.

00:13:23.300 But they want to be popular.

00:13:25.040 They want to be accepted.

00:13:26.520 And that's why in a borough like Manhattan, do not expect justice.

00:13:30.580 I'll make a prediction here.

00:13:31.600 I don't think this judge will rule in favor of Trump on statute of limitations or on change of venue, even though those are so obvious.

00:13:40.680 And I don't think a jury will rule in favor of Trump, even though there's no evidence. 0.87

00:13:46.020 The evidence comes from a sworn liar.

00:13:47.960 There's no law.

00:13:48.940 There's not even a misdemeanor here or a felony.

00:13:51.280 This is the easiest case any first-year student couldn't lose if the name of the defendant wasn't Trump and the name of the borough wasn't Manhattan.

00:13:58.800 That's how serious it's become.

00:14:00.280 Professor Dershowitz, we'd like just to hold you through a commercial break.

00:14:04.860 There's a few other things about the book we want to talk about.

00:14:07.280 The book is Get Trump.

00:14:08.360 It's available.

00:14:09.020 It's a must-read.

00:14:09.740 If you want to understand in this whirlwind of what's going on, Professor Dershowitz has laid out.

00:14:14.040 Not just the situation in Manhattan, but also the situation with the grand jury in Washington, D.C., and, of course, in Fulton County, Georgia.

00:14:22.820 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:24.620 I'm going to talk to Professor Dershowitz.

00:14:25.960 Are the lessons here from the American Revolution or really what the American Bolsheviks looking at, the French Revolution?

00:14:31.300 All next in the War Room.

00:14:33.540 Bring it on and now we'll fight to the end.

00:14:37.480 Just watch and see.

00:14:38.640 It's all started.

00:14:40.780 Everything's begun.

00:14:42.640 And you are over.

00:14:45.260 Because we're taking down the CCP.

00:14:49.320 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.

00:14:51.620 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:14:54.320 We rejoice when there's no more. 0.95

00:14:56.040 Let's take down the CCP.

00:14:57.940 Inflation has consequences.

00:15:01.680 As the Fed raises interest rates to combat out-of-control government spending, long-term bonds have diminished in value, crippling banks.

00:15:11.040 Depositors are holding their breath, and investors are bailing on bank stocks.

00:15:16.520 Diversification has never looked more important to you.

00:15:21.020 The recent surge in gold prices is directly tied to the extreme market volatility right now.

00:15:28.560 This is why gold has historically been a great hedge against the stock market and against inflation.

00:15:34.700 Now would be a great time to diversify into gold with Birch Gold Group.

00:15:39.660 Birch Gold makes it easy to convert an IRA or 401k into an IRA in precious metals.

00:16:37.160 Okay, welcome back.

00:16:38.400 I'm going to get to Professor Dershowitz here in a second.

00:16:40.240 Coming across the wire on the Bloomberg terminal is flash Malaysia and China putting together an Asian fund to, wait for it, cut dollar dependency. 0.99

00:16:52.100 So this virus, a true virus, is spreading all over the world, driven by the Chinese Communist Party and the morons in Washington, D.C. 0.99

00:17:01.620 and at the Federal Reserve and on Wall Street. 1.00

00:17:04.120 The oligarchs, the new oligarchs.

00:17:20.400 If Russia's buying gold, China's buying gold, India's buying gold, Japan's buying gold, these are smart, cunning people.

00:17:27.200 Just figure it out for yourself, but get the information and learn about the dollar and the war against the dollar.

00:17:33.640 Professor Dershowitz, here's the question.

00:17:36.720 You successfully defended President Trump in the first impeachment.

00:17:39.820 Would you be open?

00:17:40.760 I mean, no offense.

00:17:42.900 The legal teams, you know, I'm not a big fan of some of the people I've seen on TV.

00:17:47.440 I've been blunt about that.

00:17:48.420 Are you open, given the fact you've destroyed your personal and professional life already, are you open to step in to defend Donald Trump?

00:17:55.920 Well, I've been asked.

00:17:57.460 And my general approach in life is to defend somebody once.

00:18:02.460 I don't like to become the kind of consigliere to a family or to a group of people or to any one person.

00:18:09.040 So my general rule has been to defend somebody once.

00:18:11.560 I will continue to defend him in the court of public opinion.

00:18:14.640 And if a gag order is placed on him, I will lead the team of pro bono lawyers who will bring a case to the Supreme Court, not on behalf of Trump himself, but on behalf of all the rest of us in America, millions and millions of people who don't want to see him gag, to want to hear his point of view.

00:18:32.660 I want to maintain an open mind.

00:18:34.280 I have to decide who to vote for in the next election.

00:18:37.180 My inclination is to do what I've done for the last 60 years, vote Democrat.

00:18:41.120 But every American has to have an open mind.

00:18:43.480 And so I will join the case as amicus on behalf of people who would like to listen to Trump.

00:18:50.360 But at the moment, I'm going to limit myself to defending the Constitution in the court of public opinion.

00:18:56.400 I think that does much more good.

00:18:59.660 OK, but let's talk about the court of public opinion, the gag order on Alan Dershowitz.

00:19:04.620 You used to be the most prominent and most published op-ed writer in The New York Times, the paper of record in our beloved Republic.

00:19:11.120 You were also on CNN, CBS, MSNBC, NBC News nonstop.

00:19:17.360 The last time I checked, I have a tough time finding you in those venues, sir.

00:19:21.740 No, I've been canceled.

00:19:23.180 Not only that, but I've been canceled by independent bookstores.

00:19:26.440 Get Trump was this weekend number one, number two on Amazon's nonfiction list.

00:19:31.940 But you cannot buy it in an independent bookstore.

00:19:34.660 Independent bookstores don't want to carry books called Get Trump.

00:19:38.580 And so I can't make it to the New York Times bestseller list because they require that you sell books in independent bookstores.

00:19:45.980 So the Times list has become rigged by the inability and the unwillingness of independent bookstores.

00:19:54.620 So please buy my book on Amazon, on Simon & Schuster.

00:19:59.460 That's the only place you can get it, Barnes & Noble, because if you go into your local bookstore, no, they won't sell that book.

00:20:06.760 They'll sell other terrible books, but they won't sell a book that's called Get Trump.

00:20:11.720 And so we are seeing a form of censorship in America, obviously.

00:20:15.220 I was the most frequent legal writer for the New York Times for probably 40 years, and they have canceled me since I defended Donald Trump.

00:20:25.300 So the price of integrity, the price of principle is very high.

00:20:30.320 I wrote a book by that name, too, The Price of Principle.

00:20:33.060 But I have to incur it because so few other people are doing it.

00:20:37.060 There are so few genuine civil liberties advocates still standing that it's so important for me in the last years of my life.

00:20:45.680 I'm turning 85 to maintain strongly the commitment to civil liberties without regard to who I vote for.

00:20:52.840 You know, Donald Trump wants to tease me about it.

00:20:55.040 He called me on the phone.

00:20:56.220 He said it in Raco.

00:20:57.320 He said, Dershowitz says he's not voting for me.

00:20:59.380 I think he really votes for me, but he doesn't want to say anything because he wants to keep his credibility among liberals.

00:21:04.780 Well, that doesn't matter who I voted for.

00:21:07.340 What matters is defending the Constitution.

00:21:10.240 And that's why I wrote Get Trump.

00:21:11.920 That's why I'll continue.

00:21:13.260 I write a column every three or four days on these issues to keep the American public apprised of the dangers to them.

00:21:21.440 Okay.

00:21:22.280 The War Room Posse, this is the best explanation of where we are and how we got here and, quite frankly, how we get out of here.

00:21:28.920 Get Trump.

00:21:29.620 It's on Amazon.

00:21:31.040 It's published by Skyhorse, distributed, I think, by Simon & Schuster.

00:21:35.860 Professor Dershowitz, also, can we get your site?

00:21:38.020 Can you give us your site, how we get to it, and then also your social media?

00:21:41.240 Well, I'm on Rumble and on YouTube.

00:21:46.100 I have a podcast called The Dershow tonight, 530 to 6, in which I talk about all these issues.

00:21:54.780 And you can get me on Substack or on Twitter.

00:21:59.980 I write a lot, and I'm anxious to be read.

00:22:04.100 So please, buy Get Trump and keep supporting the Constitution.

00:22:09.740 That's the key.

00:22:10.420 We need to tell people like Bragg that there's accountability outside of Manhattan and that the American public is watching and that the American public cares about the Constitution, not about Get Trump.

00:22:24.560 Professor Dershowitz, it's honored to have you on here.

00:22:26.480 Thank you, sir.

00:22:27.560 Honor, thank you.

00:22:29.420 I've got Jack Posobiec down in Lower Manhattan, but I want to go quickly.

00:22:32.360 Let's go back to Rebecca Koffler in the atrium of Trump Tower up in Midtown, where the president currently still is. 0.51

00:22:39.620 Rebecca, you know about the American Bolsheviks.

00:22:43.820 You lived under that system in Russia.

00:22:45.540 Talk to me about Professor Dershowitz.

00:22:48.860 Professor Dershowitz should be on President Trump's team right now.

00:22:53.600 Why do I say that?

00:22:55.240 It's because I know he will be successful.

00:22:57.880 He successfully defended Russian dissidents Sharansky and Sakharov from Soviet Bolsheviks.

00:23:05.600 So I am certain that he will be successful in defending our role, President Trump, from American Bolsheviks. 0.91

00:23:13.280 Just to give you a little bit of a taste of what's going on right now, I think the president is probably going to come out very soon.

00:23:21.340 I see some activity right now with security.

00:23:25.720 I mean, there's a lot of excitement.

00:23:28.280 I want to give a shout out to people who actually work here, who are big supporters of President Trump.

00:23:35.080 Shauna, she manages the gift store.

00:23:38.500 I want to give a shout out to Carla.

00:23:40.900 Carla, she is managing the 45 Trump Bar.

00:23:45.600 I want to give a shout out to Kerry.

00:23:49.880 Okay.

00:23:51.060 These people are huge supporters of our president.

00:23:56.660 Also, Renee, Lisa, Jackie, Brandon, Alejandro, John, all of these folks are huge supporters.

00:24:08.020 A lot of them are from other countries.

00:24:10.320 Luca, she is managing the Trump Cafe downstairs, Trump Grill.

00:24:17.940 She's from Romania.

00:24:19.700 These folks are from everywhere.

00:24:21.640 They're from all walks of life.

00:24:24.280 Blue collar, a lot of immigrants, a lot of, you know, people of color. 0.90

00:24:29.980 And so all of this BS that the American Bolsheviks have been spreading about President Trump is not true.

00:24:37.480 Black people love him, Hispanics love him, white, you know, any color, Indians.

00:24:45.800 A lot of these folks are just so ready to fight for our freedom and to stand with our president and support him as he is going back into the White House in 2024.

00:25:01.140 Rebecca, hang on for one second, just say right there, Rebecca Koffler with the staff of these great patriots up in Midtown at Trump Tower.

00:25:09.660 Just hang on for one second right there.

00:25:11.160 Jack Posovic's downtown outside of Center Street.

00:25:14.200 Jack Posovic, can you hear me, sir?

00:25:18.720 Steve, I can hear you.

00:25:20.020 I'm here outside the courthouse.

00:25:21.340 How do you read?

00:25:21.840 Perfect.

00:25:24.260 Jack, you've spent your life as a naval intelligence officer in Shanghai, in Beijing.

00:25:29.380 You understand how the communists roll.

00:25:31.880 Is this what we're seeing today?

00:25:33.120 Is this the American version of the Bolsheviks against President Trump, sir?

00:25:38.940 Well, Steve, that's what they're trying to do.

00:25:40.860 And in just a few minutes, the motorcade will be rolling behind us.

00:25:44.440 You can actually see the tension as the cameras and everyone gets together.

00:25:48.520 You've got about 500 Trump supporters standing in this park right here protesting what's going on.

00:25:54.220 Because let me tell you something.

00:25:55.600 What happens in communist countries is what's happening right now at this courthouse. 0.71

00:25:59.540 But what doesn't happen in communist countries are these free citizens expressing their right to freedom of speech, expressing their right to oppose this, expressing their right to speak out against corrupt leaders like Alvin Bragg and their backers like George Soros.

00:26:17.460 Because that is how you lose freedom, is if people stay home, if they stay silent, if the war room goes off the air, if they take us all down.

00:26:26.260 And I addressed this crowd just a few moments ago with Marjorie Taylor Greene, Gavin Wax, and Vish Burra.

00:26:31.780 And I said they can silence Donald Trump.

00:26:33.960 They can gag Donald Trump.

00:26:35.780 But they can't gag all of us.

00:26:38.080 And they will never silence the American people and the American spirit.

00:26:42.460 You can see, by the way, behind me, as there is definitely a tension and an energy going through the crowd.

00:26:48.120 People think that motorcade is about to arrive.

00:26:51.280 Police are starting to mount up.

00:26:52.560 We've got every acronym here from CIA to CNN to CBS, NBC, SPLC, FBI.

00:27:00.840 Everyone is here today, Steve.

00:27:02.260 They're all here.

00:27:03.300 Every acronym on the planet is here up front of this courthouse right now.

00:27:08.300 Jack, real quick, I've got a minute.

00:27:09.720 I'm going to hold you through the break.

00:27:10.620 But you called this last night on your show the Funeral Procession of America.

00:27:14.620 What do you mean by that, sir?

00:27:18.460 Steve, well, I said it's the Funeral Procession of the Republic.

00:27:21.400 But the question is, will it be the death of America?

00:27:25.580 I say no.

00:27:26.980 I say the Republic may have died.

00:27:30.020 But will we have a new rebirth of freedom?

00:27:33.660 That's what you're seeing across the street right here today.

00:27:36.520 With Americans, with New Yorkers joined together, we are building and we are beginning.

00:27:41.640 America's comeback actually starts today.

00:27:44.520 They're trying to shut it down.

00:27:46.580 They're trying to shut down this country and turn us into a globalist gaggle of consumers

00:27:52.840 and serfs working at the behest and under the yoke of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:27:58.040 Well, I say we're the people of the United States of America.

00:28:01.800 We refuse to be a servant slave class.

00:28:05.440 We will be free people and we will remain free people by fighting peacefully, politically

00:28:10.980 and patriotically for those freedoms.

00:28:14.100 Jack, hang on.

00:28:15.060 We're taking a short commercial break.

00:28:16.240 We're going to return to Lower Manhattan and joke.

00:28:18.100 Jack Pesovic, remember, the key virtue on which all the others rest in this is courage.

00:28:24.080 Short commercial break.

00:28:24.840 Be back in the warm in just a moment.

00:28:26.200 Citizens, anyone who thinks they won't need emergency food isn't paying attention.

00:30:53.680 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:57.040 Okay, welcome back.

00:31:00.180 We've got America's mayor, Rudy Giuliani.

00:31:02.480 Then we're going to go back to MTG is down outside of Center Street.

00:31:05.760 Jack Posovic's there.

00:31:07.060 We'll get to that in a second.

00:31:07.980 Mayor Giuliani, here's the question people have.

00:31:10.740 You were the greatest mayor of the greatest city in American history.

00:31:15.420 How did we devolve?

00:31:16.460 How did we get to this situation today that basically these American Bolsheviks run this great city 0.99

00:31:21.700 and have really humiliated America in front of the eyes of the world by this catastrophic event today, sir?

00:31:30.580 We lost focus on the enemy within.

00:31:34.720 I mean, having been warned about it by the founding fathers, having been warned about it,

00:31:39.240 and with great books that were written about it in the 1940s and the 1950s,

00:31:43.960 we really stopped taking communism seriously, stopped taking Marx and Engels and Stalin and Mao

00:31:52.100 and their prediction that over 100, 150 years they'd overcome us.

00:31:56.220 We ignored China and engaged in a fantasy over China, that it was really a nicer country than Russia,

00:32:06.280 that we could do business with it.

00:32:07.740 We let them infiltrate the hell out of us.

00:32:10.520 And now they are reaping what they sowed, specifically in the criminal justice system.

00:32:17.000 New York is just one example, Steve, of 50 other places, maybe some worse,

00:32:25.560 with brand-like district attorneys who are basically Bolsheviks. 0.98

00:32:30.860 I mean, they're criminals. 0.92

00:32:31.960 But, Rudy, hang on. 0.61

00:32:33.960 It's deeper than that.

00:32:34.720 It's worse than that.

00:32:35.240 That's what I was talking to Professor Dershert about.

00:32:37.240 You're one of the most revered figures in modern American history, and you saved that city.

00:32:42.240 Correct me if I'm wrong.

00:32:43.020 Can you practice law in New York City, sir?

00:32:45.360 Well, I'm offended from the practice of law on a charge for which I have never gotten a hearing

00:32:51.700 that I am a danger to create a riot, even though a judge in the District of Columbia,

00:32:58.800 appointed by Obama, dismissed me from a case and said that there were no credible allegations

00:33:03.760 that I had anything to do with the violence.

00:33:06.880 But that didn't impress the woke Bar Association, which, by the way, allows Bragg to practice law,

00:33:13.480 even though he doesn't enforce half the laws that he swore to enforce,

00:33:18.500 which is a crime in and of itself.

00:33:22.060 I mean, people get killed in this city by people that he lets out.

00:33:25.480 And the Bar Association has never raised any issue as to how he lied when he took his oath of office.

00:33:31.960 Rudy, my point is, it's the judges.

00:33:35.560 It's obviously the DA and what's happened to that revered...

00:33:38.980 Remember, talk to people.

00:33:40.560 That used to be a revered district attorney office, revered as an institution.

00:33:45.200 Look what's happening to today.

00:33:46.540 Look at the Bar Association in New York today.

00:33:49.020 New York used to be the center of American law.

00:33:52.040 Look what's happened to the SDNY, where you were one of the great prosecutors.

00:33:55.960 You put away the five families.

00:33:57.860 You put away Milken and the corrupt racketeers on Wall Street.

00:34:01.940 What's happened to the Southern District of New York?

00:34:03.760 What's happened to the judges?

00:34:04.960 What's happened to the law firm?

00:34:06.420 What's happened to the legal reporting?

00:34:08.200 What's happened to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office?

00:34:10.860 It's not just Alvin Bragg.

00:34:12.660 He's the manifestation of the problem.

00:34:14.940 The problem is deep, deep, deep.

00:34:18.800 And so I want you to explain to people.

00:34:20.260 Every one of these great institutions is corrupt to its core, sir.

00:34:24.000 I agree with you, Steve.

00:34:26.080 I was not suggesting that Bragg is in any way an oddity.

00:34:32.400 Bragg is the rule.

00:34:34.040 This is what's happening in Philadelphia, in Chicago, in St. Louis, and I can go on and on.

00:34:40.120 And so what you're seeing now in America happening in New York,

00:34:44.120 you're probably living in a city in which it could happen and possibly even worse.

00:34:47.820 While Bragg goes on and brings this completely illegal, unlawful, unethical case,

00:34:56.660 which isn't even a case against a president, a former president,

00:35:01.540 he probably let out four or five criminals overnight that are going to beat the hell out of people today.

00:35:06.920 When you see people thrown on the subway or an old man hit with a bat or an autistic child beaten to hell,

00:35:15.620 chances are one out of two that if somebody Bragg released from prison within the last week or two or three or four,

00:35:23.220 the man is a menace.

00:35:24.900 He's an enabler of violent crime, even to the point of murder. 0.99

00:35:28.600 And disproportionately, it affects young African-Americans. 0.99

00:35:34.220 He should be gotten rid of. 0.77

00:35:35.980 In any system of laws, he'd be thrown out.

00:35:39.140 But we're no longer a country of laws.

00:35:41.240 We're a country of men, and the men are communists.

00:35:45.580 And communist sympathizers who want to destroy our country so we'll become one world.

00:35:50.060 I just want to reemphasize that for the American people to understand this,

00:35:57.400 the most revered and honored mayor in the history of New York City

00:36:01.420 and got New York City through its most dangerous time in its history, including the Civil War,

00:36:07.660 Rudy Giuliani cannot practice law in the city of New York,

00:36:11.780 and your primary profession is a lawyer in New York City.

00:36:15.140 Am I incorrect in that, Mayor Giuliani?

00:36:17.280 What I am, I mean, I had a long career as a lawyer long before I entered politics.

00:36:24.480 And I would say I probably had almost undisputed the strongest record of prosecution in the 20th century.

00:36:32.120 I don't think anyone ever reached those goals.

00:36:34.960 And I reduced crime more than any mayor in the history of the United States.

00:36:40.320 There's no one closed before or since.

00:36:43.220 So I think I have contributed a great deal to this city.

00:36:47.040 I love this city.

00:36:48.400 And it breaks my heart to see what these anti-American, these people who hate America,

00:36:53.740 what they're doing to it.

00:36:55.100 And I, you know, I know why they're doing it.

00:36:57.280 So Soros is paying for this because he hates America.

00:37:01.920 He hates American nationalism.

00:37:03.900 And he wants us to be part of one world, which, you know, will be ruled by China. 0.99

00:37:07.600 Mayor, hang on for one second.

00:37:11.540 I just want to go down to lower Manhattan.

00:37:13.020 Is Jack Posobiec still with us?

00:37:14.800 Jack, give me your assessment.

00:37:16.840 You said today could be the day of the beginning of the resurgence to restore our old republic.

00:37:24.480 What do you mean by that, sir?

00:37:25.520 No, we don't have him.

00:37:38.260 Okay, fine.

00:37:39.380 No, no.

00:37:39.880 Is David Zier there?

00:37:40.880 Steve Bannon, this is Dave Zier.

00:37:41.840 Hey, Dave, tell me, give me an update on lower Manhattan.

00:37:48.260 Well, Jack was going over to be with MTG.

00:37:51.140 So I think he's walking over there now.

00:37:52.720 It got really crowded here in the last hour.

00:37:54.680 And we expect some type of motorcade to come here probably in the next hour or so and take

00:37:59.440 him through what they call the tombs, the tunnels, right, to the courthouse.

00:38:04.300 But they were trying to drown out the Trump supporters and our broadcast, you know, with

00:38:10.160 their whistles and on the left and everything.

00:38:12.820 But, you know, it's relatively calm.

00:38:14.660 But it was interesting.

00:38:16.000 The cops were supposed to keep their anti-Trumpers on one side and the pro-Trumpers on the other

00:38:21.280 side.

00:38:21.580 And they've all converged into one area.

00:38:24.460 And I'm not really comfortable with it.

00:38:26.480 I thought there was supposed to be a set plan.

00:38:28.500 It's kind of like they're inviting a pogrom, you know.

00:38:32.020 So we'll see where it goes.

00:38:33.000 Because it's probably going to get hairy here in the next hour or two.

00:38:37.420 Just hang on, Dave.

00:38:38.320 We're going to come back to you.

00:38:39.440 Maybe we'll try to pick up MTGs over there.

00:38:41.600 I think we're going to Bullhorn giving them the what for.

00:38:45.420 Mayor Giuliani, can, given the system that is actually the system that runs New York

00:38:51.560 City today, is there any probability Donald J.

00:38:54.660 Trump could get a fair trial in Manhattan, sir?

00:38:58.060 Here's the oddest thing, Steve.

00:39:00.060 And this may be dated.

00:39:02.000 New York was five to one, six to one Democrat when I was a U.S.

00:39:06.060 attorney.

00:39:06.860 And I never had trouble with a Manhattan jury.

00:39:08.840 Even when there were liberals on the jury, I could get them around to thinking about,

00:39:14.440 you know, the importance of their function.

00:39:18.440 And so my information is, you know, dated by 25 years.

00:39:22.760 I tried a lot of cases, a hundred or more.

00:39:24.640 I never lost a case as a prosecutor.

00:39:28.280 And I tried a lot.

00:39:30.420 And I'm the last U.S. attorney to try cases in court before a jury.

00:39:34.900 All my successors don't go to court because I love going to court.

00:39:40.040 I think he can get a fair trial here.

00:39:41.900 But I do think he's entitled to a change of venue.

00:39:45.280 Statistically, he meets the criteria.

00:39:47.640 I mean, I had cases I prosecuted for appointees of Mayor Koch, who were part of a major multimillion

00:39:55.780 dollar corruption scheme in the Koch administration.

00:39:58.860 And venue was changed in New Haven, Connecticut, because the publicity about them had been so

00:40:05.100 great in New York.

00:40:06.280 That was 10 percent of the publicity involved in this case.

00:40:09.920 And Judge Knapp changed the venue to New Haven.

00:40:12.980 And I prosecuted it myself personally there and convicted all of them because I wanted

00:40:18.640 to make sure they were convicted.

00:40:21.860 If he couldn't get a fair trial in Manhattan, is there any of the five boroughs or would you

00:40:28.260 have to move it up to upstate New York?

00:40:31.980 He could get a fair trial in Staten Island, but they would probably complain that it's too

00:40:37.620 Republican.

00:40:38.500 Now, it actually isn't.

00:40:39.540 I actually believe I could be wrong pretty close that the registration in Staten Island

00:40:45.400 is about even between Republican and Democrat.

00:40:48.000 But it did vote for Donald Trump in the last election.

00:40:51.000 And I won it at one point by 80 percent.

00:40:53.980 So it's you would have to say it's all about the only place you're going to find old fashioned

00:40:59.220 conservative Democrats.

00:41:00.560 I mean, really.

00:41:02.080 And the D.A. there is a pretty good D.A.

00:41:04.420 is not no complaints about him.

00:41:06.000 I've got to tell you, when I was the mayor, I had four I had four D.A.s that were Democrats,

00:41:11.860 hardcore Democrats.

00:41:13.220 I never had a problem with them and never got in the way of there being D.A.s.

00:41:17.020 We might then go argue about the death penalty or we might argue about something else almost

00:41:21.540 as lawyers arguments.

00:41:23.300 But when they apply the law, they apply the law just like I did as a more conservative

00:41:28.400 U.S. attorney.

00:41:29.120 OK, so so so what happened?

00:41:32.320 Because we're not there today.

00:41:33.440 We're the exact opposite.

00:41:34.500 What happened?

00:41:35.560 What happened is they took over the the the communists took over.

00:41:41.320 They've changed our system of justice.

00:41:43.020 It's no longer we're no longer a country of laws or a country of men.

00:41:47.780 And the men are radical communists who want to destroy America so that it becomes part of

00:41:55.160 one world.

00:41:55.820 So literally, they don't like American nationalism and that just like the Cultural Revolution.

00:42:03.800 I mean, when we were going through it, I think it took a while for us to realize that the

00:42:07.880 burning down of statues and flags and knocking statues and changing history, not very different

00:42:13.420 than the Cultural Revolution in China.

00:42:15.560 That's what communists do.

00:42:16.940 They destroy your culture. 0.95

00:42:18.920 They did it in Russia.

00:42:20.240 They did it in China.

00:42:22.160 They're doing it in the United States.

00:42:23.940 They're getting our people and our children to hate our country. 0.75

00:42:28.320 It's Biden goes around every day getting us to hate America by saying we're systemically

00:42:32.980 racist.

00:42:33.960 How can you like a place that's systemically racist? 0.96

00:42:36.660 So he lies.

00:42:39.740 What what will happen today if the judge tries to impose a gag order on President Trump?

00:42:45.500 I would think it I would think if my confidence in the courts of New York, which still exists

00:42:52.320 to some extent, I don't think that this case is going to make it to trial.

00:42:58.140 Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy.

00:43:00.140 I just want to understand.

00:43:01.000 You've got to help me out here, brother.

00:43:02.520 You're banned by a by the Bar Association from practicing in New York.

00:43:08.300 How do you possibly sit there and say that you think that the the system could still that

00:43:13.540 that the system hasn't been totally and thoroughly corrupted?

00:43:16.360 There's a disconnect.

00:43:17.440 And maybe I'm just not understanding you, sir.

00:43:19.840 It's because I'll give you an example.

00:43:22.540 In my divorce case, I had a judge that was a very, very emotionally anti-Trump and probably

00:43:33.800 anti-me, and he was able to handle my case right down the middle.

00:43:39.660 The judge that threw my case out that I, you know, helped to create violence, my case

00:43:46.620 and Donald Trump Jr. was a was an Obama appointment and very left wing.

00:43:53.160 There are exceptions.

00:43:54.800 There are people left that still realize they're lawyers like they used to.

00:44:00.240 They're very few and far between.

00:44:02.040 And I know there are some on the courts here because I see their opinions.

00:44:07.240 But you've got to get lucky and you've got to get one of them.

00:44:10.280 I do have confidence in the Court of Appeals.

00:44:12.200 In fact, the Court of Appeals is under real attack by the progressives in trying to change

00:44:19.200 it because they think it's too conservative.

00:44:20.500 Now, it's all Democrats.

00:44:22.400 But the law here is so obviously been violated, you can't write an opinion that wouldn't be

00:44:31.360 laughed at if you don't dismiss it.

00:44:34.000 And if he imposed a gag order, I mean, maybe it I think it would never get past the Court

00:44:40.280 of Appeals.

00:44:40.760 They would they'd be a laughingstock.

00:44:43.760 First of all, he's a presidential candidate.

00:44:45.620 Number two, they're leaking on him like crazy.

00:44:47.820 This is like, you know, allowing a guy to get beaten up and tying the hand hands behind

00:44:52.360 his back.

00:44:53.500 Is President Trump is is is is President Trump correct?

00:44:57.140 And he said last night that that Bragg should be indicted for the leak grand jury leaks have

00:45:02.700 come out and leaks are coming from the process.

00:45:04.560 Targeted leaks going to MSNBC, going to The New York Times, sir.

00:45:08.160 Well, he sure should be a subject of an investigation.

00:45:11.060 You'd have to prove it.

00:45:11.940 But I mean, pretty logical that it's coming out of his office.

00:45:15.700 Grand jury testimony is very, you know, carefully guarded.

00:45:19.560 It can only come from certain places.

00:45:21.200 We can rule out the defense.

00:45:22.580 They don't have it.

00:45:23.260 So the prosecutors are the ones that have it and his prosecutors.

00:45:29.160 First of all, he had eight of them in the grand jury when Costello said eight.

00:45:32.540 I've never heard of that.

00:45:33.720 If I had eight of my assistants in the grand jury, seven have been fired for not doing any

00:45:37.560 work.

00:45:39.140 Well, of course, they have nothing to do because they let the criminal all day.

00:45:41.880 Doesn't take a long time to let criminals out.

00:45:43.780 Takes a long time to prosecute.

00:45:45.000 But 52 percent felony cases he knocked down to misdemeanors.

00:45:51.100 And that's felony cases from the best police department in the world.

00:45:54.240 So his judgment is better than the New York police.

00:45:57.480 Come on.

00:45:58.740 That's no wonder we're really increasing crime.

00:46:02.220 And we have more crime.

00:46:03.540 Can you just hang on for one second?

00:46:06.080 Can you just hang on?

00:46:06.800 Because I want to get to lower Manhattan and I want to get up to Midtown.

00:46:09.620 Let's go to Rebecca. 0.98

00:46:10.360 Just hang right there.

00:46:11.140 Mara's with us.

00:46:11.760 Rebecca Koffler, there's a sense downtown that the motorcade is getting ready to leave,

00:46:17.340 et cetera.

00:46:17.760 What is the sense up there?

00:46:20.020 You're actually in Trump Tower in the atrium.

00:46:21.800 What's the sense up there in Midtown?

00:46:24.080 Yes, there's some movement definitely going on.

00:46:28.480 Various security folks, you know, kind of activated.

00:46:33.320 I don't know how to describe it.

00:46:35.240 I just, the police guys are, maybe I can show them in the picture.

00:46:42.000 We just got actually a picture with them and thanked them for their service.

00:46:48.540 Security is very tight, as you can imagine.

00:46:52.740 So, I just wanted to show you here, our law enforcement officers standing right there.

00:47:01.640 They were very happy to take a picture with me and my friends.

00:47:06.440 So, they're clearly Trump supporters.

00:47:09.880 Everybody here is supporting our president.

00:47:14.060 And, let's see, I'm monitoring the door, you know, out of the residence.

00:47:19.380 It's behind the curtain right now.

00:47:22.920 So, but it doesn't look like he left yet.

00:47:27.640 So, just to show you a little bit, the Trump 45 bar with our president right there.

00:47:36.460 So, there's a sense that he will come out.

00:47:39.280 Rebecca, Rebecca, Rebecca, hang on for one second.

00:47:42.360 We're going to go back down to lower Manhattan.

00:47:43.860 We've got MTG.

00:47:45.040 Mayor, hang on.

00:47:45.860 Rebecca, hang on. 0.64

00:47:46.540 Do I have MTG?

00:47:48.400 Congressman Green, can you hear us here in the war room?

00:47:51.200 Mm-hmm.

00:47:51.400 She's the only way to do it.

00:47:52.180 Mm-hmm.

00:47:53.120 Oh.

00:47:55.060 Yes, I can hear you, Steve.

00:47:57.900 So, give us, why are you up there?

00:48:00.200 You're from the state of, we hear you perfectly.

00:48:02.160 You're from the state of Georgia.

00:48:03.220 Why are you outside 100 Center Street today in lower Manhattan, ma'am?

00:48:10.760 I'm here to protest and use my First Amendment rights to stand up against the, not the prosecution,

00:48:17.380 the persecution and the weaponization of government against the former president of the United States

00:48:23.540 and the top Republican presidential candidate for 2024.

00:48:28.260 I'm here to stand up against communism today, Steve.

00:48:31.040 Congressman Green, the mayor of New York, Eric Adams, specifically singled you out as a hooligan

00:48:39.700 that's going to cause a problem and that you're dangerous and that you've got to back off and go home.

00:48:44.400 Your thoughts, ma'am?

00:48:49.280 He didn't just single me out, Steve.

00:48:51.280 He threatened me.

00:48:52.480 He called me by name and threatened me. 0.86

00:48:54.480 The mayor of New York City, I believe, is a thug, and he sent his people here today.

00:48:59.800 They had an organized text alert that went out calling what I would say Antifa to bring their whistles, pots and pans,

00:49:08.400 all kinds of instruments to make all kinds of noise to drown me out and drown others here today that are protesting and here supporting President Trump.

00:49:17.720 The mayor of New York City, Mayor Adams, owes me an apology.

00:49:22.880 I'm an elected member of Congress.

00:49:24.800 I represent hundreds of thousands of people from northwest Georgia,

00:49:28.660 but I also represent Americans all over the country that support Make America Great Again and support President Trump.

00:49:37.620 Congressman Green, I want to make sure we're clear.

00:49:39.840 You're accusing the mayor of actually helping to organize a counter-protest to drown out your voice, ma'am?

00:49:44.860 Yes, he called me out by name.

00:49:51.140 He called me out by name and threatened me.

00:49:54.080 He warned me, and I've never broken a law in my life.

00:49:58.300 I've never committed violence.

00:50:00.020 Everyone knows this, but by doing what he did, it was a dog whistle.

00:50:05.140 It was a dog whistle to the radical left here in New York City, and he sent them.

00:50:10.420 And I fully believe that, and that's how I feel.

00:50:13.160 He should have never done that.

00:50:14.600 You know, a mayor of a city is to welcome members of Congress and to make sure that they're safe.

00:50:19.900 They do not warn them and do not treat them the way that he treated me.

00:50:23.880 He threatened me, and I believe it was a dog whistle to the radical left here in New York City,

00:50:29.380 sending them here to our peaceful protest where we're gathering here in this park in front of the courthouse

00:50:35.760 in this unprecedented, unconstitutional witch hunt against Donald J. Trump.

00:50:40.620 And that's what the mayor of New York did to me.

00:50:45.220 Congressman Green, before I let you go, what is the Republican House going to do about this?

00:50:50.660 You're one of the firebrands up there.

00:50:52.080 What action is going to be taken to make sure this travesty gets shut down, ma'am?

00:50:56.220 Congress has to act.

00:51:02.500 We have to use the full power of the Oversight Committee and the Judiciary Committee.

00:51:06.280 We have to call Alvin Bragg in because he is colluding with Joe Biden's Department of Justice,

00:51:13.280 weaponizing the government against our top Republican presidential candidate.

00:51:18.960 This is political persecution.

00:51:21.040 This is not justice.

00:51:22.700 President Trump is the most vetted American in United States history.

00:51:26.940 Everyone knows he's innocent.

00:51:29.300 But what we have to do in Congress is we have to hold them accountable for this abuse and perversion of the justice system

00:51:36.780 and this collusion between the federal government into the Manhattan DA's office.

00:51:44.200 Congressman Green, we'll put up your social media.

00:51:46.320 You stay safe.

00:51:47.200 We look forward to having you back on later.

00:51:48.860 Thank you, ma'am.

00:51:49.620 Be safe.

00:51:53.720 I want to bring in Mike Lindell now.

00:51:55.540 Mike, you're going to be in Mar-a-Lago to support the president.

00:51:58.440 We've got about a minute or two.

00:51:59.900 Talk to me about what you're thinking this morning on this travesty.

00:52:03.220 A day will live in infamy.

00:52:05.400 Well, yeah, it will live in infamy.

00:52:07.620 I'm on my way to Mar-a-Lago right now.

00:52:09.160 I'm at the airport here.

00:52:10.240 I'll be leaving shortly.

00:52:11.420 I'm looking forward to seeing all the media there from around the world and to tell what a despicable act they're doing with Biden and this DA.

00:52:24.040 And this guy, what they've done is, with Braggs, I mean, this is just horrific and it's wrong.

00:52:32.940 He's innocent.

00:52:33.860 This is communism.

00:52:35.180 It weaponized the government against us.

00:52:38.400 You know, like the president said, he stands between us and them.

00:52:42.420 And this is it.

00:52:43.280 This is like an apex in history right now.

00:52:45.880 And I agree with with Marjorie, with Congressman Green.

00:52:49.860 We have to they have to do something about this.

00:52:52.380 They have to we can't let this be the normal.

00:52:55.520 If you don't like a candidate, you can just attack and attack and attack.

00:52:58.880 He's the most vetted president in the history of our country.

00:53:02.440 Mike, hang on one second.

00:53:05.620 I want to bring in Rudy before we bounce.

00:53:07.080 Our coverage is about to run out.

00:53:08.040 Charlie Kirk will be picking it up live.

00:53:09.860 Jack Posobiec is down in the park.

00:53:11.680 David Zier, Real America's Voice.

00:53:13.000 We've got full coverage.

00:53:13.860 Rebecca Koffler is up in Midtown.

00:53:15.740 Rudy, real quickly, what is to be done, sir?

00:53:18.420 People look to you for guidance, not just moral guidance, but really practical guidance.

00:53:22.360 What is to be done about this, sir?

00:53:24.900 Well, first thing is don't take the bait.

00:53:26.780 What I heard before from one of your people downtown is very disturbing, that they broke

00:53:32.060 down the barrier between the pros and the cons, the Trump people and the anti-Trump people.

00:53:37.180 I've never heard of that.

00:53:38.480 I mean, I probably was in charge of three, four or five hundred protests, none of which

00:53:44.480 ever became a riot.

00:53:46.440 And you never let the pros and the cons together.

00:53:50.260 You keep them on opposite sides of the street.

00:53:52.720 Putting them together, I have to assume that comes from Adams.

00:53:55.620 Sounds like a kind of a January 6th maneuver.

00:54:00.900 And I would say to our people, don't take the bait.

00:54:04.720 I mean, they put the agitation with them.

00:54:08.500 There's no reason to put them together.

00:54:12.240 At every, policing 101 would say, if you have, you know, anti-communist and pro-communist,

00:54:19.520 they're on opposite sides of the street and you don't put them together unless you want

00:54:22.980 a riot.

00:54:23.260 Mayor, how do people get to you?

00:54:27.260 We get about 30 seconds.

00:54:28.180 How do people get to you, sir?

00:54:31.100 RudyGiulianiCS.com.
