Bannon's War Room - Episode 2885： Accountability On The Spending For Ukraine

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.500 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.100 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.860 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.440 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.260 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.200 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.420 all of this would be done under the framework of a decades-old conservative legal theory

00:00:58.600 which rejects the idea of a three-branch system of government and the fundamental concept

00:01:04.100 of checks and balances instead according to the times supporters of that theory argue that article

00:01:10.260 two of the constitution gives the president complete control of the executive branch so

00:01:16.680 congress cannot empower agency heads to make decisions or restrict the president's ability

00:01:22.080 to fire them in a statement to the times a trump campaign spokesperson did not deny the plans

00:01:29.260 but instead said the former president has quote laid out a bold and transparent agenda for his second

00:01:36.860 term and this is one of those vintage trump moments joe where his base will love this in some ways

00:01:44.260 well they'll love it as uh we we talked about last night because uh it suggests that he's strong and

00:01:51.580 authoritarianism has swept the republican party it used to be small government small government's

00:01:56.540 been replaced by authoritarianism you're the vanguard of a revolution

00:02:01.120 it takes 4 000 political appointees in the second trump third trump victory second trump term 3 000

00:02:11.700 non-senate confirmed we have what six or eight thousand here you are the cadre that is going to

00:02:18.840 inform this government you're going to take over this government you're going to take over the

00:02:24.060 administrative state that's why old man murdoch doesn't want to show it he understands you're about

00:02:32.740 action enough talk talk about the danger the level of danger to american democracy

00:02:39.720 well if you love mussolini you will love what donald trump is talking about for 2025

00:02:47.140 uh mussolini followed the unitary executive theory too which meant total power to the dictator no

00:02:54.900 constraints this about is about as un-american i think you will all agree as anything i've ever heard

00:03:01.760 i mean the reason why this country was founded was as a rebuke to the british king we wanted to develop

00:03:08.780 a system where you could not have a king you could not have a dictator power was under constraint

00:03:14.660 when you were tuscaloosa joe i'm sure that you talked about as you have ever since the fact that

00:03:20.700 there are checks and balances three branches of government that's all james madison who used to be

00:03:26.340 a conservative hero now comes along donald trump the first major candidate in american history to say

00:03:33.360 outright i want a presidential dictatorship i can't think of anything that's more out of the american

00:03:40.360 tradition this is a crusade this is a holy war against the deep state

00:03:46.440 donald trump is our instrument for retribution

00:03:51.160 i don't want to hear glenn yonkin in a vest i don't want to hear 0.82

00:03:56.040 kemp with his georgiax i don't want to hear it 1.00

00:03:59.000 donald trump is our instrument for righteous ignition

00:04:05.400 it's not going to be biden and it's it really is willie it's from from madison who was a conservative

00:04:15.380 hero for generations from madison to mussolini all the power in the executive branch the power

00:04:23.100 to shut down tv stations the power to to prefer certain businesses to other uh businesses it is

00:04:30.780 it's exactly what fascists do yeah this is pure strongman stuff and they're saying it out loud

00:04:36.700 they're saying this is what we're going to do you watch this in the first term it's going to be even

00:04:40.480 worse in the second term just saying it so here's trump's former chief of staff john kelly also warning

00:04:45.320 about the possibility of a second term for the former president kelly told the new york times quote

00:04:50.640 it would be chaotic it simply would be chaotic because he'd continually be trying to exceed his authority

00:04:56.540 but the sycophants would go along with it it would be a non-stop gunfight with the congress

00:05:01.720 and the courts and so you can imagine eugene robinson a scenario where instead of general

00:05:06.580 kelly or general mattis or any of the people who said they stayed in those jobs to provide guard

00:05:11.320 rails because they worried about what was behind them won't be there and i say this only slightly

00:05:16.620 kidding that mr pillow would be the man in the oval office giving guidance and advice to donald trump

00:05:23.280 not kidding don't don't laugh it would be people like mr pillow and and sydney powell and the and the

00:05:29.940 the entire crazy lunatic fringe uh that gathered around donald trump and that will enable this move 0.55

00:05:39.120 toward fascism i mean this is textbook fascism um and it's it's outrageous it's incredibly dangerous not 0.95

00:05:48.220 just to to our system of democracy and our democratic values it's just it's just dangerous because he's

00:05:56.400 talking about wanting to essentially fire the people in the federal bureaucracy who who know how to run

00:06:04.820 things who make the country work who keep our air clean and our water safe and and who um who who keep us

00:06:16.020 safe uh in the intelligence agencies and in the defense department and everywhere he sees somebody

00:06:22.400 who who doesn't toe the line who doesn't go along with every crazy anti-democratic idea he has he wants

00:06:31.240 the ability to fire that person and replace him or her with a lackey um that's what he wants that's what

00:06:39.680 he intends we should believe him when he says says it and um this is a great danger to the to the country

00:06:47.220 that we know so johnny okay you heard that if you guys want to serve you've got to get engaged now you've

00:06:53.760 got to be involved now because one of the big parts of this is networking it's not just training people

00:06:58.180 up but those networks that we do with grassroots organizations with other organizations walk through

00:07:03.200 tell me what the plan is so we're collecting resumes we're getting as much information as we can now to

00:07:09.100 save the transition time on the back end as you know when a president wins our president elect wins

00:07:14.840 things happen very quickly and you have a short amount of time to staff an entire administration

00:07:20.180 it's also looking beyond the 4 000 and what we can do with the bureaucracy itself so we're thinking of

00:07:26.560 creative policy things as well that will integrate with this well hold it when we talk about that let's

00:07:31.360 talk about schedule i mean is there going to be a plan in place to start to take apart the

00:07:35.740 administrative state there has to be and yes there will be the next president if president trump gets

00:07:41.680 back in there he needs to reorient the government that's in a way that hasn't been seen since

00:07:47.060 franklin roosevelt did it with the new deal we need to gut these agencies we need to start from scratch

00:07:52.540 we need to make a new government essentially because the one that we have now doesn't work for

00:07:57.960 conservatives it wasn't made for us it's built against us so we have to go back to the drawing board

00:08:03.460 with these agencies okay uh it is uh tuesday 18 july year of the lord 2023 we're on the eve of the um

00:08:13.400 the massive screening tomorrow and bed minister of sound of freedom talk more about that in a little

00:08:19.220 while uh breaking news uh looks like jack smith over at the um j6 uh grand jury or the j6 investigations

00:08:28.520 he's running has sent a target letter to president trump and i think given according to president

00:08:33.420 trump and a true social that just broke and if denver would get a chance we can put that up sometime

00:08:38.500 in the in this block uh president trump saying he's got four days uh to get to a grand jury according

00:08:44.560 to president trump this is all coming from him also the hill newspaper uh lead story this morning before

00:08:52.140 this uh lead story this morning was that the conference that mccarthy and the conference are

00:08:57.220 talking about an impeachment inquiry into uh merrick garland uh for um for covering up for the biden

00:09:04.920 crime family the feral dogs over at the biden family so that is underway in a discussion taking

00:09:10.620 place we'll have a ralph norman here uh in a little while to talk about that also uh jordan jim jordan

00:09:17.740 is looking at uh contempt uh uh charges uh against ray uh another breaking story on a number of sites

00:09:24.840 a lot going on what you just saw there in the cold open morning joe morning mika and morning joe in a

00:09:30.600 complete meltdown on this new york times story but kind of dovetails with my speech uh at turning

00:09:36.660 point usa and also our interview uh with the johnny mcinty and james bacon working over at the heritage

00:09:43.400 uh about this new this plan that president trump's got to deconstruct the administrative state you see

00:09:49.320 right there the progressive left in the media uh and there's a new poll out on biden i think he's

00:09:55.480 got 28 percent approval among adults uh in his presidency i'll get that up hopefully in the next

00:10:02.140 block just came in they're in complete total meltdown president trump actually has a theory of

00:10:08.280 government here and and that theory of government is we're going to deconstruct the administrative state

00:10:12.440 the deep state uh we're going to take it apart by both not just personnel and putting in your own

00:10:18.060 personnel that's what johnny mcinty these folks one of the things they're working on is the training up

00:10:22.480 uh and the coordination of the 3 000 political appointees that we have and of course the additional

00:10:28.500 1 000 have to be confirmed by the senate uh but also um about uh doing away with billets uh cutting off

00:10:36.440 money actually doing a massive restructuring of the federal bureaucracy remember i think two and a half

00:10:42.320 million civilian employees a couple of million military uh one of the keys that people don't

00:10:47.180 talk about i think is 16 to 18 million contractors uh 16 to 18 million contractors so it's about 20

00:10:52.920 million roughly you know rounding it's kind of hard you can ask your government for so much but you

00:10:58.380 can't ask we give you a head count of actually who's on the payroll uh that is underway and that is

00:11:04.020 going to be remember i said this is a three-part program it was the primary right to get past the uh

00:11:08.860 the murdochs fox republicans uh then the general uh election and it you know biden or whoever they

00:11:16.140 pick whether it's pritzker uh huge a profile in the new yorker a puff piece on gretchen whitmer so you

00:11:23.260 know she's coming that's what the new yorker is doing to tee everything up uh also you've got

00:11:27.500 michelle obama and of course gavin newsom or somebody it won't be uh kamala harris uh probably won't

00:11:33.960 be biden so you get the the brutal general then you've got to actually govern and president trump

00:11:39.080 has said and i think merrick garland the justice department the fbi proved this against president

00:11:43.620 trump here's a guy that's leading in the polls harvard harris has him up six points

00:11:47.440 over joe biden uh many polls have him up at least four to six points on on bide in a general election

00:11:53.940 rematch uh there's no energy in the biden uh campaign all the money he spent all the money

00:11:59.260 mccarthy's allowed him to spend has got no traction new poll out this morning i think he's

00:12:03.520 got 28 approval among adults they understand that he's failing to get traction no matter how much

00:12:09.240 money he spends and the more he does these kind of weird creep moves like he did in lithuania with

00:12:15.100 the sniffing the little girl on you know global television uh he makes it harder and harder

00:12:19.880 to sell him to the american people uh they're going to look at alternatives but as i said from day

00:12:26.020 one the only way they can try to stop the only way they can stop president trump is through lawfare

00:12:30.140 the only way they're going to try to stop him is through lawfare and um uh you know with the

00:12:35.060 situation in georgia the situation in um the situation in washington dc they're coming at president

00:12:41.240 trump uh pretty strong pretty hard like i said he just put out that he's a target of the j6 um i guess

00:12:48.660 the j6 uh grand jury under jack smith he got a target letter this is president trump put this out

00:12:53.440 he's supposed to go before a grand jury in four days kevin mccarthy in the conference is discussing

00:12:59.480 a uh actual impeachment inquiry into merrick garland that impeachment inquiry would be for

00:13:04.800 the cover-up of uh of uh the aspects of the bite investigation last night it broke that an fbi uh agent

00:13:14.060 in delaware a special agent in signed to delaware to this hunter biden case actually did a transcribed

00:13:21.000 deposition that mean he came in i guess under oath they transcribed it uh he said that he backs up

00:13:27.440 the whistleblower at the irs that there was definitely a cover-up by the fbi uh in the uh in

00:13:33.200 the hunter biden situation so this thing is developing and it's getting heated uh but president trump and

00:13:39.060 the team at bed men's start in mar-a-lago the team he's put together not just in the campaign but

00:13:43.640 the broader team of rust vote uh dr kevin roberts you got heritage you got rust votes group you got

00:13:49.660 jeff clark uh jeff clark wrote this paper that we got to you early on that talked about hey

00:13:54.300 this whole theory that post-watergate that the justice department the fbi is totally independent

00:13:58.800 of the president is is incorrect this unitary executive theory says the president's the chief

00:14:04.180 magistrate he's the commander-in-chief he's the ceo of the government he can move and he can start

00:14:08.960 to restructure uh this vast uh leviathan that we call the administrative state and of course it's

00:14:14.720 rogue elements in the intelligence apparatus the military and the justice system called the deep

00:14:20.080 state okay we're going to take a short break there's a lot going on this morning laura loomer is

00:14:23.960 going to join us got an incredible report out about how fox tried to push ron de santos but maybe

00:14:30.600 they're having second thoughts right now also ralph norman's here talking about what's going on in the

00:14:35.540 house freedom caucus and other things on capitol hill we've got some activists they're going to

00:14:40.060 join us uh ambassador gunnell is going to be here with some uh discussion about i guess congressman

00:14:46.320 mccall how he's running this committee we're going to get into all of it and news updates as we get

00:14:51.720 them here in the war room well congress once again allowed himself to be pushed into appeasing the

00:15:03.120 administration and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time paving the way for continued reckless

00:15:10.120 spending and further devaluation of the u.s dollar as our national debt continues to skyrocket

00:16:35.660 okay welcome back uh it's gonna be a hot news day and a hot news week president trump just put

00:16:41.580 out on true social he's got a target letter from uh jack smith in uh the jagus the j6 uh investigation

00:16:49.180 uh the grand jury also the conference is over the discussing right now understand this is quite

00:16:54.860 serious they're talking about an impeachment inquiry into merrick garland for his cover-up of active

00:17:00.700 cover-up of uh inquiring to hunter biden in the biden crime family also there's a move to uh either

00:17:07.260 contempt i hear actually uh criminal contempt maybe on uh on uh maybe even perjury on chris ray

00:17:13.660 there's people behind the scenes talking about this they're going through race testimony thinks

00:17:16.780 he's purged himself on multiple occasions so look a lot going on obviously this big fight

00:17:22.220 about what the trump plan is in 2025 as soon as he takes his hand off the king james bible which he will do

00:17:28.620 at high noon on the uh on the 20th of january of the year of our lord 2025 when he becomes the 47th

00:17:34.700 president of the united states uh in this time there's going to be a very well thought through

00:17:39.100 very well organized hit the deck place right in fact i believe all 3 000 people they'll be selected

00:17:45.580 as political appointees will already be on the transition team from the minute uh that president

00:17:50.860 trump's declared the winner uh shortly after um after uh around midnight on the election day um

00:17:58.780 that team will be ready to go uh of course they'll be getting the other thousand ready for

00:18:02.940 the senate confirmations which i'm sure whoever's running the senate then and it won't be mitch mcconnell

00:18:08.540 will uh actively help to get these people through not like last time uh laura loomer before we get to

00:18:13.820 the how we govern before we get to the general we got to deal with this primary and i keep telling

00:18:20.140 people it's it's a distraction it's just a waste of time and massive amount of money it is the donor

00:18:25.740 class the political operatives that are doing this but principally it's uh it's the murdochs

00:18:32.300 you know we fought a revolution to free ourselves of the control of the british here we've got the

00:18:38.300 the worst of all worlds we got kind of the commonwealth we got the australian english family

00:18:43.340 uh remember there's no americans who really own any media assets in the united kingdom they don't own

00:18:49.020 the tv channels they don't own the news channels right this is pretty unheard of that foreigners

00:18:53.420 here uh you know run this and they run it uh as controlled opposition so you always got a shiny

00:18:59.820 toy in front of you you can complain about and run around about but you never really get to the heart

00:19:03.820 of the matter uh laura you've done an extraordinary job and and here's what they're doing i said this in

00:19:08.700 the speech the other day they're gonna they're gonna select knowing they can't beat trump they will

00:19:14.060 try to do that but knowing they can't beat him they're gonna try to kneecap him like they had you know

00:19:18.860 megan kelly chris megan kelly's now doing her mea cupola's uh right i met backstage with trump and

00:19:24.220 we had a great old time and you know gosh uh darn uh i can't believe i asked those questions that

00:19:30.140 would they try to kneecap him in the first uh two minutes of the first debate back in 2015 it was

00:19:36.540 brett bear and megan kelly on orders from uh from murdoch to try to kneecap president trump of course he

00:19:42.540 handled it extraordinarily and we got through that when i was running breitbart we went and we crushed

00:19:48.140 megan kelly the next couple of days about what she had tried to do and what murdoch had tried to do

00:19:52.860 attempt it and of course you know and there's a pbs special we ought to link to that one day did a

00:19:56.700 whole one hour she called me he's a terrible misogynist all this all this nonsense now she's

00:20:01.980 now she's a turning point she got the big smile on her podcast and she's rubbing up on president

00:20:06.620 trump and he's my buddy and gosh we're all good friends now funny how that works but in the

00:20:12.300 defining moment in that unforgiving moment ma'am uh you were an instrument to try to destroy

00:20:18.300 donald trump at the beginning of his uh campaign laura loomer you've done an extraordinary job

00:20:23.660 of kind of breaking this down i i would like to get your thoughts on how the murdoch apparatus which

00:20:29.100 we call fox globalist republicans fox republicans have tried to take down trump using the santas as

00:20:35.420 their first weapon can you walk us through it yeah so as you just pointed out right a lot of

00:20:40.300 people don't know this but rupert murdoch is a foreigner okay the murdoch family uh comes from

00:20:45.420 australia and while he now may be a united states citizen uh it's important to realize and also

00:20:51.660 address the fact that most of what people refer to as conservative or moderate media in this country

00:20:57.420 is owned by a foreign family the murdoch family and so it's not just fox news which uh falls under the

00:21:05.420 course owned by rupert murdoch it includes the new york post the wall street journal as well as harper

00:21:10.860 collins publishing which happens to be the publishing company that gave ron de santis his

00:21:16.220 multi-million dollar book deal so that he could pretend to be on a book tour when he was actually

00:21:21.020 illegally running a shadow presidential campaign for seven months prior to officially filing his run

00:21:27.260 for president and so uh in the very beginning you saw rupert murdoch uh use this book deal as a way to

00:21:33.580 what i would argue launder money to ron de santis he was supposed to have his original book deal

00:21:38.700 with simon and schuster and then they made up a story about why he ended this 2.2 million dollar

00:21:43.820 deal with simon and schuster uh to transfer this book deal to rupert murdoch so that they could use

00:21:49.420 it as an excuse to give him a national and even international media platform given that the murdochs own 1.00

00:21:55.980 networks and publications in the uk and australia and so you saw ron de santis get paraded on every

00:22:02.140 single fox news show you saw people like brian kilmeade uh say things that oh well you know

00:22:07.260 donald trump led an insurrection into the united states capitol and make these very provocative

00:22:12.300 and anti-trump comments uh as a way to uh transition over to de santis in fact the day after ron de santis

00:22:19.340 won his uh re-election as governor and of course he's not doing that job because he's now an absentee

00:22:24.540 governor the front page of the new york post said the future and you know that that was coordinated

00:22:30.060 because how is it that at 8 30 9 o'clock at night when ron de santis was declared uh the winner of

00:22:35.980 his election they already had uh that headline what selected and ready to go so the way it works is

00:22:42.380 usually headlines and cover stories are done the day before because you have to submit it for publication

00:22:47.820 so this is a coordinated effort a multi-billion dollar multinational effort to get uh rid of donald trump

00:22:55.500 but don't take it from me steve we know that fox news just cut an 800 million dollar check to dominion

00:23:01.020 okay and in the discovery uh you said it yourself they didn't want rupert murdoch because he's not 0.65

00:23:06.140 really a smart guy he's kind of like a bumbling old dud uh who just happens to have a lot of money and

00:23:11.740 is incapable of staying married to the same woman longer than six months and this guy um wrote a check

00:23:18.620 so that he didn't have to testify his own text messages steve reveal that he wanted to un-person

00:23:24.300 donald trump word for word he sent these texts to his son and paul ryan who of course is an advisor

00:23:30.620 in the media to ron de santis and is on the board of fox news saying that their goal is to make donald

00:23:36.140 trump a non-person he called uh january 6 basically a crime and said that donald trump needs to be shadow

00:23:43.340 banned from fox news which is why they don't show his rallies anymore but ron de santis can

00:23:48.460 have a pizza party with nine moms in new hampshire and all of them can look like hostage victims and 0.92

00:23:53.260 oh fox news is going to cut live to new hampshire

00:23:57.340 lara just hang over one second this is very important um the like i said the other day trump

00:24:03.420 president trump whether you like him or hate him it's news he gives three policy he goes to faith

00:24:08.060 and family ralph reed's group they're holding their big convention in washington dc the number one really

00:24:13.820 uh major uh even evangelical movement ralph's been doing this for a long time

00:24:18.140 then he goes from moms to liberty the parents rights movement that's on fire tina deskovitz and

00:24:23.420 tiffany justice in philadelphia uh to do an address another hour and a half speech that's three hours

00:24:28.940 then he goes to uh charlie kirk and the team at turning point usa's turning point another hour

00:24:34.540 and a half full of policy these are not rally speeches these were not rallies these are serious

00:24:40.140 full of gravitas policy uh talking about not just this record really talking about going forward

00:24:45.580 not one second covered on fox think about that four and a half almost five hours of policy speeches

00:24:51.180 in three weeks not one second covered none of none of turning point covered which was the the most

00:24:56.620 impressive turnout of of a of a conference i've seen in years nothing covered but i want to go back

00:25:02.780 that email he he used the word i want to un person this shows you not just the power the arrogance

00:25:09.100 they have i want to un person donald trump what did he mean by that laura loomer well he wants to uh

00:25:15.900 destroy him right they want to character assassinate donald trump and dog pile on like the uh rest of

00:25:21.980 the establishment media does uh they do this by refusing to give him a platform they uh told certain

00:25:28.300 hosts they weren't allowed to platform him we also saw uh messages between sean hannity and kaylee

00:25:34.140 mackney everybody seems to think that sean hannity is some you know great ally to president trump and

00:25:39.260 yet in these uh documents that were released uh from this dominion lawsuit you see sean hannity even

00:25:45.500 saying that he doesn't believe the election was stolen and telly telling kaylee mackney that he needs

00:25:50.300 to she he she needs to tell donald trump to stop talking about how the election was stolen and so you

00:25:55.660 see that trusted advisors and people who the president thinks is his friend or people who were given the

00:26:01.900 opportunity of working for him and have now stabbed him in the back and have gone on to get their own

00:26:06.300 jobs at fox news like kaylee mackney uh they were undermining donald trump how can you work for somebody

00:26:11.820 and you if you don't even believe in what they believe in and so we yeah yeah let me ask you has

00:26:18.540 the has the murdoch uh um concept of pushing desantis we're here on the 18th of july in 2023 we're uh

00:26:29.580 three weeks away from the iowa state fair in your professional opinion has that worked

00:26:35.900 absolutely not and uh rupert murdoch knows it too uh i think that they planted their own story

00:26:41.500 in rolling stone last week and i saw national polls also picked it up about how rupert murdoch

00:26:46.460 has soured on ron desantis because he can smell a loser from a mile away and now you see they're

00:26:52.220 trying to create this narrative of oh well maybe georgia governor brian kemp or glenn youngkin is going

00:26:57.020 to run but brian kemp released a statement today saying that he is not going to run for president

00:27:02.380 and they're clearly setting their their sights on somebody else because they know they know that

00:27:07.020 nobody can beat donald trump but this is about draining the gop donor base of hundreds of millions

00:27:12.620 of dollars that otherwise could have been allocated to a strong and robust ballot harvesting operation

00:27:18.060 and election integrity methods and measures they don't want trump supporters in the america

00:27:23.100 first maga movement to have access to those hundreds of millions of dollars so they have to poison the

00:27:28.220 well and it's not working because fox news is losing viewership and ron desantis is a disaster he's dead

00:27:33.740 in the water well not just in the in the in the viewership they have is empty calories um hang on

00:27:39.100 laura i'm gonna have ralph loomer i'd like you to hold on we want to come back to laura loomer

00:27:43.420 uh in our celebration of america the pride in our country the pride in our flag

00:30:06.780 It's for my lover who is in the cavalry

00:30:09.440 He said it's for my lover who is in the cavalry

00:30:17.360 He said it's for my lover in the U.S. cavalry

00:30:25.260 Okay, from 1949, that is She Wore a Yellow Ribbon,

00:30:38.660 John Ford, the master, probably the greatest filmmaker

00:30:42.620 that America's ever produced.

00:30:44.480 After World War II, he came and did what's called

00:30:48.440 the Cavalry Trilogy.

00:30:50.460 1949 was, excuse me, 1948 was Fort Apache with Henry Fonda.

00:30:54.520 Really, the first two films I think Fonda made after the war

00:30:57.700 were My Darling Clementine for John Ford.

00:31:01.760 You guys remember that.

00:31:02.620 It's about the gunfight at the O.K. Corral,

00:31:06.240 and then he did Fort Apache.

00:31:08.320 Then the second Cavalry Trilogy, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon 0.66

00:31:11.200 with John Wayne.

00:31:12.680 That's the song right there from Russ Morgan.

00:31:15.060 In 1949, 1950, Rio Grande with Maureen O'Hara and John Wayne.

00:31:20.880 That's the trilogy.

00:31:21.820 It's incredible.

00:31:22.460 If you have not watched it or you have not watched it

00:31:25.240 with your kids, do yourself a favor this summer.

00:31:29.200 Because the month of July here is Pride Month. 0.98

00:31:31.300 Pride in old glory.

00:31:32.560 Pride in our nation.

00:31:33.700 Pride in what this American Republic is.

00:31:36.060 And part of that is to make sure that we fight for it

00:31:39.420 and fight for it against this administrative state

00:31:41.960 and these out-of-control people in the deep state,

00:31:44.640 which is just absolutely outrageous.

00:31:47.140 But we're not going to stop fighting.

00:31:48.440 In fact, President Trump and his team have a plan.

00:31:50.500 It's been laid out.

00:31:51.280 New York Times talked about it the other day.

00:31:52.940 We had Johnny McEntee and James Bacon from Heritage

00:31:55.860 and from this joint effort because there's many, many think tanks

00:31:58.440 working on this Russ vote and the team over there,

00:32:01.140 Jeff Clark and many, many others.

00:32:03.360 I want to bring in Congressman Ralph Norman.

00:32:05.720 Congressman, the audience really loves you just for your common sense

00:32:09.580 and kind of representing the folks in South Carolina

00:32:13.120 and letting the nation know what the folks in your district

00:32:15.240 of the common sense patriots down there.

00:32:18.040 What is this?

00:32:18.960 They see this mess right now.

00:32:20.060 We see the day in the Hill.

00:32:21.000 They got a huge article.

00:32:22.440 Lead story this morning was about the conference.

00:32:25.580 And McCarthy are talking about beginning an impeachment inquiry on Garland

00:32:29.920 because last night it just broke.

00:32:31.620 It was up on Fox last night.

00:32:32.880 It just broke that an FBI special agent's come forward from Delaware

00:32:36.440 and said he validates everything that the whistleblower in the IRS said

00:32:40.740 that this was a cover-up of the Biden family by the FBI and DOJ.

00:32:45.360 You've got other people, another huge story on the Hill,

00:32:47.960 about either contempt charges or maybe criminal contempt on Ray,

00:32:51.040 maybe even perjury, that people are tired of him coming

00:32:53.820 and obfuscating when he comes before these panels.

00:32:56.980 Then just right before he came on,

00:32:59.340 President Trump released that he got a target letter from Jack Smith

00:33:02.680 in this grand jury.

00:33:04.280 It looks like they're trying to get ahead of what's happening down in Georgia

00:33:07.680 and who knows what's going on there.

00:33:11.000 So, Congressman Norman, what's your sense of things?

00:33:14.060 And as importantly, what's the sense of the folks down in your district

00:33:17.880 about what's going on here in the nation's capital?

00:33:19.720 Well, Steve, you opened your show with the Calvary coming.

00:33:27.860 The American people want the Calvary to come.

00:33:29.960 They want Americans to fight. 0.92

00:33:32.660 They want politicians, elected officials to fight.

00:33:35.340 The number one word that I hear, consequences.

00:33:39.500 When are these people going to have consequences?

00:33:42.040 Is this Hillary Clinton all over again,

00:33:44.480 where she takes a hammer with her computer? 1.00

00:33:47.820 And the issue that Kevin McCarthy supports

00:33:54.920 is one that's been coming a long time

00:33:57.520 with the hearings that Jim Jordan has had.

00:33:59.840 Merrick Garland, the only good thing about him,

00:34:02.400 he's not on Supreme Court.

00:34:03.960 Thank God he's not on Supreme Court

00:34:05.780 like the left wanted him on years ago.

00:34:08.220 But no, the thing with Garland,

00:34:11.780 it's so obvious what he's doing.

00:34:13.980 The scales of justice are not even in this case

00:34:18.520 on anything to do with the Bidens.

00:34:20.760 The IRS, the FBI have been thwarted from day one.

00:34:24.920 Garland has protected them.

00:34:26.440 It is an insult to the American people

00:34:28.960 that Hunter Biden could get by with basically probation

00:34:34.460 for a tax charge and a gun charge

00:34:36.660 that's going to be expunged from his record.

00:34:38.700 So what's the sentiment of people not just in South Carolina,

00:34:41.840 but all over the country?

00:34:42.660 They want consequences.

00:34:44.460 And I think Kevin's doing it the right way.

00:34:47.060 The Jim Jordan and James Palmer

00:34:48.800 are going through the process with the hearings.

00:34:51.440 People are finding out facts

00:34:53.600 that the press, the mainstream press will not report.

00:34:56.820 You will, Newsmax will, One News Network,

00:35:00.840 but Fox has changed.

00:35:02.820 And, you know, as Laura mentioned earlier in your segment,

00:35:06.980 the friends that Trump had were not his friends.

00:35:09.640 And that's becoming more and more evident.

00:35:14.880 You've been at the forefront, not just the rules.

00:35:16.840 You've been at the forefront of the spending situation.

00:35:19.700 Roy is just reporting right when you came on

00:35:22.200 that the Pentagon, they're coming forward

00:35:24.600 with another $1.4 billion military aid package to Ukraine.

00:35:30.440 Do you get a sense that, and we just now know

00:35:33.640 that there's, ever since the debt ceiling deal was passed,

00:35:37.120 there's now additional $1 trillion of debt,

00:35:40.400 is while all these investigations are going on,

00:35:43.120 can you walk us through what are we actually trying to do

00:35:46.760 in making sure that this does not spin out of control

00:35:50.200 from a spending point of view?

00:35:51.460 You've got, I know you guys have the recess coming up,

00:35:54.140 but you've got these appropriations bills.

00:35:55.860 You talked to us about regular order.

00:35:57.160 September 30th is looming.

00:35:59.860 There's a lot of talk in this city about,

00:36:02.200 oh, we're just going to have a CR,

00:36:03.560 and we're going to, you know, bundle it all up

00:36:05.760 on December 20th with an omnibus.

00:36:09.040 Can you give us a sense of the fighters like yourself?

00:36:11.700 What are we actually doing to make sure

00:36:13.180 that the spending's not out of control

00:36:14.580 and doesn't bury us while at the same time

00:36:16.860 you go about these investigations?

00:36:18.560 Well, first of all, we're finding out the information.

00:36:22.720 I mean, the Republicans took over in January.

00:36:24.800 This is July 18th.

00:36:26.700 We've had endless investigations.

00:36:28.660 We've got to have consequences with it.

00:36:30.320 With the spending, the debt ceiling,

00:36:32.200 the 218 votes were from the Republicans

00:36:37.460 on a plan that had some spending cuts.

00:36:41.840 It had limits on what this president,

00:36:44.780 this administration could do.

00:36:46.040 That was all given away.

00:36:47.300 Very disappointing that the debt ceiling talks

00:36:50.280 started out one way,

00:36:51.960 and then when it came back during the negotiations,

00:36:54.840 it was just a surrender, in our opinion.

00:36:56.860 We've got to make sure that doesn't happen again.

00:36:59.980 The good news is amendments are being debated

00:37:02.640 on all the 12 approach bills.

00:37:06.220 As it relates to NDAA,

00:37:08.300 we had some good changes in there.

00:37:10.280 The good, you know, the DEI was,

00:37:14.140 you know, a lot of it was taken out.

00:37:15.440 A lot of the woke stuff was taken out.

00:37:17.300 But I will tell you, it's a challenge.

00:37:19.840 We hadn't even been, we're making solid gains,

00:37:23.880 but it's going to have to be far more than we had.

00:37:27.780 We're not even approaching the interest on the 32 to 35 trillion.

00:37:32.620 Now, that's going to engulf what the $850 billion that we spend on the military.

00:37:37.640 So the Ukraine, you know, I have no confidence, 1.00

00:37:41.940 and I've voted against the funding for the Ukraine.

00:37:44.280 Marjorie Taylor Greene had a $300 billion bill that she wanted cut from Ukraine.

00:37:51.980 And the fact that this administration has no control,

00:37:56.540 I don't know, it's like dropping money from a helicopter.

00:37:59.460 Until there's some accountability, there should be no more money for Ukraine.

00:38:05.460 And where's the money coming from, Steve?

00:38:07.280 We don't have it.

00:38:08.140 It's borrowed money.

00:38:09.480 And it's not like we have it in a vault somewhere.

00:38:12.940 It's borrowed money, and I think the American people are tired of it.

00:38:15.500 All the good work you guys did do on getting diversity, equity, inclusion,

00:38:21.920 and a lot of the wokeness and weaponization out of the NDAA,

00:38:26.560 the National Defense Authorization Act, the Senate's going to reject a lot of that.

00:38:29.720 So what happens?

00:38:30.800 Can you give us a preview of how do you guys handle that when it comes back,

00:38:35.540 and they've rejected most of this?

00:38:37.320 What's the forecast for how much will come out,

00:38:39.580 and is there another chance to take a bite at the apple at the Ukraine?

00:38:43.660 Well, two things.

00:38:44.580 We've got to make sure what happened in the debt ceiling fight

00:38:47.580 does not end up happening with the NDAA.

00:38:51.560 I mean, as you know, it goes to conference.

00:38:54.000 The Senate is made up of spendthrifts.

00:38:56.660 They're good at spending money.

00:38:57.780 It's controlled by the Senate for the most part.

00:39:00.240 And it's got a lot of so-called Republicans that just don't step up to the plate

00:39:04.400 when you start talking about having real cuts.

00:39:09.400 No, our job is to keep the heat on the negotiators

00:39:12.160 when the committee gets together and make sure we don't give away everything.

00:39:18.660 We've got to fight this time.

00:39:20.160 We didn't on the debt ceiling fight.

00:39:22.800 It was supposed to be a fight, but it wasn't.

00:39:24.700 It was a surrender.

00:39:25.440 And instead of getting a call on a late at night to say, here's what we agreed to,

00:39:32.660 we need to have a lot of debate before it gets to any agreed to, I guess is the best way to say it,

00:39:37.860 on the NDAA and really on all the probes bills.

00:39:40.540 We're analyzing everything, rules.

00:39:43.220 We sat in rules for an average of 6 to 12 hours.

00:39:47.760 We were there until, you know, 2 o'clock one morning.

00:39:50.560 We'll be there all next week when the Farm Bill comes up.

00:39:53.840 The FAA we're voting on this week was pretty non, you know, wasn't that much controversy on that.

00:40:00.260 But the Farm Bill, you'll have some debate.

00:40:03.320 And from here on out, anything with the military, the funding for that,

00:40:08.280 we will take a hard line on and try to make sure we stick by our guns

00:40:13.400 and do something good for the American people.

00:40:16.100 The American people are tired of smoking mirrors, and that's what they've had for a long time.

00:40:21.860 Do you believe that you guys will meet the requirement of what the House committed to,

00:40:29.400 the appropriations through regular order, you'll have one appropriations bill

00:40:32.640 by the time you get back in September, and we'll get this done before the end of the fiscal year?

00:40:36.740 Do you think we'll avoid a CR, or do you see that train wreck already coming?

00:40:41.060 Well, the CR is being brought up, and for your listeners, all it is is a 1% cut,

00:40:46.040 and it basically keeps all the Pelosi bad language in there as well as the spending.

00:40:52.560 I don't want the CR, but we've got to do far better.

00:40:56.520 Imagine if, you know, in the business world you were promised 99% and you only had 1% cut.

00:41:03.240 That's not a real deal.

00:41:05.740 So hopefully we'll stick to our guns, we'll insist on it,

00:41:09.260 and I think we will have, whether it's the right numbers on the 12 or probes bills,

00:41:14.460 but hopefully we'll go to 22-level spending.

00:41:18.220 The rescissions cannot be used to basically plus up the spending as it has been,

00:41:25.320 and, you know, we'll see how it works out, but there's a strong sentiment,

00:41:29.780 and it's growing because we've got a two-seat majority.

00:41:33.280 They say four, but it's really a two-seat majority,

00:41:35.980 and we're going to have to have a lot of discussion before a spendthrift plan is agreed to this time.

00:41:44.460 You know, we talk about here about forcing Biden to come to the American people to the House

00:41:49.860 with a War Powers Resolution.

00:41:51.240 Even they put forward just asking Biden to do a strategy paper, only got 129 votes.

00:41:57.600 Do you see any effort with McCarthy or anybody to force Biden to come to the American people,

00:42:02.680 come to the people's house, and actually lay out what his strategy is in Ukraine?

00:42:06.800 You know, Steve, getting him to do anything for the leader of the free world to have to read a teleprompter

00:42:14.540 for a thank-you note, you know, you can't expect anything from him.

00:42:20.160 And so I guess the powers that be that are running this country,

00:42:24.760 but name me, and he's been, what, president two years now, two and a half years?

00:42:28.860 Name me one thing that he hasn't lied about. 0.96

00:42:31.300 He's a total sham of a president. 0.97

00:42:34.160 He's a total, and this isn't Democrat or Republican, this is anti-American, 0.97

00:42:38.120 what he's doing to this country.

00:42:40.460 From the border debacle to the spending to the lawlessness to the energy giveaway,

00:42:47.500 you know, it's just a debacle.

00:42:48.580 So anything he comes up with, you know, you can't trust,

00:42:52.700 and you can't, even if he said the right things, who's going to make him abide by it?

00:42:57.220 Nobody.

00:42:57.520 No one can because it's not in him. 0.99

00:43:00.520 He's a complete fraud. 0.94

00:43:04.260 Congressman, I know you're busy. 0.96

00:43:05.420 Can you just hang through a short commercial break?

00:43:07.100 I just have one or two questions on the other side.

00:43:08.820 I think people would want to hear your response.

00:43:11.080 Congressman Ralph Norman from South Carolina.

00:43:13.760 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:43:15.520 We'll be back.

00:43:16.180 We've got Laura Loomer is still with us.

00:43:18.340 We've got a couple of activists that I think you guys are very familiar with

00:43:22.280 that come to us, come to a lot of conferences with us.

00:43:24.800 We're going to talk about the conferences and about the grassroots power right now.

00:43:29.800 Also, Ambassador Grinnell is going to join us later about the Balkans.

00:43:33.200 It's a it's a tinderbox over there.

00:43:36.520 Ambassador Grinnell, President Trump's what temporary DNI is going to be here to explain all to us.

00:43:42.520 Back in a moment.

00:43:43.260 In my younger days, I was a naval officer on a destroyer.

00:43:51.160 In fact, I was the A-gang officer in charge of all the engineering systems that were not main propulsion.

00:43:57.620 And one of those was air purification.

00:44:00.120 And I can tell you the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.

00:44:03.640 If all home air purifiers are the same, why did the U.S. Department of Defense select EnviroCleanse to protect and purify the air on board our Navy ships?

00:44:13.880 Because of EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral technology goes beyond ordinary HEPA filters to destroy airborne illness causing cold and flu viruses, including COVID.

00:44:25.720 EnviroCleanse is the new science in air purification.

00:44:29.260 And now you can order one for your home.

00:44:31.520 This is how you help stop colds and flus from taking your whole family down.

00:44:36.300 This is how you destroy allergy-inflaming toxins and mold from the air your family breathes.

00:44:40.960 In fact, this hospital-grade technology is so powerful that it promises far fewer colds and allergies and better sleep.

00:44:48.840 Visit ekpure.com.

00:44:59.060 You also receive a free air quality monitor, plus fast, free shipping.

00:45:06.840 That's $150 savings right there.

00:45:09.760 That's ekpure.com.

00:45:11.540 Code STEVE.

00:45:12.880 ekpure.com.

00:45:14.900 Code STEVE.

00:45:15.620 A choice between two worlds.

00:45:18.800 Will you take the blue pill and continue living in a world where a corrupt few control everything?

00:45:23.660 Or will you take the red pill and join us?

00:45:26.740 What the elites don't want you to know is that there are 200,000 open committee man seats in the Republican Party.

00:45:33.720 These party members are the ones who determine the future of the GOP.

00:45:36.900 Let's take our country back, one precinct at a time.

00:45:41.260 Visit precinctstrategy.com now.

00:45:43.540 By the way, there were 2,000 precinct commitments at the amazing Atcon with Turning Point over the weekend.

00:45:55.160 In fact, we're going to have Sherry and Nolan Chang going to join us here in the top of the hour to talk about it.

00:46:00.380 Congressman Norman, the House Freedom Caucus, that's got to look like more even a power center, although it's just not the House Freedom Caucus.

00:46:08.540 You've got Gates and other people that are not part of that, but tell me about the House Freedom Caucus.

00:46:12.720 What's going on?

00:46:13.260 Because you're hearing all kind of rumors and, you know, General Perry stepping down.

00:46:17.800 Other people are running to head it up.

00:46:20.080 From the House Freedom Caucus perspective, what's your guys' thoughts of your power in the House right now?

00:46:27.760 Well, what you have, Steve, is a group of freedom fighters who are willing to pretty much tell it like it is on any subject

00:46:34.800 to hold the powers that be accountable, and, you know, everybody is willing to walk the plank, to be honest with you, for the country.

00:46:45.580 And as we go into negotiations, they look to us to see what our thought is,

00:46:51.700 because look what happened on January 20th when we were fighting the speakers battle,

00:46:58.120 the things that were positive changes in a good way.

00:47:01.020 And the Freedom Caucus is doing that now on each and every issue.

00:47:05.300 Now, do we get everything we want?

00:47:07.080 No.

00:47:07.740 But we're fighting it.

00:47:08.980 We're raising the questions.

00:47:10.400 And I see us having more input as time goes on.

00:47:15.400 And there's a lot of, from the outside, your so-called moderates.

00:47:21.340 I would make the argument there are no moderates anymore.

00:47:24.780 You are either pro-conservatism, pro-America, or you're not.

00:47:29.800 And what Jayapal said in her statement shows you what the Democratic Party is, which is anti-democracy.

00:47:36.260 What the Freedom Caucus and a growing number of us are, are pro-American, and we're willing to walk the plank on it.

00:47:44.980 How come, by the way, if you go through the Freedom Caucus, what you folks have fought for,

00:47:51.400 that is approved by 85 or 90 percent of the Republican, you know, base, which is really the mainstream.

00:47:59.040 And I'm sure it's 100 percent of the folks in your district.

00:48:01.600 Why does it seem like you guys are not 150, 175, 200 members, that you have some of these other members that don't either want to be identified, afraid of it, or some of these moderates?

00:48:14.840 I think that's the big confusion.

00:48:16.560 Why is the Freedom Caucus, as powerful as you are, still, I don't know, 35, 40, 45, 50, you don't put out your exact number.

00:48:22.680 Why is it not 150 or 200?

00:48:25.960 We don't want that many people.

00:48:28.380 It's an invitation-only group.

00:48:31.420 And a lot of them, you know, we really research the people we invite in.

00:48:37.500 It's not just an open, you know, we don't want people to just pay dues and then not deliver when it comes to the final votes.

00:48:45.400 And to be honest with you, a lot of them in Congress just do not have the spine to deliver.

00:48:53.280 And so we don't want it that many.

00:48:55.580 Now, could we have it?

00:48:56.780 Yes, we could, but it wouldn't mean anything.

00:48:59.780 I'm so proud of the Anna Paula Lunas, the Eli Cranes. 0.88

00:49:05.920 The new members we had are solid conservatives who are not scared.

00:49:10.080 And they're willing to make up the cavalry as you had at the beginning of your show.

00:49:17.180 And we're going to add to that.

00:49:18.940 But it never was meant to be just a glad handers club.

00:49:22.680 It's meant to be a club that will go to work and will do what's best for the country.

00:49:28.400 Are you, some of the reporting is that you have an interest in actually when General Perry steps down to take over as the head of the Freedom Caucus.

00:49:36.960 Can you give us any insights on that?

00:49:38.540 We'll look at it.

00:49:40.600 We've got a lot of good people.

00:49:41.760 I mean, it's a two-year cycle.

00:49:43.740 He'll end in October, November.

00:49:46.400 Scott's done a great job, but we'll look at it.

00:49:48.680 You know, you've got some great people who are looking at it as well, and it'll be discussed.

00:49:55.800 And, you know, for your listeners too, Steve, any position that Freedom Caucus takes, it has to be 80 percent.

00:50:02.940 So 20 percent can dissent, but you have to have 80 percent to take an official position.

00:50:07.960 And that's what the, you know, that's how it's been.

00:50:10.960 That's how the bylaws are set up.

00:50:12.420 But, no, I will look at it.

00:50:14.160 I love the group.

00:50:14.980 I love the people I'm associated with.

00:50:17.100 It is proud.

00:50:18.640 I'm proud to have the Freedom Caucus brand behind us, and I'm proud of the people to be associated with it and joined it.

00:50:25.420 Congressman Norman, we started off, you talked about folks in your district.

00:50:30.600 And when you go around, the one word they have for you is consequences.

00:50:35.140 You laid out a pretty tough bill of indictment about Joe Biden.

00:50:38.280 We talked about a potential impeachment inquiry starting on Merrick Garland.

00:50:41.640 There's all these things about contempt for Ray or maybe criminal contempt or maybe perjury.

00:50:47.120 What are your thoughts on Joe Biden?

00:50:48.400 I mean, that's a pretty tough bill of indictment.

00:50:49.920 Do you believe that there's enough right now to start an impeachment inquiry on Biden or to begin the movement on the Biden crime family?

00:50:57.160 The Biden crime family, we had enough evidence really two days after he took office, to be honest with you. 0.97

00:51:04.420 The guy's a first class crook. 0.95

00:51:05.860 And, you know, you've got the argument, look who you get. 0.99

00:51:11.080 You know, Kamala Harris is, you know, is incapable. 0.98

00:51:15.380 She's, you know, it's it's her intellect is missing what she's exactly what we don't need as president. 1.00

00:51:23.680 Now, that being said, look at the timing.

00:51:26.540 I do think it's time to start the proceedings against Biden and probably go down the list.

00:51:32.740 Mayorkas, Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland, you know, you don't stop with just one, but particularly with the president to start it.

00:51:40.700 And, you know, for your listeners, are the odds that it's going to pass and go through is the Senate going to be able to pull this off?

00:51:48.160 No.

00:51:49.700 But still, you start the process and you send a message.

00:51:53.220 You don't put up with bad behavior and particularly at the level that this administration has has taken.

00:51:59.120 You just don't do that.

00:52:00.040 But so I think it is right.

00:52:01.960 And I think we're going to have a correction next year.

00:52:06.600 That's going to be a pretty big correction.

00:52:09.180 And I think that's good.

00:52:10.400 But the message has to be spent, has to be sent that we're going to impeach him.

00:52:15.100 And as the facts continue, continue to come out.

00:52:20.960 Congressman Norman, how do people follow you?

00:52:22.700 How do they get to your site as a congressman?

00:52:24.420 How do they get to any social media?

00:52:26.780 RepRalphNorman.com.
