Bannon's War Room - Episode 2796： Live From Turning Point Young Women's Leadership Summit

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:27.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:32.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:36.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:00:46.000 Welcome to the War Room. It's Natalie Winters hosting here live from Dallas, Texas,

00:00:58.000 at Turning Point's Young Women's Leadership Summit.

00:01:02.000 Like I said, we're in Texas. There's no Steve here.

00:01:04.000 You're stuck with me at least for the next two days.

00:01:07.000 Steve will be joining us tomorrow by Skype.

00:01:09.000 But in the meantime, we have a host of wonderful guests joining us.

00:01:12.000 A bunch of War Room posse here that we're excited to interview.

00:01:15.000 And I have to say, it's great to be in Texas, really get that fighting spirit.

00:01:19.000 Although, I sort of do feel bad being here.

00:01:21.000 Meanwhile, Trump has been indicted.

00:01:23.000 But hey, we're at war. I think we can say that.

00:01:26.000 I think Steve was talking about that earlier this morning on today's show.

00:01:30.000 So before I get to our first guest who's joining me here, which is, of course, Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point, the guy who makes all of this possible.

00:01:39.000 I just want to frame this event for the War Room audience real quick because, you know, young women, not necessarily the target audience of the War Room per se.

00:01:48.000 But I think it's important because what we see right now is that Donald Trump, right, they always say they want to get to us.

00:01:57.000 They're just going for him first, right?

00:01:59.000 He's the guy who defends us.

00:02:00.000 And when we talk about that us, it's the War Room posse.

00:02:03.000 It's the War Room audience, right?

00:02:04.000 It's the people who are behind us, the people who really care about this issue.

00:02:08.000 And I think that we've seen that firsthand in terms of a lot of the issues that affect women, right, whether it's the transgender participation in sports, the crazy stuff they're pushing in schools, CRT, DEI, DIE, frankly. 1.00

00:02:22.000 But I think we've had a lot of victories on that front, right?

00:02:25.000 And I think it sort of gives us a playbook as to how to push back because normal people can see through the craziness.

00:02:31.000 And I think they're seeing through that with the Trump indictment.

00:02:33.000 So before we get into the Trump indictment, I'd love to talk about that with you.

00:02:37.000 Can you talk about what we have going on here in Texas?

00:02:40.000 This is history here.

00:02:41.000 It's our eighth annual Young Women's Leadership Summit.

00:02:45.000 We only missed one year because of COVID.

00:02:48.000 Only one year.

00:02:49.000 I forgive you.

00:02:50.000 And we still did a lot of events that summer, but we weren't really allowed to do it.

00:02:54.000 So we have over 2,000 young ladies from across the country, all 50 states represented.

00:02:58.000 We have people from multiple countries.

00:03:00.000 And this is probably the most important women's summit we've ever done.

00:03:04.000 Right now, the regime, the CIA, the FBI, they cannot tell you what a woman is.

00:03:09.000 So we quickly went from hosting this Young Women's Leadership Summit.

00:03:13.000 We used to have it kind of as a refutation of 60s age liberalism and feminism to now that stuff is considered to be bigoted and hateful. 0.95

00:03:21.000 Now we're talking about weird, creepy, narcissistic freaks in dresses who think they're women. 0.92

00:03:28.000 And so we're going to play offense with this. 0.97

00:03:31.000 The attendance numbers are unbelievable.

00:03:33.000 You can see the energy.

00:03:34.000 It's off the charts.

00:03:35.000 They've been standing here for hours just trying to get in.

00:03:39.000 And obviously, you know, once the line goes through, they will.

00:03:42.000 Packed room, 2,000 plus seats.

00:03:44.000 We have over 80 media coming from across the world.

00:03:47.000 They're so interested in this.

00:03:49.000 And this is the front lines.

00:03:51.000 These are the high school chapters.

00:03:52.000 These are the college chapters.

00:03:54.000 And, you know, for those of you in the audience that have not yet had a chance to attend one of these events, I highly recommend it.

00:04:01.000 It's a game changer.

00:04:02.000 And so that's what's happening here.

00:04:04.000 And it's in Dallas, Texas, not too late.

00:04:06.000 Men, you are not allowed here. 0.99

00:04:08.000 So you have to be a woman or a young woman, a mom of some sort.

00:04:11.000 Come by and buy a ticket tonight, all day tomorrow, and then Sunday.

00:04:15.000 Well, I think the key point you made is that we're not on defense.

00:04:18.000 We're on offense, right?

00:04:20.000 And that was, I think, one of the main themes of this morning's show, and especially with this Trump indictment stuff going on.

00:04:25.000 So I want to, since I have you, I don't know how long I have you for, but while I have you here.

00:04:28.000 The A block, I'm told.

00:04:29.000 The A block.

00:04:30.000 Whatever that looks like.

00:04:31.000 The A block.

00:04:32.000 Start with the best and go down from there.

00:04:34.000 You had a pretty viral tweet, as I'm told by your staff, talking about the Republican primary in the sense, I think, when you actually want to go after the deep state, you need unity, right?

00:04:47.000 You need cohesion.

00:04:48.000 That's right.

00:04:49.000 So what are your thoughts on these contenders, the Keebler elves in the Republican primary? 0.78

00:04:53.000 Yeah.

00:04:54.000 So the deep state currently is able to stay permanent because it's in both political parties.

00:04:59.000 If it was just in the Democrat party, it, by definition, would become less powerful.

00:05:04.000 So if you have an opposition party that's actually people-centric, that stands for the Constitution, that's a real threat against this Leviathan.

00:05:14.000 So I sent a tweet out as the indictment news came down from President Trump.

00:05:19.000 I said, everybody running for the presidency should suspend their campaign, go down to Miami on Tuesday, and give some show of support.

00:05:28.000 You don't have to say something nice about Trump.

00:05:30.000 It would be nice if you would.

00:05:31.000 You don't have to do that.

00:05:33.000 Instead, you should talk about how this is an egregious defecation of the United States constitutional order.

00:05:41.000 How this is an insult to all of our combined intelligence.

00:05:44.000 How this is a Maoist, Soviet-style persecution of a duly elected president who did nothing wrong,

00:05:52.000 and then using the Department of Justice with a Hague lawyer who goes after war criminals to treat Donald Trump as if he's a war criminal.

00:05:59.000 Every candidate should do that.

00:06:01.000 They're not.

00:06:02.000 A lot of their influencers are mocking the idea.

00:06:05.000 But I did that to draw a line in the sand to say, okay, that means that you care more about your own political power than you do about the American people, about the Constitution.

00:06:18.000 All we're asking is for you to go down to Miami and say, hey, for example, I'm Nikki Haley.

00:06:24.000 I'm Asa Hutchinson.

00:06:25.000 I'm Mike Pence.

00:06:27.000 I'm Chris Christie.

00:06:28.000 I don't like Donald Trump.

00:06:29.000 I'm running against him.

00:06:30.000 But this is wrong.

00:06:32.000 They're not going to do that.

00:06:33.000 And that should tell you exactly what we're dealing with.

00:06:36.000 Of course.

00:06:37.000 I think they've always been controlled opposition.

00:06:39.000 I think the way that the deep state tries to nullify the Trump presidency, whether it's since before he won in 2016, obviously in 2020.

00:06:46.000 Now we're seeing it again with 2024 with these four sort of old neocon talking points being rammed through, whether the vessel is Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, you name it.

00:06:55.000 But I also want to ask you because, you know, according to the Department of Homeland Security, you know, you and I are on the first steps.

00:07:03.000 I think you're probably a little further along than I am.

00:07:05.000 I'm step two.

00:07:06.000 You're okay.

00:07:07.000 You're step two.

00:07:08.000 By the way, the reason why the Department of Homeland Security is afraid is because of this, because of the 2,000 young ladies that we have here, 2,000 plus. 1.00

00:07:19.000 They would rather have me talking about, you know, invading Somalia to a group of nine people, to have 2,000 activistic, energetic young people that do not embrace the idea of neoliberalism, that want strong families, that think that the trans idea virus and parasite must be destroyed. 0.91

00:07:40.000 That's a threat.

00:07:41.000 So the Department of Homeland Security loops us in as domestic terrorists.

00:07:45.000 For people who don't know what we're talking about, I know a lot of people like to smear us as domestic terrorists, but there was a multi-million dollar taxpayer funded effort that was actually, they had created a really great graphic.

00:07:58.000 Denver had it.

00:07:59.000 They could throw it up.

00:08:00.000 It was the pyramid.

00:08:01.000 The pyramid.

00:08:02.000 You guys should have that plaster.

00:08:03.000 Yeah, well, you know what?

00:08:04.000 We should have it.

00:08:05.000 I know.

00:08:06.000 You're slacking.

00:08:07.000 And I should give it out to all the 80 media reporters that are going to be here.

00:08:09.000 But I think that gets really to the issue, the thing itself.

00:08:13.000 As Steve would say, and what I mean by that, when you actually see these people congregating, right, it's very powerful, right?

00:08:18.000 I think part of the reason that they wanted to lock us down and keep us masked and separated was because you lost that sense of community.

00:08:24.000 And that's why I think these events that you guys do are really so important.

00:08:28.000 Thank you.

00:08:29.000 So, if you just want to talk a little bit about what else you guys are doing in terms of the event space and, again, what exactly is going on here and how people can still come.

00:08:36.000 The events are our best known programming, but it's not even a majority of what we do.

00:08:42.000 The backbone of Turning Point USA is the gritty stuff, is the hustle work, is the clipboard and tennis shoes, high school chapters, college chapters, organizing, on the front lines.

00:08:53.000 That's the backbone of Turning Point USA.

00:08:55.000 That's who's attending these training events.

00:08:57.000 That's who's coming to get trained.

00:08:59.000 That's who's coming to get filled up.

00:09:01.000 And then we have TPUSA Faith.

00:09:03.000 We just had 1,100 pastors at our Pastors Summit.

00:09:06.000 We have our Educators Summit coming up next week in Deerfield, Illinois, where we're going to have hundreds of teachers, government and private school teachers going through some training.

00:09:16.000 We have our big ActCon coming up in July.

00:09:19.000 Steve's going to be there.

00:09:20.000 I think War Room's going to be there live, where we have Tucker Carlson.

00:09:25.000 We have President Donald Trump.

00:09:27.000 We have Josh Hawley, Dan Bongino, just to name a few.

00:09:30.000 Every Republican candidate.

00:09:31.000 Just a few people you may have heard of.

00:09:33.000 By the way, every Republican candidate is welcome.

00:09:36.000 And my commitment is I will go out before you go up and tell the audience to be respectful.

00:09:41.000 I can't guarantee it, right?

00:09:43.000 But why wouldn't Chris Christie, Mike Pence, Assa Hutchinson show up to an event where we're going to have thousands of grassroots leaders?

00:09:50.000 That's coming up, by the way, in July.

00:09:52.000 TPaction.com.

00:09:53.000 And I think there's a promo code War Room.

00:09:55.000 Steve has been pushing that.

00:09:56.000 So try to get that, guys.

00:09:58.000 We'd love to have you.

00:09:59.000 So, yeah, we're just doing a lot, Natalie.

00:10:01.000 We're hiring more staff.

00:10:03.000 We have over 300 people on staff now.

00:10:05.000 We're doubling the size of our high school programming.

00:10:08.000 Our digital social media is doing super well.

00:10:11.000 And then, obviously, my show, which is separate at Turning Point but Works in Harmony, is doing really well.

00:10:17.000 Praise God.

00:10:18.000 I'm just curious, too, again, while I have you.

00:10:20.000 There's some issues going on with the timing.

00:10:22.000 But we'll figure it out.

00:10:24.000 We'll persevere.

00:10:26.000 I'm obviously young.

00:10:28.000 But most of the time when I talk to people my age, it's not often.

00:10:32.000 They don't always seem to necessarily understand the scope of what we're dealing with, right?

00:10:36.000 Yeah.

00:10:37.000 The very interesting timing of the FBI returning over the FD 1023 form and then Trump gets indicted.

00:10:43.000 Correct.

00:10:44.000 Oh, by the way, Ukraine gets $2 billion more in aid.

00:10:47.000 Interesting timing.

00:10:48.000 Do you think that young people, not just that they understand conservative principles and conservative values, but do you think they conceive of the fight that we have right now as globalists versus the people?

00:10:59.000 Do you think that has really cut through?

00:11:01.000 I think our people, you know, our audience does.

00:11:04.000 Praise God.

00:11:05.000 And they're really starting to get the word out.

00:11:07.000 Look, most young people are like most, you know, the majority of the country, they're focused on the immediate and the personal.

00:11:14.000 And the macro seems to be a little overwhelming and abstract, which is funny because it's also the same generation of things that are going to die of climate change, which is like the most macro apocalyptic thing you could believe in.

00:11:25.000 Right.

00:11:26.000 Which is it?

00:11:27.000 Right.

00:11:28.000 Like, oh, you're just being conspiracy theorists.

00:11:30.000 Meanwhile, the world's going to end in 10 years.

00:11:32.000 Like, OK, that's the actual conspiracy theory of being the world's going to end in 10 years.

00:11:35.000 So you got it.

00:11:36.000 You can't have it both ways.

00:11:37.000 So it's a walking contradiction, like most generations are. 1.00

00:11:39.000 Most generations are contradictions.

00:11:41.000 But Nate Cohn from The New York Times came out and decisively said the work that we're doing at Turning Point is working.

00:11:47.000 He didn't say that, but he said that this generation is far more conservative than people thought.

00:11:52.000 The Obama generation is now 50-50 conservative liberal.

00:11:56.000 And so the Turning Point model, Turning Point Action, Turning Point USA through Education, Turning Point Academy, TPSA Faith, it is working.

00:12:03.000 And it's taken a lot of work.

00:12:05.000 It, you know, 3,000 days on the road I've had in the last decade.

00:12:09.000 I've seen this country many times over, you know, dedicated a lot.

00:12:12.000 You've done a lot.

00:12:13.000 Steve's done a lot.

00:12:14.000 We're all working and we are seeing some fruit.

00:12:16.000 This Trump indictment thing has multiple layers to it.

00:12:19.000 It's a grotesque moment for our republic.

00:12:21.000 It is a drive-by shooting of the United States Constitution.

00:12:24.000 Rachel Maddow really, you know, spilled it last night on MSNBC where she said, hey, you could do a plea deal where he's not running for the presidency.

00:12:31.000 One of those outrageous things I've heard.

00:12:33.000 Oh, yeah.

00:12:34.000 By the way, if you stop running for president, we'll back off.

00:12:36.000 Like, okay, thanks for showing the cars.

00:12:38.000 Saying the quiet part out loud.

00:12:39.000 Yeah, thanks for showing the agenda there.

00:12:41.000 And then you have in the indictment saying that the trial could take anyone from 21 to 60 days.

00:12:48.000 They're going to try to time this right up.

00:12:50.000 Donald Trump will likely be facing four separate criminal indictments.

00:12:54.000 One in New York, two by Jack Smith.

00:12:57.000 They're going to go for January 6th next.

00:12:59.000 January 6th will be August right with Georgia. 0.99

00:13:01.000 And then they're going to try to retry the Gene, whatever that stupid Carol thing is. 0.99

00:13:06.000 Not even worth saying. 0.99

00:13:07.000 It's not even worth saying.

00:13:08.000 I don't know.

00:13:09.000 I can't remember her name.

00:13:10.000 So, this is Crossfire MAGA 2024.

00:13:13.000 The Durham thing was a big disappointment, but that was looking backwards.

00:13:17.000 We need to look in real time.

00:13:18.000 They're not playing games anymore.

00:13:20.000 It's such a threat.

00:13:21.000 This movement.

00:13:22.000 I don't think they ever have been.

00:13:23.000 No, they ever have been.

00:13:24.000 Well, I will say in 16, they didn't go all out.

00:13:27.000 This is very important.

00:13:29.000 I know we're up against the brakes.

00:13:31.000 I know that clock.

00:13:32.000 In 2016, they did a vanilla version of Intel interference in election.

00:13:37.000 It was like, oh, struck, stroke, smirk.

00:13:41.000 The lover, Lisa Page.

00:13:42.000 We'll try to do some things.

00:13:44.000 FISA warrant.

00:13:45.000 You know, those were half measures compared to 2020.

00:13:48.000 And 2020 is half measures compared to here. 0.89

00:13:51.000 So, they basically swore a blood oath where they cut their wrists like weird pagan freaks. 1.00

00:13:56.000 And they said, we're never going to let this happen again.

00:13:59.000 And that's this. 0.69

00:14:01.000 This is, we are not going to allow this monster to become president again. 0.58

00:14:07.000 You're living through it. 0.91

00:14:08.000 Indeed.

00:14:09.000 And Charlie, one more time.

00:14:10.000 If people want to come to this event, but come to the other events, where can they go?

00:14:13.000 Yeah.

00:14:14.000 So, if you're in the Texas area, if you know Oklahoma, or you want to take a road trip from

00:14:17.000 Arkansas, there's still time.

00:14:18.000 TPUSA.com.

00:14:19.000 Just show up.

00:14:20.000 Say War Room sent you.

00:14:21.000 We'll give you a good deal.

00:14:22.000 Only women. 1.00

00:14:23.000 Men.

00:14:24.000 Sorry, you can watch online.

00:14:25.000 But if you want to come to our Educator Summit, if you are an educator, go to TPUSA.com.

00:14:29.000 If you want to come to our Action Conference in July, Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump, it'll

00:14:34.000 be in Southern Florida, Palm Beach, TPAction.com.

00:14:39.000 Go right now, TPAction.com.

00:14:41.000 Charlie, thank you so much for joining us.

00:14:42.000 Thank you, Natalie.

00:14:43.000 She's doing a great job, isn't she, everybody?

00:14:44.000 It's not easy to fill in.

00:14:45.000 I appreciate that.

00:14:46.000 Good job, Natalie.

00:14:47.000 Very big shoes to fill.

00:14:48.000 But we'll be right back because we have a lot more stuff to cover.

00:14:50.000 We've got Jeff Clark, Mike Davis, rep Andy Biggs, Captain Bannon.

00:14:54.000 A lot more.

00:14:55.000 Hang in there.

00:14:56.000 We'll be right back.

00:14:57.000 Well, Congress once again allowed itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration

00:15:04.000 and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time, paving the way for continued reckless

00:15:10.000 spending and further devaluation of the U.S. dollar.

00:15:15.000 As our national debt continues to skyrocket, how are you protecting your savings?

00:16:23.000 Take action, action, action, and take that action today.

00:16:28.000 Host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:35.000 Welcome back to the War Room.

00:16:37.000 Natalie Winters holding the fort down here for Stephen K. Bannon at Turning Point USA's

00:16:42.000 Young Women's Leadership Summit.

00:16:44.000 Now, I'm pretty sure it's probably in my contract that I have to say Chinese Communist Party

00:16:49.000 in every single show that I do.

00:16:50.000 So, I have to say this whole Trump indictment thing has me thinking.

00:16:54.000 You guys remember, I think it was last year, when the Chinese Communist Party had their

00:16:59.000 annual meeting, and you saw Xi Jinping and all of the CCP apparatchiks wheel out Hu Jintao,

00:17:05.000 remember?

00:17:06.000 They grabbed him and he looked really discombobulated, pulled him out.

00:17:08.000 Who knows what happened to him?

00:17:10.000 That's exactly what they're doing with Donald Trump.

00:17:12.000 We always talk about here on the War Room how it's not elite compromise, it's elite merger,

00:17:17.000 and that's exactly what you see going on here.

00:17:19.000 Remember, lawfare is one of the Chinese Communist Party's paramount strategies

00:17:23.000 when it comes to political warfare, and that's what you see going on here on American soil

00:17:28.000 against really, I would argue, one of the few presidents, if not the only president,

00:17:32.000 who actually took on the Chinese Communist Party with a level of nuance

00:17:36.000 that you frankly don't see in the city of Washington, D.C., probably because it's owned by China. 0.89

00:17:42.000 But in the meantime, I want to talk about someone who has also been persecuted by a regime in Chinese Communist Party-style fashion,

00:17:50.000 and that is of course no other than Jeff Clark.

00:17:54.000 I've got Mike Davis joining us soon.

00:17:56.000 I have to say, I'm not a sexist, but I do like how it is the Young Women's Leadership Summit,

00:18:03.000 all my guests I think are going to be male this show, but I know where this country gets its real power from.

00:18:10.000 But Jeff Clark, your thoughts, because you weren't on War Room this morning.

00:18:14.000 Your thoughts on this indictment?

00:18:16.000 Sure.

00:18:17.000 So I've now had a chance to read through the indictment,

00:18:21.000 and I think that, you know, it's a good attempt to focus the issues on what Jack Smith and the others at DOJ under Biden want to focus it on.

00:18:32.000 But what it ignores are the other key legal statutes and principles that are on the field.

00:18:40.000 Namely, constitutionally, first and foremost, we're talking about a president, a commander in chief,

00:18:45.000 and he has the ability to declassify documents.

00:18:49.000 He runs that entire regime.

00:18:51.000 You know, if he is keeping documents, as many presidents have in the past,

00:18:56.000 if he has a staff to ensure security, if he is given a budget to, you know,

00:19:02.000 have a SCIF and Secret Service protection, et cetera,

00:19:05.000 it's an entirely different situation than any normal government employee who comes in for a few years and then leaves.

00:19:12.000 And then most importantly, the Presidential Records Act.

00:19:15.000 The indictment is mum about the Presidential Records Act.

00:19:18.000 That's going to be a key defense for Donald Trump in this.

00:19:22.000 And as I explained a short time actually before coming on with you to Bill Mitchell,

00:19:27.000 who was, you know, doing a shtick of it's all over for Donald Trump now.

00:19:31.000 I'm sorry.

00:19:32.000 I've read the indictment.

00:19:33.000 He's cooked.

00:19:34.000 You know, I beg to differ and said, look, it's ignoring the defenses of the under the Presidential Records Act.

00:19:41.000 And it's ignoring, you know, how you actually construe multiple statutes that have to interface with one another,

00:19:47.000 how to harmonize them.

00:19:48.000 The specific controls the general.

00:19:50.000 And clearly in this instance, the specific is the Presidential Records Act.

00:19:55.000 The Espionage Act is not designed to regulate a president.

00:19:59.000 And historically at the time that statute dates back to it was long before anything like the Presidential Records Act,

00:20:06.000 where the president just had, you know, ownership in property.

00:20:10.000 Right. Like it was, you know, fee simple for those out there who know something about property law that he held these papers as his actual physical property.

00:20:20.000 And so, you know, to imagine that that statute was designed to intrude on the powers of the presidency under Article two,

00:20:29.000 and then, you know, override how classification works, et cetera, which is all traceable to the end and within the plenary power of the president, you know, makes no sense.

00:20:40.000 And so I think Donald Trump's lawyers are going to have a field day with that defense.

00:20:44.000 And it's telling that Jack Smith's indictment is just silent about it. Right.

00:20:48.000 He's whistling past the graveyard of that defense by President Trump now.

00:20:52.000 You know, I think it's it's pretty ironic and it shouldn't be lost on anyone, at least from an optics perspective.

00:21:01.000 They put the guy who used to oversee the Hague, someone the same court that is responsible for overseeing war crimes, people who commit genocide against their own people and others.

00:21:11.000 That's the guy that they repositioned to go after Donald Trump.

00:21:16.000 Ironically, the guy who didn't start any new foreign wars, the guy who actually pulled us out of those wars.

00:21:21.000 I know Trump is Hitler, according to the left, but still doesn't seem to warrant someone coming over from the Hague.

00:21:28.000 But I'm just curious. It seems like such a weak case. Right. Legally, it doesn't really seem like they have the merits.

00:21:38.000 But in your opinion, do you think that they don't even care about the legal framework, really the law as an actual theater of war?

00:21:47.000 It's always just been about the court of public opinion.

00:21:50.000 They want to have Joe Biden as replete and irony as it could be in hypocrisy.

00:21:55.000 They want to have Joe Biden be able to stand, probably fall, but stand up there and be able to call out Donald Trump as someone who's violated the Espionage Act.

00:22:05.000 What is the driving force behind this?

00:22:09.000 I think the driving force behind it is the completely illegitimate objective, Natalie, of removing an option from the voters in November of twenty twenty four or, you know, trying to even interfere with that choice in primaries or in debates, et cetera, by just casting a cloud over President Donald Trump.

00:22:31.000 Look, if if lightning strikes and they manage to get a conviction because of, you know, the luck of the draw on the jury or something like that, it's hard for me to imagine that it really could survive appeal to the 11th Circuit or review by the Supreme Court.

00:22:46.000 But let's say, you know, they could clear all those hurdles. I think they see that as gravy.

00:22:50.000 They see that as icing on the cake. But the process is the punishment.

00:22:54.000 The fact that the president of the United States is going to have to defend himself against these, you know, very weak and far removed from primary criminal conduct, you know, allegations is the victory.

00:23:07.000 It is the objective. So as I've started, you know, I described this earlier.

00:23:11.000 So let me like rehash it because maybe people will get it more now.

00:23:14.000 There are primary crimes like bribery. Right. And that's exactly what we're looking at potentially with Joe Biden.

00:23:20.000 Right. In terms of, you know, bribery that the House Oversight Committee through this whistleblower has, you know, looked at and unveiled.

00:23:31.000 But President Trump isn't guilty of any primary crime. So then they go to obstruction.

00:23:35.000 You know, we're investigating, you know, a potential primary crime like they don't have that.

00:23:40.000 So then they go to a documents crime. And for all the reasons we've been discussing for over many weeks now, like under the Presidential Records Act, you know, and given the president's plenary power over declassification, you know, they don't really have a documents crime either.

00:23:57.000 So what did they do now? What they're really presenting the heart of the case, I think, is an obstruction case based on a documents case. Right.

00:24:08.000 So you're now three levels of removed. You know, it's not a primary crime.

00:24:12.000 It's not a secondary crime, which would be obstruction of a primary crime.

00:24:15.000 It's not a tertiary crime, which is a documents crime. It's an obstruction crime about a tertiary crime.

00:24:20.000 It's a quaternary crime. It's that far removed from a primary illegal conduct.

00:24:27.000 And this is the best, you know, that they've been able to come up with after, you know, who knows how many assaults on President Trump.

00:24:34.000 I lose count of, you know, how many we got him now and this time kinds of allegations they've launched since 2015, 2016.

00:24:42.000 Well, speaking of primaries, you know, I think Republicans who are still in the race and who have not actually issued substantive, meaningful statements in support of Donald Trump, which really is just a vessel, someone who represents the thing itself, the weaponization of the administrative state against the American people.

00:25:04.000 They're aiding and abetting the administrative state. They've already failed the first test as to whether or not they're controlled opposition.

00:25:10.000 You're someone you worked in the Trump administration. You understand the politics.

00:25:14.000 What is your take on some of these Republican contenders who are still sticking in the primary, who have yet to offer meaningful statements and really not just statements, but action, action, action when it comes to the weaponization, full scale, complete and total weaponization of the deep state against Donald Trump?

00:25:34.000 I got about two minutes before I have to let you go.

00:25:37.000 Sure. So, Natalie, what I would say there is, look, if these candidates were smart and they also wanted to unify the Republican Party and put the best case forward for some Republican to be elected in 2024, they would all link arms and they would say, look, we have various differences.

00:25:54.000 All depends on the differences. All depends on the candidate with Donald Trump. But we all agree that this is a witch hunt, that this is a perversion of the American system of justice.

00:26:03.000 It cannot continue. And, you know, we on that front will lend our united support against President Trump and all you know, and if they were really, really, really smart, they would show up next Tuesday and they would all, you know, try to grab the microphone and explain why it is that this is a perversion of our constitutional system, Natalie.

00:26:22.000 But I don't think they're going to do that. It seems like they're going to just, you know, purport. Some of them will purport to want to help President Trump. But, you know, secretly, they're hoping that he goes down.

00:26:34.860 Jeff Clark, if people want to stay up to date with what you're working on at the Center for Renewing America, where can they find you and follow you?

00:26:41.800 Sure. So, Natalie, thanks. I'm at Jeff Clark U.S. on Twitter and Getter and at Real Jeff Clark on True Social. And I see you have the website up. That is AmericaRenewing.com.

00:26:53.980 Thank you so much for joining us, Jeff. And shout out to Denver for getting that website up.

00:27:03.600 Well, I'm still here at Turning Point USA's Young Women's Leadership Summit. We're going to have Mike Davis joining us after the break.

00:27:10.000 But just remember, I know it might seem like ill time to have this event, right, talking about fun girl stuff as Donald Trump and his family are going through hell.

00:27:18.940 Really, I think you could almost argue it's kinetic warfare in its own sense, at least the lawfare side of it.

00:27:24.260 But remember, the issue, whether it's transgender participation in female sports, the CRT in the classrooms, these issues, particularly that moms have gotten really fired up about,

00:27:35.420 I think that gives us a very nice and powerful and really salient playbook how to push back against the weaponization of the federal government,

00:27:44.640 against people, against the decisions that you can make over your own body, over what you do with your life, over what your children are allowed to do,

00:27:51.600 what vaccines they're allowed to take or not to take. And fundamentally, it comes down to what you perceive of reality,

00:27:57.340 because we're not going to be gaslit by the deep state into thinking Donald Trump is guilty of violating the Espionage Act or someone who needs a prosecutor all the way over from The Hague,

00:28:08.660 someone who should be prosecuting genocidal dictators, prosecuting the only guy who ever got this country out of all these unnecessary foreign wars,

00:28:17.180 started by these same exact people who are trying now to put him in jail for the rest of his life.

00:28:22.500 We'll be right back. Mike Davis, documents, you know it. Hang in there.

00:28:27.920 Friends, I can't believe the dire headlines we're facing in the world today. Everywhere you look, things are falling apart.

00:28:33.240 That's why the smartest investment you can make right now is in your family's food security.

00:28:38.240 Let me repeat that. Your family's food security.

00:28:43.220 The reality is you might not be able to find food when the next disaster strikes.

00:28:47.940 Grocery stores will be empty because roads will be closed and trucks won't be able to make deliveries.

00:28:53.580 When that happens, you need emergency food in full supply.

00:28:58.400 That's why I urge you to grab a three-month emergency food kit from MyPatriotSupply.

00:29:03.620 That's MyPatriotSupply. They're the nation's largest preparedness company.

00:29:08.480 When you order today, you'll save $200 on each kit you need.

00:29:12.440 The food in these kits lasts up to 25 years, which means your family will stay fed while others wait for government handouts.

00:29:21.700 Don't delay. Order your three-month emergency food kit today and save $200 per kit.

00:29:28.120 It's easy to order. Go to MyPatriotSupply.com. That's MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:29:33.200 You'll get fast and free shipping. Do this today or you'll regret it tomorrow.

00:29:39.920 MyPatriotSupply.com. MyPatriotSupply.com. Take action, action, action. Do it today.

00:29:47.020 He's facing 37 counts, but the question we all had was what were those counts going to be?

00:29:59.980 He has been charged with willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document in a federal investigation, a scheme to conceal, false statements and representations.

00:30:16.800 NADA has been charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document in a federal investigation scheme to conceal, false statements and representations.

00:30:28.640 This is not a brief, a small, a tightly focused, if you will, one or two instances.

00:30:38.600 This is what you would have expected, given the stakes, given the amount of time that was taken with this.

00:30:46.340 Incredibly well detailed with photos, with instances, with pages and pages of examples of specific documents.

00:30:55.040 That's what's in this indictment.

00:30:56.940 Yeah. 31 counts for the Espionage Act alone. 31 counts for the Espionage Act alone.

00:31:01.900 Yeah. I think we passed the Rubicon as a country.

00:31:04.820 We now have to deal with this.

00:31:07.240 And if you're someone who hates Donald Trump and says that it's not going to be a fair outcome unless he's convicted, you're wrong because he is presumed innocent and we have to go through the trial process.

00:31:17.620 If you're someone who says and Mr. Ray referred broadly to this, that he can't get a fair trial, then you don't believe in America because he can.

00:31:26.940 You know what they say about crossing the Rubicon.

00:31:29.740 You can't turn back.

00:31:31.620 Doesn't matter.

00:31:33.020 We're at war with the deep state.

00:31:34.640 We have been since the inception of this show, since the days of war room impeachment, war room pandemic, and now war room 2020 and now war room 2024.

00:31:43.140 Thank God they took Anthony Fauci out of these shows intro because I can only take so many deep state people in this show for so long.

00:31:51.500 But I think we have Mike Davis joining us.

00:31:55.500 Again, I feel bad.

00:31:56.520 It's the Young Women's Leadership Summit.

00:31:58.760 I'm only having male guests, although maybe they're young, I guess, and they're leaders.

00:32:03.700 There you go.

00:32:04.180 But Mike, if you want to give us your thoughts, primarily on the indictment, but the all too convenient timing of the fact that it drops the same day that the GOP Oversight Committee manages to get its hands, its claws on the FD 1023 form being completely stonewalled and covered up and heavily redacted by the FBI.

00:32:26.540 Today's indictment confirms what we've known since August, Natalie, we've said this a lot on the war room, that this is a political hit on President Trump.

00:32:39.560 And it is a political hit to go get back Trump's declassified crossfire hurricane records that he declassified via presidential memo on January 19th, 2021.

00:32:52.720 He is allowed to take them to the office of former president in Mar-a-Lago, just like President Clinton was allowed to take eight years of highly classified recordings of his presidency, including discussions with other foreign leaders, the most classified documents imaginable.

00:33:11.480 They're presidential records.

00:33:13.260 These are presidents of the United States.

00:33:15.080 They're not low-level employees of the Department of Defense.

00:33:18.220 As a matter of constitutional law, we treat presidents and former presidents differently.

00:33:24.100 As a matter of statute, we treat them differently.

00:33:26.980 The Presidential Records Act applies to presidents and former presidents and their handling of their presidential records.

00:33:34.860 The Espionage Act does not apply to them.

00:33:37.140 The Espionage Act would apply to a former vice president like Joe Biden or a former secretary of state like Hillary Clinton and how they used stolen classified records for their corrupt foreign dealings.

00:33:50.320 That's not what we have here.

00:33:51.740 We have a former president having his presidential records in the office of former president, which Congress provides office space, secure office space, federally funded staff with security clearances, Secret Service protection.

00:34:04.580 Again, these documents never leaked for 18 months that Trump had them until Biden ordered this home raid on Trump under the bogus pretext, under the smokescreen, that they were getting classified records.

00:34:19.140 It doesn't matter whether they're classified records.

00:34:21.760 They're presidential records.

00:34:22.820 Trump was allowed to have them.

00:34:24.080 Again, the whole reason for this was to get the crossfire hurricane records that were so damning.

00:34:30.500 And so the timing is obviously political.

00:34:33.220 They did this the day after the House Oversight Committee came forward with the nail in the coffin evidence that the FBI has covered up since 2017 that Biden and Hunter took $10 million in bribes, five to Joe, five to Hunter from Burisma, when Joe Biden was the vice president of the United States and they changed American policy.

00:34:58.900 They told Joe Biden, Joe Biden told the Ukrainian president that he was going to lose a billion dollars in USAID if the Ukrainian president didn't fire the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma and the Bidens.

00:35:12.380 Joe bragged about this.

00:35:13.580 Vice President Biden bragged about this on TV.

00:35:16.640 He didn't connect the fact that he got $5 million for himself and $5 million for Hunter to do this.

00:35:22.680 That's what the evidence shows.

00:35:24.280 That's why this unprecedented indictment of a former president is coming out today to cover up for the fact that Biden has this damning evidence that got confirmed yesterday.

00:35:37.620 That's where we are.

00:35:39.540 This is fortunately this case is before Judge Cannon in the Southern District of Florida.

00:35:44.680 Judge Cannon is a very smart, fair judge.

00:35:48.160 She understands the difference between the Presidential Records Act that applies to presidents and former presidents and the Espionage Act that does not.

00:35:56.680 And so Trump will get a fair trial down it with Judge Cannon.

00:36:00.880 This will get resolved.

00:36:02.020 It may have to get resolved by the Supreme Court eventually.

00:36:05.220 Trump will absolutely prevail.

00:36:07.040 And what the American people should do is rally behind President Trump because this is so much bigger than Donald J. Trump.

00:36:14.260 This is about our country.

00:36:15.260 If you can indict your political enemies like Biden has done here, we have become a third world Marxist hellhole.

00:36:22.900 And that is the end of the American Republic.

00:36:27.460 We know how this regime works, right?

00:36:30.140 They operate by the Alinsky tactic of accusing the enemy of what you're guilty of. 0.55

00:36:34.220 It's projection at its finest.

00:36:36.320 Frankly, I think the fact that they're going after Donald Trump's Donald Trump proves that they're guilty.

00:36:41.280 I guess, honestly, we should be going after them for espionage because maybe that's what this whole entire Biden family crime syndicate has been about.

00:36:48.860 That's what the Alinsky-ite axiom would tell us.

00:36:51.960 But it's really interesting, right?

00:36:53.840 Because it's not just that they're going after Trump.

00:36:56.500 They're also trying to silence all of the people who can potentially defend him, whether it's Jeff Clark in the D.C. bar, whether it's nuking Tucker on Fox News.

00:37:05.680 How about this going after Ken Paxton, AG down in Texas, all this talk about conservative AGs actually returning these lawfare charges that they're pressing against Donald Trump, doing that to the Democrats.

00:37:17.440 And you see just weeks later, Ken Paxton impeached one of his allies, arrested by the FBI.

00:37:24.640 It's not just one conspiracy.

00:37:26.020 It's multiple conspiracies.

00:37:28.340 And I know Steve likes to say conspiracies and not coincidences, or rather coincidences, not conspiracies.

00:37:34.820 But I think it's the other way around.

00:37:36.760 I know.

00:37:37.220 I don't like to disagree with my boss all that often.

00:37:39.500 But in this case, I do because the timing is just, it's absolutely bizarre.

00:37:44.220 But, Mike, in terms of actually being able to fight back, I know you're one of the harshest critics of the House Oversight Committee and the Weaponization Subcommittee,

00:37:52.980 basically all the committees we have going on, on the Hill, do you think what they're doing is enough?

00:38:00.620 I've always been a fan of James Comer and the Oversight Committee.

00:38:03.880 Let me make that very clear.

00:38:05.660 I think he's doing fantastic oversight.

00:38:08.060 I was a critic for a long time of Jim Jordan because of his position on big tech and his slow start on oversight.

00:38:15.000 But Jim Jordan is doing a fantastic job.

00:38:17.740 I was a big critic of Kevin McCarthy, but I think that he's doing a good job on this oversight stuff, too.

00:38:22.980 We need to rally as Republicans.

00:38:25.000 We need to rally together.

00:38:26.040 We need to rally around Trump.

00:38:27.900 We need to rally around our Republican leaders in Congress because, you know what, again, this is so much bigger than Donald Trump.

00:38:36.140 This is so much bigger than the Republican Party.

00:38:38.380 Our country is on the line.

00:38:40.660 This is said too much, but they have crossed the Rubicon.

00:38:44.020 This is going to mean there's going to be a weaponization tit-for-tat going forward that is just not very healthy.

00:38:51.760 But I'll tell you what needs to happen.

00:38:53.460 We need to give Democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine. 0.98

00:38:58.160 So I would say that House Republicans, these committee chairmen, start issuing subpoenas immediately for the 51 intel goons who said that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian disinformation campaign in 2020 to help cover for Joe Biden's troubles,

00:39:17.820 to cover for the fact that Hunter Biden's laptop got picked up by the New York Post, America's oldest newspaper, and the New York Post was going to report Joe Biden's foreign bribery schemes, his foreign corruption.

00:39:32.040 The Democrats did the same play in 2016 when they accused Trump of Russian collusion and launched the Crossfire Hurricane illegal investigation to hobble his presidency.

00:39:44.140 They got illegal spy warrants by lying to the FISA court on Carter Page and others.

00:39:50.540 We need to go after the Democrats for their real crimes.

00:39:53.840 Hillary Clinton for her real crimes, her real espionage, where she took classified documents.

00:40:00.020 She had a classified server, and she had an illegal foreign bribery scheme, pay-for-play bribery scheme at the Clinton Foundation.

00:40:07.060 We have to look at Joe Biden and his sleazeball family.

00:40:11.500 Every Biden seems to be on the Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian, other foreign governments' payrolls.

00:40:17.380 Millions and millions and millions of dollars, at least $10 million that we know of from this Ukraine bribe, $6 million that House Oversight Chairman James Comer

00:40:27.800 has been able to identify just with one bank account with 11 more, $6 million from China.

00:40:32.640 That's $16 million that they can pin just from China and Ukraine with just one bank account.

00:40:39.160 Just imagine what else they can find on the Bidens.

00:40:42.000 Every Biden has gotten money except for the four-year-old granddaughter who they don't claim. 1.00

00:40:46.540 They're just total scumbags. 1.00

00:40:48.340 It's espionage. 1.00

00:40:49.840 It's foreign corruption. 1.00

00:40:50.980 It's obstruction, like Hillary, when she destroyed her home server, destroyed the evidence. 0.99

00:40:55.100 Everything they accuse Trump of doing, they're doing.

00:40:58.260 So let's start moving forward with our own subpoenas.

00:41:01.620 Let's make them spend $200,000 responding to a subpoena, getting lawyers, sitting through staff depositions, 0.81

00:41:09.220 turning over their documents, sitting through public hearings.

00:41:12.360 Let's go after the 51 intel goons. 0.88

00:41:14.260 Let's go after Obama.

00:41:15.860 Let's go after the AG.

00:41:17.580 Let's go after James Comey, the former FBI director.

00:41:21.480 Let's go after Andrew McCabe.

00:41:23.020 Let's go after Peter Strzok.

00:41:25.280 Start issuing subpoenas.

00:41:29.540 Mike Davis, thank you, as always, for coming on the show,

00:41:32.740 even when it's the time of the Young Women's Leadership Summit.

00:41:36.640 I have to say, I'm surprised Hunter Biden's not here.

00:41:38.680 It seems like an event he'd be into.

00:41:39.920 But, Mike Davis, if people want to stay in touch with you and follow you, where can they find you?

00:41:46.480 I would say that Hunter Biden likes girls who are younger and his own family members.

00:41:50.660 So he's not going to be there.

00:41:52.060 It's article3project.org, article3project.org,

00:41:57.060 at article3project, at article3project, on getter, Twitter, truth.

00:42:02.160 And my personal is at mrddmia, mrddmin.

00:42:08.080 Thank you very much, Natalie.

00:42:09.920 Thank you for joining us.

00:42:12.360 You know, I was going to say, anyways, even though it's the Young Women's Leadership Summit,

00:42:16.700 I still think it's probably too old for Hunter Biden.

00:42:20.020 So, sorry.

00:42:21.480 But we still got Captain Bannon joining us in the next block,

00:42:24.380 and I think Representative Andy Biggs.

00:42:26.620 But I just want to tie something together here, right?

00:42:29.360 The connective tissue, the issue itself.

00:42:31.460 Remember those traitorous House Republicans who voted for that debt ceiling raise?

00:42:36.820 You gave away all your leverage.

00:42:39.000 You gave away all your power.

00:42:41.120 You have blood on your hands for the indictment of President Donald J. Trump.

00:42:45.920 Because you know why?

00:42:46.760 They're not scared anymore.

00:42:48.280 The FBI doesn't have to turn over this document.

00:42:50.700 Yeah, they let the Oversight Committee see a pretty redacted version.

00:42:53.820 The American people still haven't seen it.

00:42:56.320 And when you gave them no cap, spending trillions, whatever the next increment is above that,

00:43:02.380 whatever they want to spend, they can.

00:43:04.080 And you can't even renegotiate it until two years from now.

00:43:08.120 They want Donald Trump to be rotting in jail by then.

00:43:11.660 They don't want to even have the option to renegotiate that.

00:43:14.780 Like I said, you have blood on your hands for the indictment of Donald J. Trump,

00:43:19.020 giving away this country, all the leverage that this House majority had.

00:43:23.540 They need to start acting like the majority because we are.

00:43:26.880 Who cares what the Senate does? 1.00

00:43:28.320 Let's actually get some real oversight and get the deep state actually scared for once.

00:43:34.380 That's an emotion I'd love to see.

00:43:36.500 Well, I don't think there's a lot of scared people here, a lot of happy people here.

00:43:39.800 I seem to be the only one yelling.

00:43:41.500 More yelling when we come back.

00:43:43.400 Natalie Winter's War Room will be right back.

00:45:39.560 Hello, I'm Steve Stern, CEO of Flagshirt.com, a third-generation veteran-owned small business.

00:45:47.280 I believe that the American way of life is for all of us.

00:45:50.880 I'm asking you today to visit Flagshirt.com.

00:45:54.920 Help keep the American dream alive.

00:45:57.720 Be a flag waver. 0.84

00:46:07.280 Action, action, action.

00:46:10.840 You know what's the worst part about the deep state, about the administrative state, is how

00:46:15.220 in-your-face they are.

00:46:16.620 There's a reason why Steve calls them the in-your-face state.

00:46:19.640 And you know what they did today?

00:46:21.420 They said, we're going to give Ukraine $200 billion more in weaponry.

00:46:26.380 And I have to say, again, no conspiracies, only coincidences.

00:46:30.780 But it is curious to me.

00:46:32.140 There's something that does not smell right, right, when it comes to the Ukraine conflict.

00:46:36.260 I have to say, the day after we get documents showing that the Biden family took millions

00:46:41.160 of dollars in exchange for policy formulations and configurations advantageous to certain

00:46:46.580 Ukrainian oligarchs, all of a sudden they almost get what you would call, I don't know, bargaining

00:46:52.400 money, something like that.

00:46:54.440 $200 billion, to be specific.

00:46:56.760 I don't know.

00:46:57.460 Something doesn't smell right to me.

00:46:59.440 And I'm sure something doesn't smell right to my dear friend and co-host, until we have

00:47:04.280 to get to Representative Andy Biggs, who will be co-hosting with me tomorrow, is, of course,

00:47:08.940 Captain Bannon.

00:47:10.160 Yay.

00:47:10.680 Thank you.

00:47:11.020 Round of applause.

00:47:11.640 But in the meantime, I don't want to cut you off, but I also don't want to cut off Congressman

00:47:15.740 Biggs.

00:47:16.320 So I would love to get your thoughts, Congressman, on all things Trump indictment.

00:47:24.260 Well, first of all, it's a very flimsy indictment, in my opinion.

00:47:31.920 It's based on these assertions which would normally be handled civilly or not in a criminal

00:47:39.920 court.

00:47:40.280 That's number one.

00:47:41.660 Number two, and the more important thing, I kind of buried the lead there, the more important

00:47:46.900 thing is this is being done for political purposes.

00:47:50.220 The Democrats and the left have gone after Donald Trump since he came down the golden

00:47:54.140 escalator.

00:47:55.320 Hillary Clinton is the person, her campaign funded, Hillary Clinton okayed it, the initial

00:48:00.640 Steele dossier to try to link President Trump, then candidate Trump, with Russia.

00:48:08.140 So this has gone on basically for seven years now, and they keep going, and every time it

00:48:15.200 all comes out, they look bad because the truth does not support their crazy allegations.

00:48:21.060 And I'll give you the third thing that drives me crazy about this is, on a day that we were

00:48:26.180 looking and receiving a document that really insinuates Joe Biden was involved in a bribery

00:48:34.160 scheme, a pay-for-play corruption scheme, where he received $5 million and Hunter received

00:48:40.620 $65 million.

00:48:41.620 What do we find?

00:48:42.620 All of a sudden, here's a distraction.

00:48:45.520 It's the Donald Trump indictment that's consistent with when the Durham report came out and just

00:48:51.780 whitewashed, or not whitewashed, but exposed the FBI.

00:48:56.320 Here comes the George Santos indictment.

00:48:58.360 It's a constant attack on Donald Trump, which is a constant attack on Americans who support

00:49:04.460 him, and it's a constant attack on our constitutional way of life.

00:49:11.680 Congressman, I have one quick follow-up question.

00:49:13.800 Unfortunately, we are pressed for time, so I'm going to have to let you go.

00:49:16.520 But Representative Nancy Mace was on the show earlier today, and she actually said that in

00:49:21.080 the documents she reviewed, she saw that the Biden family was bragging how it would take

00:49:25.340 at least 10 years for members of the American public to actually uncover some of the money

00:49:31.020 that Ukraine had given them.

00:49:33.200 In other words, this very complex shell game of LLCs and sort of swapping who they were giving

00:49:38.660 money to, who was taking it, the LLC, like I said, shell game.

00:49:43.000 Is there any further evidence or commentary that you can give us on that allegation from Representative

00:49:49.600 Mace?

00:49:50.240 And like I said, I only got about a minute until I have to let you go.

00:49:55.400 Yeah, the individuals who made that statement were redacted, so we don't know exactly who

00:50:00.160 it was, but they did say it would take 10 years to link that individual with the Biden

00:50:04.300 family, particularly Joe Biden.

00:50:06.220 But we do have now over 170 suspicious activity reports with many, many bank transaction reports.

00:50:13.740 We're still going through those, which confirm that this is a lab, a labyrinth of LLCs and

00:50:21.820 bank accounts designed to hide the corrupt pay for pay scheme that it appears the Biden family,

00:50:27.980 the entire family, including Joe Biden, was a part of.

00:50:31.620 So that's, yeah, that really seems to be accurate right now.

00:50:39.260 No time for summer soldiers.

00:50:41.720 We need winter soldiers, no pun intended.

00:50:45.060 Congressman, if people want to follow you and stay up to date with what you're working on,

00:50:49.020 where can they find you?

00:50:49.980 I can go to at RepAndyBiggsAZ, they can go to Biggs.House.gov, they can go to Apple Podcasts

00:51:01.100 and Spotify too, what's the Biggs idea?

00:51:05.800 Thank you so much.

00:51:06.900 I have to say, back when I was in high school and I wanted to intern on the Hill, I would

00:51:10.920 only intern for members who had A ratings from Numbers USA because they tried to restrict

00:51:15.480 immigration and Congressman Biggs was one of the few.

00:51:18.260 So you've always been a patriot.

00:51:20.620 Someone who has obviously always been a patriot is, of course, Captain Bannon.

00:51:24.220 Now, I have to have on a female guest because it'd be wrong to do the Young Women's Leadership 1.00

00:51:28.140 Summit, opening salvo, opening show with that one.

00:51:30.800 So real quick, your thoughts on this $200 billion ridiculous aid package to Ukraine. 0.97

00:51:35.280 Like you said, I think it's ridiculous.

00:51:37.040 I think that this money could go towards things in the United States, such as, I don't know,

00:51:42.080 the border wall, maybe our military.

00:51:45.160 I understand our military has become woke.

00:51:47.380 It's not the military that I was in.

00:51:49.100 However, we need to get back to warfighting in our military, not what we're doing now,

00:51:53.880 not pronoun training and all this other stuff.

00:51:56.320 That money could have gone to focusing on warfighting for us and to care for our veterans.

00:52:02.080 We see the lapse in mental health care that our veterans are receiving.

00:52:05.560 So that money could have gone to those things, among many other things, but those things especially.

00:52:10.820 Indeed.

00:52:12.820 So we've got about a minute.

00:52:15.500 So tomorrow, 10 a.m.

00:52:17.320 Eastern time, I realize there is a time change here.

00:52:19.920 The two of us will be hosting live.

00:52:22.420 We're going to have a really, I would say murderer's row, but whatever, a more feminine 1.00

00:52:26.280 synonym for murderer would be, or at least murdering with a feminine touch. 1.00

00:52:31.000 Murderess. 1.00

00:52:31.580 Murderess is row. 1.00

00:52:33.140 Murderess row. 0.99

00:52:34.460 And Captain Bannon and I will be running the show.

00:52:36.960 We've got, I think Carrie Lake will be joining us. 1.00

00:52:38.940 Hopefully, Laura Trump, a lot of the big headliners for this show. 1.00

00:52:42.320 And Steve, don't worry, we'll be Skyping in.

00:52:44.960 I know sometimes you guys sour when you have to listen to me for so long, but hey, you know,

00:52:49.020 I try my best.

00:52:50.540 But Steve will be joining us to talk authoring indictment, all things Ukraine. 0.66

00:52:53.680 Mo, if you want to take us out, knock yourself out. 1.00

00:52:55.900 Well, and then you can also tune in to Natalie and I will be doing a breakout session tomorrow.

00:53:00.720 So I believe it will be streaming on Turning Point's website.

00:53:03.460 So you can tune in to that as well after.

00:53:06.440 We'll see you there.

00:53:07.340 See you tomorrow, 10 a.m.

00:53:08.840 Eastern Standard Time.

00:53:09.960 In my younger days, I was a naval officer on a destroyer.

00:53:13.380 In fact, I was the A-gang officer in charge of all the engineering systems that were not

00:53:18.360 main propulsion.

00:53:19.840 And one of those was air purification.

00:53:22.340 And I can tell you the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.

00:53:26.180 If all home air purifiers are the same, why did the U.S.

00:53:30.120 Department of Defense select EnviroCleanse to protect and purify the air on board our Navy

00:53:35.600 ships?

00:53:35.960 Because EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral technology goes beyond ordinary HEPA filters to destroy

00:53:42.460 airborne illness causing cold and flu viruses, including COVID.

00:53:48.100 EnviroCleanse is the new science in air purification.

00:53:51.580 And now you can order one for your home.

00:53:53.740 This is how you help stop colds and flus from taking your whole family down.

00:53:58.520 This is how you destroy allergy-inflaming toxins and mold from the air your family breathes.

00:54:03.200 In fact, this hospital-grade technology is so powerful that it promises far fewer colds

00:54:08.980 and allergies and better sleep.

00:54:11.060 Visit ekpure.com.

00:54:13.500 That's ekpure.com.

00:54:31.980 That's ekpure.com, code STEVE.

00:54:35.120 ekpure.com, code STEVE.

00:54:38.360 Veterans, you know we have been all over this supply chain issue with China and medications

00:54:44.480 and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.

00:54:48.280 China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that. 0.82

00:54:52.800 Jace Medical.

00:54:53.660 I got an emergency medication kit from them.

00:54:57.360 The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics
