00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:48.000 Do you believe that?
00:00:50.000 Because there is.
00:00:52.000 That has got to change, and I don't think more training, more rules is going to do it.
00:00:56.000 I think we have to fundamentally change the FISA process,
00:00:59.000 and we have to use the appropriations process to limit how American tax dollars are spent at the Department of Justice.
00:01:05.000 I yield back.
00:01:07.000 Gentle lady from Texas has recognized Ms. Jackson Lee.
00:01:11.000 Good morning.
00:01:13.000 Good morning.
00:01:14.000 You value the independence of a special council, do you not?
00:01:17.000 Let's keep the shot on there. 0.91
00:01:18.000 You don't need to bring it to me.
00:01:19.000 It's Wednesday, 21 June, Year of the Lord, 2023.
00:01:23.000 And what you're seeing right there is a committee here in this judiciary has Durham.
00:01:28.000 So all you Durham folks that for years are saying, oh, Bannon, why don't you say Durham is not going to, you know, he's not going to indict 50 people.
00:01:35.000 We're going to get to the bottom of it.
00:01:37.000 Nope.
00:01:38.000 That would be incorrect.
00:01:39.000 I told you nothing was going to happen.
00:01:40.000 I told you for years nothing was going to happen.
00:01:42.000 And the reason, hey, I spent millions of dollars of my own in the star chamber of Mueller, of the star chamber of Shifty Shift, of the star, and Eric Swalwell, when Paul Ryan turned the committee over to them, House Intel, and of course, Senate Intel.
00:02:01.000 So I've got the scars to show that Durham was never going to do anything.
00:02:06.000 And so right now we're going to see if judiciary, Matt Gaetz is having a star turn.
00:02:10.000 That's a live judiciary committee hearing, and we're going to get back to it.
00:02:14.000 Okay.
00:02:15.000 You can come to me now.
00:02:16.000 Thank you.
00:02:17.000 I'd like this.
00:02:18.000 I'd direct the show or produce the show.
00:02:19.000 I'm just kidding.
00:02:20.000 We've got a very special guest, Congressman Boebert, and you have limited time because you're about your, you have a lot of obligations and responsibilities today.
00:02:29.000 Quite controversial from yesterday.
00:02:30.000 Heads are blowing up.
00:02:32.000 Some very snarky stuff is coming out to the, you know, to the, to the, you know, the Jake Shermans of the world that get the inside baseball from the Democrats and from the establishment Republicans.
00:02:41.000 What are you, is this a serious effort of Lauren Boebert to put before the House of Representatives an impeachment bill to be voted on?
00:02:50.000 Steve, I think I take everything that I do very, very seriously.
00:02:53.000 I take the oath that I took to the Constitution very seriously.
00:02:57.000 We have had hearings on the southern border.
00:03:00.000 We have looked into the invasion that is taking place, the sex trafficking, the tens of thousands of children that have gone missing.
00:03:08.000 And enough is enough.
00:03:09.000 Every time I'm back home in Colorado, people are demanding that someone do something.
00:03:14.000 They are tired of talking points.
00:03:15.000 They are tired of messaging bills and the failure theater that comes out of Washington, D.C.
00:03:20.000 And it's not just the people that voted for you.
00:03:21.000 That's absolutely correct.
00:03:22.000 You're saying it's broader than just the MAGA constituents, obviously, love you and support you.
00:03:25.000 People are ready for a change.
00:03:26.000 And especially in Colorado, where we are now a border state.
00:03:31.000 We're a sanctuary state because of our Democrat governor and the Democrat state legislature.
00:03:36.000 And we're spending tens of millions of dollars to house illegal aliens, fentanyl poisoning number two in the nation, Colorado, for fentanyl poisoning. 0.67
00:03:44.000 This is killing our children.
00:03:45.000 And so yesterday I took action.
00:03:48.000 I would love for committees to do the work, but I haven't seen the work be done on this particular subject.
00:03:53.000 So I drafted my articles of impeachment in a way that I could bring them to the House floor under our House rule nine and force a vote on my articles of impeachment for Joe Biden.
00:04:07.000 Let's talk about your articles impeachment, because today we've got people and we're deep into the investigations of the Bidens, the money laundering, the whether it's Ukraine or the Chinese Communist Party.
00:04:18.000 Today, NBC CNBC breaks that the spying SB industrial espionage is not just a seal on national property.
00:04:24.000 The CCP is trying to replace our companies.
00:04:26.000 You've got the dagger in the heart of Cuba, the military base. 0.71
00:04:29.000 You have all this going on.
00:04:31.000 Is your is your impeachment proposal deal with any of that?
00:04:35.000 No. So my my articles of impeachment are strictly for the dereliction of duty by the president of the United States to secure our southern border and to execute faithfully our laws that we currently have on the books.
00:04:47.000 They are willfully allowing an invasion to take place at our southern border.
00:04:52.000 I want the southern border secure. I want it shut down. I want the sex trafficking to stop the death of children to stop the influx of fentanyl in our country to be put to an end right now.
00:05:02.000 Cartel, they are loving Joe Biden's presidency because they have full reign at our southern border.
00:05:09.000 Now, Steve, you know, I serve on the House Oversight Committee.
00:05:12.000 We are investigating Hunter Biden and more importantly, Joe Biden.
00:05:17.000 But that investigation is still ongoing.
00:05:19.000 We just received new documents that only the chairman has been able to view in a skiff, more unclassified documents that are heavily redacted so much that I'm being told you can't really tell what the documents are referring to.
00:05:33.800 They're redacted so greatly. So there are still more that we are doing in that investigation.
00:05:38.620 And if all of this comes out to be true, we can get the audio tapes that were redacted from the first FD 1023 and and see this connection of the five million dollar bribe, maybe ten million dollar bribe to the big guy, Joe Biden.
00:05:54.620 Then that in itself is is qualifies for impeachment.
00:05:59.860 But my articles of impeachment are for the southern border for two for ever since the afternoon of the of the 20th of January, 2021, when his first executive orders were to lift all the what Trump had done in the border.
00:06:11.860 We have this show more than anybody. We've documented people from the Darien Gap.
00:06:15.360 We've had reporters all over. It's it's without question that this was a well thought through that the Biden regime thought this through and exacerbated it.
00:06:23.360 Yesterday we had Dave Walsh on about Texas grid going down. There are four million new people in Texas.
00:06:29.280 Eighty percent of that is illegal aliens now in these colonies where they're running. 0.68
00:06:33.080 How can any of your colleagues, if this is straightforward and doesn't get into all the other things on financial that we're just we're getting into needs investigation.
00:06:40.580 How can your colleagues not support that? The evidence of that is quite clear.
00:06:44.720 Is there any doubt in your mind on that? The evidence is very clear. I've been to the southern border.
00:06:48.220 I've seen it myself. Most of my colleagues have been to the southern border.
00:06:51.080 They've certainly been there more than Kamala Harris, the border czar and and Joe Biden himself.
00:06:56.300 So they've seen firsthand what is taking place and how this is willful negligence.
00:07:01.400 They are purposefully opening up our southern border and allowing this influx of criminal migration into our country. 0.99
00:07:10.300 And we're seeing high crime in in our cities throughout our country because of it.
00:07:15.980 This is something that we've been talking about for two and a half years, but I'm done with talking.
00:07:20.800 Let's actually do something about it. So I brought up my you're saying this force, this force, this force is a debate within the conference and then on the floor in front of the American people.
00:07:29.800 This will force a debate on the sovereignty of our nation, the territorial integrity of the United States of America, the self-determination of the American people.
00:07:37.120 Is that what you're looking for? That is what I'm looking for.
00:07:39.280 Now, Democrats are going to try to table this motion and I need Republicans to stick with us and not vote with them.
00:07:47.360 We have the majority. This does not have to be tabled.
00:07:50.080 Just like last week, we saw Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna's censure resolution be tabled.
00:07:57.460 Republicans joined with Democrats to kill that. She's bringing it up this week again.
00:08:01.260 She changed her language some and we we do expect that to pass.
00:08:05.400 There's still a couple of Republicans who aren't in favor of censoring Adam Schiff for his sham impeachment that he knew was a lie.
00:08:13.960 But if we have Republicans stick together, we can have that debate about the sovereignty of our nation and how important it is to shut the southern border down and secure it for our people.
00:08:24.760 How can any of your when you're in conference? I heard it was a little heated this morning.
00:08:28.320 How can any of your colleagues seeing the evidence? I mean, hard facts to dispute this.
00:08:34.520 How can they vote to say we don't want to do this? We want to back the Democrats and table this motion.
00:08:38.560 There's a lot of excuses that are made. Some want the articles of impeachment to go through the committee process.
00:08:44.060 And I'm all for that process. But it's not happening.
00:08:46.740 And what I'm hearing is it's not happening because the votes aren't there to pass articles of impeachment out of committee by Republicans.
00:08:53.200 And so this, I'm hoping, generates enthusiasm with the base to contact their members of Congress and say, we want something done while you have the majority.
00:09:05.060 Joe Biden is destroying our country at every turn, every trip of a sandbag.
00:09:10.160 He he destroys our sovereignty and and our integrity a little more.
00:09:16.620 So I need everyone calling their members of Congress.
00:09:20.380 We're going to be out of session here at the end of this week for a couple of weeks.
00:09:24.300 And I want them to hear from you and say, we want articles of impeachment.
00:09:28.920 This won't come up before you guys go on Fourth of July, which will be this Friday is when you take off.
00:09:33.380 My vote will come up this week.
00:09:35.440 OK, the numbers two zero two two five three one two ones.
00:09:38.620 The main switchboard for the House Grace and Captain Bannon, if you can get up all of the information we put out about individuals.
00:09:44.920 Make sure you go there right now when they call.
00:09:48.340 What is the message you want delivered?
00:09:52.460 If you have been to the southern border at all or if you've seen anything on the news and you've seen the sex trafficking that is taking place,
00:09:58.140 the human trafficking, the children who are unaccompanied, who are sent over in the hands of the cartel,
00:10:03.160 you know that something needs to be done.
00:10:06.380 Joe Biden has willfully neglected his oath of office to faithfully execute our nation's laws.
00:10:15.640 He must be impeached for this high crime and misdemeanor of not faithfully executing his duty as president of the United States to keep our nation safe.
00:10:26.020 So I need people to call their member of Congress.
00:10:28.700 If if Republicans kill this bill, these articles of impeachment this week, we will still continue to push to impeach Joe Biden.
00:10:37.900 Well, we will do that over the Fourth of July holiday.
00:10:39.880 But this week, there's this this is a call to action now.
00:10:42.780 By the way, Eduardo Vistagay, the great actor and producer from Mexico, is here for the entire second hour to talk about what topic?
00:10:50.160 The trafficking of minors from Mexico through the southern border into the United States.
00:10:54.180 It's the biggest industry in the in the in the world.
00:10:56.980 It will shock you. That's this the movie Sound of Freedom that premieres over the Fourth of July weekend.
00:11:03.240 Once again, this week, two zero two two two five three one two one to support your bill or resolution, your resolution, resolution,
00:11:10.500 my articles of impeachment that I am forcing a vote on this week in the House of Representatives.
00:11:14.580 And this is highly targeted. You're not getting into all the Biden crime family.
00:11:18.020 You're saying very much. He is commander in chief.
00:11:20.100 He's the chief magistrate. He's the CEO of of the United States government.
00:11:24.940 And he is willfully. Yes, he's willfully had a thought to plan to exacerbate, initiate and exacerbate an invasion on the southern border.
00:11:32.560 Essentially, Steve, that is exactly what is going on right now.
00:11:35.540 This is intentional. Even Secretary Mayorkas, whom also should be impeached.
00:11:39.580 He knows how to have operational security of our southern border, operational control of our southern border.
00:11:46.960 And he is choosing not to. The bold the boldness of what you're doing is you're saying, hey,
00:11:51.340 Mayorkas aside, Garland aside, I'm going to the head guy.
00:11:53.800 Let's let we need to. And the Republicans need to show you've had enough hearings on the border.
00:11:58.580 There's been enough photo ops down there on the border.
00:12:01.480 It's your point is very simple. It's an up or down vote.
00:12:04.060 Let's get it out there. And if we need to debate it on the House floor, let's debate it on the House floor.
00:12:08.040 One hour debate on the House floor.
00:12:09.620 And make the Democrats defend it.
00:12:11.600 Yes. And so if Republicans allow this to get to the debate, we will have one hour debate and then a straight up and down vote.
00:12:18.660 It's time for action. And I am taking this straight to the top to the man who is currently housed at the White House.
00:12:26.400 And and he needs to be held accountable for the tragedies that are taking place in our nation because of his open border policies.
00:12:33.860 Does the whip, the conference chair, the majority leader in the speaker of the House support you in this endeavor?
00:12:39.780 I have not heard of support from leadership at this time.
00:12:42.820 There was encouragement not to bring this up.
00:12:45.780 Why? Why?
00:12:47.340 You know, that's that's a frustrating thing that I experience a lot here in Washington, D.C.
00:12:54.300 In the Republican Party, there's a lot of go along to get along and we'll wait.
00:12:58.540 We'll do it next time. We'll do it next Congress.
00:13:00.400 I'm ready for action now. I have left my four boys and my grandson back in Colorado to serve the American people.
00:13:07.040 And I'm not here to waste my time. I'm not here to waste their time.
00:13:10.740 I'm here for action. And we have got to take control of our country.
00:13:14.580 This this is coming up this week. Two zero two two two five three one two one.
00:13:18.260 The Congress has got to bounce. We're going to deal with this more in the next once more.
00:13:21.300 Once more. What's the message when they call today?
00:13:23.700 Because they will light them up. What do you want them to tell them?
00:13:25.820 Do not allow your representative to kill these articles of impeachment when Democrats call to table them.
00:13:33.160 They will want this to go away, not have a debate and not have a vote.
00:13:37.180 So I need your representatives to stay strong and allow the debate and the straight up and down vote to impeach Joe Biden on for the invasion taking place at our southern border.
00:13:48.400 And this is the bold action you promised your constituents out in in Colorado, correct?
00:13:52.900 Absolutely. And this is what you promised all of MAGA and the Republican Party when you came here.
00:13:57.680 Promises made promises kept. How do people get to you?
00:14:00.460 I need people to go to your social media and your site. Where do they go?
00:14:03.300 Twitter at Lauren Boebert and on Facebook, Lauren Boebert for Congress.
00:14:07.560 And then you could go to my Web site, Lauren for freedom dot com.
00:14:10.240 Understand something. You got to have her back because you're about to get chewed up for the next couple of days.
00:14:13.680 The donors and the establishment Republicans do not want this.
00:14:17.900 They don't want this bold action.
00:14:19.660 They want to just, you know, talk.
00:14:20.800 They want to have photo ops on the southern border, talk about it, raise money off it and do nothing.
00:14:24.700 You're taking action. Congressman, honored to have you in here.
00:14:27.180 Thanks one more time. Where to go on social media at Lauren Boebert on Twitter.
00:14:31.240 Lauren Boebert for Congress on Facebook and Lauren for freedom dot com.
00:14:35.440 Two zero two two two five three one two one.
00:14:37.800 Call now. The second hour is going to back up 100 percent.
00:14:42.040 What Congressman Boebert's talking about the the the trafficking of children into the United States from Mexico, Central America and Latin America.
00:14:49.940 Why sex trafficking of minors?
00:14:53.080 This is what's happening.
00:14:54.660 This is why Biden's got to be impeached back in a moment.
00:14:59.020 Well, Congress once again allowed himself to be pushed into appeasing the administration and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time,
00:15:07.520 paving the way for continued reckless spending and further devaluation of the U.S. dollar.
00:15:14.860 As our national debt continues to skyrocket, how are you protecting your savings?
00:15:20.880 Times like these are a great reminder to diversify a portion of your savings into gold.
00:15:26.520 And you can do that with the help of Birch Gold.
00:15:29.160 Here's the easiest way to do it.

00:15:50.980 You know what they're buying.
00:15:53.080 Gold.

00:16:19.280 Do it today.
00:16:20.960 Follow the central banks of the BRICS. 0.72
00:16:23.060 Take action, action, action.
00:16:26.560 And take that action today.
00:16:28.660 On October 3rd, 2016, the FBI met with Christopher Steele, who confessed to relying heavily on
00:16:35.680 a Russian national living in Washington, D.C., as a subsource.
00:16:40.200 That subsource was later identified as Igor Danchenko.
00:16:44.660 Steele not only used Danchenko to create the dossier, but according to your report,
00:16:48.780 Steele was unable to corroborate any of the substantive allegations made in the dossier.
00:16:55.640 Is that correct?
00:16:56.900 That's correct.
00:16:58.280 Even after the FBI offered Steele a million dollars, if somehow he could actually follow
00:17:05.720 through and underscore some of those specific items.
00:17:10.780 Is that correct?
00:17:11.760 That's correct.
00:17:13.120 So the FBI interviewed Danchenko and Steele's subsource, the Steele subsource, for three days,
00:17:18.380 from January 24th through January 26th of 2017.
00:17:22.500 However, according to your report, Danchenko could not provide any evidence corroborating
00:17:27.320 allegations contained in the dossier.
00:17:29.540 Is that correct?
00:17:31.120 That's a fact.
00:17:32.800 And yet the FBI paid Danchenko $220,000 during his time as a confidential human source.
00:17:40.180 Is that correct?
00:17:41.400 That's correct.
00:17:42.660 And did the FBI propose making continued future payments to Danchenko, totaling more than $300,000?
00:17:50.340 That's correct.
00:17:51.760 Danchenko becomes a confidential human source, then enlists his own subsource, Charles Dolan,
00:17:57.160 as was brought up earlier, who was a Democrat operative and had previously served as an advisor
00:18:02.720 to Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign.
00:18:06.560 Is that your understanding?
00:18:08.060 Is that correct?
00:18:08.560 That's correct.
00:18:09.940 Did Danchenko ever disclose his relationship with Charles Dolan to the FBI that you're aware of?
00:18:17.780 He did not during the interviews that were conducted in January.
00:18:21.400 Subsequently, he was specifically asked in an interview with his then-handler, do you know
00:18:27.940 Charles Dolan?
00:18:29.400 If you listen to the recording, he hesitates for some awkward period of time and says, yes,
00:18:34.480 I know who Dolan is.
00:18:35.880 So he acknowledged knowing Mr. Dolan.
00:18:38.000 Do you think it had anything to do with he was simply worried that disclosing a Democrat
00:18:44.040 operative as a subsource might jeopardize the whole payroll deal that the FBI had set
00:18:51.200 up with them?
00:18:52.200 We lay these facts out as we do other facts in the report and leave it to others to draw
00:18:57.580 the reasonable conclusions or inferences from those facts.
00:19:01.120 Very good.
00:19:01.600 Of the hundreds of individuals who the FBI interviewed through the course of Crossfire
00:19:06.580 Hurricane and Miller's special counsel investigation, this came up earlier, was Charles Dolan ever
00:19:14.680 interviewed by the FBI?
00:19:16.520 He was not.
00:19:18.260 Do you have any insight as to why the FBI would not interview him or overlook such a high-profile
00:19:26.240 person in this whole investigation?
00:19:28.480 And that's something of a mystery.
00:19:31.280 Going back to October 3rd, according to the ALAT, the Assistant Legal Attache for the Bureau,
00:19:39.420 when he first, I'm sorry, going back to July 5th, when he first met with Steele, Steele had
00:19:47.460 indicated to him at the time that HC was aware of what he, Steele, was doing.
00:19:54.340 When the Bureau went back to interview Steele on October 3rd about matters relating to Crossfire
00:20:02.000 Hurricane, Steele, in fact, had provided the Bureau with Dolan's name as somebody who might
00:20:07.920 have information relating to Trump, but he was never interviewed.
00:20:12.960 So, yeah, I don't know why they never interviewed Trump.
00:20:16.880 I'm sorry, why they didn't interview Mr. Dolan, but they didn't.
00:20:22.640 The explanation that was given to the intelligence analyst who's referred to in the report essentially
00:20:30.480 was that that would be outside the scope of their mission, outside their role.
00:20:36.060 Very good.
00:20:36.460 You note in your report on page 168 that one of the analysts of the Miller team was told,
00:20:43.680 quote, to cease all research and analysis related to Dolan, unquote.
00:20:48.920 This was the same analyst who, according to your footnote, prepared a timeline in the event
00:20:55.900 she were later interviewed about her role on the Miller Special Counsel investigation.
00:21:01.940 Is that correct?
00:21:02.940 That's correct.
00:21:03.580 Igor Donchenko had also relied on other subsources, namely Olga Galkina and Sergei Millen.
00:21:13.720 When the FBI interviewed those two subsources, were either of them able to verify the information
00:21:19.220 in the Steele dossier?
00:21:21.340 Well, speaking first to Millian, we interviewed Millian as well.
00:21:26.680 He's outside the country.
00:21:28.100 He claims to fear for his safety and whatnot, but he adamantly denied ever talking to
00:21:33.460 Denchenko or providing any information akin to what was in the Steele reporting.
00:21:41.460 In fact, he is a supporter of President Trump, which made it seem highly unlikely that he
00:21:46.320 would be providing derogatory information to somebody he had never met or spoken to.
00:21:51.080 So that's as to Millian.
00:21:52.980 With respect to Ms. Galkina, Ms. Galkina was somebody who provided some information to
00:22:00.160 Dolan.
00:22:03.020 Thank you, Mr. Chair.
00:22:03.960 I'm out of time.
00:22:04.960 Gentleman yields back.
00:22:06.300 The Chair now recognizes the gentleman from Georgia.
00:22:08.620 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:22:09.760 Special Counsel Durham, in March of 2019, before releasing the Mueller report to the public,
00:22:17.020 okay, this is the Durham, I guess, the hearing by judiciary.
00:22:29.280 Matt Gaetz, and we'll try to pull up some of the question by Matt Gaetz earlier.
00:22:34.840 This has been going on since 9 a.m. Eastern time.
00:22:38.580 Matt Gaetz has been kind of the star of this, asking the tough questions and getting to the
00:22:43.840 heart of why Durham, why there are no prosecutions, why Durham didn't get to the bottom of any
00:22:48.180 of this.
00:22:49.040 I said for years, Durham's part of the system.
00:22:51.300 And all the people out there, you can think about it, everybody that reported this nonstop,
00:22:54.980 everybody talked about Durham, this, Durham, that, you can have all these insights on Durham.
00:22:58.680 I said from the beginning, Durham's part of the, he's part of the system.
00:23:04.040 He's part of the system.
00:23:06.480 He's, you know, a bar acolyte.
00:23:09.820 Nothing was going to happen and nothing did happen.
00:23:11.700 Now, I'm sure today they're going to beat this guy up and we're going to get some insights.
00:23:15.380 And as long as you've got, this is the House Judiciary, which has some pretty tough hombres
00:23:20.080 on it, particularly Matt Gaetz, who seems to dominate all these.
00:23:24.100 And Jordan's there talking about the FISA and their focus on the FISA.
00:23:27.220 The FISA is just a small part of it.
00:23:30.000 It's an important part because it shows you the abuse that the apparatus has.
00:23:34.100 But it's, you know, this is another frustrating thing.
00:23:39.780 And that's why I think Boebert is finally saying, hey, we've got to start taking some
00:23:44.400 actions here.
00:23:45.100 You know, you've had enough committee meetings.
00:23:46.580 You're not even having serious committee hearings on the invasion of the southern border.
00:23:52.980 McCarthy and these guys cut a deal to let them have $6.8 trillion in everything going
00:23:57.660 along with the funding of this madness with unlimited cap on it.
00:24:02.040 So how can you take it seriously?
00:24:03.660 When McCarthy tries to fight this, you've got the appropriations process, which is going
00:24:08.080 to be very difficult to implement.
00:24:10.720 And we're now within 90 days, 90 days of that.
00:24:13.940 And remember, they're leaving for two and a half weeks this Thursday for the 4th of July
00:24:18.820 break.
00:24:19.460 They come back for three weeks, I think.
00:24:22.800 And then technically, according to the schedule, they're gone from roughly the 1st of August
00:24:26.960 until the week after Labor Day.
00:24:29.520 So this whole thing about appropriations, they're trying to do misdirection plays on
00:24:35.220 you and hand you shiny toys.
00:24:38.520 Now, the argument is, oh, well, Steve, this is just a shiny toy.
00:24:41.420 No, she's trying to use this impeachment effort as what we call a forcing function. 1.00
00:24:49.060 First, I have to smoke out who these Republicans that need to be primaried. 0.92
00:24:53.000 Once again, the people that back with the Democrats.
00:24:54.900 Because what you have here right now is you have a House that's supposed to be a coalition
00:25:00.220 government on the right.
00:25:02.640 And it's really a coalition government with Hakeem Jeffries.
00:25:05.900 And they're trying to shut down MAGA.
00:25:09.720 Well, we're just not going to tolerate that.
00:25:11.900 And this is one step.
00:25:12.960 And this is another step in trying to seize the House floor.
00:25:17.940 And today you're going to see, and Congressman Boebert was able to spend a few minutes before
00:25:21.500 and afterwards with us.
00:25:23.580 There's tremendous pressure coming from these moderates to back the Democrats and table the
00:25:27.560 motion.
00:25:28.840 And remember, what she's doing is unlike what some of the other congressmen doing, which
00:25:34.020 I think is fine also.
00:25:34.920 But that is to go through the committees on the investigation of Hunter Biden.
00:25:39.120 Now, we're going to get Dave Columbus up here.
00:25:41.900 We're going to be a little choppy today.
00:25:43.520 We've got James O'Keefe coming in.
00:25:44.820 We've got Eduardo coming in.
00:25:46.140 We've got a lot going on.
00:25:47.700 An incredible piece last night on MSNBC about RFK that I want to play in its entirety.
00:25:52.500 It takes about eight minutes.
00:25:53.980 And I'll give commentary on that.
00:25:55.680 Also, major breaking news regarding China.
00:25:59.080 And if we could put those two up, I think I gave it to you this morning.
00:26:03.460 CNBC, you know, three items today in global news.
00:26:07.260 CNBC is reporting that the stealing of $600 billion a year.
00:26:11.920 Think about that.
00:26:12.440 $600 billion a year in intellectual property is stolen or essentially given away by these
00:26:18.160 forced joint ventures to the Chinese Communist Party.
00:26:21.020 It's the way they built their entire military.
00:26:22.640 It's the way that Sequoia Capital, the front operation for the CCP, continues to get them
00:26:28.720 advanced military technology.
00:26:30.520 There's a report out today to tell CEOs this is just not to steal your intellectual property
00:26:35.760 to compete against you and to make sure that your margins are smaller.
00:26:39.980 They're actually trying to replace you.
00:26:41.700 They're doing this to try to replace.
00:26:43.480 This is their decoupling, which she called for in May of 2019.
00:26:48.640 This is decoupling from the West because we want to control this. 1.00
00:26:51.220 We want to control the Facebooks.
00:26:52.400 We want to control the Twitters.
00:26:53.560 We want to control these apparatuses.
00:26:55.800 Well, they control Twitter because they finance it.
00:26:57.900 They're alerting these CEOs that this is to replace you, not to compete with you, replace
00:27:03.220 you.
00:27:04.320 At the same time, the lead story in The Guardian this morning, the human rights, you know,
00:27:08.180 the gold standard in human rights, you know, watch through the entire world rates the CCP
00:27:16.300 as the number one government in the world of suppression of their own people, of Lao
00:27:22.140 Bajing. 0.84
00:27:22.600 So here you got a fact where you've got the Wall Street guys and the guys in Silicon Valley
00:27:28.620 are in business with a group that is almost close to the Nazis, not quite to the Nazis.
00:27:34.960 OK, they are there are with these camps with the Uyghurs.
00:27:39.920 So they haven't gotten to a Holocaust yet. 0.84
00:27:41.980 However, it has been a Holocaust as far as forced abortions, what they've done to suppress 0.68
00:27:48.420 the evangelical Christians, Falun Gong and the traditional Catholics.
00:27:53.420 And we're in and people are in business with them.
00:27:55.620 Biden's trying to cut a deal with them with a knife to our heart from Cuba, a military 1.00
00:27:59.320 base in Cuba with offensive going to have offensive cyber capability and they will have
00:28:05.240 bioweapon capability.
00:28:06.440 And now it's all out in the public.
00:28:11.460 OK, we've got a lot to get to.
00:28:12.720 We've got BlackRock on the going after Sequoia every day.
00:28:15.860 James O'Keefe's here to go after BlackRock.
00:28:18.480 We've got the invasion of the southern border, the child trafficking.
00:28:21.960 You're not going to be able to look away.
00:28:23.280 You've got to stare it down.
00:28:24.900 You've got to look at it.
00:28:25.720 All next in the war room.
00:28:27.760 In my younger days, I was a naval officer on a destroyer.
00:28:31.220 In fact, I was the A-gang officer in charge of all the engineering systems that were not
00:28:36.380 main propulsion.
00:28:37.940 And one of those was air purification.
00:28:40.360 And I can tell you the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.
00:28:44.480 If all home air purifiers are the same, why did the U.S. Department of Defense select
00:28:49.400 EnviroCleanse to protect and purify the air on board our Navy ships?
00:28:54.120 Because EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral technology goes beyond ordinary HEPA filters to destroy
00:29:00.480 airborne illness causing cold and flu viruses, including COVID.
00:29:06.060 EnviroCleanse is the new science in air purification.
00:29:09.520 And now you can order one for your home.
00:29:12.280 This is how you help stop colds and flus from taking your whole family down.
00:29:16.540 This is how you destroy allergy-inflamming toxins and mold from the air your family breathes. 0.83
00:29:21.220 In fact, this hospital-grade technology is so powerful that it promises far fewer colds
00:29:27.000 and allergies and better sleep.
00:29:28.480 Visit ekpure.com, that's ekpure.com, and use the code STEVE for 10% off your EnviroCleanse
00:29:37.720 home purification unit.
00:29:39.720 You also receive a free air quality monitor, plus fast, free shipping.
00:29:47.080 That's $150 savings right there.
00:29:50.000 That's ekpure.com, code STEVE.
00:29:53.140 ekpure.com, code STEVE.
00:29:55.860 Okay, welcome back.
00:30:01.980 We have a Durham hearing going on.
00:30:03.860 We got Powell is getting grilled this morning.
00:30:07.500 We're going to try to dip in and out of both of those.
00:30:09.100 We're trying to get the highlights of Matt Gaetz, so we're going to get to all of it.
00:30:11.900 I've asked Dave Clements to join me.
00:30:15.260 Clements, quickly, give us your background as a prosecutor, because I want to get into this
00:30:21.560 Hunter Biden situation.
00:30:22.840 What's your background as a prosecutor?
00:30:25.480 Hey, Steve.
00:30:26.420 Good morning.
00:30:26.940 I'm a former deputy district attorney, and I oversaw six law enforcement agencies here
00:30:32.940 in Lincoln County.
00:30:34.120 And so I'm very, very interested in the plea deal that was put out there for Hunter Biden,
00:30:39.960 especially this thing dealing with pre-prosecution diversion.
00:30:42.840 I've got some insights there that this plea deal is far worse than people realize, and
00:30:48.600 I know everyone already knows it's bad, but there's some things that I could probably tease
00:30:52.660 out for your audience.
00:30:55.020 Yeah, please.
00:30:56.000 I want to, because people should understand this is not the, you know, his attorney saying,
00:31:01.440 hey, if there's any more investigations, I wouldn't have done anything.
00:31:03.840 Well, that's far from the truth, and we're going to force this, because this is, these
00:31:08.220 guys are treasonous in what they've done.
00:31:09.940 But go ahead and tell me about this deal.
00:31:11.480 Tease out how outrageous this is.
00:31:13.960 Just stand alone.
00:31:15.680 Well, it's outrageous on so many different levels.
00:31:18.280 What we're dealing with are three charges, essentially two tax issues and a gun possession
00:31:25.360 charge.
00:31:26.360 Now, you've had Garrett Ziegler on your show many times with Marco Polo, and we know that
00:31:30.820 there's at least 459 documented crimes.
00:31:34.960 If you want to be very, very judicious, you could focus on six crimes alone that should
00:31:41.400 have been brought here, and those were violations of the Mann Act.
00:31:43.700 That's where you transport someone across state lines to engage in sexual activity. 1.00
00:31:48.280 That's what led to the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell for 20 years.
00:31:52.660 Notice that those charges are absent.
00:31:55.400 And the reason why I bring this up is when you start looking at the Department of Justice's
00:31:59.320 own criteria for when pre-prosecution diversion is appropriate, you'll see that everything
00:32:06.160 that we're seeing here is expressly prohibited.
00:32:08.040 So if Cameron could bring up image number two that I sent, there is a selection criteria that
00:32:13.260 identifies many things.
00:32:15.680 But we're told that pre-trial diversion shall exclude any individual who is what.
00:32:22.620 And there's a series of categories here.
00:32:24.380 One of the things is dealing with offenses related to sexual abuse or sexual assault, an
00:32:29.840 offense involving or brandishing a firearm, which is part and parcel to what we're looking
00:32:35.080 at here, issues dealing with public officials where there's a violation of the public trust.
00:32:41.660 The entire laptop issue is an issue of public trust, issues related to national security with
00:32:47.960 the backdealing of Burisma.
00:32:49.780 So the point that I'm trying to make here, Steve, is that no prosecutor would have even
00:32:55.900 brought this to a director of a diversion program.
00:32:59.100 They would have been laughed out of the office, number one.
00:33:01.840 Number two, no director would have accepted this plea deal in any office that I've ever supervised
00:33:08.700 or been in.
00:33:09.420 This is outrageous.
00:33:10.620 And number three, if a judge received this plea deal, knowing what the guidelines and policies
00:33:16.960 were for diversion, I don't think they would accept this plea.
00:33:20.420 I've seen judges say, look, this is not in the best interest of justice.
00:33:23.600 I appreciate that you brought a plea deal to my bench, but I can't accept this.
00:33:28.900 So, you know, recap, 459 charges.
00:33:32.060 You've got three non-crimes.
00:33:34.340 And the use of diversion, which violates the express provisions of the DOJ, is one of the
00:33:41.500 most absurd things that I've ever seen.
00:33:43.480 And what this does is it opens up kind of the gates of hell, because when you start
00:33:48.160 talking about sentencing, every single defendant going forward is going to remember this day
00:33:52.460 and say, why can't I get the deal that Hunter got?
00:33:56.000 It's a travesty.
00:33:59.260 Does it, his attorneys out on MSNBC last night saying that he would have never agreed to this
00:34:04.460 deal if it wasn't, if he was not told or implied that all investigations into Hunter Biden have
00:34:11.240 dropped?
00:34:11.760 Now, the U.S.
00:34:13.080 attorney said there are ongoing investigations.
00:34:16.020 Which one, given the facts, as you've read in this plea deal, who do you think is correct
00:34:22.280 there?
00:34:22.540 Do you believe his attorney?
00:34:24.460 Because he said, I would have never made a deal if there had been ongoing investigations.
00:34:28.880 Do you believe his attorney?
00:34:30.220 Or do you believe the U.S.
00:34:32.680 attorney?
00:34:32.900 I hate to say it.
00:34:35.080 I don't believe the U.S.
00:34:35.960 attorney is right in this instance.
00:34:38.500 The law disfavors piecemeal litigation.
00:34:41.540 And so if law enforcement is aware of crimes that are out there, it's incumbent upon them
00:34:47.320 to bring all the charges and make sure that all the charges that are out there that are
00:34:52.480 resolved through the plea deal.
00:34:54.160 Now, there's a question of whether state authorities could go after Hunter Biden on state crimes that
00:34:59.560 are documented, but from federal offenses like these man violations, you're basically
00:35:04.780 looking at someone for two misdemeanors and pre-prosecution diversion where you don't
00:35:09.640 even have to plea to a felony.
00:35:13.060 You're not going to trial on any of this.
00:35:14.580 Hold it.
00:35:15.080 Are you telling this audience that everything we've seen on the, everything that's in the
00:35:19.680 laptop from hell that Garrett Ziegler and the people have put up there and everybody's
00:35:22.740 put up on there of the, and then we know the trafficking of women of which we've had
00:35:27.680 congressmen, Nancy Mace, Lauren Boebert, others that have gone to the Treasury Department and
00:35:32.940 seen the SARS reports and they say the file on the trafficking of women is the thickest
00:35:37.760 file.
00:35:38.480 Are you telling this audience that all of that cannot be prosecuted now?
00:35:43.740 It's standard practice for a plea deal to make sure that every charge that law enforcement
00:35:49.860 is aware of is brought into the litigation.
00:35:52.920 So you've got federal jurisdiction and state jurisdiction.
00:35:56.000 There is a great risk.
00:35:57.600 I know that if I was Hunter Biden's attorney, I would raise this issue to forestall or forbid
00:36:02.300 any, uh, any more, uh, investigation into his acts because that's the consideration that's
00:36:07.980 being offered for the plea.
00:36:09.520 So I think the only chance that you have, if you go this route is for state prosecutions,
00:36:14.680 but you're, you're basically giving away everything from a federal standpoint.
00:36:19.400 Okay.
00:36:19.500 I'll get it.
00:36:20.340 I've got to have you back on here.
00:36:21.660 We got to bounce Dave.
00:36:22.520 Where do you go to get all your, uh, writings, all your videos, everything?
00:36:27.260 You can find me on Twitter at the profs record.
00:36:30.760 You can also find me on truth at professor David Clements and on telegram, the professor's
00:36:36.380 record.
00:36:38.560 Okay.
00:36:38.940 We'll get back to this in more detail later.
00:36:40.780 Uh, Dave Clements, thank you for, uh, making my head blow up early in the morning.
00:36:44.540 Thank you, sir.
00:36:45.180 Appreciate it.
00:36:45.920 All right, Steve.
00:36:46.560 Take care.
00:36:46.920 Okay, we got it.
00:36:49.000 Let's play a cola.
00:36:49.680 We got James O'Keefe.
00:36:50.500 Let's play the cola open for brother O'Keefe.
00:36:52.980 It's not who's the president.
00:36:55.960 It's who's controlling the, the wall of the president.
00:37:00.380 Sorry, it's, it's the president.
00:37:01.240 And who's that?
00:37:02.480 The hedge funds, BlackRock, the banks.
00:37:05.740 These guys work.
00:37:06.900 You're paying financing.
00:37:08.660 Yep.
00:37:09.200 You can buy your candidates.
00:37:11.580 So, you know, so.
00:37:12.620 All of these financial institutions, they buy politicians. 0.91
00:37:15.340 How do they run the world?
00:37:17.060 You acquire stuff.
00:37:19.840 You diversify, you acquire, you keep acquiring, you spend whatever you make in acquiring more.
00:37:24.800 And at a certain point, your risk level is super low.
00:37:27.060 Like, imagine you've invested in, um, like, 10 different industries from food to, to drinks
00:37:35.260 to, like, technology, right?
00:37:36.800 One, one of them fails.
00:37:37.700 It doesn't matter.
00:37:38.200 You have nine others to pick you up.
00:37:40.120 Risk management is, is inherently just about everything.
00:37:42.600 And in the finance space, it's all about, it's, it's, it's, well, it's all about the
00:37:49.020 money you make.
00:37:49.620 You don't, you don't let it sit.
00:37:51.780 Yeah.
00:37:51.840 Like, you keep using it over and over and you just.
00:37:53.540 Reinvest.
00:37:54.580 Yeah.
00:37:54.860 And it's exponential growth.
00:37:56.560 And then once you just own a little bit of everything, is that where the control?
00:38:00.620 Yeah.
00:38:01.020 You own a little bit of everything.
00:38:02.660 And that little bit of everything gives you so much money on a yearly basis that you can
00:38:06.680 take this big f**k ton of money, and then you can start to buy people.
00:38:12.100 And obviously we have this system in place. 0.92
00:38:14.340 First, there's the Senate space. 1.00
00:38:15.800 And these guys f*****g shit. 1.00
00:38:16.920 You got 10 grand, you can buy a Senate. 1.00
00:38:18.880 It doesn't matter who wins.
00:38:20.540 There's so many.
00:38:21.440 They're, they're my faculty.
00:38:22.540 I can give you 500K right now.
00:38:24.440 No questions asked.
00:38:25.200 Yeah.
00:38:25.580 I didn't do what needs to be done.
00:38:26.940 They'd be like, yeah, of course.
00:38:28.200 Why not?
00:38:28.900 Does, like, everybody do that?
00:38:30.660 Does BlackRock do that?
00:38:31.620 It's like BlackRock.
00:38:32.320 Any, um, thoughts on the Ukraine-Russia war?
00:38:36.660 Ukraine is good for business.
00:38:39.140 You know, right?
00:38:40.200 We don't want the conflict to end.
00:38:42.660 Why?
00:38:43.280 We don't want the conflict to end as a country.
00:38:45.580 The longer this goes on, the weaker Russia is.
00:38:47.760 I'll give an example.
00:38:48.820 Russia, Russia blows up Ukraine's grain sickness. 0.97
00:38:53.480 The price of wheat's gonna go mad up.
00:38:55.800 So what are you gonna do for a trading firm?
00:38:58.340 The moment that news hits, within a millisecond,
00:39:00.760 you're gonna pump, you're gonna pump trades
00:39:04.080 into, um, into, uh, whoever the wheat suppliers are,
00:39:08.520 into their stocks.
00:39:10.180 Within an hour or two, that stock goes up,
00:39:13.780 and then you sell, and you just made,
00:39:16.040 I don't know, however many melt.
00:39:19.300 Wow.
00:39:20.260 James O'Keefe, founder of the O'Keefe Media Group.
00:39:22.840 Uh, James, what did we just see there?
00:39:24.500 It, it feels like it's quite explosive.
00:39:26.520 What is it?
00:39:26.960 Well, that's a, that's a employee recruiter
00:39:30.200 at BlackRock
00:39:32.000 saying all the things that everyone always
00:39:34.640 suspects, but actually says it
00:39:36.400 out loud, saying that
00:39:38.620 they run the world,
00:39:40.140 they buy senators, they buy
00:39:42.400 politicians, and I think some of the
00:39:44.360 shocking materials about Ukraine,
00:39:46.700 where he said the war is really, quote,
00:39:48.400 effing good for business.
00:39:50.380 Uh, Ukraine is where a lot of the grain silos
00:39:52.580 are located, and they trade off
00:39:54.640 the volatility of that.
00:39:55.980 This comes on the news just
00:39:57.440 literally in the last 24 hours
00:39:59.500 that BlackRock is helping
00:40:01.240 the Ukrainian government, uh,
00:40:03.720 set up a reconstruction bank.
00:40:05.180 So a lot of quotes in there, Steve,
00:40:06.720 a lot to unpack, part one of our series
00:40:09.080 into these very powerful
00:40:10.660 financial institutions,
00:40:11.600 which seem to own
00:40:12.620 almost everything.
00:40:15.580 I just want to go back.
00:40:17.260 He, he, he's almost, he's bragging
00:40:20.060 that they essentially control the world.
00:40:23.140 Is he not, sir?
00:40:25.020 Yeah, he's, he's bragging.
00:40:26.480 Like a lot of the investigations
00:40:28.200 you've come to, to watch
00:40:29.660 over the years, um, there's kind of
00:40:32.200 a greed and avarice, a lack of
00:40:34.540 introspection, um, and some would
00:40:37.400 call it evil, darkness, um, this guy
00:40:41.260 had a fascination with, with death
00:40:43.280 actually, uh, and, and, and he calls
00:40:46.180 it domination, you know, there, there
00:40:48.820 are a lot of overtones with that sort
00:40:50.720 of language, but, but certainly
00:40:53.440 Steve, a stereotypical, uh, black 1.00
00:40:57.560 rock executive, as if it was a
00:40:59.260 Saturday night live sketch talking
00:41:01.500 about, uh, the, the influence they
00:41:03.440 have on our politics and our, and
00:41:05.720 our culture.
00:41:06.300 He says they're in our pocket.
00:41:07.760 He says it doesn't matter who wins.
00:41:09.720 He says it doesn't cost too much to
00:41:11.440 buy a Senator. 0.90
00:41:12.460 And he says they're all in our
00:41:14.020 pocket.
00:41:14.460 And this guy, while he is just a
00:41:16.660 recruiter and perhaps not a managing
00:41:18.380 director, although we have more
00:41:19.720 coming out, um, you know, this guy
00:41:21.980 is responsible for hiring the people.
00:41:24.080 He's responsible for hiring the 1.00
00:41:25.940 people that make the decisions.
00:41:27.380 Uh, I did speak Steve with, um, uh, uh,
00:41:30.780 managing director of black rock
00:41:32.160 corporate communications who did, who
00:41:33.840 did talk to me yesterday, but
00:41:35.900 ultimately declined to comment on
00:41:38.780 this, uh, on this expose.
00:41:41.840 Now you've got other in this series
00:41:44.120 coming out.
00:41:44.700 Um, yes, we always have, we always
00:41:48.980 have more coming out because they're
00:41:50.960 going to say this is an isolated
00:41:52.140 incident and that sort of thing.
00:41:54.140 And then we have more to come.
00:41:55.280 And I also, I also actually confronted
00:41:57.540 this guy in the Bronx, um, uh, just
00:42:01.620 yesterday.
00:42:02.660 And he actually, he actually walked
00:42:05.360 into a police station.
00:42:07.260 It was unclear whether he was trying
00:42:08.820 to get me arrested or turn himself
00:42:10.520 in that it was a wild video
00:42:12.980 encounter, which you'll see us
00:42:14.260 released later today.
00:42:16.700 That's gonna be later today.
00:42:18.040 James, how do people go to back, uh,
00:42:20.660 the O'Keefe media group, get all
00:42:22.040 this, become part of this, where
00:42:23.380 do they go?
00:42:24.380 We're OMG O'Keefe media group.com.
00:42:27.640 We ask you to subscribe and support
00:42:29.620 our work.
00:42:30.220 I'm not owned by anybody.
00:42:32.620 Um, no one tells me what to do.
00:42:35.200 And, uh, I understand Steve, these
00:42:37.120 are very powerful companies, Vanguard,
00:42:38.880 State Street, BlackRock coming on the
00:42:41.380 heels of an expose that I was
00:42:43.240 involved in with Pfizer.
00:42:44.840 So it's very important that you
00:42:46.360 support, support our journalism
00:42:48.160 because this is important.
00:42:50.740 These are really powerful people.
00:42:52.240 And I know they just did a denial of
00:42:53.760 service attack on me yesterday where
00:42:55.340 they inundated my tip lines with,
00:42:57.740 with hundreds, thousands of fake
00:42:59.240 messages.
00:43:00.020 I don't know who they is, but
00:43:01.380 certainly the powers that be are, are
00:43:03.220 upset at me.
00:43:04.480 So support us, subscribe, O'Keefe media
00:43:06.900 group.com.
00:43:07.680 If you, if you support this sort of
00:43:09.020 journalism,
00:43:09.420 go to O'Keefe media because James
00:43:12.600 O'Keefe has taken on the, the biggest
00:43:14.380 of the big, the BlackRock is BlackRock
00:43:17.080 employees said they own the world.
00:43:20.380 James O'Keefe.
00:43:20.980 Great job.
00:43:21.680 We will play this a couple more times
00:43:23.020 throughout this hour.
00:43:23.640 Thank you, sir.
00:43:24.520 Thank you.
00:43:25.060 Wow.
00:43:28.340 They tell you right there, they're up
00:43:29.780 in your grill.
00:43:31.000 The Ukraine war is good for business. 1.00
00:43:33.500 That's coming from the guy that brings
00:43:34.980 people in to work at it.
00:43:36.700 We, we control the world.
00:43:38.160 We've got, uh, we've got the senators in
00:43:40.220 our pockets.
00:43:41.400 The Ukraine war is good for business. 1.00
00:43:44.860 And blazing that into your soul right
00:43:46.940 now.
00:43:48.200 Short commercial break back in the
00:43:49.940 war room in just a moment.
00:43:50.700 Are you tired of progressive
00:43:57.460 corporations and exhausted trying to
00:43:59.900 keep up with all the virtue signaling
00:44:01.760 when you're simply trying to buy
00:44:04.180 products?
00:44:05.680 Progressive corporate America continues
00:44:07.800 to push messaging that further
00:44:10.540 alienates conservative Americans all
00:44:13.120 while eroding the future of the
00:44:15.280 American dream.
00:44:16.680 It's prominent all over the country.
00:44:18.700 Companies like Starbucks strong
00:44:20.920 arguing their customers to support
00:44:22.500 abortion.
00:44:23.660 Financial services like PayPal canceling
00:44:25.860 customers for their political views.
00:44:28.120 Makeup companies like Maybelline making
00:44:29.800 a mockery of women by supporting 1.00
00:44:31.840 transgender models. 0.93
00:44:33.080 And beer companies like Bud Light forcing
00:44:35.400 gender ideology on you when all you 0.98
00:44:38.380 want is to enjoy a cold beer.
00:44:41.160 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these
00:44:43.520 companies any longer with our hard-earned

00:45:58.280 After Trump from the beginning, but...
00:46:01.980 Questions swirl around President Biden's
00:46:04.080 handling of classified documents.
00:46:05.660 Found in President Biden's garage.
00:46:08.060 Multiple classified documents.
00:46:09.880 You and the former president are both now
00:46:11.800 under investigation by the Justice Department.
00:46:13.940 But they didn't indict Biden.
00:46:15.820 Instead, Biden's DOJ went after Trump.
00:46:18.620 Anything to block him from becoming
00:46:20.100 president again.
00:46:21.360 Stand with President Trump against Biden's

00:46:56.200 Action, action, action.
00:47:00.100 We didn't investigate that.
00:47:02.140 Anything in your report say that Donald Trump in 2016
00:47:04.460 acted the way that Americans would want
00:47:06.680 a presidential candidate to act
00:47:08.360 with regard to Russia?
00:47:10.860 I'm sorry, could you repeat that?
00:47:11.780 Are you signing off on the way Donald Trump acted
00:47:13.740 with Russia in 2016?
00:47:15.220 Our report doesn't address that.
00:47:17.460 And you agree that Russia interfered
00:47:18.800 in the 2016 election?
00:47:19.780 I agree that there's substantial evidence to show that.
00:47:24.320 Thank you.
00:47:24.540 Mr. Durham, my MAGA colleagues want you
00:47:27.020 to be someone you're not,
00:47:27.920 and they want you to say something you won't.
00:47:29.700 They want you to join the law firm of Insurrection LLC,
00:47:32.680 which incidentally and probably appropriately
00:47:34.700 is chaired by a guy who never passed the bar exam,
00:47:37.280 and you're wise not to do that.
00:47:38.740 You see, my colleagues today,
00:47:40.660 they are making themselves footnotes and foot soldiers
00:47:43.120 in the history books that will chronicle
00:47:45.780 Donald Trump's corruption.
00:47:47.180 And I yield my remaining time to Mr. Schiff.
00:47:48.760 Mr. Durham, returning to your decision
00:47:53.700 to speak out during the pendency
00:47:57.320 of your investigation,
00:47:58.720 did you have staff on your team
00:48:02.380 advise you against making statements
00:48:04.440 during the pendency of your investigation?
00:48:06.820 They didn't advise me either way, no.
00:48:08.940 Any of your staff raise ethical concerns
00:48:10.680 about your speaking out either in an interim report
00:48:13.380 or after the Inspector General investigation?
00:48:16.800 Any of your staff raise ethical concerns
00:48:19.360 with your doing so?
00:48:20.600 Not that I recall, no.
00:48:21.960 Yeah, raise a technical concern?
00:48:23.620 No, not that I'm aware of.
00:48:25.120 Did they raise concerns with your speaking out
00:48:26.760 during the pendency of the investigation?
00:48:28.140 I mean, the gentleman has expired.
00:48:29.740 Witness can respond.
00:48:31.760 I'm sorry.
00:48:32.740 Did any of your staff raise concerns
00:48:35.040 about your speaking out
00:48:36.360 during the pendency of your investigation
00:48:39.280 in contrast to DOJ policy?
00:48:43.020 Not that I recall.
00:48:44.800 Thank you.
00:48:46.820 Gentleman yields back.
00:48:47.680 Gentleman from Florida is recognized.
00:48:50.000 Good morning, Mr. Durham.
00:48:51.100 Can I just complete that answer, Warren?
00:48:52.460 But I don't want to lay any blame on their part.
00:48:54.500 I made that decision to make a statement.
00:48:56.420 They were not involved in it.
00:48:57.820 Norah Danahy.
00:49:00.780 Right, Norah Danahy.
00:49:01.940 Gentle lady from Florida.
00:49:03.540 Right.
00:49:04.160 Norah Danahy, a friend of mine,
00:49:06.140 a very good lawyer, an honest person.
00:49:10.440 Why did she resign? 1.00
00:49:11.200 That's Norah Danahy. 0.53
00:49:11.960 That's why we brought her on.
00:49:13.200 Why did she resign? 1.00
00:49:14.680 The gentleman's time has expired.
00:49:16.940 The gentleman's time has expired.
00:49:17.720 Answer the question if you'd like.
00:49:19.300 Mr. Chairman, who's in charge here?
00:49:20.780 Because it's not Mr. Schiff, I don't think.
00:49:22.980 It's the lady's time from Florida. 0.97
00:49:25.500 Good morning, Mr. Durham.
00:49:26.460 As a former federal prosecutor,
00:49:29.520 I want to begin by telling you
00:49:30.720 how much I appreciate your work,
00:49:33.120 that of your team,
00:49:33.860 and your presence here today.
00:49:34.880 And you may begin by answering
00:49:36.200 the prior question if you wish.
00:49:39.300 With respect to Ms. Danahy,
00:49:41.080 I have the greatest respect for her.
00:49:42.480 She's a friend of mine.
00:49:43.460 She's very well educated.
00:49:44.780 She's an honest person.
00:49:46.140 We had some disagreements on issues,
00:49:48.480 and I don't really have any comment beyond that.
00:49:51.120 I'm not going to discuss
00:49:51.940 the internal management and decision making.
00:49:54.860 I'll tell you this,
00:49:56.080 that every agent and every lawyer
00:49:58.040 who worked on this project
00:49:59.240 had a full voice
00:50:00.280 in the decisions that were going forward.
00:50:02.840 I made the final decisions.
00:50:04.600 Thank you, Mr. Durham.
00:50:06.000 I'd like to focus on
00:50:07.740 the Department of Justice's procedures
00:50:10.040 as to FISA applications
00:50:11.780 when that process is conducted appropriately.
00:50:16.080 To begin with,
00:50:17.100 FISA surveillance application
00:50:18.800 must include an affidavit
00:50:20.780 from a federal law enforcement officer, correct?
00:50:22.920 That's correct.
00:50:24.080 And that affidavit must demonstrate
00:50:26.700 cause to believe
00:50:27.980 that the target of the surveillance
00:50:29.640 is an agent of a foreign power.
00:50:31.320 Is that also right?
00:50:32.920 Right.
00:50:33.220 If it relates to a U.S. citizen,
00:50:35.300 it has to be that they're a knowing agent.
00:50:36.980 If it's a non-U.S. person, 0.67
00:50:38.700 a knowing element is not required.
00:50:40.860 And it is intended that
00:50:42.220 that affidavit should rely upon
00:50:43.900 reasonable, trustworthy information.
00:50:46.980 Is it not?
00:50:47.860 That's correct.
00:50:48.700 And in some cases,
00:50:51.280 in including the case of Carter Page,
00:50:53.800 those affidavits,
00:50:55.220 that information can include
00:50:56.900 the use of information obtained
00:50:58.280 from a confidential human source, correct?
00:51:00.700 That's correct.
00:51:01.660 And when information
00:51:02.900 from a confidential human source
00:51:04.400 is included,
00:51:05.520 would you agree that it's important
00:51:07.220 that material related
00:51:09.500 to the reliability or trustworthiness
00:51:11.760 of that confidential human source
00:51:13.460 is disclosed within the affidavit?
00:51:16.540 Yes.
00:51:16.840 And I believe you testified here
00:51:19.400 earlier today
00:51:20.260 that in this case,
00:51:22.240 information in that Carter Page application
00:51:24.540 related to the reliability
00:51:26.000 and credibility
00:51:26.840 of the confidential human source
00:51:28.540 was not included
00:51:30.320 in these applications.
00:51:31.860 Is that right?
00:51:34.160 I believe that's correct.
00:51:36.180 Would you tell us,
00:51:37.860 in your experience,
00:51:39.060 in your many years
00:51:39.860 working with the department,
00:51:41.420 why is it important
00:51:42.640 that that type of information
00:51:44.320 is included and disclosed
00:51:46.080 to both federal prosecutors
00:51:47.940 and to the court?
00:51:51.780 When matters are submitted
00:51:53.980 to the court,
00:51:55.180 it's for a reason
00:51:55.840 or to a judge.
00:51:56.800 It's to let an independent 0.96
00:51:58.140 judicial officer
00:51:59.780 weigh the question
00:52:01.220 to whether probable cause exists.
00:52:03.460 Go ahead,
00:52:03.940 bring it back.
00:52:05.240 Okay,
00:52:05.780 all you Durham guys
00:52:08.160 are seeing it.
00:52:08.620 By the way,
00:52:08.980 that was a false statement.
00:52:10.680 There's never been any
00:52:11.720 that was substantial
00:52:12.740 interference in the 16 election.
00:52:14.960 That's just a lie.
00:52:16.600 It's just a cold lie.
00:52:18.180 So all you Durham fans,
00:52:19.640 I hope you're getting it today.
00:52:21.380 I'm sure there's going to be
00:52:22.280 some good stuff.
00:52:22.900 We'll pull the gates
00:52:23.520 in some of the other clips
00:52:24.400 so you can see it.
00:52:25.160 But I've said from day one,
00:52:27.280 he's an acolyte of Bill Barr.
00:52:29.380 It's part of the,
00:52:30.000 this is that whole
00:52:30.980 Republican establishment.
00:52:32.460 You're going to see it today
00:52:33.360 on Fighting Boebert.
00:52:35.060 Numbers 202-225-3121.
00:52:38.620 That's 202-225-3121.
00:52:41.360 Call your House member
00:52:42.320 and say you want to back
00:52:44.000 Lauren Boebert's
00:52:45.880 impeachment resolution
00:52:47.860 she's bringing to the, 0.80
00:52:48.960 wants to bring to the House floor
00:52:50.420 and have a vote
00:52:51.020 up or down
00:52:51.540 on the evasion
00:52:52.120 of the southern border.
00:52:52.840 That doesn't include anything else.
00:52:54.100 You just got bad news there
00:52:55.240 from Dave Clements
00:52:56.060 that nobody else will tell you.
00:52:58.260 We're going to drill down on that.
00:52:59.620 Did this wave
00:53:00.220 all the aspects
00:53:01.460 of Hunter Biden
00:53:02.120 and human trafficking
00:53:03.640 and the trafficking of women
00:53:05.140 across international borders,
00:53:07.420 not just state borders,
00:53:08.300 international borders
00:53:09.080 for sex trafficking
00:53:10.500 and money laundering
00:53:12.140 and taking money
00:53:13.860 from foreign powers?
00:53:15.340 Did that all get
00:53:16.540 wrapped up yesterday?
00:53:17.500 We still haven't gotten
00:53:18.240 a straight answer on that.
00:53:20.280 And Dave Clements,
00:53:21.220 I think,
00:53:21.420 just dropped a bombshell here.
00:53:22.740 Okay,
00:53:23.060 we're going to take
00:53:23.420 a short commercial break.
00:53:25.920 Eduardo Veseguet
00:53:26.920 is trying to join us.
00:53:27.680 He's going to be
00:53:28.140 the bookend
00:53:28.780 to Lauren Boebert's
00:53:29.880 impeachment proposal
00:53:31.080 about the invasion
00:53:32.020 of the southern border.
00:53:33.640 He's here to tell you
00:53:34.460 about the film
00:53:35.120 Sound of Freedom
00:53:36.560 and how it talks
00:53:38.180 specifically about
00:53:39.380 this issue
00:53:40.120 of the trafficking
00:53:42.060 of minors
00:53:42.920 across the border
00:53:43.920 of the United States
00:53:44.640 of America 0.98
00:53:45.100 for sex, 1.00
00:53:46.180 sex slavery. 0.99
00:53:48.500 All next
00:53:49.340 in the War Room.
00:53:50.000 We will fight
00:53:51.540 till they're all gone. 0.98
00:53:53.160 We rejoice
00:53:54.060 when there's no more.
00:53:55.100 Let's take down
00:53:56.100 the sea.
