Bannon's War Room - Episode 2803： Live Coverage From Miami： Bomb Scares At The Courthouse

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:09.980 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.580 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.340 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:23.920 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.740 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.660 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:46.880 uh it is tuesday 13 june in the year of our lord 2023 i think you're saying and i'm not um

00:00:55.880 i'm not getting down the miami authorities miami police i'm not because the nypd are the best in

00:01:02.680 the world at doing this even with all the madness of what's happened to them since eric adams um

00:01:08.120 but i can just tell you from having done these types of things dozens and dozens of times it's

00:01:14.420 concerning i think cnn's reporting now no barricades between or no cordoned off areas

00:01:19.920 between the types of protesters and not that new york was perfect i realized people were in each

00:01:25.020 other's face there but you had a much deeper and bigger police presence now what we're hearing from

00:01:31.060 um mo and natalie is that they've been cleared out and what they're saying they were told it's because

00:01:37.700 of a bomb threat okay now we haven't been able to verify that uh the other media is not reporting it

00:01:43.200 either but they but they've been um they've been um uh the whole area of that where real america's

00:01:50.120 voice was has been moved and they've been taken out of the area i think with other media also so

00:01:55.520 we're going to get uh back soon as we make contact with them um but this is a fluid situation and it's

00:02:01.720 a dangerous situation and this is because they're you know these crazies on the left right they're trying

00:02:07.740 to make this a huge circus right and so we got to just take a deep breath and make sure what we want

00:02:13.720 to do is get in and out today have the president address the nation tonight um and as we've told you

00:02:19.460 here it's one of the reasons we're really proud of having uh matt gates here we're on offense here

00:02:24.540 there is um in gates laid it out the obama uh team was able to hardwire in these operatives and we got

00:02:32.360 a big problem here we got a massive problem with this administrative state in deep state and i'm telling

00:02:36.660 you from november december 19 to basically the the selection of joe biden after his uh devastating

00:02:44.620 defeats in um in iowa and new hampshire so about a hundred days night you know 90 to 100 days

00:02:51.520 um or actually i guess under 90 days um in 2019 and 2020 uh this illegitimate regime was uh selected

00:03:01.640 uh and uh and they made a determination to go after and destroy continue to destroy donald trump

00:03:07.620 because they hadn't been able to destroy him up to date let me go to ben burquam uh ben um once again

00:03:13.220 i am very concerned about and if you swing the camera around i i never like it when these two groups can

00:03:19.580 mix because the people that come the the maga people are hard-working americans and patriotic americans

00:03:27.320 that are down there taking times off their job or if they're retirees to come and support you see

00:03:32.160 these at rallies all over the nation where president trump has set a new standard in american politics

00:03:36.880 the um the the opposing forces are and i can tell you this having gone into these courts before

00:03:43.000 are always paid they're always mean they're always nasty they're taking money and they are hardcore

00:03:48.520 um you know they're they're they're hardcore core uh people that do this for a living and they're

00:03:55.140 nasty and they're mean and they're dangerous uh ben walk me through and i saw i don't like the fact

00:03:59.940 that cnn is actually reporting there's no barricade there's no separation of the two groups out there

00:04:04.000 walk me through uh and anything you can report that you know about this supposed bomb threat that

00:04:09.760 cleared out at least part of the media well i'll just show you real quick again steve and i'm here

00:04:15.500 with i want to introduce our friend here navy veteran uh goes by the name freedom i'm going to

00:04:19.260 introduce her in a second but i'm going to turn the camera around you can see the police tape right here

00:04:23.440 uh that just got moved we were actually on the other side of the courtroom now the police have

00:04:27.420 taken over this whole courtyard you can see all the media area has been pushed out so basically right

00:04:32.580 where our tent was uh and and across all the way over to the other street has been pushed back and as

00:04:38.420 you mentioned everybody is just squeezed together now and and it is you you mentioned it steve i've done

00:04:43.940 a lot of these things we were there on january 6th we were covering that we've covered a lot more

00:04:47.600 but every time i've been at any one of these events if there's violence it comes from the left

00:04:52.520 without question and i would add one more uh uh word to characterize who we're dealing with they're

00:04:57.980 evil they're pure evil that's what we're up against it's good versus evil so undoubtedly my guess is

00:05:03.560 well i don't want to speculate but it's it's it's par for the course unfortunately these kind of events

00:05:08.540 where people want to disrupt them they want to cause problems uh that's the same reason why blm and

00:05:12.900 antifa would show up if they do show up today uh and as you said we're just kind of all pushed out

00:05:18.140 here together but but but hang hang on one second pull the camera back to where the media was i need

00:05:25.180 to see this and i want to tell the audience i just want to do a reset or frame this so they understand

00:05:29.220 it the media real america's voice i mean we've been down there since yesterday getting the right shot

00:05:34.820 making sure that we were right next to the mainstream media had mbc msnbc all of it it took an incredible

00:05:40.660 amount of work by parker and rob sigg and the team and now because of the the bomb threat and quite

00:05:47.000 frankly i just don't think the authorities are on top of security there all sudden we get pushed

00:05:51.640 out we'll probably probably be very difficult for us this morning well number one we'll never get

00:05:56.780 back to the shot that we had in the location we had and we're not even sure given the bond threat

00:06:01.940 whether we'll even be able to pick up the anchor coverage that we had there and this is one of my

00:06:06.960 problems with even starting yesterday ben uh i just never felt like the authorities were on top of

00:06:14.040 things as much as i've seen others and you've seen more than i mean you've been in phoenix you've been

00:06:19.040 in atlanta georgia you've been in washington dc you've been in new york these people are used to

00:06:24.720 this miami this is a whole new deal i don't remember anything ever happening in miami it just

00:06:30.500 it never felt to me like they were totally organized on this uh your your thoughts on that

00:06:35.380 yeah well i mean it reminds me of january 6th like we talked about you know that was a day where

00:06:42.840 they had the the uh the threats the warnings nancy pelosi knew what to expect and and apparently

00:06:49.460 they just didn't take it seriously or they intended for that to happen i i fall on the latter camp

00:06:54.140 thinking they intended for it to happen uh same thing here this was you know they they knew what

00:06:58.500 was coming they knew this was going to be a media frenzy they know how the the left this has been

00:07:02.580 something they've wanted for six years starting with the russia collusion hoax with the coup against

00:07:07.360 president trump for four years with the election theft that we saw in 2020 and now this there's

00:07:12.040 they're salivating even the media out here is just salivating for the hopes that this will be the

00:07:16.040 finally the thing that takes down president trump so to not expect a circus uh you you'd have to say

00:07:22.880 that they'd have to be incredibly naive to to not expect to you know to have a bigger presence out

00:07:27.700 here i i don't disagree with you and actually i don't know if can i bring on our navy friend because

00:07:32.220 she was there january 6th and she's also got a background in law enforcement as well so

00:07:36.140 yeah go ahead let's let's hear from freedom freedom yes yeah so i was there on january 6th

00:07:44.460 it was not what it was portrayed to be by the left um i actually uh was raided by the fbi

00:07:51.320 uh on january and um for january 6th last august 18 months after january 6th they came into my house

00:07:59.080 6 a.m took a bunch of stuff and you know gave me nothing and here i am i still have nothing

00:08:05.680 and i don't know what's going on but january 6th was not what the mainstream media portrayed it to be

00:08:12.080 now they tried to silence you but you're out here again what's your message to the american people

00:08:16.000 come out quit cowering in your houses stand up for yourself stand up for this country if you don't

00:08:24.320 we're not going to have a country and all you veterans out there all you veterans come out you

00:08:30.960 took an oath to support and defend the constitution you better you better do it because if not our

00:08:37.660 country is going to die they're going to kill it that's what that's my message come out so thank

00:08:45.640 you freedom let me ask ben ben ben hang on just keep freedom there for a second ask her uh what is

00:08:52.900 the sense of the other folks that have gathered in miami today what's her sense of uh people's

00:08:57.600 attitudes on the on our side on the maggot side they're they're pissed off on the maggot side they

00:09:06.100 are pissed off yes pissed off they are they think that this is nothing but um you know uh uh trying to

00:09:16.060 get trump to you know either quit it they think oh if he quits you know he then then it'll be done

00:09:24.040 trump will never quit he will never quit why would he quit i mean he he loves america and all of these

00:09:31.800 people here with me love america and we we don't want to see what's going on right now this is i never

00:09:38.540 thought that this would happen in my lifetime but it is and so now it's time to take our country back

00:09:43.860 get rid of all those rhinos that are in the senate and in the house i think that we should 1.00

00:09:49.820 dismantle and defund every the doj fbi all of them and start fresh with real maggot people 0.92

00:09:58.820 that's what i feel freedom freedom let me ask you one more question before you let you go we started

00:10:05.380 the show the other day with rachel maddow who's the brains of the operation msnbc came on the lawrence

00:10:11.400 o'donald show on the day that president trump it was announced he was indicted and she actually told

00:10:17.080 o'donald that um what what doj is doing here and what they should do if president trump commits

00:10:23.560 to stepping down not running and just walking away then all the charges will be dropped is it your

00:10:30.300 personal belief that that is what this exercise is totally about

00:10:34.640 yes i i absolutely think so i mean he's been he was you know indicted in new york he's going to be

00:10:44.060 indicted today he's going to be indicted in in uh atlanta georgia they just want him to go away

00:10:51.040 so that they can go ahead and keep going with their agenda and us americans i'm tired of their agenda

00:10:58.040 and rachel maddow is a she's nothing she's nothing to me she needs to just give it up because nobody 1.00

00:11:03.980 watches her we watch you we watch the war room we watch real america's voice we watch ben that's

00:11:10.240 what we watch because we want the truth and she's not giving us the truth freedom last question uh the

00:11:19.080 president is going to go back today to bedminster and going to address the nation uh we know the

00:11:23.660 president people obviously watch the show very closely what would be your advice to the president

00:11:29.200 when he's flying back to bedminster today what is your advice of what he should say to the

00:11:33.660 american people tonight that he is never giving up he will never give up on america never ever and us

00:11:47.320 as americans should never give up on our republic it is not a democracy it is a republic and i am a

00:11:55.540 constitutional conservative and i believe in this country and i know that he believes in this country

00:12:01.320 and i know that he believes in the american people we just need as american people we need to start

00:12:06.980 standing up and quit cowering in our homes you know who cares so what the fbi comes and knocks on your

00:12:13.900 door well you know what it's worth it to have to stand up to tyranny thank you for your service freedom

00:12:21.620 thank you very much it was on honor to honor to have you here admiral it's it's been a pleasure

00:12:27.240 thank you ma'am okay hey ben you stay right there we're going to come back to you we're going to

00:12:33.220 take a uh we're going to take a break in a few minutes do i have um so it is do we know it's a

00:12:39.020 bomb threat okay so it's verified that it is a bomb threat they cleared out the media from at least our

00:12:44.920 area i don't know if everybody and i really want everybody i really want to thank uh real america's voice

00:12:51.080 particularly uh uh rob and parker sig once again did a tremendous job we got out there early we got

00:12:58.000 the license everybody was set we had the perfect perfect view and of course this happened so but

00:13:04.060 that's what's you know you got to be very careful in these situations so we can report there has been

00:13:09.020 a bomb threat uh the media i guess outside the courtroom uh they have cleared out this massive media

00:13:15.880 presence they've moved them all we're going to make contact uh with captain bannon and natalie

00:13:20.700 winters uh ben burkwam's there in the crowd i'm very concerned about this crowd area because they

00:13:26.700 have not barricaded them off and no offense police tape just doesn't work they have not separated out

00:13:32.140 uh the two groups um and uh as we've seen before these um uh hate trump um you know blm antifa

00:13:43.300 professional thugs and you've seen this now in the parents rights movement you saw this uh amazing

00:13:50.080 uh punch out uh by the armenian dads uh in uh what in glendale california where they just wouldn't

00:13:57.740 tolerate what's happening to their children uh the drag shows and the grooming in the in the public

00:14:02.840 schools they had a school board meeting and antifa showed up and if you look at the footage they come

00:14:07.300 and they come to fight i'm pretty concerned about uh what's going on out there because there's no

00:14:12.280 separation but we got ben we got carolyn wren we're going to try to hook up with mo and with 0.99

00:14:17.020 natalie we've told them hey no today's not a day to be john wayne just take a deep breath and let's

00:14:22.440 get through this but we can report that our coverage our anchoring coverage from miami has been

00:14:28.380 moved with the other media as they've had a bomb threat i guess outside the uh the courtroom or

00:14:35.100 enough for authorities to change it okay we're gonna take a short commercial break we're gonna return

00:14:39.360 in the war room on a day we're all taking a deep breath and we're gonna focus on the signal 0.88

00:14:45.020 the signal is burning the biden crime family down to the water line how about that suck on that okay 0.97

00:14:52.100 biden crime family back in the worm in just a moment 0.91

00:14:56.080 well congress once again allowed itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration and raising the

00:15:04.640 debt ceiling for the 79th time paving the way for continued reckless spending and further devaluation

00:16:27.220 action today here's your host stephen k bann

00:16:31.160 okay we're just getting organized on what's happening it's been a bomb threat i think there

00:16:37.860 was a package we're trying to get the detail they got the dogs out package i think outside

00:16:43.380 of the court um what we don't want to have happen is have this delay we want president trump in and

00:16:49.820 out um and uh hopefully this on delay things uh our coverage has uh has moved people should know

00:16:56.220 uh real america's voice uh has security uh mo and natalie and the team and the rest of the team

00:17:01.800 real america's voice great producers are uh fine of course everybody's taking this obviously very

00:17:07.040 seriously the police and the authorities have cleared out the area so what we've worked on for our

00:17:13.200 coverage down there is going to be a little uh you know not sketchy we got ben burkman we get

00:17:17.660 currently we're trying to get to other people we'll figure it all out um but the deeper thing is about

00:17:23.140 and i got uh i got the i got beady at revolver because we need just hammers we had gates i'm

00:17:33.580 bringing in beady and here's why you saw yesterday and remember we're the home of on offense

00:17:39.960 our task and purpose is to uh not deconstruct but take apart this administrative state and destroy

00:17:48.700 the deep state it's killing our country and you can now see that timeline has come together between

00:17:53.920 late 2019 november and december when the laptop from hell was presented to main justice into the fbi

00:18:01.260 with everything that's on that uh and when rudy giuliani at the request of bar went to pittsburgh

00:18:08.300 he and bob costello the great bob costello and they made a presentation to the u.s attorney there

00:18:14.400 and it went five hours five and a half hours they were then in intense uh discussions with them and

00:18:22.660 this was all about the 1023 all of this information coming out about the whistleblower about these

00:18:28.180 informants about this information was all presented by them uh and then uh everybody went dark

00:18:34.320 and at that time joe biden um joe biden lost in uh iowa i think fourth fifth in new hampshire it was

00:18:42.580 over stick a fork in him done in history those people just fade away can't run and they had a

00:18:48.280 photo a photo a famous photo on amtrak biden by himself not even a body man just by himself the

00:18:54.820 campaign was out of money they had no momentum he was going up from washington on a cella in first

00:19:00.840 class to i think it was jamie diamond and in jp morgan was hosting a group of wall street uh tycoons

00:19:09.600 and people that go write huge checks that had been set up before new hampshire and they were saying

00:19:14.220 this is so sad this guy's ending it worse than he ended the one when he was kicked out for for

00:19:19.060 plagiarizing it's over it's done and that guy became the democratic nominee in the next 60 days

00:19:26.480 okay the praetorian guard is at work this is no longer what i call late republic uh events like

00:19:36.020 the late republic of the roman empire the late republic of the united states of america this is

00:19:40.700 what the empire does the administrative state the bureaucracy the eunuchs right with their element

00:19:47.200 their muscle which is the praetorian guard the centurions and here you have the same thing the fbi

00:19:54.180 the fbi the uh uh doj cia and the uh intelligence and national security apparatus that's we've

00:20:04.420 devolved to in this country and our task and purpose in this is obviously defend president trump but this

00:20:10.160 thing's such a sham it's a joke and we're not going to make it a more serious thing than it is because

00:20:15.400 it's a joke it's never going to come to trial ever darren beady you've also got explosive reporting on uh

00:20:22.920 and you've been on this from day one like a dog with a bone this national security apparatus

00:20:28.100 talk to me about the new reporting out of revolver and and how first of all let me ask you this day

00:20:33.580 this day in history what should be our focus what should be our task and purpose and tell me about

00:20:38.580 your new article i mean it's very clear this is a day that will live in infamy at this point

00:20:46.760 national security is the language of the enemy if you hear someone invoke the term national security

00:20:56.800 they are lying to you the corrupt illegitimate filth that are running this country into the ground 0.96

00:21:03.940 are screaming national security as they rape us and spit on our ancestors and the people who built 0.99

00:21:11.900 this country it's all a joke from the sham intelligence officials who made made up some

00:21:18.860 pretext about hunter's laptop to the color revolution operatives who attempted to subvert 0.74

00:21:25.720 trump's presidency to day one to now this really culmination of ridiculousness in this charge about

00:21:34.600 classified documents as though any of these people actually give a damn about the security of the

00:21:40.980 united states give me a break now you mentioned the latest revolver dot news piece this is amazing 0.98

00:21:48.000 to give you a sense of how egregious and how embarrassing this latest efforts by the scumbags 0.88

00:21:55.720 who run the country is consider this a top fbi official came out voluntarily subjected himself to an 0.90

00:22:04.100 interview in the judiciary committee and basically said the mar-a-lago raid was illegitimate

00:22:09.120 he went through a number of reasons this is the case a number of ways in which the fbi deviated from

00:22:16.620 protocol in the investigation they didn't even bother asking for permission to raid they went out

00:22:23.560 of their way to exacerbate the political tensions behind this because this is a political thing it has

00:22:29.820 nothing to do with the law has nothing to do with national security it's pure politics it's pure

00:22:35.340 subversion and so this fbi guy came out and he listed all of the ways that this was a disgrace

00:22:41.940 and the thing is this is not it would be remarkable enough it's just a former senior fbi official

00:22:48.460 coming forward and saying this is his race this isn't just any disgraced former fbi official this is

00:22:55.980 someone revolver.news has been on covering for a long time this is steven d'antuono now if that name

00:23:02.840 isn't familiar this is the guy who originally ran the detroit field office and oversaw the now

00:23:09.140 disgraced entrapment operation known as the whitmer kidnapping plot he's the guy who was handpicked by

00:23:16.180 christopher ray to lead the washington field office in the months leading up to and after january 6 this is

00:23:25.800 the guy who is the public face of the clearly hoaxed january 6 pipe bomb which revolver.news has

00:23:32.960 destroyed at every angle to the point that this individual resigned quietly and in disgrace and yet

00:23:39.380 his conscience is so guilty he's so animated by the need to cover his basis because of the crimes of the

00:23:46.980 fbi and the corruption of fbi that he voluntarily put himself forth before the judiciary committee and

00:23:54.980 basically said the mar-a-lago raid is absolutely illegitimate and this is the basis of these sham

00:24:01.620 charges and so that gives you a sense of how bad it is and also i have to say there's a lot more coming

00:24:09.140 from this individual steven d'antuono he is not a hardened criminal he's not the hardened villain of the

00:24:16.200 sort that the fbi actually needs he's not america garland he's not a um mike chertoff he's not someone

00:24:26.000 who's capable of carrying the dark secrets of our regime on his shoulders so he's coming clean on a

00:24:31.940 lot of things we haven't heard the last of d'antuono so you can stay tuned for that but as for these

00:24:37.460 charges it just really underscores whenever you hear the word national security that means that the

00:24:44.320 corrupt and illegitimate filth that run our country are trying to rape you that's it national security 0.97

00:24:52.580 is the scam pretext of running this country into the ground and turning us into a dystopian hell state 1.00

00:25:01.280 that would make the chinese blush because at least the chinese don't have all this you know drag queen 1.00

00:25:05.960 you know tranny nonsense that we have we're becoming just as bad as china but infinitely more ridiculous 1.00

00:25:13.180 this is the direction we're in and the people who are driving us in this direction right down the 0.97

00:25:18.400 toilet bowl are shouting national security while they're doing it it's a disgrace and we need to

00:25:25.560 let them know we're on to the scam and we're not putting up with it there are many actions by the way

00:25:32.440 we're going to get to the in my next block if my crack team can get ready the desecration

00:25:37.520 particularly this uh i think i've got it up on getter from daily mail from the post they have

00:25:43.060 this video of this um freak stripping on the on the grounds of the white house immediately after

00:25:50.040 shaking uh biden's hands it is one of the greatest desecrations i've ever seen if not the greatest

00:25:55.780 desecration on the grounds of the white house and then you have the flag that what the that the

00:26:01.220 progressive pride flag in a place of honor we'll get to that in the next segment uh because you have to

00:26:06.300 deal with know what you're dealing with but names like norm eisen you got this whole network of

00:26:10.740 people what what uh gates said is that the victory of of uh of obama was not obamacare it was putting

00:26:19.400 putting in hardwiring in operatives into every aspect of doj the intelligent apparatus give us give

00:26:26.300 us a couple minutes on that if i can just inject a very quick point on that steve is one thing that

00:26:33.120 came out in the testimony of steven d'antono was a theme that expands beyond the scope of the mar-a-lago

00:26:39.900 raid which he was addressing directly and that is that you see deviations from normal protocol within

00:26:47.100 the fbi where they're outsourcing critical roles and critical positions to counterintelligence

00:26:54.500 officials within the doj this outsourcing of critical functions to counterintelligence officials

00:27:01.320 to do the dirty deeds is a common theme that undergirds this obamaization of the federal

00:27:09.100 bureaucracy and all the corruption that we've seen attendant to that all of these counterintelligence

00:27:14.460 people are deeply corrupt they're part of the same network they're part of the same kind of

00:27:19.660 russia obsessives but using the obsession with russia more as a pretext to turn america itself 0.65

00:27:26.180 into a disgusting tyranny that's what's going on here and so that's i think an interesting detail

00:27:33.120 that d'antono describes is the outsourcing of common functions common protocol that you'd have field

00:27:40.200 office people in the fbi doing these things to handpicked counterintelligence people in the doj that

00:27:46.420 they know are going to be good little dogs they're going to be good little janitors for the regime

00:27:51.260 and do what merrick garland tells them to do okay darren if you can hang with me for a second

00:27:58.700 um we're going to go back also darren b is going to hang with me we're going to go back to the degree

00:28:04.100 we have people free to go back to in miami outside the federal courthouse there has been a bomb threat

00:28:11.060 actually i think they have a package that they picked up uh and they've moved the media including our own

00:28:17.980 anchors natalie winters and mo bannon short commercial break back in a moment

00:29:47.580 host steven k band okay welcome back we've made contact with our own natalie winters natalie uh tell us

00:29:57.440 get us up to speed on what's going on so even in banana republics the show must go on so i am back 1.00

00:30:05.140 live with you probably about 100 yards away from at least what i've seen and heard with my own eyes

00:30:11.140 and on the ground here is believed to be a potential explosive device i guess they're doing the whole

00:30:15.800 run around when it comes to police officers dogs i believe it is actually a tv that was left by someone

00:30:22.700 they don't know who uh but they kicked out basically everyone there you can't really see it but

00:30:27.360 a police line again with the yellow police tape keeping basically all the media back we haven't

00:30:32.000 really heard much of the police officers yelling at everyone to stay away uh from the area really only

00:30:37.960 cars are being allowed to pass by but like i said we haven't really heard much but i guess i was a

00:30:43.400 bomb threat and i just have to put it in there no conspiracies no coincidences but we did get moved

00:30:47.620 at the exact moment that you asked me uh my thoughts on the 1023 form and everything that was going on in

00:30:52.920 ukraine so i just have to put that out there but other than that nothing new to report

00:30:56.460 do you think the authority i understand there's a bunch bigger police presence now we're showing

00:31:02.540 the b-roll is your sense that authorities are on top of things there is a little chaotic

00:31:06.700 it's definitely chaotic um the primary police force here is they all have dhs and then police

00:31:15.380 emblazoned on their chest whereas the uh miami florida police as you can see behind me now we have miami

00:31:22.520 police coming um but the the primary police force inside of the police line like i said is dhs i'm

00:31:30.280 not exactly sure when it comes to the whole jurisdiction stuff but this is the first actually

00:31:34.140 miami police presence um that i've seen i will say there's not a lot of communication i will say it

00:31:39.740 is interesting as we were being pushed to leave uh they did push basically all of the media and all

00:31:45.420 of the protesters whether they were pro-trump anti-trump of course that first faction heavily outweighing

00:31:49.920 the latter um but basically all together so i even got mixed up with a bunch of screaming

00:31:54.280 antifa types but i am i'm fine um but yeah so there's the logistics wise uh they definitely i

00:32:02.160 think probably could have had better planning and like i said my fundamental question is these

00:32:06.560 barricades that aren't even withholding the weather in miami don't really seem to be all that uh secure

00:32:11.660 they're just yellow police tape natalie just hang on one second you and mo hang on one second we're

00:32:17.860 come back to you momentarily let me go i got darren beady let me go to mike davis we're pressed for

00:32:22.340 time mike you had some amazing tweets up last night give us your assessment matt gates uh gave a pretty

00:32:28.440 uh uh he thinks this thing is poorly put together it's it brings in hillary clinton to the situation

00:32:34.040 which things could help us he just thinks this thing kind of written like a joke uh what say you

00:32:38.500 this indictment the more i read it and reread it it is a dog of a legal case because it shows

00:32:46.600 that biden and garland are even more political and insane with their legal theory than i understood

00:32:53.200 they want president trump to die in prison over his retention of his own presidential records

00:33:02.660 which he's allowed to have under the presidential records act whether he owns them as his personal

00:33:08.480 records under the clinton sock drawer case or even if he even if that clinton sock drawer case is

00:33:14.620 now wrong because it's trump his he's allowed to have his presidential records under the presidential

00:33:20.460 records act even if the government owns them he's allowed to have them and they're what the what

00:33:25.400 the garland indictment says is that by him simply retaining his presidential records

00:33:31.140 that they they say are national defense information documents that he has violated the espionage act

00:33:38.600 and they want to put him in prison for the rest of his life over this they claim it's really because

00:33:43.380 he's biden's political opponents the problem is is they're ignoring that he didn't and that trump

00:33:49.880 didn't intend to cause any injury to the united states by having these records they're not even

00:33:55.320 alleging that he disclosed these records they're not even charging him with disclosing these records they're

00:34:00.500 just simply charging him with retaining national defense information records so they're saying

00:34:05.700 that even if a president of the united states declassifies records if he keeps those declassified

00:34:13.420 records he's committed espionage that is an unconstitutional reading of the espionage act and this is

00:34:19.260 why jack smith is the king of bringing indictments against presidential candidates and then getting

00:34:26.720 overturned unanimously by the u.s supreme court but frankly he doesn't care he doesn't care if he

00:34:32.940 gets overturned because the whole goal here is to take out a a political opponent whether it is

00:34:39.140 bob virginia governor bob mcdonald and virginia uh who was the uh potential republican presidential

00:34:45.400 candidate who he took out there's the john edwards issue where they had a john edwards problem for the

00:34:50.200 democrat party did merrick garland seek a legal opinion from the office of legal counsel olc

00:34:57.420 before he brought this unprecedented indictment of a former president who happens to be garland's

00:35:04.560 boss's political opponent olc is the general counsel for the executive branch it's right in the justice

00:35:09.920 department right down the hall from merrick garland's maybe garland could have asked how can you charge a

00:35:15.580 former president for espionage for espionage for retaining his presidential records he's allowed to

00:35:20.080 have under the presidential records act whether the government owns them as presidential records or he

00:35:24.880 owns them who he owns them as personal records even if the presidential records act somehow doesn't apply

00:35:31.620 here and the espionage act applies how can you charge a former president for retaining his for retaining

00:35:40.000 his allegation let alone evidence that he intended to hurt the united states and how can you ignore

00:35:47.660 the 2019 office of legal counsel at uh legal opinion that's binding on garland binding on federal

00:35:54.280 prosecutors that you generally cannot charge obstruction of justice for the investigations into

00:35:59.720 non-crimes it was not a crime for president trump to have his presidential records in the office of the

00:36:05.920 former president and mar-a-lago it is funded by congress it has secure space federally funded staff

00:36:12.040 with security clearances and secret service protection these documents never leaked for 18

00:36:17.060 months until garland until biden really ordered this illegal raid on trump to get back these damning

00:36:23.120 crossfire hurricane records uh real quickly what's your i know you get a bounce what is your

00:36:29.680 recommendation do you think the house has been aggressive enough i know senator grassy's trying but he's

00:36:34.480 a minority in the senate is the house been aggressive enough at getting involved in this and calling

00:36:38.980 people to account well i think that they need to i think that they need to start uh issuing subpoenas

00:36:44.800 immediately they need to start issuing subpoenas for documents for testimony for staff depositions for

00:36:50.960 public hearings for everyone involved in all these scandals and they also need to look at marjorie taylor

00:36:56.220 green's proposal to have an appropriations writer to cut off any federal funding for jack smith's office

00:37:02.860 this is obviously a political hit jack smith is obviously a political operative who brings bogus

00:37:09.840 legal theories to take out presidential candidates he gets reversed unanimously by the supreme court

00:37:15.720 jack smith's white wife was the biot wrote produced a biography for the obamas and donated a thousand 0.95

00:37:22.840 dollars to biden in 2020 like give me a damn break 0.94

00:37:25.860 uh mike i know you gotta go uh where do people uh get you sir article three project dot org article

00:37:35.120 three project dot org you can donate there as we're gearing up at article three project at article number

00:37:41.360 three project on getter twitter truth and my personal is at m r d d m i a this is a bogus political hit

00:37:51.300 to take out president trump people need to wake up and start pushing back

00:37:55.420 uh thank you very much uh mike a great analysis let's go back um to uh mo and natalie mo uh are

00:38:05.700 you guys being allowed back in the area getting the all clear signal please steve i think we are the

00:38:10.980 first news outlet to be back and broadcasting uh after the supposed bomb threat i guess they cleared it

00:38:16.940 they tore down basically all the police tape uh in just about a minute uh so we're back here all

00:38:22.600 the other media crews have been allowed back in and it seems like all the protesters are starting up

00:38:28.420 again so all is as well as it could be uh outside of the courthouse where trump is set to be arraigned

00:38:33.820 i don't know what time it is uh but in a few hours

00:38:36.260 uh natalie thanks is mo there let here's the concern i've got

00:38:42.920 does the miami police you don't have the audio so you have to talk to me but i'm gonna

00:38:48.100 mo can you just give me no no no no natalie let me hear from you we can get mo hooked up let me 0.92

00:38:54.080 just ask you it are do authorities look like they're on top of things there it looks it looks quite chaotic

00:39:01.000 they do so um immediately they have evacuated it looked like the eod team so i know the footage

00:39:12.140 that i sent was um retweeted out it looked like the eod team was looking what looked like a television

00:39:18.620 set i honestly i actually believe that that was their tv set to look at their devices roaming around

00:39:26.200 the areas that are set up by media to make sure that there was no actual bomb um to verify that

00:39:34.440 everything is good to go there is a ton of police presence they do look like they are on top of

00:39:39.760 everything um i will keep my eyes open and peeled and my head on a swivel the rest of the day to make

00:39:47.880 sure that it remains that way okay you and natalie hang tight there for a second let me go do i have

00:39:53.860 ben burquam out in the crowd let me go to ben ben uh has it gotten any better of the separation of

00:39:59.540 these two factions the the hate trump faction that normally is a professional uh group of haters and

00:40:06.720 thugs and people looking to disrupt and and these patriots that come there to support uh the president

00:40:13.100 we lost ben okay that's okay um so let's let's hit the rewind button here for a second we'll go back

00:40:25.320 to darren beady in a moment um there was a bomb threat uh outside uh the federal courthouse all the

00:40:33.220 media was cleared out that took about i don't know 45 minutes to an hour i guess they found that it's

00:40:38.640 either a tv screen or the package there was some controversy about was there a package with some

00:40:43.120 writing on it we don't know if that's true or not hasn't been verified a fairly chaotic morning

00:40:49.060 uh in uh in miami and we can anticipate that the agents of chaos uh will try to make this as chaotic

00:40:56.740 as possible i know the president's going to go through all the administrative stuff uh with the

00:41:01.640 arrests with the fbi and then go to the federal courthouse hopefully be in and out i know bob

00:41:06.460 costa and other people um uh are uh are going back let me go back is ben burquam you got to cut

00:41:11.880 the mic ben let me say you get that on off switch in the mic you got to cut it you got it brother okay

00:41:16.460 tell me what you got i got it i got it yeah so actually let me just turn this around real quick

00:41:22.440 we've got the pro-trump supporters out here they were just uh chanting we want trump we want trump

00:41:28.140 it's definitely more trump supporters out here than uh than the opposition but uh what i've heard is

00:41:35.120 that antifa is supposed to show up around 2 p.m is the threat that they've given and you know again

00:41:41.220 that's just one of those things that comes with the territory while we were out here during that

00:41:44.700 bomb threat or the the tv threat uh that we just had we saw the riot police come walking through

00:41:50.800 they actually walked down the street away from us i don't know it looks like they're heading down

00:41:54.920 to stage somewhere in anticipation for potential you know uh altercation that may happen later on

00:42:01.000 but so far it's you know outside of a little yelling back and forth again it's been a peaceful

00:42:06.240 day and and again mainly supporters of president trump out here in fact i have one of those here

00:42:11.900 cuban immigrant elizabeth who's also a moderator on the war room telegram page if we want to bring her on

00:42:18.460 yeah let's do it

00:42:51.940 get stuck they can't go my dad was one of them he fought really hard since he was a teenager to leave

00:42:57.240 but he got stuck in the military and um he couldn't do it he married had children and his ultimate

00:43:03.480 object objection was just to not be part of this system of government he did not want his children

00:43:10.220 to grow up there he took us out i grew up actually in boston massachusetts and um did not become a

00:43:17.180 democrat my dad was a die-hard reaganite voted republican but only for him and he was going to vote for

00:43:24.540 trump but he passed away two months before very very quickly and he hold that thought

00:46:03.480 fbi agent who came forward and why remember this is the january 6 hatchet man who's so embarrassed by

00:46:11.820 the mar-a-lago raid that he volunteered himself to come forward publicly and basically say what a

00:46:16.820 disgrace it was we have a lot of details on this we're white hot read the piece and understand why

00:47:19.720 kirk comes on at noon jack but so big at two we're going to be back at five ben you'd be very safe

00:47:24.180 today the thing could get a little crazy down there so just watch yourself hey and just this is it's in

00:47:30.860 god's hands guys pray for america in jesus name thank you brother let's go to natalie winters and mo natalie

00:47:39.220 give me your assessment we're going to turn to charlie kirk here in a moment you're going to be

00:47:43.520 back with us anchoring our coverage with uh maureen bannon uh this afternoon give us your assessment of

00:47:49.300 the morning of course and i'll also be joining jack posobic show at around uh 2 15 p.m uh but as you

00:47:58.640 were coming to us a chant of we want trump just broke out and i think that about perfectly encapsulates

00:48:04.840 the mood on the ground here they know the fake mainstream media deplatforming him on social media

00:48:11.320 impeachments indictments pandemics you name it can't stop him and it really seems like his base

00:48:16.700 like i said to start off the show before all this craziness happened uh really is showing up and i

00:48:22.120 frankly i don't even think bomb threats are going to keep him away because i keep seeing people

00:48:26.760 pour in and pour in with hats and flags and shirts uh it's really amazing to see

00:48:33.020 okay natalie is going to be on uh it's going to be on um jack posobic at 2 15 that is supposedly

00:48:52.400 according to ben burkwam and antifa is going to uh arrive so that ought to be quite interesting natalie

00:48:56.920 i want you to be very safe down there uh maureen bannon your thoughts

00:49:01.240 i don't believe that this bomb threat is going to keep the patriots away as we've seen and as natalie

00:49:09.980 said more and more of the maga base has arrived since they gave the all clear and we expect to see

00:49:16.080 many more here throughout the day

00:49:18.000 so mo i don't want you and natalie uh trying to be john wayne down there want to be very careful

00:49:25.760 because this is a fluid situation i would say so i want you and natalie to make sure

00:49:30.280 don't go john wayne don't don't be rambo today let's be very careful down there okay

00:49:34.880 of course

00:49:38.960 okay natalie winters mo bannon uh going to anchor our coverage for this afternoon right now i think

00:49:48.020 about one o'clock i think the president was going to be involved with the fbi it's supposedly three or

00:49:53.200 three thirty at the federal courthouse we're going to be back here live uh with analysis and

00:49:58.800 assessment of course the president's going to leave uh boris is going to think try to join us

00:50:03.300 this afternoon too he's with the president the president will go back to bedminster and there's

00:50:08.400 going to be an address to the nation tonight at 8 15 of course we'll be breaking all that down

00:50:13.100 and going through all of it uh once again a a morning of uh big turnout uh by the uh the pro-trump

00:50:21.720 mega forces and you can see people there are uh you know wearing the red white and blue it's it

00:50:27.780 looks like a a trump rally type crowd of these working class and middle class patriots that love

00:50:33.380 their country that think this is an outrage and the reason they think is an outrage it is an outrage

00:50:38.180 what we commit to to you is uh that we are going to stay focused on what's most important is that

00:50:44.540 that is taking on the deep state taking on the administrative state and taking it apart brick by brick

00:50:49.880 and particularly in the biden crime family it is to focus very much on the crimes of the biden crime

00:50:56.060 family but as congressman gates said today it's to bifurcate the the crimes of the biden crime syndicate

00:51:04.680 okay and the cover-up by the praetorian guard and uh that that protects them and drives them forward

00:51:12.440 also we are going to get to the bottom of how biden was selected it's quite obvious now between the

00:51:19.480 laptop from hell and rudy's 100 page report which only now is coming to light about these uh these uh

00:51:26.440 as gate said uh probably uh the most important whistleblower that the fbi has in its entire

00:51:33.900 repertoire uh within those 90 days that christopher ray and bill bart knew everything knew everything

00:51:41.580 they uh joe biden came back from the political dead he came back from uh a fourth in iowa and a fifth in

00:51:49.640 new hampshire to be selected as the democratic nominee over bernie sanders and elizabeth warren

00:51:55.380 so we're gonna get to the bottom of all this uh the nation's been put into a constitutional crisis

00:51:59.940 by radicals like america garland uh and uh and jack smith we're gonna have wall-to-wall coverage

00:52:06.280 we're gonna turn you over now to charlie kirk here in real america's voice real america's voice has a

00:52:11.160 huge team down in miami uh including bern burquam who's out in the crowd caroline wren is down there

00:52:17.200 also uh somewhere uh she'll be on of course natalie's going to join jack basovic the new jack basovic
