00:32:24.380 just days before the United States decided to tap in to our strategic oil reserve.

00:32:30.300 And this was obviously a very loaded decision, in part because the Biden regime had previously sold parts of this to a company that,

00:32:38.420 you guessed it, had links to Hunter Biden.

00:32:40.920 But I dug into this story a lot more over the weekend.

00:32:44.040 And what I found, and frankly, why it's so interesting, the person that she chose to call,

00:32:49.060 and frankly, even call in the first place, is this is someone who used to be on the board of directors

00:32:54.800 and serve as a senior vice president at a Chinese energy company known as Sinopec,

00:33:00.120 which is a huge state-owned refinery, which, believe it or not,

00:33:03.940 has enjoyed sizable investment to the tune of $1 billion from BHR Partners,

00:33:09.540 which was sort of the shady China-focused private equity fund that Hunter Biden was a managing director at.

00:33:16.940 Just to walk you through that, it was in 2015,

00:33:19.180 which was around a year after this individual who the energy secretary, Jennifer Granholm, spoke with,

00:33:24.700 was appointed to the board.

00:33:26.860 They received $1 billion in exchange for a 30 percent stake in what was called Sinopec Marketing Company.

00:33:33.740 It was sort of an offshoot to help state-owned enterprises transition a little bit

00:33:39.140 to have some less form of state control.

00:33:43.060 But Hunter Biden, even the LinkedIn profile for BHR Partners,

00:33:46.180 touted this investment, Hunter Biden on the hard drive.

00:33:49.060 It's all over there.

00:33:50.080 Sinopec really was a massive, like I said, investment to the tune of $1 billion from Hunter Biden.

00:33:56.040 And this is the same company that the individual who Jennifer Granholm spoke with.

00:34:00.500 And to tie it all together, and I apologize if this is getting very in the weeds,

00:34:05.360 but you have to remember, I think that's sort of why people like Hunter Biden have been able to get away with this, right?

00:34:11.140 Because the names are confusing.

00:34:12.660 There's so many shell companies.

00:34:13.960 There's so many moving parts, so they certainly use that to their advantage.

00:34:17.960 But CEFC China Energy, as you mentioned, that was the story that I broke last week,

00:34:23.200 which had to do with them quite openly admitting to wanting to engage in warfare against the United States.

00:34:28.920 This was another firm that Hunter Biden identified himself as the, quote, managing director of.

00:34:35.260 But during this Chinese Communist Party energy official's tenure at another oil and gas company,

00:34:42.400 which routinely held Belt and Road International Forums, which, as you know,

00:34:47.840 the Belt and Road basically is China's plan to spread Chinese Communist Party control across the entire world,

00:34:54.300 world control ports, bridges, infrastructure, you name it.

00:34:57.900 So very lead that the company was holding that forum.

00:35:00.980 But if you look at the participants in this forum and all the way up to keynote speakers, panelists,

00:35:06.480 it was people from CEFC China Energy.

00:35:09.720 So when you talk, Steve, about how CEFC China Energy really wanted to exploit the Belt and Road,

00:35:15.240 in addition to Hunter Biden to help broaden Chinese Communist Party hegemony,

00:35:20.320 it is very, very interesting, and I would argue, no conspiracies, no coincidences,

00:35:24.200 that the same person that Jennifer Granholm is calling just days before the United States taps into our oil reserve

00:35:31.360 has not just financial ties to Hunter Biden, but even more broader entity organizational ties to the first son.

00:35:39.460 Given what you know now, why is it, why have we, just with the information you've been able to pull up

00:35:50.000 in the investigation you do, why have we not started a formal impeachment inquiry

00:35:56.180 so that more information, the inquiries to gather even more information,

00:37:59.240 I mean, whether it's, you know, big pharma, big ag, big food, even the tobacco industry,
