Bannon's War Room - Episode 2799： Breaking Down The Biden Laptop

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.480 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.080 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.840 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do

00:00:24.220 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these

00:00:31.940 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to

00:00:39.500 save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.400 does it surprise you i mean that nikki haley or kim scott or others haven't

00:00:57.000 been vocally uh vocal about this yes yes you're down 40 points in the polls i don't know why

00:01:04.680 well they're running against him when you're running in a race you're trying to beat the

00:01:11.960 guy ahead of you you're trying to knock him down you know and given all the things in the rap sheet

00:01:16.440 there that that is you know a mile long you think that they'd be more aggressive i get it they're

00:01:20.540 trying to focus on the the the problems around doj and there are real problems there that place needs

00:01:25.880 an overhaul no question we could do hours on that but let's focus at the at the facts at hand you're

00:01:31.420 running against a guy with 37 indictments again against him you almost look like you're defending

00:01:36.120 him at this point that is not a those are not does not look like a serious candidate that's willing

00:01:40.920 to take him on over the next six months to knock his poll numbers down and shoot you to the top

00:01:44.780 either you want to run for president and beat the guy or you don't amen and uh he happens to be a 0.96

00:01:49.680 threat to our national security a fascist a cruel person to say the least i mean it started and ended 0.87

00:01:55.980 with his presidency every step of the way you could i could i could do a four-hour show and not go through

00:02:02.660 everything that he has done that has damaged either pushed against our democratic values or damaged

00:02:08.560 our democracy straight up and these republican uh candidates they have an opportunity here to do

00:02:15.840 the right thing and say the right thing and also possibly win their primary against donald trump if

00:02:21.920 they get rid of him and honestly our country does not need any more of donald trump that it already has

00:02:29.540 take a look at this indictment take a look at his presidency and take a look at the fealty that 0.75

00:02:35.180 these republicans have to their fascist leader they're so scared of him they are so incapable

00:02:42.740 of saying that he's done anything wrong and honestly right now at this point can you really say that with

00:02:51.260 a straight face lindsey graham can you say that with a straight face any of these candidates ron de santis

00:02:58.100 de santis whatever your name is just be honest for once do the right thing for the country don't be

00:03:06.020 so desensitized that you don't have a dip know the difference between right and wrong joining us now we

00:03:12.100 have special correspondent of vanity fair and the host of fast politics podcast molly john fast and

00:03:17.400 staff writer for the atlantic david from and david in your latest piece for the atlantic you write in

00:03:22.820 part quote the conservative world in the age of trump has coiled itself itself into a labyrinth of

00:03:29.000 lies lies about trump's victimhood lies about trump's popularity lies about trump's election outcomes lies

00:03:38.200 about trump's mental acuity and physical strength the architects of the labyrinth presumed that they

00:03:46.140 could always if necessary find an exit and that their keys could someday turn the exits locks instead

00:03:53.960 they have found themselves as lost and trapped in the labyrinth as the deceived people they lured

00:04:00.360 into it as a result they have failed to take each opportunity to escape the first impeachment the

00:04:07.680 november 2020 defeat the january 6 crimes the second impeachment the end of the administration

00:04:13.700 the 2022 wipeout of swing state election denying candidates the first indictment and now the

00:04:20.380 second indictment and how about like the sexual abuse liability the big post trump choice for

00:04:26.240 conservatives is whether they rejoin the mainstream of american life or wander ever further away from it

00:04:33.920 toward outright rejection of law and democracy and you know what we all fail if you fail republicans and

00:04:41.260 you are failing america in a big way most republicans yeah rallying around not all but most by the way

00:04:48.360 those who want to beat him for the nomination this is their chance this is their chance to finally get

00:04:53.760 away from this unbelievably undemocratic person someone who okay they didn't have to january this okay

00:05:01.740 i can't take any more i can't take any more it's my i try we curate this so you don't have to monday 12 june

00:05:10.420 year of our lord 2023 it's morning mika how would you like to wake up every morning with that across the

00:05:16.460 coffee table from you across the breakfast table how would you like that just think chalk that up for

00:05:21.840 purgatory maybe time in hell uh a lot obviously a lot going on we're gonna get to all of it uh unabomber

00:05:30.120 dies over the weekend they're sitting committed suicide we'll get to that joe allen's here

00:05:35.260 cnn finally admitted uh jack posobik on it all weekend on this ukraine on the uh on the second

00:05:42.420 on the spring offensive the much heralded long awaited spring early summer offensive of course the

00:05:47.680 economist leads its weekend coverage with these cross fingers of they hope it works

00:05:52.840 i think 12 or 15 armored um armored vehicles destroyed in the uh quote-unquote combined arms

00:06:01.220 operation in ukraine uh we're going to have garrett ziegler and the team on here for marco polo to talk

00:06:06.660 about the um the biden crime family with rudy giuliani carrie lake's going to join us we're packed

00:06:11.740 for the next two hours and then for two hours tonight um but i wanted to uh really get um the perspective

00:06:20.720 of somebody that i think incredibly highly of and i know that the nation does the republican party

00:06:25.460 speaker of the house newt gingrich um speaker gingrich i could have gone on for another five

00:06:32.080 minutes with the morning joe meltdown and clips we've done over the weekend of mika uh about we're

00:06:38.740 fascist uh you know just on and on and on about all the times of lawfare they've tried to destroy him

00:06:44.420 can you because you're unique in that you're both a man of action and you're one of our towering

00:06:49.940 public intellectuals you've got this new book out about the beginning of this revolution back in

00:06:54.820 the 90s actually long before that as you worked on the march the majority which everybody ought to get

00:07:00.080 as a read tell me about uh where are we in american history right now sir well i think we're at a unique

00:07:10.600 moment uh domestically uh domestically we are probably the most challenged since um buchanan

00:07:18.740 was president and the country was drifting towards a civil war um internationally i think the combination

00:07:26.260 of china russia iran north korea uh secondarily venezuela and cuba we may be uh the greatest in danger

00:07:36.100 uh literally since washington crossed delaware on christmas eve i mean you have all these foreign 1.00

00:07:42.860 problems you have a faction of americans who hate their own country you have a government at every

00:07:49.080 level state federal local which is increasingly attacking the american people so you really do have

00:07:55.020 the government against the american people it's astonishing a reversal of the revolutionary war

00:08:01.540 where it was the people against the government and i think this most recent example with trump is

00:08:08.600 it couldn't be clearer no matter how many bad things they find about the biden family

00:08:14.140 nothing happens no matter how many bad things they find about hillary clinton nothing happens no matter

00:08:21.120 how often adam schiff lies and she did consistently as chairman of the intelligence committee nothing

00:08:27.020 happens but if you're on the other team whether you're a parent in california or washington state

00:08:34.000 being threatened with jail because you don't do what they want to about encouraging your child to be

00:08:40.200 transgender or whether you are uh donald trump who has been really all the way through his career from

00:08:48.440 2016 on the minute it became clear he's going to be the nominee they attacked him and they've been

00:08:54.140 attacking him ever since and the fact that he's standing after seven years uh is itself astonishing i

00:09:02.300 don't know any other republican candidate who could have taken this kind of beating uh and still be

00:09:07.500 coming on and that tells you how much he's willing to defend the american people

00:09:11.340 i want to go back soon to what you just said

00:09:17.180 with buchanan you know it appeared if you go back to read history we were exorably drawn

00:09:23.820 into a civil war but there are many times that individuals or groups could have stood up and

00:09:28.940 stopped that uh on christmas day at you know before the battle of trump before they crossed

00:09:33.800 maybe the darkest where we had our backs to the wall you're saying on both internationally or

00:09:38.520 geopolitically we got our backs to the wall like washington and you're saying that there's some power

00:09:44.860 inexorably pulling us into a conflict between ourselves unless good and smart people step into

00:09:52.980 the breach here walk me through both that because nowhere in american history we've ever had both both

00:09:58.060 the domestic divide at the same time with the darkness of particularly the ccp the mullahs in 0.97

00:10:04.700 persia uh the kgb in in moscow turkey now the house of sod all of it trying to consolidate the eurasian

00:10:12.600 land mass so walk me through this combination can america punch its way out of this

00:10:17.440 well i mean like ronald reagan i'm an optimist so my first answer is yes uh this is a remarkable

00:10:25.540 country with extraordinary people who are being crippled by their very own government and crippled

00:10:32.860 by an anti-american faction largely in the universities and to some extent in the news media

00:10:39.380 and in the corporate ceos and in the bureaucracy but we have a great capacity to fight our way back

00:10:46.820 and the truth does have a tendency to come out you're seeing this happen now with the fbi i mean

00:10:52.780 i thought that the durham report was devastating followed up on the report of the inspector general

00:10:58.980 which was devastating uh the fact is we need a bill to break up the federal bureau of investigation

00:11:04.980 and replace it with much more reasonable law enforcement systems and eliminate the entire

00:11:12.220 senior leadership i mean it's clearly a corrupted institution deeply politicized on the left

00:11:18.620 and the evidence we have is just overwhelming so i think what you'll see and what you have seen a

00:11:24.300 little bit of in the house for example with the investigations and with the things the house

00:11:29.100 republicans are doing is you're seeing the beginning of a counter-offensive the entire trump candidacy

00:11:35.320 is a counter-offensive against the left and that's why they hate him that's why they're afraid of him

00:11:40.300 he entered office as the first really non-establishment president in modern times reagan was a solid

00:11:47.580 conservative the most conservative i think in modern times before trump but reagan was essentially

00:11:53.080 accepting of the system uh his focus was defeating the soviet union um replace getting the economy

00:12:01.380 growing and renewing a belief in american civic culture it didn't occur he didn't think his mission

00:12:07.560 was to take apart the bureaucracy and the radicalism that surrounds us trump came into office i think as

00:12:15.740 somebody determined to break up an increasingly corrupt old order and that's why they hate him and that's why

00:12:21.580 they've been so astonishingly aggressive and going after him what what did you see but the gingrich 0.99

00:12:29.700 revolution was the bridge between reagan and really the start of this populist nationalist movement what

00:12:34.480 did you see at the at late stage uh reagan that led you in the early years to try to you know against

00:12:40.980 long odds i remember i tell people i saw you at the california club back in i think 89 or 90 when i was

00:12:46.880 just sent out there by goldman sachs to run investment banking and you gave a talk

00:12:50.560 about you basically laid out the new gingrich revolution and there were not a lot of establishment

00:12:57.020 california wealthy folks that were buying into it said who is this guy uh what did you see we got a minute

00:13:03.060 here we want to hold you to the break what did you see that led to the to the gingrich revolution

00:13:07.760 the first the first volley in this well i saw what reagan saw i saw the american people

00:13:13.180 i knew that every single item balancing the budget reforming welfare cutting taxes reforming the

00:13:21.000 house every single item has 60 or 70 percent support and like reagan and before him like lincoln

00:13:27.760 i believed as lincoln once said that with popular sentiment anything is possible without popular

00:13:33.860 sentiment nothing is possible and so we designed the contract with america so it spoke to the american

00:13:41.000 people about what the american people believed and that's exactly what trump did in his theme of make

00:13:47.300 america great again there were millions of americans in 2016 looking for an optimistic candidate who thought

00:13:54.920 the future could be better not somebody who's going to manage the decay or somebody who's going to manage

00:14:00.380 the surrender to the left but somebody thought if we got together we could actually make a better

00:14:05.260 american future and that's i think what he's going to bring to the campaign this year despite every

00:14:10.740 effort of the left to destroy him by the way the book is march to the majority it's the history of

00:14:17.880 this it's absolutely much reading if you want to understand where we are today speaker gingrich

00:14:21.800 please hold on for a second take a short commercial break we're going to turn with the former speaker

00:14:26.640 of the house also the husband of the ambassador to the vatican calista um and a uh a guy that's got a

00:14:37.040 birthday coming up in a week talk all about that next in the war room

00:14:40.860 well congress once again allowed itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration and raising the

00:15:04.640 debt ceiling for the 79th time paving the way for continued reckless spending and further devaluation

00:15:12.960 of the u.s dollar as our national debt continues to skyrocket how are you protecting your savings

00:16:22.960 take action action action and take that action today your host stephen k bannon

00:16:30.760 most republicans yeah rallying around not all but most by the way those who want to beat him for

00:16:41.980 the nomination this is their chance this is their chance to finally get away from this unbelievably

00:16:48.180 undemocratic person someone would they wait they didn't after january the 6th i know literally

00:16:54.920 inspired a riot and they didn't move away from them okay and just okay the good news folks is that

00:17:01.860 the triggered over at morning mika um in morning mika today they are pearl clutching that means it tells

00:17:07.900 you that's a tell they know they don't have a case here so what are they doing they're they're

00:17:12.080 ripping on the judge they're sitting there we're fascists we're neo-confederates just on and on and on

00:17:17.240 it's going to stay there that's good it's a good thing speaker gingrich uh you talked about the fbi

00:17:23.240 breaking of the fbi which coming from a guy like you is pretty that's pretty radical when when you

00:17:27.880 look at the founders of our nation they so admired the republic of rome and modeled many things after

00:17:33.360 the republic uh including the senate and things like that it institutions but when it transitioned

00:17:39.540 to empire after the you know the late republic when it transitioned to empire you had this huge

00:17:44.480 administrative state and particularly the deep state part the praetorian guard that eventually

00:17:49.060 ended up selecting its own leaders do you think that's the stage we're in today do you consider

00:17:55.160 the administrative states uh rogue element the deep state uh doj and fbi when you really look at it

00:18:01.480 within the cold light of dawn that in fact it is a praetorian guard uh to uh certain uh elements

00:18:08.700 uh like the clintons and and like the obamas and like the bidens sir well i think there's a network

00:18:16.460 that includes some of the intelligence community includes some of the senior military uh certainly

00:18:22.540 includes the department of justice and the fbi and that network believes that it has the right

00:18:28.480 to break the law on behalf of its values and on behalf of its interest groups and there's no

00:18:34.860 question that's true and all you have to do is read the durham report or the excuse me the earlier

00:18:41.100 report of the inspector general uh who said just took tore apart the fbi you have to say to yourself

00:18:47.420 uh there's nothing more dangerous than when the law enforcers become the law breakers and that's the world

00:18:55.080 we're in right now that's the world of chris ray that's the world of the fbi that's why i don't think

00:19:00.300 it's radical you know if you have a cancer cutting it out is not radical cutting it out is common sense

00:19:06.800 we currently have an fbi that has the arrogance to ask for a three and a half billion dollar 0.91

00:19:13.940 headquarters building that would be larger than the pentagon i can't imagine anything dumber for

00:19:20.400 people who love freedom than to build a police system so big that it has a headquarters larger than

00:19:26.320 the pentagon it's exactly the wrong direction and that's why i think we need to have hearings and

00:19:32.280 then fundamental reforms i i just did a podcast at newts world with a 33 year fbi veteran who talks

00:19:39.720 about how corrupted the fbi had become who's written a book about what happened to the fbi and how after

00:19:45.920 uh 2001 it became a corrupted institution so i think this is something we've got to look at very

00:19:53.200 carefully it is extraordinarily dangerous and what they did in for example uh breaking uh the lawyers

00:20:01.400 confidentiality uh is an astonishing threat to every american

00:20:06.420 if um if you were to give guidance to the leadership in the house right now if you were there

00:20:13.300 between the purse strings and the investigative apparatus uh what would you what would new gingrich

00:20:18.640 be doing this morning i think a lot of what they are starting to do i would be having pretty

00:20:25.880 aggressive investigations which certainly uh chairman comber has been doing with the house accountability

00:20:31.840 committee i would be having a serious look at for example defunding uh the fbi building which

00:20:40.100 speaker mccarthy has publicly said he thinks should be defunded i would look at a series of just not

00:20:46.080 giving them money uh i mean you you can have a the power of the purse resides first with the house

00:20:51.820 of representatives deliberately as you point out the founding fathers wrote the constitution

00:20:56.980 to avoid dictatorship they deliberately distributed power and balanced it and one of the great powers

00:21:03.040 of the house is uh to pass money bills and if they don't pass them uh on october 1st the that part

00:21:09.900 of the federal government has no money so the appropriation process the next 100 days is going to be big

00:21:18.000 what what advice i want to bifurcate this for a second what advice would you give president trump

00:21:22.700 given our current situation and your historical perspective and what advice would you give the trump

00:21:30.140 movement let's start with president trump what would you tell what would be your advice

00:21:33.820 strategically for president trump to embed his case in all the cases around the country and the fact

00:21:41.900 that you now have a war by the government against the american people uh trump is just one of many

00:21:48.540 many victims i think the more he focuses only on his own victimhood the narrower and the weaker the case

00:21:55.120 but the more that he focuses on the totality of the government assault against the american people

00:22:00.720 the stronger his case becomes what is your advice then to the uh what is your by the way very wise

00:22:09.440 what is your advice to his followers the mega movement that this is a struggle for the very life of freedom

00:22:16.640 that you should take it as seriously as george orwell warned us about when he published 1984 and you

00:22:23.860 should recognize that everything we know of as freedom is under threat right now and we have to win

00:22:29.500 much like lincoln did in the 1860s we have to win for freedom to survive

00:22:34.880 i want to go uh to the if we can put the march to majority a cover up uh why why why this book at

00:22:43.160 this time and why should this audience uh get this book in the in the summer of 2023 where we're at

00:22:49.560 this hinge of history right now tell me about the book uh why is it important to this moment

00:22:55.160 i wrote this book specifically because i thought it was so relevant to today and to 2024 and 2025

00:23:03.900 i recount the 16 years we spent creating the majority for the first time in 40 years then i go

00:23:11.060 through the four years we negotiated with clinton and got huge recovery reform you know we reformed

00:23:16.560 welfare people went to work by the millions children rose out of poverty it was the biggest anti-poverty

00:23:22.840 program for children in american history we cut taxes and had enormous economic growth we also cut

00:23:29.420 regulations and we balanced the federal budget for four consecutive years for the only time in your

00:23:37.340 lifetime so the point of march to the majority is this is how you do it it's a book about principles

00:23:43.160 think of it as a playbook this is how you grow a majority this is how you get that majority to coerce

00:23:49.780 the city of washington and this is how you get genuinely conservative reforms and i think we're

00:23:55.860 in a moment in time where frankly when you realize how long ago that was um i think a new generation

00:24:02.200 needs to sort of relearn the lessons it took us 16 years so we don't want to wait 16 years so i'm sharing

00:24:10.140 with people exactly what we did how we did it and how they can apply it to today

00:24:15.400 uh by the way nobody gives uh or not enough credit to speaker gingrich in the house four years of

00:24:22.820 surpluses in a row budget surpluses budget surpluses which extraordinary and that was him not bill

00:24:28.980 clinton i want to go though quickly to the 16 years because a lot of people oftentimes go man we're you

00:24:34.980 know we lose these talk to me about how do you keep the troops motivated when it looks like uh it's it's

00:24:40.940 an overcast day and you can't see the sunlit uplands well frankly i mean i think the the left

00:24:46.920 kept us motivated the same thing that's happening with trump uh you know you get up in the morning

00:24:51.660 and you say to yourself am i comfortable with where the country's going and if the answer is no then you

00:24:57.620 have to get involved it's not complicated uh and if you're willing to sit by it idly then the bad guys

00:25:03.440 are going to take over uh and i went out now we developed a term cheerful persistence because

00:25:10.040 frankly it was pretty tough i mean when when joe gaylord who was my partner doing this when we went

00:25:15.320 back through and outlined the book we realized how tired we were from how you know we tried in 80 82

00:25:21.640 84 86 88 90 and 92 and we weren't rope-a-doping we were trying everything we could think of we just

00:25:30.200 weren't breaking through finally we'd learned enough we'd grown a big enough party we had uh some 55

00:25:36.900 000 people getting a go pack training tape every month and so we finally were capable of winning a

00:25:42.840 big election and then the trick was could we govern so well that we'd get re-elected remember we're the

00:25:49.360 first majority in 40 years but we're the first re-elected majority since 1928 and that's why i think

00:25:56.240 march the majority is an important book it's not only how do you get power but how do you use that

00:26:01.540 power to get the kind of reforms that leads the american people to continue to loan you power and

00:26:08.180 remember when we won in 94 while we hadn't won in 40 years we kept power for 12 years so it really was

00:26:16.160 a fundamental shift in the power structure of washington and i think if you watch the house

00:26:21.740 investigating committees it's pretty clear that it's a big deal that the republicans won control

00:26:27.280 the house in 2022 and that that's going to change history because they're going to unearth things

00:26:33.360 and bring things to light that would have been totally covered up if the democrats had stayed in

00:26:38.360 charge we're going to have that uh finally we got mayor we got garrett ziegler others to talk about

00:26:44.200 exactly what the speaker just said last thing when you first got to dc did the majority didn't the

00:26:49.580 leaders kind of say hey we're the minority this is how you get along there was no concept they didn't

00:26:54.460 have the intellectual construct of actually becoming the majority weren't you told just to keep your

00:26:59.740 place they look they've been beaten for 24 years by the time i got there they'd gone been through

00:27:05.300 watergate they'd seen about a third of their friends wiped out in the elections uh they saw the

00:27:10.040 ford reagan uh very bitter primary fight uh and they were just exhausted i mean they they went to work

00:27:17.180 every morning just to survive they would kind of slink on the floor the democrats would strut

00:27:22.240 under the floor looking for a republican to beat up and the republicans would try to hide so they didn't

00:27:26.500 get beaten up and we were a new generation we said look you know you want a piece of this

00:27:30.880 well come at us and we carry the fight to the democrats every day from the time i was elected

00:27:36.760 the fight club fights that matter march to the majority uh speaker how do they get to the podcast

00:27:42.100 how do they get to your website they go to new they go to gingrich360.com uh we'll get everything

00:29:49.120 okay we want to thank the speaker uh for teeing this all up i've got three hitters in a row uh rudy

00:29:57.540 uh the america's mayor i've got garrett ziegler marco polo with this uh the feral dogs of the biden

00:30:03.740 crime family the website and i've got posobik and jack posobik on his way to his pulitzer prize

00:30:10.100 because posobik called it all weekend on um and if we put the when he comes up put the um cnn headline

00:30:17.380 you know economists everybody worried all the all the globalists worried about the ukraine quote

00:30:22.360 unquote spring offensive jack posobik told you exactly what was happening all weekend of course

00:30:27.260 cnn admits today 16 i think 17 armored vehicles their their armored column destroyed by the russians

00:30:35.200 we'll get into all that because it's all inextricably linked the biden crime family ukraine

00:30:41.380 the billions of dollars are shipping over there zelinski it's all of a piece as we say and we're

00:30:47.180 going to break it down all for you we're going to start with america's mayor mayor giuliani i just

00:30:52.060 want to make sure um you you and bob costello i had had this information what you're hearing about

00:30:58.940 now we have nancy mace coming in and and and stefanik and and these people saying hey i'm i'm

00:31:05.060 looking at 1023s i'm looking at sars reports over the treasury they won't let me have any of this

00:31:09.340 this was the these were the things that you guys had or information related to that that you went

00:31:17.020 to bar that you were talking to u.s attorneys back and i think in january 2020 you're presenting

00:31:22.340 this information and i thought it was either north carolina or pittsburgh to a u.s attorney

00:31:27.560 making case walk us through that in the details of that sir oh well there's a whole background to it

00:31:34.260 but and we knew about it even well before that but the ultimate the ultimate thing is we are told

00:31:39.280 through the deputy attorney general that bill barr wants us to present this evidence to the u.s attorney

00:31:44.680 in pittsburgh because he wants to spread it out to different u.s attorneys to evaluate

00:31:50.380 you know how credible it is and whatever so we set up a meeting with the u.s attorney and the fbi

00:31:57.000 in pittsburgh and uh they they were very well represented they had about 10 people there about

00:32:03.400 five the u.s attorney his people some people from justice and also people from the fbi certainly from

00:32:10.720 the local office i can't tell you the washington office ten of them though five assistant u.s

00:32:16.440 attorneys the u.s attorney and the head agent and we were we were scheduled for an hour an hour and a

00:32:22.340 half we were there five hours we brought a very very uh uh wouldn't even was not even an outline i

00:32:29.220 mean it was a hundred page outline so it was a report really we did it with uh we did it with um

00:32:36.140 like each we went over each one in great detail the uh one hour one hour and a half meeting ended

00:32:43.140 up to be five hours they were intensely interested i mean our other experience with justice up until

00:32:49.680 then not to bore you with it we would just get blown away they had no interest in investigating

00:32:54.400 biden and uh but this this group was enormously excited i don't want to pretend it was just this but

00:33:02.140 there was one very extraordinary piece of evidence we had a woman in ukraine who was the chief

00:33:08.440 accountant for burisma the wife of the former partner of mykola zlosevsky who owned burisma

00:33:16.440 and is the major crook who was paying off the biden's and she wanted to turn she wanted to testify

00:33:23.940 but to testify she wanted to be in the witness protection program and she had four colleagues of

00:33:30.740 her who were willing to testify and support her she claimed that over an eight-year period she

00:33:38.500 supervised all of the offshore illegal bank accounts all the money laundering went through her

00:33:45.660 now we weren't sure she was telling the truth but we did have one transaction that i had gotten very

00:33:52.460 early of a complete money uh laundering transaction for 14 million dollars some of which went through to

00:33:59.760 joe biden with an indication that joe got nine hundred thousand dollars of it and his family

00:34:06.840 got a total of about three million of so we had one piece that proved what she was saying we didn't

00:34:13.400 have the rest they were very excited about getting her and we emphasized the fact that she was in

00:34:18.660 jeopardy and this was shortly after they attempted to kill shokin which is another thing they haven't 0.82

00:34:24.800 really brought out there was an attempt to kill shokin who was the prosecutor after he was dismissed

00:34:30.340 they poisoned him typical ukrainian russian assassination attempt is a poison we had to get

00:34:38.040 him to a hospital in austria to keep him alive and they were threatening her they were enormously excited

00:34:45.320 about it about that and all the other evidence they called us for about two weeks particularly bob

00:34:52.340 for other evidence for other support they really wanted us to give them our ultimate

00:34:59.020 source who was a very credible source with a long history of working with our government

00:35:04.920 always credibly we finally decided to give them the source and did they interviewed him

00:35:13.000 and then all of a sudden they went dark we couldn't get them back i mean they were more enthusiastic than

00:35:20.100 we were to start with i mean they were they would i would call them normal decent the usual assisting

00:35:26.900 u.s attorneys and agents i've been used to dealing with for 40 years when i told them we had a witness 0.92

00:35:31.740 like this one of them said holy you know what man that would blow the damn case open that's exactly 0.64

00:35:38.400 what we want we in other words she's on the inside i said not only is she on the inside she's the wife of 0.97

00:35:44.120 the former owner who thinks slosheski killed her husband he said we probably did i mean these were

00:35:52.660 regular fbi's not the course we haven't watched so rudy but here's the thing i want to make sure

00:35:58.920 people understand the timeline and i want to make sure i understand it this takes place in in january

00:36:04.760 of 2020 correct these meetings with the with the u.s attorney in pittsburgh or the election had

00:36:10.220 started biden hadn't even announced right the primary hang on um no no i think i think biden

00:36:19.400 had announced because the primaries were starting it was 2020 was around the time getting close to the

00:36:23.880 iowa and new hampshire but hang on for a second yeah yeah he had already announced but hang on a second

00:36:29.300 hang on a second correct me if i'm wrong brother because later in the year you and bob costello

00:36:35.520 get approached on on the laptop from hell the laptop from hell was sitting at the fbi and main justice

00:36:41.500 in november december of 2019 before the no hold it so hang on this is i'm saying bill when bill

00:36:49.000 bar is out there and now dumping on donald trump that's a misdirection play bill bar is a traitor 0.96

00:36:53.280 let me just cut to the chase he's a traitor 100 so is chris ray they're true they're traitors they 0.87

00:36:58.880 had the information i got garrett ziegler coming up next they had the information from and that's

00:37:05.260 the public service of garrett ziegler they had all the information from the laptop was was at the fbi

00:37:12.200 and main justice in no later than december of 2019 60 days before this meeting takes place

00:37:20.580 okay then in this meeting rudy an hour meeting stays five hours and they give a hundred page report

00:37:26.600 from bob costello and rudy giuliani naming names giving information etc of which they're intensely

00:37:32.960 interested for the next two or three weeks with follow-on calls etc and then all of a sudden

00:37:37.540 when they realize what they actually got they that the bratorian guard seals hermetically seals this

00:37:44.560 rudy would you say that that's what it goes into a dry hole called delaware and uh what what um

00:37:52.360 what was surprising to us was uh it must have happened when it got to bar because the u.s attorney

00:38:00.880 there seemed 100 i mean he's like guys i dealt with all my life i mean i ran the u.s attorneys for three

00:38:07.800 years for reagan i know them like the back of my head he was like a regular u.s attorney the guys i'm

00:38:13.300 used to dealing with who put criminals in jail and uh he realized the quality of our evidence

00:38:18.600 i mean before we even get to the hard drive steve we had a provable rico case i even out you know

00:38:25.820 i'm well known for being the architect of rico right so they said to me can you outline a rico

00:38:31.600 case for us and i got up to the board and i outlined a rico case from the top of my head

00:38:36.840 and they said wow yeah that's a hell of a case and then i said these are the things we would have to

00:38:42.340 get i mean these were actual i can't we don't have them anymore honest prosecutors on the effort on

00:38:50.020 the if on the information that you had it could be developed is there any doubt in your mind you

00:38:54.880 could have gone before a grand jury and brought uh a slew of indictments against the biden family

00:38:59.840 sir no no no no doubt about it at all i had i within a short period of time when they were doing

00:39:06.520 nothing i did a podcast outlining a rico case how to prosecute it i mean no i could have done that

00:39:13.600 case i could have done that case you know a month later after putting it in the grand jury i've done

00:39:19.540 a lot of rico cases steve this is not an exaggeration this would have been one of the easier ones to do

00:39:25.040 in terms of the amount of evidence that you had before you got the hard drive now here's what i'm

00:39:31.760 really angry about they made fools out of us all of us sitting there so bar sitting back there 0.97

00:39:37.960 letting us go through this exercise they already have the evidence i mean i'm like a big jackass 0.93

00:39:44.220 that's my point this i'm telling them about something i'm going crazy your rico your rico uh case has

00:39:53.000 been pretty good you brought down the five families the five mafia families are in new york

00:39:56.960 organized crime and you brought and you brought down milken and the mafia that ran wall street

00:40:01.880 pretty two pretty two pretty good notches on your gun belt and the team and drexel burnham

00:40:09.960 the um i just want to make sure right now if you were advising the house and comer in this crowd

00:40:20.060 ray and and bill barr should be brought before a national tv and we should go back to the watergate

00:40:26.680 the watergate uh saying from december 19 to january 2020 what did you know and when did you know it

00:40:34.040 what did you know and when did you know it what did you know and when did you know it and then and

00:40:39.020 then follow the money we just go back to watergate the democrats all love watergate they're all running

00:40:43.460 around you know you see you see uh uh the uh you know nixon's lawyer up there you see all these guys

00:40:48.580 all day long and we say hey let's give a little watergate what did you know and when did you know

00:40:52.380 december of 2019 through january 2020 for 60 days chris ray and bill barr had all the information

00:40:59.820 about the biden crime family i got garrett ziggler coming up next all the information

00:41:04.020 from the laptop from hell to what rudy and costella gave them they had the information they asked follow

00:41:10.060 on questions they got it all and then they buried it they buried it because the pretorian guard selected

00:41:16.240 remember joe biden finished fourth in iowa and fifth in new hampshire he was dead man walking

00:41:22.880 the pretorian guard in february of 2020 selected joe biden selected joe biden they hid information

00:41:30.740 that's treasonous right not just disqualifying but running but treasonous they hid information

00:41:36.720 they buried it and they selected him this is end of republic beginning of empire stuff this is the

00:41:42.280 guard and chris ray and bill barr are as guilty as crimes as the biden family because chris ray and

00:41:49.420 bill barr had the information and we can prove they had the information from the laptop from hell

00:41:55.000 and rudy giuliani's 100 page 100 page report they had all the information you don't need another thing

00:42:01.100 rudy giuliani costella costella being his old wingman as a u.s attorney they could have gone to a

00:42:07.180 grand jury with what they had and you could have gotten indictments against the biden crime

00:42:12.220 family in when this pretorian guard selected them in february 2020 rudy and bob costella could have

00:42:18.680 gone to a grand jury and brought indictments criminal indictments that's where the forget this trump

00:42:23.840 stuff that's all nonsense we're gonna get to the heart of the matter and bill barr you can sit up there 0.99

00:42:29.420 and say it's a great case we're gonna shove this up your ass okay we're gonna shove it up your ass you're 1.00

00:42:35.360 you are freaking guilty of treason big old you're guilty of treason and ray's guilty of treason you 1.00

00:42:42.400 had this information and we can prove you had it rudy how do people get to your podcast brother how do 0.99

00:42:47.600 they get to all your information sir rudy giuliani cs.com is the best way to do it and if they want to go to

00:42:54.660 my podcast you're going to see what i said because when they wouldn't listen to me i made it public

00:43:00.500 and and and came on your show and made it public uh and also remember uh bar did something very

00:43:09.220 very significant just recently when raskin said that okay hang on hang on hang on rudy rudy rudy

00:43:16.400 hold through a break we'll leave him hanging i got the mayor i got marco polo i got poso on ukraine

00:43:24.140 carrie lake we're jammed baby hey bill barr you think you understand what bill barr you're guilty

00:43:32.240 of treason okay you had the information and we can prove you had the information and you hid it

00:43:38.120 it's not just the bidens it's the controlled opposition republicans that are the problem

00:43:44.240 right now many americans are feeling powerless you know the feeling the economy isn't stable crime

00:46:43.920 to we're not falling into the misdirection play in miami that's nonsense it's going to be either

00:46:49.120 tossed out or beaten we're going on offense our our focus here is to burn the biden crime family down 0.59

00:46:56.720 to the water line as we say in the good old united states navy jack basobic will back me up on that

00:47:02.560 we're tired of playing patty cake okay we're tired of playing patty cake uh garrett ziegler who's going

00:47:09.040 to join us here momentarily said it best they're a family of feral dogs okay let me be blunt they're

00:47:15.520 further and that is not garrett ziegler and steve banner rudy giuliani you see it for yourself in

00:47:21.120 living color on the marco polo site what's the tell about uh bill barr who to me is guilty of treason and

00:47:27.760 and and he and ray got to be brought forward immediately for testimony on the record under

00:47:32.240 oath before the nation sir well the right after right after the test of the testimony uh the other

00:47:40.480 day uh raskin came out and said that all this comes from giuliani meaning the the the report and uh

00:47:50.720 the justice department declined in january to go forward with it found it incredible

00:48:00.000 bar very strangely holds a press conference and says in essence raskin's lying

00:48:06.880 i it was never uh declined it was ordered to be transferred to the district of delaware because i

00:48:14.800 used these u.s attorneys to check out the credibility of a lot of information we got

00:48:19.760 and they declined a lot of information as you know without substance but this information we

00:48:26.480 certified as basically worthy of investigation and then it never got investigated so it passed an

00:48:34.720 original bar instituted test as credible information on his own word now exactly why he's saying that i don't

00:48:44.160 know i'm sure it's true to get him get him off the hook to get him try to get himself off the hook

00:48:50.240 not good enough you know why justice had the lob they had they didn't need to shove it to they need

00:48:55.280 they need to give it to delaware main justice and the fbi at the top they had the laptop from hell

00:49:01.520 and look it took me 20 minutes to confirm the chinese communist party aspect of this the their

00:49:07.760 payments by the chinese communist party and their control by the chinese communist party then you get to all

00:49:12.400 the perversion right and of course you and rudy we'll bring this up another day you and carrick

00:49:16.960 went down to delaware about this whole thing about the children we'll get to save that for another day

00:49:22.720 i will save that for another day save that from this too big to go through but my point is they

00:49:26.720 didn't need to go be buried to some u.s attorney in delaware main justice this is a guy that they're

00:49:32.640 selecting to be president of the united states and commander in chief don't give it to some guy in

00:49:36.240 delaware you had more than enough information to immediately go to a grand jury and bring

00:49:42.880 indictments on rico charges rudy once again how do people get to your show the one you do with dr ryan

00:50:58.160 out to the american people absolutely and we even have non-conservative whistleblowers coming

00:51:06.240 forward we got a subpoena from an insider at jp morgan that was dated in may of 2019 okay

00:51:14.640 a guy listed on that subpoena joseph ziggler who's no relation to me uh who's a flamboyant guy we'll just

00:51:21.680 say that he is now coming forward as the second irs whistleblower that's news because his name

00:51:29.200 hasn't been released publicly but we know who it is we know the first one is gary shapley he went on

00:51:33.840 cbs and then the second guy joseph ziggler is now coming forward i'm answering your question by saying

00:51:40.960 this conspiracy and this criminal cover-up is causing even the mid-level and sort of you know my

00:51:48.640 level at the white house the lower level people to come forward because they don't want to be

00:51:53.600 the fall guys they don't want this inaction to be blamed on them they rightly want the folks

00:52:00.800 making the calls to get held accountable and be blamed for this so we're in a weird mexican
