Bannon's War Room - Episode 2938： Desantis Fires Campaign Director; DOJ's Political Attacks Against Trump

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.380 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.980 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.740 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.320 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.140 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.080 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.300 tuesday 8 august year of alert 2023 um i want to make okay trump's being assaulted by lawfare

00:00:58.820 and they're trying to destroy him there's nothing legal about this they're shredding the constitution

00:01:04.060 they've shredded the laws they're doing backflips to come after him on the other hand we have a 0.95

00:01:10.000 traitor illegitimate traitor in the white house that has taken money from the chinese communist 0.95

00:01:14.060 party his family's taking money from the chinese communist party our our greatest enemy existential 0.97

00:01:19.460 threat other than what president trump says the the deep state or the administrative state

00:01:24.760 um and that's the fight but we got to keep also driving the agenda drive the agenda we need these uh

00:01:34.120 pencil necks in the house and most of them are except for the eli cranes and the matt rosendales and

00:01:40.560 these kind of heroes um to all to block and block and stop any more madness from this regime at the

00:01:48.780 same time continue to push the america first economic nationalist populist mega agenda non-stop

00:01:56.940 because the d triple c is telling you that that is the key that picks the lock you don't see in that

00:02:03.680 memo rolling aoc out or you know any of these ilhan omar any of them this is getting back to kitchen

00:02:11.540 table issues of which we own we own that now the keebler elves and the mccarthy ites in this crowd

00:02:21.300 they want to just go with the old republican a playbook that doesn't work you know the 1980s

00:02:27.740 1990s are calling and want their policies back it's not working now we know it's not working

00:02:32.200 but we've got two things before us and we are going to spend appropriate time with smart people to talk

00:02:38.720 about the law for assault on president trump whether that's uh mike davis or darren beady or other people

00:02:45.160 we will bring on here but we're not going to spend an inordinate amount of time there are other people

00:02:48.500 that do it better and quite frankly the minutiae bores me to death on this in addition the one thing

00:02:56.240 that we that we that we insist that this uh trial on j6 which i don't think will happen anytime soon

00:03:04.000 but when it does we get to adjudicate the steel the big steel right how they stole it in 2020 and

00:03:11.640 also how they're trying to steal it going further and we got jim hoff with an amazing blowout story

00:03:17.180 on uh gateway right now jim's going to join us just a second i want to go to darren darren tell me about

00:03:21.880 this piece um of of all this lawfare and now remember what they're trying to do they're trying

00:03:26.520 to drain it's opportunity cost they're trying to take all the resources away from him all the focus

00:03:31.160 away from him have all these interconnecting you know fanny willis is going to do it down in georgia 1.00

00:03:36.140 they want they want uh 50 100 different charges for a thousand years with all these witnesses and all

00:03:41.820 this to make that his focus and not having focus on saving the country and that is what the war

00:03:48.100 platforms here is to make sure that we support his salvation of our great republic tell me what

00:03:52.740 your reporting shows now about you're saying the deepest darkest part of garland's indictments what

00:03:58.120 are they indeed well there are many dark parts and we've covered several angles of this indictment

00:04:03.480 including the larger contextual political angle which is of course the most outrageous the fact that

00:04:09.920 the desantis camp is effectively counting at this stage for merrick garland to come in and provide

00:04:16.800 kind of a hail mary assist by burying trump in indictments and of course biden's also counting

00:04:23.660 on this or whoever's actually going to run against trump so we already know this it's unprecedented it's

00:04:29.300 third world stuff it's a banana republic embarrassment to have a corrupt low-level unsophisticated 0.68

00:04:37.600 crime family member like biden use his corrupt and politicized doj to take out a political rival

00:04:45.600 we know that but looking in a more detailed level at the indictment there's something that is even 0.85

00:04:52.560 darker and certainly more ridiculous and that is this you know it effectively remounts to criminalizing 0.60

00:05:00.080 quote-unquote election denial the first paragraphs are dedicated to this ridiculous idea that trump 0.93

00:05:06.720 knowingly lied in his statements about the election now let's put aside the fact that you know this is

00:05:14.580 first amendment protected speech and it's ridiculous that they're charging him for it effectively let's

00:05:19.600 put aside that they're using one of the same charges that they've innovatively employed against

00:05:26.740 doug mackie aka ricky vaughn you know the individual we've discussed who just got convicted for a felony for

00:05:34.660 mocking hillary clinton on twitter they're using the same charge against trump as they use against this

00:05:40.020 individual leave that aside for now the question is how could this corrupt doj have the mind reading 0.71

00:05:48.340 ability to know that trump quote-unquote knowingly lied in his statements and here's where it gets really 0.97

00:05:55.580 ridiculous because they can't read his mind they divert to saying we must understand trump lied

00:06:06.180 because he ignored the advice of experts who are in a position to know the facts now you'll love it when 0.95

00:06:14.720 they present who are the actual experts whose voices are so authoritative that to for trump to even hear

00:06:22.300 them say the election was fine should be sufficient to him knowing it was fine and therefore if he says

00:06:28.940 something else he must be lying who are these authoritative voices who know all the facts who are quote

00:06:34.260 unquote best positioned to know the facts well number one vice president pence number two senior leaders of

00:06:44.420 the justice department number three the director of national intelligence number four the department of

00:06:54.620 homeland securities cyber security and infrastructure security agency so in other words the doj claims that

00:07:03.480 trump lied because he didn't listen to the authoritative voices of pence a hack senior leaders of the justice

00:07:12.580 department snakes and hacks the director of national intelligence subversive piece of slime and the lying

00:07:21.840 hack and the department of homeland security cyber security and infrastructure agency this might be the most

00:07:29.340 most offensive of all of these so-called authoritative voices because this is the very agency that it's

00:07:35.480 recently come out in the twitter files and other documents that has was caught red-handed

00:07:41.440 violating the constitution in pressuring big tech companies to censor material leading up to the 2020

00:07:50.140 election and then covering up the fact that they were doing that in fact there was a huge report by the

00:07:56.300 house subcommittee on weaponization of federal government precisely about this agency whose founder

00:08:02.400 by the way doubled and tripled down on the lie that the hunter laptop was a russian campaign and therefore

00:08:10.640 promoted censoring this and then when confronted with the evidence that it wasn't russian he said

00:08:15.700 i don't care whether it was russian it's still a positive thing that it was censored and there's a whole

00:08:21.020 litany of other ridiculous things that the founder of this organization so this is the organization 0.93

00:08:27.100 demonstrated liars the same spooks who were acting like snakes and trying to subvert trump from day one 0.95

00:08:36.200 which trump knew at that point for him not to listen to them and yet another lie telling him that the

00:08:43.480 election was fine for trump not to listen to those voices that are so authoritative that's the basis on

00:08:49.700 which the doj concludes that trump was knowingly lying also and also also also bill barb purged

00:08:58.340 himself he said he told trump it's it's all there the it was reported he told him in the in the um

00:09:04.340 and i think he did the j6 that he gave he had had reports the reports that you know uh the field officers

00:09:11.340 there's no voter fraud he said there's no voter fraud and we know from the epic times went to

00:09:16.860 four-year request and went to the field offices and their return there was no report we never do

00:09:22.580 anything the only one that didn't answer was philadelphia where bill uh swain or bill i think

00:09:30.140 bill swain who ran for governor then after that a u.s attorney had sent a letter to main justice say

00:09:35.280 hey we have a huge problem here and i need to really take time to look into this and they told him

00:09:39.720 shut up stop main justice bill bar but bd here's what you got to do for me you got to do this for 0.66

00:09:47.120 me you need to go back and hit rewind i've got to have you describe those the six those those four 0.71

00:09:51.960 guys four groups again just do that it's it's been the best part of my week so far i need to hear that

00:09:57.500 no seriously i need to hear it again i need to hear it again just start at the top start at the top

00:10:03.440 start that no we didn't just do it again whatever comes to mind because it was so good 0.81

00:10:09.080 absolute scumbags suffice it to say but there's more to this story because this same this same

00:10:15.820 tactic was actually deployed in a civil context in another other than ray epps's lawsuit against fox 0.97

00:10:24.280 news going after tucker carlson and myself for reporting on ray epps and this is this is actually

00:10:31.020 pretty amazing the same tactic they say that tucker carlson knowingly lied in his reporting on

00:10:39.540 ray epps how does he knowingly lie well they said he knowingly lied because he had he uh ignored

00:10:46.100 the authoritative opinion of some corporate hack at fox news and wait for it the january 6 committee

00:10:56.380 because he ignored the pronouncement of the january 6 committee which is the authoritative institution

00:11:03.220 on all matters related to january 6 he was acting recklessly with a reckless regard for the truth

00:11:09.480 and here's the cherry on top here's the coup de grace right here tucker acted with reckless regard for

00:11:17.080 the truth because he intentionally he knowingly and intentionally relied on unreliable sources

00:11:25.080 including among others darren beattie known by fox to be a discredited conspiracy theorist

00:11:32.040 so they're saying that he knowingly lied because my reputation is allegedly so bad as a conspiracy

00:11:41.680 theorist that to simply rely on my reporting is tantamount to lying just ask the new york times i'm a

00:11:49.940 conspiracy theorist right forget about the fact that as we recently reported the former head of the pipe

00:11:57.100 bomb investigation came forward and basically confirmed the thrust of our reporting on that and

00:12:02.580 that's a developing story and it'll get even worse for them very soon forget about the fact that the

00:12:08.600 recently were leaked excellent job by national pulse they leaked a tucker interview with the former head

00:12:14.880 of capital police stephen sund who also vindicated revolvers reporting forget about the fact that the

00:12:21.980 new york times was late to the party and was begrudgingly forced to admit that there were informants

00:12:27.240 everywhere just like we mentioned no it's a conspiracy we're so bad revolver news is so evil that for

00:12:36.660 one fbi agents shared a story of ours and they revoked his clearance saying that they now have reason to question

00:12:42.940 his loyalty to the u.s and now the hack lawyer who as i mentioned multiple times epps's lawyer in this case is an

00:12:51.100 employee of notorious and disgraced democrat hatchet man david brock now this david brock

00:12:57.660 brock's little little puppy dog lawyer who's working with epps is claiming that tucker lied because he

00:13:06.120 ignored some corporate hack at fox he ignored the authoritative and godly pronouncements of the

00:13:13.800 january 6 committee formerly chaired by sub literate benny thompson and thirdly and most disgracefully from the

00:13:22.740 standpoint of ray epps's lawyer he relied on conspiracy theorist darren beattie which is tantamount to

00:13:30.840 displaying a reckless regard for the truth so effectively what you see in the criminal context

00:13:35.940 in the case in trump and a civil context in the case effectively on against me and tucker carlson is

00:13:42.680 that they're saying lying and saying something that the regime doesn't like is now an offense that

00:13:49.680 they can bankrupt you for or they can throw you in prison and they're going to judge whether or not

00:13:54.240 you lied on the basis of whether or not you trust the authoritative voices that the regime approves

00:14:00.320 if you don't agree with the january 6 committee you're basically a liar if you don't agree with the utterly 0.97

00:14:08.040 discredited cisa or the jokes at the senior position of the doj or the ridiculous individual known as mike 0.88

00:14:16.940 pence you're you're lying that's where what it's come to is that it's now an offense that not just 0.89

00:14:26.060 that criminal thank you for not listening it's a it's it's a criminal offense hang on for one second

00:14:32.940 i want to just uh get some clarity on one topic you brought up i've got jim hoft here strap in it's a

00:14:41.000 pretty explosive story leading the gateway pundit and we have jim hoft the founder and publisher

00:14:46.900 going to walk us through it next

00:14:48.860 we are days away from the durban accords the greatest threat to the united states dollars 0.75

00:15:31.640 fallout from this landmark announcement diversify with gold from birch gold group historically gold

00:16:14.120 your free information kit from birch gold

00:16:17.460 here's your host steven k band

00:16:22.360 yeah uh beady this is the type of analysis you need and that's what i'm saying you get this type

00:16:30.460 of analysis you can stop pulling your hair out there this thing is not just easily defeatable but

00:16:36.220 will give us a chance to adjudicate uh the actual steel itself and the fed's direction

00:16:41.600 but i did before i let you go and we got hoffed over this explosive story about it's it's it's too

00:16:47.740 crazy for me to summarize i'm gonna have hoff do it um go back to this situation with the hillary 0.99

00:16:53.500 clinton and the guy just saying something how does that tie to the trump indictment hardwire that in

00:16:58.920 for me absolutely well in the case of doug mackie who is the uh poor guy who was convicted of a felony

00:17:06.320 for again it's tweeting out something that mocked hillary clinton um they used a charge that was a totally

00:17:14.740 different context from its intended purpose which was originally designed to prevent the ku klux klan

00:17:20.840 from physically intimidating african americans from going to the polls they've stretched this

00:17:28.360 definition beyond you know any kind of reasonable connection with its original purpose to encompass

00:17:34.580 disinformation so this is about codifying the disinformation scam into criminal law and the

00:17:41.700 specific charge is called a conspiracy against rights which doesn't necessarily have to apply

00:17:47.960 to voting rights but in the history of the law does and in the case of doug mackie it was he was

00:17:54.360 conspiring to deprive people of rights by putting out a meme that was clearly satirical but they're saying

00:18:00.980 it's disinformation and therefore it was trying to trick people into not voting effectively um even

00:18:07.760 though as i point out many times they didn't produce a single example of an aggrieved party who

00:18:13.520 was tricked by by this obvious piece of satire in the case of trump they're using the same charge

00:18:20.420 they're charging him with several things but one of the charges is the same one conspiracy against

00:18:26.120 rights in this case conspiracy to deprive american people their voting rights same deal same charge

00:18:34.000 in effect and now it's clear that the mackie case and he was arrested very shortly after biden was uh

00:18:43.220 was inaugurated the mackie case was a trial run that's to set the precedent that's to tee it up

00:18:50.320 and sure enough this case this particular type of charge that was never used in this context

00:18:56.560 to basically criminalize disinformation first they go after the guy for anti-hilary memes now they go

00:19:03.560 after trump so it's a pretty remarkable connection in that regard um this is third world stuff obviously

00:19:12.740 uh darren how do people get to you how they get to revolver how they follow you third world stuff

00:19:18.280 indeed and you know iran khan which we mentioned we did an interview of him he's now sitting in a

00:19:23.240 six by nine prison cell with insects and uh and flies to keep him company i was the one of the last two

00:19:30.680 international journalists to interview him before he was arrested by his corrupt government so people

00:19:36.240 can go to so we're we're all banana boat territory now we're we're pakistan now and pakistan is us so

00:19:44.360 go to revolver.news read this latest piece that gets into detail about the indictment you'll be blown

00:19:51.720 away you need to understand the mechanism what they're trying to do because believe it or not it's not even

00:19:57.560 just about trump and taking him off the table it's about codifying the disinformation scam and

00:20:03.160 criminal law so if you don't trust the experts that the regime thrusts in front of your face

00:20:08.500 you're lying and your lies quote unquote are now criminal go to revolver.news and read it i'm at 0.52

00:20:15.900 twitter at darren j beady and revolver news is always white hot on getter at revolver news

00:20:22.740 how did those experts work out how'd they work out on the pandemic how do they work out on this

00:20:29.460 financial crisis how have they worked out in ukraine everything you've been told is a bald

00:20:33.940 face lie everything you've been told is a bald face lie by the so-called experts bald face lies uh

00:20:40.240 darren beady thank you so much brother appreciate you coming on making time today to do this everybody

00:20:44.580 go to revolver and check this out we're got to get smart on this on these indictments we're not going

00:20:50.100 to waste time chasing rabbits on these we're going to get down to the heart of it jim hoff

00:20:54.760 explosive story on gateway pundit why don't you set the table because this thing has taken a lot

00:21:00.280 of investigations i know we got a couple of investigators up here but why don't you just

00:21:04.080 walk us walk us through it right steve this is a huge story and it's uh there was a great american

00:21:10.640 who once said there are no conspiracies and there are no coincidences and uh i think we know who that

00:21:16.020 person is but this is amazing that this would come out now uh the week after jack smith came

00:21:22.420 out with that bogus report saying that trump lied about voter fraud and election irregularities in

00:21:29.860 2020 we reported steve as you know in the past three years we were the ones who broke the state farm

00:21:36.160 um video for their shoving ballots stacks of ballots three three times through machines we were the ones who

00:21:42.580 reported the tcf center the the the video of the late night ballot drop that was gateway pundit and

00:21:49.140 gateway pundit also was the only organization that brought you the uh detroit ballot box stuffers we

00:21:57.240 had video of that today we have this amazing report steve and uh what we have is that um uh some in

00:22:06.320 october of 2020 um some women brought in some stacks of these registrations in uh muskegon michigan 0.99

00:22:17.940 into the city clerk's office and the city clerk noticed that they all had the same handwriting and

00:22:25.440 we're talking eight to ten thousand um she immediately had red flags she contacted the state police they 0.83

00:22:33.660 started an investigation now no one has ever reported on this except for one little blip in

00:22:39.580 the local news at the time well we have the police report now and it is amazing steve the the police

00:22:48.480 hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on i just want to make sure in october 2020 several weeks

00:22:56.620 before the election some women walked into a registrar voter the voter place in the county and 1.00

00:23:03.780 dropped off 8 000 to 10 000 voter registrations we're talking about tens of thousands we believe

00:23:14.540 but in that office the the report says eight to ten thousand and they believe that they they don't give

00:23:22.140 an exact number but numerous um of these registrations were filled out by hand and they confronted this

00:23:29.320 person they called the police the police then raided one of these offices and steve we found out the name

00:23:34.880 of the organization it's also linked to two other democrat organizations uh one of these organizations

00:23:41.840 is directly okay hold it hold it hold it hold it hold it slow down when you say raided the office

00:23:48.060 didn't raid the registrar's office where the eight to ten thousand were raided the office of the woman

00:23:52.360 the women that had brought it in exactly they found the two offices locally that where they were filling 1.00

00:24:00.420 out these registrations when they went into these offices steve um they found um semi-automatic weapons

00:24:09.500 they found they found silencers they found bags of these prepaid cash cards they found um uh they found

00:24:19.540 burner phones and um so so it's it's unbelievable this story and and we also know that this group had

00:24:28.140 several offices across michigan we also know that this this same group and it's uh gbi strategies had

00:24:36.340 offices in other swing states steve they were filling out registrations and of course as you know and

00:24:43.780 as gay we pundit has reported extensively on this is you know they need these bloated voter rolls in

00:24:50.420 order to cheat and steal yes and i believe that that's that's you know something i firmly believe

00:24:55.880 no it's it's it's it's the predicate when you get them to get the mail in the phony ballot

00:25:01.120 ballot harvesting the mail-in ballots the predicate you got to get the phony registrations that's what

00:25:06.480 they're doing in the college towns that's they did in nevada that's they did in pennsylvania that's

00:25:10.760 what they've done that's that is a predicate has to be done but hang on slow down for a second

00:25:14.460 the police are enough worried because the the registrar has and because to drop off eight to

00:25:21.180 ten thousand ballots i mean you're backing up you're backing up a a panel truck right i mean to

00:25:28.540 i'd take it's every day you don't get dropped eight to ten thousand wouldn't gbi strategies if

00:25:34.820 somebody's putting up big money to do this tell these guys hey maybe you ought to take them in

00:25:41.140 onesies twosies or maybe maybe 250 at a time to drop off ten thousand is a bit much as isn't that

00:25:48.640 going to naturally arise some suspicion well steve the other thing we found is i mean of course you're

00:25:55.740 right um the other thing we found is they weren't just dropping off these uh registrations in the

00:26:00.640 local offices they were packaging them up and sending them to counties around the state

00:26:05.660 can you imagine that this was going on and then and then the uh state officials uh nestle and whitmer

00:26:13.360 and and and jocelyn uh benson are saying that it was you know a free and fair election and all this

00:26:19.360 crap is going on and they've never reported on this again we have the police report and it's it's

00:26:25.500 it's unbelievable steve when you when you start when the police when the police and this is all 0.98

00:26:32.220 up on gate when the police go to gbi strategies and they see firearms and silencers and cash cards and

00:26:39.040 you know and there it looks like a uh a a production house for these uh register registrations

00:26:45.600 what happens to the verification of the eight to ten thousand what were their charges brought did the

00:26:51.000 secretary of state get involved here i mean what what this seems so outrageous something had to have

00:26:57.120 happened right exactly you know when i started blogging back in 2004 there was a local st louis

00:27:03.700 people who were filling out uh registrations and a local mcdonald's they filled out seven or ten and

00:27:08.740 they were arrested well they confirmed that at least 46 in this report where immediately they saw

00:27:15.120 well these these are bogus and um but no one's been charged no one was arrested we have the name

00:27:21.580 of uh one of the women who was dropping off these ballots they talked to her um and and the other

00:27:28.640 interesting thing too steve is uh they were advertising for jobs out on these job sites saying uh we're

00:27:36.120 going to pay 15 bucks an hour and you can come work for us and uh and where's the republican party

00:27:42.580 squares and where's the lbi yeah hang on let's take a short break i want to get into more of this

00:27:50.300 because this shows you bill barr checked though he called all the regional offices he checked he had

00:27:56.860 reports done remember he told president i've had i've had reports done all the field officers

00:28:01.000 there's nothing to see there nothing to see nothing to see we'll go back to michigan and jim hoft

00:28:10.440 in a gateway pundit investigation next

00:29:38.460 that's why you have to check today with covidtaxrelief.org here's your host stephen k bann

00:29:46.780 okay um president trump's lying about all this remember that's why they're trying to put him in

00:29:55.300 prison for a thousand years and ron desantis whose campaign is imploding before our eyes although he's

00:30:02.840 actually saying some things i think are pretty good they're getting lost in the fact that overall

00:30:08.000 you know he's kind of flipping oh yeah he lost yeah everybody knows he lost he lost yeah and biden's

00:30:13.380 legitimate i think we'll send him down to single digits but we'll have to see he fired his campaign

00:30:20.440 manager today so i guess let me think about that for a second we're going to do the reboot we're

00:30:26.580 going to do the reset but that doesn't work so we do the reboot and that doesn't work and then we do

00:30:32.720 the retread and that doesn't work and we're going to do oh let's just fire the campaign manager let's do 0.97

00:30:37.740 that um i think you have a candidate problem you don't have a campaign manager problem although the

00:30:44.600 campaign is completely totally incompetent it's that's not the problem the problem is the talent

00:30:50.340 and um where you're coming up weak and he is saying some good stuff does some of these things

00:30:55.500 are good but like the economic program the energy program it's just not enough i mean it's it's it's

00:31:01.040 it's trump without the fire much less the personality and we know because of and maybe i'll play that later

00:31:09.120 i'll keep some time i'll play the steve ducey was on the couch today steve ducey is over desantis he's

00:31:15.520 pitching uh he's pitching uh governor yunkin he's he's on the yunkin watch they had the the clueless

00:31:21.060 billionaire uh the hungarian billionaire is on there talking about i think talking about how he's

00:31:25.940 going to give them unlimited money and this guy's perfect and he's a private equity guy he knows

00:31:29.380 everything so i want to go back uh jim set the table and i'll get patty mcmurray in here also 1.00

00:31:36.560 so gbi strategies drops off eight to ten this is all in a police report drops off eight to ten

00:31:44.400 thousand uh voter registrations in october of 2020 before the election i guess it's still time

00:31:51.200 in michigan by state law to to to get registered uh the registrar's concerned enough calls the police

00:31:58.900 the police goes and investigates they go to this place and they've got like a uh a boiler room

00:32:04.060 they've got weapons silencers you know cash you know the money cards uh and it looks like they

00:32:09.580 got a production facility to produce wait for it voter registrations that maybe are not uh filled

00:32:16.660 out and done by american citizens who are eligible to vote uh who want to make sure they're eligible in

00:32:23.020 that in that area uh and there's a police report done the last time i looked that's almost three years

00:32:29.840 ago right october of 2020 is uh you know we're coming up on uh we're coming up on the third year

00:32:37.260 anniversary of it within 100 days so so what's been done what what was done by the secretary of state

00:32:44.600 was done by authorities well they turned as as we said as i said uh they they uh started an investigation

00:32:52.520 with state police um jocelyn benson's office was in on this and then they turned it over to the fbi and

00:32:58.960 you know what happened steve this is this will shock you but um it um it died the the investigation

00:33:05.880 died they didn't do anything once again the fbi fbi was involved in election interference uh they have

00:33:13.780 done nothing with this just like hunter's laptop that goes to the fbi and then disappears so um this

00:33:19.900 is just another instance that shows that our fbi is against the people of this country and they're

00:33:24.280 participating in stealing the elections i think we found the culprits here

00:33:28.880 so let me ask you how do we know is it just because charges haven't been brought you surmise

00:33:36.340 that the fbi is not involved or do you guys have further reporting that show that the fbi did not

00:33:41.080 pursue this it is uh mentioned in the report that it was turned over to the fbi and there has been

00:33:47.600 some updates listed on the report and patty was looking over these uh items but uh the last update

00:33:54.120 was i believe in 2022 and it says that it's still being investigated so you know what that means steve

00:34:00.800 nothing's being done put in memory hope patty mcmurray walk us through your assessment of this

00:34:07.700 situation like who is gb strategies how did this all come about and why is criminal charges not been

00:34:13.200 brought on this um yeah so thanks for having me the the first point i wanted to make is that um

00:34:21.280 uh phil halloran who is in charge of the election integrity unit for the michigan gop brought this

00:34:27.940 report to our attention this is a police report that was foiled after a citizen discovered um that this

00:34:34.560 case was was being investigated um years ago and he foiled the police report and he got the

00:34:40.740 police report and the police report's pretty heavily redacted um but the interesting thing is

00:34:46.080 uh that the name of the person this is a single woman too um i want to make sure that we we make 0.97

00:34:52.920 that clear um and mash i'm not sure of the um how you pronounce her name but she is the city clerk in

00:35:00.480 muskegon and she first received between eight and ten thousand uh voter registration application forms 0.54

00:35:07.540 from this individual uh one woman and that's when she alerted the muskegon police the muskegon police

00:35:13.500 department then must have alerted the attorney general's office um dana nessel um our lawless

00:35:19.420 michigan attorney general she then asked the michigan state police to become involved in the 0.99

00:35:24.140 investigation and that's kind of where the report starts because this is the michigan state police

00:35:28.660 report and as you can see it's pretty heavily redacted so um so what they did do though it's interesting

00:35:35.940 is in a couple different places in the report they accidentally i'm not sure they left out the name

00:35:42.180 of the woman who dropped off the between eight and ten thousand um voter registration applications

00:35:48.020 and um and in the report um the muskegon um city clerk mentions that this woman brought an additional 0.99

00:35:55.680 2,500 um voter applications and i think it was the following day and that's when the police started

00:36:02.100 following her another interesting point is the police um began tracking these individuals that

00:36:07.800 they felt were involved in this ring of voter registration fraud in michigan and they were

00:36:13.940 using the same technology the gps tracking that true the vote used that democrats and the media mocked

00:36:20.740 as being inaccurate and unreliable so i think that's important to note because throughout the report they

00:36:26.640 talk about the gps tracking that they used um they they started muskegon with the report they were able

00:36:32.340 to identify that an organization was working out of a out of a california eyewear um company building

00:36:40.240 that had been vacated so it was a vacant building it was formerly a california eyewear building and i

00:36:45.260 think it still had the signage out front so it was very discreet um they started the investigation

00:36:49.720 in muskegon the investigation led them to multiple cities across the state of michigan including flint

00:36:55.540 um i think grand rapids ipsilanti um southfield um southfield is where they found the cache of

00:37:04.320 uh weapons including semi-automatic weapons and and other guns um in this in this facility

00:37:11.580 where they found bags of prepaid voting cards they identify at least one burner phone in the report

00:37:17.440 they talk about um all the ipads that were being used by the individuals that were hired

00:37:22.820 now gbi strategies is unredacted in the report which is interesting they're unredacted twice and

00:37:29.220 the report that we have is i think 58 pages long um but throughout the report they are redacted so i'm

00:37:34.780 not sure why they were left um you know for us to see in the report twice so we were able to find gbi

00:37:42.920 strategies and they also mentioned the owner of gbi strategies in the report gary bell we were able

00:37:48.540 to determine that he i think he's in tennessee um but what he was doing is he was using outside

00:37:54.180 organizations to hire these workers who were canvassing and bringing in these registrations

00:38:00.580 um i think what's really important to also note is that recently um our lawless attorney general dana

00:38:07.840 nessel announced eight felony charges against 16 electors in michigan who she claims cast fake electoral

00:38:16.740 votes which is completely inaccurate they they cast an alternate set of electoral uh votes and they

00:38:22.960 did it because the investigations were not complete in michigan and there was there there was so many

00:38:27.960 ongoing investigations and lawsuits being filed that they weren't comfortable um with the outcome of

00:38:33.380 the the election and so therefore they cast the alternate set of electoral votes um so recently dana

00:38:40.140 nessel came out and made a statement and talked about in a fake press conference why she was 1.00

00:38:44.600 pressing charges eight felony charges on these 16 individuals 15 of which are senior citizens um

00:38:51.640 and many of these charges carry up to 14 years in prison each charge but she announced the reason she

00:38:57.960 was or that these electors knew that there was no evidence of mass voter fraud in michigan um so it's

00:39:04.620 interesting that dana nessel's um investigators criminal investigators were working on this report and they were

00:39:11.440 also working with um our crooked secretary of state jocelyn benson with her office um to look at the 1.00

00:39:18.080 registrations so i think it's also um important to note that once these registrations are accepted

00:39:24.720 these applications these these names and fake addresses or fake identification stay in our voter rolls until

00:39:32.120 somebody identifies them so you know they can be used again and in future elections so uh and this is just

00:39:39.220 one individual that turned in between eight and ten thousand uh applications in one day so you can

00:39:45.780 only imagine the size and scope of this investigation with all these additional cities involved and these

00:39:51.540 are just the cities that they identify this report it could have been even more widespread than than

00:39:56.420 what we're seeing in this report we don't know because what happened was um and i think it was in 20 i'm

00:40:03.220 just going to look at the report uh it looks like somewhere around may 28 2021 uh they announced that

00:40:09.780 the case would remain the michigan state police announced that the case would remain open even

00:40:13.940 though the fbi had taken over the case because they believed that there was a multi-state operation

00:40:19.780 taking place um with gbi strategies and other outside organizations so um so those are just to kind of you

00:40:28.580 know give a little bit of background on what we're seeing in the report here patty here's a question

00:40:35.460 is that you've got the republican party but some of these locales are local prosecutors are republicans

00:40:46.580 why has it been i understand it's up to the state police you got benson you've got uh now it's the fbi

00:40:51.860 you get chris ray they're all burying it or it's all it's going to be open i can't talk about because

00:40:55.940 it's under investigation years after the fact why have no republican prosecutors

00:41:02.900 gotten on top of this that could bring this could actually charge this in their locale

00:41:07.460 with ever anything that happened and then you could use that to interconnect and get

00:41:11.940 to this the entire state of michigan and then get back to the multi-state aspects of it ma'am

00:41:18.100 i think that's an excellent question i mean we had a a republican-led uh senate and house in michigan

00:41:26.980 and the republican senate um that investigated election fraud in michigan um released a report

00:41:32.980 that um i think everybody in the country knows about it stating that there was no um there was no

00:41:38.820 evidence of widespread voter fraud in the state of michigan they released that report at the same time

00:41:44.820 that jocelyn benson's office and dana nestle's office were involved in this investigation of

00:41:50.180 widespread voter fraud across the state of michigan and and instead of saying oh wait hold up now we've

00:41:57.060 got a major investigation here they allowed that report to stand and they actually they actually

00:42:02.180 praised them for their statement okay and but also the the house and the senate there had direct

00:42:10.100 access to the state police they don't have to go through yeah jocelyn benson and and and and the uh

00:42:16.500 and the secretary of state uh or the the attorney general nestle and and and and benson should have

00:42:21.700 stood up and obviously said there's an investigation going on but the republicans had direct access to the

00:42:27.780 state police i mean my question is if this is so real if this is so real and so big and i'm not trying to

00:42:36.500 downplay what you guys have done why are people who are put in by republicans not all over this

00:42:46.820 you know what that's that's a great question you know we have we have a freedom caucus here in

00:42:50.980 michigan um that's made up of about eight members and and those people have been silenced by leadership

00:42:57.380 um republican leadership by people like matt hall who's the minority leader um that these people are

00:43:02.980 working with democrats behind the scenes it's all about the next lobby job for these people it's

00:43:06.740 not about our rights as voters um or citizens in michigan and somebody should be doing something

00:43:12.420 to fight back okay just hang her for a second we're gonna get to that patty mcmurray joins us we 1.00

00:45:15.060 an excellent job um describing what we have um we also have as phil and um uh some other people who

00:45:21.860 have helped us closing thoughts steve we found also that they were using enterprise rental cars

00:45:27.220 in their operations which were the same enterprise cars that we found were uh driving inside the tcf

00:45:33.380 center on election night um that was also a enterprise rental car and we also know from this report

00:45:40.180 that this organization gbi strategies was also being paid by the democratic senatorial campaign

00:45:46.740 in the past and also is um being paid i believe in the report um by doug jones senatorial campaign down

00:45:56.100 in alabama and it's linked to joe biden also that's the money quote right there we're gonna we we have

00:48:57.220 ones that have been courageous and keep pushing forward and these are things here and uh we want

00:49:03.140 the whole country to watch that that uh wow there's stuff that's still going on i mean there's hope to fix

00:49:16.020 remember to get signed up lindalevent.com uh we need the only way this plan fails is if people

00:49:22.900 don't watch it you guys know how the media can be they will suppress this they're already attacking me

00:49:29.140 they're you know attacking my pillow they do this stuff every day as soon as we're right over target and

00:49:34.420 they do not want this plan revealed they do not it's been worked on for over a year it's never
