Bannon's War Room - Episode 2842： National Review Comes After Posobiec; The White House Is Compromised

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.600 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.840 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:17.100 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:19.040 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.480 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:22.200 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:23.140 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.400 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.800 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.700 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.600 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.360 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.700 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:53.020 And they're covering it. Some aren't covering all of it,

00:00:55.800 but we're going to cover it right now.

00:00:57.100 So Trump's been indicted.

00:00:59.380 His poll numbers are going up, so primary voters like him.

00:01:04.000 If he wins the primary, do you think he can win the general?

00:01:06.780 And is it good for the Republican Party if Donald Trump is the nominee?

00:01:11.520 And then I want to get to Biden and his malarkey defense and all that stuff.

00:01:15.300 Can Trump beat Biden?

00:01:16.380 Yeah, he can beat Biden.

00:01:17.240 Is that a good thing for the Republican Party if Donald Trump is the...

00:01:20.400 The Republicans get to select their nominee.

00:01:22.380 I think if you want to go sheer policy to policy, it's not good for Republicans.

00:01:26.300 It's good for America. 0.74

00:01:27.560 Trump's policies are better, straightforward, than Biden policy.

00:01:30.840 It makes it complicated if he's got all these trials and all this stuff overhanging.

00:01:37.080 It makes it complicated.

00:01:38.240 It also helps him when...

00:01:39.620 But do you think he could win an election?

00:01:41.360 Could he win an election?

00:01:42.340 Can he win that election?

00:01:43.320 Yeah, he can.

00:01:43.740 You think he can?

00:01:44.640 The question is, is he the strongest to win the election?

00:01:47.060 I don't know that answer.

00:01:48.280 But can somebody...

00:01:49.440 Can anybody beat Biden?

00:01:50.560 Yeah, anybody can beat Biden.

00:01:51.720 Can Biden beat other people?

00:01:53.260 Yes, Biden can beat him.

00:01:54.440 It's on any given day.

00:01:55.720 Of course, one thing...

00:01:56.560 You know, we're talking about the primary, the pull that he has on your party.

00:01:59.840 That was on full display this week when House Speaker Kevin McCarthy did an interview where

00:02:04.420 he questioned Trump's strength as a candidate, saying, you know, is he the best candidate?

00:02:08.780 I'm not so sure.

00:02:09.600 He quickly backtracked on that.

00:02:11.760 What does that say to you about how dependent Kevin McCarthy is on a Donald Trump?

00:02:16.380 Well, I think that Kevin's in a particularly difficult position, right?

00:02:19.660 Because he needs to count to 218 every day, every day, given the rules that he's operating under.

00:02:26.480 So it's not an excuse for Kevin, but it's an explanation.

00:02:29.840 As to what he's up to, he's trying to get things done in the House of Representatives.

00:02:33.400 He's managing a very difficult caucus and a very slim majority.

00:02:37.560 And so I think that's why he...

00:02:39.520 My guess is that's why he did what he did.

00:02:42.260 But I think his first statement is what he really believes,

00:02:45.260 which is that he doesn't think Donald Trump is the strongest candidate to be president.

00:02:48.260 All right, this is coming into CNN.

00:02:49.700 The House Speaker Kevin McCarthy called Donald Trump on Tuesday and apologized after he questioned

00:02:56.580 whether Trump is the strongest candidate in the Republican race for president.

00:03:01.180 Here were those original comments on CNBC yesterday.

00:03:06.300 Could he win an election?

00:03:07.620 Can he win that election?

00:03:08.600 Yeah, he can.

00:03:09.000 You think he can?

00:03:09.680 The question is, is he the strongest to win the election?

00:03:12.340 I don't know that answer.

00:03:14.760 He doesn't know, but he apologized for saying it.

00:03:17.680 CNN congressional correspondent Lauren Fox is here with more on this.

00:03:21.260 What more are you learning?

00:03:22.680 This is an interesting about face.

00:03:25.220 He didn't really say anything, but he said, I don't know.

00:03:27.460 And I guess that upset Donald Trump.

00:03:30.280 Yeah, a day of cleanup yesterday for House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

00:03:34.200 He held a call, called the former president yesterday to apologize,

00:03:39.100 according to new reporting from our colleagues, Melanie Zanona and Kristen Holmes,

00:03:42.760 where he both apologized.

00:03:45.320 He told the former president that he misspoke.

00:03:47.440 And, of course, he blamed reporters for taking the comments out of context,

00:03:52.920 according to McCarthy.

00:03:54.080 But that wasn't where it ended, Sarah.

00:03:56.220 He also had an exclusive interview with Breitbart News,

00:03:59.480 a right-leaning news agency,

00:04:02.180 to try to talk more about why he believed Donald Trump

00:04:05.600 was the strongest candidate to beat Joe Biden.

00:04:08.440 Later, his campaign sent out a fundraising email

00:04:11.140 saying that Donald Trump was stronger than ever.

00:04:13.840 This just goes to show you that Kevin McCarthy knows

00:04:17.820 that his right flank is so important for him to hold on to his speakership.

00:04:22.600 He cannot anger people in his conference

00:04:25.020 who are getting behind the former president,

00:04:27.700 who are fervently behind him at all times,

00:04:30.700 no matter what that means in terms of defending Donald Trump.

00:04:33.880 And that is why Kevin McCarthy went out of his way yesterday

00:04:36.720 to go ahead and apologize to the former president,

00:04:39.740 and then, in subsequent interviews, make it clear that he does believe

00:04:43.560 Donald Trump could be a strong contender to beat Joe Biden

00:04:47.120 in the 2024 presidential election.

00:04:49.500 Sarah?

00:04:50.280 Ah, politics always perilous.

00:04:52.000 Lauren Fox, thank you so much for that reporting.

00:04:53.700 John?

00:04:54.100 What about Trump and who the president, who the Republicans should run?

00:04:57.220 Yeah, so I don't have that job anymore.

00:04:58.820 So I'm very clear with, look, it's a disaster if we nominate Trump.

00:05:02.060 You know, I think that I've been saying this for a long time.

00:05:04.660 But Liz is right, which is, he could win.

00:05:07.220 I think we lose with him.

00:05:08.380 I think we're much more likely to lose.

00:05:09.880 We haven't won anything with him since he first won in 16.

00:05:12.120 We lost the House in 18, the presidency in 20, the Senate in 20,

00:05:16.400 and we could have won the Senate in 2022, but for him.

00:05:19.000 Are you going to endorse him?

00:05:19.900 Is Rupert going to tell you who to endorse him?

00:05:21.800 No, I'm going to endorse whoever I want, but right now-

00:05:23.760 You're on the board of Fox, that's why I said it.

00:05:25.900 Yeah, I know, I know.

00:05:27.820 I'm for anybody not named Trump right now.

00:05:30.100 Anybody not named Trump?

00:05:31.540 Anybody not named Trump?

00:05:32.660 RFK?

00:05:33.120 Anybody not named Kennedy?

00:05:34.100 A Republican not named Trump.

00:05:35.540 I'm for any Republican not named Trump,

00:05:37.180 because I think we beat Biden for sure if we nominate a Republican not named Trump.

00:05:41.340 Any idea who you think could get the-

00:05:44.000 I mean, everybody's down by 40 points.

00:05:46.380 We're going to find out.

00:05:47.080 Look, Donald Trump and Joe Biden have a symbiotic relationship with each other.

00:05:50.160 They make the best case for each other's candidacies,

00:05:53.200 and it's a total disaster for our country.

00:05:54.760 In a country of 350 million people, you think it's somebody else.

00:05:58.060 Do you think you win if you nominate somebody not named Trump?

00:06:00.320 I do.

00:06:00.640 Because you make everybody who was supporting Trump very mad.

00:06:03.240 Yeah, so, like, I'm a never-again Trumper,

00:06:04.860 so obviously that 33% Trump base doesn't like a person like me,

00:06:07.980 because I'm very clear I don't think he's fit, and I don't think he can win.

00:06:11.920 Liz is right, he could, and that's dangerous.

00:06:14.240 I mean, you think he could even populate a cabinet?

00:06:16.680 He could get through the Senate?

00:06:17.560 I mean, it could be a total disaster.

00:06:18.980 But I believe strongly if we nominate a Republican not named Donald Trump,

00:06:23.260 we win this White House.

00:06:24.520 I really believe that.

00:06:26.380 And so all we've got to do is do that.

00:06:27.680 And I think voters are going to realize his baggage is so big,

00:06:30.880 we're not going to win with him,

00:06:32.320 and there are all these other Republicans that they're fine with that could win.

00:06:35.680 So I think there's plenty of Republicans that can traffic with MAGA

00:06:38.860 and win the suburban vote and win the White House.

00:06:42.000 Did you watch Succession?

00:06:44.020 Have you seen it?

00:06:44.480 I did watch Succession.

00:06:45.820 So that guy was picking president, so it wasn't crazy for me.

00:06:48.480 It wasn't crazy for me to ask you that.

00:06:50.380 It wasn't crazy for me to ask you that.

00:06:52.040 That's not reality.

00:06:52.600 Thank you, Paul.

00:06:54.000 Mr. Smith, I'm sorry.

00:06:57.700 Thursday, 29 June, Year of Our Lord, 2021.

00:07:02.640 That, what you saw over the last couple of days,

00:07:05.580 has driven, in this audience, has driven all this activity.

00:07:09.440 We're going to get into all this.

00:07:10.380 All this activity.

00:07:11.220 Comers everywhere.

00:07:12.020 They're up in New York.

00:07:12.620 Remember, the reason they're up in New York and in studio in Fox

00:07:16.500 is because they're up there talking to the Wall Street donors, okay?

00:07:21.240 They got Jordan up there.

00:07:22.340 They got Comer up there.

00:07:23.420 They got McCarthy in there.

00:07:24.480 And, of course, McCarthy did go out to Ohio.

00:07:26.760 But they were up there to shake down donors.

00:07:30.280 And the reason they're all over, and now they're going to get so aggressive.

00:07:33.380 You know, Comer's up there.

00:07:34.340 He's given interviews to Katsimatidis.

00:07:37.340 He's given interviews to Sean Hannity.

00:07:39.440 He's going in studio with Sean Hannity in a live audience.

00:07:41.760 And, man, they're going to be demanding SARS reports.

00:07:43.900 They're going to do this.

00:07:44.580 It's because of you.

00:07:46.200 This audience had a belly full of it.

00:07:48.040 We've called these guys out.

00:07:49.400 It's all been performative.

00:07:50.780 It's all been just a cluster, right?

00:07:52.960 They don't have the right staff.

00:07:54.080 They haven't staffed up.

00:07:55.020 They don't have any killers.

00:07:55.940 They haven't reached for the outside.

00:07:56.980 Garrett Ziegler hasn't been brought in.

00:07:58.460 They are not talking to the outside people that have years done the work that needs to be done.

00:08:04.580 And now they're scrambling because, I understand, we've called their bluff because McCarthy said the quiet part out loud.

00:08:09.860 And look at Paul Ryan.

00:08:11.120 Paul Ryan still hasn't been terminated by the board at Fox.

00:08:14.100 He said it's dangerous if Donald Trump is reelected.

00:08:16.760 It's dangerous.

00:08:17.600 If Trump's reelected, that's dangerous. 1.00

00:08:20.160 What do you think they're talking at the board meetings up there on the stupid hour TV, Fox News? 1.00

00:08:25.860 Now it's the dangerous stupid. 1.00

00:08:27.140 It's TV. 1.00

00:08:28.020 It's dangerous TV for stupid people. 1.00

00:08:31.380 Of course, you got the same old never Trumpers are all up there. 1.00

00:08:34.240 And they're in a firefight with with Posobiec, who's who's laying down with them, Mike Davis, all of the good guys versus all the controlled opposition.

00:08:42.460 That's what it is.

00:08:43.040 It's controlled opposition where tomorrow is the last day of the first half of 2023.

00:08:50.740 Tomorrow's the last day of the first half.

00:08:52.880 And please tell me what's been accomplished besides giving Biden everything to just go spend this country into oblivion.

00:09:00.200 Right.

00:09:00.740 And now we know the lies of the appropriations process is going to be a CR in September.

00:09:04.380 They're going to be an omnibus in in January.

00:09:07.340 It's all a lie.

00:09:08.440 All performance.

00:09:09.020 And the committees are a joke.

00:09:10.100 What is Jim Jordan accomplished in six months?

00:09:13.540 What is Comer accomplished?

00:09:14.860 He sent Nancy Mason tonight.

00:09:17.200 Last night on handy.

00:09:18.100 We're going to demand.

00:09:19.280 I'm going to demand from Janet Yellen the SARS reports.

00:09:21.760 They're doing that because McCarthy got out it.

00:09:24.780 McCarthy says, hey, we got to pick it up.

00:09:26.060 We got to pick it up because now Trump's upset.

00:09:27.900 War room's upset.

00:09:28.660 They're all over us.

00:09:29.300 Right.

00:09:29.460 Like Hornets.

00:09:30.420 You got to pick it up.

00:09:31.240 Go on Hannity and tell Hannity, you know, something.

00:09:33.300 Tell Hannity we're going to demand Yellen turn over the SARS reports.

00:09:37.140 You haven't subpoenaed the phone number.

00:09:39.840 Hell, John Solomon's talking about years ago.

00:09:41.400 He called it up and Biden picked the phone up.

00:09:44.220 Taking an order from the CCP.

00:09:46.140 Let me write that down, boss.

00:09:48.200 I got that, boss.

00:09:48.940 Let me write that down.

00:09:51.760 We're in a crisis right now.

00:09:55.520 And the only way that they respond, the controlled opposition, is you've got to be on them every

00:10:01.060 second of every day. 0.81

00:10:02.660 They're totally and completely worthless.

00:10:04.980 The only reason you've seen this activity is because of this show and this audience and

00:10:10.040 Posobiec and Charlie Kirk and others like it putting the whip hand on them and saying

00:10:14.880 no, just like you're coming down the stretch of the Derby.

00:10:17.440 Bang.

00:10:17.800 You've got to get on it.

00:10:20.020 Just like a jockey.

00:10:22.260 Because on their own, they're just going to kind of flap around and have a hearing and

00:10:26.680 have thing.

00:10:27.200 And then this morning on on on the Fox and Friends, you know, Ducey's actually bracing

00:10:32.520 him up.

00:10:32.800 Well, tell me what you got.

00:10:33.660 What does that mean?

00:10:34.300 What do you really have?

00:10:35.180 Jack Posobiec, you're making a case.

00:10:40.820 You and Mike Davis making a case.

00:10:42.100 Now you get Andy McCarthy writing 9000 words rebuttal and still not quite getting to the

00:10:47.600 point.

00:10:47.980 You know, and I don't know why Andy's is so and he's always been kind of off on this

00:10:51.940 thing of just they hit there.

00:10:52.960 For some reason, the National Review guys still don't understand.

00:10:56.080 This is the 21st century where the country is.

00:10:59.220 It's still they want to call Bill Buckley and get, you know, the little bow ties and

00:11:02.960 the in the khaki pants and the little blazers and running around their bow ties.

00:11:07.680 Right.

00:11:08.260 At, you know, the Skull and Bones Club.

00:11:10.360 And they're all part of the whiff and poofs. 1.00

00:11:12.260 Right.

00:11:12.460 They're all in the choral society up there at Yale.

00:11:15.260 That day's gone, baby.

00:11:17.900 Irrelevant.

00:11:19.260 This is why the Keebler elves, all the kids.

00:11:21.360 We're going to get to it.

00:11:22.460 Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had a had a town hall on News Nation.

00:11:26.740 I want to give News Nation a cat tip.

00:11:30.040 Elizabeth Vargas, who used to be the mainstream media, Elizabeth Vargas conducted the best town 1.00

00:11:35.640 hall there's been.

00:11:36.380 And you compare to Caitlin Collins being all over Trump every 30 seconds. 1.00

00:11:42.360 Compare Vargas asking tough questions, tough follow up, managing the process.

00:11:47.660 And Kennedy, to me, shined last night.

00:11:49.440 It's not just me.

00:11:50.340 Charlie Kirk's got it up.

00:11:51.600 Everybody.

00:11:53.380 And Kennedy, Kennedy talked about issues that are meaningful.

00:11:56.300 And today's got an amazing thing up on MKUltra, another meaning key topic of the about the deep

00:12:01.080 state where the Keebler elves continue to talk about things that are irrelevant.

00:12:05.380 Jack Posobiec, tell me about what McCarthy, you, he does a 9000 page.

00:12:11.380 He says you're an Internet meme, a troll or what's going on over there?

00:12:14.960 The National Review and yourself, sir.

00:12:17.360 Well, Steve, for the folks who saw the show that we did last night, you and myself, we

00:12:23.660 discussed this back and forth that's going on between me and Andy McCarthy.

00:12:27.880 Now, at that time, it had only been sort of the the National Review mantle head, the masthead

00:12:35.980 there, all of those guys responding to me.

00:12:38.700 And then suddenly at about 10 p.m.

00:12:41.260 last night, we get dropped this this article responding to a crank by Andy McCarthy.

00:12:48.480 And in it, he goes in throughout the entire thing, rehashing all of this because he's got

00:12:55.600 an issue on his hands.

00:12:56.760 And that's why he's got to respond, because we again, all we did was pull up his own articles

00:13:05.040 from 2012, arguing that Barack Obama did not have to follow a formal declassification process

00:13:12.780 when he authorized the leak to media.

00:13:16.540 This is to what General Cartwright eventually was caught up in.

00:13:20.640 Obama had to pardon him because he was charged for perjury in the Stuxnet releases.

00:13:25.940 And he argued at that time, the president has plenary authority over classified information.

00:13:32.160 So put the article up and I said, Andy, why did you change your tune?

00:13:36.280 Why did what why did you say this for Obama?

00:13:38.920 Why are you saying something different for Trump?

00:13:41.440 He responds, Steve, I'm telling you, this thing had to be 5000 words.

00:13:47.020 And in it, he's making all sorts of statements and claims that I never even said.

00:13:53.000 He's saying, well, I get that Posobiec says that Trump still has presidential authorities.

00:13:58.020 I never said that.

00:13:59.080 I never even made that argument.

00:14:01.040 All I said was that we've got photos and we can see the videos that the boxes are being

00:14:06.300 moved on January 14th of 2021.

00:14:10.040 And if they're moved the 14th of 2021, then that means whatever designation was made regarding

00:14:14.880 these records was made prior to January 14th, which was well within the time frame that

00:14:20.260 he had presidential plenary authority over these records.

00:14:24.200 Then we go in to the presidential records.

00:14:27.320 I tell you what, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, hey, one second, because I got to

00:14:33.180 get into this.

00:14:33.720 In particular, I love the title, Responding to a Crank.

00:14:37.060 And he told R.E.B., these podcasters, right?

00:14:40.780 Oh, they're upset over there.

00:14:42.280 The whiff and poofs are upset over at National Review. 1.00

00:14:45.900 Hey, guys, just like in 16, hold our beers.

00:14:48.380 We'll take care of this.

00:14:49.140 Hold our beers.

00:14:50.260 Short break.

00:14:50.940 Back in a moment.

00:14:51.560 Well, Congress once again allowed itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration

00:15:03.680 and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time, paving the way for continued reckless

00:15:10.120 spending and further devaluation of the U.S. dollar.

00:15:14.280 As our national debt continues to skyrocket, how are you protecting your savings?

00:15:20.860 Times like these are a great reminder to diversify a portion of your savings into gold.

00:16:28.620 Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:30.600 By the way, for Carly Bonet and the great team over at the Midnight Writer channel,

00:16:38.720 of course, everybody's in all the different live chats, whether you're in RAVs, Rumbles,

00:16:42.080 and we love it.

00:16:43.020 We've got a half a dozen of them.

00:16:45.020 Get her all of it.

00:16:47.720 Yes, Tanya Tay took control. 0.51

00:16:49.500 Yes, so you can see.

00:16:50.220 You know, the two little boys are always, you know, just dressed like gentlemen all the time.

00:16:56.340 Tremendous manners.

00:16:57.180 Tanya Tay's on the program.

00:16:59.280 You could tell her assignment today is to make sure Jack was, that Jack came out and was appropriately attired for the work ahead.

00:17:06.760 So I want to thank Tanya.

00:17:07.940 Don't worry, Steve.

00:17:08.960 I'll get her to work on you next.

00:17:10.460 I want to thank Tanya for a collared shirt. 0.78

00:17:13.820 She's going to have her work cut out for her when she comes over there. 1.00

00:17:16.040 It's a simple outfit.

00:17:19.440 It's a uniform every day.

00:17:20.900 Okay.

00:17:21.320 Why are, this so I don't understand, why are, why are, why are they so upset and maniacally focused on Jack Posovic?

00:17:30.160 What is that about?

00:17:31.300 And Andy McCarthy's a busy guy.

00:17:32.720 I mean, he put the terrorists away in the, back in the 90s, the blind shake, right?

00:17:38.520 Why is he so obsessed?

00:17:40.060 And why are they so obsessed on, on Trump is wrong and Trump's got to go to prison and Trump's a bad guy.

00:17:45.700 You know, it's the Chris Christie school of thought.

00:17:47.460 Why is that, Jack?

00:17:49.260 Well, Steve, I mean, I appreciate obviously Andy's efforts with the blind shake, but I worry that at this point he might be slipping into one hit wonder status from all the way back in the 1990s.

00:18:03.500 Andy, that's the 1990s.

00:18:05.200 Those are golden oldies these days, buddy.

00:18:06.880 And the problem is here that, and Julie Kelly pointed this out last night as well, looking at this thing, saying, look, these are the same guys at National Review that whenever they come after Trump, when it was the Zelensky call, when it was Russia collusion, when it was any of the issues that come up with Trump, when it was the Hunter laptop, what do they do?

00:18:27.580 The very first thing, these are the guys who come out and say, no, no, no, we have to go with the DOJ when it was January 6th.

00:18:34.900 And Julie Kelly was pointing out that this guy's January 6th columns were a mess and have been a mess since the beginning of his analysis.

00:18:42.240 And this thing is riddled with errors, Steve.

00:18:44.440 He talks, by the way, about the Iran memo as if it's part of the indictment.

00:18:48.980 The Iran memo we already know from Catherine Herridge has nothing to do with the indictment.

00:18:52.860 And Jack Smith added that because he thought it would look good at the front of the indictment, which obviously I imagine the judges are going to have an issue with, because why are you including information that has nothing to do with the underlying charge documents?

00:19:06.080 Then we've got this.

00:19:07.280 This is the best part, because you've got all the anons, all the little pepes on Twitter are going at it because it turns out, Steve, some of the pepes have gone to law school. 0.95

00:19:16.600 So now we've got weaponized lawtism on our side.

00:19:20.140 And what are they finding out here?

00:19:21.780 They say, well, this is interesting.

00:19:24.800 They said that Jack and the Presidential Records Act, and this is a response basically to Davis, because, of course, look, you know, I'm getting my legal analysis from Mike Davis like everybody else.

00:19:34.220 They're saying, wait a minute.

00:19:35.820 There was no written declassification order, even though the Presidential Records Act requires an action to be documented.

00:19:42.600 Steve, they went into Section 2203 Alpha, and guess what?

00:19:48.900 It requires no such thing.

00:19:51.840 And they're saying if details matter, National Review would never have allowed Andy McCarthy to publish this greed against Jack Posobiec with such a blatant falsehood.

00:20:00.560 It says no such thing.

00:20:02.820 After acknowledging a president's plenary power to declassify, Andy McCarthy goes on to assert that a civil statute for paperwork management is what now controls how a president can effectuate the use of the power.

00:20:15.540 Jack Posobiec was right to put him on blast.

00:20:17.880 And keep in mind, Steve, these are constitutional powers that are given to the president at a plenary level.

00:20:23.620 This is not some, you know, some sideaway thing that we would give to just any – this isn't some member of government.

00:20:30.480 This isn't a member of the chain of command.

00:20:31.680 The commander-in-chief is the chain of command.

00:20:35.560 The commander-in-chief is classification.

00:20:38.340 That information is his information.

00:20:40.820 If we're talking about retention, by the way, obviously – look, the Espionage Act was written in World War I.

00:20:46.360 It was written before we had this little thing called computers.

00:20:49.400 Anything the president have, obviously, is a copy.

00:20:51.960 But, Steve, beyond all that, he then goes on in the piece to accuse me of not citing him, which I'm going back and saying, wait a minute, I pulled up all your documents.

00:21:01.820 I pulled up the receipts.

00:21:03.080 Don't ever accuse Jack Posobiec of not having the receipts.

00:21:06.340 And I posted, fact-checked, time-stamped everything when I had the receipts.

00:21:10.960 He comes back to me on Twitter last night.

00:21:12.660 He goes, oh, well, you know, I'm a little behind.

00:21:15.320 I've been on vacation for two days, so I must have missed what you said in your segment.

00:21:20.080 I'm sitting there going, you had time to write 5,000 words about me, but you didn't have time to watch one segment of the show.

00:21:27.960 He's been in a cave because he's got like 40 references in the 5,000.

00:21:32.780 It's not just 5,000 words.

00:21:34.420 He's got references.

00:21:35.780 That's all he's done for two days.

00:21:37.740 Oh, yeah, I missed this part of it.

00:21:40.360 Jack, I want to tie that to McCarthy because this is the – the NRO is the National Review is kind of the McCarthy.

00:21:47.000 It's the old Republican Party that's kind of irrelevant.

00:21:50.080 But talk to me about all this activity.

00:21:51.700 We know we've got Comers on the Katsimatiti show. 0.54

00:21:54.520 He's in Hannity in studio last night.

00:21:56.120 All of a sudden, it's activity.

00:21:57.080 They've got McCarthy and Jordan out in Ohio where McCarthy's trying to give support to Mike Turner because they're trying to cover up the Sequoia thing.

00:22:04.540 They understand his constituents are all over him because they want to get him primary because they're burying the Sequoia.

00:22:09.980 The Wall Street Journal's got it on page one.

00:22:12.080 They're trying to bury it because they took money from Sequoia, but all this activity and spinning the wheels, this is all because this audience, the Real America's Voice, Charlie Kirk, your show, has lit these guys up and showed what phonies they are, sir.

00:22:25.640 But, Steve, there's another piece to it as well in addition to everything that you just delineated, and it's simple as this, is that Donald Trump's poll numbers were supposed to crater after these indictments.

00:22:39.720 He was supposed to go down in the polls.

00:22:42.420 He was supposed to be persona non grata, that the party was going to push him out.

00:22:47.220 We were going to move on.

00:22:48.640 And, of course, they were – and then they were going to put up a candidate to say, well, you know, we're going to find someone who's Trumpism without Trump.

00:22:55.860 We're going to find some governor.

00:22:58.080 First, they took a look at DeSantis.

00:22:59.700 Now, if you notice, Fox has started to push Youngkin.

00:23:02.200 They're starting to move over to him now saying, yeah, you know, he's term limited.

00:23:05.340 He's the only one term governor in Virginia.

00:23:07.720 That's the way they do things.

00:23:08.800 Maybe we take a look at Youngkin now.

00:23:11.320 He's got all the money, the Carlisle Group, et cetera, et cetera.

00:23:13.340 So the plan was for these indictments to destroy Trump's chances with the Republican base.

00:23:21.300 And, unfortunately, for everyone on the NRO side and Con Inc. and the establishment, it's been the exact opposite.

00:23:30.820 Not only is it galvanizing Trump's support within the primary, but go look.

00:23:35.380 Quinnipiac just put out, in my home state of Pennsylvania – Quinnipiac, by the way, not exactly a pro-Trump poll.

00:23:41.500 This isn't Rasmussen.

00:23:42.800 They say Trump's now beating Biden in the state of Pennsylvania.

00:23:46.620 Why is this?

00:23:47.360 It's clear because people can see this is a political prosecution.

00:23:50.940 That's why, in some of these cases, when you've got thousands and thousands of words written trying to explain away a paperwork dispute, a document dispute over documents that, in some cases, they weren't even able to find, like the supposed Iran memo.

00:24:05.620 Steve, Trump was supposed to fail.

00:24:09.620 DeSantis was supposed to be the one that stepped up, that everybody ran to.

00:24:13.360 It was going to be a bait-and-switch situation.

00:24:15.420 They said, we're going to replace Trump, and then we're going to reinstall somebody that we've got our hooks into.

00:24:19.900 And the exact opposite has happened.

00:24:22.260 The war room posse held strong.

00:24:24.460 The grassroots of MAGA held strong.

00:24:26.540 They saw through everything that was going on, and the only thing that's happening is the same thing that happened in 2015, 2016, just on a much, much greater scale, where more and more people can see that if Donald J. Trump is the one man that all of these agencies, that all of these actors...

00:24:44.860 It got Paul Ryan.

00:24:45.940 It's so bad they had to roll out Paul Ryan because they don't even know what to do anymore, Steve.

00:24:51.120 A guy who's been so discredited.

00:24:53.060 By the way, if you watch that interview again from CNBC, Paul Ryan even points out that he knows that him going out being an anti-Trump voice isn't exactly going to be very helpful for the cause because he says, well, you know, the plan was for me to kind of be in the background here, and I wasn't going to be the one out here making the case.

00:25:13.280 But it ain't going according to plan because as the great Mike Tyson once said, everybody's got to plan until you get punched in the face.

00:25:22.040 Face.

00:25:23.060 Real quick, a couple things.

00:25:24.620 Number one, the priest, you know, the FBI and the DOJ, they're still rolling up priest at abortion centers.

00:25:30.540 Mike Davis is going to be in here at 6 o'clock.

00:25:32.160 By the way, breaking news, the Supreme Court just ruled that the affirmative action is unconstitutional.

00:25:38.780 We're going to have Mike Davis going to be on later this afternoon to be on there.

00:25:44.120 Finally got something right.

00:25:46.240 Finally got something right.

00:25:47.360 Jack, this whole thing is still, you know, they just sentenced a priest to six months, I think, in prison.

00:25:53.940 They're letting the radicals that are burning down these, the centers where we're trying to help women that are pregnant. 0.78

00:25:59.640 They're letting them go.

00:26:01.900 They're still, they're anti-Christian, anti-Catholic.

00:26:05.040 Is there any doubt in your mind about this, this FBI and the DOJ?

00:26:08.060 Steve, we already know this is the same FBI, the same DOJ that was going after Christians for meeting and being a little too devout.

00:26:17.880 They were going after people for praying the rosary.

00:26:20.160 This is the Atlantic Magazine and SPLC classified the rosary and praying the rosary as an extremist symbol.

00:26:27.920 They're classifying devout Catholics as extremists and putting lists of churches up.

00:26:33.620 And then, of course, we can see, as we saw in Los Angeles last week when I was out there with Bishop Strickland and John Yepp and all the heroes standing up for the sisters in this country that they've become under attack now.

00:26:47.260 The sisters of perpetual insanity that they gave that deranged award to in Los Angeles, that was a direct attack on the nuns.

00:26:55.800 The Immaculate Heart of Mary nuns that taught me when I was in school, going through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the nuns that worked their fingers to the bone, they're under attack.

00:27:05.640 The priests are under attack.

00:27:07.320 The laity is under attack.

00:27:09.160 The pro-lifers are under attack.

00:27:10.520 And if people don't understand that this is a coordinated campaign, the likes of which is going on, by the way, hand in glove, hand in glove with every revolutionary regime in the last 100 years, Steve, who is the first group that always gets targeted?

00:27:28.420 It's always the church.

00:27:29.740 It's always the believers. 0.83

00:27:31.000 It's always the priests and the nuns, whether it's Russia, whether it's Spain, whether it's Poland, whether it's South America, it doesn't matter.

00:27:38.720 It's always first.

00:27:41.580 Jack, how do people get to you?

00:27:43.700 The show, you follow Charlie Kirk's Noon to Two here on REV.

00:27:47.120 You come next.

00:27:57.820 And then the podcast, The Rumble, if anyone misses the show.

00:28:01.000 Of course, Andy McCarthy had to be very snarky.

00:28:04.980 Human Events, I didn't even know that was around anymore.

00:28:07.720 Andy, get with the program, bro.

00:28:10.040 Go with the audiences.

00:28:12.100 Jack Posobiec, thank you.

00:28:13.160 And thank Tanya Tay.

00:31:46.920 We've got to thank you, Steve, Cameron, who always answers my call, President Trump, who has helped us endorsing precinct strategy, Dan Schultz.

00:31:55.100 We've got to get everybody involved.

00:31:56.220 It's great to sell flag shirts, and it's great to have all the people to let me know that I'm great.

00:32:01.040 But you've got to get involved.

00:32:02.820 You know, the country's falling apart.

00:32:04.740 And we have terrific people out there that have done a wonderful job.

00:32:07.520 Michelle Swinnick, Raj Dorazami, Joe Von Pulitzer has helped us with Flag Day.

00:32:12.360 It's up to close to a million people have watched it.

00:32:14.880 Tyler Boyer, Charlie Kirk.

00:32:16.500 Wow.

00:32:17.080 Anna Sixtro in South Carolina, Joe Citano.

00:32:21.440 Tina Salina, California, got to be 10,000 people.

00:32:24.100 Joe Welch, 3,400 people in Michigan.

00:32:27.860 John Frederick is a great help.

00:32:29.520 He's been helping us day and night.

00:32:31.600 So go to theflagshirt.com.

00:32:33.380 Get your shirt today.

00:32:34.560 I'm waiting for the orders.

00:32:36.020 We'll do it.

00:32:37.200 Action, action, action.

00:32:38.420 Thank you so much, Steve.

00:32:39.760 You're great.

00:32:41.040 Steve Stearns, 82 years old.

00:32:43.520 He's going to be in there today packing and shipping.

00:32:45.560 Make sure you get it.

00:32:46.320 And he made a great point.

00:32:48.120 This whole month is going to be pride in country and pride in old glory, not pride in that perversion.

00:32:54.440 And degeneracy.

00:32:55.400 Pride in your country and pride in old glory.

00:32:58.560 Pride in the American flag and what it stands for.

00:33:01.320 Steve Stearns, thank you.

00:33:02.240 Thank you for doing this.

00:33:03.300 And thank you for being on this morning.

00:33:04.400 And thank you for having me.

00:33:05.240 And I'm wearing my PC button.

00:33:06.700 You can see it.

00:33:07.580 Let's become a precinct committee man, a committee woman. 1.00

00:33:10.940 Action, action, action.

00:33:12.180 You got it.

00:33:12.660 Sign up now.

00:33:13.260 The most ambitious 82-year-old I know.

00:33:16.860 Thank you very much, Steve.

00:33:17.840 Amazing.

00:33:18.400 Precinct strategy.

00:33:19.980 Go to Dan Schultz's site.

00:33:21.140 Check out the book.

00:33:21.860 Do that over 4th of July.

00:33:23.020 Make that your reading material.

00:33:24.900 Pride in country.

00:33:27.220 Pride in your flag.

00:33:28.260 Pride in old glory.

00:33:29.060 Not this, not what they've done to June, a great month, right? 0.91

00:33:33.940 This pride and perversion, this degeneracy, disgusting, revolting, right?

00:33:38.600 That's what they're trying to do.

00:33:39.660 They're trying to, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's what Mao Zedong did in taking down

00:33:46.320 the, the Chinese, the, the, the, the, uh, cultural revolution because of the traditional

00:33:50.900 nature of Lao Bai Jing in Chinese society and how important family is.

00:33:55.780 They went against what they called the four olds, right?

00:33:57.940 The old ways, the old norms, the old traditions.

00:34:01.080 That's what they tried to do and destroy it.

00:34:03.200 That's what this, that's what turned this thing into pride month. 0.98

00:34:05.320 I got an article up in, in off, I think, uh, CNBC or business week, something that how

00:34:10.660 the CEOs are starting to whine.

00:34:12.300 Oh my gosh, they've made it so toxic.

00:34:14.240 We can't do our proud thing anymore. 0.96

00:34:15.480 You damn right. 1.00

00:34:16.200 It's toxic because you've made it toxic, a bunch of perverts and degenerates, right? 0.99

00:34:20.540 Pride in country, pride in your flag, the American flag, old glory. 0.98

00:34:25.740 Not this other thing that the, the Biden, the radical Biden regime has dishonoring, you

00:34:30.200 know, holding up there in the place of glory, the place of glory and power at the white

00:34:34.940 house.

00:34:36.060 And you saw Biden yesterday.

00:34:37.080 I mean, he, who even knows what's going on with this guy?

00:34:39.540 Got the weird face and the marks up, you know, who's is, is, is, uh, Jill, you know,

00:34:44.940 got him up, uh, he's, she's putting him in a tight fitting lassie costume at night and

00:34:49.840 make him eat out of a monogrammed dog dish is that's what's going on in the white house 0.94

00:34:53.940 with, uh, with a doctor, doctor.

00:34:57.260 Let me underline that Dr. Jill Biden. 0.85

00:34:59.440 What's going on with that group?

00:35:01.580 Yeah.

00:35:01.800 I'm not buying the thing that it's sleep apnea or everything.

00:35:04.380 It's too weird, right?

00:35:05.600 She got it.

00:35:05.980 She got it.

00:35:06.420 She got a dog mask on that guy. 1.00

00:35:08.660 What is going on over there?

00:35:11.780 It's just the whole thing.

00:35:13.440 Hey, like I said, just check with Garrett Ziegler.

00:35:16.920 He's going to be on tonight.

00:35:17.880 You go to, go to his website, go check it out right now.

00:35:20.260 I think he's had 3 million people hit it the last couple of days coming on the war room.

00:35:23.660 As he says, it's a family of feral dogs.

00:35:27.580 Okay.

00:35:29.100 So I don't know.

00:35:30.840 I'm going to go to, uh, Tara doll here in a second, but I want to play.

00:35:35.440 So listen, because you people have been blowing up the phones, two zero two, two, two, five,

00:35:41.340 three, one, two, one, because of you blowing up the phones to the house, uh, up there to

00:35:46.700 the house of representatives to run around New York, to run around Fox.

00:35:51.640 I mean, they're, they're now it's all, it's all, you know, we're, we're going to peach

00:35:54.700 this guy, we're peach that guy.

00:35:55.800 We're going to peach this.

00:35:56.500 We're going to start inquiries.

00:35:57.860 That's all because you're blowing them up.

00:36:01.380 They were just going to stumble through here and come back to, you know, take another 10

00:36:04.520 days off for, for, for 4th of July.

00:36:06.860 And then they're going to come back and they're going to spend a couple of weeks.

00:36:09.920 And then they're going to go in August.

00:36:11.060 They've already got their CODELs, the congressional delegations.

00:36:14.160 They've already set their planes.

00:36:15.340 They're going all over the world.

00:36:17.060 So it's so important for that gang to really understand the world as it is today.

00:36:20.720 That's very important.

00:36:21.620 So they're going to go on your nickel all over the world.

00:36:24.380 That's already booked and they ain't, they're not going to unbook that.

00:36:28.100 Okay.

00:36:28.940 They, uh, so you're blowing them up.

00:36:31.240 So they know they're going to leave in August 1st and not come back to mid

00:36:33.740 September.

00:36:34.200 So the, the scam has already been up in Politico that the 30th of the end of the fiscal year

00:36:39.280 is not going to be where appropriations are going to get done.

00:36:41.180 Do you see our another, um, you know, uh, another omnibus and they're already talking

00:36:47.780 about those articles.

00:36:48.640 I've got them up on the journal, every place else on how the debts out of control.

00:36:51.760 Now, Shazam, who thought that?

00:36:53.940 Wow.

00:36:54.360 Is that true?

00:36:55.060 Is that debt out of control?

00:36:56.200 Man, I don't understand that.

00:36:58.740 But now they're running around because they got to be, you know, the performative part

00:37:01.820 didn't work.

00:37:02.360 You were too smart for that.

00:37:03.880 You know, Comer having a hearing every couple of weeks and sending Nancy Mace over and Boebert 0.90

00:37:07.820 over and go into the treasury department and, you know, open the file and look at another

00:37:11.780 SARS report. 0.99

00:37:13.220 So we said, that's, that's crap. 0.99

00:37:14.800 It's not cutting it. 0.99

00:37:15.500 You know, and Jim Jordan's got three guys on the, on the staff of the, of the government

00:37:19.440 weaponization and they're not, nothing's happening.

00:37:23.360 Nothing's happening.

00:37:24.080 It's the end of the first half of the year and show me what we got.

00:37:30.860 Nothing's happening.

00:37:31.880 So now they're going to run around because you've got the bayonet in the back.

00:37:35.100 Okay.

00:37:35.380 Come on, move along, move along.

00:37:36.740 You got to go quicker.

00:37:37.520 Pick up the pace.

00:37:38.780 Let's go to a trot.

00:37:40.040 We're going to get to a charge, but let's go to a trot.

00:37:41.960 Let's quick step.

00:37:44.100 So now they're doing all, now all of a sudden, everything's a big reveal.

00:37:46.840 They're going to do this.

00:37:47.600 They're going to do that.

00:37:48.320 And he goes up there last on hand.

00:37:49.820 He says, you know, Janet Yellen, I'm going to go, I'm going to, we're going to get the

00:37:52.760 SARS reports because if we sat on the show now for four weeks, why are you guys traipsing

00:37:58.080 over to the treasury and going in there and taking notes and then leaving?

00:38:02.160 Why don't you subpoena, then force them to give you the documents so that you can have 0.65

00:38:06.380 a staff and get in a conference room and put it all out there and have like 50 grundoons

00:38:11.180 24 hours a day.

00:38:12.520 And every now and then you throw them some food or a cup of coffee and say, keep working.

00:38:17.020 That's what you do.

00:38:17.960 If you're serious, that's what Democrats do.

00:38:21.260 Democrats know how to roll.

00:38:23.940 This thing is the whiff and poof society.

00:38:26.520 It's all the little bow ties and they're running around and it's all controlled opposition.

00:38:30.460 Just, it just, they're just tapping it along. 0.99

00:38:32.700 And now people are just tired of it's crap. 0.99

00:38:35.160 And thank God the quiet part came out and now even president Trump sees it. 0.99

00:38:38.740 He knows this to put in the shiv every day and they got to send the board member.

00:38:42.800 Never, never in the history of this country, ever, has a member of a public, a board member

00:38:50.220 of a publicly traded company has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, has ever gone

00:38:55.960 out and said that a president would be dangerous, be dangerous if he won.

00:39:00.660 If he wins, it's dangerous.

00:39:02.940 He should be, the shareholders should force him out today.

00:39:07.020 But, and I'm sure they're going to get shareholder lawsuits about this and they should, to have

00:39:12.880 a guy like that up there.

00:39:13.860 And he's picked, he's picked by Murdoch specifically to be kind of his pilot fish to guide it.

00:39:20.240 You saw, you saw his craft and he's thinking through yesterday, you know, how they do this,

00:39:24.000 how they get the Keebler elves to be important.

00:39:26.240 Nobody cares about the Keebler elves.

00:39:28.160 They're talking about, and this is why the Kennedy town hall resonated last night.

00:39:31.860 And he's actually talking about things, and I understand, Kennedy's not perfect, right?

00:39:37.660 And he's not full MAGA.

00:39:38.740 I never said he was.

00:39:40.660 He's never said he was.

00:39:41.500 There's some issues he, you know, he's 180 out.

00:39:44.840 I got that.

00:39:46.120 But he is a populist.

00:39:47.300 He makes the case last night about that.

00:39:48.960 Now, he's too much still of government and still too much of, I think, a little top down,

00:39:52.980 but he's got strong populist inclinations, right?

00:39:57.280 And you can see it by the way the children's health defense is, the way he went after Fauci,

00:40:02.120 the way he goes after Big Pharma, the way he goes after the administrative state.

00:40:06.180 You don't think Trump and Kennedy would be a perfect combination to take down the,

00:40:12.260 do you think that the administrative and deep state right now are sitting there thinking,

00:40:17.060 hey, Kennedy, Trump, Kennedy combined.

00:40:19.180 Oh, my God.

00:40:19.960 Do you think they're rooting for that?

00:40:21.560 Do you think they want that?

00:40:23.080 That's what they want?

00:40:24.540 Do you think that's what they want?

00:40:26.000 Uh, trust me, they do not.

00:40:28.580 Okay?

00:40:29.340 And that in and of itself is important.

00:40:33.600 There's a new thing happening in politics in this country, even more than the populist

00:40:37.800 nationalist revolt that happened back in the 14 and 15 or started to build.

00:40:42.520 And then President Trump manifested that with his campaign and what he stood for in his

00:40:46.580 first term.

00:40:48.240 Something even deeper is happening today.

00:40:51.340 And you can see it.

00:40:52.460 I can see it quite clearly of how this thing is evolving and developing day by day.

00:40:56.340 And as it devolves, as it evolves and as it develops, the old politics becomes more

00:41:03.700 and more, it becomes fainter and fainter and more and more irrelevant.

00:41:07.840 And that's why nobody cares about the debates.

00:41:10.140 Nobody cares.

00:41:10.820 In the old days, remember, every candidate go and the people would track them and they'd

00:41:13.920 say something at a town hall meeting and immediately be, nobody cares.

00:41:17.280 Nobody cares because it's not important.

00:41:22.040 In a busy schedule, in a busy life, and really thinking about the direction of your company,

00:41:25.700 the countries, it doesn't mean anything.

00:41:27.060 But of course, the corporate media is always going to have them.

00:41:29.600 Fox is going to churn these guys nonstop, right?

00:41:32.560 Trying to get some traction, trying to get some traction, trying to get some critical mass.

00:41:36.440 CNN, always going to, they're going to churn and churn.

00:41:39.360 Chris Christie's up there pontificating last night.

00:41:41.420 You know, they're going to keep, you know, Christie and Asa Hutchinson, all the odd point

00:41:45.940 odds are going to be up there, they're going to be up there nonstop.

00:41:49.400 Let me go ahead and play, let's play Comer.

00:41:51.340 He was on thing.

00:41:52.080 I know it's a three minute clip.

00:41:53.080 We only got a couple minutes.

00:41:53.800 Let's play it.

00:41:54.180 We're going to go to break.

00:41:54.880 I'm going to come back.

00:41:55.420 Let's at least get Comer because now all Comers, he's all fired up. 0.95

00:41:58.500 He's an avenging angel all of a sudden.

00:42:00.380 Let's go ahead and play it.

00:42:02.140 Distract from the IRS so they wouldn't have to pay taxes on it.

00:42:05.360 And that's exactly what the IRS whistleblowers allege in the transcribed interview with the

00:42:10.880 Ways and Means Committee that the Biden family never paid money on any of these

00:42:15.720 wires that came into these shell companies.

00:42:17.900 Congressman, I'm not worried about the wires.

00:42:21.080 I'm not worried about the taxes.

00:42:23.040 What I'm worried about is, you know, what's going on in our country.

00:42:28.100 Right.

00:42:29.200 Some of the favors they got in cash, are they paying it back in some way?

00:42:36.800 I fear that they are.

00:42:38.300 And that's what we're looking at.

00:42:40.000 We have six specific policy decisions, four of which were made while Joe Biden was president.

00:42:45.720 Early on that.

00:42:47.040 We can't come to any other conclusion as to why these decisions were made other than the

00:42:52.760 fact that this president is compromised.

00:42:54.600 This family is taking too much money from the Chinese Communist Party not to completely

00:43:01.600 join the majority of Americans in trying to oppose the Chinese Communist Party's attempt

00:43:08.480 to take over certain industries in America.

00:43:11.640 So we're going to continue to be transparent with the American people about what we found

00:43:16.680 with respect to potential wrongdoing by this administration through the fact that they're

00:43:22.080 compromised.

00:43:23.080 That's that's what I'm worried about, that they're compromised and they're doing favors for

00:43:27.800 other countries because the amount of money flowing in other countries one way or another.

00:43:34.420 And we've talked about it in many ways.

00:43:40.580 The key is that there are six events, six policies that they now have been able to ascertain where

00:43:47.080 they where they work for the Chinese Communist Party related to the transfer of this money.

00:43:52.080 This is the big reveal.

00:43:53.380 Short break.

00:45:32.960 Okay, lead story on the Daily Mail.

00:45:35.200 We're trying to get Dr. Swain on here, may not be able to.

00:45:37.560 Mike Davis is going to join us this afternoon.

00:45:39.380 Headline, Breaking New Supreme Court Outlaws Race as a Factor in College Admissions and Major

00:45:45.080 Affirmative Action Ruling.

00:45:46.140 Justice vote 6-3 to rule Harvard.

00:45:49.760 Excuse me.

00:45:50.200 In North Carolina programs, unconstitutional.

00:45:53.520 The big picture there is SCOTUS College Race bombshell.

00:45:59.780 Big ruling today.

00:46:01.080 Mike Davis is going to break it down for us in the afternoon show.

00:46:05.040 And we'll try to get Dr. Carol Swain in here to break it down for us this morning, if we

00:46:09.520 can do it.

00:46:12.640 So the investigations are completely reactive.

00:46:17.860 They don't have the staff.

00:46:19.500 When the Democrats are in charge, they get massive staffs.

00:46:24.080 They get all these U.S.

00:46:26.220 attorney, assistant U.S.

00:46:27.480 attorneys to get all these local prosecutors.

00:46:29.160 They get the top guys from all these think tanks they got.

00:46:31.800 They don't care how much money they spend.

00:46:33.540 They have huge staffs because they're going after people.

00:46:36.620 The Republicans get guys from their current staff and a couple other people, and that's

00:46:39.880 it.

00:46:40.280 Nothing's happening.

00:46:42.800 202-225-3121.

00:46:44.720 Light them up and say, what is going on?

00:46:46.420 We're tired of going on TV.

00:46:47.660 We're tired of you guys going to tell you what you're going to do.

00:46:50.640 Show us.

00:46:51.840 Show us.

00:46:53.680 Show us what you're doing. 0.99

00:46:55.780 It's ridiculous.

00:46:56.820 We're at the end of the first half of 2023.

00:46:59.640 They've been there six months, plenty of time.

00:47:02.000 They have not subpoenaed that phone that's in the Garrett Ziegler, the laptop from hell

00:47:08.260 that they've had for years now.

00:47:11.080 John Solomon's talking about he called years ago and got Biden on the phone.

00:47:14.120 They haven't subpoenaed that.

00:47:15.280 They haven't.

00:47:15.720 That's sorry.

00:47:16.200 They're talking about, oh, I'm going to go to Treasury.

00:47:17.680 I'm going to get Janet.

00:47:18.260 Yeah.

00:47:18.400 Well, why?

00:47:19.020 Just do it.

00:47:19.620 Why don't you do it on January 30th?

00:47:21.600 Why don't you do it on the 29th of January?

00:47:24.920 Why are you waiting to the 29th of June?

00:47:26.620 Tell me what you're going to do.

00:47:28.780 You've got Comer.

00:47:29.740 You've got the power.

00:47:31.660 And also Comer, when you show up on a Ducey show this morning, the guy's lighting you up.

00:47:36.620 When he asked you a question, you talked about six things.

00:47:39.360 What are they?

00:47:40.620 What's the crime?

00:47:41.260 What are they?

00:47:41.980 Your staff has to have you ready.

00:47:44.780 You can't say that.

00:47:45.440 Badee, badee, badee, badee, badee, badee, badee, badee, badee.

00:47:48.820 Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

00:47:51.880 Here's what it is.

00:47:52.620 Here's the date.

00:47:53.560 Boom.

00:47:54.080 January 15th.

00:47:54.940 They took money.

00:47:55.580 Here's a wire transfer.

00:47:56.880 His staff's got to get him up to speed.

00:47:58.720 Don't think because you're going in Fox, it's going to be a friendly interview.

00:48:03.280 They're part of the problem.

00:48:05.640 Hannity may throw you a softball, but you're going this morning, Ducey just asks you, okay,

00:48:08.940 where's the crime?

00:48:09.660 Tell me what you got.

00:48:12.040 You're going to go, well, that's what we're going to go figure out.

00:48:13.560 No, no, no.

00:48:14.020 If you're going to make these allegations, boom, it was on this date, the money transferred,

00:48:18.240 this is the policy they did.

00:48:19.260 Boom.

00:48:19.520 This is how CCP did.

00:48:20.520 Boom.

00:48:20.940 This is what they did.

00:48:21.800 Boom.

00:48:22.040 Boom.

00:48:22.260 This is what they did.

00:48:24.100 It's simple.

00:48:25.320 Take your number two pencil out and write it down.

00:48:27.460 Hey, how about this?

00:48:28.440 Get a staff.

00:48:30.100 Hire some outside people.

00:48:31.220 Let's see some of these great people in town that know this stuff backwards and forwards.

00:48:35.540 Why are they not on your staffs?

00:48:37.360 The reason is you're not serious.

00:48:39.380 It's all performative.

00:48:41.100 You want to tap dance around.

00:48:42.060 And finally, when we start blowing people up, the donors up there the other day, I heard,

00:48:45.780 we're telling McCarthy, hey, you got to tamp down this firestorm.

00:48:48.960 Throw them, you know, get out there.

00:48:50.300 Get in front of them.

00:48:50.760 Start talking.

00:48:51.340 We're going to start impeaching people.

00:48:52.340 Yeah, we don't even know.

00:48:53.180 The Hill's got an article.

00:48:54.420 Who are they going to impeach?

00:48:55.960 It's a free fire zone.

00:48:58.600 Are they going to impeach Mayorkas? 1.00

00:48:59.700 Are they going to impeach Garland?

00:49:01.140 Are they going to impeach Biden?

00:49:01.960 What are they going to do?

00:49:02.540 I want to bring in another one, as important, because this is another angle.

00:49:08.420 Wall Street Journal yesterday had the lead story, had the big story up there on Sequoia

00:49:11.780 Capital.

00:49:12.180 We've been on this now for years.

00:49:15.120 We really revved it up a couple of months ago.

00:49:17.520 And this is why McCarthy's out to give Mike Turner some backing yesterday in Ohio, because

00:49:22.060 he understands we're coming for Turner, because Turner shut it down at his request to Sequoia.

00:49:26.660 Tara Dahl, you were deputy chief of staff over at the National Security Council.

00:49:31.600 When you read a story like that, and Kurt Campbell, and Kurt Campbell is the man on the National

00:49:37.120 Security staff in charge of what we call the China desk or all the Asia desk.

00:49:41.240 When the story starts in the Wall Street Journal, that he's going to the head of the company

00:49:45.740 that's in D.C., David Vieira for Sequoia, and telling him, hey, you've got a problem.

00:49:51.180 This is too obvious what you're doing.

00:49:52.660 You're going to have to tone it down or restructure.

00:49:55.100 Would that be unheard of in the Trump administration, to have a national security person like yourself

00:49:59.720 go meet with a company?

00:50:01.060 Because it's so obvious you're funding the Chinese military.

00:50:04.500 Is that a normal course of business, what you guys do at the NSC, ma'am?

00:50:09.160 Yeah.

00:50:09.540 No, Steve, it's great to be with you.

00:50:11.020 Thank you for having me.

00:50:12.340 And absolutely not.

00:50:13.640 I think that's where you're seeing this two-tier justice system, where if that happened,

00:50:18.220 if a Trump administration official did that, can you imagine?

00:50:21.380 They would hold House hearings.

00:50:22.780 They would hold Senate hearings.

00:50:24.040 They would have a special counsel.

00:50:25.920 All the media would be on it.

00:50:27.600 And I think it's very interesting in this Wall Street Journal article where they put this

00:50:32.380 in about Kurt Campbell, because we have to look at Kurt Campbell.

00:50:36.040 So Kurt Campbell worked for the Asia Group prior to coming on to be Biden's senior advisor

00:50:43.660 over the Asia Indo-Affairs, right?

00:50:48.260 He's the senior advisor to President Biden.

00:50:50.640 Well, where was he before that?

00:50:51.840 He was at the Asia Group.

00:50:53.320 Prior to the Asia Group, he was assistant secretary under Hillary Clinton at the State Department.

00:50:59.560 And he has a pattern, a decade of a pattern.

00:51:02.560 There is a great investigative report done by the Project of Government Oversight that really

00:51:08.720 looks into Kurt Campbell's decades in government and how he's really used his government positions

00:51:15.840 to enrich himself.

00:51:17.600 For a perfect example, when he was assistant secretary under Secretary Clinton, he went to

00:51:25.440 Asia, he went to Burma with President Obama November 2012.

00:51:31.340 On that trip, he lifted sanctions on Burma.

00:51:36.060 Four months after he did that trip, he then worked for the Asia Group and started a $200 million

00:51:43.880 contracting project to increase the airport in Burma.

00:51:49.180 So he had this decades-long pattern of enriching himself and his clients while he's using his

00:51:58.120 government position.

00:51:59.180 So I think a really key part in this is Kurt Campbell and what he did.

00:52:04.260 And what was the context?

00:52:06.020 When he did meet with this top executive, where did they meet?

00:52:10.700 Was it at a restaurant?

00:52:12.160 Where was it?

00:52:12.720 Tara, hang on for one second.

00:52:16.880 I'm going to hold you.

00:52:17.280 I've got Peter Navarro coming up, too.

00:52:18.560 We're going to drill down more on this.

00:52:20.940 Kurt Campbell is a player, and I mean a major player, of the entire apparatus, right?

00:52:25.920 He's, as you call this, the third term of Obama.

00:52:28.860 He's one of those guys that makes it happen because he was at state.

00:52:31.600 Even before state.

00:52:32.500 This guy's been all over, been in Iraq, the whole disaster in the Middle East. 1.00

00:52:39.160 And now he's got the China watch, right?

00:52:41.320 Although he's not an old China hand. 0.69

00:52:43.300 But to send a member, a senior member, the guy in charge of China policy, of the policy

00:52:50.080 that's supposed to confront and take down the CCP, to take them to the venture capital

00:52:56.420 firm and warn them, this is getting too obvious.

00:52:59.800 This is too in people's faces.

00:53:02.640 You're going to have to tone this down, maybe break up the company, maybe do something.

00:53:06.320 But you've got to.

00:53:07.600 What we have here is not just the crimes of treason, not just the crimes of treason, it's

00:53:14.060 also the cover-up.

00:53:16.280 It's a two-pronged attack here.

00:53:18.660 In the world, show commercial break.

00:53:20.440 We've got Dr. Peter Navarro, Tara Dahl, Reggie Littlejohn.
