Bannon's War Room - Episode 2732： We Have Not Laid A Glove On Him; Unable To Vet The Number Of migrants At Border

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:09.980 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.560 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.320 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:23.920 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.740 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.660 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bannett

00:00:47.000 and uh the big problem with for us in the media with dealing with trump is that we haven't really

00:00:58.020 quite figured out how to do it yet he still has us we haven't laid a glove and a glove on him

00:01:03.480 yeah well you know it's interesting uh obviously cnn uh came under fierce uh criticism after the

00:01:11.660 town hall meeting um but since that time you've had jack schaefer politico saying hey just stop

00:01:18.640 whining we've got it we've got to see this guy you've written a column that i'm going to read

00:01:24.160 in a second saying the same thing also maureen dowd's latest column for the new york times is titled

00:01:29.640 no playing ostrich with trump and then maureen says this the town hall was enlightening and frightening

00:01:38.940 but we needed that reminder to be on full alert because trump is not just unhinged and dangerous

00:01:45.480 extremists he is also a cunning and dominating insurgent the argument that the media should 0.98

00:01:51.420 ignore trump and keep him under a bushel basket is ridiculous you can't extinguish trump by not

00:01:57.780 talking to him he's always going to find a platform president biden needs to see what he's up against 0.97

00:02:04.140 there are only so many times biden can say come on man in a debate biden's team has been blithely

00:02:12.080 underestimating the opponent that something jen saki suggested earlier today the cascading indictments

00:02:17.720 allow trump to play the guilt dipped martyr on an even larger scale the task is to challenge trump

00:02:24.600 and expose him not to put our fingers in our ears and sing la la la and and you know joe it's

00:02:32.320 interesting i'm going to read part of your your excellent uh column in a minute but it seems to me

00:02:39.040 we have the criticism followed by the false choice which was you can either hide your head in the sand

00:02:46.700 uh or have events like the cnn town hall meeting you say there's a middle ground what is it well i think we

00:02:55.120 have to be a lot smarter about how we handle this and and maybe a lot less politically correct um you

00:03:01.980 know caitlin collins is an excellent journalist but it was like having donald trump interviewed by his

00:03:09.960 daughter uh i think that would be much more psychologically interesting if we had a father

00:03:15.160 figure because as you know joe fred trump was the most important uh figure in donald trump's life

00:03:22.740 and he was an authoritarian he was a tough guy and uh you know we need to have someone interviewing

00:03:30.620 trump and we need to be more authoritative when we interview him we need to be able to say things like

00:03:36.760 you can't really believe that can you um no one's done that yet no no one's done that in a long time

00:03:45.140 uh and and i think that uh i was critical of cnn in in in the piece that i wrote but i could be

00:03:51.500 equally critical of of the other uh networks as well uh in a way the guy who really knew how to do

00:03:59.000 this was roger ales and if you look at the debates that fox staged back in the ales days the anchors

00:04:05.760 people like chris wallace people like megan kelly were really well prepared and they took heavy bites

00:04:12.260 out of trump's butt i want to ask you joe just about the tactics because the sober and just kind of 0.92

00:04:18.680 down the middle journalism is something a lot of people call for they say they want i think on some 0.99

00:04:24.360 level not successfully that's what cnn was attempting to do in that town hall and it didn't work because

00:04:30.020 they treated trump like a normal person so when you when you think about tactics or the next town hall or

00:04:35.960 the next interview do you think they should be calling him out in the moment should they be uh kind

00:04:42.940 of pushing back on him in the moment and something more aggressive than uh fact checking or what do

00:04:48.240 you how do you think the next journalist who interviews him should approach it well they say

00:04:51.700 they they you know first of all this is nothing against caitlin collins she has been a really tough

00:04:59.740 white house correspondent who didn't back down from trump in this but we have to think about more

00:05:06.900 carefully about the kind of questions we ask him we have to be prepared when he lies not to say well

00:05:13.980 you said but to show a clip of him saying the exact opposite um we have to be prepared and we have

00:05:21.460 and and we have to uh be very candid about the threat that this guy okay poses very candid about the

00:05:30.040 threat okay okay uh did i mention that the primary is over it's monday 15 may in the year of our lord

00:05:38.860 2023 and there you're seeing now the culmination the the thing was on wednesday night was it wednesday

00:05:46.820 or thursday night wednesday night i think now we're five or six days and today they're having the

00:05:53.320 complete meltdown who's your daddy right who's your daddy trump's your daddy he owns you right now

00:06:02.860 jen sackey up there with the suffragette got to get the suffragette white got it got to have 1.00

00:06:08.740 the symbolism okay let me just make sure we break this down for a second in war there's three phases

00:06:17.220 to war phase one take the moral high ground because you have to have people that will come 0.97

00:06:25.300 to your cause right and rally to your cause that are prepared to give all so you have to take the

00:06:30.540 moral high ground number one number two is total and complete destruction of one's enemy so there's

00:06:36.820 just a smoking pit where they once were like look at nazi germany in the 1945 or imperial japan 0.87

00:06:44.440 after the fire bombing of tokyo and then the nuclear weapons okay then you fill said smoking pit

00:06:51.720 with your stuff your values your your constructs that's victory right there what you're seeing

00:06:59.020 and this is where it's not dangerous it's reality as we head into now a uh a jacked up phase of

00:07:08.560 information warfare about the as i say there's no compromise there's no compromise one side's

00:07:18.080 going to win one side's going to lose and don't take it from stephen k bannon look on morning joe

00:07:23.420 and morning joe doesn't have a big audience no president trump's always dumping on for the size

00:07:26.980 of their audience but it is the conventional wisdom of the apparatus every morning you know

00:07:33.460 morning mika excuse me morning mika right there morning mika with my own morning mika mug

00:07:38.260 okay morning mika lays out the conventional wisdom of what the apparatus thinks and here

00:07:46.420 this morning on the on monday the 15th of may in the year of our lord 2023 what 15 or 16 months

00:07:52.800 before the before the uh or longer than that i guess a year and a half thereabouts from the

00:07:58.800 general election they're already saying we haven't laid a glove on him that was the quote we have not

00:08:04.560 laid a glove on him they've been at this ladies and gentlemen since what the 17th of june of 2015

00:08:12.080 what are we now getting into the eighth year of this we have not laid a glove on him we have not

00:08:18.940 laid a glove and look what they said right there we have to come about this and they and here's the

00:08:23.960 here's the irony the irony they need to rely upon the patriarchy to try to take down trump that's

00:08:34.060 what they're calling for we need a fred trump type authoritarian figure that he would look up to and he

00:08:39.480 would fear and we got to play clips when he's talking do you understand when i say they're the

00:08:44.720 enemy of the people do you get now what i mean by that is that an independent free journalism is that

00:08:51.660 a media of the walter cronkite edward r murrow eric severance as bad as that was as slanted as that

00:08:58.480 was it's not your grandparents your parents and grandparents no when i say that that is our enemy

00:09:06.780 and not the democratic party the the radical socialist marxism democratic party they're just

00:09:12.900 apparatchiks they're just movable items the aocs and all this they're just they're just movable

00:09:18.420 set pieces or pieces on a chessboard it is the the media is more than the propaganda again arm because

00:09:26.900 they understand in a modern society a modern culture that communications and um in media is

00:09:33.200 everything marshall mcclellan told us this t hardy chardin told us this right this is the modern world

00:09:38.560 this is modernity and right there you saw it in his ugly stark so don't ever say oh banning these

00:09:45.900 radicals they're trying to do this or trying to do that right there you saw the weaponization of

00:09:51.660 platforms that have taking taken hundreds of billions of dollars of investment to build

00:09:57.820 and they're coming at you they're coming at you because trump is just what stands in the way between

00:10:05.200 you and them and that's why they hate him we're gonna play i'm gonna run the sprockets off that

00:10:11.640 uh today and make sure everybody understands this we're going to deconstruct it because right there

00:10:17.920 you see and in fact we're going to go we're going to go to the border because this is another thing

00:10:21.680 with information warfare is up there bottom line let's cut to the chase bannon i'm and you know

00:10:27.160 you're starting to get you know you're starting to get too you're quoting marshall mcclellan

00:10:30.760 and t hardy chardin so you're getting a little esoteric for me on a monday morning when i haven't had my

00:10:34.940 third shot of uh of coffee or my first field of greens to get jacked up for the day

00:10:41.240 this is their their this is the cut to the chase they're coming and they're coming hard and

00:10:51.420 the and you're winning you're winning if trump if they didn't know that trump was the legitimate

00:11:02.640 president of the united states and they didn't know that the people have empowered him empowered

00:11:10.020 him to stand on that stage and take it and and as i said to own the room to have a presence that

00:11:16.900 comes there and there owns it if it not just been a flop it even been you know they would have buried

00:11:22.960 this guy they would have buried this guy and why i say the primary is over not to get too political

00:11:29.180 but just look at look at the santas and iowa it's not it's not that's not happening okay just not

00:11:34.500 not and they know it that's why they're going to go to extraordinary measures think about it for a

00:11:40.820 second just step back and think about this for one second everything they have thrown at trump

00:11:47.660 from the lies about russia to two impeachments to two impeachments to indicted on this 0.59

00:11:55.200 not nonsensical crap in new york city to have four or five other indictments that lose last week 0.70

00:12:02.460 which they thought was to have four or five indictments coming at grand juries here this 0.97

00:12:06.140 putting him in bankruptcy doing it think about it for a second no person in american history no

00:12:11.880 individual in american history none nada the null set has ever had the apparatus come at him like

00:12:18.900 donald j trump nobody that's a demonstrable fact and the opening we we have we have the quote we

00:12:27.400 have not laid a glove on him unquote and by the way that was joe klein joe klein's one of the smartest

00:12:33.200 guys left he's the guy that wrote the the book anonymous down in the clinton years he's one of the

00:12:37.760 most perceptive political analysts and writers and intellectuals out there that's what they had him

00:12:43.620 on today and they had jen saki they had the whole thing and morning joe and of course the whole meltdown

00:12:47.440 on morning mika he needs we need this is how desperate they are as much as they hate and 0.90

00:12:53.620 do you know how much it hurts mika and jen saki to sit there and listen to and know that you got to

00:12:59.480 have the patriarchy the patriarchy what's going to save us we need a father figure we need an

00:13:04.960 authoritarian we need to get fred trump we need to call fred trump back from the grave and we need to

00:13:09.780 bring we need the ghost of of of trump's childhood all this all this this is how these people think it's

00:13:15.500 all this psychological mumbo jumbo right think about it for a second do you think you've broken

00:13:21.440 them do you think trump has broken them on the world stage and they're sitting there with this

00:13:27.180 bizarro fantasy let's go into the deep recesses of trump's mind let's go into his mind and bring back

00:13:33.960 his father and put his father on stage yes yes not a good look folks you're you're pushing this

00:13:42.940 radical deconstruction of the family the destruction of the american family weaponizing children why

00:13:47.920 because the evils of the patriarchy i said this you know one couple of years ago during the globe

00:13:52.740 golden globes when uh oprah was up there the patriarchy is the enemy the judeo-christian west

00:14:00.220 that's the personified by the patriarchy oh my god but now they're saying and they understand that

00:14:05.860 trump is is is the primary is over trump's going to win the election joe biden their quote doesn't know

00:14:11.040 what's coming for him and donald j trump is going to return as the 47th president of these united

00:14:18.620 states and he's going to set things right okay we're gonna take a short commercial break we've got

00:14:24.900 a all-star lineup today including wait for it cary lake and mtg we're coming in guns blazing next on the

00:14:33.120 border with ben burquam todd bensman and wade miller all of it we're going to find out about the invasion

00:14:40.240 of the united states of america next in the war room

00:14:43.300 president trump recently issued a warning from his home at mar-a-lago and i want to quote this

00:15:06.980 our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard which will be the greatest

00:15:12.840 defeat frankly in 200 years end quote he did that in the interview that i had with him a couple weeks

00:15:18.900 ago at his home now there are three reasons the central banks are dumping u.s dollar inflation

00:15:27.620 deficit spending and our insurmountable national debt the fact is there's one asset that has withstood

00:15:35.560 famine wars and political and economic upheaval dating back to biblical times that would be gold

00:15:42.060 gold has been a hedge against chaos from time immemorial and you can own it in a tax-sheltered

00:15:51.300 retirement account with the help of birch gold that's right birch gold will help you convert an

00:17:07.760 okay from the sublime to the less sublime i'm going to come back um and talk about that opening segment

00:17:20.340 again because this is quite important this is signal not noise i'm gonna go to more signal and

00:17:25.600 that's about the invasion of your country and the information warfare oh they opened the borders

00:17:30.100 but nobody showed up that could not be a bigger lie uh i want to go to first we get ben burquam

00:17:36.120 in yuma arizona then we're gonna go to todd who's just back from the border and by the way todd bensman's

00:17:41.360 amazing reporting and videos is one of the key reasons this thing has been has been uh has been

00:17:47.140 shut down to a small degree uh ben burquam give me a report give me a quick and dirty on yuma and 0.65

00:17:53.160 i'm gonna come back to your brother hey steve we got in here late last night and uh just just to kind

00:18:00.400 of get a test the water see what the pulse was down here if it was continuing or not if by my

00:18:05.500 marcus by some amazing feat actually was telling the truth that the illegal uh crossings were going

00:18:11.200 to stop and uh it not only didn't stop it was worse last night than i've ever seen it we had

00:18:16.940 hundreds coming over and what's interesting is where they're coming from now the majority of the people

00:18:21.860 that i interviewed last night were coming from moldavia from uh sudan and from uh egypt now that's

00:18:29.340 where they're coming from all over africa and egypt now and i have a couple ids here we have one

00:18:33.740 from ghana one from nigeria but the thing that got me the most last night was this this is a bag tag

00:18:40.080 but from the department of homeland security they're so backed up they just simply leave

00:18:44.300 the tags out they had a bag of them left down by the wall so if you showed up here and there was no

00:18:48.440 border patrol here you could tag your own bag through the homeland security and just wait for

00:18:53.040 your uber uh border patrol pickup to come pick you up nothing's changed here it's only gotten worse

00:18:57.780 stop my my my beloved brother who's one of the smartest guys i know actually gave me the concept

00:19:04.140 he said it's concierge uh illegal it's concierge invasion that's it you gotta give you gotta give

00:19:09.980 the audience this again you gotta give it again hold it you do you put a no you put a bag you got

00:19:14.920 snacks and a phone waiting for you you literally tag your bag and they'll come and pick it up please

00:19:19.800 don't tell me that yes ben you're just trying to jerk my team give us that again hold it stop

00:19:25.120 hit this hit the ben's when you're gonna have to wait get another cup of coffee you gotta give

00:19:30.080 me this again what is it i shouldn't be laughing i should be crying right now this is how secure

00:19:36.560 our border is border patrol i didn't even know homeland security had bag tags it's like the like

00:19:40.900 you said concierge service so you showed up right behind me there is a bag of them on top of the uh

00:19:46.800 uh the little post over there where the wall ends so you simply walk around the wall

00:19:50.740 you grab your bag tag you tag your own bag you have to sign it here so good thing you know owner's

00:19:57.620 signature we got that part of it and then when border patrol shows up you hand them your bag that

00:20:03.060 way you make sure you get it when you're handed off to the ngo or wherever else they take you

00:20:07.000 this is how insane this is how secure a holder is hold it that illegal no no it's the only place in

00:20:12.320 but burquam it's the only place in arizona you're gonna have signature verification

00:20:18.480 we we don't have signature verification when you vote no you don't you don't have signature

00:20:24.220 verification when you vote no but you're gonna have it on your you gotta have it you gotta have

00:20:28.180 it get your bag from the concierge service i'm gonna challenge you steve i'm gonna challenge you

00:20:31.540 on that no no no you don't have signature verification here either it's a continuation of that because

00:20:36.840 that's why they dropped their ids that's why they dropped their passports so you can make up 0.66

00:20:40.520 anything you want so whatever signature you want to put on this thing homeland security says

00:20:45.760 we'll take it we'll take it it's just like our elections the sick this is not funny but we got

00:20:53.180 to show you the absurdity of it because your tax dollars your tax money are paying for now we've

00:21:00.240 turned border patrol into a concierge service you can't tag a bag at an airport and make sure and

00:21:05.140 guarantee it shows up right but man you you pay at the u.s taxpayer to pay for concierge service at

00:21:12.580 the border it's six stay right there burquam todd bensman that you you've laid out exactly one man

00:21:19.540 has laid out the entire thing and that's bensman here's what he did he told you about the quote

00:21:24.180 unquote humane pathways that inside of mexico they're gonna be they're processing this is all

00:21:29.440 a well-organized orderly process to get as many in as possible as quickly and as possible

00:21:34.800 and your videos showing the mad rush was the way and i know this now we're gonna get wade miller on

00:21:40.900 here for a second from the center for renewing america it's so freaked out abbott they quote

00:21:46.120 unquote he got mad he got mad because he got out he got found as they say at west point he got found

00:21:51.200 for lying todd bensman give me your assessment i know you're back you haven't slept give us your

00:21:55.380 assessment okay uh well first of all back just real quickly on uh the video that ben

00:22:02.140 has shot down there in yuma that is very disturbing those countries are terrorist countries uh countries 0.74

00:22:10.820 of of terrorism concern national security concern egypt sudan somalia uh those uh people are not

00:22:20.000 vettable you can't call sudan and ask for an intel share uh and the egyptians aren't going to have a

00:22:26.980 whole lot either on on uh you know their muslim brotherhood people and i want to point out also

00:22:32.560 that an afghan on the fbi's terrorism watch list was just caught picked up in the san diego sector

00:22:39.220 that traffic right there uh should send a chill down every american's spine okay so having said that

00:22:47.260 um what's happening now is we are in a bit of a pause uh there are thousands uh tens of thousands

00:22:54.800 thousands of migrants who are trying to figure out where the loopholes are in the new title eight

00:23:01.000 expedited removal there are huge loopholes there um it does so it doesn't matter if i tell you what

00:23:08.080 they are they're not going to learn about it through you the ngos are down in the camps uh i ran into

00:23:14.380 ngo representatives in reynosa who are spreading out through the haitian camps uh handing out information

00:23:22.400 and talking to huge groups surrounded by huge groups uh explaining our new system to them the

00:23:29.260 the main loopholes and they will they will find this sooner or later are for family groups that

00:23:35.560 they can come in and the mayorkas administration will not detain them uh for this supposed expedited

00:23:43.760 removal they can claim asylum and then appeal whatever they whatever decline or whatever and

00:23:48.480 then they'll be released so look for a family unit so i'm looking for it they're looking for it

00:23:54.840 everybody's looking to see the first ones that get through and then they will come there are other

00:24:00.640 loopholes the new uh regimen does not apply to unaccompanied minors 350 000 already have poured 0.84

00:24:08.040 through under the title 42 loophole made for them a cut out for them uh that will remain unaccompanied

00:24:15.420 minors can just it's a wide open ramp the other thing that you should just keep in mind is uh when

00:24:22.840 i was coming back from matamoras over the uh brownsville bridge there was at least a hundred

00:24:29.900 yard long line of cbp1 uh entry permit uh holders who were and that's the longest i've ever seen they've

00:24:39.140 widened the aperture for this other uh kind of like a pre-legalization that we keep talking about

00:24:46.040 on this program uh that the numbers of those people are going to be in the thousands and they're just

00:24:51.820 handing them out like candy right now there is a 20 state lawsuit uh against that program specifically

00:25:01.060 humanitarian parole and at any moment a federal judge in the fifth circuit uh is going to very

00:25:09.220 likely uh strike that down when and if that happens they're not even going to have that uh pressure

00:25:16.960 cooker release you know for steam to to release the the steam uh so that's something to watch for too

00:25:24.020 we're just in a bit of a pause those people that ben is uh filming right there are kind of like

00:25:30.440 nationalities that are that don't fit uh a profile where they can easily be x uh expedited removed

00:25:37.220 to you know sudan or egypt uh so they're just going to get right in they're going to all those people

00:25:42.540 are going to get right in and that's why they're coming in yeah hang on hang on one second i want to

00:25:48.800 go also to because i'm gonna have carrie lake on here in a second and wade talk to me about why was 1.00

00:25:55.460 saturday and the footage you took on friday and saturday so explosive and one of the reasons

00:26:00.800 it shut down is the texas rangers and dps department public safety have filled the gap because of your

00:26:06.440 footage tell us about that footage why was it so important why did abbott lose it it is true uh the

00:26:14.420 footage was of that i took was all week last week they were just pouring in just thousands at

00:26:21.340 matamorris it was a huge ripped open gaping hole for them to just pour in thousands and thousand 0.59

00:26:27.940 thousand ten thousand twenty thousand got through there in the last few weeks um and uh when i got

00:26:34.860 there i was the only reporter there was nobody there it was just empty and so i started filming them

00:26:40.240 cross and as i was filming i was narrating there is nobody there are no uniforms on the other side to

00:26:46.880 stop this uh and they were just clawing it was they were storming uh up the riverbank and

00:26:53.720 um i'm told that abbott saw that footage and you know got on the on the horn with uh people uh you

00:27:00.940 know deputies and ordered that right there what you're seeing right there that footage right there

00:27:05.400 is the first footage that i know of where they just shut it down they put their brawn out there right

00:27:11.220 on the riverbank and said thou shalt not pass and it was hundreds of yards long they were doing that

00:27:17.120 they wouldn't let them pass now why they didn't do this two years ago and a year ago um you know i

00:27:22.480 couldn't tell you they didn't do it they didn't i tell i'll tell you i'll tell you because they didn't

00:27:26.980 see your footage called abbott a liar that's why he was exposed of allowing texas to be invaded

00:27:33.700 that's why he finally had it up in his grill go ahead sir that footage right there then went to

00:27:40.340 the white house uh that who were they were enraged by that footage and now the um administration is

00:27:48.680 threatening to have the department of justice investigate whether it's legal i don't think

00:27:53.680 that thing is over so uh keep your eye on that but we want very effective it was absolutely effective

00:28:01.140 i circulated among the immigrants i circulated among the immigrants uh for two days after that

00:28:10.260 and they were all like we would go except why bother we can't get through them uh immigration

00:28:16.180 officials on mexican immigration on the other side fully attributed the shutdown in that sector to those

00:28:23.140 troopers and the and the national guard on that side it just shows that this can be done one last

00:28:29.940 thing in the two and a half years that i've been covering this i've written the book on this border

00:28:33.860 crisis there is no other book about this i've never seen anybody stop immigrants like that it's 0.82

00:30:40.000 okay um welcome of todd bensman had to bounce we're gonna get him back either later this morning

00:30:49.400 we're definitely gonna get him this afternoon a lot going on um carrie lake is joining us is carrie up 1.00

00:30:55.220 carrie thank you very much for joining us but carrie i want to i want to i got to have two predicates

00:30:59.900 carrie i want you to watch we're gonna go to yuma arizona your beloved yuma uh in the state that you're

00:31:05.860 actually the legitimate governor of and uh and then i want to bring in wade miller from the center

00:31:10.600 let me go to yuma i got ben burquam and i got the supervisor jonathan lyons is with us

00:31:15.960 uh ben can you and jonathan give us an update again of what's actually going on here

00:31:21.080 yeah and real quick to what todd was talking about uh the only reason we had a few places where

00:31:29.460 illegals weren't crossing in massive numbers was because of that national guard dps presence

00:31:34.300 down here in arizona it is free for all wide open supervisor talked to it by the way shout

00:31:39.720 out to carrie lake we love you supervisor uh talk to us about where we're standing and did

00:31:44.420 secretary secretary mayorkas lie to us so about 15 months ago secretary mayorkas was here we were

00:31:50.620 meeting at yuma sector border patrol uh he was here with the national chief of border patrol and he made

00:31:56.140 a commitment to us uh to the mayor and myself that he would close uh nine of the 11 gaps that we have

00:32:02.400 here in yuma arizona and to date uh construction began on four of them a few months ago but they're

00:32:09.260 still wide open and uh you know going back two years average of 20 to 30 a month uh and now we're

00:32:17.920 seeing uh you know two weeks ago our averages were about 300 we spiked per day not per month per day

00:32:24.880 per day uh we spiked at 1500 a day uh last week the day before title 42 was set to expire

00:32:33.220 and now we're seeing an average of 300 a day so uh the averages are down from last week uh but

00:32:42.100 overall it's still 10 times more a day than what we were seeing in a month you mean uh it went from

00:32:46.940 300 to 600 100 to 600 sorry yes yeah absolutely supervisor let me let me just ask you when the

00:32:52.720 judiciary committee came down there for the hearing i think what shocked the country yep is like your

00:32:57.900 health system i think the hospital is 24 million and a thing you guys have limited resources to either

00:33:03.600 from the tax base in yuma the citizens we are a very state arizona can kick in so walk us through

00:33:09.200 that walk us through the burden and the crushing burden on the hard-working citizens in yuma of of what

00:33:15.080 this invasion has caused so you know we are a very tiny community we have a limited number of

00:33:22.940 uh transportation out of yuma we've got five flights a day we've got three buses so first and foremost

00:33:28.320 anybody released into the community was already a burden uh and then when border patrol had uh a 220

00:33:36.220 to a 300 over capacity in their tilt up um and people were walking off of the border they were showing

00:33:42.340 up directly to some of our shelters they were showing up to the uh mexican consul's office they

00:33:47.680 were showing up to the sheriff's office um and that became a significant burden i am the chairman

00:33:54.340 of the yuma community food bank and so we were having to scramble to supply a lot of our uh current

00:34:00.720 ngos here in yuma uh nothing that has popped up it was just the people that take care of the yuma

00:34:05.620 community um vice chairman of the of amberley's place it's a women and children's shelter where we had

00:34:11.200 uh young women 12 and up uh coming in because they had been violated they'd been raped uh in this

00:34:18.380 journey coming across the border so we've seen a little bit of everything our hospital uh we were

00:34:23.060 receiving 9-1-1 phone calls directly uh to the border where they were picking them up and taking

00:34:28.540 them to the hospital even before going into border patrol custody uh so uh the uh hospital did an audit

00:34:37.220 and they found an audible number of over 26 million and that was uh as of a few months ago

00:34:43.220 where we testified to the judiciary committee also had uh uh mr comer come out on the oversight committee

00:34:50.720 a few months before that uh and you know he didn't have anybody from the other side of the aisle joining

00:34:55.360 him i'm grateful for the uh the magnifying glass that they brought uh to yuma to kind of uh demonstrate

00:35:02.580 to the nation what happens in these smaller communities john that burnt hang on for one

00:35:08.380 second i want to go to just you stay right there uh let me go to uh wade uh miller at the center for

00:35:14.060 renewing america wade walk me through that concept that the center came up with and you guys put

00:35:19.640 together the uh for arizona the ducey actually signed something and um or the attorney general i think

00:35:25.820 it was signed something and um and abbott has it looks like he's installed what is about these states

00:35:31.340 an invasion that they can actually do to repel this sure so if the president of the united states

00:35:38.020 is failing to uphold article 4 section 4 of the constitution then article 1 section 10 clause 3

00:35:44.680 kicks in and governors of states have the inherent authority to invoke that which gets you immediately

00:35:52.180 out of the immigration law silo you're now in a constitutional silo and you have broad authorities

00:35:58.040 which courts have even said they don't they can't uh dictate to you know states how these

00:36:03.600 authorities are used they're non-justiciable and therefore governors can declare an invasion they

00:36:09.520 can declare that their state is in imminent danger and they can set policies in place to actually

00:36:14.820 address that threat which again are not subject to things like arizona vus and other court precedent

00:36:20.720 which have in the past limited the ability of states to defend themselves and so when when you know

00:36:26.080 the the administration says that we're down 50 percent in crossings and whatever of course that's

00:36:32.580 nonsense uh you know the the cartels are slowing things down to assess this situation and to then

00:36:38.540 reroute those people and even if numbers were down 500 we would be in a severe crisis on the border still

00:36:44.760 and then of course you know governor lake had put in place a lot of the aspects of our idea in her

00:36:51.120 campaign she had the best border security plan of any governor in the history of the united states as 0.92

00:36:56.680 a candidate and what we're seeing right now is elements of her plan now starting to be used in

00:37:02.580 texas in very small part and we're already seeing an immediate impact so when carrie lake is put in

00:37:08.520 place as governor because i absolutely believe that her election was stolen and i watched it on the

00:37:12.780 you know the day of the election and i was just aghast at what was actually happening and what

00:37:17.180 was allowed to happen uh you know when she is governor and when she fully implements this plan 1.00

00:37:22.880 she will show the other states how this can actually be done unless governor abbott continues to move

00:37:29.240 forward and do this first and we of course fully encourage him but in large part governor abbott is

00:37:34.320 doing right now uh is due to the fact that carrie lake elevated this into a national debate and 1.00

00:37:41.160 helped make the invasion declaration concept a national conversation this is what and this is

00:37:48.480 what the good folks in human needed and i say this let's bring in carrie lake and obviously war room 1.00

00:37:53.420 cover this people say election integrity election if you looked at it from the outside election

00:37:58.100 integrity was huge issue do not get me wrong and do not get me wrong about arizona 2020 than 22

00:38:02.800 however if you followed this from the people in arizona if you looked at it carrie it was really

00:38:08.700 about border security uh carrie lake in fact carrie you actually said the second your hand went off

00:38:16.280 the bible after you took the oath tell us what you were going to do because you bought into this 0.84

00:38:20.900 program you were the first to buy into it and he's right to elevate it and then that that in itself

00:38:27.560 that's why the combers of the world and judiciary said we have to start going to these border

00:38:33.420 communities down in places like texas and down places like arizona so the people the citizens in yuma

00:38:38.600 have a national stage a national platform to actually make their case of how they're the front

00:38:44.160 liner they're getting crushed in every aspect whether it's education uh public safety health care

00:38:50.240 or whatever carrie lake it's just devastating what's happening in arizona i mean um it's horrible

00:38:57.320 we saw this coming we were sounding the alarm bells i had my amazing uh border policy called defend

00:39:04.540 arizona and i thank wade for talking about it and recognizing how transformative our border policy

00:39:10.700 was we don't need to rely on joe we can't rely on joe biden but we don't need to rely as sovereign

00:39:17.020 states on the federal government when they are failing us in the guarantee clause article four

00:39:22.140 section four we have a constitutional right to protect our citizens from an invasion and that is

00:39:28.220 exactly what i talked about from day one practically of my campaign as a matter of fact i got my team

00:39:34.620 together and i said we will put together the strongest border policy i want to use the constitution

00:39:39.180 i want to use every single resource we have to secure our border because i recognize that the fastest way

00:39:45.380 to bring down a country is to open up the borders and that's exactly what's happening right now and

00:39:50.660 frankly steve i think that's why they had to steal the election from me they realized that on day one

00:39:56.060 immediately after taking my hand off the bible and and taking the oath of office we were going to

00:40:02.540 declare an invasion on our border and get things rolling to protect the people of arizona i offered my

00:40:08.540 plan to doug ducey when he was governor immediately and i said please implement this you can even take my

00:40:14.380 name off of it and put your name on it i don't look for the credit i don't want the credit i just want

00:40:20.220 a secure border and i offered it to texas as well but they didn't do it in time and now we are in a

00:40:25.980 complete panic being overrun at our borders and now these governors are finally going oh well

00:40:31.820 maybe i can do something yeah the takeaway is when when when abbott was shamed last week and

00:40:37.740 particularly friday and saturday in the show we broke it is that he then implemented this not not

00:40:42.460 talking about an elite task force this was like crowd control right at the border he came in with

00:40:48.460 what wade uh miller and the team over at uh center for renewing america had been talking about from day

00:40:53.900 when he implemented it that's one of the reasons you see not the panic at the border you have carry

00:40:58.860 just two things number one you're the first guy you specifically went after the cartels about

00:41:03.740 designated them as a terrorist organization against folks in arizona but what was that border the and

00:41:09.020 people say oh they remember these huge rallies with carry lake it looked like a presidential campaign

00:41:13.020 he had please all you know things all over the most impressive thing i ever the event i ever saw in

00:41:19.580 your campaign was the the forum you did it wasn't a town hall it was like a forum a down on the border

00:41:26.860 we had the parents of people that had been killed and murdered and you had all these tremendous

00:41:31.260 executives and law enforcement officers tell us about that yeah we went down and did a border tour

00:41:36.620 and a lot of that was to show the world what's happening in arizona we brought down some of the other

00:41:42.300 candidates many of them all of them supported our plans for the border and we wanted to educate the

00:41:48.540 news media because the media hasn't been covering it i mean they've been just flat out lying to

00:41:53.420 people about what's happening now i think they're being forced to cover it because it's going to be

00:41:57.500 real hard to hide what's happening when you have hundreds of thousands of people pouring across our border

00:42:02.620 and let me remind you steve they are uh you know we talked to jonathan lyons i saw that ben was

00:42:08.220 interviewing him interviewing him ask them about their food banks down there the shelves are bare

00:42:14.140 where do you think that food's going it's going to people who come here illegally the hotels 1.00

00:42:18.620 are becoming full the federal government is paying to put these illegal people up the airfare they're 0.76

00:42:24.300 providing airfare every time i go to sky harbor airport in phoenix i see a line of 40 or 50 people

00:42:30.540 here illegally given free airfare to go through our airports and go to a city near you all around this

00:42:37.580 country they're given free iphones they're given work permits and they're given medical care

00:42:43.260 i know a lot of americans right now who can't afford any of that stuff and we're handing it out

00:42:48.540 like it's free candy to people coming across the border illegally everybody who steps foot across that

00:42:54.140 border is committing a crime they are criminals and we need to make sure we deport them immediately 1.00

00:43:00.300 we don't want a court case for them in 12 or 13 years we want to get them on buses and send 1.00

00:43:06.540 them back across the border not to another city away from our border

00:43:10.700 even the mainstream media and talk look the aspiration to come to united states is a powerful

00:43:17.340 aspiration we're not we're not denigrating that but that is not what the asylum system is we have

00:43:23.020 an immigration system you got to take a number and get in line and quite frankly just to come here for

00:43:27.500 a better life i'm all for legal immigration the people most opposed to what we're seeing at the border

00:43:33.900 the people most appalled by it are those who came through the legal way they worked through the

00:43:39.820 system they did everything they were supposed to do they did it right and they're watching this and

00:43:44.780 saying wait a minute this cheapens what i did this devalues what i did and this devalues our citizenship

00:43:51.340 and frankly it will destabilize our country and we will be in a real big state of hurt we're already in

00:43:57.420 it but it's only going to get worse kerry if you can just hang on uh for a second we'll take a short

00:44:03.260 break uh we get ben burquam in yuma yuma one of these great uh small hard-working communities

00:44:09.420 absolutely been crushed by this remember every state's a border state every town's a border town

00:44:15.340 but the ones right there at the border from the rio grande valley to south texas to southern arizona are

00:44:22.060 absolutely being crushed the citizens the american citizens hispanic american citizens being crushed 0.81

00:44:28.060 short break wade miller also at the center for renewing america we get we're packed

00:44:32.460 today and we're a little backed up we're gonna get through it all short break back in the warm in a

00:47:10.300 weaponizations stuff um and um how's it going tell me what they should be doing that they're not and

00:47:19.340 i'm not i'm not wild about what's going on yeah look as a former senior investigator for chairman nunes

00:47:24.860 when we ran russiagate you know we kind of laid out a game plan that some of the committees are following

00:47:29.500 you know mostly when it comes to extortion and fraud you follow the money you issue subpoenas

00:47:34.300 for the bank account but then you release that information i'm glad we have a committee on the

00:47:38.700 ccp but i don't know exactly what the priorities are other than just saying we're going after the ccp 1.00

00:47:44.620 okay that's great but what aspect intel how they penetrate cyber what they're doing in the air

00:47:50.380 space see the south china sea taiwan i mean here's the thing with congressional committees

00:47:55.340 they can only do so many things so pick one or two things and i don't know what they've focused

00:48:00.780 on other than general hearings and i get that's a way to get information out to the public but we now

00:48:06.940 know the bidens are in bed with them and have been for years and i get one committee's doing that but are

00:48:11.660 there other people that did it and maybe this that committee can focus on those things and um what

00:48:16.540 about the interaction uh jordan's committee has had there's there's guys that i've been saying for

00:48:23.100 years and wrote about in my books brendan and clapper right architects in russia i guess they've

00:48:29.100 been subpoenaed but like those guys go back to the russia russia russia hoax yeah what what what should

00:48:35.820 be we we'd be doing with those guys i mean as far as i'm concerned they they they need to be looked at

00:48:41.580 carefully for indictments for for lying to congress and treason and all sorts of stuff no absolutely but

00:48:46.860 as you know you know we don't have the white house of the executive branch so we don't have the doj so

00:48:50.460 what we have to do is hearings like this and i'm just going to read the headline here john brennan

00:48:54.540 the former head of the cia closed door interview confirmed hunter biden's laptop was all political

00:49:00.220 quotes so we knew it he knew it he knew russiagate was political six years ago when he allowed that

00:49:07.020 to happen on his watch and advised obama that it was happening and of course they have to admit it now

00:49:12.380 because they've been caught those committees they have fashioned an excellent investigative approach

00:49:17.260 at least in terms of this but they got away with it that's the thing like you and i flynn uh

00:49:24.380 everybody i knew in the west wing is a target of the biden injustice department and these guys what

00:49:31.260 what what now now that he's admitted that yeah i mean he could that that's election theft

00:49:37.340 okay it's rigging that cost the election because if people had known that that laptop was real

00:49:42.620 they would have norm would have voted for trump the polling says that what do we do what we do is

00:49:49.260 place them under oath the new statute of limitation starts today because you don't actually just uh

00:49:54.460 technicality whether or not they were placed under oath i don't know if they were or not but as long as

00:49:58.860 the committee advised them that their statements if they are false they can be federally prosecuted

00:50:04.460 so it's just as good i recall that from my russiagate days why they do them under closed doors

00:50:09.820 probably because they were some of the stuff they'll say is classified here's here's the thing 0.92

00:50:12.860 i did i i'm with you i'm not nonsense i did 68 interrogations a lot of them are the same crap 0.55

00:50:18.380 they pulled with the j6 committee where they put everybody you know behind closed doors and then 0.99

00:50:24.460 they cherry-picked this stuff i want to know i want the entire time for the people now that now that

00:50:29.100 entire transcript has to be released that's that's how yes i'm okay with the closed door if the next step

00:50:33.660 is released so we can read it yes i'm okay with that and that might take a week and let's see what they do

00:50:38.620 they got clapper and brendan and that was a big lift like you know i'm critical of the committee

00:50:42.460 on many instances but that was a big lift to get them in now as you say educate the american

00:50:47.100 public because that's how we're going to have accountability we're not going to have it and

00:50:49.740 what about ray and his i mean he's he's got to come in or across every the whole j6 thing where

00:50:56.620 we had fbi informants instigating the violence he was weak on china he talks a good game but always weak

00:51:02.860 what about him what do you do he allowed russiagate to happen he permitted it on his watch yeah he

00:51:08.220 embedded sources in christian houses of worship or at least authorized it in his fbi he's the next

00:51:13.340 guy in the judiciary committee must subpoena chris ray and but what's the strategy as you said yeah

00:51:18.460 they control the department of justice what what do we need to do i think we have to start some

00:51:24.940 impeachment proceedings against some of these cabinet level officials not the guys that are

00:51:29.420 out clapper and brendan if they lied we'll prosecute them in a year and a half no problem but what if they

00:51:34.300 tell the truth what if they say which is the truth yeah we rigged the election it's political

00:51:40.780 what what do you do well you take that and you say it every day 10 times a day from now to 2024 so

00:51:46.300 everybody out not here but everybody out there who says no you guys are right-wing conspiracists no

00:51:50.140 we're not they said it we called them out on it i got an idea why don't you write a book

00:51:55.420 call it the real government gangsters yeah god i'll never tell people about it a little bit

00:52:00.860 governmentgangsters.com pre-sale i still can't really talk about it because they won't release

00:52:05.100 my manuscript these government gangsters and that's the irony look it's coming out we sued

00:52:10.140 them in federal court last week we're getting it out which calls the tune is it the doj

00:52:15.740 wags the fbi tail or does the fbi wag the doj i think you know how it is in government they wag

00:52:21.500 each other's tail when they want to duck and cover right they don't want to be out there saying oh no

00:52:25.740 they're gonna be like oh it's dod no it's doj no it's cia no it's fbi and they're just gonna yell at

00:52:30.300 each other and publicly they're gonna excoriate us for being like oh we're gonna leak sensitive

00:52:33.820 information why do you think uh there hadn't been more conscientious objectors and whistleblowers

00:52:40.460 emerging from the fbi as they watch all these things done to people like you and me and trump

00:52:46.060 i think we have seen a little bit of a watershed moment we had none yeah now i've got six that i

00:52:51.180 can count that have provided some serious allegations and that's great we need more look

00:52:55.660 we got the we now know the fbi has refused they acknowledged the document exists yeah um about

00:53:00.780 the politicization of hunter biden's case so we know that's real we're gonna get that document we've

00:53:05.340 got the irs whistleblower we've got the other fbi whistleblowers talking about padding statistics

00:53:10.860 against trump uh followers so we just gotta stay on it i'm gonna take the last you got 30 seconds here
