Alan Dershowitz joins me in the War Room to talk about the dangers of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into the Trump administration and the possible impeachment of President Donald J. Trump. He also talks about Watergate, Watergate, the removal of Richard Nixon, the first impeachment of Donald Trump, and much more.
00:00:26.800I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:32.680Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:36.420If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:42.820War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:47.760Friday, 9 June, Year of Our Lord, 2023.
00:00:50.620Yesterday, the nation crossed the Rubicon.
00:00:53.040I want to go to Professor Alan Dershowitz.
00:00:54.460Professor Dershowitz, you've been at the middle and the forefront of, you know, issues about the Vietnam War, issues of Watergate, the removal of Richard Nixon, the first impeachment of President Trump.
00:01:08.300Why do you say that we're in uncharted waters and you think this may be the most dangerous time in the history of this republic?
00:01:13.420Well, it's so dangerous because we're seeing both sides trying to weaponize the criminal justice system against each other.
00:01:20.940You can be sure that if this somehow succeeds, if this weaponization, if this targeting of President Trump, which I call the get Trump approach, if this succeeds, it will become the normal process.
00:01:33.780Each side would use its power when it's in power to try to criminalize the other side.
00:01:39.320And that can't be the way the American public wants the United States Constitution to be interpreted.
00:01:46.120When you have a man who's running for president against the incumbent and the incumbent administration, even if it's through special counsel, independent counsel, goes after the leading candidate on the other side, they darn well better have the strongest case in history, at least the strongest case since Richard Nixon.
00:02:04.660And people forget that Richard Nixon was not removed from office because the Democrats wanted him out.
00:06:18.160And my my podcast is just the Dershow on Rumble and on YouTube.
00:06:24.040So I really appreciate if people would get Get Trump because that would send a powerful message that there are people watching and there is going to be accountability.
00:06:33.820Professor Dershowitz, thank you for taking the time today to join us.
00:07:15.060I mean, it doesn't get worse than this.
00:07:17.540They have taken non-crimes of a former president having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act.
00:07:28.300That's why Congress gives former presidents federally funded office space, federally funded staff with security clearances and Secret Service protection.
00:07:37.060They have weaponized this against Trump.
00:07:39.100And this is the third election in a row that they've done this.
00:07:42.420They did it in 2016 when Hillary got caught with her illegal home server hacked by our worst enemies, including evidence of the Clinton Foundation's illegal pay-for-play foreign corruption operation.
00:07:58.640She destroyed the server in the face of a congressional subpoena, clear obstruction of justice.
00:10:35.620They're doing it again in 2024, and the only way we're going to stop this is if we put Trump back in the White House in 2024 so he can dismantle all of this.
00:10:46.960Mike Davis, how do people get to your great organization and follow you on social media, particularly your personal Twitter account?
00:10:58.580Article3project.org, article3project.org, at article3project, at article3project.
00:11:05.140And my personal on-getter Twitter truth is at M-R-D-D-M-I-A.
00:11:50.120The American people finally actually had their say with a real choice, and they chose President Trump.
00:11:58.280And for the first time in many, many years, the American people actually had representation in Washington.
00:12:06.140It wasn't just a puppet candidate on either side of the aisle that was totally controllable by the powers that be.
00:12:14.380And the powers that be cannot stand that.
00:12:17.620And this is all about revenge and not letting that ever happen again.
00:12:22.260They never want to let the American people do what this country was founded upon, ruling ourselves, deciding for ourselves, consent of the governed.
00:12:34.160Not government, but our rights come from God.
00:12:40.000President Trump offered the American people a real choice for the first time.
00:12:45.720And the powers that are so corrupt in this country that have been running it for a very long time now, they can't stand that because they couldn't control him.
00:13:03.360They've illegally raided and stolen his property.
00:13:07.120Now they're trying to put him in jail for the rest of his life for the only crime of actually representing America, of actually protecting and serving this country.
00:13:21.320This government right now, do we have a country?
00:13:52.100This is not about politics or campaigns or, you know, as one candidate said, oh, this is kind of terrible, but we're just going to have to let them take out Trump to clear the path for me and then I'll fix it.
00:14:04.620No, that's not actually how this is going to work.
00:14:07.740The American people are uniting behind President Trump because they realize and recognize this is so much bigger than about one man.
00:14:15.960This is about the survival of a republic.
00:14:24.180And the American people are choosing to rally behind the one man who is actually selfless and serving this great nation because he is determined to save it.
00:17:42.300This is, you know, this is legal blackmail.
00:17:45.160This is, you know, some type of weird quid pro quo prosecution.
00:17:49.720I just don't understand what's happened to this country.
00:17:52.280I grew up in a Democrat community, a cultural Democrat community.
00:17:57.520I mean, if you're black or Hispanic out there or if you have any reason or rationale or logic or any seriousness about you whatsoever,
00:18:04.240I don't know how we've come to vote and throw in with a pro-war, pro-corporatocracy, pro-big pharma establishment.
00:18:13.660When you hear Rachel Maddow talk, you are looking at the psychology of the posh, yuppie, liberal, omnisexual, cosmopolitan, aristocratic, wine society, white women.
00:19:57.980I know many people in the posse have said this is enough.
00:20:00.140But but the average American citizen has to look at this and put aside their personal opinion about a person's personality and understand the broader implications for their citizenship and what it means to be free.
00:20:14.240Royce, how do people get to you on social media and how do they get to the podcast?
00:20:17.580It's it's on fire on getter with our audience.
00:22:04.780Or is it just make America America again at this point in time?
00:22:08.640And I think the crowing of the mad owls where she effectively gives away that this is a political hit through the Biden DOJ.
00:22:17.420I think the fact that they're willing and ready to say that on national television tells you everything about where this is coming from and, by the way, where it's going.
00:22:27.540And where it's going is if the if the political right don't unite now behind Donald Trump, then effectively what they're saying is we have to roll over to placate the state.
00:22:38.140We have to choose somebody different because the government won't let us have our real candidate.
00:22:55.380You know, you did your little Twitter launches and all of that stuff.
00:22:58.160It's time to forget about the noise and come home.
00:23:01.660And I thought, Steve, that it was so churlish and so distasteful that in Ron DeSantis's tweet talking about this indictment, he says that a DeSantis administration would not allow for this to happen.
00:23:17.460Well, number one, I mean, you couldn't even keep a Twitter space up.
00:23:59.600Yeah, look, I get that Jeff Rowe likes his gold dollar diamond encrusted chains that he gets to wear to his, you know, derby races and so forth.
00:24:08.800But but this isn't the moment for that.
00:24:11.420This isn't the moment for consultants to be coining it in of C list and C tier candidates.
00:24:17.740This is the time to say, hey, our enemies are screaming in our faces that they are enemies and that they are going to slay us or we will hang together.
00:24:27.720And instead of actually coming together to fight them off, you have people on the political right trying to cast more and more division on the political right so that you don't have a united front.
00:25:58.360Whether it's their new steel that they're working on right now, which we're doing lots of investigative work.
00:26:05.600I hope to have some stories up on that for you guys soon.
00:26:08.460Or whether it's the, you know, the solidarity of messaging that's coming out from all of these different camps, all of these different elements of the left, of the globalists, of the corporate establishment.
00:26:38.340You can go to thenationalpulse.com forward slash war room to become a member and to support our investigative work, to support, you know, real news and a real news website, by the way, that actually respects its audience.
00:26:49.940We're not trying to keep you there with 1,500 words, 2,000 words.
00:26:53.220We're not just trying to, you know, throw ads up in your face all the time.
00:26:56.340You'll see there on your screens right now if you're watching it on television.
00:27:16.280But also it's about the last, you know, the last P in that whole plethora of P's is philanthropy, right?
00:27:23.360And philanthropy is so important to what we do.
00:27:25.960That's why as well as doing all of this stuff right now, I'm also delighted to be announcing that I'll be running the Tunnel to Towers race again this year to raise money for the nation's heroes, right?
00:27:37.020First responders, their families, military veterans, the families of veterans who have sadly passed away.
00:27:42.100And if people want to find out about that, we'll put some stories up on the site and it's all over my social media, too.
00:28:16.900Every day, the parallel economy grows bigger and bigger.
00:28:21.660It's powered by everyday Americans who are sick and tired of all the woke propaganda being jammed into every product they consume.
00:28:30.680Big mobile companies are no different.
00:28:33.360For years, they have been dumping millions into leftist causes, and we had to take it because you need a cell phone and probably thought there was no alternative, but there is.
00:28:43.640Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks.
00:28:53.400So you get the best possible service in your area without the woke politics.
00:28:58.900When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message that you support free speech, religious liberty, the sanctity of life, Second Amendment, and our military veterans and first responder heroes.
00:29:12.480Their 100% U.S.-based customer service team makes switching easy.
00:39:51.280They're all saying we got to get involved.
00:39:53.740And, you know, when I visited with General Flynn here about five weeks ago, he said the only thing that's going to help this country is precinctstrategy.com.
00:45:30.720To drain the swamp, Ron DeSantis had already voted repeatedly to cut Social Security and Medicare.
00:45:38.780And when Trump passed huge tax cuts for nearly everyone, Ron DeSantis was pushing a bill for a 23 percent national sales tax, making families pay a lot more.
00:45:50.500In Washington, President Trump put America first, while DeSantis let us down.
00:45:56.000Make America Great Again, Inc. is responsible for the content of this advertising.
00:45:58.960Hello, I'm Steve Stern, CEO of FlagShirt.com, a third-generation veteran-owned small business.
00:46:06.880I believe that the American way of life is for all of us.
00:46:10.480I'm asking you today to visit FlagShirt.com.
00:47:45.840And the thing that's interesting about wildfires is they're generating a lot of particulate matter.
00:47:52.520But in addition to particulate matter, they are generating various chemicals, odors, gases, things that get into the air to impact air quality quite negatively.
00:48:03.600You know, the East Coast has had unhealthy or unhealthy for sensitive people air quality levels now for a number of days.
00:48:11.040And it's these chemicals, it's these particles that are in the air that can, you know, the long-term effects of them for a very healthy person are probably not too bad if it's just a few days.
00:48:21.500But if you have, you know, health concerns or just as it continues to go on and go on, it can be quite problematic.
00:48:30.300And, you know, Canada, you know, did have, you know, in that region a drier winter, not as much snowfall.
00:48:57.860Why is going to get information and buying one of these?
00:49:00.120Well, they absolutely, this, the system that we have absolutely was designed for this.
00:49:04.220You know, you mentioned the Department of Defense and it was made for warfighters, absolutely was.
00:49:09.340But the first iteration of this product and this technology moving outside of first responder types of applications was for air quality.
00:49:17.820And air quality, you need to address particulates and chemicals, odors and vapors that are being generated.
00:49:25.700Our system has HEPA filtration with a media filter.
00:49:29.340Combined is addressing both aspects of negative air quality that they're seeing right now on the East Coast.
00:49:37.060I'm fortunate that I'm not in that area, but well equipped for those types of things with our EnviroClan air system.
00:49:45.440Plus, it's particularly good at doing that and other air pollution issues, you know, from, you know, people concerned with high occupancy rooms,
00:49:54.720from other people being in the room to the odors and the airborne particulates, this air purifier can be placed in a room and help improve that air quality very quickly and rapidly.
00:50:07.220And one of the things that we really like to do with other people is have, you know, provide an air meter so that people can actually monitor their air and see how this device is improving it as it is working and being used.
00:51:42.380So, as I told you, every day is, and we're not going to get, you know, the fight for the, we control the House floor, issues about the southern border, the CCP.
00:51:53.960We're going to cover that as much depth.
00:51:55.920Obviously, like when we did Warren impeachment, we're going to have a big element of this every day to give you breaking news.
00:52:01.300And particularly, we're on offense here.
00:52:06.320Just announced a change in his legal team to bring in Todd Blanche, who's a spectacular super lawyer, to be the lead on this and handle it.
00:55:13.300I got an emergency medication kit from them.
00:55:15.780The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics are in extreme short supply across the United States.
00:55:24.320But you know that because you're a viewer or listener of this show.
00:55:29.220Now, here's the action you can take to correct.
00:55:32.180Do yourself and your family a favor and get your Jace case right now.
00:55:36.480It's a pack of five prescription antibiotics you'll have on hand for common emergencies.
00:55:48.360Take a few minutes and fill out the form.
00:55:50.680Your information will be reviewed by a board-certified physician and your medication will be dispensed by a licensed pharmacy at a fraction of the regular cost.
00:56:01.440You'll be glad you have the Jace case.
