00:19:58.340 authorized it but then by the 11th we had a change in that story we had the attorney general indicating

00:20:04.740 that he had authorized it but they tried to maintain the line that the white house had nothing to do

00:20:09.520 with it well what these foia documents show is that the uh biden white house working with doj

00:20:16.680 used a special access program uh under uh you know the the presidential records regime uh this is in

00:20:25.260 title 44 of the united states code to uh allow these uh documents to be looked at uh and studied by doj

00:20:34.700 they should have gotten a separate subpoena for that but instead they use this special

00:20:38.920 access program which the president can authorize but the point of the program is that it allows the

00:20:45.860 president to look at past documents if he needs it to govern his own white house as the incumbent

00:20:52.600 and there's no need for these documents and there was no showing uh that that occurred you know we have

00:20:58.160 both president biden and his spokeswoman kareem jean pierre saying on tape back in august of last
