00:19:44.700 consistently underestimated inflation they've stayed behind this the curve this has been a reactive fed

00:27:19.800 incentive of higher bonuses being paid to generators who are online within four hours
00:27:25.500 notice and a interest rate cap they're going to subsidize some plant build cost with a three percent
00:27:31.620 interest rate cap but it's pretty diluted versus what they originally talking about it goes out to two thousand twenty nine so
00:27:37.560 it's not going to result in anything for the next two or three years
