00:03:34.540David Weiss was the guy who originally crafted the sweetheart deal and delayed all of the investigation until after the election and, you know, long years later.
00:03:46.440This is a chess move that's kind of obvious by the Biden regime if we have smart people like Mike Davis to tell what it means.
00:03:55.540So, Brother Mike, what's going on here?
00:03:59.060This is a clear cover-up by Attorney General Merrick Garland to protect his boss, Joe Biden, and I'll explain this.
00:04:07.340So, David Weiss is the Democrat-picked U.S. attorney up in Delaware.
00:04:14.700Both home state senators picked him because that's how the process works is home state senators pick the U.S. attorney, U.S. marshal, and district court judges under the blue slip process that the Senate has had for 100 years.
00:04:26.960So, people say he's the Trump U.S. attorney.
00:04:28.860Yeah, technically he's the Trump U.S. attorney, but both Democrat home state senators picked David Weiss to be the U.S. attorney.
00:04:35.920And they made a good pick with David Weiss because back in early 2020, the Justice Department got evidence that Joe Biden took a $10 million foreign bribe as the vice president of the United States from Burisma and changed American policy.
00:04:51.000He threatened to cut off a billion dollars and U.S. aid to Ukraine if the Ukraine president didn't fire the Ukraine prosecutor investigating Burisma and the Bightons, right?
00:05:02.560And so, that evidence got sent to a Pennsylvania U.S. attorney.
00:05:50.200And the reason he waited to do it now is because the district court judge in Delaware surprised everyone by actually doing her job and questioning the sweetheart plea agreements that David Weiss came up with on Hunter Biden.
00:06:43.160And now the Biden regime is panicking.
00:06:45.100They want to dismiss the case out of Delaware and bring the case in either California or D.C., where they're going to get a much more favorable, compliant Democrat judge than this Delaware judge.
00:07:06.660Well, I mean, he was out there at the time.
00:07:08.320So they're going to figure out who has the duty docket when they file these charges, and maybe, you know, maybe that judge will keep the case, whoever has the duty docket.
00:07:18.280But regardless, they know that this Delaware district court judge threw a wrench in the works, and so they want to get this away from her.
00:07:26.720And they want to—actually, what David Weiss is going to do now is say, oh, there's an ongoing investigation until the opportune time—

00:07:39.720That's how they strung out the Russia hoax for so long.
00:07:42.460All right, Mike, and I hope Mediaite is paying attention to Mr. Davis here.
00:08:50.580Ronna Romney, the daughter of Mitt, is really pushing hard to have these presidential debates for the Republican primary.
00:09:06.420And I was frankly astonished that Fox is getting kind of the monopoly on these debates, given the fact we've got right here, real America's voice.
00:10:02.660And if we could pull up the first question here that I want to talk about, do you trust Fox News to conduct a fair debate,
00:10:11.500or do you believe its owner, Rupert Murdoch, has a hidden never-Trump agenda?
00:10:16.840And so far, with quite a number of votes cast, we have 95% of the respondents, I don't trust Fox, 3% unsure, and 2% that actually trust Fox.
00:10:37.860So let me riff a little bit on that for the first question here.
00:10:45.420You've got Rupert Murdoch, who, funny story, actually, the first time I ever met Trump face-to-face was in the back of a limo van
00:11:01.220where he was taking me out to Trump 1, you know, his campaign plane in the 2016 campaign.
00:11:09.480We were going out to LaGuardia on the freeway, and he didn't see, I'm in the back, he didn't see me in there, and he starts talking, and he's talking to Rupert, right?
00:11:24.400This is back in the day when Murdoch was strongly supportive of Trump, and Roger Ailes, the famous creator, essentially, of Fox News, was kind of the grand strategist who basically was trying to figure out how to get Trump in the White House.
00:11:44.980And everybody sang the Ailes' and Murdoch's tune there, and that too much to Trump's advantage.
00:11:50.900But now we have a situation where Rupert, I think he's 96 at this point, and his family, of course, the brothers, Lachlan and the other guy,
00:12:02.900they have publicly, publicly professed that they do not want Trump to be the nominee in 2024, and even more important, they're going to do everything they can,
00:12:19.720including presumably using the Fox News Network and Fox Business, to stop the Trump nomination from happening.
00:12:29.200And they can do that in a myriad of ways on Fox, and one of them, obviously, is hosting debates of a bunch of Keebler elves that, if they didn't get the kind of publicity they're going to get, would pose no threat and couldn't attack Trump.
00:12:47.400So just right off the bat, the fact that Murdoch has a professed desire to stop Trump in his tracks, I mean, why would you go there?
00:13:02.620I mean, Real America's Voice, Newsbacks, OAN, ratings are all up because people who are really looking for legitimate information know they don't get it on Fox, so they're coming to places like here, right?
00:13:18.920So if you go and look at the kinds of things Fox has already been doing, they stopped televising Trump's rallies.
00:13:31.080They canceled Trump's surrogates, people, Kash Patel, Rudy, Mike Lindell, myself, others who had been on their network many, many times.

00:18:58.720And, you know, it's like I remember, well, that moment when that SOB called Arizona for Biden way before that ever should have been done.

00:19:20.920But Baer just just last month got on an interview and I don't know sometimes I wonder why the boss does stuff like this.

00:20:32.420It's like one percent. And then meanwhile, you got he got 90 something percent that don't trust him.
00:20:40.280And why would you? It's like not only did you have Ronna McDaniel, who Romney's daughter, like just continually either inept or screwing Trump.
00:20:51.300But there's a lot of members on the RNC who basically profess they don't want Trump to be the nominee.
00:20:58.980So how do you get how do you get a fair hearing out of that?

00:21:07.100And so one of the things the RNC did is set up these rules to qualify for the debate.
00:21:17.480All you need is one percent in the polls. One percent. That's it.
00:21:22.120That's it. And something like 40,000 individual donors spread across states.
00:21:29.720OK, so that one's easy to do. You know, if you got a few bucks like Vivek Ramaswamy, you just kind of go out and pay for the Internet.
00:21:38.280And for every vote that or every donor, every dollar you get on donors, you have to spend like a thousand to get it.
00:21:46.300But you can do it. And, you know, one percent. I mean, it's like nothing.
00:21:51.420And so one of the questions I pose, I ask whether this threshold that they've set, the one percent and the 40,000 donors is just right or too low.
00:22:04.340And this was interesting. I think people need a little bit of kind of more information about this.
00:22:10.300Sixty two percent of the people think it's too low, but only 20, 28 percent say it's they're not sure.
00:22:18.840OK, so I think one of the things we need to have a discussion about is why is it so low?
00:22:26.280And that leads to, you know, the question of, you know, we've got the Keebler elves in there, right?
00:22:36.400You got there's three candidates in there, at least, who are funded by dark money, globalists, never Trumpers.
00:22:44.560And all the only reason why they're in the race is to stop Trump.
00:22:50.340You know, Haley's in there. Nikki Haley is in there, is the favorite daughter in South Carolina, which is the first voting primary as opposed to a caucus in Iowa.
